On 4-Nov-2012, I purchased a Samsung Smart TV for Rs. 95,000 from Samsung Flagship Store from R-City Mall, Ghatkopar. The Smart TV was received by me on 7-Nov-12. On 9-Nov-12, the TV was installed by one of the engineer on a Stand and he assured us that demo will be given by another engineer. However, no such engineer arrived. Finally we called the customer call centre for demo on 10-Nov-12 and it was confirmed by the call centre that the demo will be given by the engineer on next day. However, no person turn up.
Since, the TV was installed on Stand, I started using it. I was said that there were features like Motion Control, Voice control, Built in WIFI, Camera. However, none of the features are working. Also, the tv images appear blurred.No one is ready to respond.
Hence, I am filing this complaint against the company for a defective product and requesting for a full refund. I am not interested in any of the samsung products and advice others as well to stay away from it.

Samsung Mobile — Samsung mobile batteries no stock forever!
I wanted to get the batteries replaced for my mobile SGH E730. I went to their Bangalore Service Center at BTM two weeks ago. The sales/service representative said the batteries are not in stock. She took my number and asked me to wait for their call within ten days. After two weeks when I went, I was told again that there is no stock and wait for some more time.I am pissed off totally, because I could not get battery for this model anywhere. Why don't they use a battery with some standard specification? Is this one way of making a customer throw the product after 3-4 years?
GOOD BYE to Samsung products.
