Samsung micro oven — Complaint no 8409143947 dated 26.12.2008 Mica sheet replacement not yet done

This is to inform you that the complaint lodged vide complain no [protected] at delhi customer care service[protected] is pending for almost a month. The service is very unsatisfactory. A customer has to wait for a month to get a minor defect rectified.Please improve the complaint handling system and monitor at higher levels on at least weekly basis.I am disaapointed to have such a service for your product which raises adeqate post sale service vailability by your service centre.

This is to inform you people, take complaint number and other details while making complaint, Samsung people are doing non-sense when we are making complaint, Every time they are raising new complaint number each time we are calling, not maintaining any log for further reference and all. I am suffering with Samsung almost more than 20days, i had taken Microoven in Reliance digital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

Problem starts from delivery of the product itself they are taken almost 5days, for demo they are taking 15days. We identified problem when we start cooking, Its almost 20days, still they are not rectified the problem.

The response from the Samsung people are not at all satisfactory. I am fighting with these people for last 4days.

no delivery has been made till today where as i was told that delivery would be on 07/11/10. I had contacted the dealer several time. they said Samsung is not able to supply the product hence delivery could not be done. kindly confirm it is true. i had contacted your sale executive too but nothing is done yet. I like to inform you that all electronic products I have at home are of samsung.

Samsung -- Micro Oven — Non Delivery of Product

I ( BASANT LADHA -- Mob No : [protected]) along with my friend had purchased 02 (two) SAMSUNG made MICRO OVEN from M/s KHOSLA ELECTRONICS, GARIA BRANCH on[protected] model No : BD-73-B with full cash down payment vide Invoice No : 15731 & 15732. We both were assured that the product will be delivered at our house with in 03 days by[protected].

Till today[protected], Thursday) I am yet to receive delivery of the product.

I am being harrassed daily with false assurances from the staff. My wife is unable to move out of house since they are commiting every day about delivery of the product.
I would expect a responce and quick soltion on the matter.

    AS I ENQUIRED FROM MARKET 5% VAT IS APPLICABLE ON AMOUNT LESS THAN 10,000 OF BASE PRICE AND 12.5% IS APPLICABLE ONLY ABOVE PRICE RS.10,000/-.

    I DISCUSSED WITH DEALER IN DETAIL WITHOUT ANY FRUITFUL RESULT. I ALSO TALEKED TO SAMSUNG HELPLINE THEY TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD TALK TO THE DEALER ONLY. I REQUESTED THE DEALER OVER PHONE AS WELL AS PERSONAL VISIT BUT WITHOUT POSITIVE RESPONSE.

    AT LAST I TOOK THE OPPORTUNITY TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF CONSUMER FORM. SIR, KINLDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT EARLIEST AND DIRECT THE DEALER TO REFUND ME THE EXTRA VAT AS CHARGED AND PUNISH THEM AS SUITS YOU FOR CHEATING THE PUBLIC.

      Sir, they charged 125% VAT ON BASE PRICE OF 9,777.78.
      oN BASE PRICE OF 9,777.78 THEY CHARGED [protected]@12.5% I.E.. 1,222.22 TOTAL AMOUNT RS. 11,000/-.

      AS ENQUIRED FROM OTHER DEALERS 5 % VAT IS APPLICABLE ON AMOUNT LESS THAN 10,000/- AND 12.5% IS APPLICABLE ON 10,000 AND ABOVE. BUT I REQUESTED MOVE AND TALK DELHI OVER PHONE, PERSONAL VISIT AND EVEN TALKED TO SAMSUNG HELPLINE BUT WITH NO RESPONSE SAMSUNG HELPLINE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO CONTACT THE DEALER ONLY AND DEALER IS NOT EVEN LISTING TO ME PROPERLY.

      SIR, IF I AM RIGHT THEY SHOULD CHARGE 5% VAT INSTEAD OF 12.5% THEY CHARGED.

        I have purchased a brand new Samsung Note-II from a vendor at Pondicherry. On the fifth day the mobile has got dead and the phone was given at the service centre at Pondicherry. The service centre person has kept the mobile phone for 5 days saying the board has to come and after 5 days i received the mobile with a scratch on my screen guard and also the system worked very slow. Also there was a issue in the screen wherein some white lines appear at the bottom of the screen, the swipe buttons will not be properly visible and again sometimes the phone hangs. I have written four to five mails yo the CEO asking for a replacement for my mobile since it was a brand new one..I used to get calls from their team stating that we have escalated the issue to the management and will revert very shortly..Till now i have not got any positive response from the team and they keep on dragging the issue. I have even updated the information to the customer care and they said their supervisor will give me a call back in half an hour time and i was waiting for his call.I waited for an hour and again called the customer care officials and they updated that they will call me tomorrow.These people are those who dont keep up their word and try to cheat the customer in all the best possible ways..

        Highly frustrated by the way Samsung deals and treats the customer.Need a resolution and kindly help me in getting a replacement for my handset

          With reference to above subject, i am really very sorry to inform you that i made a complaint about my laptop from three months ago and lastly they said that the entire amount of my laptop will be refunded and they also taken the original bill of my laptop on 21.11.12 (Receive copy attached) , then after 3 months they said that the refund is canceled, but already i purchased a new laptop.

          So, i want my refund otherwise i will be bound to take the help of the consumer court.

          Hence, i request you to look into the above said matter and some needful action.

            Everytime Commitment comes wrong whenever u bought nay product from reliance digital(NAGERBAJAR-DIAMOND CITY-

            KOLKATA).Yesterday (15Dec'12) i bought Samsung-32 3d Fhd Led Tv-32es6200. The only reason i bought from reliance digital

            because they committed me to deliver and installed on 16th Dec'12 in written commitment.Since i need to gift some one on

            that day and that was my only criteria.But everything at end of the day was false commitment from reliance.From 4pm on

            16th dec'12 i started to follow up customer of reliance digital as well as the sales guy but none of them bother to send

            an engineer in given time.At last they send an engineer at 9:30pm that also not of samsung,he was from LG team and he

            don't have any installation report copy.Since he does not belong from SAMSUNG as well from RELIANCE DIGITAL without any

            proof. I was shocked when i discuss with that guy.Around 10:30pm -16th Dec'12 after opening the whole kit of my product

            and trying for last 20m in he could not install the device because he does not have sufficient accessories to install.End

            the of the day my TV was not installed.Just a worst day for me.From tomorow its not possible for me to give time for

            installation since i will be not available as well as i loose every hope from reliance digital in a single day.What a

            worst service brand i ever experienced.I don't understand what samsung is doing here are they not informed or they least

            bother to send an engineer.I need the justification by any means.

                  We bought a 26" Samsung LCD LA26B350 in Feb 2010 for Rs 22250/-. We
                  didn't used it for around one and half year . We took the LCD in our use from May 2012.
                  The TV worked fine for 4-5 months but suddenly had power-on issue.The TV simply wouldn't turn on despite
                  repeated presses of the power button. The red power indicator would flash on and off but the TV wouldn't not turn on at all.
                  We have contacted Customer service center for this. A personnel from service center visits us and told us that some part of LCD needs to be
                  replaced and that he'll forward the issue to the company head office. After repetitive calls to the service center for almost 5 weeks, we
                  got the response from company that the faulty part is not available in the company and they have no idea when it will be available. They
                  offered a refund of money after deduction of Rs. 7343/-. We requested the Company officials for the replacement of the faulty
                  part/replacement of the TV set, but they are not ready for the same.

                  Plz help us in this issue.

                    Good day sir, Kindly note that my phone hangs intermittently during using applications downloaded from google play even while using google play. I went to alwar service centre so many time in last month and in my last complaint they changed motherboard (as per ur service representatives)of phone but its still giving trouble to me and i am fedup with this phone. I already inform them that in a few days time i'll be out of india as myself working in merchant navy and i'll return only once the warrenty expires and i'll not be liable for any warrenty after that.same i wish to inform u again. Kindly treat it as urgent matter otherwise allow me to lodge a complaint in consumer court because i cant tolerate this phone with hang problem any more.                       Inspite of lot of follow up being done M/S Nagpal Brothers not taking up as per the warranty
                      Sorry, the correct Mobile no of M/s Nagpal Brothers is [protected] who is now refusing to get TV repaired from samsung, which is in warranty, when contacted samsung india they refused to repair the TV set as this one is supplied to us not through samsung india but may be from grey sources.

                        I had purchased Samsung computer along with DVD writer ( Superwriter -Speed plus) from Classic Computer's on 27th July 2011, I had paid INR 24000.00 for my computer, but DVD writer is not working still now and i can't do any writing of dvd or cd's. The samsung company cheated me, please contact me early as possible and change the DVD writer and fix the new one for company credibility.


                        I am awaiting for valuable feed back from Samsung Company.

                        i had taken DVD from Samsung, But it is not working propely, i had register Complaint in BPO ref no:[protected] but no postive response from thier side. and again again they are giving same answer that your DVD is OK.

                        i had gone to samsung website to lodge a complaint but they website is not working from past 3-4 days.

                        Samsung dvd writer — does not return product

                        my name is narahari. I am studying M.C.A. I am buy the samsung lcd moniter and dvd writer. But in one year the dvd writer comes a problem.I give it in vijayawada service station on[protected].but today onwards my product is not returned.what is this service.I cal many times in vijayawada and hydrabad service stations they give very very irregular answer.I hate your service. I did a mistake that is purchad your product. in service station anybody don't give answer.I am a student . if you loss one student automaticallly loss 10 studentds. I tell this issue my friends and doen't buy the samsung product, this finel.what is this any product is stayed in 3 months. my workorder is 801209.
                        and model is SH-S202J/IDBH.I tahke final decision don't take samsung product in my future because 1000 Rs is stayed in service station is 3 months if 10000 Rs product stayed 3 years

                        Samsung dvd writer — Dealer Provided Faulty DVD Writer. Same day I have to call for a Service.

                        Today 30th September 2009, I have purchased a New SAMSUNG DVD writer for my PC from a dealer Top-N-Town, 10, Akash Deep Complex, P.L.Sharma Road, Meerut. He did't checked the product and assured me this is samsung product which is not required to check. I installed the writer but it was not working, even not reading DVD's & CDs
                        I went back to dealer & asked him to replace the product but he did't listen to me and directed me discourteously for a Samsung Service Center. At Service Center there was no any service engineer available. However the helped me to sort out the problem, they checked the card. They can call me tomorrow or after 15 days. But this Bad for SAMSUNG. I will not purchase samsung product in future. The Samsung dealer is not listening, the service center is working as collection center. The Samsung customers care is also helpless.

                          I have using samsung sgh-u700 mobile. it was purchased in italy. for the past two month, the screen does not work.
                          So I went to service center,They tend to get that right, after a two-week they said they will not servicing the abroad mobile model.Now I want to go back to Italy? I am in the service of a world class company is not satisfied, then the Service Centre for?
                          Please give me the suggestion for servicing this mobile..

                            My Samsung Split A/c failed within one and half years of Purchase and the reponse to the Servicing and repairs is very poor! Apart from telling me that the repair cost is a whopping Rs 7000/ ( approx 1/4th of Purchase Cost !!! ) it is over 10 days since the A/c has been returned to me by their Service Center in Vizag M/s Bright Engineers! The service is extremely shoody, discourteous and unprofessional! My next A/c purchase from where? Would like someboody to tell me which Split A/c which does not go dead in 1 1/2 years to go for! Better possibly to buy some cheap A/c and replace it every 1 1/2 to 2 years? Thinking seriously .... Branded Samsung A/c has given me hell!!!!! My Comlaint No given by Samsung[protected]. I plan to post this in all complaint forums continuosly till I get a positive response from Samsung!!!!

                              I am cheated yesterday..a mobile seller team contacted me and offered me a galaxy note for rupees 15399.
                              They asked 4000 for shipping and remaining on delivery..
                              Their numbers are given below..

                              After payment of 4000 the give me a tracking id in which it is said that the parcel is transfering from continental mobile company in london to india
                              Yesterday morning they called me and askd to deposit 9500 rupees for customs clearance at mumbai airport.
                              I did so .then they call me and said that i will get the mobile at 2 pm.
                              After they called and asked for 15700 rupees and said that i will get an iphone 5 for free with that money...i said that i only wants the booked item...then they are not giving the phone or money back...one of their number is deactivatd now...

                              He had sent a passport copy of bruce norman which is with my friend....
                              The crime is done yesterday..

                              I have checked in Quickr .. same like.. i have called those persons.. same process they said.. But i clearly Said.. i am ready to pay money.. But..Cash on Delivery.. they said.. not possible, .. those people are telling like this.. we are working for NIKON company... then i asked for Official mail id.. no responce from their side..
                              i think this is a very big scam.. better raise these things to Consumer court...
                              Becarefull about this.. before sending the money.. you just enter the person name or account number in Google.. u will get fraud info..

                                Hello Team

                                I have puechased a Mobile Handset from Samsung Model :- SAMSUNG GALAXY S PLUS. I am facing issue with the functionality of the phone. When I start using the internet all the other applications gets closed automatically. And I have to open the applications again and when the internet is off the phone works perfectly fine.
                                I have shown the Phone at the SAMSUNG SEERVICE CENTER LUCKNOW once and they upgraded the software stating that it will solve the issue but the issue is still the same.
                                Again I submitted the phone at the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI twice. First time they said to upgrade the software I told them it has already been done. But they said it will solve the issue and upgraded the software again no good.
                                Second time I talked to the manager of the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER he said that he will get the MOTHERBOARD of the PHONE changed and it will solve the issue. I submitted the phone and they returned the phone after 10 days stating that the MOTHERBOARD has been changed but it does not seems that they have done any thing to my phone to solve the issue.
                                All of them are just wasting my time and not helping.

                                So please look into it and help ASAP.

                                  I have purchased my Samsung laptop before 10 months, and it is still in manufacturer warranty period.


                                  I am facing battery backup problem and raised SR with Samsung, but this problem is not resolved yet, while on call they commit to resolve within 48 hrs.

                                  I have again raised one SR([protected]) for the same, as the according to customer support executive there is no SR registered against my laptop in their system.

                                  Samsung Laptop — not working from more than 1 month

                                  I had purchase laptop from House of laptop on 19 july 2010.
                                  It's not working from last one &half month.
                                  I gave it to repair on1/10/2010,
                                  still I am waiting for laptop.

                                    I mr. Akhil Rana Bought a Samsung Bluetooth from Hot Spot Outlet in Vivek Vihar Delhi(oppsite Balaji Mandir).It was already written and assurance was given to me that it connect with two phones .but its not like that. its not working,when i have given complaint against it to hot spot guys, first they said they will clear it out, but after going sevral times , they denied to correct it , and refused to take it back,it is very shameless act by hot spot guy, if the device has problem they must rectified or otherwise replace it.


                                    it is my humble request to take immidiate action agsinst the HOT SPOT outlet Vivek Vihar Delhi for replacing it or otherwise refund me my Money.

                                      I had purchased Samsung TV mdel no. ES6200 3D smart....on 14/11/2012
                                      While installing, installation engineer found that, two nos. of 3D glasses were missing....(which comes in the box as per the contents list....) immediately, contacted dealer (Mantri Mall - Auchan, Malleshwaram, Bangalore) and informed abt the same....
                                      They said within one week, you will receive the same....
                                      till date (11/12/2012) i have not received the same....and dealers are keep on telling will be available in two or three days or weekend....from past 4 days, they don't even pick my call.....whenever i made a call them....

                                      Pls help me.....

                                        I purchase mobile on 22.10.2012 in croma NSG IT Park, ITI Road, Pune 411007 Phone [protected], Samasung Galaxy Note no. GT-N7000ZBAINU sERIAL nO. RF1C8AAXK8E ([protected]) which is giving a proplem on purchase date only i complaint croma, they did not rectify, also complaint to Service Centre they told me that software problem, they load fresh software, but again the problem is same that my mobile is not working. I dont know how u people, beleive that u r product is good, I say that you people selling faulty product, and fool the people who dont know, I also give Service Centre No. [protected] its name Prayag Services You take hard action, You people give only jobsheet but didnot provide solution, with in two month som many time i can complaint to you by phone Call and email.

                                        I had email so many times but you people dont reply me properly, I call so many time on Samsung Care Cetre but they did not satisfy me.
                                        As per Telephonic And email confirmation on 05.12.2012 at 10.45 am, I had visted Samsung Service Cente at 3.30 pm, they told me that your motherborad change and and its is not repair under process.

                                        Again I am telling that my phone purchased with in two month you are changing my mother borad, I cannnot take it back because you change main part of mobile, I want New Handset. and also it purchased on 22.10.2012 you reload fesh software on 27.10.2012,

                                        Once again your company had prove that you people cheated with customer and fool to every dealing and selling

                                        I had already complaint to you that my set has problem, but you people dont beleive me, on 03.12.12 Samasung Galacy Note you change motherboard, and reload software, on 07.12.12 from u r care department had call me that here is no problem it is o.k. , I take it, aroun 4.00 clock but this time again my handset was dead on same day 7.30 pm , and this time i cannot repaire, I want only new set because this problem since start from the purchase date.and I send you a jobsheet dt. 03.12.12 at the time of what you people do and repair had done. I listen you people many time but this time listen to me

                                        Once again 0n 08.12.2012 my set was dead, they told met that there is battery problem and take my set reaload, sotware, and once again they give me that there is no problem, I can attach job sheet of 08.12.2012. how your service centre give bad impreesion to customer, you people even dont how much complaint about Samsung Galaxy Note Problem. You people kwon that how much you can disappoin the customer. you an your service centre give bad impression every body, you people cannot identified the problem, you told first Sotware Problem, second told Mother Board Problem, Third time Tell me that battery, how many time you say like this .......
                                        Think people abount your company future because you people face problem like how can people avoid Nokia Product and turn into Samsung, you people give chance to customer that turn or move into other product.
