This is my conversation on whatsapp no. [protected] with Mr. hasseebullah, a product expert with Samsung, on 02.05.2022, although he advised me to contact “Customer Care”, but I being a Senior Citizen could not locate it on that day and in any case he agreed to forward my complaint to the concerned department

“Hi I am ASHOK GUPTA and wish to inform about the malpractices existing at your service centre in lajpat nagar, New Delhi, India

May I go ahead?

Well i have a j5 mobile phone purchased from your outlet in south extension 2, New Delhi but recently i noticed that the selfie camera was hazy so i contacted them. They directed me to service centre at k-17, ground floor, lajpat nagar-II, NEW Delhi 110024.they informed me that perhaps some dust had gone in and the lens will need cleaning but in case that doesn't work the camera would need to be replaced. I enquired about the cost and was informed that only cleaning will cost rs. 180.00, but if camera needs to be replaced the same will cost rs. 3000.00 Approximately. Accordingly they will inform me telephonically within 2 to 3 hours after opening the phone and checking. So I came back but no call was received by me.

I required my phone and went back next day i.e. on 3rd of March 2022 and was informed that Infact both cameras required replacement but I was shocked as the previous day the front camera was working fine. On my enquiry the young lady at the reception counter explained that she didn’t know anything as that’s what was informed by the technician to her. Well on enquiring about the costs i was informed that for both cameras the cost will be rs. 2000.00 Only. Now it was another shocker to me because the previous day cost for one camera was rs. 3000.00, but now for both cameras cost was only rs. 2000.00. I could understand that something was not correct so asked her that I wanted my phone back as i don’t need to get any camera replaced. Wallah I was given my phone after 10-15 minutes and to my utter surprise I find that both cameras were working and it perhaps required only lens cleaning for which they charged me rs. 177.00 vide invoice no. [protected] dated 03.03.2022

So this means that they are charging customers for items not requiring replacements and perhaps taking it out of the company's stock and selling it in black/open market. The company is not aware as the customer is paying for items not replaced in their phones but only are set right with minor repairs. All such malpractices ultimately however spoil the reputation of a big company like Samsung with presence all over the world which is not good for any company in the long run. I being a senior citizen and a regular customer of Samsung thought it fit to bring it to your attention as such feedbacks are required to set such things right

Having received no contact from Samsung I am lodging this complaint in the hope that corrective actions are taken.

    Firstly i have raised a request for AC uninstallation and installation.Then the technician didn't responded and misbehave, I had raised request again, ac got uninstalled but didn't get any response from technician, when i reached to customer support, got to know technician unable to contact me though my phone number (though it was available but didn't get any call) and didn't get any information regarding that, and support said they will again contact me after taking my alternative number.But now i see a message, that request got cancelled.How many times do i have to reach out to support and waste my whole time. Such a bad service from samsung.And such trouble just for a ac installation.

        Greetings of the day.
        I am feeling extremely disappointed and disgusted from the product that Samsung is delivering to its customers. Even after repairing exactly after three months the same problem has been persisting. I don't have that much amount of time to be behind your customer care executives and service engineers and register my problem everytime regarding the same issue. Please take my product back. I am willingly to give way my product to your highly esteemed office. Please cherish your pathetic quality of product and I am thankful for the experience that Samsung has provided us. I swear, will never ever recommend nor buy Samsung products. Kindly find the attached receipt copies that the service engineers have provided after repairing. I have decided to move to the consumer forum and raise my issue regarding the mental harassment that my family and myself have been facing over the last few months.

          I have purchased Samsung galaxy M 31 online . After one year o[censored]sage (during November/December 2021)my handset started showing restarting problem. Initiallly it was mild and I thought I can use some how. But it started getting worst. I approached two samsung service centers in Calicut during January 2022.I got a reply that it is due to the problem in motherboard due to software update and you need to change the motherboard. They told me that it will be charged around 8000.I was very sad and started searching for an alternate solution. I searched internet about the issue. There were more reviews of similar issues and I couldnt get a single case of positive response from samsung. There were many news for the same even in many news websites and all.Some of the links are as below

          I again started complaiming through my mails to samsung in April. I got a call from their representative saying that it cannot be solved as the warranty already over. I told him that it is a common issue (not only the case of mine ) and I have told him just to google to know the fact and similar cases. He told me that there is no need and 80% of them are frauds. Again I felt very disheartened hearing that. After this I shared the news links and all to servivehead.[protected]@samsung. com. From there I got a call from Deepu, service executive. He asked me to submit phone again and submit a job sheet. I somehow managed to do that during my busy work schedule. After some days he again asked me to submit the phone and create a new job sheet as he needs to take some reports. I again submitted the phone. From the service centre they told me that there is no physical damage or water damage to my phone, the problem is only due to software update. But Mr Deepu after some days called me and told me that he cannot solve the case because there is a line on outer cover of the camera. I still dont know how it is related to mother board issue. It is a clear case of cheating customers (It is not only the case of mine, but for many). Interestingly we cannot mail back(reply) or call them back to the service team of samsung. We need to wait for their response for a never ending periode. I again raised a mail on 19/05/2022.They told me that they will contact me. But no one contacted me. After raising so many complaints in social media, again I got a call on 23 rd June from Ms Shivangi, customer service executive.Then they asked me to submit the phone again to service centre. I submitted my phone in the service center near by me.Aftrr this again I didnt get any response for many days. I tried to contact them through mails, calls etc. No response for many days. Again I raised my complaints through social media. After so many days I got a call on 4th July from Mr Jay Prasad, senior executive from samsung and he told me that he assigned Mr Deepu again to solve my ssue. Again the same thing repeated. He started not responding my calls mails.Finally on 10 th July I got a call from Mr Deepu saying that they cannot solve my issue as there is minor line on the camera outer cover. I asked them if any hospital reject a person who approached them with a heart attack, saying that there is minor wound on his leg??? He had no answer!!! Simply he told me that this is samsung's policy!!! What a policy is yours!!! Brainless, pathetic!!! You have a zero customer service policy!!!i I am attaching a photo of my camera outer cover here.. You decide the things..We can easily see many similar case in social media sayng similat issues. We are not getting any service from samsung india.

            Hi Team,

            I purchased this phone Samsung AO3s/3gb; [protected] on March 1st 2022.

            Dealer informed that this is good phone with all types feature that I need like conducting meetings on meeting app for purpose the purchased this phone.

            Later when I started using this phone and tried to connect Bluetooth speakers I faced issue in playing meetings on meeting app like zoom and many others.

            Also this phone Bluetooth compatibility is very limited and poor. Its compatibility id very less with many Bluetooth devices where my all other phones work very well on all my Bluetooth speakers.

            Also I find that when ever I connect this phone to wifi it the online video streaming quality worsens and video and online meeting app starts stopping while streaming only happens when I am connect to wifi.

            I took this phone to the shop they did master reset and updated its software but still issue is increasing. And we are not coming to any solution. Dealer asked me to sell this phone in half the rate and asking me to buy another within 2 months which is not at all acceptable and this is very upsetting when Samsung dealer after giving all promises in the beginning to sell there phones without even checking the condition of the phone.

            Please look into this matter and I request as I am your loyal customer to upgrade my phone at zero cost.

              Denying warranty in service center.

              I bought samsung galaxy note 20 ultra phone on october 2021 which is 70, 000 and after 3 to 4 month i feel some issuue in loudspeaker I took it to a Samsung service center in Bhajanpura delhi around 25th march there my phone was fixed to me without getting a job card or any sign, I asked about this and he said me that there was no big issue, take it.

              After this service I used my phone and 5 days ago my phone fell in the water and phone got dead due to water while Galaxy Note 20 ultra water resistant under warranty even after that service center people Admittedly, it will no longer be under warranty.

              Then I called customer care, I told them everything, then they told that once the phone is opened, it is not water resistant or these service center's people tell you after service when you got the phone something like but they didn't tell like this to me.

              Customer care said you go to the service center or complain to their manager, then I did the same thing to the manager Mr. Jitender, he said that I will fix it under warranty, you submit it, I did that In the job card he mentioned out of warranty when I asked about that he said me after repairing we will mention it under warranty Next day Jitender ji called me and said that we can't repair of this phone you can take it..

              i haven't got the phone yet please help me...

                uske baad maine apna phone use kiya abhi 5 din pahle mera phone pani me gir gaya or phone me pani jane k karan phone dead ho gaya jabki galaxy note 20 ultra water resistant hai or under warranty me hai uske baad bhi service center walon ne mana kar diya ki ab ye warranty me nhi ho payega.

                phir maine customer care par call kiya unko maine sab bataya toh unohne kaha ki jab phone ek baar open ho jaye toh wo water resistant nhi rehta or ye service center wale apko batate hai service k baad jab apko phone dete hai maine kaha ki mujhe aisa kuchh nahi bataya or na hi koi job card banaya tha.

                customer care walon ne kaha aap service center jaaye or unke manager ko complaint karo phir maine aisa hi kiya waha k manger Mr, jitender se baat ki unohne kaha ki main isko under warranty thik kara dunga aap isko submit kar doo maine wo kar diya uss job card me mentioned kiya gaya out of warranty jab maine ye unse pucha toh unohne kaha ki repair k baad hum isko under warranty mentioned kar denge next day jitender ji ka call aaya ki hum isko repair nahi kar sakte aap isko le jaye..

                main abhi tak phone nahi lekar aaya hu kindly please help me...

                  I brought a samsung watch 4 from samsung in the month of Dec 2021 and by March 2022 it has some issues, the service centre replaced the hardware and returned the watch free of cost.

                  In the month of April I took it to swimming pool with the swimming pool mode ( this is water lock) and within 10-15 mins the watch went off. And it's not powering on, I tried charging but still not powering on,

                  I took it back to service centre and they said it's due to water clogged and I have to pay for the damages which is hardware batter and sensors, it's like buying a new watch now..

                  They calim the watch is water resistance but the watch has failed the same.

                  I haven't taken back the watch from the service centre yet and want to fight this case leagal way.

                  I have attached the invoice copy of the same the watch is still under warranty. I also have the voice recording of 42 mins call conversation with the service centre where they say it's upto 50 mts water resistant

                    I got my order of samsung f62 on 5th May 22.After clicking pictures in the Potrait mode I have seen that the quality of edge detection is poor (not at all like the pictures we see in the advertisement or in revive section) besides that I have noticed a 2% drain out of battery after clicking 8/9 pictures. I'm not satisfy with this samsung f62 model.

                      We are using samsung phones for 20 years. The display is going always. Recently we bought a phone galaxy F12 on 15/10/2021 . we did not even put it down but display is not working, but sound alone is coming. how many times can we spend money to change display. pls consider this.

                        I have placed my order on Samsung shop app during FABGRABFEST sale on 2nd May'2022. I have prepaid my order and order got confirmed. After 4 days of confirmation of the order they cancelled the order even though I have not requested for cancellation. When I contacted their support they are asking me to place new order.                         I made 500 transaction on 30th April in Samsung pay: it was failed but money was deducted... I reported to Samsung customer care to put a complaint even after raising query but my money was not returned

                          Pathetic customer care experience, roadside mechanics are better at dealing with situations I would say. I do not expect a company with such stature and global presence to have such a service team. I had raised product service complaint on 28th March 2022. Engineer came diagonosed PCB fault and gas leakage, Another engineer came in the next day fixed it. After a week, the problem came back, I complained again. The second engineer came and said the sensor might be at issue, other things are okay. I complained again, the first Engineer came and diagonsed that the gas leakage was still there and a sensor was not working fine. Second Engineer came the next day, fixed the gas and put a new sensor. After a week, the issue was back, I complained for the fourth time within a month, noone came for couple days then a new third engineer came, he looked confused and did not know what had happened with the fridge. Asked me to shut the fridge for a day and that he’ll be back the next day. I kept calling and that bugger did not pick my calls. I again complained, the very first engineer came back and diagonised that the outer fitting of the condensor is at fault now. Been a week, I have to follow up for the work and there is no accountability on Samsung or Service center’s part to check on the customer complaint. Really appalling state of affairs, I hope to never buy Samsung or if I do, never get after services. Local mechanics are better equipped and skilled I would say!
                          Peak summer, the fridge is a side by side door large fridge, imagine our plight for the last 1 month. Tried to reach to higher authorities in the service department, but they also don’t bother to call back and hence can understand the situation of their services. Leaders are incapable, let alone the ground force. I just hope this issue gets resolved soon, losing my patience each passing day!

                            We have purchased an samsung ac on 3.5.2022 from sales emporium jadavpur branch. We were planning to purchase daikin or panasonic ac. But we were forced to purchase sumsung ac. At the time of billing we were not clearly informed about the installation charges. The representative told us the amount will be appx 3000. But today they have made total bill of 8000 which is disgusting. They clearly told that they can not install the machine on karnish. They will install the machine on terrace. For that reason the total installation charges has increased. And if we want to install the machine on karnish then we have to arrange for that. This is not done sales emporium. I will complaint it at consumer forum.

                              I have purchased a samsung A 50...3 years before, one month before my phone front glass cracked and I visited a service Centre SKY SOLUTIONS in Ernakulam Kerala..
                              As per their instruction and advice i approved for replacing the Display instead of front glass at 5000 rupees...
                              After two days my phone display shows some problems

                              Mobile speaker complaint Incoming voice not audible, Service Centre people informed that the speaker has some complaint i waited there in service centre for one hour, they had cleared the complaint by replacing the speaker under free of cost basis. But no invoice is given to me.

                              On the next day morning, suddenly my mobile display got black out, cant able to see anything.Again i visited the same service centre, they ask me to wait in their permise.After their checking, they inform me that some coupler has been loosened, and they have cleared the issue.

                              After 2 week suddenly my mobile display gets start to flickering, cant able to use the mobile.Again i visited the same service centre, i had given the mobile to service people.After three hours, I called the centre for updates they informed me that no issues found you can take the phone.But I am not agree that the complaint is genuine and informed them to re check after one hour I again called them now they are informed me that there is an updation for this issue and need to be done that, I agreed that and waited for another 2 hours.No call back from their side so i called again now a person took the phone and informed me that software updation cannot be done they checked the phone by replacing a new display no issues found so need to replace the board it will cost 6000 rs.
                              I had not given the approval and collected the mobile back.. When I called the service centre for any updates different people's are taking the phones and speaking differently.

                              Totally i get frustrated so I decided to send mail to samsung on 18th of March I send a mail to samsung... Surprisingly I got a very fast replay and continuous phone calls from samsung And a person from samsung head office team Mrs.DHANAPANDIAMMAL SANGAIAH S

                              she asked me to submit the phone at any other service centre...so I visited another service centre. But the people at the service centre said that they cannot take and check the phone...The same is I informed to this person through mail...
                              After two days she called me and ask me to submit the phone at the same service centre SKY SOLUTIONS...
                              On 4 th of April I submitted my phone at sky solutions... 2 days over, 1 weak over 2 weak over... No updates from samsung team as well as service centre people.. I called so many times at toll-free send lotoff mail to Dhanapandiammal no updation no mail replay. I totally fed-up...

                              After one month the lady called Mrs.DHANAPANDIAMMAL SANGAIAH S called me and ask me to pay 6000 rupees for replacing my phone's mother board... I wondered what's happening here... My life 3 months I spoiled to clear my phone's issue...
                              The person called Mrs.DHANAPANDIAMMAL SANGAIAH S she is very very irresponsible customer relation excicuitve... Why this person hold my phone at the service centre for one month...Allready the people from service centre ask me that mother board will cost 6000 then why this lady take 30 days to saying the same think... Very pathetic
                              I wondered how a person like this much irresponsible one comes in the team of customer relation excicuitve of samsung...

                              1 st I think only service centre people are irresponsible in the samsung now I realise customer relation people also the same... Very very bad... A person like her can spoil the name of a good company into bad one...
                              I will not suggest any one of my friends or relatives to buy samsung products because of these type peoples are working with them...

                                I had ordered Galaxy tab s8 during live event, an offer was there that whoever purchases the product during the live event will be eligible either for cashback upto 10000 or if not availing cashback, will get GALAXY BUDS PRO .Later on when i contacted they said there was no such offer and now even had removed The old terms and conditions pdf from eveywhere, but i had somehow already saved it back then . Refer the screenshot - In point 1 and 3 they had clearly mentioned about the offer and now even after 2 months i have not received it and they are disposing my complaint every time i am complaining, ignoring the offer and giving me mental sickness by such attitide

                                  I am using M30 since its launch without any problem hence purchased GALAXY M31S through Amazon, ordered on 06/08/2020 and rcvd on 12/08/21 . till July 2021 everything was fine .

                                  Problem started in August 21( Few days before end of warranty period) with speaker not working but calling through headphones was smooth. I went to samsung gallery where they tried by inspecting the device but cudn't solve so adviced to visit service centre which is 15km from my place. After 1-2 days with a little shake the speaker started working, my friend adviced me to get the speaker cleaned which I got done at local mobile shop. for few days it worked fine and my warranty period was missed on 12 August 21 in today / tomorrow (due to long travel distance needing more than 2hrs of busy OPD Timings ), and a little tap working for starting speaker. Now when I was planning to visit the centre, speaker started working and MIC stopped. I had a chat with customer support whatsapp. they adviced me reset and other steps but did not solve my problem and then...
                                  One morning Charging also stopped. Now I was forced to visit service centre at Nagpur. I visited centre [protected], Spectrum marketing on 06/10/2021, they told me to change the CHARGING BOARD (chargeable for 1500/-) which I agreed and left my phone there to get returned next day. On day of delivery my phone was not having DISPLAY, they told that after changing the Charging Board they found Display problem ( which I never encountered before) . We had tough argument and after paying Labour charge of Rs 150/- they handed over phone with no display.
                                  Because I was not sure of Board Change, I didn't pay the board charges for which they had NOT FORCED ME ( If they changed the board they might not had given the phone without payment of board).

                                  Disappointed harshly I went to other service centre no. [protected], Advance computer service centre and on 08/10/2021 I was initially told that my phone needed DISPLAY CHANGE but later I was informed that even after display replacement the problem persisted and needed PCB i.e MOTHER BOARD replacement. I had a tough time convincing the Service Head Mr Atul/Sandip to finally get the work done NON CHARGEABLE.
                                  Few days went smoothly.

                                  After couple of months problem of Hanging and Freezing issue aroused. Again I had to contact Service Head and sent the mobile to the same service centre where MB was changed on 29/12/2021. This time I was told about some CONNECTOR PROBLEM without external damage. Again I was straightway adviced MB change ( connector not replaceable) on chargeable basis. It was none of my fault and hence after long conversation on emails and mobile phone Finally service head Mr MOIN initiated NON Chargeable Repair ( Details not known ).

                                  To my utter surprise and shock the SAME PROBLEM of HANGING/FREEZING/NOT RESTARTING was encountered in March/April 2022. I was on tour that time and at Pune, I visited service centre where the person did a Force Restart and the phone started working only for a day or two. I also tried several time the same method but FINALLY the phone was FREEZED and NOT RESTARTING AT ALL.
                                  After submitting on 25/04/2022, I told the Service head straight forward that if at all there is hardware problem this time also, I am not willing to get it repaired even Free of Cost, but, instead appeal for Either Replacement of instrument or Refund of the amount. The attending service head Mr Pankaj Bhatt after getting update from service centre informed me of the SAME CONNECTOR DAMAGE this time also and keeping my request handed over the case to Higher Authority, Tanisha Madam. After knowing the details and my request she informed me about company's proposal of Partial Refund of Purchase Amount. She told the figure as Rs. 13700 apprx.
                                  Why should I accept Partial Refund when Every time since FIRST COMPLAINT AROUSED in the warranty period there WASN'T ANY FAULT FROM ME AS CUSTOMER, THOUGH EVERY TIME IT CAME OUT TO BE HARDWARE PROBLEM WITHOUT EXTERNAL DAMAGE.

                                  THUS I APPEAL FOR EITHER REPLACEMENT OF PHONE OR A FULL REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE ALONG WITH JUSTIFIABLE COMPENSATION.

                                    Dear sir, madam,

                                    We have purchased 1.5 tonne Samsung AC From Girias, Kuvempunagar MYSORE Karnataka, Invoice is attached for your reference.

                                    AC was purchased on 29.04.2022, Partially installed on 30.04.2022, and full installation made on 04.05.2022, From the time of installation Air conditioner is blowing only warm air, multiple people from Samsung attended but No result.

                                    Intially Mr. Shariff from Samsung Mysore (Ph No.[protected]) installed the equipment i.e, Outdoor unit fitting & Indoor Unit Fitting.

                                    2nd service engineer whose name is also Mr.Shariff(Ph No.[protected]) Came for final installation & Demo, He claimed that The Person who initially installed the unit has abused the unit (claimed Nut is broken, Gas has completely leaked out etc...) He worked for 4 hrs, Refilled the gas But nothing worked & The unit is still Blowing WARM AIR ONLY.

                                    Would like to mention this is hard earned money which i have paid for NEW unit & Unfortunately i have Received SAMSUNG ABUSED UNIT.

                                    This is Really Pathetic situation, Specially from a Brand Like Samsung, Outlet like GIRIAS

                                    We No more want any repairs on the existing unit, We require New Piece Complete Set(Outdoor & Indoor)Replacement Or return back the Total Amount by 05.05.2022

                                    If the replacement doesn't arrive we shall be approaching the Consumer Court for further action.

                                    Awaiting your Immediate response on this.
