On 4-Nov-2012, I purchased a Samsung Smart TV for Rs. 95,000 from Samsung Flagship Store from R-City Mall, Ghatkopar. The Smart TV was received by me on 7-Nov-12. On 9-Nov-12, the TV was installed by one of the engineer on a Stand and he assured us that demo will be given by another engineer. However, no such engineer arrived. Finally we called the customer call centre for demo on 10-Nov-12 and it was confirmed by the call centre that the demo will be given by the engineer on next day. However, no person turn up.

Since, the TV was installed on Stand, I started using it. I was said that there were features like Motion Control, Voice control, Built in WIFI, Camera. However, none of the features are working. Also, the tv images appear blurred.No one is ready to respond.

Hence, I am filing this complaint against the company for a defective product and requesting for a full refund. I am not interested in any of the samsung products and advice others as well to stay away from it.

Samsung — Defective product

Sir,

I have made the biggest mistake buying samsung AC. it has become nightmare and sleepless night after taking this AC from Samsung.

I bought this Samsung AC last year between july & August 2008, the companies service centre has taken atleast 5 times to there workshop & still we are facing the problem. We couldnt use properly from the date we have taken samsung product

I told them to replace the product as it is a defective product, but shamlesly they say that it can't be replaced as it is under warranty.

I will never ever take samsung product nor would suggest any 1 buying any product from samsung. They should accecpt there product is faulty.

I had purchased the best and most costly model of samsung washing machine on 8th march, 2008 from jaipur, It worked for 2 years but after that it started creating problems. In the meantime we shifted to udaipur and complained many times to company's service centre, but till now the problem is not rectified. As we got the machine financed, so we dont have the bill also. Kindly guide us.

Samsung — Problem With Product And Service

I am ashish and using a phone (GT s 5830 ) and facing a problem with the phone my phone getting switch off 2-3 times in a day.before few days it get resart and now it getting switch off(This handset make problems first day from first day its battery getting heat up than it was changed in 4-5 days) My last experience with the service was very bad so that time i didn't go to service center because your staff behaviour is very bad.

so please do needful as you can otherwise tell me what should i do ...

i bought a refrigerator from the Samsung distributor on 8th May-2011.

after 10 days of purchase, there was water leakage from under the fridge. on inspecting it , i saw that there is a water tray which is fixed and cannot be removed , is filled with water from the fridge.
i called up the technician and on checking he gave a ridiculous solution that, i have to move the fridge every 15 days and remove the water from that tray.
as the tray is fixed, i have to use a small cup to remove all the water.

many technicians from Samsung have come and they keep giving stupid reasons like the humidity at my house is very high and stuff like that.
i have been using a fridge since the past 15 years and never have faced a problem like this.

i have asked for a refund and till now they have not given it to me.
when i call up , i keep getting different phone numbers and no one answers me or calls back.

i think SAMSUNG is only a international brand name, but the product and service is the worst i have seen.

i would request you all to think twice before buying any product from this company.
I bought a samsung galaxy ace phone three months back. It becomes very hot while charging and while talking or browsing the internet. Also the battery dies down very soon.
I bought Samsung galaxy tab 2 p3100 on 9/07/12 from Rimps and Rimps Mobiles store i bought two handsets out of which one's touch pad stopped working. i went to customer service they told me they cant replace the full handset they can just replace the damage part.. I asked they its defected piece and i know Samsung is having rule if within four days instrument stop working for some particular reason they change the whole piece. Still i didnt do anything and i just asked them to change touch pad i submit the phone on Wednesday and they told me they will give it back in two days which was Friday, i called them on Friday they said part have not arrived and so i will get it on Saturday. I called them on Saturday and they said you can come down its ready. when i went there they they said sorry there was miss communication and actually we changed your touch pad but still its not working and so we need to change mother board and now you will get your tab on Friday i.e. after one week.

When i asked them to change tablet they said this tablet is register on 12/6/2012 that this tablet is sold on this date so we cant replace the full tab.

Where i have bill of purchase dated on 9th july 2012. Retailer is saying by mistake some one have registered this on 12/6/12.

I will attach bill , job sheet of Samsung customer care and print out of registration date of tab.

Right now i dont have scanner.

Finally, an expert technician visited my home to resolve the issue. However, the expert technician knew nothing. He did not know how to activate motion control/voice control/camera. Neither the person was aware of any features of smart tv.
It looks as if the company has only advertise its product but none exists.

Thank you for such a response. I further request you to collect your TV immediately before I ask the garbage picker to pick it up.
I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy S Duos six months back. Since then I am facing a lot of problem. After three months the earphone troubled me then after six month the battery and the handset. After facing a lot of trouble I visited your Samsung service center at Gurgaon they kept my phone for one day and the next day they intended to return the phone with issue resolved according to them. But yet after that the problem was not resolved. Despite of my continuous feedback that what were the problems they heard nothing and asked me to submit the phone once again. I took them as unqualified and unskilled to solve any of the issue other than software update took my phone back and decided to visit other service center there they have done the same thing i.e. software update and problem still persist. Then after much harsh discussion with the manager and a senior from Samsung escalation department the phone was kept for another two days and the problem was finally resolved. According to them the Motherboard of the phone was replaced. Bu now while using my phone for connecting my laptop via USB tethering my phone suddenly switched off though the battery was 54%, and when I tried to switched it ON it was unable to do so. Then I connected my phone whit the charger and tried once more, to my surprise what I noticed that the battery was 0% and it took 3:30 Mins to charge from 0%-60% of the battery now you can make estimation what will be the time taken to charge my battery full. Then I made a call to the service center where my phone was repaired (Lakshya) and they told me to re-submit the phone to check what the problem is.
Another add on problem is that while charging my phone it is not connected to the charger and I need to restart the phone to continue charging.

Now, my issue is that am I left with the only work to keep on visiting the Samsung service center every time at the cost of my time and job?. Have I purchased the phone to keep me troubling or for my convenience? Is the understanding for Samsung something like this “That customers exists because Samsung is there OR Samsung exists because Customers are there”. This was my first ever experience with Samsung and undoubtedly a very bad one. I am very much disappointed with the type of products Samsung makes and more even the service they provide to their customers. I think you should take some lessons in terms of customer service from Nokia.
Now since I am very much disappointed with Samsung I am not willing to use this phone any more either I want a replacement for this phone or at the cost of this phone I am going for something legal. I am fed up visiting the service centers and facing the problem with my phone.
I have written a mail to the customer support but they just replied my mail with appology but no steps has been taken yet.
I need a complete replacement for this phone and get rid of the problem finally. I dont have ample of time as stated earlier to re-visit the service center again and again at the cost of my job. I will be sacked off from my job, then who will be responisble for it.

    I have purchased Samsung LED TV from Chester.UK ( Currys PCWorld) in April 2012 .Brought to my home country later . With few months the display is started showing issues.
    We had registered online soon after we purchased. I was told registering online is enough to get Samsung warranty.

    We have submitted the Scan copy of the receipt to Samsung India, but they insist on
    International warranty card (duly filled and stamped by the dealer with Indian flag).
    Not sure how we can get a document with Indian flag from a foreign country like UK ?

    Hi Samsung Support Team,

    I have bought samsung 40EH5000 series in Riyadh (ExtraStores - Saudi) which covers international warranty. But now facing some issues with TV and when checked with Samsung Technician he reported theres issue with panel and the panel needs to be changed but can be changed only by paying extra amount even we have provided all the bills and details which we have received at the time of purchase.
    When we checked in Riyadh at the time of buying the TV, the dealer informed that the TV comes under international warranty and the invoice Bill itself covers as international warranty, but samsung India is not considering that as international warranty and asking to pay extra amount. Now i am in India and now its not possible to get in touch with Riyadh dealer for more details on this. Can you please help us out how to replace the panel even though the product is still comes under the warranty.

    I bought Samsung LED TV (Model:UA40EH6030R) on December from Thailand and using in India. Since few days my TV giving me automatic restart issue. It restarts often sometimes in 2-3 mins gap or sometimes stays for long. I have registered the product under product registration page in Samsung.com website. i have all the relevant document that the dealer has provided with product which includes Invoice (bill), VAT refund form and receipt, warranty card (as available inside the box). When contacted service center in India, they told me since this is bought from Thailand hence no international warranty will be covered and will have to pay for the service. Service center is also saying, there has to be a international warranty certificate, however, there is no such warranty certificate available nor it is mentioned anywhere in internet.

    There are number of peoples are suffering due to this (complaints are logged under this site for the same issue) and peoples are losing interest in buying Samsung electronic products.

    Request your assistance.

    i have purchased samsung tab from dubai duty free at the airport last month .the product worked fine for few days but after sometime its display suddenly went off. the device is working as i can hear click sound but no display . currently i m residing in visakhapatnam, india. i took it to nearest samsung authorised service centre but they refused to accept my product for repairs as it has been purchased outside india. i have receipt of my purchase . i dont know what to do now... plz help.

      dear sir iam using samsung gt s5570 (mini) from june 2012 unfortunately battery was drain with in 3-4 hours and takes 4 hours for charging. I tried all option, by switch off Wi-fi, GPS, 3G and bluetooth as Brtghtness also then also I am getting only 4-5 hrs. of bcakup, after that it is fully drain. Finally I come to conclusion that I would like to change battery but it also showing same problem)

      iam already went to samsung service centre in narasaraopet (sre mahalakshmi cellulars) they charged 350 rs but the problem was not clear

      Recently i bought a samsung mobile B2100.Upto 15 days it works good,after tere is a big problam takes in my mobile.The problam is During the call the battery goes to low and switch off again switch on it shows full battery.i went service center they told it is a battery problam and repalce it.Again after 1 day i got the same problam.i went to the shop and ask what is the problam.He told me there is circuit board problam i will replace that within 15 days.I given my phone and collect my phone after 15days.The problam was not rectified.Still i am facing the same problam.Will u pease suggest me wha will i do.I think the samsung service was wast and the mobiles are wast mobiles.

        I bought a Samsung galaxy tab 2 on September 2012 , the company offered me a free Bluetooth device , now it's almost over 2 months ,my tracking number was FED-32509 , they told me they sent it via dtdc ,but when i contacted them , they told me they sent it back to Samsung , failed to find the address was the reason , this happened 1 month ago , then i tried to contact Samsung but no reply,nothing ,
        They cheated me , they stealed the product,

          Samsung — No response for demo and installation

          I had requested for demo and installation of my new TV, 48 hrs back. Since then I have called almost ten times and there is no response as yet.
          i am facing the same problem. i bought a LED tv from arcee electronic store, new panvel, navi mumbai on 16/10/12. For Installation dealers mentioned I would get call from SAMSUNG and they would come for demo and installation.i got the same and i was told he would come on the same sunday but no one came.

          Called up customer care and they mentioned person would visit to my place anytime between 10 to 08:30pm. Kept myself available for the engr to complete installation. weeks later a technician turned up and said he would charge me for the service as a month had passed since purchase. no one had informed me about the terms of installation before and hence its not my fault. the technician told me he would check with his office and contact me again. but still waiting for a response for more than a month.
          i am very very dissatisfied with the service of samsung. other rival companies suh as LG atc are ofering free service within a year.

          Kindly help.

            This is with reference to my purchase of Samsung RT72KBSL Refrigerator from Sri Jagdish Electronic Pvt Ltd, Ghatkopar, Mumbai vide invoice no. 000985 dt 09 Jun 12 at a price of Rs. 56,500/-. Since the refrigerator has been delivered and installed at my house, I am facing a continuous problem of door locking due to vacuum. Whenever the refrigerator door is opened (either the main door or the freezer compartment door), after closing, the doors do not open again for almost 4-5 minutes. I registered a complaint in this regard at the store in early Jul 2012 after which a service engineer visited my house and adjusted some wire in the back of the refrigerator. However, this did not resolve the issue and the problem persisted. Subsequently I registered another complaint in mid Aug 2012 which led to visit by another service engineer. This time the engineer opened the entire freezer compartment from the top and did some servicing. However, the problem still persists. I visited the store personally and have been requesting the Manager Mr. Uday provided me with a solution but other than asking me to complain to samsung, even the company showroom has been of no help In last 4 months my brand new fridge has been opened and ''repaired'' twice! I have written to samsung so many times but none of my emails have been replied to. I have spent Rs.56000 on this product and am a salaried person - it''s like an investment for me. I feel cheated at the hands of Samsung and they do not care about customers at all. i am very frustrated with this situation and would request you to help me.

              I have tried my best to get the problem resolved through your service engineers. However, despite two attempts, there has been no improvement. Further, in less than 2 months duration, my brand new fridge has been opened and 'repaired' twice! This leads me to believe that the refrigerator delivered to me is a defective piece. In addition, after spending more than Rs. 50,000/-, one does not like to keep an item which is continuously problematic and has already been opened and repaired so many times.

              We have given several calls to the company and written several compaints on email but no action has been taken. I have spent Rs. 56000 and am very disappointed with the services of Samsung in India. I am frustrated with the way the company has dealt with me and want to take legal action agiast them. I hope that this forum will provide me some support. We are service class people and this is like an investment for us!

              Purchasing such an expensive item from a reputed company like Samsung, one does not expect to be handed over a 'defective' piece and subsequently continue to be harassed by the company for repairs. Further, I am yet to speak to any higher executives of Samsung other than the technician who is attending the complaint to the best of his capability. Even my previous email has not been replied to. This leads me to believe that adequate attention/ seriousness is not being accorded to the issue and the company is not realising the inconvenience that is being caused to the customer.

              Due to the continued harassment that I am facing in getting a working product for which I have paid full money, I think that the only solution left for me is to take up the matter legally through consumer courts.

              Samsung Refrigerator with freezer at the bottom — Complaint not been resolved

              I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator ( Model with Bottom freezer)in mid 2007. On 18th July, we realised that the cooling effect had completely diminished, we called the called center on 19th July (Saturday) and a personnel was sent across on Monday/ Tuesday to check the complaint. He said there was a problem with the stabilizer and connected the fridge directly to the power supply. This did not help and we filed another complaint on 24th July ( Thurday). For the next three-Four days we kept calling the service center but to no avail. Finally the personnel was sent over again, I think on Tuesday. He said it was a gas issue and that the gas needed to be filled again for which we would get a call from the call center. Again this did not happen for a few day, after repeated calling the the personnel was sent over to correct the issue, but he said that the problem could be with the heater. This happened on the 4th/%th August, after which we have called the call center but no one has come to look at the complain? Please help.

              Samsung Refrigerator — not proper working

              i brought refrigrator modal RA23WBPS dt.10/04/10 is not working properly. mai last one month sa kafi complaint da chuka hu,daily yahi kaha jata hai ki today injenior aa jayaga. ab maujhy kafi harasment kar diya hai tomorrow mai ya refrigrator usi shop par de dunga MEHARSONS sco 1096 sector 26 chandgarh. please solve my m problem. otherwise i send the mail consumer court.

                I bought new Samsung Galaxy S duos on 25th Oct 2012. There was some problem with the default MP3 player that comes installed with the handset. I went to service center near by my area viz. Bharat Communication, Pahar Ganj, where the associates agreed on the fact that there is some internal problem with the set, and they kept my device assuring to sort out the problem within 2-3 days. Now it's been more than 2 weeks, but I haven't got any satisfactory answer from anyone in the company. Every time I talk to service center or customer service, they keep on giving assurance of rectifying the problem as soon as possible, but doesn't give any final verdict on it.

                I never expected such kind of irresponsible customer service from a company like Samsung.

                I am going out of the city within 3 days, hence expecting the solution before that. Here are some details:

                  Had got my refrigerator repaired on 30th oct, as adviced and forced by your company and the entire damper was replaced. This was the fourth time that the refrigerator had got repaired but the problem still not resolved, you can see the ice on the top layer of the food items and fresh vegetables getting frost bite.

                  I had been repeatedly requesting, since first month of purchase, as there is some manufacturing defect. But no body even bothered to look at the problem from that angle and kept forcing me to get it repaired. It is almost 10 months now and the problem is till there.
                  My refrigerator had been repaired for almost 4 times now and the problem still persisits.

                  CAN I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE GET MY REFRIGERATOR CHANGED AS THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURINGT PROBLEM IN IT.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had purchased samsung refrigerator last year in the month of December from Vijay sales , Kharghar, navi Mumbai. The cost of the same was approx 60k.

                  After a months or so, the things which were there in the upper part of the refrigerator started freezing and ice could be seen on the top layer of the food item.

                  we repeatedly called customer care and every time they directed our call to online engineers whoc used to tell us to change the temperature and this went on till almost 41/2 months.

                  Finally i asked themn to give me a ticket number of the complaint and hence got my complaint registered with your customer care.

                  Details of my call made to your customer care and complaint lodged is there in your system.

                  The first technitian who came had just changed the temperature and assured that the problem will get resolved but problem was not solved. we again called service centre and they sent the senior technitian and he changed a wire in the dumper pannel of the refrigerator, but still the problem was not solved, even it got more exagerated.

                  I then mailed the complaint to the CEO complaint cell from where i got a call and he assured me that the complained will be resolved asap. The technitian, who came this time was shocked to see the condition of fresh vegetables and fruits ( every thing was frost bite) and took the pictures of the same to be shown to the service centre.

                  Post all this drama which went of till last to last month - i strongly took this up with your CEO customer care cell saying that the refrigerator was defected hence pls get the same replaced because the problem started fom the second month only. Had written N number of mails against which i got calls initially but the answer was that pls get the entire dumper replaced but the refrigerator can not be changed as it is almost 9 months from the date of purchase now. Is it my fault that my complained was not resolved by you in so many months. In last 2 or 3 mails no body even bothered to call back.

                  Would request you pls go thru all the mails which i had written to the CEO customer care cell. If you want , i can share with you all mails and the details of the calls made to the service centre, CEO customer care and the detail of technitians who all had visited my place.

                  If this is the way the complaint of the customer is handled then i am sorry to say that samsung should not talk about customer centricity .... customer delight....


                  I had requested your CEO customer complaint cell to get my refrigerator changed, which they had not done but actually forced me to get the same repaired. I had asked for an extended warranty so that i am satisfied that the repair which has been done in my refrigerator just a month before the warranty period expires, is genuine and i have an extended warranty in hand so that in case if still i face any problem , i am covered under warranty. this also they refused as the decision for giving extended warranty is taken by some third party and not samsung.

                  I am a Brand loyal customer of samsung and had been using samsung products from years now. at present i have samsung 32" LED, microwawe, refrigerator and washing machine but after this bad experience with Sansung i would not even think of buying or recoimmending sumsung to any of my friend or relative.

                  Had been facing this humiliation while talking to your custoimer care team from last so many months and also because of problem in refrigerator had got monetory loss because of fruits, vegetables and packed food got frost bite and hence was forced to throw the same.

                  can i expect some solution from your end in terms of getting additional warranty for my refrigerator for 2 years ( without cost) and compensation for the humiliation and problem which i had faced in last 6 - 7 months - not necessarily in monetary terms. Could be in terms of gift vouchers or some product.

                  Expecting a positive reply from your end atleast, as i believe that you are the last person in samsung from whom the solution is expected or else i will be forced to go to the media and consumer court.

                  I bought a samsung led monitor 20" model no.S20A300N on 28/06/11 . I found small black spot at the center of the screen i made a complaint an engineer visited and while he was working he was recieving calls from the back office to report back .the engineer though replaced the led panel and had to rush away as he visited at 09:30pm on 25/07/11 . as he went i spotted another dot now the right corner of the screen .these are all manufacturing defects in the product .i am not at all satisfied by the product . samsung bears a very high repute in the service industry .I opted for samsung thinking that the best of material is used by samsung . i replacement of the product with a new unit or i will have to move to consuimer court.

                    I bought Samsung Galaxy GT-P3100TSEINU Tablet mobile Phone from Samsung's Authorized Dealer: Star Mobile Ltd, G-26, South Extension Part-I, New Delhi 110049 and paid Rs.21000/- in cash against Retail Invoice No. 3502 Dated[protected]. The Phone was billed under the Product Serial No. [protected].

                    For the past 3-days, I have been trying to register my product on the following Website of Samsung for online support and to draw 1-year product warranty:

                    But the registration is being denied with comments " Incorrect Product Serial Number".

                    There is no Product Serial Number mentioned any where on the back side of the tablet phone as is being suggested by Samsung to claim authenticity of the product.

                    The Serial Number [protected] appears on the label pasted on the packing and also in the memory of the Tablet Phone under the head: as "IMEI number" of the Tablet Phone

                    Therefore, does the denial of the onsite product registration is for the reason that this is a Grey Market Product on which No Customs Duty and Service Tax has been paid to the Government?

                      I have purchased a LED TV from Venus electronics, Thrissur one month back. Product model code: UA32EH5000RLXL, S/N:MQE13PBC807036T Last week the tv got out of order and there is no display or sound. I have registered a complaint with the customer care first (complaint No:[protected]) and there was no response back. No one came or informed me about what to do next. Again I called customer care and again a complaint was registered on 12/11/2012 (complaint No:[protected]).This time they assured me that the service engineers will be calling me before 8.30pm the same day.And i didn't get any call from anywhere.
                      I purchased this SAMSUNG LED TV as a part of my celebration of Diwali festival. Neither the product was up to the standard as it us to claim nor the service. we are totally dissatisfied with the quality of samsung and the service provided by them
                      Today is Diwali and we just blame our-self for choosing a brand which created so much bad experience for us.

                      Samsung CTV — Not responding to the customers complaint.

                      Dear Sir,

                      This is for your kind information that we have brought a Samsung CTV on 22/08/2009 in Srivari & Co in Shenoy Nagar Chennai from January 14, 2010 there is no picture is coming there is a black screen and a horizontal line is present. The same day we have registered a complaint to the anna nagar service center. Complaint no is [protected] they said they will come and attend too shortly, but no body has come until five days after that one person has came I did ask his name he has filled some form and went away. He has not rectified our TV problem and nothing is happening from that day onwards. We are keep on calling the people daily, but there is no response they are giving dummy answers. Not at all responding properly we have brought that TV five months back it is having problem and it is in warrently period the company should take action immediately, but samsung is worst I never thought that Samsung will be like this. We are newly married couple really I am saying we wont buy any Samsung products in our lifetime, sorry for taking our TV from Samsung company so plz kindly attend the fault immediately this time. Do not neglate these kind of complained. Please dont make us mad by keep on giving complaint to you people.

                          I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 from "THE DIGITAL WARES" Gandhi Nagar Jammu at a price of rupees 31000 on 24/05/12 and from 25/05/12 I started get a little slag in the set and I visited the service centre and they told me that I had the older version of android on my set and it was causing the problem and they’ll change it ,they kept the phone with them for 2 hours and gave it to me after updating the software to ICS 4.0. but even after that update the same problem continued and I went 3-4 times again for the same problem the last time I went on 31/10/12 and submitted the handset with them and asked them to use it themselves for sometime so that they come to know about the real problem which is reoccurring and came again and again with repeated use. On 01/11/12 I received a call from Sam sung service centre(ABR ENTERPRISES Opp. Women College, 27 A/C, 1st Floor,Above Janta Ice-Cream,Gandhi Nagar,Jammu.) to collect my handset . I went there and asked them what they have done and they told me that “No fault was found by the engineer and the handset is ok” I asked them to please write the same on the jobsheet (a copy of which is available with me). On my earlier visits to the service centre I was given many theories by the Samsung people that 1. Moisture has developed on your phones battery 2. On one instance I talked to the manager and he told me that even his note experienced this problem and it will be totally resolved. But everything in words and nothing was done in real. I should not mention that all this is cause great trouble in my official and private work.

                            I purchased a Samsung 51” 3D plasma PS51E8000GRLXL through m/s Surya Electronics Sales, 186/15, main Jacubpura, Sadar Bazar, Gurgaon and while opening the box we observed the product has some manufacturing defect, there was a big scratch on the back cover of T.V. We immediately brought this to notice of dealer and he promised that this will be replaced by company people in a day or two.
                            Company Staff came next day and they said our duty is just to install, this is a manufacturing defect and T.V. should be replaced by the dealer and we have written on the installation about the defect, copy enclosed. Dealer then promised us we have forwarded your complaint to Samsung India’s & you will get new T.V. within next 8-10days and after regular follow up, he told you will get it soon.
                            Now suddenly on 9th November 2012 he called me on my mobile and told me that we can’t give you new TV only your back panel and can be changed which I refused. I requested him many times to replace the TV & why he made false promises from Ist day.
                            Now Sir, it is clear violation of consumer rights. I made him full payment which he asked why should I get a defected product & why I should accept repaired product. Sir I Want a brand new TV or my money back along with the compensation which I suffered from last 15 days.
                            I have copy of original bill, copy of installation forms(where I registered my complaint) & details of my regular phone calls which I made to the dealer.​
                            Please advice the dealer to do the needful.

                              HAD BOUGHT MY 40 INCH LED TV FROM INDRA SOUND BANGKOK ,A REPUTED PLACE I BELIEVE AS IT HAD DISPLAYED LOADS OF AWARDS FOR PERFORMANCE BY SAMSUNG.

                              THEY HAD ASSURED ME INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY WHICH IS COVERED IN INDIA.

                              BUT NOW WHEN I PLACED A COMPLAIN THEY REFUSED TO SERVICE IN INTERNATIONAL WARANTY AND ASKING FOR MONEY.

                              I REALLY DOUBT NOW ON SAMSUNGS SERVICE REPUTATION ON GLOBAL STANDARDS.

                                I booked complaint to Samsung on 1st Nov 2012 for fridge not working. (Complaint No [protected])
                                Their service person came on 3rd Nov and informed that a part costing Rs 5000 is required and has warranty of only 1 month and will take 3-4 days to arrive. When asked about annual maintenance contract, he said that no such scheme is available
                                I asked him to ask for the part and during next follow up the customer care of Samsung informed that the part will arrive on 7th.
                                Till today part has not come and today Samsung Customer care informed that it will come only on Monday (12th Nov 2012)
                                This is a case of very poor service. Also 1 month warranty given on replacement is unethical as it has to be at least 1 year if it is genuine company replacement done by their service person.
                                I would caution all buyers to consider above factors while making a decision to buy fridge from Samsung.

                                  i ordered on 6/sep/2012 and MY ORDERED NUMBER[protected] and he is committed with me i will sure provide your product under the 3 week but he he don't provide me my product under the 3 week i wait more time. then i cancel my order on 16/oct/2012. and he again committed with me i will sure refund your money under the 10 days but don't do. and i call many time for refunding my money but he is refunding my money

                                    Dear Sirs,

                                    I had purchased Samsung Galaxy Young Y CDMA mobile SCH-I509 on 25/10/2012 IMEI# A[protected]AC ( copy of the bill attached)and ever since I am either writing to samsung through web or going to their Service centre [protected] at Gandhinagar from 26th. October onward . their Complaint Ref # [protected] dtd 27/10/2012 and my registration at their call centre Ref # [protected] dtd 26/10/2012.

                                    The mobile is not getting connected to my lap top through Kiis for PC contact Sync, as per specs in the mannual it is supposed to connect for PC Sync.

                                    I have taken the following actions and now I am fed up., I had now requested to them for either refund my amount or replace the handset.

                                    1. I have down loaded the Kiis from your site and installed ( I am able to connect my other handset Primo-SCH-W279 but not I509.
                                    2. I spoke to your call centre, they asked me to down load again the Kiis S/W through your site for model # GT3033-Champs, I did that but still not able to connect I-509 to PC for Synch, it is connecting only for USB file transfer mass storage not for Synch.
                                    3. Thier technical person from Noida spoke to me on 27th. o but He also could not get it done and asked me to go to service centre for firm ware up gradation ,which I was already going from 26th. Onward, they gave me the Kiis s/w through which I was able to connect primo but not able to connect I-509 CDMA handset.
                                    4. Yesterday that is on 30th I have again gone to the service Center # [protected] M/S Sun Communications at gandhinagar-Gujarat and handed over the handset, They are also not able to resolve the issue, I also kept my lap top with them for a day, They repeated the whole exercise of reloading KIIS etc which I had already done but the handset SCH-I509 is not getting connected for PC Sync, It is only getting connected for mass storage. The hand set is still with them.

                                    I had requested them to either change the handset so that it connects for PC Sync or refund the amount.

                                    I have already wasted my 13 days on their mobile handset, I am using mobile since 1998 but I have never faced such a problem so far, it looks Samsung handsets are very bad and does not meet its specs.

                                    Every time a new officer speaks to me from their head office and ask for some time, I do not know as how much time is a some time? It is a mental agony for me now.

                                    You are requested to take action against Samsung as their brand new handset is not meeting specs.

                                    I had also written to their CEO through their Web site, their CEO and GM directly, their support india too.but they are giving standard reply as "wait for some time "

                                    samsung exploler — cdma mobile problem

                                    Sir,

                                    i have purchesd samsung explorer CDMA phone on dated 18 march 2008, after 10 days bettry releted problem (bettery heat after the mobile switch off )are creat than regarding this problem i am go to three times samsung service center but problem are not sortout.i am also comptlain to samsung customer care ( Ph.no.[protected], my comptlain no. is [protected]. but not setisfide answer from samsung customer care, and i am also talk to mr. sarvendra kumar (area manager up west & uttranchal) but i am not setisfide mr. sarvendra kumar. before three months my mobile problem are same to same.

                                    so i am request to you my mobile problem is sortout.

                                      Samsung Galaxy S Advance is Very bad mobile. The mobile network hangs again and again while we uSE it in 3G. Itz a very bad mobile from samsung and when we complaint about it they are ignoring us.Samsung services are very bad & behaviour of the staff in service center is very rude. I[censored] are thinking to purchase samsung mobile think about it before you purchase.

                                        Purchased Samsung laptop in July 2012. The laptop screen was damaged by my son. The laptop was given at the service centre in Dehradun on 26.10.2012 with the assurance that the screen would be replaced within a week on payment. On contacting the service centre two times, i.e. last week and this day (09.11.2012), there is only assurance that the laptop screen will be replaced in the next week. When will this last week come. This is when I am paying for the screen replacement. God knows what would happen to those who would be expecting a free replacement.
                                        Very bad experience with SAMSUNG.
                                        Would never buy a SAMSUNG product in future.
