    Dear Sir,
    Kindly help me and get involved in my issue, my name is ABHILASH VA. I have bought S20+ phone in May 2020. After 1year 1month usage suddenly visible vertical green line on my display, I didn't complain to anyone, I changes my display from your Authorized Service centre (Matrix Samsung service centre, Karamana) and it costs me 16500rs. After that everything went well. Again, after one year of completion same issue happened same green line is present on my display. I went to the Service centre they advised me to change the display, again the cost will be 16500rs. They have verified thoroughly and confirmed that there is no physical damage on the phone. And they told me that S20 and S20+ phones have this green line issue and it's a model issue. I don't want to change my display in every year by paying 16K. I have spent huge money on this flagship phone. And again, why I am spending more money on this phone.

    I have contacted Samsung's Toll-free number, first, they suggested me to create a job sheet from the service centre. I went to the service centre and created the job sheet on[protected]. You can check this number ([protected]). And contacted your Toll-Free number. Front end team escalated this issue to the supervisor and finally, supervisor "Deepa" called me and said they don't have any policy to involve in this issue. And previously changed display details are not visible in your database. Because it’s out of warranty.

    After that, I sent mail to the Service head on this mentioned mail (servicehead.[protected]@samsung.com). on the next day I got a call from VOC manager (shivanshu.[protected]@partner.samsung.com ) and he enquired about my issues and said he is going to assign a team member to study the issue. And requested me to submit my phone in the service centre. I did the same whatever they suggested and the next day one executive (shajin.[protected]@partner.samsung.com) called me he will take care of my issue.

    After two weeks of study, Mr.Shajin called me and informed me that they can give 25% discount on the phone display. And rest of the amount I should pay is nearly 12K. I totally disagree, because I already paid and changed my display for the same reason moreover, I’m not in a situation to pay another 12K now.

    It’s been 3weeks now they are keeping my phone in the service centre. When I call the service centre said they didn’t get any mail communication from the Samsung team related to my issue. No response and no communication from their side for 3weeks. I sent multiple mails regarding the status of this issue and tried to call toll-free. All are saying “checking my issue and will call back”.

    If they are not ready to change my display free of cost, why it's keeping in service centre in fact it’s a brand model common issue. I was the happiest customer of Samsung devices in the last 15 years, I m owning S1, S3, S8, S9 Plus. But in S20 plus I’m very unsatisfied with their action/response and what customer expectations are they providing.

    I'm requesting you either changed my phone display without any cost from me(because it's a brand model common issue ) or I need a good exchange value of my phone to purchase another one.

    Kindly take the necessary action for the resolution.

    I have received a call from Samsung customer care today, which informed me that they could give only a 25% discount on the display cost, it would be 12K after a discount. such a flagship mobile owner they give this much service. so how come they provide services like another model has this type of brand issue. very pathetic situation. and they are blaming me that this issue occur because of any physical damage that happened. The service center team confirmed and acknowledged there is no physical damage occurred.

    when I check on the internet, many customers are complaining about this issue against S20+. so I don't know what they are trying to prove.

    I have requested for better exchange value for this phone, and I'm ready to upgrade to S22. but as they informed me they cannot do anything about this.

    I will address this issue on the international level, I'm seeking any support from their side.

    Anyhow I'm filing a complaint against Samsung Company and the customer care representatives

      I bought a Galaxy A73 mobile device via Flipkart on 21.05.2022 and My device was activated similarly on 21.05.2022 as I confirmed with the Samsung care team. It's been nearly more than 10 days since I'm using the A73 device still I was unable to redeem the buds live offer. It implies that my device is not eligible for this offer but I followed all the steps for redemption as per the rules but I wasn't able to redeem the offer.

      So I contacted the Samsung care team, and they told me to approach the point of purchase (i.e) Flipkart regarding this issue. Then I read out the terms and conditions regarding this offer where in point 2 they mentioned clearly like if the device is bought either from Samsung shop or Flipkart we can approach through Samsung care regarding redemption issue. Even when I contacted Flipkart they also mentioned the same to visit the Samsung team for this issue.

      So I approached the Samsung team in all regards. Still, I am not able to get a proper solution regarding this .So I kindly request to view on my request and sort it out as soon as possible in redeeming the Buds live offer for my device A73.

And now whole screen become white for hours When looking up on internet, I found that multiple S20ultra users have been facing similar issues and when they contact the service center they are asked to pay Rs. 16000+ for screen replacement. It is really sad that a company like Samsung has not acknowledged...

            My phone got damaged within warranty time, I showed it to Samsung service center, then the service center team repaired it in warranty and gave it to me, after 2 days there was a problem with the speaker of my phone, dust started going inside the phone And then I took it to the service center. Service center team said that we cannot do much more than this, now I have also complained online to Samsung India, here my complaint is registered but no response yet.

              I have purchased Samsung 1.5 ton split AC in the month of April 2021. Till then i have experiencing problems with the AC.
              My AC would have hardly worked for 4 days.I have raised a complaint with the customer care for the second time in last 3 months. I had raised the second complaint before one month and till now my complaint was not cooling

                It's almost 10 days of June...but testing of one ui 4.1 has not even started on galaxy tab a7 lite...this device is scheduled to get update in June 22...this has been the same story with more devices...we buy samsung device for regularly and high performing android updates...but nowadays it's getting too late...please look to my concern an drake immediate action to my query...I am attaching a screenshot that says my device firmware is still on android 11...in place of that one ui update should have started showing like in many countries..

                  I ordered Samsung Galaxy F23 from samsung shop app on 14th May 2022 and it got approved Just when I bought I cancelled the order at to buy Galaxy M33 5g. The order ID is [[protected]]. Today is 9th June, 2022 but I still haven`t got my refund back and it is not even initiated yet. I mailed to customer care and even called on toll free EveryDay. They said they will return it in 48 hours but still no refund I am a middle class person who lives on the edge of the bread. I ordered a product costing Rs.15300/- first time in my life and this is the experience from top known company. I want my refund back. It`s a hard earned money.

                      Before some day i bought a new galaxy a33 and samsung india dont provide charger in box i bought charger form samsung marchant in sgnr i use officially samsung charger but it take too much time to get full charge it takes two hours to complete charge and hanging problem is also start in this case and i am not happy with this set because in the starting days i faces two measure problem and in future i cant take any type of risk so as soon as possible plz u take action

                        Last year i extend my samsung phone warranty for one year thought that samsung gives me a better service for this. Now when my phone's charging slot is not working and i go to service center for this. they says me that company's policy had been changed and for extended warranty customer pick and drop facility is available. they raise my complaint on servify app and my phone is picked up on 25th may.till today no respond from both of these. they both are blaming each other. i am suffering from this situation since last 10 days.please resolve my issue

                          My samsung galaxy m31s is last month he showing update your phone latest version I also updated the phone he updating 75% and then phone is automatically switch off and restarting and switch off automatically and then finally hanging the phone and stopped., next day I will go to samsung service center (salem city, tamil nadu) and the that machanic telling this software problem I will put software and then you use ., I waighting and then he telling this is motherboard fault you must change phone will ready ., I will argue the machanic I bye the phone 2020 October how the sudely faulty ... I asking phone is normally working that good condition you release the new version update I will update the phone therefore the phone will be going faulty condition...

                            My name is ashwani kumar gautam and my order number is [protected]. I have ordered on 11th may and i cancel it on 17th may. After 17th, I have made so many complaints regarding this on your samsung customer care store number. After complaining again and again it is very strange and shameful that still i have not got refund.
                            Please, Either you return my refund on urgent basis and either you tell me some other way so that I can get the refund faster. I don't want to stand waiting queue.

                                Response from Samsung on 6th June- "Replacement not possible"

                                Complain Raised within 30 days from Purchase date ( 5th May to 4th June ) and LESS THAN 30days from Installation date.

                                We could have gone for any other brand on Amazon which had better Review, Ratings and Discount. But we chose Samsung because be believed in the brand.

                                Machines are of course not everlasting but stopped working within 30 days from installation date, that is truly shocking for a brand as highly reputable as Samsung.


                                Least they can do is provide better customer support by gaining the trust back again.

                                After investing 44 thousand of hard earned money, Samsung is forcing me to keep up with this faulty product until it frequently breaks down for a year again and again till my warranty is over, I

                                Hence reporting this as this is extremely UNFAIR.

                                  Hi,

                                  I bought Samsung M21 phone (Samsung Model number SM-M215FZKDINS bearing serial RZ8NA2HP9GK) in Nov 2022 through Samsung shop app. And I purchased Samsung care and damage protection plan for 1 year. Based on my good experience with Samsung phones bought before I dint take extended warranty. It worked so well till last week and all of a sudden, without any action from my side, it did restarting very frequently which made the phone unusable.

                                  I inquired with local Samsung service center and they asked me to replace the motherboard which costs around Rs.5600 which is almost half of the phones cost, which is not affordable for me in just 18 months since I bought the phone. I didn't expect this major cost in the first place, for which I am no reason for the cause. And the service executive hinted to disable the software update after the replacement, as many users faced similar issue after automatic software update, which is not the customers fault. And in some consumer forums, I found that many have found the same issue in this specific series or model due to heating issues in motherboard, which happen because of the use of low quality hardware component, but I am not sure about the exact issue.

                                  Please provide me with free replacement of motherboard, as it seems to a defective Model designed by Samsung, where the problem occurs over a period of time, that too soon after 1 year manufacturer warranty.

                                    This is to inform the unprofessional behaviour by Samsung service center executive at Kunnamkulam service center in Kerala. They are involved in their personal business and make customers wait and at the end do not offer any solution. They try to cheat customer by asking money.

                                      Purchased A23 @ the rate of ₹20000 along with Samsung Care for ₹3000..
                                      New mobile had connectivity issues, unable to call, microphone stops working.

                                      Submitted the mobile and got a replacement.

                                      Again the same issue occurred in new mobile..Submitted within the trial period 14 days, but they are not replacing the defective product. They asking me to get it serviced.
                                      Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
