Totally frustrated with this samsung and it'd customer support. Got green line on my mobile after an update . Tried all possible ways to solve but reply from Samsung is as my mobile was more than one year old I want to pay around 16k and change the display . But shocking part was I got one more update and after a day o[censored]pdating got one more green Line . Luckily I din change the display and samsung will say it's not their fault . Also shocking part was I started getting very rude reply from customer care .. never ever expected this... and will not get any samsung products in future

      Pathetic AC service by samsung india. I had a issue with my AC of less coolness and called samsung AC support. They came and refilled the gas and checked for leaks as well and said things are ok. After one month, the coolness reduce and the second set of engineers now ask me to change the compressor and asking for 10000. Instead of spending 10000, I can go in for a new AC. I would want samsung india to reimburse the money that was used to fill the gas but now they don't want to do that and not taking up responsibility . Did not expect this from a MNC to have such a poor support

        My elderly parents (both senior citizens) bought Samsung front load washing machine to ease work owing to old age. Recently, the machine stopped working and after complaint the Samsung service agent visited and charged estimated Rs 6018/- for changing main printed circuit board. However, the machine continued to be malfunctioning and the Samsung service agent stopped responding to the repeated complaints. Its been 22 days since the machine is not working and undue hardship is faced by my elderly parents.
        It is requested to please order the company to repair the machine at the earliest and pay an equivalent compensation for undue harrasment to my senior citizen parents.

          I am a frustrated of Samsung India customer service and their false assurance.
          I bought my tablet on which there was an offer of Buds live. its been over 20 days I am following up. Since 16th May your team is harrassing me with false commitments, none if which are being met.
          Your Email support is not competent to provide a timeline for raised issue. and time given was never met.
          Mr Vinod Singh, Prince, Saurabh and some other guys were who asked me to wait but failed to update me on status on raised issue.
          Only repetitive statement received was "Concern is highlighted to respective team and they are working"
          Today again Mr Vinod has asked me to wait further for 10 days.

          I am frustrated beyond limit and tired of all this follow up.

          I am seeking for an solution hence escalating this Samsun CEO email.

            Hi,
            A few days back purchased Samsung A33 & haven't used it much but repeatedly getting hang during the outgoing & incoming calls

            When I make a call, it displays after a few seconds & sometimes it takes a long time to open the calling option page.

            Either I need a resolution or a better alternate device.

              Dear Samsung,

              Around October 2020, I purchased a Samsung M31s and it worked fine until Dec 2021. At this point, abrupt restarts would happen, At first it used to be linked to usage of specific apps, then just out of blue it would restart once in a week and finally from April onwards, it would restart multiple times in a day.

              Finally unable to use the phone any further, I took it to the service centre who promptly without any further examination, informed me this is a motherboard problem and would cost me 9000 for repair. On highlighting this with your representatives, they have offered my 25% discount on motherboard repair.

              On researching on the internet, this is the same story, repeated over and over again within the same range of M-series phones. Few months after warranty is over, the phone starts restarting and then service centers ask you to pay 9000 for repair. Below are several examples o[censored]sers facing the exact same issue. Same is also highlighted by every major newspaper in the country.

              While your call center team was professional in handling the requests, your company['s overall approach to selling defective phones is downright deplorable. I request to repair the phone at full expense of Samsung. I look forward to a favourable response.

                This is with reference to above mentioned subject I would to express my dissatisfaction with Samsung product & its services.

                My TV has LED display issues as it is continuously getting the dark shades while watching the TV. Hence, I raised support case with SAMSUNG Electronics service center.

                The engineer visited my place and he told mother board needs to be replaced and it will be costing 10 to 12k. So, we agreed the cost for mother board replacement. After checking the company website, Engineer told the company stopped the model and it can't be repaired. He said that I will be getting the refund from the company between 65-100% of the Invoice amount. He also took the screenshot of the invoice as he would like to submit to the company.

                We received the first call from the company,
                1. saying that they will pay 20% of invoice amount i.e., 7800/-, and
                2. again i received 2nd call, saying that they will pay 12k only (in the form of samsung coupon)
                3. 3rd call received, saying we can only give Rs.6630, and they are threating me as well.

                I really never expected such kind of bargaining and threatings from the company. As an innocent customer and trust on the brand, by seeing their adds, i bought the Samsung TV and now they are rejecting my repair request even i am ready bare cost of failed part replacement.Also, they are threatning and saying "complain whereever you want". Now, I am realizing that i made a mistake by choosing a 3rd class brand TV as they are giving false promises by saying they will take care after the sales. Now, i am not in a position to buy a new TV as Open heart surgery was happened to me and not in a position to move from the house. I am really tired of making follow-ups with their support as there is no response. All the time, they are simply closing the SR without calling to me.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I am writing this letter to you just out of sheer negligence and pathetic attitude of your Ernakulam Kerala Samsung authorised authorised service centre and customer care department. As per my experience they’re just duping the customers.

                  I have purchased a Samsung Z Flip 3 5G on[protected], From Oxygen The Digital Shop Kottayam. Right after 2 months there was a dot appeared on the screen and customer care replaced the screen and the service was gone quite well.

                  On the 5th month after the purchase while i was using the phone i found that there’s a line on the middle of the screen, First i thought it was some dust, but it was getting bigger day by day.

                  Again i have forced visit the customer care on[protected] just after 5 months after i bought the device.

                  Customer care kept the device for one day, after that they’ve told i will not get a warranty replacement. They’ve told like the complaint is occurred because i flip and open the device frequently, My primary device is Apple and this is a secondary device and i have uses it with extreme caution. There’s is not even a single small scratch on the device then how can you say that the complaint is happend because of my usage.

                  After that i have emailed to the samsung customer care and they’ve took almost 2 week’s to get a resolution and a few people called me multiple times and they were keep telling like a robot that my device will not get warranty because i put additional pressure in the flip mechanism. But I cannot understand how can i put pressure internally without damaging the phone externally and they don’t have answer for that. I felt insulted by the customer care dpt. they’re keep telling it’s my mistake that the phone got complaint. I have done only one mistake that is i bought this experimental device from samsung. I am being harassed financially and mentally due to no fault of mine.

                  Sir i had used the device for casual use and how can we use a flip device with out flipping. If you know how, pls guide me through. What I understood is the flip technology is immature and by send it to public samsung is cheating their flag ship device using customer’s.

                  My device hinges were intact and the device isn’t having any kind of external damages at all.

                      My name is David and have registered a complaint with Samsung for no cooling initially. Several different technician’s where sent to identify the problem and the final rep said the compressor has to be replaced . I was told that it will happen tomorrow which is 31st ‘may and yet I recieve a call today asking to wait for 14th June. Do you think it’s easy for a customer to manage till 14th without a refrigerator during summer. I have purchased this only in 2020 and so soon the compressor has stopped working . Have to call several times to customer care and still no proper resolution is provided the worst services in all customer care industry. Can someone help me fix this.

                        I am very pained to inform you that my S21 Ultra was having battery backup issue lately. Hence I had visited XPRESS SERVICE centre at Boring Canal Road Patna 800001 for battery replacement. After usual diagnosis, the battery was replaced and the phone was handed over to me after 4 hours.

                        However, I would like to highlight some gross anomalies and the irreparable damaged caused to my device which were noticed by the undersigned prior to taking the device back from the service centre. I am sharing the concerns below :

                        1. Several specs of duct particles have got inside the camera modules which are also visible to the naked eye. Raising the concern with the manager yielded no results. I have clicked photographs of the dust which are inside the camera modules and the same are attached.
                        If camera modules can have dust inside, I am skeptical that the mainboard also got dust particles which might lead to electronic damage in future.

                        2. While opening the back panel, my phone frame body got three scratches thereby revealing the underneath silver / white colours material. The black paint has been wiped off on those areas. Raising this concern yielded a denial response claiming that the phone had scratches before.

                        3. The back panel has gaps within which is clearly visible to naked eye and this shows that the back panel has NOT been securely attached which might cause moisture seepage inside the phone.

                        4. I had handed over the phone to the service centre executive at 10:15 AM on 21/05/2022. Upon a random inspection through the window, I noticed that the service engineer was disassembling the internal circuitry with BARE HANDS and also did NOT wear apron.

                        5. Furthermore, despite the phone back panel removed, at 11:15 AM an incoming call was received on my phone. This is a gross instance of carelessness that an electronic device was disassembled with its power on. I have the call log on my phone to ascertain my claim.
                        You may wish to verify the CCTV footages of the repair room to verify my claims.

                        These highlight the gross negligence of the service personnel(s) in handling a premium phone costing nearly a lakh rupees, and eventually the phone has been permanently damaged. The service centre personnels denied by request to hand me over their complaint book and declined to allow me to write the remarks on their job sheet and refused to hand over the phone without myself signing on the job sheet.

                        I am attaching the photographs of the dust inside the camera modules along with the dents and scratches on the phone body frame.
                        Also the e-jobsheet is being attached for your reference.

                        As considered by the undersigned, a revisit to the service centre is hereby ruled out. A revisit shall intend to condone the offence committed by the service centre, which the undersigned is declining to condone. Further, the physical damage inflicted to the device is irreversible.

                        Therefore, you are required to provide a written apology from the responsible authority for manhandling the device.
                        Also, a fare judgement needs to be delivered along with replacing the entire device with a factory sealed unit at the earliest.

                        An offence committed in the first place is always an offence and the instant matter is apparent to be deliberate and wilful, wherein the undersigned had repeatedly intimated the engineer to take sufficient precautions while handling an expensive device.

                        The engineer did not heed to the persistent requests made by the undersigned and went on with the repair process as per his own whims. It is pertinent to note that a customer submits his expensive devices to an authorised service centre with the trust of proper repair and professional handling of the device.

                        In this instant matter, there were wilful lapses committed on the part of the service centre in handling the device in a risky manner wherein the device was heated and disassembled while it remained in powered on state. There was a humongous risk of fire hazard and explosion that can not be ruled out.

                        Therefore a just and proper action is to be initiated by the management of Samsung India along with replacing the mentioned device with a factory sealed unit at the earliest.

                            Hello Team,
                            I have bought a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone, through Amazon in oct'2020.Soon the warranty period was over, the phone has started to restart without any reason. Initially the issue wasn't persistent & frequent, but then for no reason for any application, the phone restarts.it reboots & sometimes dosen't even start up. The mobile is RESET several times & as well factory reset, but with no use.
                            After careful check-up & with service, we know the issue is with motherboard. seems, the issue is common in this series & several have raised concern.
                            All details attached. It's just over 1.5 yrs & the phone is not working. I have always been a Samsung customer, bought several phones for myself & family.considering that, Samsung is reliable, I would like to hear back from you.we have many appliances from Samsung as well. I have faith, i'll hear from you soon from you.

                              Hi,

                              So I have been an avid fan of Samsung devices. I got 3 of them at home. Started from A70 and now I got an s20 plus . I have recommend samsung mobile to my friends for best experience of samsung

                              This is the first time I'm facing major issues with my phone, never I had such issues before. Its quite surprising that such premium device has these many manufacturing defects.. for my samsung s20 plus model number SM-G985F/DS green vertical line across the screen. I have taken exceptional care of my devices and this happened. I'm quite shocked that a premium device has such defects. I'm not the only one facing this issue, in my city plenty of others are facing the same issue as well. This happened after one ui 4.1 update

                              I have contact many times to nearest dealer of samsung mobil centre but there response was not given properly to me...not guide me also ...that's why I have registered complaint to consumer site...
                              I hope we will solved my issue ...I'm sending a Video how lines are coming in my s20 plus mobile display...

                                It had fault in pvc pipeline in freezer for that they took the charges already but didn’t repair it.
                                I repeatedly called them but no response from their side even after giving full payment. Please resolve my issue and make my repair done.

                                  I am From Bangalore. Ordered a mobile phone from samsung website. Its the 4th Day today and no delivery yet... Any website like amazon of Flipkart would have delivered the same or max the next day.
                                  Savex Technologies who is supposed to deliver it (As per Samsung), is 10 Km away from my delivery address!! Samsung.com website site tracking says, it has not even been packed till now!
                                  Need the delivery urgently. My current phone has been broken!!

                                    This is to inform you that on 17th May I had ordered 1 Samsung watch 4 LTE and received on 23rd May, same time when I unbox it and charge it, it got heatupoed and didnt get chargered, immediatelly I asked customer care to replace it they asked me to visit service center I had visited and get DOA certificate (This is for refund or replacement)
                                    .They just raised ticket id[protected] no action has been taken so far.
                                    Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

                                      Sir we have purchased 2 units of 1.5 ton Inverter Split AC through flipkart and we have fixed up the appointment for installation through your toll free number. On fixing the appointment we have agreed with the installation amount of 1199 + 18% gst for 1 unit . A person was deployed for installation and on attending he demanded for an additional charge of Rs.300 each for mounting the stand for the outdoor unit. Please note as we had the outdoor unit stand with us . As this is not justified as we have clearly clarified with your toll free number stating that no additional charges apart from the above unless any extra copper tube is required . You are requested to clarify immediately . Your earliest reply will be highly appreciated as the installation is pending.

                                        I had ordered an S8 Tablet and also opted for keyboard cover as part of the offer. I received S8 Tablet on time but have no clue on the delivery date for the second item ( keyboard cover) in the same order : [protected]. The promised delivery date was 16th May.
                                        I reached out to the customer care and grievance redressal team to know the status and only received tickets : 55594714, 56096239, 56539871, 57641380 with no information about the status. The only info I get is my query is forwarded to concerned team. This has been going on for past 2 weeks.
