    I am horribly disappointed with the kind of service i got from Samsung. i bought a Samsung AC window from Home Town Ahmedabad on 8th May 2012. since the day i have bought till date i have never been contacted or reminded for any of the FREE services that came along with the product within warranty.

    On 18th May to my surprise when i contacted Samsung service center to lodge a complaint that my drain pipe is leaking, they informed me that i would be charged for the same along with machine servicing cost. when i inquired why should i be charged and what about my free services they said the warranty period is over and it was my duty to call them for my free services.

    Earlier also i have paid the service guy for fixing the drain pipe. All appliance- TV / Fridge / AC in my house are of the Brand and for a loyalist of my category that above comes a big shock.

    i do not know if my concern will reach the right window and if it does, hope to get a quick action on the same

      I am facing problem with my samsung champ duos set because it automatically starts alarm even i am not set that alarm. It creates lot of problem because even if i switch it off it will also play alarm . I complaint so may times but not got any satisfaction .

        Hello Team,

        I logged a complaint regarding my 40” LED TV on Sunday (Complaint no - [protected]); problem was I could see grains on the screen. Technician came and verified the bill and processed the complaint saying have to replace the panel.

        Today other service men came with panel, while opening the TV he found few ants inside the TV, so he dropped the service saying because of these ants my TV got problem and it’s a physical damage which won’t be covered under warranty.

        How this problem is possible? can ANT damage a TV? , My TV is under warranty and the problem is clearly based on Voltage fluctuation, now the technician has dropped saying silly reason. Have also spoke with the service manager; he too is insisting the same silly reason. Kindly solve my issue.

        After further escalation, still they have planned to give estimation as 30500/-. Service engineer who came to my house only opened the outer cover and didn't open the panel. So without seeing the panel how can he say its physical damage in panel?. To coin to complaint as physical damage these people playing this dirty game. Kindly some my issue.

          Purchased a Samsung Mobile(model No.GTS6802 IMEI [protected]) on 25/06/2012 from Spice HotSpot. After Using 10 Months, the Handset shows it true color "Restarting issue, Software Hang problem, SD card not supported and Hands-free not supported" but somehow still i manage to . But due to lack of time i was not able to visit Samsung service center for repairing. But on 12/05/2013 it became totally useless "the handset was restarted countless times and was not able to Switch on".

          So on 13/05/2013 i went to Samsung Service center (Maa Vaishnavi Services, laxmi nagar delhi ) to get my mobile repaired, after struggling through long Queue I met an executive and tell him about the issue ("Restarting issue, Software Hang problem, SD card not supported and Handsfree not supported"). So, executive reply that it will take 2 hours to get repaired and have to pay INR 500 for that. When i asked that the handset is under warranty then why they are charging INR 500, so they didn't give proper reply and response rudely "This things doesn't comes under warranty if you wants to get your mobile repaired you have to pay INR 500" No other option left so agree to pay INR 500. They Said i Can collect my Mobile after 2 hours.

          As i was already taken Half day leave from Office but I still manage to visit "Samsung Service Center" after 2 hours. But they replied the Handset is not ready to be delivered and i have to come tomorrow again to collect mobile. As a professional it difficult to take frequent leaves but i still manages to visit Samsung Service Center (14/05/2013) but they didn't delivered my Mobile and replied its still not ready. So i asked that Executive Mr lalit when i can expect to get my Mobile repaired, i get an wonderful reply "I can tell you the Exact Date, you take my and keeping calling me".

          Then I register a complaint and send a mail to Samsung CEO's office. Then I get reply from CEO's Office "they had spoken to our authorized service centre (Mr. Ajay at [protected]). As per him your Set will be repaired by today and ready for delivery, so we are requesting you to visit our authorized service centre and collect your handset." So, I went to Service Center Again to collect my Handset, but they didnt delivered my handset yet and get replied from Mr Lalit "there is some issue in your handset and we are checking that". And when asked for the expected time he replied same answer "keep calling".

          "I Get Frustated by their reply and service. Worst Service i have ever face, really pathetic" I will never buy any SAMSUNG PRODUCT and never recommend any to BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

          Now I dont Know what I have to do to get my MOBILE REPAIRED...

          Samsung Mobile — No Response .....

          I have purchased a new samsung mobile from lucknow.After a few days my mobile shows no network and the IMEI is set to[protected] .I give me mobile for service to Samsung Service Centre, Nirala Nagar Lucknow to 08/07/2009. Today is 23/07/09, but there is no response from there.

          I had purchased samsung mobile model -W 299 [ duel sim] on 11-07-09 from J M Mobile shopee, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. & On 25 th of this monthTouch Screen giving problem, hence I made complain on your call centre on several times, but regret to find no responce till date received from your call centre. Then i contacted to your service center at Deccan. But Touch screen is not available at your service centre. After that, I contacted to your another Service cente namely Sharp Telecom, Pune & after getting confirmation of availability of touch screen, I left my cell through work order no. 16256, dtd.20/10/09. Now, their representative replied me, touch screen is not available and my cell is lying their service centre till date. I need immediate action in this regards. Thaking you & assuring the best service from your side.

          my tv kit was taken for repair a week ago. when i enquired at the customer care, i was told that the service centre would contact me in an hour but its been a week now and no one has visited or contacted me despite my repeated enquiry and request.

          i purchase a mobile phone from samsung dealer in coimbatore on 6 th june 2010 my mobile model is E2130 (gsm) on 15 th december2010 my mobile phone did not work and its condition is only displaying sumsung words not working did not go to the next level . so i went to the sumsung service center named (ASIA ELECTRONICS 162, thiruvenkataswamy Road (W) R.S .Puram coimbatore - 641002 ) they accept my mobile to service and tell that this phone's bord is complitely not working we will replace a new board and they said that now the board is no stock so with in a week we will delivery your mobile . so i accept it allow to service after one week i contact them but they said that from our head office we did not get E2130 's bord yet . so they said that wait for three days . after three days i contact that service center but they did not give me a correct responce aftere one and half month on 27 th january 2011 they said that today only we repair your mobile and you can collect your mobile . for a service one customer need to wait one and half month ? this is samsung company's service quality . now i ask them you promise to give mobile with in a week but you did not give so i lose my warrenty periond more than one month so i asked them that actualy my warrenty period complite on 5th june 2011 but you take more than one and half month to service so please exten my warrenty period for my losed day up to till 15th july 2011 . but they company worker did not accept my suggestion i fight with that person they that they must give me the warrenty period till 15 th july 2011 but he did not accept ant use as like the words you go any where and any person we will never give you the extencen period so i refused to collect the mobile phone and i try to contact the managing person to the service center but they said that manager is out of station come next day . as like four to five times i try to contact that managing person but no use i could not contact him after some month finaly i contact the managing person on 3rd june after a long weighting he came and ask me the problem i tell to him about all the problems but first he also not accept my suggestion but i warn him that i can take a compliant againts the service center and take court action then he give me a warrenty period till 2nd september 2011 for only . finaly i am compramise with him and accept it but he said that this warrenty period is not given by the samsung company its given by this service center personaly . i accept it and recive my mobile ; its worked correctly till 30th august 2011 its create some display problem slowly . 31st august and the 1st september is the national holiday so i decide to give my mobile to serviceon 2nd september 2011 because the extended warrenty period is 2nd sepember 2011. on today 2nd september compltely dead ; so i went to the service center again and ask them to rectify the problem with the service warrenty . but the service center refused to service my mobile with service warrenty and tell that its time completed on 1 st september also not 2nd september . i said that the manager wright that 2nd september ; but they did not accept it and refused . now they tell that if board problem you should pay Rs1800 then only we will service. they are cheating . i ask one question " this is samsung company's best quality service to the customer . i paid Rs2650 to buy this mobile ; its not a matter Rs 2650 ; matter is giving service to the customer . samsung company give promise to give a quality service from their service centers in india ; is this their quality service ? there is no value in samsung company to the customers . world class companies bad service heart me samsung company lose their valuable customer ; yes i am going to tell to my all relatives and friends and to all who i know that don' t purchase samsung products if they purchasethey will lose their not only money also their faith

          i bought samsung s5200 in april but in augest it gives scratch display and not poweron properley i give it to the service centre three times but is works it is in guarntee period but service not be good of samsung so plz replace my handset with this its price is 5200 . eiherwise i stood that samsung is froad company

          samsung star gt s5233s mobile phone has not been serviced properly. after servicing it is showing new problems. it is 6 months old and i want samsung to replace me a new mobile phone of the same model.

            I''m holding Samsung refrigerator. I have reported a complain to your customer care on 4th May. I have called at least 5 times every time I get the reply as ''You will get the call from our senior'' but in turn I did not got any call from any of the senior.
            On 6th May one service man had visited and on inspection he concluded that there is gas leakage problem and other person will fix this problem.
            On 7th May other service man visited and on inspection he concluded that there is condenser and internal body leakage.
            Later, I have got call from service center and they told me the person will come to collet the ID proff for further process, but for my bad luck the person did not turnout. I keep calling but no responce. Next Day when I call, they ask me to come to there office and submit the required doc. which I did. After submiting the doc. I hadbeen told that I will get the from head office after three days. But still I did not got any call.
            Now tell me, who is providing service and who is customer. Customer is taking continous followup instead of Samsung.
            I''m really fade up with your service and product. At last I''m requesting you to take quick action to keep goodwill of customer towards Samsung. Hence forth I will not go for any samsung product now will suggest. The worst aftersale service I have exprienced in lifetime.

            Samsung / Refrigerator — No Service / Poor Service

            I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator model No.- RT31AVMSI/XTL, Sl.No.-00094ZAX502193 on 19/08/04 from AKASH SALES, DVC Central market, Bokaro Thermal, Jharkhand-829107.After one month of purchase its doors stopper broked but after many complains to dealers shope, in response, a person visited the refrigerator but it is unattended till date.
            I am regret to say about another problems that the handle of the above said refrigerator is also broken from last three years but after regular complains to dealer a service personnel came and saw the problem and assured to rectify it but there is no response from samsung india ltd. / Dealers end till date.what can i do for this kind of act.please help me.

            Samsung Refrigerator — Poor after sales service

            Sir,
            This is to bring to your knowledge that I am deeply saddened by the type of behavior I and my family had been facing for the past one week by Samsung Customer Care Center at Agra. I had complained to the office on 13th August 2009 for cooling disorder and two engineers visited my residence the very next day but could not do anything. I told them to repair it early as I had my sister's engagement on the 15th of August but after that day not a single visit. And inspite of my repeated complaint calls to the service center they too could'nt do anything except promising that they would send the engineer.
            Is this the type of response one expect when one buys a product from a well known reputed company like Samsung? This is extremely shocking and depressing.
            I hope that my plea reaches the top management of the company and they should do something really fast before it tarnishes thier reputation to the extent that nothing can save them.

            Samsung — Worst After Sales Service

            I bought a Samsung Split AC of 1.5 Ton 4 months back. Now after installation i found that there is some water leakage problem and my wall get damaged, even my Ac's temperature display is not showing any display.

            I made a call to the dealer for repair but they told that it has already been installed so i need to make my complaints in Companys toll free no. I made my complaints registered in the toll free no. and the customer care executive assure that it will be resolves in the next day by their service engineer. But till today, after two weeks no service engineer had turn up nor even call me up. I made my complaints registerd thrice in the toll free no. My complaints no. is [protected]

            Samsung — Worst Company for service

            Samsung is the worst electronic service provider. They never provide any service once you purchase the product.

            I request all of Indians to stop using SAMSUNG products if you dont want to face problems after wards.

            Samsung — The worst service you will ever have

            I am a fool because of the fact that I am using SAMSUNG products who got the worst customer service in the world. I am an unfortunate owner of a
            SAMSUNG 1.5T AC,
            SAMSUNG washing machine,
            SAMSUNG Refrigerator,
            SMASUNG mobile SCH F679 and a
            SAMSUNG CORBY SCH F 339.

            My issue started with washing machine. On 25th of feb 2010, given a complaint in the customer care number [protected] that my washing machines drain nob is not working. This complaint is not resolved till this moment even after so many follow ups and no soul in the SAMSUNG world is to answer me by when they will rectify this issue…what a great service sirji!!!!

            I happened to change the display of my mobile SCH679 by paying RS1200. The very next day of putting the new display, phone screen started blank with white screen. Managed till I buy a new phone and given the equipment to SAMSNG authorized service centre in Chennai Ambathur ( shyam communications).They put a digital sign board saying that they are authorized service centre for SMASUNG. After few days the equipment was returned and I was charged Rs600. Surprisingly the numbers keys *, 0, # stopped working after the great service!!!! When approached the service centre, I was told that the problem can not be rectified and I need to forget about the amount paid can through the phone to dust bin!!!! I was treated like a DOG by the service centre and the attitude of the staff is non bearable for any human being. They started arguing that it was my mistake that I did not checked the handset before paying the money.. What a service sirji!!!!!!

            I lost trust on this brand only because they just dont care their customers. You call their call center, write email but they wont give a damn to you.. not even the respect we give to the street dogs!!!

            Samsung — Samsung after sale service is the worst in the industry

            This is regarding after sale service of LCD TV(Model: LA32C550, purchased : August 2010), manufacturer : Samsung
            I have given a complain regarding a malfunction where the TV is automatic power off and on automatically.
            Complain date : 7th may 2011

            After several reminders the technical person came to my home and did not diagnosis the problem and by just watching the problem on the TV, he told I will change the main board next day. The technical person didn’t appear for around 4 days and after reminder he came and change the main board. But the same problem persists after changing the main board. Then the same technical person told I will change the SMPS board, God knows whats the problem, he never tries to diagnose the problem. So the last visit happened 11th may 2011. He is supposed to come on 14th may, but till now no one appeared. I am calling 2 times everyday but the most ridiculous thing is that the Samsung customer guys does not have any data, all over I have to explain what’s the matter.

            To solve a problem till now they have taken more than 2weeks and still it’s not resolved.

            Few things I want to mention here.
            1. The Samsung after sale service is outsourced to third-party authorized service centre’s. The people are really incompetent and does not care about the service quality.
            2. NO sync about what’s happening to the customer and what the authorized service centre doing.
            3. One motto of Samsung, sell product and forget.
            4. No timeline given when the issue will be resolved.
            5. Even I talked to customer manager and every time used to get a commitment some one from service centre will call you back about the update.

            I am writing this email in frustration and I urge you to get people know how Samsung after sale service are. Be it in twitter or FB or in you show.

            The most important thing about this is to know what would be the way to put a consumer case on Samsung on this. Let me know if there would be any case that I could file on this to get them punished for the agony and frustration calling them and sitting at home without TV working.

            Samsung — after sale service

            from last 2 day my air conditioner is not work i request the company to come and solve the problem but seems less interested in this so plz look in this matter ...same problem was faced by me few days back just bcoz of this only my problem has increased...

            Samsung Refrigerator — POOREST AFTER SALES SERVICE

            I had registered a compliant No.BP.[protected] with Samsung Customer Service Div. as my refrigerator has not been functioning properly, with least or no cooling effect,and after 3 or 4 days a service person attended to the complaint. He informed that the defect has to be rectified by filling gas and that he would arrange for the same by informing the company. Subsequently, after a gap of 3 days your service personnel came and filled up the gas and charged Rs.1055/- for the same.
            However, we observed that the remedy has only compounded our problem and whatever little cooling effect which was available in the refrigerator had further deteriorated due to faulty service. Since then, we have been repeatedly trying to get the attention of the Service Centre over phone and unfortunately all our efforts have so far only met with some empty promises from the company with no follow-up action at all. Our registered letter 02 08 11 to the company has been duly acknowledged by them and still adamantly staying away from resolving the matter.

              This is complaint against 100best buy online shopping. U should not participate in any kind of draw conducted by 100bestbuy online contest. They promise for refund of total amount. I paid Rs.999/- But they cheated me. They offer Rs.50/- mobile recharge and a T-shirt worth Rs.100/- ( I gave it to a beggar because that quality is very poor). They do not refund the amount. I paid Rs.999/- on[protected] and i never received my amount back yet.

              On 21st of October I bought a new Galaxy 5 to harness the 3G features and so discarded my 3 years old HTC touch. The surprises started from day two when on Standby 3G mode I found phone switched off in just 11 hours instead of quoted 15.65 days. I re-checked with all optimizations like full charging in switched off mode, no background tasks (killed though task manager), no Bluetooth, no WI-Fi, no GPS then it extended to 16 hrs. Called up MTNL to setup best 3G settings and hooked myself to Samsung Mobile Tech Support whole day to find out any alternatives with Tags as [protected],[protected] etc. Lot of time wastage in waitings, disconnections and call backs does not require mentioning. Next day evening visited Ashok Vihar Service Centre got my battery checked (found in good health)and was advised to Nehru place head office as I refused to allow them opening up the 4 days old handset. Next day another day off from office to visit Nehru Place Servic! e Center and they conclud! ! ed battery is faulty which will take a day or two for them to procure and next visit might work out (Job No - WA[protected]). Somehow managed another battery from my friends same set and it also fetched same results and now im sure that there is no problem. No way would it increase standby time from 18 hrs to 375 hrs. How bad the signal and other X reasons would be, the specifications cannot go so wrong. Even if 3g stanby could be one day it could served my purpose but how the performance is just 4% of the SAMSUNG specifications? NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.
              I was about to recommend the handset to all in my office with crush on only value for money and fast Android set in market. But now I am all otherwise, I have taken two days off to resolve the issue which is not an issue actually but just the wrong technical specification disclosure on part of company. I don’t mind to spend 3k more to buy Galaxy3 instead with 1500 mAh battery which might have covered my whole day but due to wrong information disclosure now the box is crap to me. The smart phones has got huge potential in market but I would try this weekend to update all perspective smart users about the realities though all social means and blogs….. It’s been 6 days only and im really pissed off with this. I would share the video, screen shots of all with relevant proofs on blogs soon.
              Never expected such blunder from Brand like Samsung which is trusted from years and I had everything from it viz. LCD ,AC etc...
              Transaction numbers [protected], [protected] provided for the mails to Samsung support but still no calls or updates. Do not be-fool people by providing unrealistic specifications, these are the only means to consumer to match products to his requirements.
              If specified properly or disclosed before i could have had larger battery Galaxy3, spending 3K more was never the issue.

              Otherwise i appreciate the splendid feature packed awesome phone. This is true value for money and must buy. But do remember to use 3G on need basis instead of remaining online all the times.

                    Poor service, rude, liars, no common sense, hackers
                    To start out, I sent in my laptop in February to be fixed under warranty they said the problem was a broken part, factory malfunction and they would have to order the part. (Poor service) We called Samsung 6 weeks later because no call or any update on what was going on. They told us “sorry they don’t build parts for that laptop no more’’ they convinced me to accept a different, newer model laptop but with a slower Intel core. My original Samsung laptop was a business setup and an Intel core i7 and traded for a new laptop also for business with Intel core i5. Mostly changed because I needed the laptop ASAP for my work.
                    The laptop is only used maybe once a week for using adobe audition or Photoshop. I noticed after a while it was not as fast as my other laptop which is a Toshiba satellite with a home setup, not built for anything heavy like business and it is an Intel core i3 and the mouse would not work at random times. At those times it would not recognize anything, not a cd not an external mouse, nothing. I called Samsung they said they can’t fix it because it’s out of warranty. I said we have not had either computer for a whole year, the first was bought in December and this we received in the end of March so they said they would fix it just this once. I didn’t argue much about the warranty since they were going to fix it anyway. We sent it in about 2 weeks ago and they sent an email saying they received it and were going to start working on it. Over a week later they called me at 9am asking for the password to enter the computer so they can figure out the issue. I freaked. I asked them why they have had my computer for over a week and just that day was going to look at it? The only thing she said was I don’t know there is nothing in the notes but they are working on it now thank you for your patience have a nice day. (Hackers)At around 4pm I got a notification from Facebook telling me someone was trying to enter my Facebook with the wrong password multiple times from Fort Worth, Texas. The only thing that came to my head was the laptop we sent to be repaired, so I called like I didn’t know nothing and asked what location my computer was at. The first customer service person said “hold on one moment while I research it. Pause, pause, pause… “Mam, it’s in Fort Worth Texas’’. BINGO! I said calmly now I need to speak with your manager. She transferred me to the supervisor. I told the supervisor what was going on she made all kinds of excuses for why it could be happening. 1. No your laptop is not in Fort Worth, Texas 2. “Maybe Facebook sent a false message by mistake” WRONG! 3. “Well maybe it tried to turn on multiple times by itself. Wrong! 4. The tech couldn’t because we have a hi-tech internet blocking system that does not allow techs to get online. Wrong! 5. The tech has been in our company for 20 years he wouldn’t do that. Wrong again!
                    1.No first person confirmed it is in Fort Worth, Texas
                    2.Facebook would not send a false message saying its coming from an obvious location like where my laptop is at.
                    3.First my Facebook password is not stored. Second Facebook wouldn’t try a wrong password multiple times if not stored.
                    4.They are techs, can’t believe you are trying to tell me a tech can’t break the codes to get on the internet. I sent the laptop there for the reason that they can do things we can’t.
                    5.Does not matter how long someone has been working somewhere, doesn’t mean they are not corrupt. If not him someone else. Point is someone did.
                    I was transferred to the manager finally and she did the same thing , she put me on hold multiple times for 5 to 10 minutes each time, could not understand her because she mumbled most of the time. Had to hang up was getting nowhere with any of them to make a complaint with the local police. Now a complaint been recorded in case something else happens with my personal stuff.
                    I received the computer today along with the work order. First of all it says “shipped from: FORT WORTH, TEXAS”. Says out of warranty and the work done on it was just a reboot nothing else fixed and in a note at the bottom says” technician recommendations: CX SHOULD SEND OIN ADAPTER FOR EVALUATION”
                    In conclusion Samsung is horrible. Will never buy from them again

                      I bought a new samsung star mobile as a gift for my brother on 24/03/2010 from Anmol watch company chandigarh .Within two days of buying the touch screen stopped working. I took it to samsung service center and they said they will have to replace the touch panel. Now sir this is new Mobile which bought as a gift for my brother and it was a huge shock and disappointment for him for it to go bad so quickly. Before buying the handset he was asking for a Nokia or Sony Erickson. But since i had such a high faith in samsung, i bought samsung. Now imagine the hurt and disappointment it caused for it go bad within two days. I asked the service center to give a replacement mobile as my brother is not ready to accept a new repaired mobile. they completely denied giving any replacement. the mobile is still at service center, in case if you do not issue a replacement , i will have a buy a new phone and gift it to my brother because i cannot give back this repaired handset to my brother. looking for a Speedy reply soon. hope samsung lives up to its reputation and make us believe in its efficiency of service

                      i have purchase a samsung corby plus at feb 23/10, after 3month my cell start hanging and get swicth off , i visited three times at your service center which is at cvil line jaipur , they said that your handset needs to get format and restore the software , in that process they have done a mistek and my mother board get dead , they did not respond on that regard when i argue with the service guy then he agree to repaire my handset , now after 5days i got my cell back but after one day of reciveing its agin start creating problam like getting hangged touch screen is not working properly etc etc,

I have given to a authorised service center in the twon, already two weeks passed and still the hand set is not repaired and kept in the service centre.

                        Samsung Electronics is always running for No. 1 position, but when it comes to after sales service it is not provided. 2 years ago we have purchased Samsung 420 ltrs fridge Carbon grey color. It started burning smell from backside. when we contacted customer care they have given some executive's No. when we contacted him to our surprise he told us that he already left the job. but Samsung customer care executive doesen't no who is employ and who is not. This is almost 3 days, but till now no one has attended the complaint. Pls. Samsung electronics you must see that becoming a No. 1 in electronics is not a deal but you have to show the effeciancy in after sales service.

                            I am using the model no GT-9001(IMIE no -[protected]) from 3rd june 2012, from last 6 month i am facing lots of issues as it was getting switched off automatically while on call and getting back to mail screen when going inside any application and screen hang. nt even allowing to type a single word. i wasnot able to disconnect any call made by me.sometimes the screens are captured automatically and many issues.

                            i had shown it to nearest servicing center in march last week in nerul mumbai, they told it is software issue and need to get software updated. they have done the same but again i am facing the same problem. now they said me to send it to delhi for mother board issue which has also replaced and it was promised by one executive named Koustubh who said if the problem will not be solved this time then they will replace the handset.so i submitted the set in service center and they said screen guard issue and done d same but still facing the same issue.that time i spoke to Koustubh and without my feedback he closed the ticket. now again they are saying to visit the service center again but with no warranty.i spoke to another team lead named sourabh awasti who is saying there is no guarranty and they can not replace it.but as per my knowledge many people got the replacement. now they want me to submit my handset for observation again and i am surprised that the problem m facing they are not able to realise when it is with them. they are simply doing timepass as my warranty period will be over next month. and i am simply wasting my time by vising the service center and calling to customer care again n again.now the performance of the handset is very slow though i donot have any data in at as i m submitting it again n again in service center.

                            i need replacement or cashback and want justice as i spend my own money. also want to say i just lost trust in samsung.

I bought a Samsung galaxy grand mobile from Vardhman agencies at a cost of Rs.-20200/- . with 10- EMI option, by my credit card. At the time of buying merchant said this will offered, zero processing fees & zero MER EMI charge. But as per my credit card statement there has been charged , MER EMI, processing fees is Rs.-1515/- & service tax is Rs.-181/-.
                              So as per the telephonic discussion with customer services they said write down the statement from merchant & mail us. We will refund the above said amount. So that I have attached the merchant statement with this & request you to refund the above said excess charging amount into my account.

                                    I have purchased new SAMSUNG F5100 LED TV on sunday, The TV insatallation process must be done after 1 day of purchase, But for me they still didn't fix the TV, I am just watching the BOX, Its already 5th day, Very poor service from samsung, So people who are purchasing TV in Samsung, First ask when you will install/unbox the TV. Now I registered complaint against them and planning to return the TV.

                                      I bought Samsung Split AC in June 2012. As per the Samsung company policy, the customer is entitled for 2 free services in the first year of purchase.

                                      As per the above policy, in April 2013, I request for the free service for the one AC in warranty and 3 other split ACs which were bought 2 years ago.

                                      The Engineer Executive from the Samsung company, Mr. Sajid (Mob: [protected]), came and did the service for 3 split ACs and told me that one of the old split AC would need the AC gas to be refilled. But, when I checked all the ACs, the service was not done properly, especially the outer unit was dirty like it was before the service.

                                      I asked the executive, Mr Sajid, to do the service properly, otherwise, I will not pay the charges. He refused to accept that the service was not done properly and refused to do it properly and thrashed the bill of his service charges and scolded me and left.

                                      I have complained Samsung about his behaviour and requested to arrange for an alternate engineer. But, nothing has been done from their side.

                                        i had problem in refrigerator, for that i registered complaint on 4th may 2013 on toll free: [protected], ,in return service man visited my place and told me that compressor had failed. it will take 2 days and will charge Rs.5500/. i agreed. but since than i have call samsung customer care toll free and samsung local service office (+[protected] everyday 6-7 times. but in reply they just were just fooling me and making excuses and non-sense reasons saying engineer is not here, he will come by today evening at your home, he is on way with compressor. as on today i.e 9th of may 2013 there is no person taking responsibilty. again than i called toll free number to ask who is the local service head person. i came to know its Mr.JIGNESH TAILOR (+[protected] i called up again and i ask the operator at local office, that can you pass the telephone line to your senior or head person Mr.JIGNESH TAILOR, operator replies, he is lunch, than again, he is not in office. i asked for his contact number. operator says we are not allowed. i asked for the number for engineer also but they did not gave any number.

                                        Samsung service centre is Making Fool of the Consumers and in surat, gujarat its for sure.

                                        why am i so sure, because this is my second time. i am suffering from the same company and same product.

                                        Samsung — no service

                                        I have bought a samsung 400 lts frost free refrigerator and a 42 inch plasma tv and there is a dent in the fridge and the dealer is not replacing saying no stock and the tv no demo has been given inspite of reminders everyday. the Tv also has a problem that it blacks out for few seconds with the sound running. Kindly advise how I should go ahead with the formal comlaint.

                                        Samsung — No service centre available

                                        There is no service centre available in jamnagar. The service centre address and phone number give samsung help line is absolutely wrong and irrelevant and their customer care department is unresponsive.
                                        The sale of samsung mobiles in jamnagar should be banned and the dealer "MOBILE PLUS POINT" should be banned selling mobile phone as they are unable to provide any service.
                                        Same having with me with Videocon Refrigerator.
