I have placed the order for Samsung M53 8gb Ram mobile handset, from Samsung Shop app, on 1st of May''2022, after looking at the free gift offer for Adaptor valid from 1st May to 7th May''22. On 3rd May I got the handset without adaptor. When i raised a complaint through email and to customer care (complaint no. 54565034/54730977/54561509/55669219/[protected]/[protected]), they simply told me that you have not added the adaptor to the cart hence we cannot provide the same to you now.
I want to bring to your kind notice that there was no option available on Samsung shop app to manually add adaptor to cart and also not mention on the face of the page where customer need to place the order that he needs to add the adaptor to cart. It is Samsung shop app fault if adaptor is not automatically added to the cart.

Since i have placed the order during offer period and made the full payment, I am eligible for the free gift travel adaptor. Need your involvement into the issue and provide me which i am entitled too.

Samsung company seriously cheating with customer by providing this phone, which cannot be charged without purchasing the specific adaptor as the cable supplied with this model is both side Type C which cannot be connected in any other adaptors.

    I have ordered samsung mobile M33 5G along with charger and my order number is [protected]. I have received mobile. But i did not received charger. I received mail that charger is despatched but after two hours again the order was cancelled. Why it happens there is no reason revealed to me even i called 4 times tru customer care. They are saying that mail will be received. But no mail received till now. My complaint number is 54881926. Kindly resolve the issue and send the charger immediately.

      I purchased Samsung f41 phone on April 2021 and in May 2022 i updated the software that samsung was sending continues notification after updating software my phone started hanging and autorestart, took to service centre and they informed that it is mother board issue and it needs to be replaced and that costs 7000 almost half of the phone's cost.
      Kindly provide us thr justice. Atleast help us in getting free phone repair.

        My samsung m31s mobile set is going auto restart, freeze and showing android starting whole day whenever I tried to use set. I visit to samsung Samsung service centre where they said that software update problem when I ask why its happening they suggest to replace motherboard I said its Samsung's update problem why I pay for this. Then I mail regarding this to the service head. after that I received a call from Samsung office that submitt your phone for inspection I deposited my phone but after passing a week there is no suitable solution on my query. I am very disappointed to see the behavior of samsung towards customer my service no. is [protected]
        Today one of sales team lady call me but not reply satisfactory
        When I said I will complaint in consumer forum about your company she said ok no problem its very disappointing to me that they are not afraid of consumer laws and not eager to solve problems of valuable customers it shows

          More than 50 days now i have been following with Samsung people and they are not able to repair the samsung AC. They have also tried but the response from the team is very very poor and the problem is not getting resolved by them. I have asked them to make alternate arrangement till the ac is repaired but they are not responding to the query.

          Hi Samsung,

          I am writing this with great frustration with ON SAMSUNG BRAND which is I used believe as good brand. Unfortunately, I am having the same issue as I communicated few months back and same repeating again on the particular unit.

          Reference of the Unit:
          AR24AY4YATANNA - 04TPPPCR200361E EC

          Chronology of this unit:
          1. I bought two of the 2 tons Samsung Split units in March 2021 and installed successfully.
          2. One of these to which having the reference AR24AY4YATANNA - 04TPPPCR200361E EC was giving problems since it had been installed by your team at Salem.
          3. After few days of installation, the above referenced unit was not giving the proper cool and your technical came and checked, checked, checked ...finally they found that coil of indoor unit has problem and both indoor and outdoor units of the referenced AC taken to their service center and brought back.. These checking and identifying the issues taken almost two months for your team to figure out after making calls to all over the world..
          4. After 4 months again the unit is not working. I am sure this particular unit has fatal fault and Samsung damped this faulty unit on me and jeopardized my home theater which we could not run without the Air-conditioner.
          5. I was about the go launch the complaint legally, your people from Chennai office spoke to me and given firm confirmation to rectify the ever faulty unit which would not give any further issues. Again this unit is not working properly and end up with same issues.

          I look forward to speaking with you soon. I need to talk to someone who really understands the issue and who could give a permanent solution. For me, this faulty unit must be replaced.. Please help to resolve this issue.

            Dear Sir,
            I have mailed lots of time to Samsung customer care but no response at yet.
            Actually I ordered a AC for my home through online mode but I didn't get free 3 meter copper wire, flayer & 10 meter wire with AC (as the installation person told me), so the installation cost incurred is Rs 14300/- which is approx. half of my AC cost.

            Please ask them to pay me back my money for the the above mentioned items.

              Good Day,

              This is regarding a complaint and service request i raised on 5th april 2022(service number [protected])
              I bought a premium tv(samsung frame tv)from samsung website with order ID:[protected] on 03/11/2021.
              Towards march 2022 i started facing issue's with tv and on 5th april 2022 i raised a service request.after few days the technician visited home and he said the samsung one box needed to be replaced. But, afterwards there was no any action from their side for about one month.Towards the end of april service technician visited again with a spare part. He replaced the PCB of the samsung one box. But, even after replacing the PCB the issue was not resolved. The same thing i said to the technician, but, he Left. Afterwards i did contact the local service center and i raised the same complaint. But, there was no any action taken from their side. The technician who visited was completely unprofessional.during the repair he did many calls to perform his repair, and he didn't fix the box like its original condition.
              Finally i raised a complaint with samsung on 2th may 2022(service number -[protected])
              Then, i came to know that, they closed my previous service request without my consent.
              its been more two months i am facing the same issue with my premium samsung Product. And as a customer i am really dissatisfied with their service.
              With this kind of service Samsung is spoiling their name and reputation. With this kind of service, Samsung customer will never go behind Samsung products again.

              Samsung customer service and service team is just kidding ang wasting my valuable time. Asking same questions again and again.they are not able to assigne an experienced technician.

              Also, Please be noted that, the local service center ie (samsung, Vedimara, Mannam) behaved badly with us during a call with them.

              Several times requested manager level call back. But, never happened.

              Hence the resolution is not done from your end we are going ahead with further proceedings.

                I online purchased Samsung galaxy M53 on 05 May and made the online payment. The date of delivery was 08 May 22 but product was not delivered to me. I contacted Samsung support but no resolution has been provided till now . Request update me on delivery date for my product.

                  We ordered an Split AC via samsungshop.com, and get it delivered within 4 days.
                  Invoice Date: 2022.04.30
                  Delivery Date: 2022.05.03
                  Complaint Acknowledged: 2022.05.06

                  But when we received the AC (Indoor Unit + Outdoor Unit), the outdoor unit was wrong delivered. The S.No of outddor unit mentioned on the box and on the invoice are different.

                  So, when we contacted the customer care about the issue, the executive did not took the issue seriously at first, but subsequent requests and calls make them to register our request and give us a ticket id: 55027239.

                  Its been a 3 days since now (while registering this complaint), and we are not getting any positive reply from them to resolve our issue, instead calling the issue to be technically wrong, a refund will be initiated after product pickup; as they said.

                  My Points of Saying
                  1. Always when there is a issue, company did not respond on time.
                  2. If they respond, they will initiate the refund, and that too after product pickup; why not parallely?
                  3. We as a customer did not want our refund all the time, sometimes it is necessary to just replace the product with the right order.
                  4. Additionally samsung took longer days compared with other companies to start even the refund process, we cannot wait so long (aprrox. 14 days) when the fault is from company's end.
                  5. we spend our hard earned money to buy a product that suits our trust factor, even after this, company did not value customers.
                  6. This is a mental torture, because we cannot purchase another product before the refund will be credited.
                  7. This is totally defamation because they are playing with our feelings, company do not provide any kind of support assistance to their customers and we face lot of challenges even in filling our complaints.
                  8. This is total waste of money, time, energy.
                  9. Samsung has poor/ bad customer services.

                    Hi, I am from India. I had purchased New Air Conditioner There was abnormal noise from out door and p4 erro in display indoor from it and I complained. The service engineer not came and try to sort it till date and the company warranty expired on 14-april-2022 It is nor more than 25 days passed and in such hot summer still I cant use that AC how SAMSUNG can support in future. I am trying to contact CEO also but nowhere contact details are there. I demand replacement of new AC and it is brand new I appeal to all customer NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG AC in future. they have pathatic service in INDIA. better go for LG. they have very prompt service

                      I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Watch4 from official Samsung online store through Samsung mobile app. on 06/05/2022, 6pm.

                      My order was delivered on 8/05/2022 at 11:50 AM. So when I received my order, the seal of the box was already open and watch and charger both items were missing. I want to highlight that outer package was completely closed but the seal was broken of the product box and there was no invoice either.

                      As soon as I received empty box, I called customer helpline number and they said to treat this one priority and also committed to provide resolution in next 24 hrs but sadly I did not received any communication meanwhile I also dropped mail to them explaining all scenario.

                      I called them today i.e. 9/05/2022 at 12pm and I got the same reply they will treat this on priority but we all know that these are just words and nothing else.

                      I would request Indian consumer forum to intervene and provide me some resolution as it was my hard earned money.

                      I have ordered Galaxy Watch 4, and received an empty box. I have tried everything I can, by calling the customer care number of times, dropping mails to everyone I can and even complaining on consumer forum.
                      I had ordered this watch by saving hard earned money for the past six months and when the delivery day came, all I got was an empty box.
                      After 4 days of complaining to Samsung customer care, and raising tickets, I only got one reply to wait 24 hours for a person to contact and provide resolution to my problem, but its already been four days and neither do I have any information on the watch nor any communication from Samsung's side.

                      I have ordered my watch with a hope, that is dead now, I have never even imagined that Samsung can be a company who can deceive its customers.

                      I am writing this complaint in a hope, for the last chance, that I will get justice and either receive the watch or a refund for my hard earned money.

                        I was observing some possible minor issues with my Samsung SSD. I for over 3 - 4 days was trying to get in touch with their customer care email.
                        Everyone was redirecting to other email support.
                        Finally from one email I got the address and contact number of supertron in Marketyard pune which is the Samsung service center.
                        I contacted them.
                        Initially it looked like they are supportive but after initial call, there's no response from them at all.
                        2 weeks have gone a few reminders and they are providing no support.

                          This is my conversation on whatsapp no. [protected] with Mr. hasseebullah, a product expert with Samsung, on 02.05.2022, although he advised me to contact “Customer Care”, but I being a Senior Citizen could not locate it on that day and in any case he agreed to forward my complaint to the concerned department

                          “Hi I am ASHOK GUPTA and wish to inform about the malpractices existing at your service centre in lajpat nagar, New Delhi, India

                          May I go ahead?

                          Well i have a j5 mobile phone purchased from your outlet in south extension 2, New Delhi but recently i noticed that the selfie camera was hazy so i contacted them. They directed me to service centre at k-17, ground floor, lajpat nagar-II, NEW Delhi 110024.they informed me that perhaps some dust had gone in and the lens will need cleaning but in case that doesn't work the camera would need to be replaced. I enquired about the cost and was informed that only cleaning will cost rs. 180.00, but if camera needs to be replaced the same will cost rs. 3000.00 Approximately. Accordingly they will inform me telephonically within 2 to 3 hours after opening the phone and checking. So I came back but no call was received by me.

                          I required my phone and went back next day i.e. on 3rd of March 2022 and was informed that Infact both cameras required replacement but I was shocked as the previous day the front camera was working fine. On my enquiry the young lady at the reception counter explained that she didn’t know anything as that’s what was informed by the technician to her. Well on enquiring about the costs i was informed that for both cameras the cost will be rs. 2000.00 Only. Now it was another shocker to me because the previous day cost for one camera was rs. 3000.00, but now for both cameras cost was only rs. 2000.00. I could understand that something was not correct so asked her that I wanted my phone back as i don’t need to get any camera replaced. Wallah I was given my phone after 10-15 minutes and to my utter surprise I find that both cameras were working and it perhaps required only lens cleaning for which they charged me rs. 177.00 vide invoice no. [protected] dated 03.03.2022

                          So this means that they are charging customers for items not requiring replacements and perhaps taking it out of the company's stock and selling it in black/open market. The company is not aware as the customer is paying for items not replaced in their phones but only are set right with minor repairs. All such malpractices ultimately however spoil the reputation of a big company like Samsung with presence all over the world which is not good for any company in the long run. I being a senior citizen and a regular customer of Samsung thought it fit to bring it to your attention as such feedbacks are required to set such things right

                          Don’t u have any whatsapp number for your customer care team or cant u forward this to them

                          But please do forward it to whosoever will look into this as this will only help Samsung in keeping its good reputation intact

                          Having received no contact from Samsung I am lodging this complaint in the hope that corrective actions are taken.

                            Firstly i have raised a request for AC uninstallation and installation.Then the technician didn't responded and misbehave, I had raised request again, ac got uninstalled but didn't get any response from technician, when i reached to customer support, got to know technician unable to contact me though my phone number (though it was available but didn't get any call) and didn't get any information regarding that, and support said they will again contact me after taking my alternative number.But now i see a message, that request got cancelled.How many times do i have to reach out to support and waste my whole time. Such a bad service from samsung.And such trouble just for a ac installation.

I am willingly to give way my product to your highly esteemed office. Please cherish your pathetic quality of product and I am thankful for the experience that Samsung has provided us. I swear, will never ever recommend nor buy Samsung products. Kindly find the attached receipt copies that the service engineers have provided after repairing. I have decided to move to the consumer forum and raise my issue regarding the mental harassment that my family and myself have been facing over the last few months.

                                  I have purchased Samsung galaxy M 31 online . After one year o[censored]sage (during November/December 2021)my handset started showing restarting problem. Initiallly it was mild and I thought I can use some how. But it started getting worst. I approached two samsung service centers in Calicut during January 2022.I got a reply that it is due to the problem in motherboard due to software update and you need to change the motherboard. They told me that it will be charged around 8000.I was very sad and started searching for an alternate solution. I searched internet about the issue. There were more reviews of similar issues and I couldnt get a single case of positive response from samsung. There were many news for the same even in many news websites and all.Some of the links are as below

                                  I again started complaiming through my mails to samsung in April. I got a call from their representative saying that it cannot be solved as the warranty already over. I told him that it is a common issue (not only the case of mine ) and I have told him just to google to know the fact and similar cases. He told me that there is no need and 80% of them are frauds. Again I felt very disheartened hearing that. After this I shared the news links and all to servivehead.[protected]@samsung. com. From there I got a call from Deepu, service executive. He asked me to submit phone again and submit a job sheet. I somehow managed to do that during my busy work schedule. After some days he again asked me to submit the phone and create a new job sheet as he needs to take some reports. I again submitted the phone. From the service centre they told me that there is no physical damage or water damage to my phone, the problem is only due to software update. But Mr Deepu after some days called me and told me that he cannot solve the case because there is a line on outer cover of the camera. I still dont know how it is related to mother board issue. It is a clear case of cheating customers (It is not only the case of mine, but for many). Interestingly we cannot mail back(reply) or call them back to the service team of samsung. We need to wait for their response for a never ending periode. I again raised a mail on 19/05/2022.They told me that they will contact me. But no one contacted me. After raising so many complaints in social media, again I got a call on 23 rd June from Ms Shivangi, customer service executive.Then they asked me to submit the phone again to service centre. I submitted my phone in the service center near by me.Aftrr this again I didnt get any response for many days. I tried to contact them through mails, calls etc. No response for many days. Again I raised my complaints through social media. After so many days I got a call on 4th July from Mr Jay Prasad, senior executive from samsung and he told me that he assigned Mr Deepu again to solve my ssue. Again the same thing repeated. He started not responding my calls mails.Finally on 10 th July I got a call from Mr Deepu saying that they cannot solve my issue as there is minor line on the camera outer cover. I asked them if any hospital reject a person who approached them with a heart attack, saying that there is minor wound on his leg??? He had no answer!!! Simply he told me that this is samsung's policy!!! What a policy is yours!!! Brainless, pathetic!!! You have a zero customer service policy!!!i I am attaching a photo of my camera outer cover here.. You decide the things..We can easily see many similar case in social media sayng similat issues. We are not getting any service from samsung india.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I purchased this phone Samsung AO3s/3gb; [protected] on March 1st 2022.

                                    Dealer informed that this is good phone with all types feature that I need like conducting meetings on meeting app for purpose the purchased this phone.

                                    Later when I started using this phone and tried to connect Bluetooth speakers I faced issue in playing meetings on meeting app like zoom and many others.

                                    Also this phone Bluetooth compatibility is very limited and poor. Its compatibility id very less with many Bluetooth devices where my all other phones work very well on all my Bluetooth speakers.

                                    Also I find that when ever I connect this phone to wifi it the online video streaming quality worsens and video and online meeting app starts stopping while streaming only happens when I am connect to wifi.

                                    I took this phone to the shop they did master reset and updated its software but still issue is increasing. And we are not coming to any solution. Dealer asked me to sell this phone in half the rate and asking me to buy another within 2 months which is not at all acceptable and this is very upsetting when Samsung dealer after giving all promises in the beginning to sell there phones without even checking the condition of the phone.

                                    Please look into this matter and I request as I am your loyal customer to upgrade my phone at zero cost.

                                      I bought samsung galaxy note 20 ultra phone on october 2021 which is 70, 000 and after 3 to 4 month i feel some issuue in loudspeaker I took it to a Samsung service center in Bhajanpura delhi around 25th march there my phone was fixed to me without getting a job card or any sign, I asked about this and he said me that there was no big issue, take it.

                                      After this service I used my phone and 5 days ago my phone fell in the water and phone got dead due to water while Galaxy Note 20 ultra water resistant under warranty even after that service center people Admittedly, it will no longer be under warranty.

                                      Then I called customer care, I told them everything, then they told that once the phone is opened, it is not water resistant or these service center's people tell you after service when you got the phone something like but they didn't tell like this to me.

                                      Customer care said you go to the service center or complain to their manager, then I did the same thing to the manager Mr. Jitender, he said that I will fix it under warranty, you submit it, I did that In the job card he mentioned out of warranty when I asked about that he said me after repairing we will mention it under warranty Next day Jitender ji called me and said that we can't repair of this phone you can take it..

                                      i haven't got the phone yet please help me...

                                      Samsung is not able to give me any solution till now, customer care people ask me for payment on daily basis that we will fix your phone only when you pay even my phone is still under warranty..
