    I purchased a 32LCD SAMSUNG TV 3 YEARS AGO FROM AN AUTHORISED DEALER IN EAST DELHI.Less than 3 yrs and I have a problem TV IS NOT WORKING Engineer says lcd panel is to be replaced quotes 18500 and VAT as repair charges Very poor quality product .Audio is working but video is not working

    Repair charges are very high I seek peoples advise what should I do?

    Also I advise people not to buy SAMSUNG LCD TV and other products

    LCD TV — poor services

    had purchase a 32" LCD from alang ispat co, samudra sales at jamnagar, however within a week my remote got broken and i requested the vendor to replace the set, the price quoted as Rs 950/- and was said to be given by me on the supply of the remote set. However after few days the quoted amount was increased by a few hundred rupees to 1200/- and inspite of this now it has been 10-12 days and still the remote has not been delivered. It is indeed apalling behaviour on the part of the sevice provider and that too of such a reputed company.

    Samsung TV — Very Poor Service

    I have purchased a Samsung TV from a leading a shop in Kochi few months back. But the remote was misplaced/lost somewhere else. So I want a new remote and approached the dealer..He advised me to contact the Samsung company outlet to get the remote. Accordingly I call them and explained the matter. They told me to come directly. When I came there, they told me that there is no remote with them. I request them to know the remote number. But they don't know/no time to search the number. And again they advised me to contact service department, which is in kadavanthra, when i call them they told me to come directly..When I reached there, their answer was quiet different. ""THEY HAVE NO STAFF TO SEARCH THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE REMOTE'''''

    Note : If you want to purchase any items, one call is enough...but for service customers are like beggers.
    I have lodged complaint against my T.V. on 11-2-10 complaint no is [protected].Engg.come my home on 17-2-10. He told me change the part of t.v. is E.S.T.He carry the t.v. kit alongwith for complaint centre. After passed many days I have many connect head office. On 15-3-10 Engg.come my home with T.V. kit but my TV is dead not working condition, before my complaint t.v. working condition only complaint is T.V. photo is not natural performece. I hope solve my pro blem neither I approach consumer court for justice.

    Samsung Lcd — Poor Service

    I have bought a LCD of Samsung and Snehanjali electronics has promissed to delivery for evening but nither he deliver on that day also
    LCD Recieved on next day in evening after taking personal followup and it was painfull LCD did not install on that day again waited for
    insatalltion but no response form there. SO IT MY REQUEST PLEASE DONT PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FORM THERE BECAUSE IT RESPONS IS
    VERY POOR THEY HAVE INTREST ONLY ORDER NOT IN SERVICE. AT BOISAR BRNACH

      I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG 20" LCD TFT MONITOR FROM THE COMPUTER ASSOCIATES GAYENDRAGANJ SANJAY COMPLAX GWALIOR DATED ON[protected] rs. 6450 invoice no. 1924, IN WHICH 3YEAR ONSITE WARRANTY .

      i have face a problem since 1.5 year (1st complaint(black sport & power problem ) dated on19.8.2011 complaint no. [protected])

      i complained many time but not solved my problem on till date ....(i have many complained no.....)

        We had bought a Samsung GTN 7000 in 2011 and we have lost it with our sim and many vital informations stored in it. It may be dangerous for us and our family and it's IMEI no. Is [protected]********please support us to find it by tracking its location or else if something life threatening happens with us we all will be equally responsible including you as e immediately informed about it to your customer care and lodged an FIR.
        Our FIr no.13805/12 dtd.25/10/2012 is not considered by your people for tracking our mobile with Airtel prepaid card no. [protected] is very serious as it may cost us several thousands and more for our handset worth 35000/- and vital informations of our accounts and private docs. Preserved in it. Pls track this immediately to help the law and order restored.

          I purchased a Samsung handset on 15th,august,2012 for Rs.19,881 from Reliance Digital Store,plot no.27,DT City Centre,Shalimar Bagh,New Delhi-110088.The model is SAMSUNG GALAXY S ADVANCE.
          After one month,a problem occured in it that its camera lens had dust from inside part of the lens.I went to the Samsung Service Centre to get it repaired.They repaired it.But again after 3-4 days the same problem occured,i went there one more time and asked them to find out the problem in fon that why it is emmiting dust from inside.Again they did the same thing and just cleaned the lens and return it back.After 5-6 days,my camera lens was again covered with that dust.It means they didn't check out for the problem and just cleaned it and returned me.Now,i need my fon to get REPAIRED NOT JUST CLEAN.It's not even one month passed and my fon is giving such a bad response.Atleast now I want a good and satisfactory service from SAMSUNG as soon as possible.

          I purchased a Samsung handset on 5th, october, 2012 for Rs.20400 from mobile store madhapur, hyderabad.The model is SAMSUNG GALAXY S ADVANCE.
          After 15 days, a problem occured in it that its camera lens had dust from inside part of the lens.I went to the Samsung Service Centre to get it repaired.They repaired it.But again after a week the same problem occurred. i asked them about the problem, they said me its a manfuctaring fault and they cant do nothing about it except cleaning. i also called to the samsung customer care to report the problem. they gave me a suggestion to laminate the phone and use. am i paying 20k + to use a dust accumlated phone. the response from the service center and customer care is very poor. Now, i need my problem to get Resolved permanently. i cant vist the service center every week to clean the lense. It's not even 2 months passed and ive visited to the service center 3 times for the same problem. Atleast now I want a good and satisfactory service from SAMSUNG as soon as possible.

          I am also facing a similar problem with my Samsung Galaxy S Advance Smartphone. I purchased it from Sameer Music Center, 10 No. market, Bhopal for Rs 19350/- on 17 October 2012.

          Within 10-15 days of purchase the camera picture quality started deteriorating (faded out). Initially i thought it was fog owing to cold weather but it turned out to be dust deposited on camera lens, despite using the phone in relatively clean atmosphere.

          On contacting Authorized Service Center, initially they cleaned the lens, but the problem iterated within a week. On again complaining to Samsung Service Center, they said that although it might be a manufacturing defect, still I need to get the casing of my phone replaced by a new one and will have to pay for it as it falls under cosmetics of phone which is not included under warranty. And even after the replacement, they were not able to assure me of rectification of this problem. I was taken aback by their harsh response.

          After spending Rs. 19000 from my hard earned money all I am getting is a dusty camera phone and rude responses from service providers of the manufacturer.

          Please look into the matter and help me get the problem fixed.

            As per the Samsung product galaxy y cdma has to give battery backup of following details.
            Battery Standard
            Capacity : 1,200mAh
            Talk Time * : Up to 300Mins (5Hrs) * (Keeping Data Connection off)
            Stand-by Time * : Upto 160Hrs* * (Keeping Data Connection off)
            But,my phone only gives a backup of 8-9hrs in only stand by mode.I have also visited the service center and complained about it they changed the battery but still the problem is continued.

              I had purchased Samsung LCD TV on 27/7/12 and its panel got faulty on 1/08/12. I lodged complaint with customer care and it took almost 1 month to rectify the problem. Again same problem recurred on 11/10/12. Now company service center is telling TV is not under warranty. After producing the bill also they are not ready to accept the warranty claim

                hello sir, i buy ed a samsung c3312 champ delux mobile in BIG C on may 28- 2012. 10 days ago i dropped my mobile from cot and display is broken when i gave it to the dealer he said warranty doersnt exist for the breakage and i said fine gave it to the repair they charged 800rs bt after three days they are telling that there is problem in touch which costs 1100. touch was perfect when i gave it to them and as i have warranty they are even not replying politely and not repairing it under warranty
                please help me

                  This is regarding samsung galaxy s-2, model no - gt-i9100, imei no - [protected].
                  I brought this phone on 7 september 2012, and from the 1st day this phone has a problem in the mother board,
                  When i logged a complain the upgraded the os and gave me saying that there will not be any problem in future
                  Very next day again i experienced the same problem, and again they asked me for checkup of the phone, the engineer
                  Name - prashant, who came to the conclusion that there is the problem with mother board, and touch is also not responding,
                  Now can some one tell me when the samsung has a policy that if there is a problem in the phone with in 4 days samsung will replace the phone,
                  And when i am saying that problem in phone from 1st day the why the bugger govind is not ready for replacement of the phone and now he is changing his word that my
                  Eniors has not approved then tell me where is the policy, now this hole asking me that you must have proved me that there was a problem in this phone from 1st day,
                  Tell me one thing are you paying me so i ll tell u that problem is with mother board...
                  Samsung people has to fix that where is the problem and when i went to the service center you mr. Satish, manager of the btm service center told me there is a problem
                  With software not hardware and he did not check anything else with in the time and now this mother is asking me to prove the problem in four days
                  This hole (Govind) is just bluffing and cheating and changing his word now...

                  This company it self cheater and bluff master and the people from the company as well...

                  I will just tell all indian this and nokia is still better that this comapny at least the don't teac people if problem is with mother board.

                    I had bought Samsung galaxy pop i559 cdma mobile on 15 Feb 2012. [bill no.B-182 dtd.15.2.12,ALFA-VILE PARLE[W]
                    For 1 week I had no problem than my mobile used to just switch off either while talking or just like that.
                    I submitted my mobile to Samsung service centre ON 28.2.12 at METRO TELECARE, SHOP NO.2, SHANKAR PRAKASH BLDG, Andheri east. They updated my software and gave me back my mobile the next day yet the very next day it switched off again
                    I again went [FIRST WEEK OF MARCH] to the service center with my mobile in the switched off mode they said that I should map my sim card. So I got my sim card changed from the reliance center than again for 15 days I had no problem after 15 days again my mobile switched off
                    so I called the Samsung company TOLL FREE[[protected]] and registered my complaint so they asked me to submit my phone at the service center [METRO TELECARE]again they kept my phone for 1 week and gave it back saying that there was no problem with my handset but my problem still persisted
                    so I called up the company again and they told me to format my memory card I did that and after that I had absolutely no problem for 1 month and I thought that now all the problems are sorted
                    One day the handset started vibrating on its own it would vibrate switch off switch on. Ultimately I had to remove the battery to stop the vibration I just don’t know why it started vibrating. Than after 2 days my problem started again so I again called the company TOLL FREE NO. and they told me to submit my handset to the service center which I did I submitted [METRO TELECARE]my handset on 29 may and on 2 June I got a call from the company saying that I can now collect the handset. I collected the handset but realized that nothing had been done to it so I complained again.
                    I got a call from the company on 5th June and they arranged conference call with the manager of the service center[METRO TELECARE] and after the call was over my handset switched off I immediately call the company and registered my complaint on 5th June and also visited the service center with the switched off handset. He started my handset and returned it back to me saying that the battery was low that is why it switched off but after coming back home I did not charge it but still it was on till next day morning so I don’t think battery low was the problem. Today i.e. 6th June my handset switched off again without any reason it was lying on the table after the last call when I picked it up again to call my brother it was switched off.
                    I called the company and they told me to submit the handset at the service center which I did. The handset was with them for 1 week and then I was told to pick up my handset with the instruction that I should change my memory card. I bought a new card somewhere around 13-14th June 23, 2012 which is still blank. And my handset has switched off 4 times in last 2 days and 2 times since morning. I have registered a complaint today on toll free no and my reference no is [protected].
                    After that I had some voice problem in July, if somebody used to call me I could not hear their voice and if I called there was no tune at all but my music player was working. I than gave my mobile to a family friend who is into mobile repairing and he got it repaired at the service center and also got the mother board changed. I got my mobile after a month but again the voice problem began in just one week after I received the handset and at present I have kept it aside and using my old handset. I just don’t know what to do, nobody at the Samsung consumer care was paying any attention last time I called so this time I have not called them and directly contacted you. Please let me know what should I do in my case. MAYA VORA.

                      Sir:
                      I bring it in your notice that we have purchased 1 samsung plasma model as mentioned above Invoice no, SLF02A[protected] Dated 10-07-12 from CROMA Amritsar. From very first day there was a problem in above said Plasma Tv purchased on 10/07/12 the problem was brought in knowledge of Mr. Gaurav Sondhi & all your sight engineer visited our residence and told that these dotes (patches) will be removed automatically by the passing of time but sorry to inform you that the problem is same there & additional line in display also added . Even we asked for upgraded model by paying additional difference amount to pay but the problem is still not solved as we are not interested in repairing this set. So kindly replace or upgrade the TV of the easiest possible & oblige. If you are not replacing your product then we have to proceed for consumer court.

                        with the greate regret I am doing this mail to you. My self DR.PINKY G. CHOKSI...
                        I have purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY Y DUOS S6102 cell phon from surat at 19/09/2012.
                        At the day of purchase i was having the problem with the back key.I wasnt able to go back by single touch.I have to press the back key 5 to 6 times minimum.N moreover sometimes after pressing so many time wasnt able to go back. I told this to seller he replied that mam this model is having by defult this problem. So i believe him and took away cell home.
                        Excet after 5 to 6 days, I was anable to talk by phon due to my voice hadnt been heard at the other side. I went to seller & he told me to formate my phon. So WITHIN A WEEK AT 26/09/2012 MY PHON HAD BEEN FORMATED. And your service station employ suggested me not to use rubber Mobile cover in order to avoid this network problem. I have never heard this before that due to mobile cover network problem occurs.
                        After formating the phon within 3 to 4days I started having problem in running media & fm because they are being off while running themselves & after sometime suddunly restarts.I was having problem in typing the msg. To call whenever i opend keypad, i had pause/blackout for a while and than i can call. Whenever i was opening menu without doing anything i automatically used ti came out on main screen..... AND MANY OTHER SUCH PROBLEM I WAS HAVING AFTER MY 1ST FORMATE.
                        Again I went to seller' shop. As i knew from before they told me to formate the phon again. I denied to do it again. Then i went to YOUR ADAJAN PATIA SERVICE STATION,SURAT & they told me to formate the phon and told me that they will send my phon to techanical departmente to check. I hand over my phon AGAIN TO FORMATE &TO TECHANICAL CHECK FOR 3DAYS....
                        Now since 2 to 3days i started to having the same problem again. One addition problem which i was having is VERY VERY POOR BATTERY BACK UP. I am not using any media or fm or net surf and not having long talking by call or msg...Inspite of all this i have to charge my phon 5 to 6 time minimum a day...
                        Right now My handset is at samsung service center since 4-5days. They are denying to replaced it.
                        So sir my issue is before completing a mounth i had already did formate twice thought having problem again... I want to be replaced this defected truoblesome piece.....

                          I purchased Samsung Galaxy Fit S5670 (IMEI No.: [protected]) on 10/11/2011. Just after 4 months of purchasing problems started coming in this mobile. First it was charging but many applications were opening automatically while mobile was charging. I was unable to do any work/call at that time. These screens were coming up until I remove my mobile from charging. Mobile was not connecting via data cable to laptop. I am using the data cable came with this mobile to connect this to my laptop, i was using Kile software by samsung to connect mobile to my laptop.

                          The nearest Samsung Service Center is 80 kms away from Kalpakkam. So i was unable to go there for long time. But as the end of warranty period was approaching fast I went to samsung service center: OASIS COMMUNICATION, NO.4/210,KANDANCHAVADI,OMR. There they repaired the mobile and confirmed that now any problem will not come. But after they repaired it, it worked for a few days and then it stopped working at all. Now the mobile is not even starting, it is just showing a blank white screen.

                          The warranty period will be over by 9/11/2012. This Samsung mobile which cost me around 10000 Rs. even 1 year is not over and so many problems are coming.

                          The Samsung Service Center people are not repairing the mobile permanently. I feel that at Service Center they are giving some temporary solution so that somehow the warranty period can be completed and after that they can charge for their services also.

                          Now i don't know, what shall i do now. Shall i again go to the Service center which is 80 kms away from my home. This will waste both my time and money. I doubt that they will give any permanent solution. Again they will temporarily make it work for another 1-2 months somehow so that warranty period can be over and give it back to me.

                          samsung galaxy fit — snatching of phone

                          on 27th may 2011 two people on bike snatched my phone frm behind and ran away .The phone was samsung galaxy fit having IMEI no :[protected] . I was unable to note down the complete no of bike as they were fast n no plate was dirty but the bike was splender/passion old model n the no was HR 29 8045/8049 .HR 29 80 is confirmed the last no are not sure .Plz help me finding my mobile .PLz plz plz plz .                           my cell mode :- samsung galaxy fit black in colour, was stolen from bhiwandi while i was getting into bus. so please take immediate action upon this.
                          Even in service center you are not assured of care and you will be diverted by staff make you waste time not clearly stating whether to take token or not and suddenly displaying tokens at LCD. No respect for customers. Your mobile will be circulated among staffs, bills and grantees will be disputed, spares will be unavailable and many such things will happen for which you should be prepared before visiting one. Conclusive reply of "NO" will be given after only 10 days of shuttle. Then on compassionate grounds if you have luck they may service it for 5000Rs. charge.

                              Please do not purchase any mobile in Sangeetha mobiles situated at Rajakeelpakkam, Chennai, The staffs working in their concern are cheating and forgery, the mobiles their sold are all reconditioned mobile. I bought Samsung B7722 mobile on 2-9-12, on the day of purchase onward it was not working, they got the signature from the warranty certificate(fake document) during purchase after that they said the they are not responsible for that mobile and told me to go to service center.

                              I found some brilliant service engineers in Mobile india Samsung service center at Tambaram Sanatorium, they are serviced my mobile for 13 times. But still the mobile is not working. I have lost Rs. 11000 for this mobile.

                              I already sent legal notice for Sangeetha mobile and Samsung centre but both are they refused the notice, and working in the manufacturing and sales of the useless mobiles like this.
                              So her after dont buy Samsung mobiles and dont prefer the mobile show room Sangeetha. Thank u for your services

                                i have purchase a samsung air condation on 31 mar 2012 but the a.c. creata some problem from 20 days i have complain in udaipur office but your officers have told the will not repair for 7 days and my complain number is [protected]

                                and the complaint is the ac is making a noise when the ac is on after the half and hour.i will complaint to your toll free no is[protected].and they will give me a complaint no is [protected].And after i will complaint the company will send a technician and the technician will told to us that your machine is liable for the replacement in company &they will write a model no but that no is wrong & the company will send a the second technician for the taking a write model no & they will come to home at friday & write the actual original model numer.And monday i will call to service centre & they will call to me and give me a the another toll free no is[protected].& then after i will call to there no & they will give me reply that you will call to our ahmedabad main office at parth complex & they will solved your complain at early as possible.

                                  Few days ago i have buyed a galaxy SII(GT-I9100LKAIND) android version 4.0.3.Yesterday i got a update,firmware version from kies 4.0.4.To update the same,i connected my mobile with my PC & after few minutes it was disconnected due to losening of data cable.And then my Android OS got crashed.Then i visited your authorised samsung service center M/S unique service,Durgapur.When i told my whole problem to the service center,they made a bill of Rs.170 inspite of my phone being in warranty period.After paying the bill in my warranty peroid & their service i got older version of android OS from them i.e; 4.0.3(I9100DDKL1) (i think that is more old baseband version than my previous version).After seeing their android OS installed in my phone with the older version of OS,i told them about the new version which i saw in kies.After hearing that,they made an argument with us & opposed our saying about the newer version of OS.Besides that they also behaved very badly & rudely with us.I never ever have been in such an awkward position in any other customer service offices. I,kindly request you please look into the matter & solve my problem as as fast as possible.

                                    Ihave a samsung mobile gt-19100LKAINU , emi-359021/04/029660/3 . I gave the above mobile for service as it was not charging properly and the service centre informed us that they will inform us by phone after the set is ready , they demanded for the bill since i was not possession of the bill at the time of the service they said it is out of warranty. I pleaded them that the bill will be given when I will take the delivery. But tu surpise the lady who took the set wrote in the service request that is out of warranty and without the techinician seeing the mobile how come the girl who doesnt know even proper english came to the conclussion that it is water logged.. At the time of complaint it was written auto charging / not charging and when I took the delivery It was written mic andmodule changed. They also informed me that I need to pay Rs,1400 as repair charges., I objected to it saying I have the bill and it is covered under warranty, but they said the set will be given only if i pay the amount, I rightly paid the amount as I was in need of the set. I am in possession of all the service documents of samsung that is work order, spare parts , the bill which is not properly accounted and billed by the them.
                                    Therefore i request u to refund the amount and declare that the set is covered under warranty,

                                      I had purchased Samsung S6802 dual sim phone on 29th July 2012. The phone has not been functioning properly since then. The authorised service centre in Dadar formatted the phone and still it did not work. Then they also changed the motherboard but the problem persists.

                                      I am working in Lower Parel. The phone doesn't work in the office. The sim if I use it in another phone it works absolutely fine. I have also changed my sim card but the problem is not with the service provider but with the phone.

                                      I seek an immediate replacement of the same.

                                      i bought a brand new Samsung Mobile from an authorized dealer one month back, the phone malfunctions from the 1st week, some time the whole screen blacks out, some time it doesnt show data or just goes dead and doesnt respond at all.

                                      this is one of the latest offerings from Samsung, i visited the dealer several times, he gives lot of excuses and kept my phone for repairs for few days in vain.

                                      i am highly dissatisfied by this kind of attitude and service, i tried speaking to their customer support, they made me call time and again, end of the day i feel they are just avoiding and trying to buy time to expire the warrenty, .

                                      i appreciate if someone can help me to find a right contact in samsung. and i suggest all of you never to buy the metal / sliding models

                                      I have purchased a new Samsung Max mobile on 17.05.09 from Tata Indicom Hub at Patiala Punjab.
                                      The phone is not working properly from the date of Purchase. I went to the service center at Sector 22C chandigarh on 20.05.09. They refused to replace it. They just did reset and told me to go to Sec 22B service center.
                                      At 22B Chandigarh service center they said that they will not replace it but they will repair by 4 to 5 days.

I love to tweet on various topics & most importantly I like to participate in many twitter contests hosted by various twitter handles on the micro blogging site twitter. I have won many contests on twitter & also I have lost many. But it’s always fun to be a part of it. Many of these contests are genuine & the hosts play fair enough to choose well deserving contestants, but there are many FRAUDS & CHEATS on twitter who fool thse common people by organizing quizzes & contests on twitter and later make their own people as winners. One such FRAUD I came across is Samsung Mobile India (twitter handle: @Samsung_India) with their bio as

                                        Samsung Mobile India declared Subraya Assoldekar (twitter handle: @SUBRAYA) as the contest winner. But if you have a closer look at Subray’s twitter profile, you will find things which are hard to digest. Subraya’s tweets are protected & only confirmed followers have access to his Tweets and complete profile. He has only 6 followers & he is following 15 people on twitter with his total tweets close to 2,820. So this proves that he is fairly new or in other words a newly created account. The Contest organized by Samsung Mobile India @Samsung_India ran for 10 whole days i.e; from 8th Oct 2012 to 18th Oct 2012. Many people including me tweeted thousands of creative tweets regarding the same. But when Samsung Mobile India declared the winner on 18th Oct 2012 clearly showed how BIG FRAUDS they were in choosing a winner, who never exists. They choose a FAKE account holder on twitter who has his tweets protected. First thing if it’s an open contest how can they choose a winner with protected tweets? It clearly shows that Samsung Mobile India purposely created a fake account & made his tweets protected to hide the transparency in the contest. Many contestants including me spent whole 10 days tweeting regarding the contest and Samsung Mobile India choose a FAKE account as winner.

                                        I’m writing this complaint on the Consumer Forum just to open the eyes of all those innocent peoples who waste their precious time on such FAKE contests. It’s a kind of SCAM or CORRUPTION that is been carried out on a small scale by those people who are handling the twitter account of such big firm. So it’s not the company but the people underneath those big names who do such kind of scams. Not all contest are FAKE, some are really genuine and are working with utmost transparency. But people who are involved in such types of SCAMS & CORRUPTION should be banned from the Social Networking Sites like Facebook & Twitter. I would like to have a reply from the Samsung India Management Team about who these guys are who are managing your twitter handle, because I know it’s not the company who is involved in such types of FRAUDS & SCAMS but the people sitting at the wrong places. I’m a proud owner of my SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 and loyal customer of SAMSUNG Mobiles & Appliances for many years and I really respect SAMSUNG’s credibility & great responsibility towards their customers, but I would want to suggest them to have a look into their loopholes who are cheating the common people and even their own Firm.

                                        by Mistake i submitted a Complaint instead of a Positive Review Guys My Twitter Profile is not fake.I have Protected my Tweets after i was chosen as the Winner as i found many people copying my tweets word to word, how would anyone feel if your tweets on which you've spent so much time to think are copied. I even informed Samsung India about it. But the People were still copying my tweets.I[censored] have few followers than that dosent mean its a New Account, the Account was created long back and i used it to enter the Samsung contest. I was very angry seeing people copying my tweets word to word so i set privacy to my tweets, if i had set the privacy before, people wouldn't have been copying my tweets and so would samsung India would never get my tweets. I'v signed in to my facebook profile and posted this Reply so that you guys know they are not selecting fake accounts. At first even i thought the same thing. Samsung is a good Brand & its contests are GENUINE. I'm a great fan of SAMSUNG.The contest runs both in Facebook & in Twitter so i was posting both in Facebook & through facebook i was also tweeting in tweeter, my posts should have been visible to my followers only but still i know some people who searched my twitter profile & copied my tweets word to word. Now you can think, i have posted so many creative comments & obviously i would not want others to copy my tweets word to word & win with on My Hard work.so i protected my tweets after i was choosen as the winner, but those people still continued to copy my tweets, guess they must have saved them all before hand.Also iv attached a screenshot from which it is clear that 3 of the Twitter Users were copying my Tweets word to word & all 3 were tweeting the same comments at the same Time, Guess its one person posting from 3 different profiles.I'd be glad to answer any questions if you have any.
