Order number #[protected] placed on 06/05/2022 from the samsung india website. Order was for samsung S8 ultra tab and its keyboard cover.
only part of the order ( the S8 ultra Tab ) has been delivered, the keyboard has not been delivered and its has already passed the expected date of delivery which was 20/05/2022 according to the status of the order shown on the website.
I received two phone numbers while chatting to the samsung customer support on whatsapp[protected] and[protected], out of which only the first one works and the second number does not work. The team have not been updated and are giving customers phone numbers which do not work.
I have placed many calls to the customer support phone numbers and written many emails which have given me the same reply for the past 2 weeks, Their reply was to please be patient and wait for 24 to 48 hours. I have waited for 2 weeks, and I have asked them time and time again about my order and the status, but they are not able to tell me what exactly is the problem and still telling me to wait.
I have also asked them to cancel my order, since they were taking a very long time to dispatch my order. They are not even willing to cancel and offer me a refund. Therefore I want to file a complaint against them.

Samsung India has delivered the second part of order number 11131293722, and have fulfilled my order. The product has been delivered on 9th June 2022. Therefore i would like to mark this matter as resolved. Thank you. I posted on social media (facebook) by tagging samsung and samsung global and described my experience with Samsung customer support, This was seen by samsung and i was contacted via social media by samsung and they made efforts to speed the delayed delivery. I took this route even after calling and emailing their customer service many times and received instructions to wait for 24 to 48 hours. It was after a month of calling and emailing the samsung customer support team I finally posted my experience on facebook and got results with in a week. Thank you once again.

    I am kalyani from telangana state of rajanna sircilla district. My samsung phone a50 model display was broken now in my pohone there is nothing is vissiable so i want to replace my phone with new display board. Then i have called to my near samsung service center in karimnagar. 1 month back the cantact number was switched off regulary and later some time finally my call connacted after so many attempts and i explained my issue then they said that now we dont have stock you please come / call next week the same conversation / incident took place from last 1 month. Now i called to service center still contact number was switched off so kindly take my complaint and solve my problem immediatly .

        Hi,

        So I have been an avid fan of Samsung devices. I got 4 of them at home. Started from s5 and now I got an s20 plus after numerous upgrades over the years.

        This is the first time I'm facing major issues with my phone, never I had such issues before. Its quite surprising that such premium device has these many manufacturing defects. First it was the back panel that was opening up, I got it fixed at the samsung service center and now out of the blue. A purple vertical line across the screen. I have taken exceptional care of my devices and this happened. I'm quite shocked that a premium device has such defects. I'm not the only one facing this issue, plenty of others are facing the same issue as well. This happened after one ui 4.1 update and other countries are replacing their screens FOC even if they are outside warranty.

        More than 1000 users in India are affected by this.

        Now I don't know what solution you are going to offer me but unless it's a FOC screen replacement I don't think I'll ever trust Samsung devices again. My view on Samsung devices will only change based on how I'm treated by your customer service now. I'm not willing to pay 16k for a screen replacement since this is not my fault. I might have to shift towards other companies that provide premium devices of high quality with superior hardware and customer service.

        I will attach the previous Samsung chargesheet for fixing the back panel along with my device image and the link of Samsung community where others are facing the same issue.

            The touchscreen of my 9 month old Samsung Galaxy S20 FE stopped working abruptly on 8th May, 2022. The screen was intact, but then the touch response was not working. I took it to the service center the next day, 9th May, 2022. In the service center, they discovered a vertical green line also on the display which was not there before. Now I'm left with a phone with both touch not working and green line on the screen. I was told the screen is totally gone and it has to be replaced. Then, I was asked to go to a different service center as apparently they don't have machinery to open the screen.

            I then took it to a different samsung service center. After close examination, they have found very minor dots on the frame (not the screen, on the frame). They told me that warranty can't be given as there were these small dots on the frame. They were saying the phone had an impact damage by which the damage had come. I know for sure, the phone didn't have any impact damage or anything of that sort. There were not at all markings on the screen, except these minor 2-3 dots on the frame.
            I conveyed this and the service people then told me that I can reach out to Samsung and explain this issue to them. If Samsung complies they can give warranty on this. I have been following up with Samsung from then on. Every single time I got the same response, that the warranty can't be claimed. Apparently, they were using a picture as reference to deny the warranty for that which the service people had sent. One service representative said the issue has been escalated to some quality team of Samsung, and they will examine the device to say if warranty can be claimed or not. I requested an email for these, Samsung denied saying these are confidential and can't be shared to customers.
            There was no follow-up call regarding this escalation, after two days I again called Samsung for which they replied the quality team also denied warranty. There was no physical examination that happened. They simply looked at the photos again and denied warranty. They even started accusing me for the impact damage and said like because of which the screen is gone. I don't understand how they are confirming impact damage by merely looking at the pictures.

            I never got any satisfactory response from Samsung regarding this, so at last I got exhausted and asked to repair it. I gave Rs.8237 from my end for repair.Samsung to this day, hasn't shared a written note on why they were not able to give warranty for this damage, despite asking this from my end multiple times.

            I wanted to raise a complaint on the sheer negligence and apathy of Samsung towards its customers - on wrongly denying warranty for my phone, wrongly accusing me of causing the impact damage on the phone, lack of proper communication and follow-up through calls, denying proper response through mails especially the reason for rejection of warranty citing confidentiality.

            Samsung should acknowledge the above and apologize for this and provide me with a complete refund (Rs 8237) for the expenses incurred for getting my product fixed.

              Iam using Samsung M31s for past 1.5 Years..Phone overall performance is very good but after 1Year there comes the problem (Mobile will automatically Swtich off, it will turn on and it will stuck on Samsung logo)When I search in Google all the M Series model is having the same problem. As per the policy phone warranty will be 1 Year..But I think this is not the single person mistake this is the mistake by the whole Samsung mobile development team..So taking in to the consideration Samsung should allow the M Series customer to take a free service in their nearby showroom.

                I have purchased Samsung Mobile M21 before 1.5 years. Suddenly it get hang and not reboot.

                On going service center it was called that motherboard crash and need to replace. It is common problem in M series as I can see on complaint board.

                I purchased this phone due to non-Chines mobile phone sentiments but unfortunately not happy with this product.

                    Dear Sir, I have a grievance complaint against Samsung India.
                    I placed order for Samsung mobile F23 on 8 May and received the same on
                    13 May with only connecting cable in the box and Without the Adapter .
                    I called customer support several times and spoke to Mohit n Anuj to help send the adapter.
                    They said adapter was in short supply n will be delivered soon.
                    This is just an excuse not to send the adapter.
                    It is already 23 days and the mobile cannot be used unless charged.
                    Kindly help me to file a complaint through consumer forum to Samsung India to refund amount of Rs 1400 for the adapter.(cost in market) or refund the amount to my account so that I can buy.

                      My refrigerator model number is RR21A2N2XRZ/HL and serial number is 04NX4PAR300475Z. I registered the problem regrading refrigerator durin warranty period and samsung India provide the reference number that is [protected].I Complaint about my refrigerator touch screen panel that doesn't work properly.The technician from samsung visted my home three times but they didn't solve this problem .The technician said there is problem in wire of touch screen panel under the refrigerator door, he also said we need to change the door but samsung India said the door will not coverd in warranty.But there is no information about refrigerator dood in booklet or guidline books provided by Samsung. Actually problem is in wire not in door then why does technician change the door.I contact samsung India number of time by online and offline mode but i didn't not get proper solution.

                        Dear Sirs,

                        Your reply is more shocking. The requirement is not a spare. It is a consumable. As long as the last product is in the market, making available the consumable is a must. If the company is not capable of doing so, it has to make a notice to the users and withdraw the product providing necessary alternative.

                        It is difficult to accept that Battery for this product in not available in the entire Indian Samsung market and the support team is washing off it hands.

                        I request you to look into your All INdia market and locate one battery for my mobile. I am a senior citizen and I cannot just like that throw a mobile I am using. After checking from your all India network for a battery, pl. provide me one or arrange for a new mobile to me considering the fact that I am senior citizen aged 65 and cannot afford to spend around 10000 for a new one.

                        Kindly do not push me to a corner and I am compelled to look to consumer redressal forum for a solution.

                        Sub: Battery requirement for my Samsung Mobile Note Pad II, Model-GTN7100, PCC ID A3LGTN7100, SSN-N7100GSMH.

                        I am using this mobile. Recently the battery became exhausted and I went to your authroised service centre - Alpha Communication-[protected] / [protected] - asking for the new battery. They informed me that this model is out o[censored]se and no spares including battery is not available and I should only contact your office for support.

                        While I do agree, models become obsolete over a period of time, I do not agree that a great model like Note Pad-II becomes so obsolete that battery is not avaiable. I can make gpay / card payment, if you can arrange for me through any of your support outlets.

                          Samsung dishonoring the free screen replacement for a under warranty Mobile phone and asking to pay 29959.21/- assuming a discoloration as damage, A Small color peel off that too because of substandard material quality is being considered as dent and they trying to Rub off their shoulders by dishonoring warranty.                             This is very unfair I purchased this mobile via Amazon on Aug 14th 2020 it's been 1year and 8months nearly I have been using this mobile but suddenly since last month onwards I am facing restart and hang issue while checking with Samsung customer care they are telling like motherboard issue it has to be replaced and it costs around 8300 rupees we are living a middle class life and we spent around 18k on this mobile but now again it to be work properly I need to spent again 8k we need a fair solution on this.Kindly help on this we are not having such amount to replace motherboard.

                            We trust on Samsung that's why we preferred Samsung mobile among number of brands available in India under 20k but this experience made us sad.

                              In 2020 August month I brought a samsung galaxy m31s with my savings as I thought samsung mobile phones are reliable and i can use it for 3 -4 years without any complaint but i am facing a lot of problems in phone as it get freeze every time and restart automatically. now its completely stuck in bootloader with company name /Model name. When a visited the nearby samsung care, they said it's repairing cost is 7900 . they have to replace board. It is the worst situation for me.

                                On 25th May 2022, I was called for interview in Noida for Samsung back office. After selection I was asked to deposit security money of 3000 rupees which was refundable within 15 days of joining. But even after 8 days of making payment I haven't received any letter. Now the interviewer is telling me that I need to visit their office again to collect my letter and even if I want my refund back then as well. They are fraud and not responding. Her name is Simran (+[protected].

                                  My Samsung galaxy M42 was having some issues with the charging point. It was still under the 1-year warranty period. I raised a service request ticket and arranged for a pickup and drop facility. The device was taken on the 31st of May and returned on the 2nd of June. Once they returned all the data on my mobile was gone and it seems to have been totally formatted.
                                  The service center formatted the entire device without informing me of the issue and any communication whatsoever. I reached out to them and one of the executives accepted the mistake from their side and they should have informed me.
                                  This is a very genuine mistake - She put on line the manager of the center and he too was a little on the back foot and was blabbering that I should have taken a backup before giving the phone. This was a very lame attempt at blaming a customer and hiding his own fault. His employee accepted the mistake and he was trying to pass on the blame to me (the customer itself). This is shameful. I need this to be escalated and also compensated for this mistake by your own recognized service center. I have lost precious data from my phone.

                                  Got on the phone with the customer representative and explained again how big the issue is. There are four parts to the issue I explained to her

                                  1. Deleting crucial data and images without a customer's consent before proceeding to do so.
                                  2. No information on the parts being changed and no information passed to the customer.
                                  3. Asked them for compensation on this as this will quickly escalate into a legal issue
                                  4. Told them sorry and feedback doesn't work in these cases and very very strict action needs to be taken.

                                  I have asked them to arrange a call with Area and zonal manager to take the case forward or I have to take a legal course.

                                  This is really pathetic now - they are saying they have closed the case without intimating anybody. This is really a ridiculous way of fooling customers by Samsung. I called the customer service representative Garima Malhotra and she was showing an attitude without any concern for the customer's case.

                                    Technician is not Qualified. He just came and told tmrw I inform in office. But no response

                                      Since purchase of this device, it is constantly giving trouble in proper functioning.
                                      Sometimes it is sound related, sometimes it is recording related and many more issues.
                                      To me it''s a very costly phone and considering the reputation and quality of the Samsung phone, I purchased it with high belief. But after getting this phone, it has become a nightmare to me. I am in customer care service in a company and have to use this mobile phone frequently for various purposes. But this phone giving me more trouble rather than to solve an issue with my customers.

                                      Considering the technical issue with this phone, I think there is a manufacturing fault with this phone .So I would like to request you to kindly replace my above mobile with another new phone of the same model.

                                      Hope you will feel my problem and replace it with new one immediately.

                                      Dear Sir I have deposited my mobile phone to your authorised service centre Garg Distributor dt 01.06.2022. Please note that, now i am without having mobile phone. As i said that i am a customer care executive in a company, It is impossible to do my duty without my mobile phone. Your service centre has not provided any service mobile phone to use for a time being till i receive my new mobile phone. In this circumstances, I would like to request you to kindly replace or refund my defective mobile today or tomorrow positively. Else i am not able to do my duty. Hope you will understand my problem and request you to kindly resolve the issue immediately. Hoping your quick action .

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        we have been facing a major issue with our AC, i have reported the same to Samsung but there is no solution.

                                        every year we are paying 10K to get the repairing the AC which we purchased 2 yrs back.

                                        this is really a harassments to buy the Samsung ac beside this there is no required support has been provided to us.
                                        in this terrible summer time, we are struggling and looking at you to support.
