I had purchased Samsung Grand 01 month back,under EMI scheme with my credit card but the full amount was taken from my card ,the battery runs down fast,the phone stops operating very often,even if the battery is charged,I have to remove the cover,take out the battery and put it back again to start the phone,what should I do,will I get a replacement?

    We have parched Sumsung teb 2 on dated 08.11.2012 after five month we
    have facing some technical problem e.c.t mobile hang and heating
    problem &amp not charging. We visit your service center Balaji tower
    he checked and he asked him above repair not under warranty due to
    liquid found mobile but I a signal user of my mobile &amp I am 100
    sure not ingress any type of liquid and water

    I am agree for any diagnosis/ forensic test of my mobile so you can
    proof actual problem is water/liquid ingress in my mobile
    Kindly request you to please resolved my problem as soon as possible
    otherwise we have finely go to consumer forum/court

    Samsung Mobile — Mobile not repair

    ear Sir,

    I have a samsung mobile, model no SGH-E251, which I purchased in sept 2008.

    From Jan 2009, My Mobile key pad is not working. so I gave this mobile to repair centre M/s Maria.They kept the mobile 21 days . On 13/2, my sub-ordibnate collect the mobile but next day when I checked the mobile is not working.After that on 16/2, I registered a complaint on samsung service centre . My complaint no is [protected]. After that I am regular contact of service centre. But they are not able to solve my problem. Two times I talk with Mr. Savinder also through service centre nos but he is not able to solve the problem. I am trying to contact on his mobile but he is not picking my no.

    On 20/2, My subordinate again give the mobile to M/s Maria. And collect the mobile on 27/2 but probelm is still not solve.

    I am requesting to you please look into the matter and solve my problem.

    I HAVE SAMSUNG MOBILE, MODEL NO.SCH-B139, WHICH I PURCHASE IN 24 FEB 2009. THE PROBLEM IS TATA ZONE IS NOT OPEN I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT ON SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER WHICH LOCATED AT PAREL NEAR HILL TOWER, BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM.I AM REQUESTINGTO YOU PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS MATTER AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM

    A-1 Electricals — Personal Loan

    We have foreclose our Personal Loan of ICICI Bank Ltd in which we have been very punctual for all our instalments and have never missed a single one. On 26th March 2009 I have given the chequeof balance outstanding with 5.52% interest of early forecloser on outstanding amount. Cheque give by me was also from my ICICI Bank Account. I was given payment receipt for the same as well as one letter with complete details for foreclosure which was clearly stating that if the foreclosure settlement is done on or after 18th of any month one should give instruction for stop payment of next month instalment.
    As my account was normally getting auto debit when I contacted bank by Phone Bank and Email I was surprised to get reply from Ms. Dipti Patel, Mr. Pankaj and Ashwini Sawant saying that though my saving account was debited with entire amount they do not consider loan amount as paid and on the due date my saving account will be deducted again for instalment which will be refunded after 20 days that to without interest.
    I am surprise as my Saving Bank Account was debited with the said cheque on 27th March 08 how my loan can stand as pending and once loan is over automatically any agreement of auto debit instruction becomes void and Loan Department cannot touch our bank account. But I received email from ICICI Bank Ltd as well as phone calls from above mentioned Gentlemans / Madams saying they can do anything what they want.

    Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. — AC NOT WORKING : SERVICE NOT PROVIDED

    Hi Samsung,

    This is about my experience with your customer care services DELHI (Capital of INDIA - FYR as it seems that samsung is unaware of this) which has been worst till date. My AC is not working and i had logged a complaint for the same on 29-04-09 . It has been ten days now and i am calling your customer care centre ten times or more every day. Once, accidentally a person for the so called repair had come and said that he needed some time and will be back in half an hour but no one came back till now...Its really very sad and dejecting on your part that this is the quality of service you provide to your customers...so too in summers.

    My opinion is that you should not continue with your services and products anymore ... If at the time of recession, this is the level of service we are getting from you then its better to bring this company of yours to a big end.

    Also i called up your service manager but of no use ... as he never picks up the phone as he may be busy in providing services for customers of other companies EXCEPT SAMSUNG!!!

    Still as they say HOPE sustains LIFE ... so I hope this mail of mine might make you realise some kind of responsibility towards your customers and the job for which you are paid.

    FYI : AC is used in Summers only so its the right rather high time to act now...this summer only not the next one ...

    Iam Gayathri, i have already taken a personal loan on hdfc bearing loan no:1408009, my emi is 2826/-i finished upto 10 months, but now i need 1 lakh personal loan again, when i ask ur hdfc customer care they were saying that my salary is rs.11000/-, so am not eligible to take another loan, but as a customer u can see my transactoins everything, am maintaining it very perfectly, for the past 10 months am paying emi, there is no cheque bounce or any other irregular payments, as a special case hdfc can treat a customer & u can resolve a customer problem no? u r seeing only salary, but when i take this personal loan they told me that after 6 months i can top up the loan & i can take one more personal loan, but now u have changed ur procedure & salary eligibility, i think u r not considering cutomer problem, pls look into this & resolve the issue

    Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd — Booked the product but not yet delivered

    Dear Sir,

    I have booked one washing mahcine by the name of Raju Ram. I got the delivery number for that as 82744478 from Mr Rajeev Yadav ( [protected]) he confirmed me that my product is delivered to the dealer m/s sachdeva & sons at saharanpur. I had visited the dealer several times but he told me that the product is not sent by the ware house. I am regularly following Mr Rajeev and he had started threating me that if i now call him he will beat me.
    This is something very strange that i am not getting my product rather getting threat.

    I have also informed the HR department but they are also not doing any help.
    You are therefore requested to please look into the matter and help me getting my product.

    Samsung India Pvt. Limited — Poor service

    We had cooling problem with my Samsung Refrigerator and complaint was registered in Jan'10 ref [protected].We was told that compressor need to be changed and Rs6000/- was paid for the same. The problem was not resolved and the refregetor started making unbearable sound. It was told that fan also need to be changed.We had to wait for as week for the part to come. A new service person was sent, he said that the earlier person had not assembled it correctly and no change was required. He repaired it and sound stopped. The cooling was to be checked after 24 hours. There was no improvement in cooling. We were told to switch off the refrigeator for 24 hours and restart. Nothing has happened and three weeks have passed .This kind of service is not expected from Samsung. We would not recommend any Samsung products for anyone in future. The only option left is to file case with consumer court.
    I bought a Samsung touch phone F480 on 25th December 2008. In December end 2009 the phone failed.. We contacted the Samsung authorised service centers in NOIDA. They said they do not have spares. We registered a complaint online, we did not get any reply nor access the mail we sent. Next the local service centers said take it to Company service center. We visited the Company center at Nehru Place in March & they said warranty is over & we need to pay 6000/-.
    Are these phones designed to fail exactly when warranty gets over. I was warned not to buy Samsung phones, I wish I had followed the advice. Is there some one in Samsung to whom we can escalate our request.

    This is to inform you i have purchase a samsung mobile before one month and the model sl no :-number is RW8Z441278K,but after 15 days i have received the problem from mobile .Than i went to service center of guwahati(assam) and give my mobile to repair and work order number[protected] dated-06/07/10 model:-b3210 amd ime:-[protected].But i have sorry to say that till date their no response from service center and they told me that your mobile mother board has crash it will take 1 month,
    so i request you to kindly look into the matter solve it as soon as possible.

    Samsung — faulty mobile not repaired under guarantee

    I am sorry to inform you that Samsumg Set SCH-F219ZRAINU is not working at all. I have given my set to service dealer A.M SERVICES SCO -1034-35 SECTOR 35 but i didnt get any satisfactory results from your dealers service my set is still not repaired from 20 days their is some problem in MOTHER BOARD and few days back on [ 26/06/2010] i had buy m mobile. i request you to please change my mobile.
    till now i am very frustated from the dealers behaviour , i am really very fed up to go their after every 7 days & they dont even repair my mobile even.

    Sir,
    samsang model:F 309 No:A 0000017F 3913 , i have purchased this hand set from, Reliance Communication on[protected] vide cash memo no:1009458 , the day purchased , i landed depth problems and i am out of communication world. I approrched your service center ane they could not rectify, then they replaced the unit on[protected] after hectic drill aroung your service center, and again same problem and my person waiting at your service center for several hours on every visit and they will repair and it was more than 10 times.
    Recently on[protected] i had handedover the unit at your service center ,but they could not delevered even today due to in convence of communication i have purchased NOKIA UNIT on 2-9-2010. I request your good self refund my amount Rs: 5,300=00 .

    I have bought a mobile of Samsung, product code SCH F399. Mobile was stoped working, actually its touch screen was not working and went to samsung service centre and submittted handset to get it rectified. I have received my problem with the commitment that handset is now ok but after receiving handset and when i started to use this handset problem is as it is.

    i have Samsung fully automatic machine that is out of warranty,it has encountered a problem of not working on 2 sep. 2010. i submitted its complaint at its serves center on 6 sep. 2010, but still its not repaired and whenever i called or went to service center they have only one answer it will be repaired soon its part is not available by the company whenever it is available it will be done but its more then 1 month and they dint even talk in behavior they said "ni hogi agar 6 month tak part ni ayega to hum 6 mounth tak kuch ni kar sakte jo karna kar lo consumer forum jana chale jao wo hamara kuch ni ukhad sakte vo hamare liye hi kam karte hai" these words are by the manager itself .

    Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. — Defective machine supplied and so, not working

    I have purchased a Samsung Airconditioner 2 tonnes3star (model-243USB S/no 0676 )on 5/11/10 from Harmony House Pvt. Ltd ,1/2&1/3, Baishnabghata Patuli, Block-H, kOLKATA-700094. Since the moment of installation it is not working and I have never got the taste of cooling. The mechanic from authorised service centre of the company advised me that the machine is defective. I informed the matter to the dealer and customer care unit of the company.My complain no is [protected]. But till date, no positive response was received.I am being harassed everyday.The company executives are very much casual and negligent showing worst customer service.No action till date initiated to replace the defective one.

    Samsung Mobile — Not repairing

    I have bought Samsung cell SCHF699 on 13th Dec, 2009. It got defective thrice in a year but as it was under warranty period, service center had repaired it. After warranty period i.e in the month of February, again it stopped working and now service center of Samsung is telling that it cant be repaired. Pls. help.

    Samsung India — AC not being serviced

    I have been a Samsung Loyalist for the last 7 years with 2 fridges, 1 AC, 2 TVs, 1 Microwave of Samsung in my house - basically all Samsung products !!

    I work with a service company and was transferred to Bangalore in June 2010 from Kolkata (the service in Kolkata was outstanding!!) , however since my transfer to Bangalore I have been facing alot of problems from Samsung and specifically your dealer that services Jakkur area - Cool Care led by Mr Damodar (Ph.: [protected],[protected] with regards my 2 Tonne Split AC !!

    When I was transferred to Bangalore, service people came and installed the AC and took around Rs5000 for the same - 6 months later the AC starting leaking water, I made a complaint to the Samsung Customer Care Center and registered the same (Complaint Number - [protected]) and after 3 Days and 2 more calls a person from Cool Care came and repaired the same and took Rs 450.

    2 Days later the AC started to leak water again, it took another 3 days for Mr Damodar to send a person who struggled for 2 hours yesterday night and finally said the wiring done at the time of transfer in Bangalore to re-install the AC they had used a wrong wire and a PUC wire needs to be installed. When we argued with the person that your agency had done the installation, we were told that now the wire has to be changed and it will chargeable.

    resigning to fate we agreed to pay and after calling Mr Damodar 22 times, on my 23rd call he took my call and said (at 1030am today) that he has not reached office and will look at the matter once he does. I called Mr Damodar again at 1230 pm and now he says that all people have left for the day and he cannot do anything !! What am I supposed to do can u pl tell me, I am registering my complain tthrough proper channels, my wife is waiting all day for the service guy to come (here in Cool Care unlike Kolkata we are never told when exactly the service person will come) !!

    Now Mr Damodar has even refused to take my calls and is constantly cutting my call whenever I call him !!

    Kindly assist me as I need my 2 Ton AC for which I paid more than rs20000 to work - it may be a small thing for Mr Damodar or Samsung but it means alot to me and I also work in a company that interacts with consumers and I am surprised that you have appointed people like Mr Damodar to mishandle complaints like this

    Pl respond and tell me if you can get my problem solved and my AC working or pl tell me how can i De-Samsungize my house !!

    I purchase 1 Tn Window AC from Samsung India on 18/4/2008 but after Installation it is found defective "No Gas" so no cooling. However, after lot of corrospondence AC was replaced. But again after working 3-seasons AC is not cooling, when I called up Samsung Technician, he said "Gas has to be Filled" so pay charges Rs.1700/- since Guarantee is for one year.     Samsung — Service not provided on time

    Hello sir,

    I had registered a complaint regarding my refrigerator not working at the samsung customer care on 16th june.My complaint no is [protected] Everyday i call the customer care and they reply saying we will make a note and make sure they will get back to you by the end of the day but till now we haven't received any reply from the company nor the service center.Please make sure that this doesnt happen to any one has we know how much problems we are facing.       I have purchased a Samsung NP300E5X-A01IN Laptop (3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 750GB/ DOS) in October 2012.

      The battery back up is at most upto 45 minutes.

      Found the Issue with in 2/3 three months after purchase and got the battery replaced and the issue continues.

      I even doubt if they have changed the battery.

      This is ridiculous, Please help me getting this issue resolve once and for all.

        I am using Samsung Wave 525 for over an year......Its working fine..but suddenly, i found a problem in call receiving. I'm not able to hear the voice coming from the other end, or receive voice in intervals. I'm using TATA Docomo Prepaid Network.

        But when I insert the sim of other operators (eg. BSNL,Vodafone), the problem gets disappeared, and the phone work fine as earlier, but again when I insert another sim of TATA Docomo the problem again appears.

        Please, give some solution to this problem.

          I had got a Samsung Split AC installed by Samsung on[protected] at my house in Faridabad. The complaint number for this was 1585 book no32.

          Prior to this installation I had got the same AC uninstalled by Samsung only and got the gas topped up by Samsung few weeks back.

          I was not satisfied by the installation as my AC never cooled properly so I registered another complaint, some engineer came over and checked the AC and told me that all gas had leaked. He charged his visit charge and did not do anything about the leakage.
          He demanded another 2000 Rupees for gas refilling.

          Now can you please look into this as to why I should pay multiple times for same installation and faults in the installation.

            I had purchased samsung galaxy s3 two month ago in 30000 rs , battery cover of my handset has some manufacturing defect as shine of cover is coming out as bump such as swelling kind of thing and eventually automatically coming out, hence my cover is looking very bad and can not be used, service center told me that this will nit be replaced any how, you are requested to please help me in this matter and help in replacement of same as it is manufacturibg defect

            Samsung Mobile — Manufacturing defect in mobile

            I purchased a Samsung Star mobile phone in June 2009. On inserting the sim card in the mobile phone I could make 1/2 calls from the handset and then the handset would stop reading the SIM Card. In Aug'09 I gave the phone for repair in their service centre, where they identified the solution as change of mother board. After three weeks when I went their to collect the product, the Company had just changed the software and the problem persisted. Hence I left my mobile phone at the Service centre so that it could be repaired. Now I have got collected my mobile phone from the service centre and I find the same problem persisits in the handset.

            I need a refund of my money from the Samsung company. After seeing the poor service provided in case of manufacturing defect I really do not want to use there product. I want a apology from there Customer Service department becasue of whose negligence I had to go through a lot of harrasment.

            Samsung/mobile name — not replacing defective one

            samsung Galaxy i899 I bought on 26.08.2010 from Reliance web world, Haddows road, chennai was getting very hot and battery got discharged in 3 hours. Retuned toHitechSolutions,Anna Nagar,Chennain.on 28th They wanted me to come within one hour for replacement with the certifiate given. After one hour the whole attitude changed saying that they cannot replace the piece as it was bought from Reliance! I was directed to go back to Madurai where it will be replaced. to my horror they took 10 days tor epair and gave it back. Any new product ,defective,returned in a specific time is replaced in-spite from where it was bought. Having spent 20,000 on a phone it is the moral bounden duty of MNC giant Samsung to replace it or refund the cost.
            Will they?

            Samsung Galaxy S3 — manufaturing defect

            bought a samsung galaxy 3 15801 set on 8/11/10. the set did not charge and now the service centre manager saying the mother board is not available so would take atleast 45 days. total harrassment for the customer. will not recommend samsung product to anyone.
            Same problem arose to me also when I purchased samsung 32'' Series5 from Viveks showroom at North Usman road, t.Nagar Chennai on 7th November 2010. I think samsung is not having any QC department before sending the products to the show room. Within 4 days mother board has gone and viewing TV in lcd has become for me and family as day-dream. Having spent the money from my credit card paying inerest @24%p.a, not able to solve the issue by samsung or by viveks. These people are causing damage to the health and wealth of general public by cheating.

            my humble request to all not to purchase any product from Samsung/viveks.

            Samsung 3600i — Manufacturing Defective Piece

            I m to harassing to go to more then 4-5 times at near saffron, services center.

            At the time of purchase sumsung 3600i defective piece. I m purchasing Rediphone Mobile, Alkapuri Road, Vadodara. on dated 25th Oct 2010. The Problem is Insert sim & Handset is no working. I m staying Harni Road at to 9 Km far away one time i m going there & give him but now still now again same problems is there they cant proper guide lines they cant take care no proper services. Still now i m not satisfied any sumsung instrument.

            Keep your mind, i have 2 time checking / change of simcard. So dont advise me go through change of simcard.

              I had been complaining to samsung for last 2 years of a recurrent problem. There is a water leakage from the Indoor unit. i have been making complaints almost on a monthly basis during the summer season. Their mechanics come, have a look do something and it is back to square one after one month. As a matter of fact their service people even know the the colour of the pipe for cleaning the A/C.

              So one can see the level of incompetence at Samsung. And Customer Care is just a marketing gimmick. I have been writing e mails to their CEO since last year but no change in approach of samsung, It almost is like complaining at their call centre, I think call centre is better at least there is a person responding to you, whether he can do. anything or not is a separate issue.

              Grossly incompetent and callous approach to consumer problems, because if CEO is not bothered who would be bothered.

                I would like to inform you that we did buy one LED TV from one of your auth dealer M/S GARG SALES Agra-UP, India on 6th Feb 2013.
                Due to some reasons we didn't get that installed/connected with kit that time. We called the dealer for getting the same TV installed at our place in Ghaziabad.
                I got one call from Zenith Electronics, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad and they have asked me to pay Rs.1300/- for it. when I asked the person for this money he said that Samsung
                only provides installation within 1 month of purchase.
                However, as far as I know Samsung provides one time installation when we buy any samsung product without any condition of purchage. Isn't it?

                In this connection you are requested to kindly look into the matter personally and provide one time installation at the earliest.

                  I have bought Samsung TV (Model No:UA40F5000ARXZN) series in LuLu Hyper Market (Abu Dhabi) which covers international warranty. But now facing some issues with TV and when checked with Samsung Technician he reported there’s issue with panel and the panel needs to be changed but can be changed only by paying(75% Of Buying cost) extra amount even we have provided all the bills and details which we have received at the time of purchase.

                  When we checked in LuLu Hyper Market at the time of buying the TV, the dealer informed that the TV comes under international warranty and the invoice Bill itself covers as international warranty, but Samsung India is not considering that as international warranty and asking to pay extra amount. Now i am in India and it’s not possible to get in touch with LuLu-Hyper Market dealer for more details on this.

                  And also I got a lot of conflict information from Samsung customer care team, so that I asked him to send a mail whatever they said but they refuse it and give a silly reason like not possible, rule will be keep on changing so that we can’t send a mail for this issue.
                  I don’t understand the rule made by Samsung or customer care.

                  However, there is no such warranty certificate available not it is mentioned anywhere in internet.

                  There are number of peoples are suffering due to this (complaints are logged under this site for the same issue) and peoples are losing interest in buying Samsung electronic products request your assistance.

                  Can you please help us out how to solve the issue even though the product is still comes under the warranty?

                    i have purchased s - 3600 and its in warrnty period , and it has got speaker problem , i gave phone to service center in ghatkopar ,mumbai , the phone is lying in service center from more than 2 weeks , and i have been given dates after dates to collect the phone , i did not get any answer from service center , no responce from customer care ,i have been told that they cant rectify the problem , when i had long argument the phone was return to me by saying that they have done their job , but it was not done , ther is no support from samsung at all .
                    this is the worst experince ,it seems samsung dont want to solve the problem , they have most rude and non professional team , who dont know their job. i fl have been cheated by samsung mobile.i am sure the great non professional team will not conntact me to solve my problem.

                    Samsung — No response for servicing

                    I bought samsung A.C 3months ago. When i approach samsung customer care first time on 30 September 2011 and after that they committed that your A.C will get serviced with in 24 hrs. And now till date, (today is 25th Oct. 2011) I called customer care round about 12-15 calls in customer care, every time they committed for 24 hrs. I will suggest to all people never believe for samsung services. When they are not able to do a general service in a month so how can u assumed that During summers if your A.C Compressor get fault then you will get your A.C will be ok after season only. Literally all staff committed me for service, they all are failed to get service the A.C only. I have remember the name of Harinder working in samsung as Branch coordinator, One Area Sales Manager, Supervisor these three designated persons committed me for the same matter. They all are bogus persons, No one designation are believable, I am very much upset over this issue. If Samsung Employers or Employee Look this review then see that how ashamed service you provide to customer. And you want to have words with me then my number is [protected].
                    Home shop 18, provide bogus quality of camera to customer, reason being, I purchase a camera through Home shop 18, I ordered for 10 mega pixel Olympus camera, they sent me the same but can u believe that its quality was so poor, even my 1.3 mega pixel mobile has much better quality then this camera, I complaint for the same after 5 mins of receiving this camera but u know what was the reply from home shop 18, we are not responsible for the same and we can not help you and bye. So I will suggest to u all that never buy from this address, Even go to the show room and check all the things in your hand and then purchase, This venue is best for the advertisement only not for the purchase the items. Moral : Dikhave pe mat jao, apni akal lagao.

                          My complaint no [protected] dated 11th May has not been attended to till date. Each and every call at customer care center only generates a standard response assuring prompt attendance by technician(within 48hrs). Whereas the fact remains that Samsung service centers are unprofessionally managed by untrained/under trained persons who are not at all bothered with customers' agony.
                          My earlier complaint dated 5th May was attended to on 7th May but the AC stopped working within few days. It appears that customer care and service center are in hand and glove relationship, wherein they want one month of "no service charge" period to get over so that they can once again charge a customer. I feel Samsung is indulging into unfair trade practices thus harassing customers. I expect a strong action against such malpractices.

                          Samsung — complaints not being attended to

                          we bought a 1.5 ton split samsung AC on 13/10/2007. It is making a noise since the routine free service was done in June 2008. A complaint was booked Ref.no.[protected]. The engineer came on 7/7/2008. he could not rectify the fault as he said the job would require another person's help and an appointment was made for the very next day, but nobody turned up nor was there any phone call. I called up the samsung Service after two-three days referring to the complaint number. I was assured that the message will be referred to the engineers, but yet nothing has been done.
                          i have an complaint with my new samsung dvd and home thearter system i purchased the two items less than six months ago and i find that both machines stop playing dvd's due to both machines getting to hot there does not seem to be any cooling fans in side the unit nor enough cooling slits in the casing to cool the machine down i live in a house with central a/c and a well vented cabinet i have even sat the machines out side the cabinet and yet the only cooling slits in both machines seem to be under the units and i dont think there is enough clearence under the unit for the machine the get enough air can anyone help with this problem as i paid over 1000 dollers for quality items both these units are 2008 models...

                          I have been lodging complain with samsung customer care about my slpit AC compalin no. is [protected] but no one is sending anyone for attending the fault which was not the case earlier with samsung service. service has been deteriorating a lot. i have spoke to customer care executive 4 times, despite of these many reminders no one is attending the complain.

                          i lodged complain 15 days back to. one service guy came and did some or other thing but could not resoove the issue and when said that basisc problem is not addressed he took Rs. 200 withput giving any reciept.

                          Now after so many of reminders no one ios comming, I request head of after sales to look into my complain and should compenate due to the work loss i incurred due to non functioning of AC.

                          samsung/ split ac — Not attending complaint

                          I am Vijay Pal Singh having complait as follows. I purchased Samsung spllit AC 1.0 Ton on 30-May, 2010. It is having problems from the day it was installed and Demo guys knew that. I was asked to do the complaint and I did it ( # [protected] ) on 15-Jun, 2010. I am calling them almost every 3rd day but no one came. Call center guys say that engineer will come , some times I got calls from service center guys asking to visit and told that they will come in evening or tomorrow, but never came. I am really tired by calling call center. I am surpriesd how such a large company could be so irresponsible. In fact the product should be replaced in such case. There should be some terms and conditions fro replacement if there is a initial failure within a defined period with some panelty chages from the company to compensate the customer for his inconvenience.

                            At the outset, please see below the facts of the present situation:
                            1. We bought a fridge RT55kZRSL1/XTL (“Fridge”) on June 6, 2012 at Vasani Electronics, Bhiwandi. The invoice clearly records that the warranty is covered by manufacturer (i.e., Samsung)
                            2. It is noteworthy that my product is still under warranty.
                            3. My Fridge has faced issues since June 2012, I have been constantly complaining and following up with your team and rather than helping me with the anguish, your team, more particularly Mr. Sadiq has tormented us to no limits.
                            4. We were not given any customer request number in spite of repeated requests and follow up with Samsung’s team.
                            5. Mr. Sadiq has visited our place several times since August 2012 (the first time we complained) and:
                            (i) Taken a copy of our pass book – We do not see a reason for this and upon questioning, Mr. Sadiq was rather rude and did not provide any answers to the same;
                            (ii) Taken several (almost 50) photographs of our fridge;
                            (iii) Taken a copy of our PAN card; etc.
                            6. Please note that we have not been provided with any solution and have merely suffered because of this irresponsible behavior.
                            Historically, we have been facing issues and have not received any satisfactory feedback from Samsung, we have inter alia faced the following issues:
                            1. The temperature in the fridge did not work;
                            2. The motor got spoilt twice in a matter of 6 months;
                            3. The deep fridge compartment has fungus issues; and
                            4. The front door of the Fridge pops open.

                            My fridge has been next to unoperational since 6 months and no one has done anything about it

                            Samsung — Refrigerator Defaulty

                            I had purchased this refrigerator in the last week of January 2008 and after 2-3 months it started giving problems like water leakage, extra cooling resulting into food damage due to freezing. Earlier i didnt notice that it was a production fault and kept using it but later i realised that its a fault in the product and lodged a complaint with the company on 8th August 2008. The engineer visited my place the very next day and told me that i was keeping the digital meter wrongly and also that there were some adjustment problems due to which water was leaking from behind, which he said he has adjusted and if it happens again then he will revisit. The problem persisted and he never came back again even after me calling him. I relodged the complaint and another engineer arrived 4 days of complaint registery. He knew nothing and told me that my digital meter was set wrong and i need to keep a check, i requested him to phone his senior and ask if theres any other problem, he then called his senior and his senior on phone told him that the PCB (some part in the refrigerator) is not working and it needs to be replaced. He said he will get the part in 2 days and replace it under warranty but he never turned up and since then i have called up samsung 3 times and warned them of going to consumer cell if the complaint is not addressed too. They always says that somebody will phone me and visit but till today all there commitments have failed and i dont understand what to do now... my complaint no. given to me by the company is BP No.: [protected]. Now i dont want the company to repair it, now i want them either to replace the refrigerator with a new one or return my money back. If the company gets this complaint then call me on [protected].

                              I recently purchased Samsung refrigerator (253 lts, twin door) from "Metro Cash and Carry" Bangalore, and within two months of purchase its IC got fused and it stopped working.
                              I lodged a complaint with Samsung service center Bangalore,they told next day their service engineer will come and fix the refrigerator, next day one service engineer came(Mr. Bhanu) ,examined the case and said the IC board will have to be replaced,it can only be done the next day,we requested him a lot to fix it then and there,but he was so arrogant and in-disciplined, he didn't do anything to get it fixed instead on our repeated requests and on telling him that we will escalate the issue and complain about him, he told us "go and do whatever you want". This is how they interact with their customers, he also went on saying the service of Samsung is like this only and also mentioned other top brands in industry and said they have same kind of after sales service.

                              Then I contacted his Team Leader(Mr. Briganja), he first of all didn't receive my call , then after repeatedly calling him finally he received the call told that we don't have that part as of now,we will have to order it,it may take a day or two to get it fixed, and after that the days are just being postponed,it has been 6 days now,but there is no progress on the matter as such. We are still waiting in the hope that one fine day Samsung people will come and attend to our problem.

                              Samsung Refrigerator — lack of service

                              there is no cooling in our refrigerator. we purchased on[protected] from navrang electronics, ludhiana. we have given complaint 2-3 time . but didn't get response from their side. no service is there. do something as early as possible. we have very good experience with samsung. don't worst it.

                              i had purchased mobile samsung wave 2 from pathankot and after few month i have fault in screen which is under warranty for my warranty claim i used to go service station for manny time and each time they replied we will demard from company and you can get your claim after 10 to 12 days but every time i was disappointed by the same statement for service station. know i have only remaining two month warranty . we have trust on your brant. i have AC ,LED ETC ALREADY used. so pleade maintain any trust.

                                  I had purchased a brand new Samsung Washing machine (12Kgs) for Rs: 53500/- on 14th March 2013.

                                  Soon after a month, on the 17th April 2013, the washing stopped working and we contacted the customer care.

                                  The service advisor visited our place and said that the Door lock and the Motherboard of the machine needs a replacement. To this I had requested them that we do not need a repair and need a new machine instead since the Motherboard in the key part any product.

                                  The company collected our bills and other details and said that they would look into this matter. Finally, after a numerous calls the got back to us after a month on 21st May 2013 leaving us behind in hardships. The company finally DENIED us a replacement of a NEW MACHINE and said that they would only replace the parts and do a repair.

                                  We request you to kindly look into this and hope that we will get justice from your end.

                                    Dear Concerned: This is to bring to your notice that despite repeated reminders and requeste to Samsung dealer, they have not acted upon the complaint. Though the compressor is under warranty till Dec 2014 and that the refrigerator is having problem since a long time with the compressor itself, it seems Samsung dealer and hence Samsung company is well instructed by Samsung management to avoid such complaints so that they do not incur any costs of repair or replacement of faulty products. I have had to purchase a new refrigerator now which has costed me Rs.30000/-. Samsung is requested to take back Samsungs faulty product and refund me the cost of same immediately failing which i will be forced to move the consumer courts.
                                    Im attaching copies of legal notice, Notice delivery POD,Invoice and Claim form for your ref.
                                    It is evident that even after me sending them an advocates notice, Samsung have not responded which is a clear display of intentional fraudulent practice.

                                    Because of the way Samsung management works, i also had to mention about Samsung ways and means in media which i will do more so that the message reaches some of your concerned person to take appropriate action in getting the product refunded back to me.

                                    Samsung India — Faulty product

                                    I bought a Samsung AC in May 2008. the compressor failed in june 2009. I was asked to pay Rs 1800 for gas charging even though the compressor had a 5 year warranty. In July 2010 the copressor failed again. I am asked to pay Rs 2100 again. I have written to the company many times as well as registered my complaint on phone to find out if I have to pay once again for the compressor. NO REPLY FROM THE COMPANY. I have complained to the dealer but to no avail. It has been 5 weeks now and I do not have my AC.

                                    You should file a case in the consumer court. You do not need to hire a lawyer and the chargers are very nominal. Find out the Samsung office in you city/town and file a case in the consumer court and send the summon to that office address. Fight, don't give up. E-mail me at tekkan.[protected]@gmail.com

                                    Samsung India — Product information not clear

                                    Hi I have purchased a samsung galaxy s2. On the box model number is given as I9100 but the model I got is I9100G. I don't know about the product I9100G, but after few days it is a degraded version of galaxy S2. Its performance is too bad. I don't understand why samsung is cheating its customers like this.

                                      I have purchased new refrigerator on 19 May 2013, same was installed on 20th May by the company technician, but refrigerator is not working properly.
                                      Accordingly lodged complaint no. [protected] dated 22 May 2013 till date not resolved

                                      Despite of my numerous complaint to samsung via phone or online portal. Nobody cares about resolution. Technician came and raise his hand that call samsung again and next time they will send senior technician. I am aggrieved by the attitude of the company as well as their technician.

                                        I have received the tablet on 6th may.

                                        I havnt received book cover yet.
