Samsung 1.5T AC purchased on 28 Mar 2022 from Croma Hennur Rd Bengaluru, installed on 3 Apr 2022, became defective of "No cooling" on 21 Apr22 and complaint of the defect lodged to Samsung customer care on 26 Apr 2022 subsequently followed by repeated calls to customer care... but on deaf years and no attention to the AC yet...

THE PRODUCT IS HARDLY ONE MONTH OLD AFTER INSTALLATION AND UNDER WARRANTY ...

Request Samsung behave and act responsibly to expedite necessary attention to the AC

    No service/solution for my broken AC

    I have purchased Samsung AC in 2021, hardly used it for 6months, as we use it mostly in summers, when we started using this year within few days it ran out of gas, when i logged a service request, they recharged it. The very next day again the AC ran out of gas.. when i escalated the issue another technician came and checked it has damage inside the outdoor unit and turned out to be defective product. As it's a brand new AC i demanded for...

    They charged me over 8000, didn't repaired my ac and worst service. And now they are declining to repair it forcing to sell a new one.
    They charged over 4000 for a new spare part which was already working fine.

      I bought m31s from Amazon 14 months back, screen stopped working I approached Samsung Service Center at first floor, luxmi nagar, delhi, they diagnosed and gave me an estimate of 5800, I said ok. Same day evening they changed screen, charging board assembly etc.

      Next day it didn’t let me charge mobile with C to c charger and cable. I took handset again to them, first the technician told me you will be charged for charging board, I said why it’s just 1 say you replaced it. Then he started giving me stupid things as if I am uneducated. He has kept the handset for 2 days as part is not available ???? And I will be charged again for same thing.

      What the hell can’t you diagnose and repair on one go and why you will charge me again if in wty, also he said data might be erased, what charging board has to do with data?

      dumb and over smart technicians centre one will be thugged for sure.

            Hi Team,

            My name is Lalit Kumar, I purchased Samsung AC 1.5 Ton Model # AR18BY3ZAPGNNA on 19 Mar 22,

            Below are the multiple issues in 1 month of purchase of Samsung product:

            Initial AC was delivered same model, installed but after all process done AC was faulty and not working, so returned and installed another one.

            In another installed AC we have a certain issue like not efficient in cooling, sound issue and very important bad and worst smell. Complaint has been raised twice but not resolution.

            While diagnosing by the technician we realize that 2 blower fans are already damaged, this is what Samsung is known for.

            Very disappointing with Samsung

            Issues has already been raised several times and this is my 3rd complaint in just 1 month of purchasing Samsung product, I had a very faith on Samsung product due to its durability and trust as it’s a

            renowned name/ brand name.

            Afterall it’s our hard-earned money.

            Please provide me a resolution, waiting for your positive response.

            I realize its all myth, one of the worst and bad experience I ever had, I would never go for Samsung product ever again.

                I purchased one 1.5 ton AC from [protected] on 22.4.2022. Bill No. SA/22-23/0320.
                At the time of delivery the defective piece was sent and installed at my home.
                None of my repeated complaints was addressed properly till 27.4.2022.
                Kindly make a proper inquiry for want of justice to me, failing which I shall knock the door of law for compensation.

                  I purchased a flip 3 on 27/10/21 but its been not more than 6 mo ths and suddenly while talking on the phone, i saw a white line appear in the middle of screen at the hinge area.since it was covered under warranty, i took it to the samsung care and it was shocking to find out that they were trying to find out something in the phone so that they can avoid the repair or replacement and finally he came up with a rusty scratch calling it a impact demt and denying for the under warranty repair.and to the extreme, the scratch was on the different left lower back of the screen amd i was seeing the screen being effected from the right front side.plz stop this looting from the customer service centres and find me a solution

                      Hi Sir madam I have purchased a phone from samsung smart Cafe AAA retail Inc located in Bangalore kammanahalli they have cheated us and given defective products it is overheating I'm not able to hold in hand it seems like it is going to explode so I went to outlet many times asking for refund they denied I asked for mobile refund that also was denied they are least bothered about us not responding so I raised a complaint in samsung portal that complaint I'd also closed without my knowledge. So I want to escalate this to consumer court. Kindly advise me accordingly until I get full amount refund.

                          So I have been an big fan of Samsung devices. I got 10 of them at home. Started from Ace plus and now I got an s20 plus after numerous upgrades over the years. I even recommend people Samsung only

                          This is the first time I'm facing major issues with my phone, never I had such issues before. Its quite surprising that such premium device has these many manufacturing defects. First it was the back panel that was opening up, I got it fixed at the Samsung service center and now out of the blue. A purple vertical line across the screen. I have taken exceptional care of my devices and this happened. I'm quite shocked that a premium device has such defects. I'm not the only one facing this issue, plenty of others are facing the same issue as well. This happened after one ui 4.1 update and other countries are replacing their screens FOC even if they are outside warranty.

                          More than 1000 users in India are affected by this.

                          Now I don't know what solution you are going to offer me but unless it's a FOC screen replacement I don't think I'll ever trust Samsung devices again. My view on Samsung devices will only change based on how I'm treated by your customer service now. I'm not willing to pay 16k for a screen replacement since this is not my fault. I might have to shift towards other companies that provide premium devices of high quality with superior hardware and customer service.

                          I will attach the previous Samsung chargesheet for fixing the back panel along with my device image and the link of Samsung community where others are facing the same issue.

                            My ac was facing cooling problem.. i complained to Samsung customer service center.. on[protected] he said your product warranty period is over.. you have to pay for the repair.i said ok one service engineer came on[protected]Ramesh gaddi) and with out proper checking he filled the gas and said he will give the 1month garranty for gas.. after one day same problem came.. again i complaint in Samsung service center no one called me till now.my service reference numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected]

                              I ordered a Samsung AC From your web site (Samsung employee discount) and it delivered on 30th March but product was demaged, I got this information form Samsung service Installation team member who installed it.
                              Order details:- Order #[protected]

                              I raised a complaint on 1st April regarding damaged product delivered and I also attached following required evidence.

                              1. Samsung instraller (service team ) installation check list pics, where I mentioned product is demege
                              2. Demaged product pictures

                              I allowed him to install demaged product because he said right now this product is not in stock, will replace this demage product with new. He also suggest me to rais complaint regarding demaged product over support center.

                              I would like to request you to help me out with best solution.

                                Dear sir, I ordered a Samsung Refrigerator through Samsung site on 15th of April 2022. Order number [protected]. and it is due for delivery o 21st of April 2022. But till date it has not been delivered. I have registered a complaint on 21st April 2022 iwith samsung and the complaint number is 52950882 dated 21.4.2022, and also wrote to Samsung grievence cell (Mr Ajit Sing ) and also talk to the customer care executive Mr. Vinay Kumble where as I was assured by every onle that action will be taken with in 24 hours but till date no one has contacted me.
                                I have also emailed several letters to customer care but till date I have not received any reliable and proper reply, Now I would like to claim compensation for my physical and mental agony from Samsung since, they have not delivered the item and also not given proper reply/service. The tracking slip of the courrier has faulty messages . I am prepared to produce all my email communication to you whenever it is required.

                                Also, since it has not been delivered, I would like samsung to refund the full amount without deducting any cancellation charges and also the Pocessing fee and the interest amount paid to the Bank as is is on No cost instalment payment.

                                I had been to the courrier's godown (Delhivery courrier) and found that the fridge sent by Samsung against the order has been lost (before delivery) by Delhivery courrier. I had informed the concerned departmetn (Savex) and requested them for refund of the same but they hesitate to take any action since the courier site has not updated their system. I request you to take immediate action and help me to get me the refund along with a compensation for my mental agony .

                                    I bought mobile phone online ( From Amazon in May 2021) for my Mother in law as she is having less usage.

                                    In September we faced issue like Blue dot on Screen we went to Customer care Samsung they said high price to repair than we thought of buying new Mobile than we managed to use one old mobile till December and in December finally we repaired costing 5300 approx

                                    But again in April black screen issue faced and we connected to store. First they said Screen issue there they need to change screen with 4200 amount. than i said its not even one year and i repaired screen already for 5300 and again in 3 month i pay 4200 more. than they took my mobile and said if they will approval they will get they will repair free and approval received after approval they are saying water is there they wont repair in free

                                    they are making there money by opening Samsung customer care.

                                    there is no Physical damage and not much use of Mobile .

                                    May be i received defective Piece from Amazon or they have put duplicate screen . they are making just fool o[censored]s

                                      Background - Purchased a Samsung phone that went kaput in little over a year.

                                      What is the cause? - SAMSUNG's substandard electronics.

                                      Am I the only one? - No, simply search for " Samsung Auto Restart issue & Motherboard Failure in Galaxy M & A Series Phones" and you will be overwhelmed with the quantum of issues. Initial figures suggest that one in 3 phones have the same issue, this means a failure rate of almost 33%.

                                      How can you help? - I would be more than happy to provide you with the necessary statistics. Together, let us remind Samsung of its moral obligation. It cannot get away with selling substandard products. Can Samsung operate like this in the western world?
