I am based in Delhi. I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator (RT49K6758S9) on 17 March 2019.
It was working fine until we noticed the moisture in the freezer compartment and ice cubes sticking together in the ice maker compartment.
By now, our product was out of warranty. We registered our complaint with Samsung, and their technician visited on 17 March 2022 and told that there was no problem in the freezer and it was working fine. When asked about the moisture in freezer, he told that it was normal.
Then, in May, the icemaker stopped dropping the ice cubes automatically in the box, and I registered the complaint for the same vide complaint number [protected] dated 20 May 2022.
The technician visited our premises on 21 May 2022 and told that the water quantity for ice maker was less and so, it was not getting enough water for making ice. When he pressed the manual switch, the ice dropped in the container. (Note that our complaint was not that the ice maker was not making ice, the freezer as well as the icemaker were working fine, except for the moisture, but freezer was not dropping the ice in its container which is should). The capacity of water container for the ice maker is 5 litre and there was 3 litre water already which the technician said that it was less, so he got it filled to the brim. (There was already the ice in freezer in some containers till now). Then, he made some adjustments in the temperature setting reducing it to -23 degrees and left assuring us that he will visit on 21 May again, to check the functioning.
By the evening of 20 May 2022, the ice in the freezer compartment starting melting, and ice maker did not start working for which we originally complained. We informed the technician on mobile, and he assured that he will be visiting us on 21 May and look into the matter.
On 21 May, he visited us in the evening and by this time, the ice in the freezer was in the molten state.
The technician, opened the icemaker, and then told that the gas was leaked and that it needed to be recharged with gas.
Now, we were surprised. How come in a matter of one day, the gas leaked so much that he did not need to check even the refrigerator from the back, which is checked usually by the technicians. When we enquired about this sudden leak of the gas, the technician said that copper pipe sometimes leaks. I was a bit surprised and I asked him how come the metal pipe in just two years, that too copper, corrode and leak suddenly, to which he mumbled something and went out. I thought he has gone out to take some tool, but when he did not return, I went out to check and found that he had gone back.
Note that no where he has asked about his service charges and he has not told us that he is leaving.
I contacted the customer care and he told that they have got the feedback from the technician that we refused paying the charges.
Then, I mailed to Samsung Customer Support on 22 May 2022. No doubt I got the immediate response, but they also told me the same issue that we refused to pay the charges, which I explained them in the mail and informed them the sequence of events.
Then, I got a mail that they have escalated the issue and we will get a call from the supervisor, which we did get on 24 May and the supervisor assured that they will send some senior technician who will resolve our issue, but no one has visited so far, and in this acute hot weather, we were forced to get it repaired from other technician.
Upon checking, he has also informed us that the alignment of Freezer door is not correct due to which the problem of moisture may arise.
Now, I am in a fix whether I should contact Samsung Customer Care, looking into their poor service and untrained technician!!!

    Samsung is cheeting customers, with high prie and and less quality products
    mean while earlier samsung sold mobiles with phone charger, Data cable, Ear Phones too. But now they are providing only dadta cable only with mobile, no adaptor, No ear phones, Please isue a noties to provide travel adaptor, data cable along with ear phones also, gradually they will cut off data cable.
    this is the crores of the people hesitation.

      I purchased Samsung galaxy book 2 pro 360 through www.samsung.com. The payment was made through their payment partner PayU (redirected from www.samsung.com). The order was made on[protected] at 17:19:46. The amount paid was Rs. 1, 24, 489.50/-. I received an email from [protected]@payu.in at 5:38 pm stating that "Your order at www.samsung.com is successful".

      But the order was not to be seen on my list of orders. (It still shows the previous order I tried purchasing as my latest order with them). I contacted Samsung product expert and was asked to wait for 48 hours for either the order to be placed or refund to be initiated. After 48 hours, I contacted them (Samsung) again and they told me that it might have to do with some error at PayU and I should be contacting them (PayU) if the amount is not refunded within 7 days.

      After a week, I contacted PayU today and they replied that the transaction with PayU ID: [protected] has been successfully processed and I was asked to contact the merchant www.samsung.com/in for refund details regarding the transaction.

      The email I received, The reply from PayU customer care agent Alora Mohanty, The PayU transaction tracker and my account statement is hereby attached for your reference.

        I have ordered(order no: [protected]) Samsung M53s mobile and paid the amount. Subsequently, I have canceled my order and placed another order for the same product with discount.
        Order canceled on 13/05/2022 and today 25/05/2022, I have not received the refund.
        Raised complaint 5times in the customer care.
        Very lethargic and useless answers.
        It's really worst behavior of Samsung. I warn people not to use Samsung site for ordering. You will land up into trouble like me. I am paying additional charges for my cred card due to long delay from Samsung refund.

          I purchased a Samsung Inverter AC at @May 4th, 2018 from Sathya Showroom in Kelambakkam, Chennai-603103.

          But now totally disappointed with your service and brand evaluation,

          We have purchased the AC worth Rs.40000 but it doesn't comes and works out at least for 5 years,

          This is the very worst product which i ever bought

          Nobody resolves my issue, my whole amount was wasted! i felt like very frustrated

          We were completely disappointed with Samsung products!!!

          Usually i preferred to have samsung products before, now we are going to decide we never buy your products not even Mobile Phones

                  My samsung washing machine purchased in October 2019 stopped working suddenly.The technician comes and simply says it is due to rat bite and not covered in warranty. And it costs 5000rupees.There is no chance a rat can get inside my house in 7th floor apartment.I never expected this from a premium company like samsung

                    Compensation for delay in refund

                    I had purchased a Galaxy S22 from Samsung online (order id [protected]) on 09 May 22. Since the delivery date of 20 May did not suit me due to my travel plans, I cancelled the order on 10 May and received an email on 10 May saying that I would receive the refund in 7-10 business days. After many email and phone follow ups since the amount was large, I believe the refund has been initiated on 20 May and refund estimated date now is 7-10 business...

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    With respect to the above mentioned subject, please note that I have received the New Samsung Galaxy M32 (6gb/128gb)(Light Blue) model on 10th May 2022.

                    When I started the mobile, I noticed one small issue. The display doesn't looks like as per its original specification i.e. FHD+ Super AMoled. But irrespect of this I still using that and doesn't go for any complain.

                    But yesterday evening when I put my phone on charger, my display has got one vertical line. So I complain online to customer care. They told me to go to service center and your issue will get resolved. By the time until morning that vertical lines are automatically got increased

                    So today morning I go to the Samsung service center at Dadar and they have checked & confirmed the mobile with manufacturing defect. Now they says that my display will be replaced. But how can I use the repaired product so early. Just imagine what would you do if this same issue happens in your case.

                    So Its my humble request to the Samsung team, please replace my mobile as it was defective as well as in replacement warranty period.

                          I lakshya gupta being a samsung customer from past 11 years felt cheated because S20 plus green line issue is a universal issue so a universal solution should only be provided that is FOC.Bt still samsung executive's convinced me to take 50% off on the repairing charges telling me this is the max they could offer to my only disspointed next day I.e 14th may( 13th may my repairing was done)on twitter tht hv provided FOC to some of their special customer 's from 5th of may onwards.So what the hell did I do that I was not provided with FOC.so I contacted Mr Rawat who handled my case asking him for a refund of 50% he simply refused it telling there are certain conditions qualifying for FOC tht is age, phone's condition etc.My phone was inspected well at service centre there was no dents, scratches or marks.i registered complaint on samsung helpline bt there were only promising words bt no followups.why there was discrimination between customers some was given FOC and some were given discounts on repairing charges. I was being ignored by samsung on twitter as well.I felt cheated because haven't I paid for samsung phones like others so why I was not treated fairly.My phone was bought on 16 Oct 2020.people have got FOC who have bought their phones before Oct as well.Mr Rawat was only fooling me around. I hope I could get the refund and justice is served because like others there was no fall or damage from my side.#jobsheet no-[protected]#customer reference no [protected], [protected], [protected].screenshots attached of customers who have got FOC and 1 of them even got on 5th of May still I was not served justice.I can now only hope that by registering my complaint here at consumer complaints I could just get what I deserve.otherwise I hv lost hope in samsung.

                            I would like to bring to buyers attention a possible design flaw in Samsung NVMe SSDs.

                            Generally there are 2 types of NVMe SSDs. PCIe 3 & 4.
                            PCIe 4 may require heatsink while 3 can work without heatsink.

                            However Samsung NVMe SSDs pcie 3 operate at high temps like 54C when there's no load and this may not be good for the health of the SSD. The SSD life may get shortened due to high temps. More over the controller is almost at 68 which is near the threshold of max limit of temperature.
                            Users be aware of this design limitation. I had to apply a number of thermal pads to my SSD to bring down the idle temps to normal limits.
                            Samsung should have made the provision.

                              This is really painful for me as well. I am also having such display issue. unexpectedly my display has also red green and blue dots observed at start. and now all the screen is fully darken.
                              not a single wear and tear on handset..

                              I need quick assistance and resolution for my problem. Please have a look at the following details along with your query.

                              Request type : Display found red green blue dots at start. later on each subsequent hour the screen was not clear(dots were becoming darker). Now the dots found spread across the whole display. The mobile is perfectly fine except this dark display issue. all touch screen points working, no any wear and tear from front, back, left, right, top and bottom side on screen and mobile comes under warranty period.
                              I approached Ahmedpur samsung center(Service Centre:[protected] - - SHRI KRISHNA MOBILE SHOPEE) and they raised a call for it with the upper office(Bill No : [protected] from service center). Service center got a reply from the answer team as the phone has some damage from the customer side.

                              My Key Points are:-
                              1. How come damage is suspected without looking at the Handset condition with only images sent from Office.
                              2. My mobile has no damage and if you want you can refer to all the attached images from all angles.
                              3. My mobile was validated by ahmedpur samsung service center executive with respect to (water, electricity, and liquid damage by opening in service center and they did not find any such fault related to it)
                              4. Upper office was asking for the damage, I am pretty sure I have not caused any damage to the handset by any angle. there is not a single pinpoint scratch on the phone.
                              5. on what basis my display is not being replaced and my issue is not resolved even if it's appearing in full warranty period (Appointment Date 05.16.2022 (14:31:42))??
                              6. I need assistance to resolve this issue from samsung india pvt ltd. I can make any assistance with respect to handset condition, bill and any documentation for further evaluations.
                              7. I also wanted to bring to your attention that on 13th May, 2022 there was a 1970mb update from Samsung for my F41 headset, I did download that install and it was installed successfully. I am suspecting the ripple effect of that update as well.
                              8. There is not a single damage to my handset either from inside and outside the peripheral area as well. I need the Handset to be repaired by Samsung India Pvt. Ltd., in WARRANTY period and make assistance as soon as possible.

                                Samsung Galaxy F41 - Display Darker Issue complaint/ Warranty repair is denied even if in full warranty handset.

                                  I am having Galaxy M21 Mobile which has IMEI 1 no. [protected]/01 and IMEI2 no. [protected]/2 and serial no. RZ8961765ZT.

                                  Just 15 days before I received a message from Samsung to update mobile software and after doing so from the next day my phone started hanging and restarting frequently automatically. Sometime after automatic shutdown, the mobile is not restarted for long time, only showing SAMSUNG in the screen for long hours.

                                  This problem happened only after the software update.

                                  Please do the needful and immediately upgrade the software for M21 and in future please provide an option on the mobile so we will be able to degrade the mobile if we find any problem after the upgradation.

                                  Exactly similar issue i am observing for Samsung Galaxy F41 handset. My display is not working properly its fully darken as a result of software update.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I need quick assistance and resolution for my problem. Please have a look at the following details along with your query.

                                  Request type : Display found red green blue dots at start. later on each subsequent hour the screen was not clear(dots were becoming darker). Now the dots found spread across the whole display. The mobile is perfectly fine except this dark display issue. all touch screen points working, no any wear and tear from front, back, left, right, top and bottom side on screen and mobile comes under warranty period.
                                  I approached Ahmedpur samsung center(Service Centre:[protected] - - SHRI KRISHNA MOBILE SHOPEE) and they raised a call for it with the upper office(Bill No : [protected] from service center). Service center got a reply from the answer team as the phone has some damage from the customer side.

                                  My Key Points are:-
                                  1. How come damage is suspected without looking at the Handset condition with only images sent from Office.
                                  2. My mobile has no damage and if you want you can refer to all the attached images from all angles.
                                  3. My mobile was validated by ahmedpur samsung service center executive with respect to (water, electricity, and liquid damage by opening in service center and they did not find any such fault related to it)
                                  4. Upper office was asking for the damage, I am pretty sure I have not caused any damage to the handset by any angle. there is not a single pinpoint scratch on the phone.
                                  5. on what basis my display is not being replaced and my issue is not resolved even if it's appearing in full warranty period (Appointment Date 05.16.2022 (14:31:42))??
                                  6. I need assistance to resolve this issue from samsung india pvt ltd. I can make any assistance with respect to handset condition, bill and any documentation for further evaluations.
                                  7. I also wanted to bring to your attention that on 13th May, 2022 there was a 1970mb update from Samsung for my F41 headset, I did download that install and it was installed successfully. I am suspecting the ripple effect of that update as well.
                                  8. There is not a single damage to my handset either from inside and outside the peripheral area as well. I need the Handset to be repaired by Samsung India Pvt. Ltd., in WARRANTY period and make assistance as soon as possible.

                                    Motherboard issue - Samsung Galaxy M31s

                                    I purchased Samsung Galaxy M 31s one and half years back. Recently I updated Android Version 12 before 4 days. After updated the android version, my phone hang on logo and cannot switched off.

                                    I approached Samsung service center ( In Tirupur - Tamil nadu ), and they checked mobile and they told that the motherboard problem and its needed to replace. Its cost around Rs. 9000.00. The update caused the motherboard to fail. Samsung...

                                    Id like to share my unpleasant experience with Samsung, I ordered a Rs 50k monitor from the online website, the delivery time of which was 7 days. After 10 days of order, I noticed that the delivery service purposefully sent missed calls on my phone during odd hours and then marked the delivery as “Customer Unresponsive”. On the 11th day, I called back the delivery number 7 times before he picked up the phone and confirmed he would send it out for delivery. However, at that point, I was travelling outside the country and asked them to return the product

                                    Fast forward to 5th May, I ordered the monitor again for around Rs 48k after a sales representative called my phone saying it was a limited time offer and that prices will rise, after which the monitor was priced even lower at Rs 46k. I cancelled my order and the refund had been pending for 10 days with customer support making me wait 1 hour every time I raise this issue with them that the refund has been pending for this long

                                    Every time after 1 hour they reply, that the refund will take 7 – 10 days, wasting my time. The utter lack of service is disrespectful

                                    I have contacted support a total of 7 times, with no resolution even after 12 days of cancelling the order

                                    Every day i contact support and they copy paste the same response that their support team will contact me via email, in the email they say the same thing again
