Dear Samsung team,
I ordered an Ac through online mode & my order number is - [protected], dt. 15/4/22 but I didn't get free 3-meter copper wire, a pair of flayer & 10-meter wire with AC (as the installation person told me), so the installation cost incurred is Rs 14300/- which is approx. half of my AC cost.
While your Inspection team visit, they told me to talk with Savex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. But there is no response from them & also for your kind information I purchase the goods from Samsung India not from Savex Technologies so it is your responsibility to sort out my problem that why you charge extra money from my pocket.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still waiting for response...

    Hi,
    My samsung s20plus display showing green vertical line without any physical damage I don't know why, but after surfing on the net and customer service many customers using this device facing problem after an update from samsung.
    This is ridiculous after being a valuable customer and purchasing this mobile for a sum of 74000 these kind of issues can't be disgest
    In customer care they are asking to pay 16000 for screen replacement as the warranty is over, I don't understand why I have to pay. This is making lose trust on samsung and I never gonna fall for samsung again.
    Atleat hear out problems from customers and make free replacement.

    This is really painful for me as well. I am also having such display issue. unexpectedly my display has also red green and blue dots observed at start. and now all the screen is fully darken.

    Hi Team,

    I need quick assistance and resolution for my problem. Please have a look at the following details along with your query.

    First Name : Navnath

    Request type : Display found red green blue dots at start. later on each subsequent hour the screen was not clear(dots were becoming darker). Now the dots found spread across the whole display. The mobile is perfectly fine except this dark display issue. all touch screen points working, no any wear and tear from front, back, left, right, top and bottom side on screen and mobile comes under warranty period.
    I approached Ahmedpur samsung center(Service Centre:[protected] - - SHRI KRISHNA MOBILE SHOPEE) and they raised a call for it with the upper office(Bill No : [protected] from service center). Service center got a reply from the answer team as the phone has some damage from the customer side.

    My Key Points are:-
    1. How come damage is suspected without looking at the Handset condition with only images sent from Office.
    2. My mobile has no damage and if you want you can refer to all the attached images from all angles.
    3. My mobile was validated by ahmedpur samsung service center executive with respect to (water, electricity, and liquid damage by opening in service center and they did not find any such fault related to it)
    4. Upper office was asking for the damage, I am pretty sure I have not caused any damage to the handset by any angle. there is not a single pinpoint scratch on the phone.
    5. on what basis my display is not being replaced and my issue is not resolved even if it's appearing in full warranty period (Appointment Date 05.16.2022 (14:31:42))??
    6. I need assistance to resolve this issue from samsung india pvt ltd. I can make any assistance with respect to handset condition, bill and any documentation for further evaluations.
    7. I also wanted to bring to your attention that on 13th May, 2022 there was a 1970mb update from Samsung for my F41 headset, I did download that install and it was installed successfully. I am suspecting the ripple effect of that update as well.
    8. There is not a single damage to my handset either from inside and outside the peripheral area as well. I need the Handset to be repaired by Samsung India Pvt. Ltd., in WARRANTY period and make assistance as soon as possible.

      Side by side refrigerator we purchased on 2 aug 2021 which was stop working few months back then service engineer came and started the refrigerator.
      Now again it's stopped working 2.5 weeks back, we complained in costumer care and local service center in Jammu called engineer came to check he told PCB burnt. Then they told in 3 days part will come, till now we are waiting for the part and service

      When we call them they are telling us our engineer will visit soon with part and no one coming.
      As this is summer season, because of your poor services. We purchased one small refrigerator of other company costs us 20000inr.
      I will for till this weekend if my problems of refrigerator not solved then I've no option remaining and I will go to consumer cell court and file a complaint there.

        Dear Sir/Madam

        we purchased a Samsung AC from Vasanth and co on 5th April 2022, and installed it on 8th April, within 2 days of installation the AC was not working it switched off automatically, service request was raised for AC not working, it took nearly 2 weeks for the service person to rectify the issue.

        1st time they said it is Sensor issue
        2nd time they said it is PCB I/O issue
        3rd time they said there is some issue with the outdoor unit
        4th time they said there is some problem with the power line and tested it with another power line, there was no issue in the power line
        5th time they said there is a problem with the Outdoor unit again and they changed some part and it was working,
        for this issue multiple service engineers have visited for rectification, now before 2 days water leakage from the AC was reported again,
        a service engineer came and he fixed the issue by just putting a plastic paper then again the problem was reported again a service engineer visited the house for servicing when the engineer came and checked the outdoor unit there were sparks from the AC which caused a lot of Chaos since my mother was alone at that time this was a life-threatening moment for my mother when i spoke to the service lead he said that the problem was with the power it is not acceptable since all other ACs are working properly.

        I Urge Samsung Management to look at this issue and provide a replacement for the AC since the AC is not working properly since the day of installation. please note that there is a lot of security issues in this case

          I have ordered Split AC on Samsung website for my new born on 07-May-2022 which is supposed to get on 13-May-2022. But after 10 days of repeated follow ups instead of providing me the product they have cancelled the Order. Should my new born suffer because of ridiculous service by Samsung.

            After updating the software of my s20plus i am facing a green line on the display.As per reports from internet news channels and Samsung's own community this issue is not limited to my unit.When enquired with samsung on the matter they are denying my problem as an isolated issue and not common occurrence after recent update please help me with the issue, is this a new method to attain profits from selling display ?

              Dear Sir,
              I have brought a Samsung 4K UHD Smart Tv on last June-2021 for 36990 through Amazon. My registered mobile Number is [protected] (Natarajan) (My Father)

              For last 10 days the TV is not working which was worked well in previous day night which was connected with a brand new stabilizer as well.
              For this issue, I'm following with Samsung to provide service for the same LIKE A BEGGER for last 1 week. Till now no-one responded regarding this issue.

              I'm now in the brink of over frustration due to non responsive behaviour from your end.

              FYI, I have all the call recording of my conversation with CUSTOMER care for the last 1 week which I have followed.

              Now you left me no choice other than light the TV on fire.
              I'm writing this mail for your record that I'm having a family function this week which almost 500+ guest will be visiting.
              I'm going to set the TV on fire infront of all my guests saying SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ARE ### WHICH ISN'T WORTH OF BUYING.
              I'll do the Facebook live tag with you & your other competitors also during this time.

              Also all the records including this mail will be posted in social media & honourable consumer court for further proceedings & consequences which has been made only because of SAMSUNG NON RESPONSIVE BEHAVIOUR.

              FYI, This mail will be forwarded to all the concern consumer department authorities post 24hrs from the delivery to Samsung.

                Galaxy Z fold 3 has now got a weird smudged line in the centre of display as you open it.
                Has sent mails to customer support, service head, CEO and whatsapp.
                Recd a mail confirmation saying we are looking into this on priority. Also a call to take it to the service center.

                  Dear Sir, I purchased Samsung galaxy M335g on 11th May from Samsung Shop by seeing the offer that I will get the 25watt charger along with the phone but yesterday I received phone without charger. I have complained on samsung customer care 3 times but I am not getting any positive response from them. Kindly help me to get the adapter or ask them to return the product because I am not able to expense another Rs. 1300 for charger.

                    I purchased the Samsung Galaxy M30s on 28th September 2019 from Amazon.

                    I had no problems with it whatsoever all this while. However, after the software update about a month or so back, it started automatically restarting time and again. On some days, it might have restarted more than 15-20 times. A couple of days back, the screen again froze and switched off but this time it did not start at all.

                    When I went to the Samsung service center, the lady within 30 sec said the phone is dead, the motherboard needs to be replaced which is going to cost Rs 7000/-. When I searched online, I found that many many people had the same problem and it appears that Samsung is at fault. The lady in the service center also agreed it is Samsung's fault and it looked like she was familiar with the issue but just said they would have replaced it if it was within 1 year warranty period.

                    This is highly unprofessional of Samsung that loyal users are being made to go through this for no fault of theirs and because of some defect on Samsung's part. I would request Samsung to look into this issue and resolve this.

                      Dear Sir, we have purchase the new air AIR CONDITIONERS on date 25.03.2021 through flipcart on line now AC after 1 years have been defective & not current working then we have complained to customer care. Now customer care only raised complain to complain the but not action . after 5 days complete but not action then we will paid service & parts I will request the registered the complained & will be action of sumsung company with product.
                      Charging for repair / Not repaired under warranty
                      complaint registered on 1st time date 06.05.2022
                      complaint registered on 2nd time date 07.05.2022
                      Every day complain to registred of two time but action at the time
                      aslo comment form customer care work under process & defect parts in transit

                      So Please do the need full action please

                        I have ordered([protected]) Samsung refrigerator through online on Samsung shop app on[protected]. I have received damaged product on[protected].

                        Very next day Engineer visited and provided CSR copy for replacement. I have contacted Samsung care through call, I was asked to send damage pics along with CSR copy. I have shared all the required details same day. They said they would resolve the issue in 24 to 48 hours. But, till date issue is not resolved. No response to my emails and calls. I have contacted through chat service as well, they were responding with same pre-recorded messages “issue would be resolved in 24 hours”. This entire process is big ordeal and frustrating. Without refrigerator, managing these many days is very difficult.

                        Even I am facing the same issue, even I have ordered a refrigerator on 15th June, they delivered it on 20th June, and on the 21st of June, a demo person came and found damage on the fridge. He gave a CSR copy for replacement, we sent a mail and called customer care, but no response from them, in spite of resolving the issue they are talking so rude, saying as anyway the product will get canceled no need to worry about the fridge.

                          Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice about utterly unprofessional service provided (failure to provide) by Samsung India. It has been more than two weeks since I have complained but your team as only deferring the issue by buying 48 hours and they have been doing the same since last two weeks. All calls, mails, communication has resulted in NO resolution of our issue and we are left extremely harassed. You have no shame of getting your name spoiled on social medial, no responsibility towards customer and I could not but only blame your incapable leadership. This is the last approach to the Samsung and If not resolved within 48 hours, I will take strict action and lodge a fraud case/FIR against you and your company( including global action ), but not limited to this.

                          We have ordered a television through Samsung corporate program and the same was delivered on 28th April 2022 via order number [protected]. when the installation executive from Samsung arrived and opened the TV, he found it defective. His report is attached. Same day we lodged a complaint to snmsung and they gave us an assurance of picking the TV and refunding our money. It has been issued over mail communication. However, since that day, we are running post to pillar and no one is picking the TV neither refunding the money. We are just receiving calls from team that they will transfer our matter to one department to another and will revert in 48 hours. It has been two weeks now.

                          As a last amicable attempt, I am writing to you, hoping that you honourably run this organisation and will resolve our grievance promptly within 48 hours.

                            The outer polybag and the secondary cardboard box was intact and fine. But the company seal on the product box was broken (cleanly cut using a blade), the box was empty, the watch, the charger and the invoice all were missing.

                            I want a refund for my purchase or the product as it is promised.

                            This is my second complaint on the consumer forum, I don't got any resolution for the first one.

                            I have complained many times in Samsung Customer Care, even talked to the team leader Mr. KUMAR KARTIKE and Customer Support Center Supervisor, Head Office, Gurugram JITENDRA Singh Thakur, but there is no resolution.

                            I have put in my money in buying this watch and didn't received any resolution or the product.

                            I don't know anything about the investigating process done by Samsung to resolve my issue.
                            They are not doing any investigation regarding my problem and denied any resolution from their side.

                            I request Consumer Forum to help me get justice, I don't know where else to go.
                            There are a lot of features in the watch that can be used by Samsung to find the actual culprit.

                            I hope Consumer Forum will help me and believe there is still good present in the world.

                                  I have bought 6gb 128gb Samsung M21 phone on 2nd November2020. The phone was working fine and suddenly after using phone for about 6 month there was issue detected with motherboard. I was told the reason for damage was water inside phone. I accepted it as during covid I used sanitizer to disinfect my phone which might have lead to the motherboard issue but still unhappy as it shouldn’t be damaging motherboard so easily. I had taken my phone to service center on 21st Feb 2021 after 3 months from the purchase date and I was told to pay 12k for 15k phone. With the help from your team I could able to get my motherboard and screen glass replaced in 6.5k however I was expecting the same in free of cost under warranty. I received back my phone on 31st feb. A week after motherboard replacement I got to know there was some other issues with motherboard. I was told my service center team that it’s again mother board issue but I don’t have to pay as it was Samsung issue.

                                  On 17th Feb 2022 I found issues with the phone again. Phone was restarted and it never came back after android startup mobile screen. I had visited the service center and I was told that it’s issue with the motherboard again and asking to pay 6, 500 for the repairing. I’m failing to understand how come Samsung phone has issues with motherboard 3 times that too it’s not even one and half year old phone. I was not told the reason for the damage. Repairing device in authentic station not allowing to stand device for an year then what would happen if I repair it from local shops.

                                  I really don’t want to go into this kind of conversation now and wanted your help to bring down the cost same as when I repaired last time. Please help on this matter on urgent basis as I have no other options left other than asking your favour here.

                                  Covid has affected my family and me. No one left me from the financial damage even Samsung as said earlier. I would urge you to please consider my request in the same line and help me to get my mobile issue fixed please

                                    I placed an order from SAMSUNG INDIA app on Date- 08/05/2022 Time-04:46pm as mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy M12) Order ID-[protected] whose price is Rs. 9499 /- For providing Gift to my Sister on the occasion of her marriage.

                                    POINTS TO BE NOTED-

                                    1- Samsung India promises for the delivery on Date-
                                    11/05/2022 That's why I Ordered from there.

                                    2- But After the Confirmation of my order Samsung
                                    India has changed the date of delivery Date and
                                    promises to deliver on Date- 12/05/2022 .
                                    I, Contacted to Samsung Helpline they promises to
                                    deliver the product definitely on 12/05/2022, But I
                                    didn't received.

                                    3- After consultaing Samsung helpline on Date-
                                    12/05/2022, They reduced the date of delivery as
                                    14/05/2022.
                                    When I asked that you are promises to deliver on
                                    12/05/2022 why I didn't get my phone they didn't
                                    answer, when I said I will raise a complaint against
                                    your company Samsung India they said You can.

                                    SAMSUNG INDIA HURTED Us as-

                                    1- Mental Pressure.

                                    2- I am unable to provide Gift to my Loving Sister.

                                    3- Samsung India is reason for making us UNHAPPY.

                                    4- Samsung India lost the good bond and love
                                    between one Loving Brother and sister.

                                    5- Samsung India is bigger company but it is fooling us
                                    by their wrong and false promises.

                                    NOTE- If Samsung India shows the other date before the order then I, didn't confirm my order. I used to go other shop or other site.

                                    WHAt I NEED AGAINST THIS-

                                    In order I lost my 5 days on Samsung India due to the wrong promises.

                                    If Samsung India can return my losted valuable time as 5 days then I am agreed .
                                    But if not,

                                    I need the phone price what I placed order as RS.9499/- at the place of my time is losted .

                                      I Have Registered a Compliant on MY Double Door Refregirator which is getting Power off in between on 23 of April.Till Now Problem not resolved. I have called 7 Times till now. Initially Technician came and took 413 Rupees as a Visiting Charge for Month and told to call if problem occurs.Second time Techinician visited and told problem is with the board and told will order and replace with new.After that 5 Times i have called Customer service and Called Techinicain several times. Technician not attending the Call and Local service center person also not responding.

                                        I brought two units of Samsung Split AC 2 Tons for my house in Salem though Reliance outlet. One these two was not working from the day 2 and not working with proper cooling .. We made numours calls to the service center and chennai office and finally the unit was taken to their service center and rectified the faulty unit. Again after 4 months, the unit is not working. Please help to get the replacement for this unit as they keep attending the tempary solutions on the faulty unit supplied by Samsung..

                                        Oncology of this unit:
                                        1. I bought two of the 2 tons Samsung Split units in March 2021 and installed successfully.
                                        2. One of these to which having the reference AR24AY4YATANNA - 04TPPPCR200361E EC was giving problems since it had been installed by your team at Salem.
                                        3. After few days of installation, the above referenced unit was not giving the proper cool and your technical came and checked, checked, checked ...finally they found that coil of indoor unit has problem and both indoor and outdoor units of the referenced AC taken to their service center and brought back.. These checking and identifying the issues taken almost two months for your team to figure out after making calls to all over the world..
                                        4. After 4 months again the unit is not working. I am sure this particular unit has fatal fault and Samsung damped this faulty unit on me and jeopardized my home theate which we could not run without the Air-conditioner.
                                        5. I was about the go launch the complaint legally, your people from Chennai office spoke to me and given firm confirmation to rectify the ever faulty unit which would not give any further issues. Again this unit is not working properly and end up with same issues.
