The bought Samsung galaxy M32 5G(sky-blue,
8GB ram, 128GB storage ) X001F80XHT in Amazon on[protected]. It's not even been 6 months the phone charging port isn't working and after recent software update mobile is hanging. So I want to Calim my warrant and get the new piece for replacement or resolve the problem immediately.

    Hello Team,
    I have bought a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone, through Amazon in oct'2020.Soon the warranty period was over, the phone has started to restart without any reason. Initially the issue wasn't persistent & frequent, but then for no reason for any application, the phone restarts.it reboots & sometimes dosen't even start up. The mobile is RESET several times & as well factory reset, but with no use.
    After careful check-up & with service, we know the issue is with motherboard. seems, the issue is common in this series & several have raised concern.
    All details attached. It's just over 1.5 yrs & the phone is not working. I have always been a Samsung customer, bought several phones for myself & family.considering that, Samsung is reliable, I would like to hear back from you.we have many appliances from Samsung as well. I have faith, i'll hear from you soon from you.

      Hi,

      So I have been an avid fan of Samsung devices. I got 3 of them at home. Started from A70 and now I got an s20 plus . I have recommend samsung mobile to my friends for best experience of samsung

      This is the first time I'm facing major issues with my phone, never I had such issues before. Its quite surprising that such premium device has these many manufacturing defects.. for my samsung s20 plus model number SM-G985F/DS green vertical line across the screen. I have taken exceptional care of my devices and this happened. I'm quite shocked that a premium device has such defects. I'm not the only one facing this issue, in my city plenty of others are facing the same issue as well. This happened after one ui 4.1 update

      I have contact many times to nearest dealer of samsung mobil centre but there response was not given properly to me...not guide me also ...that's why I have registered complaint to consumer site...
      I hope we will solved my issue ...I'm sending a Video how lines are coming in my s20 plus mobile display...

        I called to my nearest samsung service center for repair of my samsung refrigerator in Surendranagar, Gujarat, 363001
        It had fault in pvc pipeline in freezer for that they took the charges already but didn’t repair it.
        I repeatedly called them but no response from their side even after giving full payment. Please resolve my issue and make my repair done.

          I am From Bangalore. Ordered a mobile phone from samsung website. Its the 4th Day today and no delivery yet... Any website like amazon of Flipkart would have delivered the same or max the next day.
          Savex Technologies who is supposed to deliver it (As per Samsung), is 10 Km away from my delivery address!! Samsung.com website site tracking says, it has not even been packed till now!
          Need the delivery urgently. My current phone has been broken!!

            This is to inform you that on 17th May I had ordered 1 Samsung watch 4 LTE and received on 23rd May, same time when I unbox it and charge it, it got heatupoed and didnt get chargered, immediatelly I asked customer care to replace it they asked me to visit service center I had visited and get DOA certificate (This is for refund or replacement)
            .They just raised ticket id[protected] no action has been taken so far.

              Sir we have purchased 2 units of 1.5 ton Inverter Split AC through flipkart and we have fixed up the appointment for installation through your toll free number. On fixing the appointment we have agreed with the installation amount of 1199 + 18% gst for 1 unit . A person was deployed for installation and on attending he demanded for an additional charge of Rs.300 each for mounting the stand for the outdoor unit. Please note as we had the outdoor unit stand with us . As this is not justified as we have clearly clarified with your toll free number stating that no additional charges apart from the above unless any extra copper tube is required . You are requested to clarify immediately . Your earliest reply will be highly appreciated as the installation is pending.

                I had ordered an S8 Tablet and also opted for keyboard cover as part of the offer. I received S8 Tablet on time but have no clue on the delivery date for the second item ( keyboard cover) in the same order : [protected]. The promised delivery date was 16th May.
                I reached out to the customer care and grievance redressal team to know the status and only received tickets : 55594714, 56096239, 56539871, 57641380 with no information about the status. The only info I get is my query is forwarded to concerned team. This has been going on for past 2 weeks.

                  I brought a Samsung Galaxy S8 Ultra Book Cover with Keyboard from Online Samsung Shop on dated 12th May 2022 and they promised to delivery my item on/ till 24th May 2022. But now they are not delivering my item i.e Samsung S8 Cover with keyboard for Samsung S8 Tab and instead they are making excuses and giving me wrong information that my item is about to ship etc.

                    I had a horrible experience with Samsung Service Centre, Noida for the repair of my Fridge. Since March 2022, I have been following up with this service centre but their engineers have not been able to resolve the cooling issue of my Fridge. I am mentally harrassed due to their poor service and still my issue in Fridge persists. I need an immediate resolution of the issue of my Fridge and Samsung should compensate for the repair charges taken from me. I am extremely disappointed with the Samsung Fridge as their service centre is pathetic.

I was contact Rajapalayam service center to do service. but they told me that there is no spare part, it will take two days like that. I tried to contact them today morning (27.05.20222). they wouldn't respond. if there is no possibility to arrange spare means, they need to inform us. I make an alternate solution.                         I called the toll free number for service of samsung refrigerator. Cooling was not happening in the main compartment. Technician came from Smart cool care and attended the issue. Took the pcbs for service and fixed back and told it will be fine after 2 hrs of running. Charged me rs.6000. Bill was sent by WhatsApp. But issue not solved. I am calling back but no response. Called the customer care number and informed. I did not get a call back till now.

                          I had requested a service for my washing machine for past 10 days no one is responding properly. Everytime I use to call they will say our service man ( technician) will reach you today after the call is over no one will reach us if the branch is unable to da a service for the people the why the hell are you giving dealership for these kind of people and troubling customers . Treating people in a bad manner. Worst experience with this company ( Samsung )

                            I purchased samsung front load washing machine 1 year ago. After just one year i started facing issues with my machine.in last one year i have called technician 2-3 times already. This time when i called the technician again i called their free number (Ref no-[protected]), one technician was sent afte 10 days and he informed the wiring has been
                            Damaged and the replacement will cost me rs 11000/-!!!. The
                            Technician told that the wiring is damaged due to the activity of
                            Rats (Rats have entered inside the machine and bitten the wires) and there was no solution other than replacement of the wires
                            Which will cost me 11000 of the total cost of the machine. The reason for
                            The damage, may be true, appeared really strange to me because i have kept
                            The machine in the same place where i had kept my old washing machine for almost 10 years without any problems and it is hard for me to believe
                            That no rats have passed through the proximity of that machine for all
                            Those 10 years. I couldn’t believe that how a brand like samsung missed
                            Out the possibility of a problem like this and kept those sensitive
                            Parts exposed for the rats to damage it, if somehow they managed to
                            Enter into the machine.

                            The technician also told that even during warranty period this damages caused by rats will not be covered under warranty. Samsung has left big holes under the machine without covering so that rats can enter through it and damage the machine. A local technician near my place told that ifb machines dont have these kind of problems because they have installed a rat mesh in their machines to prevent the entry of rats, and this is a common problem for samsung machines.

                            Every time a samsung technician comes at least after 7 days. The technician never bothers to come before twelve.

                            It is like they have intentionally left the rat holes in the machine to get all that extra money for repairing after selling the machine. They are saying it may even cost more if other parts are damaged too. I am extremely disappointed and now i just want samsung to collect their horrible machine and return my money so that i never have to deal with their brand.

                                I have Placed an Order-Order #[protected] for Samsung Phone through Samsung India portal on April 10th. Received an autogenerated email that it will be delivered by April 17th.Today is May 27th where it is almost more than 50 days and till now I didnt receive any update on my order. I have reached out to customer care several times they just create a ticket and says backend team will reach out to me., they just simply closes the ticket without any solution nor intiamtion.

                                54403879, 53903617, 57127823, 57529444

                                I have even placed a request to cancel my order on May 9th.Even for that cancellation order status they didnt update followed up with customer care Ticket ID and they mentioned all earlier tickets got closed and raised a new ticket on MAY 24th #57127823 and it will be cancelled and amount will be refunded,

                                But the very next day I get an email that Order cancellation didnt happened and it got cancelled, but I dont receive any update why even cancellation is cancellled .

                                Such a patheic service where DEVICE DIDNT DELIVERED, ORDER IS NOT CANCELLED, NOR STATUS of the DEVICE INTIMATED, NOR MONEY GETS REFUNDED EVEN AFTER 50 DAYS. I have to get on to call with customer care for days and hours explaining issue with everytime where my money, energy, time is being wasted but still no response. DISGUSTING and FRSUTRATING .

                                  I am based in Delhi. I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator (RT49K6758S9) on 17 March 2019.
                                  It was working fine until we noticed the moisture in the freezer compartment and ice cubes sticking together in the ice maker compartment.
                                  By now, our product was out of warranty. We registered our complaint with Samsung, and their technician visited on 17 March 2022 and told that there was no problem in the freezer and it was working fine. When asked about the moisture in freezer, he told that it was normal.
                                  Then, in May, the icemaker stopped dropping the ice cubes automatically in the box, and I registered the complaint for the same vide complaint number [protected] dated 20 May 2022.
                                  The technician visited our premises on 21 May 2022 and told that the water quantity for ice maker was less and so, it was not getting enough water for making ice. When he pressed the manual switch, the ice dropped in the container. (Note that our complaint was not that the ice maker was not making ice, the freezer as well as the icemaker were working fine, except for the moisture, but freezer was not dropping the ice in its container which is should). The capacity of water container for the ice maker is 5 litre and there was 3 litre water already which the technician said that it was less, so he got it filled to the brim. (There was already the ice in freezer in some containers till now). Then, he made some adjustments in the temperature setting reducing it to -23 degrees and left assuring us that he will visit on 21 May again, to check the functioning.
                                  By the evening of 20 May 2022, the ice in the freezer compartment starting melting, and ice maker did not start working for which we originally complained. We informed the technician on mobile, and he assured that he will be visiting us on 21 May and look into the matter.
                                  On 21 May, he visited us in the evening and by this time, the ice in the freezer was in the molten state.
                                  The technician, opened the icemaker, and then told that the gas was leaked and that it needed to be recharged with gas.
                                  Now, we were surprised. How come in a matter of one day, the gas leaked so much that he did not need to check even the refrigerator from the back, which is checked usually by the technicians. When we enquired about this sudden leak of the gas, the technician said that copper pipe sometimes leaks. I was a bit surprised and I asked him how come the metal pipe in just two years, that too copper, corrode and leak suddenly, to which he mumbled something and went out. I thought he has gone out to take some tool, but when he did not return, I went out to check and found that he had gone back.
                                  Note that no where he has asked about his service charges and he has not told us that he is leaving.
                                  I contacted the customer care and he told that they have got the feedback from the technician that we refused paying the charges.
                                  Then, I mailed to Samsung Customer Support on 22 May 2022. No doubt I got the immediate response, but they also told me the same issue that we refused to pay the charges, which I explained them in the mail and informed them the sequence of events.
                                  Then, I got a mail that they have escalated the issue and we will get a call from the supervisor, which we did get on 24 May and the supervisor assured that they will send some senior technician who will resolve our issue, but no one has visited so far, and in this acute hot weather, we were forced to get it repaired from other technician.
                                  Upon checking, he has also informed us that the alignment of Freezer door is not correct due to which the problem of moisture may arise.
                                  Now, I am in a fix whether I should contact Samsung Customer Care, looking into their poor service and untrained technician!!!

                                    Samsung is cheeting customers, with high prie and and less quality products
                                    mean while earlier samsung sold mobiles with phone charger, Data cable, Ear Phones too. But now they are providing only dadta cable only with mobile, no adaptor, No ear phones, Please isue a noties to provide travel adaptor, data cable along with ear phones also, gradually they will cut off data cable.
                                    this is the crores of the people hesitation.

                                      I purchased Samsung galaxy book 2 pro 360 through www.samsung.com. The payment was made through their payment partner PayU (redirected from www.samsung.com). The order was made on[protected] at 17:19:46. The amount paid was Rs. 1, 24, 489.50/-. I received an email from [protected]@payu.in at 5:38 pm stating that "Your order at www.samsung.com is successful".

                                      But the order was not to be seen on my list of orders. (It still shows the previous order I tried purchasing as my latest order with them). I contacted Samsung product expert and was asked to wait for 48 hours for either the order to be placed or refund to be initiated. After 48 hours, I contacted them (Samsung) again and they told me that it might have to do with some error at PayU and I should be contacting them (PayU) if the amount is not refunded within 7 days.

                                      After a week, I contacted PayU today and they replied that the transaction with PayU ID: [protected] has been successfully processed and I was asked to contact the merchant www.samsung.com/in for refund details regarding the transaction.

                                      The email I received, The reply from PayU customer care agent Alora Mohanty, The PayU transaction tracker and my account statement is hereby attached for your reference.

                                        I have ordered(order no: [protected]) Samsung M53s mobile and paid the amount. Subsequently, I have canceled my order and placed another order for the same product with discount.
                                        Order canceled on 13/05/2022 and today 25/05/2022, I have not received the refund.
                                        Raised complaint 5times in the customer care.
                                        Very lethargic and useless answers.
                                        It's really worst behavior of Samsung. I warn people not to use Samsung site for ordering. You will land up into trouble like me. I am paying additional charges for my cred card due to long delay from Samsung refund.
