I deposit my samsung smartfone 'gt-s7500' with complaint number [protected] with contact number [protected] on date 15/11/2012 at service center. I have problem on my fone regarding software upgrade failure and fone not boot up . They accept my handset under warranty , on same day they contact me and tell me that handset is front broken and charging jack liquid . I visit service center again on 17/11/2012 they won''t able to show me the broken part and when they show me the motherboard of my set I won''t able to locate the liquid portion also in charging jack . It''s just hardware problem which should come under the terms of warranty and should be solved .I disappointed with the behaviour of service center .Even the head office of samsung in noida ,i mailed them too but they too failed to solve the issue ....regardless they said me to pay the repair amount to get handset working.
As we r citizens of india purchase products of highend brands with bill and pay taxes to the government too ,but in return wot we get ...we feel cheated .if companies won't repair products under warranty then why we have to pay taxes ,why we purchase from grey market without bill and save 12.5% of tax amount .

    I have a samsung make microwave oven.
    the same had gone faulty 3 to 4 months back.
    a complaint was registered with the service provider. they conveyed that some parts are being ordered.
    after almost 2 weeks they told the parts are not available with them, "it will take some more time".
    later the complaint was registered on line. Many phone came. Many promises came over period of 2 month and each time they close the WO without my consent.

    I have made more than 10 complaints by now.
    Now they have stopped even replying even
    I am more bothered about the time I lost listening to their false promises.

    If Samsung behaves like this what we can expect from companies of lesser repute.
    this the 2nd or 3rd product of Samsung I am disposing because I am not getting service.

      I have brought Samsung galaxy s3 on june 25th 2012 from Sangeeta. R T nagar. Bangalore,@ Rs 39,0000

      Problem description :
      My cell is taking more than 4 hrs charge from 0 to 100%.

      Step taken:

      I have given my cell to service center ( Sri Guru tele communications, 1st floor dinnur main road, bangalore- 79) .
      1st time service centre replaced my cell battery and they told now its taking 2 and 1/2 hours for charging. But after using the cell for 2 - 3 days issue was persist.

      2nd time again went to the same service center and they replace battery adapter but problem still persist.

      3rd time (15/11/2012) again went to same service center and now they replaced the mother board and called me take my cell.
      When I asked how much time cell is taking for charging they told 3 - 4 hours. After all the R & D on my cell they are telling your is cell is absolute fine and 3 -4hours is an average time for galaxy s3 which is confirmed from Technical team.

      When I took the cell it was taking 2 and 1/2 max for complete charge (almost 4 months ) and since 2-3 weeks its taking more than 3 and 1/2 hours all of sudden and your service people tell every thing is fine (After doing all the R &D).

      My room mate have same model and his cell takes max 2 and 1/2 hours for complete charging.

      Now if samsung tells 3- 4 hours is average time than there should be manfacturing defects for 2 cells of same model.

      I request you to take some legal action and help me in getting my problem solved or get my cell replacement.

      Even I called the customer care two times and today one the executive has arranged the call back. Mr Vishwanath has given call from [protected] number. I have told my concern and he told wait for 24 hours ( Waiting more than 6 days for getting problem resolved (3rd time )) . I am not getting any valuable inputs any one which will resolve my problem.

        I have Samsung Galaxy I9003 model which i purchased last year in Dec 19 2011 from Mobile store. Since the day i bought this phone m facing the issue...initial whenever i open contacts(phonebook) it gives an error msg not able to open...i got my ph repaired firstly in Jan 2012 (thanks to your CRM details are not with you guys) in Nehru Place service centre and got it back after software upgrade.
        I always have network issues with this phone....n i assumed its cuz of my service provider which is vodafone...got my service provider changed... i switched to aircel...bt problem is still the same...Hanging,battery heat up, display blank is common problem with this fone...i started considering it as a feature of the ph...But in month of sep its started giving more issues with network...i given for repair CAll no. was [protected]...IMEI no. [protected] and S.NO. RUPBA89010K ...again the super smart expert at your center upgraded software and given back to me....within a week i started facing same issue no n/w, n/w comes n go...and finally any airtel sim is not being detected by ph....i given back to service centre for repair Call no. [protected] dated 18 oct 2012...told them clearly that n/w issue is there , its nt detecting airtel sim....the customer care executive has no sense to talk to customers he misbehaved ...atleast a after a week i got a call thts its done and i can collect it back...i told the guy tht it has n/w issue pls chk with airtel sim....he said he will chk , test n call back...i got a second call last week for the collection of handset...bt my ph is in same condition its still not able to detect airtel sim...Aakash was the guy at the counter was not interested in resolving customer issue..i waited for a hour then dey called up Ganesh engg he chkd same issue was with the phone they r not able to detect any airtel sim...i dont understand how cum ur engg every time after repeat repair can upgrade the s/w n give it back to customer and u expect issues to get resolved....this is so so frustrating...humiliating .....i want my money back which i invested in this ph to keep it in service centre....i[censored] are not able to repair my ph infact i dnt have trust that you can do that...plssssssss give my money back either peacefully or else i will drag u to consumer court ....my handset is still lying in the service centre....stop this mental harassment close your service centre...

          I bought a SG R in Dec 2011 from Bangalore @ 21000 INR, The set used to hang and restart many a times all through from.

          by last month it got dead all of a sudden.

          I took it to service, and they are doing the repair now - hefty amount of close to 10k???

          I m worried about the repair also - that again if it goes to bad condition/dead same way?? - not knowing about the growing complaints i gave it to repair.

            This is Vishal Thakker…i had purchased galaxy R in the month of February 2012…and i started facing major problems from the second day of purchase

            i went to the samsung service station in ahmedabad……within 2 hours these people returned my cell phone by saying that ’’’’’’’’ we have updated software of your phone’’’’’’’’ and you will not face this problem again... but next day on wards i started facing same problems on my phone

            I went to service station again for more than 10-15 times for some or the other problem.
            Still I am facing problems
            1) Camera taking blurred images
            2) Phone hangs
            3) Camera images taken are seen inverted
            4) Auto rotate option not working
            5)When i put the earphone & then remove it I am unable hear any voice.

                My touch pad for Samsung Wave 2 is gone faulty. When showed to Samsung Service Centre (Borivali-West) they said that it is water damage. After being under warranty still they are asking Rs. 5200/- for replacing the touch pad. When the person was telling, Neither I could see any water there nor my cell had ever fall in water or water has fallen on my cell. I don't understand what connection does a Touch pad has with water. This was the 2nd time when I visited the Service Centre. First time when I visited Samsung Service centre I was told that the touch pad is not available, it would take 10 days to come from Delhi. Would receive a call from Samsung Service Centre once it is available. I didn't received any call from anyone, so again I went to Service centre at that time I was told about the Water Damage. So why did they agreed the first time for replacing my Touch pad.

                This is a common answer given to everyone if the amount for replacing any part is huge.

                  Samsung Mobile — Samsung mobile batteries no stock forever!

                  I wanted to get the batteries replaced for my mobile SGH E730. I went to their Bangalore Service Center at BTM two weeks ago. The sales/service representative said the batteries are not in stock. She took my number and asked me to wait for their call within ten days. After two weeks when I went, I was told again that there is no stock and wait for some more time.

                  I am pissed off totally, because I could not get battery for this model anywhere. Why don't they use a battery with some standard specification? Is this one way of making a customer throw the product after 3-4 years?

                  GOOD BYE to Samsung products.
                  i submitted my mobile (duos-s6802) at samsung mobile service center (lajpat nagar) on 2nd march. the problem was with battery. the battery was behaving weird, was not getting charged. they said come and take in the evening. when i visited them in the evening they said i'll have to visit them on monday to get the phone back. i called on monday they said tomorrow and every other day i got the same answer untill thursday. on thursday while they returned the phone it was without battery. when i asked where is the battery they said u never gave that battery to us, i told them that the problem was with battery why the hell i took the battery back. they said we don't have on our records that the battery was submitted, I told them that the problem was with battery so there was no logic in taking the battery back home, phone had no other issue... battery was the only problem and its still with them.. they asked me to check at home, i gave a second thought and went back home found no battery... then informed the same to the service center that the battery is not at home. then whenever i call them they say out of stock and come on next day...in india no one is ready to provide services..

                    I have purchased a 32 inch 5th series LED TV but unfortunately we are unble to listen the sound when we consider the samsung service center please give us the international warranty card to repair the same but i dont understand how to get the international warranty card.

                    So at least to be in safer for FUTURE transaction what is the procedure to obtain a International warranty.

                      i purchased Samsung TV model UA40ES5600, as per paper advertisement, Samsung India is is supposed to send the free Skype camera and 51 DVD set , even after lapse of 2 month the same has not been delivered. this is a big bogus company. they advertise free gifts during festivals to attract customers , after that they will not even respond. quality is compromised and defective items are pushed into Indian market.how China made WiFi dingle is supplied along with the SET?

                        I Have purchased a Samsung Smart TV ES6200 from Shas Electronics, Valasaravakkam, Chennai on 23rd September 2012. That time it was informed me that the product comes with an free Blue ray Player. when billing the dealer informed the free product will be delivered directly to us when installation, but the installation person don't bring any player and he again informed it will be delivered to me within 45 days directly by courier but till now there is no delivery. and they keep giving so many no to contact but nobody is responses properly.

                        The fun is still samsung advertisement has the same offer I don't know how many o[censored]s will get fooled.

                        good strategy keep it up samsung.....

                          I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven (GW732KD-B) / Rs. 7000/- on 13/11/2012 from BANSAL ELECTRONICS (BRAND SHOP) SCO-21, SECTOR-11, PANCHKULA-134109, INDIA. I have called up the Samsung Customer Care so many times for Installation Service (Ref. No. [protected]) but till time nobody has entertain my SR (Service Request) eventhough I have received calls from customer helpdesk[protected], 5073737) with giving false commitment everytime to provide installation service in time. It's amost 3-4 days have passed but installation service has not been provided by the company till time.

                          Now I am really getting Frustrated with the Poor customer services. If I have to wait for more days for a new installation of the product then I am really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call or should I go with the same brand name in future ? !!!!

                          Its make me feel like customer right has no value. Realy need to improve customer service.

                          Please help Us !!!!

                            I had purchased Samsung galaxy duos smartphone GT-S7562 in September 2012 and from the day one the handset is giving below problems. I have written to CEO office for 4 times but all the time they as to visit the service centre. I had submitted my phone thrice to service centre and even they are convinced that the handset is defective but Samsung is just killing time by asking me to visit service centre again and again. Please go thru the problems with this phone and do not buy this product
                            1) Operation is extremely slow
                            2) Phone hangs repeatedly
                            3) Sometimes the phone does not display the caller name when the phone rings
                            4) Data upload and transfer is very slow.
                            5) Touch screen operation is not effective
                            6) While exiting any application the operation is very slow
                            7) Sometimes when i go to message box, i can see the contact no.s only. After few seconds the names of contacts start popping up
                            8) Facebook application also operates very slow on the mobile. It keeps showing loading before displaying details on the screen
                            9) After taking a photo or video when i want to review it, it takes longer time to load.
                            10) I have deleted lot of applications from my cellphone due slow operation as well as transferred all the photos, videos to external sd card but there seems to be no improvement
                            11) while viewing a photo or video there are lot of instances when i tilt the camera by 90 degree, the video or photo does not timely rotate on the screen
                            12) while using fb application when the details are displayed and i want to scroll the screen, the response is lethargic.

                              On 4-Nov-2012, I purchased a Samsung Smart TV for Rs. 95,000 from Samsung Flagship Store from R-City Mall, Ghatkopar. The Smart TV was received by me on 7-Nov-12. On 9-Nov-12, the TV was installed by one of the engineer on a Stand and he assured us that demo will be given by another engineer. However, no such engineer arrived. Finally we called the customer call centre for demo on 10-Nov-12 and it was confirmed by the call centre that the demo will be given by the engineer on next day. However, no person turn up.

                              Since, the TV was installed on Stand, I started using it. I was said that there were features like Motion Control, Voice control, Built in WIFI, Camera. However, none of the features are working. Also, the tv images appear blurred.No one is ready to respond.

                              Hence, I am filing this complaint against the company for a defective product and requesting for a full refund. I am not interested in any of the samsung products and advice others as well to stay away from it.

                              I have made the biggest mistake buying samsung AC. it has become nightmare and sleepless night after taking this AC from Samsung.

                              I bought this Samsung AC last year between july & August 2008, the companies service centre has taken atleast 5 times to there workshop & still we are facing the problem. We couldnt use properly from the date we have taken samsung product

                              I told them to replace the product as it is a defective product, but shamlesly they say that it can't be replaced as it is under warranty.

                              I will never ever take samsung product nor would suggest any 1 buying any product from samsung. They should accecpt there product is faulty.

In the meantime we shifted to udaipur and complained many times to company's service centre, but till now the problem is not rectified. As we got the machine financed, so we dont have the bill also.                               I am ashish and using a phone (GT s 5830 ) and facing a problem with the phone my phone getting switch off 2-3 times in a day.before few days it get resart and now it getting switch off(This handset make problems first day from first day its battery getting heat up than it was changed in 4-5 days) My last experience with the service was very bad so that time i didn't go to service center because your staff behaviour is very bad.

                              so please do needful as you can otherwise tell me what should i do ...

                              i bought a refrigerator from the Samsung distributor on 8th May-2011.

                              after 10 days of purchase, there was water leakage from under the fridge. on inspecting it , i saw that there is a water tray which is fixed and cannot be removed , is filled with water from the fridge.
                              i called up the technician and on checking he gave a ridiculous solution that, i have to move the fridge every 15 days and remove the water from that tray.
                              as the tray is fixed, i have to use a small cup to remove all the water.

                              many technicians from Samsung have come and they keep giving stupid reasons like the humidity at my house is very high and stuff like that.
                              i have been using a fridge since the past 15 years and never have faced a problem like this.

                              i have asked for a refund and till now they have not given it to me.
                              when i call up , i keep getting different phone numbers and no one answers me or calls back.

                              i think SAMSUNG is only a international brand name, but the product and service is the worst i have seen.

                              i would request you all to think twice before buying any product from this company.
                              I bought a samsung galaxy ace phone three months back. It becomes very hot while charging and while talking or browsing the internet. Also the battery dies down very soon.
                              I bought Samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100 on 9/07/12 from Rimps and Rimps Mobiles store i bought two handsets out of which one's touch pad stopped working. i went to customer service they told me they cant replace the full handset they can just replace the damage part.. I asked they its defected piece and i know Samsung is having rule if within four days instrument stop working for some particular reason they change the whole piece. Still i didnt do anything and i just asked them to change touch pad i submit the phone on Wednesday and they told me they will give it back in two days which was Friday, i called them on Friday they said part have not arrived and so i will get it on Saturday. I called them on Saturday and they said you can come down its ready. when i went there they they said sorry there was miss communication and actually we changed your touch pad but still its not working and so we need to change mother board and now you will get your tab on Friday i.e. after one week.

                              When i asked them to change tablet they said this tablet is register on 12/6/2012 that this tablet is sold on this date so we cant replace the full tab.

                              Where i have bill of purchase dated on 9th july 2012. Retailer is saying by mistake some one have registered this on 12/6/12.

                              I will attach bill , job sheet of Samsung customer care and print out of registration date of tab.

                              Right now i dont have scanner.

                              Finally, an expert technician visited my home to resolve the issue. However, the expert technician knew nothing. He did not know how to activate motion control/voice control/camera. Neither the person was aware of any features of smart tv.
                              It looks as if the company has only advertise its product but none exists.

                              Thank you for such a response. I further request you to collect your TV immediately before I ask the garbage picker to pick it up.
                              I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S Duos six months back. Since then I am facing a lot of problem. After three months the earphone troubled me then after six month the battery and the handset. After facing a lot of trouble I visited your Samsung service center at Gurgaon they kept my phone for one day and the next day they intended to return the phone with issue resolved according to them. But yet after that the problem was not resolved. Despite of my continuous feedback that what were the problems they heard nothing and asked me to submit the phone once again. I took them as unqualified and unskilled to solve any of the issue other than software update took my phone back and decided to visit other service center there they have done the same thing i.e. software update and problem still persist. Then after much harsh discussion with the manager and a senior from Samsung escalation department the phone was kept for another two days and the problem was finally resolved. According to them the Motherboard of the phone was replaced. Bu now while using my phone for connecting my laptop via USB tethering my phone suddenly switched off though the battery was 54%, and when I tried to switched it ON it was unable to do so. Then I connected my phone whit the charger and tried once more, to my surprise what I noticed that the battery was 0% and it took 3:30 Mins to charge from 0%-60% of the battery now you can make estimation what will be the time taken to charge my battery full. Then I made a call to the service center where my phone was repaired (Lakshya) and they told me to re-submit the phone to check what the problem is.
                              Another add on problem is that while charging my phone it is not connected to the charger and I need to restart the phone to continue charging.

                              Now, my issue is that am I left with the only work to keep on visiting the Samsung service center every time at the cost of my time and job?. Have I purchased the phone to keep me troubling or for my convenience? Is the understanding for Samsung something like this “That customers exists because Samsung is there OR Samsung exists because Customers are there”. This was my first ever experience with Samsung and undoubtedly a very bad one. I am very much disappointed with the type of products Samsung makes and more even the service they provide to their customers. I think you should take some lessons in terms of customer service from Nokia.
                              Now since I am very much disappointed with Samsung I am not willing to use this phone any more either I want a replacement for this phone or at the cost of this phone I am going for something legal. I am fed up visiting the service centers and facing the problem with my phone.
                              I have written a mail to the customer support but they just replied my mail with appology but no steps has been taken yet.
                              I need a complete replacement for this phone and get rid of the problem finally. I dont have ample of time as stated earlier to re-visit the service center again and again at the cost of my job. I will be sacked off from my job, then who will be responisble for it.

                                I have purchased Samsung LED TV from Chester.UK ( Currys PCWorld) in April 2012 .Brought to my home country later . With few months the display is started showing issues.
                                We had registered online soon after we purchased. I was told registering online is enough to get Samsung warranty.

                                We have submitted the Scan copy of the receipt to Samsung India, but they insist on

                                dear sir iam using samsung gt s5570 (mini) from june 2012 unfortunately battery was drain with in 3-4 hours and takes 4 hours for charging. I tried all option, by switch off Wi-fi, GPS, 3G and bluetooth as Brtghtness also then also I am getting only 4-5 hrs. of bcakup, after that it is fully drain. Finally I come to conclusion that I would like to change battery but it also showing same problem)

                                iam already went to samsung service centre in narasaraopet (sre mahalakshmi cellulars) they charged 350 rs but the problem was not clear

                                Recently i bought a samsung mobile B2100.Upto 15 days it works good,after tere is a big problam takes in my mobile.The problam is During the call the battery goes to low and switch off again switch on it shows full battery.i went service center they told it is a battery problam and repalce it.Again after 1 day i got the same problam.i went to the shop and ask what is the problam.He told me there is circuit board problam i will replace that within 15 days.I given my phone and collect my phone after 15days.The problam was not rectified.Still i am facing the same problam.Will u pease suggest me wha will i do.I think the samsung service was wast and the mobiles are wast mobiles.

                                  I bought a Samsung galaxy tab 2 on September 2012 , the company offered me a free Bluetooth device , now it's almost over 2 months ,my tracking number was FED-32509 , they told me they sent it via dtdc ,but when i contacted them , they told me they sent it back to Samsung , failed to find the address was the reason , this happened 1 month ago , then i tried to contact Samsung but no reply,nothing ,

                                    I am waiting for the installation of my TV which i purchased from Shipra Sun City Reliance Digitek Ghaziabad on dated 11/11/12 but not getting any possitive response for the installation.

                                    I am slightly confused whether i have taken a right desicion to buy a Samsung TV.

                                    If possible pl take up my complaint on priority and if possible pl do the installation today.

                                    Samsung — No response for demo and installation

                                    I had requested for demo and installation of my new TV, 48 hrs back. Since then I have called almost ten times and there is no response as yet.
                                    i am facing the same problem. i bought a LED tv from arcee electronic store, new panvel, navi mumbai on 16/10/12. For Installation dealers mentioned I would get call from SAMSUNG and they would come for demo and installation.i got the same and i was told he would come on the same sunday but no one came.

                                    Called up customer care and they mentioned person would visit to my place anytime between 10 to 08:30pm. Kept myself available for the engr to complete installation. weeks later a technician turned up and said he would charge me for the service as a month had passed since purchase. no one had informed me about the terms of installation before and hence its not my fault. the technician told me he would check with his office and contact me again. but still waiting for a response for more than a month.
                                    i am very very dissatisfied with the service of samsung. other rival companies suh as LG atc are ofering free service within a year.

                                    Kindly help.

                                      This is with reference to my purchase of Samsung RT72KBSL Refrigerator from Sri Jagdish Electronic Pvt Ltd, Ghatkopar, Mumbai vide invoice no. 000985 dt 09 Jun 12 at a price of Rs. 56,500/-. Since the refrigerator has been delivered and installed at my house, I am facing a continuous problem of door locking due to vacuum. Whenever the refrigerator door is opened (either the main door or the freezer compartment door), after closing, the doors do not open again for almost 4-5 minutes. I registered a complaint in this regard at the store in early Jul 2012 after which a service engineer visited my house and adjusted some wire in the back of the refrigerator. However, this did not resolve the issue and the problem persisted. Subsequently I registered another complaint in mid Aug 2012 which led to visit by another service engineer. This time the engineer opened the entire freezer compartment from the top and did some servicing. However, the problem still persists. I visited the store personally and have been requesting the Manager Mr. Uday provided me with a solution but other than asking me to complain to samsung, even the company showroom has been of no help In last 4 months my brand new fridge has been opened and ''repaired'' twice! I have written to samsung so many times but none of my emails have been replied to. I have spent Rs.56000 on this product and am a salaried person - it''s like an investment for me. I feel cheated at the hands of Samsung and they do not care about customers at all. i am very frustrated with this situation and would request you to help me.
