one month ago i bought a samsung laser printer model scx-3200. after 300 pages of printed text the the toner cartridge stopped working. today i went to buy a replacement, and was told none was available. went to their webpage and a search of their products there came up null for my printer. then attempted to email them from their site...after submitting all the required info i realized there was no submit button. last time samsung...i hope apple continues to sue the pants off you. do the world a favor go out of business!!!

      I had purchased 12 nos. of Samsung Laser Printers ML2161/XIP on 5th Oct. 2012. Out of 12 printers my 7 printers stopped working within 3 months with same type of problem where its Printed Board Assembly needed to be replaced. Samsung replaced this Printed Board Assembly in 3 printers but within 2 days it again stopped working with same problem. Now we demanded for replacement of printers but they are neither attending nor providing any solution for such printers.

        Bought a new Samsung Galaxy S3 which costs about 35k INR, this is my first expensive gadget ever...!!! And i did not even get it to work for a month!!!

        I noticed it too be very slow, the proximity sensor also did not work properly (Auto brightness adjustment) Also found that the battery would not last even for 4 hrs (Note even if i did not... not not not at all use the phone) and more over I noticed even after charging for more than 12 hrs the battery was only charged for 85% and would not charge 100%.

        I thought since this is a high rage product Samsung would really value customers satisfaction and I would get a replacement if I take it to service center....!!!! But no really!! no...! They found the issue to be with motherboard... it has been a week and they are still fixing it!!!!

        This is ridiculous!!! I am completely frustrated and not at all happy... no satisfaction at all!!!!

            I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Y duos ST-6102 mobile phone from Top 10 M/s. Mobile World Nokia Mobile Shop, Om House, Opp. ST Bus Stand, Nr. Railway Stn. Vasai Road (West) on 15th Dec 2012. However, from the date of purchase the mobile automatically gets switched off. On 16th I was out of town and 17th the Nokia shop was closed. On 17th I even called the Samsung Customer Care to help me out with the same. No solution was provided but said would asked his senior to get back to me on this (complaint No. [protected]). I reported this thing to the store manager of Top 10 on evening of 18th Dec 2012. He asked me to visit the Samsung Gallery for checking the same. However, when I visited the Samsung Gallery in the evening it was already closed since the shop closes at 7.00 pm.
            I visited the Gallery the next day (i.e. 19th Dec 2012) with the trouble still there even after paying the entire amount for the handset. However, your executives at the customer care asked me to keep the mobile at their place so that they can check and return me after getting it rectified. However, I insisted that the same should be done in my presence since I have paid the entire amount and could not keep the mobile for entire day since my office calls will get affected. So the executive updated the software in my mobile and gave it back to me and asked me to check if that would clear the problem.
            However, the problem still persisted and even after software updation the mobile still used to get switched off automatically. So I re-visited your gallery on 21st Dec 2012 morning and reported the problem. They asked me to keep the phone and told me that they will call back after understanding / solving the problem at the earliest. Also, I was assured that replacement would be given in case of a major problem. But they did not revert back even after their assurance of getting back at the earliest. I had to borrow my friends phone for these days so that my office work is not getting affected. Out of desperation I had to call them back for my mobile on 26th Dec 2012 since your team of professionals never reverted back. I was then informed that the rectification will take more time since they are to change the entire hardware as it was not functioning properly. I demanded that a new mobile set should be given since I was handed a faulty piece at the time I bought. But it was informed to me that replacement can’t be done and only the hardware can be changed in the set.

            I have the bill and complaint copy for the same.

            Samsung — Switching off of mobile.

            I purchase a samsung wave 525 mobile on 18/08/2011. After 4-5 days it gets off anytime during working on mobile. I went to service centre time to time. But they had not satisfied me till now. I want to change my handset.

              Dear Sir,

              I have given request for free demo for my Blu ray DVD player (req.Id.[protected] dtd 26thDec2012) i was assured that engg will visit & give demo on 26th between 6 to 8 pm. No body called & visited. I again approached them (cus. care toll free no) they assured me that the engg will certainly visit on 27th. When i requested them to provide me the escalation level contact details he avoided giving me that and kept on giving foolish promised..As a result i had to give up call after 16 mins..
              Can some one help me in this regards
              Would request a better servicing for a known good product

                I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy Chat' phone from CROMA on 14.12.2012, with the invoice number: SLF02A[protected]. We paid rd. 8002/- The phone has some major problem thus we returned to CROMA on 21.12.2012. There was the problem of 'soulding'. we told them to replace the phone as the problem occurred with in 7 days of purchased. We asked many times to place the handset and give us a new one but they never listened to us and told that there was only some minor problem in the phone. And we had to receive the repaired phone, hoping that no other problem will occur. But again yesterday (26.12.2012) the 'phone’s display' is gone. i cannot see anything when i get a call or when i call someone. I am fed up with the behaviour of CROMA people. They act as if they are helping me as they have received their amount now behaving as if they are doing some extra duty. They show attitude to us and behave as if they as doing some mercy by repairing the phone. Today I will again go to CROMA and i know i have to waste a lot of my energy to convince them about the problem. I understand the Phone/handset has some major problem but they are not ready to listen anything thus i just need my money back. I am not going to receive the repaired phone in any case.

                  I am Harikrishnan, someone stolen my mobile Samsung Galaxy while watching the movie in picture hall in hyderabad for which the particular are mentioned below, in spite of me having insurance cover, the insurance rep is in need of FIR copy and untraceable report from police station, which was denied by police. Police told that the can give only the inward registration number not give the FIR or untraceable report as requested by insurance co. Also i blocked that Sim and using the same number which was reissued by service provider.

                      I bought a 40inch LED TV from Samsung and just 20 days of very little use due to my extensive travelling the TV stopped working.
                      Tried contacting the dealer from whom i purchased the set but of no avail. They just have been telling me that they will talk to the concerned people.The Samsung technician did visit my place to check the TV. He says the TV has some loose contact due to which the TV has problems.
                      After he left the TV again stopped working.
                      Don't expect this quality products and pathetic service from a company like Samsung.

                      HI i bought 21 inch Samsumg TV in 2009 and on[protected] got problem and not working .I called samsung costumer help center and they told service man will visit you soon they came to me after 6 days after several reminder and told me IC its part of tv has to replace .But till date it not working from that day i m calling them daily but not responding even i called Gurgaon samsung head he also nt picking up my phone and suddenly
                      i got message from samsung that dear customer your call has been cancelled as repair cost has not been approved i was socked . They told me IC is out of stock so you need to change the main mother board.
                      My tv is nt so old so how it can be possible that its parts is not in samsung center. They only making me fool
                      to charge higher.I will suggest people not buy samsung product. my complain no is [protected] if any one can help me then help me out.

                      I am J.Krishnamurthy, from Hosur, Tamil nadu.

                      A wk ago i have purchased a new branded 27” LED tv from Sharp tronics, Hosur. Now it is not working atall. I discussed with one Mr.Saravanan the branch manager of sharptronics and there was no proper response with regard this. I went several time to them and called them several times, finally the service engineer of samsang has come to my house today by five pm. He checked and just said that the mother board is gone and has to be replaced.

                      I would like to know, what the hell Samsung has manufactured and it may be .0001% rejection to hell Samsung but it is hundred percent rejection to me and my family.

                      i had a live chat one mr.manish and see the attachment what we have discussed.

                      By evening 7.23pm i am getting a sms stating that “thank you for calling Samsung service centre and trust your problem has been resolved”. I would like to know what the hell has been resolved. Nothing has been solved and how dare them to send me a sms like this.

                      Your product made my self and my family distress.

                      I don’t want to change any part of my new tv, it has to be resolved without touching my tv. Or i want an immediate replacement of the same.

                      Just blindly don’t work and send the message like this without checking and i got sms from LM 30308282D

                      EVENING I HAD A LIVE CHAT WITH MANISH OF SAMSUNG CALL CENTRE THROUGH NET AND ATTACHED THE DETAILS FOR YOUR VERIFICATION

                      No other way than replacement an investment of 27000 will have to make sense

                      Your immediate action in this regard will be appreciated.

                      PL NOTE: IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED ON OR BEFORE THIS Saturday THERE IS NO OTHER WAY FOR ME INSTEAD OF FILING A CASE

                        I have bought a Samsung laptop 6 days back, and yesterday I started the laptop but it didn't work.
                        I have called the customer care regarding the same for 5 time but no one has approached so far. They keeps on saying out technical team will call back you within 30 mins but I haven't got any call after I logged complaint yesterday 4PM.

                        Please help.

                          Myself NITIN.M.Shah a customer of Samsung mobile,i have purchased a mobile "Samsung galaxy y".Its not been a six months,handsets is giving problem Battery doesn't give backup for a single day and samsung application doesn't work fast.So for this purpose i visited to the Samsung Service center located at Kalyan "OM TELECOM SERVICES".They checked my mobile and at the end they said there is not a single problem detected.After discussing the things they are treating me like i m a begar or thief.After all that they say "sir your mobile doesn't work properly we have to format and install software",they do this unnecessarily every time.And a Manager of this service center doesn't have manner how to talk with customer.She try to argue on every minute and raise a voice to prove herself correct.This scenario has been repeated before also with me.But i thought let it go,but now this was height.Let me tell you one thing samsung service center employee argue with every 2nd person who visited in there center.This things happened with me on 22nd dec.2012,timing 5:15(around).I doesn't have any proof with me.I request you to please reply as soon as possible.waiting for your reply.

                            I bought Samsung S3 (39,197/-)(Invoice no - SLF02A[protected] before three months(15/9/2012) from Tata Chroma. For the product care, I chose extended warranty from them. Before 13 days ago, It slipped from my bed(nearly 2.5ft height from ground) and its display shows some crack inside of the glass panel. Phone stopped displaying. I took it to Chroma and they send it to Samsung care. Now they asked me to nearly 7000 Rs for its recovery. I told them It was just 2 ft, under warranty, extended warranty and you offered me so weak product or defective peace. They didn't favor me of any kind.

                              Dear Samsung Authorities;

                              I have purchased a LCD TV 23 Months back.

                              Recently we observed some lines and brightness elevated on the TV screen ....I called Samsung customer care(Complain No :[protected] and they sent a service engineer on 22-Dec-2012. He said that the TV panel has to be replaced and I need to pay Rs.15 to 19 thousand to repair.
                              he concluded this without checking anything like timing and control board or any fuses, only seeing the lines on TV screen.
                              and I came to know that its a common problem with Samsung TVs.

                              I was completely shocked to listen this. Because I purchased the TV around 30k and need to spend Rs.15-19k to repair it.

                              I feel completely cheated on buying the Samsung TV as I was told that the same is a good product and I would never have to worry about its performance.

                              SAMSUNG/LCD — Malfunctioning Samsung LCD

                              How can a Rs:54,000 LCD conveniently begin malfunctioning just after the end of the 1 year warranty? Never heard of such a thing before? Read on...

                              1. Product purchased: Samsung LCD 37A550PIRLXL

                              2. Date of purchase: 22nd October 2008

                              3. Price paid: Rs:54,000

                              4. Complaint for the last 10 days: Screen blacks out but sound is just fine after 1 hour of running. Switch TV off and switch on again. Works fine for 10-20 minutes before screen blacks out again. The same gets repeated all over again repeatedly.

                              5. What do the service guys say?: This happens in a few LCDs out of every few 100!!! The panel will have to be replaced at a cost of Rs:27,500!!!!! NO EXPLANATION OFFERED as to why this sould happen to a brand new, merely 16 month old LCD!!!!

                              6. What do I have to say to that?: Do you think I am nuts????? Pay 50% of the original cost after just 16 months from purchase????

                              WORLD CLASS QUALITY???? WORLD LEADER IN LCDs???? CRAP, I SAY AND HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!!

                              Never again will i purchase a Samsung product in this life or the next!

                              BE WARNED. FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED!

                              I had a BPL TV for 10 years without a single problem ever. BE INDIAN, BUY INDIAN!

                                Sir,

                                I marked the below mail to the samsung as well as contacted several times to them but the problems are still the same.

                                Dear Team

                                With due respect I would like to state that I am suffering from a very serious issue regarding my phone (GALAXY R GT-I9103, S/N-RVBBA44002M) from a long time and got harassed several times by your service center.

                                Sir, I opted for this brand because of it’s value and support only. I was using my phone since 13/02/2012 up to 03/10/2012 in peace. But as I submitted my phone to the service center (SEC-27, SH NO 2,FF ROOPCHAND MARKET, NOIDA) on 04/10/2012 first time for software up gradation only, I lost everything including my peace of mind too. Hereby I am providing you the reasons behind it.

                                1. They submitted my phone for hanging issue on 4/10/2012.
                                2. After a few days (2-3), I visited again. They were returning my phone back with up graded software (as said by them).
                                3. I got my phone body tempered (as it was not repaired by proper instrument for sure) with a changed battery (as you can find that they had submitted my phone with battery on 04/10/2012 in job sheet). I denied to take my phone back and have lots of words with manager there. Then they gave me a new battery (which is with me) and asked for more days to change my cabinet.
                                4. Again I needed to visit service center and called them many times for the repairing status.
                                5. Meanwhile I got harassed mentally and physically which was not really acceptable and expectable in case of such a brand SAMSUNG.
                                6. Story doesn’t end here. I am not sure what they have done with my phone along with changing my cabinet , I got my phone back after 12-15 days of submitting the phone.
                                7. Because of this repairing issue, I got my phone completely dead on 3/12/2012 (not more than 1 and ½ month from the received repaired date). I was out of station and so I got my phone submitted again on 05/12/2012 in the service center after misguiding by them this time too. Till now my phone is in service center.

                                Sir, As warranty of my phone will expire on 12/02/2013, very less time from now. As my phone is in service center twice in 1 and ½ months only for 12-15 days first time and already 7 days past this time and still there. If the problem occur again after 2 months, you people will charge customer for the parts whereas it was due to fault of your technician and service center.

                                So, as keeping the value of your brand in mind I would like to request you to replace my phone. I don’t want this phone which is now habituated to visit service center every month and not less than 10 days each time.

                                  I had recently purchased Samsung's brand product SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE II PHABLET Model No. GT-N7100 (IMEI No.-[protected]) from one of my nearest dealer Sai Electronics DILSHAD GARDEN Delhi-110095 vide Bill No.-31784 on 5th Nov 2012. At the beginning i thought it was my great pleasure to invest my whole savings on SAMSUNG PHABLET as it is one of the greatest phablet available in the market till date with none of its neck competitors (this was my assumption before i started facing problems). But now here comes the hardship; within a week only handset started giving problem and was not functioning properly. Now It's quite difficult to use this handset for business purpose. It's getting heated in while calling or surfing internet in every 20-30 minutes & gets shutdown due to overheating. Sometimes it's getting hanged so now I m much worried about to use this phone. Also the major concern is regarding the battery issue & drainage problem. The battery backup is very less & even the maximum battery mostly gets drained off @ a steady rate which causes the device to heat at above than 55'C as per my experience observation & experience so far. So, initially i contacted the dealer regarding all these type of issues but he was so rude that i couldn't get proper response from his end. So, finally i decided to take help of customer care....but here problems became much more intense. I wasn't able to contact customer care as my call always remained in queue @ IVR for more than 30 mins.... but never got connected to inbound executive resulting in abandon. This raised my frustration a lot as there seemed to be no resolution till date as days were going over n over. Finally somehow after a long follow-up, on 8th December somehow my call got connected to C.C & i having my discussion with the executive explained him regarding the issues with my handset starting from Wi-Fi settings to call quality, signal dropping & others grievances as mentioned above.........but it seemed they were reluctant in helping me...as the kept the things like around the bush with their scripted words just repeating & making If & Buts? saying that there is no problem with this handset as according to them battery heat up is normal thing in android phones but up to how much temperature?they were not in a state to tell me & simply diverted the topic by saying to visit to service center. Now what I have to say all about this is it a joke for them to simply take the things lightly by repeating the scripts to visit the service center or it has become a tradition for this organization to invite its customers to its service center within such a short span of time of its new brand product. So what it feels to me the reality after being a customer is that the quality & service has really demoted as per my experience till date & has forced me to put an apocrypha on Samsung's hyped customer service as I am very much disappointed with the quality and service. Earlier I was using Apple and HTC and i am very much satisfied with them. Both manufacturing brands are best and providing better service. But it feels that my decision was totally wrong to switch to ur esteemed brand as per my assumption earlier. I heard about SAMSUNG a lot but i would say now, one of the worst brand ever i have used. These guys are totally fraudulent and cheater. I would never suggest to anyone to go with SAMSUNG. I am very much disappointed with the quality and service. After a long follow up in tense & frustration with no resolution till date what I felt all in vain???so I can?t expect much more worse than this I don?t want to follow up these guys in service center as I know I will have to bear a more than this & have to face a more consequences & their stupidity in service center which is a nominal thing as experienced by several customers. So, all I can expect at last from Samsung to either get this defective handset replaced with new one or simply redeem back all my money as I don't want to deal with such a company anymore.

                                  Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd. — I WANT REFUND AFTER REPEATED PROBLEM 3 TIMES IN WARRANTY

                                  My mobile set hardware problem repeated 3 times till now and Mobile set is under cervice centre.Now warranty period is expired on dated 28 March,2010.But mobile is not corrected till now.
                                  In March cervice centre told to us for request has been sent for refund,but now they are again saying refund request has been canceled and will be correct shortly.
                                  In avobe refernce I sent a many reminder mails to samsungsupport.com, but no any justfication given by concern in last six months. My set is under service centre last Oct 2009 but in d last third time given on 14/12/2009 to till continue.
                                  But I dont want this set in repaired codition,only I want only refund.Pl suggest to us do the needful ASAP.
                                  worst response & my deal with this company till ever...

                                    Iam Naveen Kumar.P ,working at GreatMinds media solution pvt ltd IT company near indira nagar ,iam living near maruthi nagar(nagarbhavi ) .As usual 20th dec i reached majestic 8 10 am for my training class at kormangala in that time i was listening to music. I got one blue color bmtc 171g (just before leaving the AC vayu vajra 171 bus)bus from platform number 14 ,while iam bording bus on first step i can hear song by headset but after the second step within seconds music stops and i checked my pant pocket but the phone is not there and headset was removed .

                                      i had experienced today[protected] by 1.00pm, 2 persons came near my house and dey told we came from punjab, we are a truck drivers for samsung produsts we bought this samsung mixer grinder from der and we have 1 piece left with us so we are givng it for half price.......

                                      my husband told me dat dis is not a samsung product after seeing samsung logo in that catalouge .

                                      I thought to check once in net abt the product and price but i dint get any such products and i got this blog...

                                      And i saw some complaints regarding the same issue , Thank u for ur comments regarding dis fraud, ur comments help me from geting cheated ...

                                        Sir,
                                        I hv purchased a 32 Ltr Samsung Microwave oven through CSD as I m a serving Armed Force personnel. It was booked by me on 06 Nov 12. For that I hv deposited the money at CSD Khadki after getting availability from the authorized CSD supplier (Poona Agencey, khadki, Pune (MH)).The supplier has promised me that the item will be delivered to me within 5-7 days. On 24 Nov 12 I have collected the same from supplier and I was informed that withing 2-3 days the Samsung rep will come and give the demo. The rep came to me and informed that some part of the oven is not working properly.Further he also informed the company as well as the supplier on this matter. After that another rep of the company also visited to me and lodged the complain for replacement the oven. He told me that replacement will take appx 15-30 days. I informed to the supplier regarding this and i was replied it will not take that much time by 05th Nov it will be replaced. But sir till date I m unable to use the item for which i paid since one month back. Again I informed to supplier the same through telephonic ally in that i was informed that we are in process and u need not to informed to any one in this matter except the supplier. Again I received a call from company rep Mr Dinesh on 19 Dec 12 stating that company is not in position to replace the item and money can be refunded back which i denied. Then I made a call to customer care and informed in this regard on 20 Dec 12 vide complain No. [protected]. I got call from customer care on 21 Dec 12 in that again i got the same reply by Mr. Dinesh in conference call also offered to take another model which i denied as company continuing their own condition. Sir you are requested suggest/guide that where i should raise the matter for these unnecessary physical as well as mental harassment to a customer.
