I had ordered Galaxy tab s8 during live event, an offer was there that whoever purchases the product during the live event will be eligible either for cashback upto 10000 or if not availing cashback, will get GALAXY BUDS PRO .Later on when i contacted they said there was no such offer and now even had removed The old terms and conditions pdf from eveywhere, but i had somehow already saved it back then . Refer the screenshot - In point 1 and 3 they had clearly mentioned about the offer and now even after 2 months i have not received it and they are disposing my complaint every time i am complaining, ignoring the offer and giving me mental sickness by such attitide

    I am using M30 since its launch without any problem hence purchased GALAXY M31S through Amazon, ordered on 06/08/2020 and rcvd on 12/08/21 . till July 2021 everything was fine .

    Problem started in August 21( Few days before end of warranty period) with speaker not working but calling through headphones was smooth. I went to samsung gallery where they tried by inspecting the device but cudn't solve so adviced to visit service centre which is 15km from my place. After 1-2 days with a little shake the speaker started working, my friend adviced me to get the speaker cleaned which I got done at local mobile shop. for few days it worked fine and my warranty period was missed on 12 August 21 in today / tomorrow (due to long travel distance needing more than 2hrs of busy OPD Timings ), and a little tap working for starting speaker. Now when I was planning to visit the centre, speaker started working and MIC stopped. I had a chat with customer support whatsapp. they adviced me reset and other steps but did not solve my problem and then...
    One morning Charging also stopped. Now I was forced to visit service centre at Nagpur. I visited centre [protected], Spectrum marketing on 06/10/2021, they told me to change the CHARGING BOARD (chargeable for 1500/-) which I agreed and left my phone there to get returned next day. On day of delivery my phone was not having DISPLAY, they told that after changing the Charging Board they found Display problem ( which I never encountered before) . We had tough argument and after paying Labour charge of Rs 150/- they handed over phone with no display.
    Because I was not sure of Board Change, I didn't pay the board charges for which they had NOT FORCED ME ( If they changed the board they might not had given the phone without payment of board).

    Disappointed harshly I went to other service centre no. [protected], Advance computer service centre and on 08/10/2021 I was initially told that my phone needed DISPLAY CHANGE but later I was informed that even after display replacement the problem persisted and needed PCB i.e MOTHER BOARD replacement. I had a tough time convincing the Service Head Mr Atul/Sandip to finally get the work done NON CHARGEABLE.
    Few days went smoothly.

    After couple of months problem of Hanging and Freezing issue aroused. Again I had to contact Service Head and sent the mobile to the same service centre where MB was changed on 29/12/2021. This time I was told about some CONNECTOR PROBLEM without external damage. Again I was straightway adviced MB change ( connector not replaceable) on chargeable basis. It was none of my fault and hence after long conversation on emails and mobile phone Finally service head Mr MOIN initiated NON Chargeable Repair ( Details not known ).

    To my utter surprise and shock the SAME PROBLEM of HANGING/FREEZING/NOT RESTARTING was encountered in March/April 2022. I was on tour that time and at Pune, I visited service centre where the person did a Force Restart and the phone started working only for a day or two. I also tried several time the same method but FINALLY the phone was FREEZED and NOT RESTARTING AT ALL.
    After submitting on 25/04/2022, I told the Service head straight forward that if at all there is hardware problem this time also, I am not willing to get it repaired even Free of Cost, but, instead appeal for Either Replacement of instrument or Refund of the amount. The attending service head Mr Pankaj Bhatt after getting update from service centre informed me of the SAME CONNECTOR DAMAGE this time also and keeping my request handed over the case to Higher Authority, Tanisha Madam. After knowing the details and my request she informed me about company's proposal of Partial Refund of Purchase Amount. She told the figure as Rs. 13700 apprx.
    Why should I accept Partial Refund when Every time since FIRST COMPLAINT AROUSED in the warranty period there WASN'T ANY FAULT FROM ME AS CUSTOMER, THOUGH EVERY TIME IT CAME OUT TO BE HARDWARE PROBLEM WITHOUT EXTERNAL DAMAGE.

    THUS I APPEAL FOR EITHER REPLACEMENT OF PHONE OR A FULL REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE ALONG WITH JUSTIFIABLE COMPENSATION.

      Dear sir, madam,

      We have purchased 1.5 tonne Samsung AC From Girias, Kuvempunagar MYSORE Karnataka, Invoice is attached for your reference.

      AC was purchased on 29.04.2022, Partially installed on 30.04.2022, and full installation made on 04.05.2022, From the time of installation Air conditioner is blowing only warm air, multiple people from Samsung attended but No result.

      Intially Mr. Shariff from Samsung Mysore (Ph No.[protected]) installed the equipment i.e, Outdoor unit fitting & Indoor Unit Fitting.

      2nd service engineer whose name is also Mr.Shariff(Ph No.[protected]) Came for final installation & Demo, He claimed that The Person who initially installed the unit has abused the unit (claimed Nut is broken, Gas has completely leaked out etc...) He worked for 4 hrs, Refilled the gas But nothing worked & The unit is still Blowing WARM AIR ONLY.

      Would like to mention this is hard earned money which i have paid for NEW unit & Unfortunately i have Received SAMSUNG ABUSED UNIT.

      This is Really Pathetic situation, Specially from a Brand Like Samsung, Outlet like GIRIAS

      We No more want any repairs on the existing unit, We require New Piece Complete Set(Outdoor & Indoor)Replacement Or return back the Total Amount by 05.05.2022

      If the replacement doesn't arrive we shall be approaching the Consumer Court for further action.

      Awaiting your Immediate response on this.

          Last year I brought a samsung galaxy m31s with my savings as I thought samsung mobile phones are reliable and i can use it for 3 -4 years without any complaint buti am facing alot of problems in phone as it get freeze every time and restart automatically. When a visited the nearby samsung care, they said it's repairing cost is 7900 . It is the worst situation for me

            My order I'd is order #[protected]. I bought Samsung galaxy tab S6 lite 7 days ago. Because of lack of performance, I requested company to initiate a return as I wanted to purchase a higher Variant. But, company straight away rejected saying we don't have any return policy even if customer wants to upgrade.
            I requested company multiple times, as it's a costly product. And if I had purchased the same from Amazon or an offline store, I could easily return it if I am not happy with product or I want to upgrade to a different model. But, there is no such policy for return in such cases in Samsung online store.
            Also, the price of the product has reduced by 3500 within a week of my purchase, so this made me more sad. I requested Samsung multiple times to please understand my situation that I am not happy with the performance of the product and I want to purchase a higher variant. And also since price of the product I purchased dropped within a week of my purchase, this made me even more sad.
            I again request Samsung to please understand my case and initiate return. If samsung don't want to refund, they can keep the credit in their app so that I purchase a higher variant by paying the difference amount.
            Sometimes, in few products like Books, Amazon has also policy of no return but upon requesting they do consider and help us and initiate a return. Please value your customer and try to understand their concern. I hope Samsung will resolve my issue.

                I Purchased new samsung j8 mobile on 3-9-18 but unfortunately device got bended automatically after I kept in pocket and riding on bike i call ur customer care number they told me that u have to visit the service center and they will solve
                but when i visited Samsung service centre my experience is very disappointed, , firstly they refuse to get my phone repair under warranty after long conversation company refused to repair, but you can also checked with service executives there are no dents and sctaches on mobile I know how neat i used my mobile then how they can said warranty is void,

                Its a totally manufacturing defect and you have to refund my mobile amount as their is none of my fault, bcoz i pay 17990 bcoz I have trust on Samsung quality bcoz I used Samsung mobiles from 2009 to 2019 but never got disappointed like this before .

                  Sir i had submitted for screen replacement on 2 may 2022 service centre first of all charged me rs 180 for inspection then asked for screen replacement for 4800 i said ok do it . after submitting phone they told me that your charging slot is not working
                  then they said you may be using unbranded charger i said i had original charger and just 1 hour ago i fully charged my phone how come service centre is telling me to add 700 rupees for charger
                  this is very bad either samsung should rectify this or i am going to register to consumer court for doing fraud with customeer and phone was also in warranty just 8 month old

                    I purchased a flip 3 on 27/10/21 but its been not more than 6 mo ths and suddenly while talking on the phone, i saw a white line appear in the middle of screen at the hinge area.since it was covered under warranty, i took it to the samsung care and it was shocking to find out that they were trying to find out something in the phone so that they can avoid the repair or replacement and finally he came up with a rusty scratch calling it a impact dent and denying for the under warranty repair.and to the extreme, the scratch was on the different left lower back of the screen amd i was seeing the screen being effected from the right front side.plz stop this looting from the customer service centres and find me a solution

                      I have purchased a samsung galaxy m 31s phone 1 year back. Soon after the warrantyperiod exactly 1 and half mnths it got autorestarting itself and auto restarting itself every few seconds after a software update. When i ran to the nearest service centre and checked the phone they said its becoz of mother board issue and they are expecting me to pay8k for replacemnt. As i checked the complaint forum most of the customers face thesame issue from the m series phones. How can a branded company like samsung does such kind of scam to the their thousands of trusted customers bygiving a faulty or defective product. Samsung was a most trusted brand forme and now i am regreting every seconds for taking a decision to buy samsung phone. Why the customers should pay for the brand fault . Samsung should provide free motherboard replcement as mostcof the customers go through the same issue. Why should we pay for trusting ur brand and buying a phone investing so much of money. And atlast u will make us pay half of the mobile cost for ur fault. So dissappointing. And injustice to the customers

                        Samsung 1.5T AC purchased on 28 Mar 2022 from Croma Hennur Rd Bengaluru, installed on 3 Apr 2022, became defective of "No cooling" on 21 Apr22 and complaint of the defect lodged to Samsung customer care on 26 Apr 2022 subsequently followed by repeated calls to customer care... but on deaf years and no attention to the AC yet...

                        THE PRODUCT IS HARDLY ONE MONTH OLD AFTER INSTALLATION AND UNDER WARRANTY ...

                        Request Samsung behave and act responsibly to expedite necessary attention to the AC

                          I have purchased Samsung AC in 2021, hardly used it for 6months, as we use it mostly in summers, when we started using this year within few days it ran out of gas, when i logged a service request, they recharged it. The very next day again the AC ran out of gas.. when i escalated the issue another technician came and checked it has damage inside the outdoor unit and turned out to be defective product. As it's a brand new AC i demanded for replacement, but they denied it. As it's unbearable in summer and having a 5month old baby i dint want to prolong the arguments and agreed for repair of the damage ( which they initially offered) now no one is contacting me to come and repair. I am talking to their customer care team daily and escalated thru CEO email escalation (which is o[censored]seless). But still no one is responding or attending my issue. It's more than a month now still nothing has been done.
                          I have even raised Grievance in National Consumer Helpline, but Samsung gave them a false update that my AC ks repaired and got it closed. I am wondering even how can NCH close the issue without even confirming from me.
                          This is the worst experience i ever had with any product in my whole life.
                          Samsung is really cheating public with their false promises and worst after sale service. We are literally suffering in this summer and deeply regretting for purchasing Samsung AC.
                          If someone is reading this review, kindly don't even give a thought of buying any Samsung product as their after sale service is completely unreliable, unprofessional and unethical. They don't have basic morals, even the customer care team is so inhuman. They are torturing my months old baby.

                            They charged me over 8000, didn't repaired my ac and worst service. And now they are declining to repair it forcing to sell a new one.
                            They charged over 4000 for a new spare part which was already working fine.

                              I bought m31s from Amazon 14 months back, screen stopped working I approached Samsung Service Center at first floor, luxmi nagar, delhi, they diagnosed and gave me an estimate of 5800, I said ok. Same day evening they changed screen, charging board assembly etc.

                              Next day it didn’t let me charge mobile with C to c charger and cable. I took handset again to them, first the technician told me you will be charged for charging board, I said why it’s just 1 say you replaced it. Then he started giving me stupid things as if I am uneducated. He has kept the handset for 2 days as part is not available ???? And I will be charged again for same thing.

                              What the hell can’t you diagnose and repair on one go and why you will charge me again if in wty, also he said data might be erased, what charging board has to do with data?

                              dumb and over smart technicians centre one will be thugged for sure.

                                    My name is Lalit Kumar, I purchased Samsung AC 1.5 Ton Model # AR18BY3ZAPGNNA on 19 Mar 22,

                                    Below are the multiple issues in 1 month of purchase of Samsung product:

                                    Initial AC was delivered same model, installed but after all process done AC was faulty and not working, so returned and installed another one.

                                    In another installed AC we have a certain issue like not efficient in cooling, sound issue and very important bad and worst smell. Complaint has been raised twice but not resolution.

                                    While diagnosing by the technician we realize that 2 blower fans are already damaged, this is what Samsung is known for.

                                    Very disappointing with Samsung

                                    Issues has already been raised several times and this is my 3rd complaint in just 1 month of purchasing Samsung product, I had a very faith on Samsung product due to its durability and trust as it’s a

                                    renowned name/ brand name.

                                    Afterall it’s our hard-earned money.

                                    Please provide me a resolution, waiting for your positive response.

                                    I realize its all myth, one of the worst and bad experience I ever had, I would never go for Samsung product ever again.

                                      Out of nowhere a pink vertical line appeared on the screen. The phone wasn't dropped or damaged in anyway

                                        I purchased one 1.5 ton AC from [protected] on 22.4.2022. Bill No. SA/22-23/0320.
                                        At the time of delivery the defective piece was sent and installed at my home.
                                        None of my repeated complaints was addressed properly till 27.4.2022.
                                        Kindly make a proper inquiry for want of justice to me, failing which I shall knock the door of law for compensation.
