I purchased a flip 3 on 27/10/21 but its been not more than 6 mo ths and suddenly while talking on the phone, i saw a white line appear in the middle of screen at the hinge area.since it was covered under warranty, i took it to the samsung care and it was shocking to find out that they were trying to find out something in the phone so that they can avoid the repair or replacement and finally he came up with a rusty scratch calling it a impact...

Defective overheating product

Samsung s9 (waterproof) damaged on accidental exposure to water

This one tends to take away trust from the companies and gadgets when promised features are not seen fulfilling specified task

Poor service by surat udhna darvaja samsung care

I ordered a 394 liter Refrigerator from Samsung corporate portal and was delivered on April 2. The engineer came for installation and upon unpacking, found the item to be damaged and defective. I submitted a return and replace requests on the same day. They declined to replaces it and said they will return the item . Unprofessional services

Samsung Refrigerator - Pathetic Service & Support

I have raised a service request (# [protected]) on 2nd-April. And till today, which is almost a month, this has not been resolved. This is the 3rd time in a year my ice dispenser is having issues. Ice is getting formed but not getting dispensed. It is a failure product and technicians don't have the right skills to fix this issue. If you can't fix it, exchange it or refund my money.
