Hi,

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31 phone about 1.5 years back. After a recent OS update, my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. There are over, at least, 3 people with the exact same complaint in my contact regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail, and of course it was never mentioned by Samsung that "Hey, this update might make your phone completely unusable, so update at your own risk!" . Shouldn't Samsung take responsibility for this huge blunder that they've created, causing a loss of both time and money of thousands of its trusted users?

Thousands of M31 / M-series users are facing the same issue, and there's not a single word from Samsung other than "Send error report through their Samsung Members app" ! How is someone supposed to do that when the phone keeps restarting and it's already declared a hardware fault caused by an update? Is this what a brand is for?

Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates or its going to social media, and will definitely file a case.

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased LED TV on[protected], and within 3 years there is now a line in the display, I was also given a complaint and one of your service people called and told me the full display has to change the cost could be around 19500. all the way I have paid around One lakh, this is unfair.

    I just want to know is that poor quality of product are what? I’m totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the repair cost and quality of the product. I do not want to spend more money on these compromised quality products anymore.

      This one tends to take away trust from the companies and gadgets when promised features are not seen fulfilling specified task

      So I brought a Samsung S9 smart phone in 2018 considering one factor " Water Resistant/ Water proof", the other day while dining glass of water fell and phone got drenched in it, and it did not start.

      I took it to samsung service centre, they kept in heater for a while and sent me back stating now you may start the next day, but it did not.

      As a result gradually battery got so swollen, and it was at the verge of bursting, i wonder how the water proof phone can be so affected and risk the customer's security.

      My urge to samsung is kindly resolve the issue and replace my device as I opted for water proof but did not receive one, moreover the safety was on risk.

      Samsung is highly trusted to me but this incident seems to be taking it away.

        I bought samsung s20 fe 5g mobile on Feb 7th 2022, now the touch becomes unresponsive many times while using and at times I couldn't use the mobile and I have to wait for 10 minutes atleast for the mobile to be back normal. Please help me regarding this.

          I purchased Samsung Galaxy M 21 in 14 july 2020. This phone was working fine till Dec 2021 but after Software update it's keep freezing and restarting.
          i reset my device but problem still exsit. I check samsung member app. There are several complain about this issue. Then I check Many social platform so many Samsung User facing same problem in Samsung M series Phone. I report my concern in Samsung India portal in starting of Jan. Then i get a call from samsung, they told me to submit my phone in samsung service center. i did not have another mobile phone that time so i didn't submit. After arranging another mobile I submit my mobile in Samsung Service center with Bill No : [protected] in 31 Jan 2022 and submit my concern again in Samsung India portal. They were demanding 5500 rupees for motherboard replacement. I explain my issue, this problem generate after software update so why should i pay. Then after checking my phone, I get so many phone call from samsung. After taking 11 days they were giving me 25% discaunt of their fault. I am a student and don't have enough money that's why i purchased this phone. i faced so many mental and emotional problem because of this issue. Samsung is giving free of cost motherboard replacement to some user, for some user they are giving 25% discount. Mean they are giving different thing to their user for the same problem. I didn't accept their offer. and take my device back from them in 13 Jan. now I want my mobile repair free of cost. Now my mobile is not turning on.

            I have purchased samsung A12 from croma Dated 1-5-2021 it means this mobile is under warranty till 30-4-22 but service care authorised person not considering in warranty for mobile repair and give me estimate of mobile repair. Sham on you Samsung care udhana darvaja surat. Will never ever purchase Samsung any product.
            Very poor response and service.

              I ordered a 394 liter Refrigerator from Samsung corporate portal and was delivered on April 2. The engineer came for installation and upon unpacking, found the item to be damaged and defective. I submitted a return and replace requests on the same day. They declined to replaces it and said they will return the item . Today is April 24 and Samsung has neither picked up the damaged item nor has refunded the money.

              I have called them 50 times and they just keep lying or say they will resolve it at the earliest. 3 weeks have passed already.

              I want to move legally if they don not return the money.

                This is to state that we had purchased a side by side door refrigerator in 2013 having model no.
                RS21HSTWA1 in the name of Neeraj Gupta r/o Roop Nagar, New Delhi-110007.

                The refrigerator haven’t been working fine since the start, the first repair was just after the six months of the purchase. Then afterwards it had to be repaired again and again .

                But recently few months back, the refrigerator stopped working at all, there was no cooling in freezer section. We lodged the complaint for same. To which the technician said it’s unrepairable. And suddenly the refrigerator stopped working at all after technicians visit.

                Having frequent repairs from the date of purchase and then suddenly a refrigerator which was purchased at a huge price, stops working within a few years.

                Having said that, I would like to bring your attention to the unprofessional quality of services and hardware/machine . We expect, company to understand the value of money of a middle class man and take this matter seriously. Please take a suitable action against same . We expect a replacement for the refrigerator or complete repair of the present refrigerator.

                We have always tried reaching service head and customer support of Samsung india

                Hope your will take immediate action against same.

                  I have raised a service request (# [protected]) on 2nd-April. And till today, which is almost a month, this has not been resolved. This is the 3rd time in a year my ice dispenser is having issues. Ice is getting formed but not getting dispensed. It is a failure product and technicians don't have the right skills to fix this issue. If you can't fix it, exchange it or refund my money. This is like cheating customers.
                  The first time the technician visited and said the part had to be replaced. This part got ordered but when he visited again to replace it, it seems they have ordered the wrong part or the wrong refrigerator model. Again, the part got ordered and since then I have been getting 100s of calls from the service center that technician will visit today but no one has visited yet.
                  I have been getting the calls from the customer service that the technician will be visiting but they don't turn up. Sometimes they don't know the problem itself for which they are visiting for repair. In multiple cases one was talking about AC, other were mentioning refrigerator coolant filling..et all.
                  This is how the USELESS PATHETIC SERVICE you guys are providing. I have really taken the wrong decision for having Samsung products. Its is so frustrating to see such kind of dumb persons in support and service team.
                  I am also a Samsung Employee and am sure that I will not refer my family and friends to have any Samsung products.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I bought a samsung fridge on 22.01.2022.
                    From the third week of purchase itself i am facing the defrost issue (defrost not working).
                    The service technician came today(21.04.2022) and again said that to replace the theromostat (sensor).
                    This is the third sensor they are going to replace within one month.
                    This means that the previously used two sensors+one sensor during purchase are defected pieces.
                    How this is possible?
                    It means that the given product is a failure.
                    We dont want this product and we want to exchange it.
                    The meassage sent by the service team in the Aarapalayam Office, Madurai are not true.

                      I ordered a product on 26 march. The order id is [protected].
                      The delivery was to be on 21 april. But yet they have not sent me any details of my order. I dont know where is my order . I have reached to their coustomer care they are also telling that they don't know where is the order. I don't know now when will i get my order. They made purchase it on false promise of delivery on 21 april. They have done mental harrasement. I want a quick action on this issue.

                          Hi Samsung,

                          For the last 5 days my galaxy active 2 watch was not turning ON and while connecting to the charger after a few minutes it showed a simple temperature warning. I have gone to the customer service team in Bangalore, India. But they are saying "Motherboard is damaged due to liquid and it's not covered in warranty, also claimed 6K INR for repair. However, it's actually in warranty as I purchased this last August. Last time, I used it for running and cycling continuously for 4 months. Possible liquid which must have got into the product, would be my sweat or twice/thrice I took it in the shower to clean it in a year's time.

                          This is so disappointing to me. The watch failed within an 8 months period and also I didn't even use it in the swimming pool. without a proper analysis service Technician directly asking me for paid service. I have seen and taken some photographs of the watch inside while the technician showed me. and I observed its board and display is working perfectly. Only the battery terminal has some corrosion/color changes.

                          Also, I understand the product is waterproof/resistant which the brand claims to be on website and other channels therefore it should not have been damaged in the first place. Would like to know a solution on warranty claim and explanation about fragility of the product and wearables like watches could be damaged for the mentioned reasons.

                          Did not expect something like this could happen. Highly disappointed as it's not worth it to purchase such fragile products from samsung
                          (It's a wearable product and a watch, it needs to be robust and waterproof/resistant; so it needs to work for a long period as well).

                            Hi,
                            I purchased Samsung galaxy s22 Ultra 512GB via its official website, they delivered a used phone. When I opened the box and switched on the device. It directly went to home screen instead of welcome page. Also when I checked the device there is one galaxy buds(336c) Bluetooth device paired in that phone. I went to service center they confirmed the Bluetooth model is not released for public and sometimes factory people might use the products. I escalated to CEO level, but no one care about their customers. Also the executives confirmed the phone activation on[protected] at 9.04.53 am. But they delivered the product only in the afternoon 2.35pm. This is completely cheating. That's why I raising my complaint here.

                                  I am a doctor and I work in a very reputed Hospital as an Associate Consultant.

                                  I purchased a Galaxy S 22 ultra phone (512 GB) from Samsung India from Samsung online store( Order no. [protected]). I chatted with Samsung People (redirected from Samsung store) for an exchange of my existing Note 10 plus. I was offered an exchange value of Rs. 33960/- for my old phone. They told me it was going to be a deferred exchange. I have to buy the new phone at full cost and then they will take my old phone back. Sounded reasonable. Hence, I went for it. Throughout the whole purchase I was assisted from a customer care representative from Samsung People. Before the purchase I had asked about the exchange of my old phone. After the purchase I asked about the exchange again. They informed me that I shall receive an email from Cashify and the process would be very smooth.

                                  I got the new phone and was happy about it for a few days. This happiness didn't last long, however. I waited for the exchange, which never happened!

                                  I chatted with the same Samsung team on whats app. They told me that there was no exchange on my purchase. They gave me Samsung Customer care numbers. I called them and they told me the same thing. I emailed them. They replied back and informed me that I should talk to their customer care number. I emailed them back, they escalated it to higher level. After a day they replied back informing me that there is no exchange on my phone. I emailed Service Head at India. They escalated my issue and informed me that I was going to hear from Samsung online store as well as Samsung Customer care soon. They called me also.

                                  Another day later, I received an email from Samsung Online store. They informed me that there is no exchange offer in this purchase. This has happened many times now. I keep getting similar replies.

                                  I had attached screenshots of my conversation with Samsung people on whatsapp taken during the purchase and after, with them in most of my emails.

                                  I have finally said Good bye to Samsung today!

                                  I have been using their Notes since Note 2. I have a 65 inches UHD TV, a washing machine that costs Rs60, 000/-, three Samsung smart watches.

                                  I have taken a vow. I shall never buy another Samsung product again. Period. This was my last reply to them.

                                    I have ordered Air conditioner 3 week before in official Samsung website

                                    Their commitment is to delivery on 03.04.2022, But till now my order has not delivered yet

                                    Many times I have enquired to customer service, but they are not updating the status, and no proper response from their side

                                    I need to lodge a complaint against this issue and not to deliver my product within couple of days

                                      Hello Team, I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator in 2018 Jan in Bajaj Electronics, Madeenaguda, Hyderabad.
                                      Mine is a joint family, (Elderly paralyzed parents, infacts, kids)
                                      It costed me around 38K and it ran fine till 2022 Jan. During Jan we observed the refrigerator is not getting cooled and raised a service request. Service Technician didn't even visited and called me over phone and said to send the model number and he will replace the compressor. He ordered the compressor and he received hte part after a week. In Feb 4th, they came and fixed the compressor and asked me to pay for the techician visit and gas filling charges (5000 Rs). Again in March 2022, we saw the same cooling issue and upon escalation to Head Office and all service teams, engineer visited in April and said Technician will come to check the issue and left. Technician came 2 days back i.e 18-Apr-2022 and said there is a gas leakage and it cannot be repaired. Thsi analysis could have been provided in the first issue during Jan 2022.

                                      Head office team "Sujin S" saying that since its not repairable, they will do a refund of 10% of the invoiced amount which is a shameful act. I trusted your product and invested in that for a longer run and which got broke down with in 4 years of purchase and you are just paying me back with 10% ?

                                      Almost from Jan, we are living without refrigerator and it was very hard to manage all the daily essentials, milk and medicines. I have spent more than 50, 000 from my pocket till date since I dont have an working refrigerator.

                                      I would need to seek a legal opinion and file a consumer complain against them.
