Sir,
I have maid complain of front load washing machine on dated 24 March 2022 regarding non-operational the said washing machine is under warranty period.approximately 20 to 20 days passed but till date it was not repaired and no response from your side.I have every day call to your customer care but they told that it is resolved within a short time hence you are requested to look into this matter and solve my problem at the earliest.I am mentally Horace by Samsung.
looking forward for your kind support my reference number is as under.

From my end i have to state that one of the poorest service from samsung and there related all officials connected with this type of service.After sale shop says that you have to contact samsung service center but they don’t bother for complaint.

      I purchased Samsung m31s mobile 1-1/2 year back. After recent update it started getting hanged and autorestart was happening. At last it got hanged and was showing only Samsung logo and not going further. Now phone is dead. When went to Samsung service center, i was told that this is the issue faced by large number of customers of this model and need to replace motherboard which is very costly. My very important data is there in mobile and service center is saying it is not possible to retrieve the same. When same storage is still there in mobile, data retrieving should be possible but service center not ready to help. Moreover if the issue is faced by large number of customers, then it is manufacturing defect or defective update and Samsung should come forward on their own and help customers by offering free replacement of motherboard and free retrieval of data as a goodwill gesture to maintain their status in Indian market.

        I have placed a purchase order (Oder #: [protected]) for a Samsung Convection Microwave Oven model #: CE1041DSB2/TL (serial #: 0AR87WFR901015F) on Samsung India website "samsung.com/in" on March 3, 2022. The oven was delivered to my home on March 7, 2022. On March 8, 2022, the Samsung technician came to my home, he unboxed the microwave and found the bottom of the microwave was damaged ( please see attached pictures) and the oven wasn't standing levelled due to the damage. He reported the problem to Samsung on the same day for a replacement and also asked me to report it to Samsung. I reported the damage to Samsung via an email on March 8, 2022 with many pictures. I kept following up with Samsung customer service. Samsung customer service said they can't replace my order, therefore I had an option to either return the microwave for full refund because it was their problem delivering me a damaged microwave or keep the damaged piece and they would offer Rs 500. I didn't want the damaged microwave, therefore I requested returning the microwave and getting back my full refund. They said full refund will be issued within 5 business days after picking up the damaged microwave. After lot of perseverence, they picked up the microwave on March 22, 2022. However, it's April 13th today, more than 3 weeks since pickup but I haven't received the refund. I haven't expected this kind of behavior from a world renowned company like Samsung. It's really shame on their part. First of all they failed to deliver me a good product, then it took lot of effort on my part by sending multiple requests to have their damaged product picked up and now even after 3 weeks after the product was picked up I haven't received my refund. Samsung failed to provide me a good product and after the fact the damaged product was picked up and it's been more than 3 weeks, there is no refund. This is not how a company should treat its consumers. Where is customer service and consumer protection when a company behaves this way?

        My suggestion to everyone is to avoid buying products from Samsung India website. Their customer service is horrible and everytime you call them it's lie after lie. I am not going to stop and will pursue this legally and have also placed a complaint with INGRAM Ministry of Consumer Affairs and PMO. I will also send this report to Samsun Korea head office.

          I have purchased brand new Samsung galaxy watch 4 LTE(40MM) on 15.11.2021 from Samsung website.It's serial no is RFARA29PXQL

          It's not working from 10th April 2022
          Submitted to Authorised service center at Thrissur on 12.04.22 and they have informed me that the watch cannot be services/repaired under warranty as damage caused by water.

          Watch is enabled Swimming and tracking and I have noticed that watch went off after my swimming on 10.04.2022 evening.

          Unable to understand how and watch is not serviceable under warranty.

            We purchased Samsung double door refrigerator, model no: RS55K5010S9 about 5 years ago.

            we filed a service req when we realized cooling is not functional. service guy came and suggested gas needs to be filled in and charged his visiting fee. Another guy came for filling gas and filled gas and collect about 2500 and left. still we realized it is still having the problem and now as per customer care, it can't be repaired as some internal thing which is not exposed outside to check and fix...

            wonder what I need to do now..it costed close to 80K and they say it is like useless. I want samsung india to either get this repaired or replace the product.

              We are struggling to find a repair solution for the last 10 days in Bangalore. Repair person did a shady job, within few hours refrigerator stopped working. Now we are struggling to get the repair. Even after 11 calls to Samsung Customer care team, no person has been assigned to the job. Only FAKE PROMISES AND LIES FROM SAMSUNG! Samsung has outsource the repair job to company called Rlogic in Bangalore. It's run by some very unprofessional folks. I have spoke two Samsung CS supervisor both are BIG TIME LIERS. Now we are planning to resale our all Samsung products like AC, LED TV and Refrigerator. POST SALE SERVICE is very bad for Samsung. My ticket number - [protected]

                I got a update in my mobile I did that update after some time my mobile started freezing and it got on and off frequently. Then I went to the samsung authorized store to check what is wrong then they told me like the board got complaint and we wanted to replace it...it's about 7to 8 k ...if the updating making the phone broken why they are giving this upadation...it's really bad ...

                  Unfortunately the issue got popped up back again, my phone screen is flickering with many flashes while using finger print scanner, In month of march have already visited samsung authorized service center's 7times and i thought issue got resolved but since last 3days It started flickering again.

                  I'm literally fed up with the samsung product within 2months of purchase facing issues and I've to roam around the service center's.

                  But the response I've got from samsung team is they didn't find any issue.

                    I had booked an ac service appointment from your uc app and the had given a partner for me he came and god knows waht he did he opened my full outdoor and since then my ac is dead its not working it was around 50k and now the problem is the comapny staff dont even talk or listen too the complain its more than 12 days i had been suffering but no response frim the comapny i had went too the office as well at lucknow gomti nagar eldeco were mr abhishek had just normalized everything and told me it would be done in a day or two day but nothing happend i had called mr abhishek more than 50 times but he texted me rudely and said its not his duty too do it soo now wht should i doo i had texted the ceo o[censored]rban comapny also about it lets seee wht action would be taken about my complaint it is a matter if monetary money and as welll as the problem faced by my family and now its too long if no actions would be taken now then i would have too takse some actions regarding your comapny

                      My tablet samsung galaxy tab A is not responding to any connection
                      i cant browse, cant update, playstore is not respondind, galaxy app says connection failed, whatsapp also not working. I tried to sign out from samsung account then it says something went wrong or processing failed
                      .The only think i can do is to call,
                      please help me with this issue as early as possible

                        I purchased samsung ac last year from last year issue is coming, more than 10 times engineer visit & saw the issue, they replaced 2 times pcb panel & swing motor, they are not able to detect the problem, engineers & even companies ceo giving false hope all the time. It's a manufacturing defect but no body agreed upon it. If I was wrong then why you are not able to solve the issue, even I sent emails no body replied but your ceo sagar Kumar told me last year that the problem will not come again if it occurs then you can sent me a mail. Samsung is a big brand but they are not able to solve my issue, they are just harrassing me. If you don't want to solve it then what kind of service are you providing to us. Accept your mistake & take your cheap ac back, I don't want it. I repent upon my mistake why I bought it.

                            Registered service request with Samsung customer care, service request was routed multiple times for days before they could figure out which service technician needs to visit. Finally, after seven days technician came and inspected to inform Compressore needs to be changed. Since the compressor was under 10-year warranty, was changed after a few days, here is the shocker, the new compressor installed by SAMSUNG conked off in a day. Again we have been chasing SAMSUNG but their pathetic service is still not able to resolve the issue. It is now 20 days plus in the summer SAMSUNG is touching its customers with their horrible service.

                                Hello,

                                I need immediate attention, I raised complaint on AC Cooling March 19th Samsung people from Venkateshwara Enterprises visited and took the AC, the issue was with cooling, no complaint number shared nor, no response from single representative from SAMSUNG, in spite of calling multiple times, there was unprofessional approach from NARESH the Service Manager. One day I called the Engineer who picked the AC from my home, as per him the estimation of service charges will be around 10k I said go ahead, initially they mentioned issue with coil. again after multiple follow up the got the AC on 5ht of APRIL, i asked them to come tomorrow for fixing it, on 6 the APRIL i made not less than 20 calls, finally evening 6:30 pm engineer visited and found there is issue still not fixed. What SAMSUNG did for 19 days no one knows they only cheated my added bill of 9, 621.19, that no original invoice shared. now they just gone and no response and no one lifting my call.

                                I need some one to look into this and fix the issue, its very unprofessional approach from SAMSUNG even after 19 days the issue is not resolved and service is worst we can expect.

                                I need this issue to be fixed in next 2 days without any additional charges and delay.

                                  I had purchased smart phone A03s at Sk mobile (vadodara ) Samsung executive who name is shaik behavior not okay.. he give me wrong commitment for cash back.. the day after that he block my number & denied for call.
                                  My cashback are still hold & this kind of approach is not acceptable response..

                                  Even SK mobile higher management not doing any kind of effort..

                                  Kindly suggest or resolve this.

                                  SK mobile staff behavior not good, they give wrong commitment for selling phone & day after that said' you may go for consumer support, Daily frequent case arise from that dealership.

                                        I have purchased Samsung Galaxy M31s on 6 Aug 2020. On a fine day suddenly my mobile phone switched off, and on restart, the screed hanged on logo. I visit to the nearest service center, and they informed me that the mother board need to be replace which would cost around 8000/-. This is a cheating from the Samsung because I came to know that 1000s of M31s users are facing this issue in their phone. It happens after a security update from Samsung. After the expiration of phone warranty, Samsung has find a way to loot its customer. I am really disappointing by this behavior from Samsung, I usually endorse their products to my friend and family. I will never do that again and I will ne purchase any samsung product in the future.
