I quoted herewith the very first communication sent to Samsung regarding malfunctioning of the mobile for proper action. Later N number of mails and calls made for replacement of the mfg defective mobile. (covid period, none responded to any mail).

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hereby bring to your kind notice that the Samsung mobile phone which I possess is showing malfunctions.
a) Display is blinking intermittently.
b) Very thin line appears on the display
c) Once restarted, the above defects vanish.
I brought it into the notice of the samsung galaxy showroom from where I purchased it. In turn, they said, they will take up the matter with concerned authorized service personnel and inform accordingly. But no response received from their end.
I purchased SM-G985 CLOUD BLU S20 Plus ([protected]) vide tax invoice number 131 dated 27.05.2020. IMEI: Refer attachment.
Please look into the matter and do needful for the rectification.
