    I am a doctor and I work in a very reputed Hospital as an Associate Consultant.

    I purchased a Galaxy S 22 ultra phone (512 GB) from Samsung India from Samsung online store( Order no. [protected]). I chatted with Samsung People (redirected from Samsung store) for an exchange of my existing Note 10 plus. I was offered an exchange value of Rs. 33960/- for my old phone. They told me it was going to be a deferred exchange. I have to buy the new phone at full cost and then they will take my old phone back. Sounded reasonable. Hence, I went for it. Throughout the whole purchase I was assisted from a customer care representative from Samsung People. Before the purchase I had asked about the exchange of my old phone. After the purchase I asked about the exchange again. They informed me that I shall receive an email from Cashify and the process would be very smooth.

    I got the new phone and was happy about it for a few days. This happiness didn't last long, however. I waited for the exchange, which never happened!

    I chatted with the same Samsung team on whats app. They told me that there was no exchange on my purchase. They gave me Samsung Customer care numbers. I called them and they told me the same thing. I emailed them. They replied back and informed me that I should talk to their customer care number. I emailed them back, they escalated it to higher level. After a day they replied back informing me that there is no exchange on my phone. I emailed Service Head at India. They escalated my issue and informed me that I was going to hear from Samsung online store as well as Samsung Customer care soon. They called me also.

    Another day later, I received an email from Samsung Online store. They informed me that there is no exchange offer in this purchase. This has happened many times now. I keep getting similar replies.

    I had attached screenshots of my conversation with Samsung people on whatsapp taken during the purchase and after, with them in most of my emails.

    I have finally said Good bye to Samsung today!

    I have been using their Notes since Note 2. I have a 65 inches UHD TV, a washing machine that costs Rs60, 000/-, three Samsung smart watches.

    I have taken a vow. I shall never buy another Samsung product again. Period. This was my last reply to them.

      Front load washing machine

      No response from your side.
      If you unavailable to resolve my issue than give ne your higher authority cell number and mail id.
      You are nothing to do anything inspite of several mail and call to you customer care service.
      If you are unable to repair than change me product or return my purchase money.
      Hope you understand my problem and do at the earlieat.

      I have ordered Air conditioner 3 week before in official Samsung website

      Their commitment is to delivery on 03.04.2022, But till now my order has not delivered yet

      Many times I have enquired to customer service, but they are not updating the status, and no proper response from their side

      I need to lodge a complaint against this issue and not to deliver my product within couple of days

      I am very much disappointed with Samsung team

        Hello Team, I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator in 2018 Jan in Bajaj Electronics, Madeenaguda, Hyderabad.
        Mine is a joint family, (Elderly paralyzed parents, infacts, kids)
        It costed me around 38K and it ran fine till 2022 Jan. During Jan we observed the refrigerator is not getting cooled and raised a service request. Service Technician didn't even visited and called me over phone and said to send the model number and he will replace the compressor. He ordered the compressor and he received hte part after a week. In Feb 4th, they came and fixed the compressor and asked me to pay for the techician visit and gas filling charges (5000 Rs). Again in March 2022, we saw the same cooling issue and upon escalation to Head Office and all service teams, engineer visited in April and said Technician will come to check the issue and left. Technician came 2 days back i.e 18-Apr-2022 and said there is a gas leakage and it cannot be repaired. Thsi analysis could have been provided in the first issue during Jan 2022.

        Head office team "Sujin S" saying that since its not repairable, they will do a refund of 10% of the invoiced amount which is a shameful act. I trusted your product and invested in that for a longer run and which got broke down with in 4 years of purchase and you are just paying me back with 10% ?

        Almost from Jan, we are living without refrigerator and it was very hard to manage all the daily essentials, milk and medicines. I have spent more than 50, 000 from my pocket till date since I dont have an working refrigerator.

        I would need to seek a legal opinion and file a consumer complain against them.

          Sir,
          I have maid complain of front load washing machine on dated 24 March 2022 regarding non-operational the said washing machine is under warranty period.approximately 20 to 20 days passed but till date it was not repaired and no response from your side.I have every day call to your customer care but they told that it is resolved within a short time hence you are requested to look into this matter and solve my problem at the earliest.I am mentally Horace by Samsung.

            I made a order for a phone and cover and extended warranty through samsung website order no -[protected], but due to delay i canceled it before dispatch. company pick 106666.43 from my card and paid only 2 refunds of rupee 4898 and 96667.43 which is 101565.43. and 5101 rs less which i paid for order. now whenever i makes complaints Samsung employees says about given refunds only . Not understands that i got 5101 rs less in total refund. I am tired making of alot of complaints from 2 months . and bank is charging me interest and gst. for this. i already got loss of 1200 around in Ist emi.

              It is very unfortunate that numbers of time I have contact customer care and also mail to CEO and customer care but till date front load washing machine which is still under warranty which was not repaired if you are not able to repair the same then I request you to change the entire machine or refund me my paid amount I am not satisfied with your service your service is very poor from your side my complain time period almost 1 month and you have not repaired as per the time schedule frame by the Samsung India hence look into the matter and change me the same at earliest my earlier details sent to you are as under

                  I ordered for a mobile from Samsung's online shop on. It was showing out for delivery yesterday. Then suddenly I got a message from Samsung saying I have requested to cancel the order. When I contacted them, they said I have declined to accept the item etc. In fact, no delivery agent called me neither anyone came to my place to deliver it. They took my complaint. Now I got messages saying the product has been DELIVERED. My order id is [protected]. I have never received the product. No body from the courier company has contacted me.

                      With ref. to the above subject & attached bill I would humbly like to bring to your notice that the authorized service center in Jamshedpur has replaced the compressor of my fridge 2 times in a span of 1 week in the last 10 days.
                      The fridge is still not functioning properly as it should & I am being bullied by your teammates.
                      If you still feel that a customer should suffer after purchasing a branded product from a reputed company like yours, I will be left with no option other that to take legal action.
                      Hope I have been able to express my agony & you will take the necessary action to resolve the same ASAP.

                          Hello all,
                          I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in August 2020, The official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years. After a recent OS update (security patch update), It switched off automatically with only logo visible which is not even letting the device to get into bootloader. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER Shree Krishna Services, Address : 87/1, G. T. Road West, Hooghly, 712203) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced for a cost of 9K INR.
                          There are over, at least, 700-800 people with the exact same complaint in the internet and Consumer Complaints forum regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones).
                          The person in the service center said the update caused the motherboard to fail, but i took full precaution of keeping the phone on charge during the whole time o[censored]pdate. I cannot get it fixed because of financial issue.
                          Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount.
                          BEING A STUDENT(WITH NO EARNING) AND BELONGING TO MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY WITH NOT SO GOOD FINANCIAL CONDITION IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY TO GET IT REPLACED.
                          I REQUEST SAMSUNG O PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.

                            Vertical Line across the screen - S20 Plus

                            Device purchased in Nov 2020.

                            Hi,

                            So I have been an avid fan of Samsung devices. I got 4 of them at home. Started from s5 and now I got an s20 plus after numerous upgrades over the years.

                            This is the first time I'm facing major issues with my phone, never I had such issues before. Its quite surprising that such premium device has these many manufacturing...

                            Dear Sir,
                            Apropos the instruction imparted upon me by SH. RAKESH KUMAR, S/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Pouni Chak Tehsil & District Jammu hereinafter to be referred to as my client I hereby file this complaint against the above mentioned service centre;

                            1. That my client approached the office/Samsung service centre of A.R. ELECTRONICS, (SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE) FIRST FLOOR, CITY PLAZA, PREM NAGAR JAMMU, DISTRICT JAMMU 180001 for the repair of his mobile phone (Samsung A 31 Galaxy) as the phone is still under warranty and it had developed some problem due to which the phone was frequently restarting automatically and was hanging for a longer duration.
                            2. That the customer executive attended my client and assured my client that the defect will be removed within two days.
                            3. That after two days when the phone was returned to my client it again developed the same problem thereby forcing my client to visit again in the Samsung service centre with the same problem that has not been removed/corrected by the said service centre.
                            4. That my client again left his said defective mobile phone in the said service centre on the request of the employee who told that the mother board of the phone has to be replaced/changed.
                            5. That after the change/replacement of the mother board of the phone of my client; the phone again developed the same problem as it was having before the change of the mother board.
                            6. That on the very next day my client again visited the said service centre with the defect which is still there in the phone. The employee of the service centre asked my client that it will take 2-3 days to repair the phone and requested my client to leave the phone in the service centre and advised my client to take a second hand phone of the service centre till the phone of my client is not returned by the said office/centre.
                            7. That my client agreed to the request of the employee and took the second hand phone whose condition was very bad hoping that he has to use the said phone only for 2-3 days till the return of his phone.
                            8. That on[protected] when my client visited the Samsung service centre for taking the delivery of his phone but the employee of the said service centre said that the phone which was given to my client has been damaged and its mother board has to be changed which will cost Rs 6000/- and he demanded the said amount from my client despite the fact that the phone is in its original working condition and it has not been damaged or broken in any way.
                            9. That my client requested time and again for the return of his phone which is in the custody of the service centre but the employee/owner straight way refused to return the mobile phone and are adamant not return the phone for the reasons best known to him and he only handed over the bill bearing no. [protected] dated[protected] to my client and further threatened my client to do whatever he wants to do. It is very strange on his part that my client has handed over his mobile phone to the centre for the repair but they are behaving in a very rude manner and have illegally kept the phone in their custody.
                            10. That the owner of the said centre and his employees have misbehaved with my client and have used unparliamentarily language against my client for which a separate complaint before the competent court will be filed against them.
                            11. That my client has purchased the said mobile phone (Samsung A 31 Galaxy) from his hard earned money which the owner of the centre has kept illegally in his custody.
                            Now therefore I, VIJAY PARIHAR Advocate High Court of Jammu & Kashmir And Ladakh, Jammu through the medium of present complaint call upon you to direct the Owner/Manager of the A.R. Electronics, (Samsung service centre) First Floor, City Plaza, Prem Nagar Jammu, District Jammu 180001 to immediately return the mobile phone (Samsung A 31 Galaxy) to my client within a period of seven days from the receipt of this complaint along with the damages for the harassment failing which I shall be left with no other option but to initiate legal proceedings against the Samsung and the said service centre in the appropriate Court of law at the behest of my client at your risk and responsibility.

                              Authorized service center's personnel neither attending my complaint nor lifting my phone. Mr Manish bearing Cell no. [protected] is the key person of that service centre. I think it is customer harassment center rather than a service center . Please take action against that service center.

                                Sir,
                                Since smart phone came to market I have been using Samsung Smart phone. Prior to Nov-21 I was using Samsung J5 prime (Dual sim) in which from my contacts automatically without dialing call was going to different contacts in my phone & the same was not reflecting in my call logs. I approached samsung care centre at Bhubaneswar and accordingly on their advise changed both the sims in my phone still then my problem not solved & was told that display problem is there in your set. Hence I took a new phone on 15.11.2021 from M/s Plaza Digital Bhubaneswar vide their Invoice no- 5503 Samsung A03S (4/64) bearing serial no- [protected]. Thereafter also the same problem is continuing till date. Again on request of Plaza Digital I replaced both the sims. But still the same problem continued. Thereafter on request of Plaza Digital to update software I handed over my set to Samsung Care vide complaint no-[protected] dt-09.04.2022 & requested them to solve the issue. Now again the same problem is continuing in my new set. Here it is important to mention that my Samsung J5 prime is running properly without any problem till date whereas I was told that display problem is there hence i had to take a new phone. In this connection please be informed that I am a small businessman having different business connections as well as socially, politically connected person. When automatically call goes from my contact list to different persons (Male/Female) they are misunderstanding me and my relation is in soup. Please advise me solution to my problem. Have I taken a Wrong decision by using SAMSUNG what is being told to me by many leading Mobile stores.

                                Hope you will take up my problem on priority basis.

                                  I am unsatisfied by your product.

                                  I am a Samsung product user since 2010 (using Samsung TV, Washing Machine and 3rd mobile of Samsung)

                                  I bought a Samsung product on 22.01.2019, i have used it properly, but suddenly it got switched off while using the mobile.

                                  From the service center they said the motherboard has to change to a cost of 11000/-.

                                  1. Spoke to the call center person, Mr.Manivannan (supervisor) said it is out of warranty so you have to pay the full amount. First point why i have to pay full amount, whatever part got corrupted you change that particular part and give it to me. Service center persons couldn't find the problem in the mobile, it is incapability of the technician.

                                  2. Why do we have to buy a Samsung product?? because we trust the product, that's why we prefer branded products. Such a big company couldn't provide the solution to my problem.

                                  Furtherly we will not continue with the Samsung brand. Really we are disappointed.

                                  I have called 5 times to this service, common answer got from all "I will call you back"

                                  Can I get your higher authority mail id??

                                  past one week I am following no proper call, no solution, very pathetic service. only sale sale no service provider

                                    I had purchased Galaxy watch 4 Classic Bluetooth on Oct 2021 and I was having Battery Drain issues from Day1. Unfortunately I was not able to inform this to customer care during that time because I was using smartwatch first time and there was some reports like this new model with google wear OS[Samsung Introduce wear OS in this model first time] have battery performance issues, which is also reported by many users in their forums as well as below

                                    So, I thought of getting used to it and wait for few more software update from their end to see whether that fix the issue. But after three months o[censored]se it felt like the device is useless and wont serve its purpose which I spent around 28K rupees. I had to switch off all the smart features of a smartwatch to get some battery life and the battery starts drains. The battery drain even we kept the device in switched off state.

                                    Then I have raised this with samsung customer care on January 2022 and asked for refund or replacement. They convinced me in a call to submit the device to samsung customer service center for checking battery health issues physically and they agreed on the call that, if they found any issue as I claimed, then they will process replacement/refund.

                                    I have reached nearest customer service center on Januray at Kottarakkara, but they updated me to go Trivandrum center as they don't have the equipment to check this device. I had to travel 60KM to reach there thus I had to wait for a month to plan to go there due to covid situations.

                                    I have submitted my device on March 2022 to Trivandrum service center and they updated me after week like they have replaced battery and motherboard of the device.

                                    So, the issue I was raising was genuine and they also confirmed by replacing the main parts. I asked customer service to process the refund/replacement as they agreed and I had the issue from Day 1 and I was unable to use the product which I spent 28000 till that time. But they denied it and asked me to collect the repaired product. Now it is like, I have DOA product for 28000ruppes which now got repaired by samsung. They should consider my case as special instead of saying the technical reasons on the refund/replacement policy and they should have considered the difficulties I had faced by purchasing their product. The interaction with customer service via email was also not good. They always sent careless response without checking past history of the issue.

                                    I have the device with me now, I feel some improvements in battery, but still it is not upto the mark. I also see the skin of the silicon strap is getting peeled off.

                                    Because of all these issues I have faced, I would like to request you to help me refund/replacement.
