We ordered an Split AC via samsungshop.com, and get it delivered within 4 days.
Invoice Date: 2022.04.30
Delivery Date: 2022.05.03
Complaint Acknowledged: 2022.05.06
But when we received the AC (Indoor Unit + Outdoor Unit), the outdoor unit was wrong delivered. The S.No of outddor unit mentioned on the box and on the invoice are different.
So, when we contacted the customer care about the issue, the executive did not took the issue seriously at first, but subsequent requests and calls make them to register our request and give us a ticket id: 55027239.
Its been a 3 days since now (while registering this complaint), and we are not getting any positive reply from them to resolve our issue, instead calling the issue to be technically wrong, a refund will be initiated after product pickup; as they said.
My Points of Saying
1. Always when there is a issue, company did not respond on time.
2. If they respond, they will initiate the refund, and that too after product pickup; why not parallely?
3. We as a customer did not want our refund all the time, sometimes it is necessary to just replace the product with the right order.
4. Additionally samsung took longer days compared with other companies to start even the refund process, we cannot wait so long (aprrox. 14 days) when the fault is from company's end.
5. we spend our hard earned money to buy a product that suits our trust factor, even after this, company did not value customers.
6. This is a mental torture, because we cannot purchase another product before the refund will be credited.
7. This is totally defamation because they are playing with our feelings, company do not provide any kind of support assistance to their customers and we face lot of challenges even in filling our complaints.
8. This is total waste of money, time, energy.
9. Samsung has poor/ bad customer services.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by BansalHoney they are just forwarding mail to somebody everytime when we call them, or send mails.
last reply (same reply we are receiving, but no more updates) we get from them.

I am writing this with great frustration with ON SAMSUNG BRAND which is I used believe as good brand. Unfortunately, I am having the same issue as I communicated few months back and same repeating again on the particular unit.
Reference of the Unit:
AR24AY4YATANNA - 04TPPPCR200361E EC
Chronology of this unit:
1. I bought two of the 2 tons Samsung Split units in March 2021 and installed successfully.
2. One of these to which having the reference AR24AY4YATANNA - 04TPPPCR200361E EC was giving problems since it had been installed by your team at Salem.
3. After few days of installation, the above referenced unit was not giving the proper cool and your technical came and checked, checked, checked ...finally they found that coil of indoor unit has problem and both indoor and outdoor units of the referenced AC taken to their service center and brought back.. These checking and identifying the issues taken almost two months for your team to figure out after making calls to all over the world..
4. After 4 months again the unit is not working. I am sure this particular unit has fatal fault and Samsung damped this faulty unit on me and jeopardized my home theater which we could not run without the Air-conditioner.
5. I was about the go launch the complaint legally, your people from Chennai office spoke to me and given firm confirmation to rectify the ever faulty unit which would not give any further issues. Again this unit is not working properly and end up with same issues.
I look forward to speaking with you soon. I need to talk to someone who really understands the issue and who could give a permanent solution. For me, this faulty unit must be replaced.. Please help to resolve this issue.
