I recently purchased Samsung refrigerator (253 lts, twin door) from "Metro Cash and Carry" Bangalore, and within two months of purchase its IC got fused and it stopped working.
I lodged a complaint with Samsung service center Bangalore,they told next day their service engineer will come and fix the refrigerator, next day one service engineer came(Mr. Bhanu) ,examined the case and said the IC board will have to be replaced,it can only be done the next day,we requested him a lot to fix it then and there,but he was so arrogant and in-disciplined, he didn't do anything to get it fixed instead on our repeated requests and on telling him that we will escalate the issue and complain about him, he told us "go and do whatever you want". This is how they interact with their customers, he also went on saying the service of Samsung is like this only and also mentioned other top brands in industry and said they have same kind of after sales service.
Then I contacted his Team Leader(Mr. Briganja), he first of all didn't receive my call , then after repeatedly calling him finally he received the call told that we don't have that part as of now,we will have to order it,it may take a day or two to get it fixed, and after that the days are just being postponed,it has been 6 days now,but there is no progress on the matter as such. We are still waiting in the hope that one fine day Samsung people will come and attend to our problem.

Samsung Mobile — Manufacturing defect in mobile
I purchased a Samsung Star mobile phone in June 2009. On inserting the sim card in the mobile phone I could make 1/2 calls from the handset and then the handset would stop reading the SIM Card. In Aug'09 I gave the phone for repair in their service centre, where they identified the solution as change of mother board. After three weeks when I went their to collect the product, the Company had just changed the software and the problem persisted. Hence I left my mobile phone at the Service centre so that it could be repaired. Now I have got collected my mobile phone from the service centre and I find the same problem persisits in the handset.I need a refund of my money from the Samsung company. After seeing the poor service provided in case of manufacturing defect I really do not want to use there product. I want a apology from there Customer Service department becasue of whose negligence I had to go through a lot of harrasment.
