I had purchased Samsung S6802 dual sim phone on 29th July 2012. The phone has not been functioning properly since then. The authorised service centre in Dadar formatted the phone and still it did not work. Then they also changed the motherboard but the problem persists.

I am working in Lower Parel. The phone doesn't work in the office. The sim if I use it in another phone it works absolutely fine....
