Respected sir,
I had registered a complaint for my faulty, in warranty phone on 19/8/2012. It had some display problem. I was told I would be called back within a week to confirm the problem and the time it would take to repair. I never got a call regarding the same. After 10-15 days I called and even went to the service centre again and was asked to submit an I.D at the service centre so that I could be issued a cheque as they were having some major problem. I did the same, the very next day.
Now I call the Lakshya service centre everyday, have talked to Neha, Priti and even the service centre manager as well but they say they are not sure if they will repair or grant me a cheque for the phone. Meanwhile I needed a smart phone for my mails and other official work , so I got another handset. So if I get the handset back repaired , it would be useless for me.
Such a service quality was not expected from samsung atleast.
Sir, kindly look into the matter and hasten up the process as it has been more than 3 months now. I have already sent multiple messages to the CEO office of Samsung. I even got a call from Samsung manager a few weeks ago assuring to get the job done in a week; but in vain. I am planning to take a strict legal action soon.

    I'm Rafiq from chapra, saran, BIHAR, purchased Samsung Wave2 (GT S8530) on 16 Feb 2012. and faced problem, submit it at CHAPRA SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE. after 10 days they repaired it and it was in my use for 1 Aug 2012. and i faced problem again for SCREEN TOUCH and submit again it PATNA MM SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE. and after escalation I recieved it at 16 August. after that it was in my use until this is the third time I faced problem for SCREEN TOUCH and submit it agian to CHAPRA SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE,

    In this period of 8 month I used this mobile just for 4 or 5 month only, otherdays it was dead or in Service Centre.

    So now i want to back my money or Replace this Model. I don't want to use this Model anymore.

    It is kindly request to suggest the solution what kind of action I shuld take.

    आजकल एक बड़ी समस्या से दो चार हो रहा हूँ, सिर्फ आपके product से ही नहीं
    बल्कि आपके service, service provider(Chapra Mobile Care: Ph: [protected])
    और आपके Engineer Mr. Shakeel([protected]).
    ये सारी वयवस्था भ्रष्ट और illiteracy सी मालूम पड़ती है.
    सबसे पहले मेने अपना mobile पटना के service centre में submit किया touch
    problem के लिये 16/08/2010 को. और उन्होंने repair कर के दिया. 20 days के
    बाद मैंने फिर same problem face किया और Chapra के सेरविसे सेंटर(Chapra
    Mobile Care: Ph: [protected]) में submit करने को गया, यहाँ आपका Engineer
    Mr. Shakeel ELS के बाद कहते हैं के ये liquid Damage है सो out of warranty
    है. मैंने कहा ऐसा नहीं है बहुत कहने सुनने के बाद भी वो नहीं मने तो मैंने
    written में उनसे माँगा क ये liquid damage है. अब वो मुझसे बिल मांगते हैं,
    बिल देने पैर कहते हैं के ये जली बिल(fake reciept) हैं,जबकि उसी बिल पर दो
    महीने पहले पटना में Repair करवा चूका हूँ. मैंने कहा ok दोनों बातें written
    में दो के liquid damage और जली बिल के कारन आप service नहीं दे पाओगे, but Mr. Shakeel मुझे बहुत odd language में बात करते हैं, काफी देर मुझसे उलझने के बाद वो अपने Manager को बुलाते हैं जो written मांगने पर कहते हैं की ऐसा कोई नियम नहीं क हम लोग written में दें, मैंने कहा मेल क्र दें, तो बोलते हैं "बोला न ऐसा कोई नियम नहीं" .
    जब मैं insist हो गया के नहीं आपको written में देना ही पड़ेगा तो मेनेजर साहब बोलते हैं के एक मिनट रुको मैं Senior Engineer से ELS करवा केर बताता हूँ जबकि उनका Engineer Mr. Shakeel Already बदतमीजी के साथ ELSकर चुके थे, खैर मैंने बोला ok...
    दोबारा ELS करने के बाद बोलते हिं ठीक है submit कर दो.

    Whatz the hell is this type of servicing....?

    जब liquid damage aur jali bill ki wajah se ऑफ़ आउट ऑफ़ वार्रंटी था तो submit क्यूँ किया...

    Any how, मैं इस सेट और आपके सर्विसे से काफी problem aur insult face kar चूका हूँ so मुझे ये सेट नहीं चाहिए.
    मेरे पैसे retun किये जाएँ...

      I JWO DN SAHANI serving in Indian Air Force residing TMQ 20/5 Air Force Station Cottongreen Mumbai-33(mobile no. [protected]) purchased Samsung mobile phone GT-S5263 from Kundan Collection,Sardar Nagar Shop No.1 Sion Koliwada Mumbai on 28Aug11 mobile was working normal but suddenly in the month of Novembe12 I found that there was no network. I was waiting for one week that there may be fault of docomo tele. company as the SIM was of DOCOMO. After one week I went to Samsung service center SHOP NO.5/6,ANANT NIWAS BLDG,NEAR CHINCHPOKLI(E) 400012 on 24Nov12. They check the handset and told that network IC is not working it has to be repaired and the cost of its will be Rs 550 only and they have given bill no. [protected] for the same and they assured that it will be repaired by 27Nov12. I went back to home after handingover the handset. Thereafter when I contacted on 27Nov12 to service center by cell phone they replied it will take another 3 days for repair. I again contacted to service center on 01Dec12 they replied that board of handset will be replaced and cost of it will be Rs 2500. I suspected that they had spoiled the board by replacing the IC and etc. The bill of Rs 550 with us. Hence I request that suitable action may be initiated against the person who has done the wrong activities with the handset.

        Hello,

        I am Dr. Saji Paulose from Bangalore. My clinic TV (Samsung-4 series LCD) had a problem with the relay. The TV would have a blank screen in spite of switching ON. The relay would then start all of a sudden if we keep the TV ON for 8-10hours.

        I placed a complaint on[protected] on 26th of October 2012. Complain Number - ([protected])

        The concerned representative kept delaying the visit to check the concern with our TV for few days saying that he is not anywhere near our locality.

        He comes on 30th October 2012 (4 days from complaint) & informs us that the PCP is gone and needs to be replaced. Also that we need to pay as it is out of warranty.

        I asked him to go ahead and do the needful. A day or two later he calls to say that it is not available in Bangalore and needs to be requested from Gurgaon Head office, for which he requires a copy of the Invoice & Address Proof which he collected in few days.

        Following which I called to check for an update in few days, and he says that the invoice copy provided by us does not have the price of the TV on it, so we need to re-submit the invoice with TV price on it. This could have been avoided if he had checked the documents thoroughly the first time.

        He doesn’t turn up to pick up the documents in spite of contact follow-up from our side stating some excuse or the other. In the end, we asked him if we could send the documents to him & he asks us to scan and email it to his manager which we did immediately. This information was given to me on 16th Nov 2012, 20 DAYS from the day of complaint.

        He gave me an assurance at that point of time that the PCP would arrive within a week. I call back after a week and the concerned representative asks me to call his office number for an update. After a lot a persistent follow-ups from our end, we were updated that the Gurgaon Head office has sent the request to Korea Head office and hopefully the PCP should come by end of yet another week.

        End of week, we again follow up and they say Gurgaon Head office is still awaiting a reply from Korea since 23rd Nov 2012 which is really ridiculous. I mean a week for a reply.

        By now it is almost a month from the complaint date & we ask for the Gurgaon Head office number. We are told to call the call center number and they will provide us with the Gurgaon Head office Number. The call center representative promises me that he will arrange a call back from the concerned service department within half an hour. This is on 29th Nov 2012. The call never came through.

        I again call the call center on 01st Dec 2012 & they put me through to floor supervisor who patiently heard my complaint, however refused to give the Gurgaon Head office number saying that they were not authorized to give the number.

        The number[protected]gurgaon) was only provided when I mentioned that I would go ahead and drop an email about the kind of service provided by Samsung.

        I have been constantly trying the Gurgaon number & no one is picking up the phone. 26th October 2012 to 01st December 2012 & we are still waiting for the PCP with no information whatsoever from Samsung on what is going on. I am really unhappy with slack service given by Samsung.

            I bought a Samsung Laptop model NP 300V5A-S0CIN, on 11th August 2012 from Reliance Digital shop at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Since the time of my purchase, I have been facing a number of problems and have not able to use it properly. The company has sold a defective product and is hiding behind its call centre. If you call up the call centre the typical answer is somebody from the technical team will call up. There is no commitment as to when this technical team will call up. After continuous such followup the problem was partly addressed. I am facing further problems and the technical support person who visited us has informed us the mother board needs to be replaced. As I understand this is the most important component of the laptop. The quality of the product is very poor if a major part like this needs to be replaced within three months of purchase. I have written emails which go unanswered. Reliance Digital which sold me this product has completely disowned itself of any responsibility.
            What the company in essence is saying that buyer beware.

                I have bought the Sam sung Galaxy Note during the samsung promotion period where the offer was free sennheiser headsets with each galaxy note purchase.
                Post purchase i have tried redeeming through samsung promo portal but it was not taking my request, hence i called up Sam sung customer care. I lodged my complaint and i followed up multiple times but the Company staff were promising we will get back to you with confirmation but nobody called back.

                I have still not received any response and free headset from Sam sung India. This is a pathetic experience and i will not endorse samsung products next time

                  PER SERVICE ENGG OF SAMSUNG, BUT CUSTOMER WANTS TO REPLACE TV SET ,AS IT COMES UNDER WARRANTY
                  I had registered a complain no. [protected] on Nov 27 for my TV. The turn of event since then tells me that Samsung India is taking its consumers for a ride. They are just delaying giving me a resolution and keep oscillating between refund of my money or repairing the product.

                  1. Engineer came for inspection, asked for service charge in cash and refused to give me receipt, saying it is as per the policy.
                  2. He said mother board needs to be replaced, which will take some time. After 7 days, I was told spares are not available and I need to take depreciated value as compensation.
                  3. They offered me 49% of my product cost to which I protested that why should i shell out additional money from my pocket and buy a new TV just because you do not have spares available.
                  4. When I protested, they again offered me today (Dec 7, 2012) an option to repair.

                  It seems either there is some sort of a collusion on spares front or service centers are simply looking at easy way out. If repair was possible, why did they lie to me and why suddenly after I have put pressure on them, spares seem to have emerged from no where. This an utter malpractice where depreciated value and repair services are used as a bargaining chip by Samsung India team.

                  I have written atleast half a dozen mails to Senior Executives as well as CEOs office. I have also made several phone calls to the customer care. All i got in return was some call backs, asking about the problem every time and everyone saying the same thing "Let me talk to my senior and get back to you".

                  And it seems there is no coordination between the officials talking to me - yesterday (Dec 6, 2012) someone called and told me that i will get 51% of value of my product as per policy but they can increase the compensation as a customer satisfaction gesture. Today I git another call saying I will get only 49% and if that is not acceptable, we will think of repairing your product. This seems to be running in loop with customer suffering for no fault of his.

                  We bought Samsung 40 inch LED tv about 1.2 years ago and we see a black patch on top of the screen. We call customer service and representative who visited to check the issue said we need to replace the tube by paying 26000 as the warranty period is over!! They expect us to pay half the cost of the tv just after an year of purchase!! I wrote to CEOs office complaining about it but maximum they could offer is a meagre 20% discount! WTF!! Thank you very much you can keep that to yourself, I will go looking for other brands!

                  I bought a Samsung TV about 2 years ago from Singapore with international warranty. Now I am facing problem with the TV is if I switch on the TV, volume is getting off after 15mins running. I called to Samsung service centre and registered a complaint(ref [protected]). Now service centre people are telling that the charges are INR 5500+tax(service/labor) for representative to visit plus additional charges for spare parts if anything to be replaced. normally it should be INR 1000+tax. I came to know from service centre personal that they are charging more(5500+tax) for imported brands and the policy was implemented in Apr'2013.
                  I have little bit of knowledge on TV servicing, so I had dismantled my TV, checked and fund that the problem is with main board which cost is 3400+tax. Then I called to Samsung service centre and requested them to sell spare main board of my TV model so that I can fix it myself. But they are demanding for service/labor charge around INR 5500+tax for spare parts as well though I have not requested their service.
                  my questions are :
                  Why should I pay service/labor charges for spare parts though I don't need their help in fixing it?
                  If Samsung had implemented a policy on Apr'2013 why they are applying the same for the product they sold it on 2011?
                  Why Samsung is not selling spare parts of LED TVs without labor charge?

                  Now I don't know what should I do? should I pay whatever they demanding or is they any way that I can get some waver in service/labor charges?
                  Now I feel very bad that I bought a Samsung product. I never suggest to any of my friends to buy a Samsung product.

                  Please let me know what should I do now
                  Screen is half black and customer care said picture tube is gone and asking to pay 26000. I got the tv itself for 28000. This is not fair.

                      I purchased a LED T.V. (32") on the 8th of Nov. from Nandini Electronics Ph. no.[protected]& 24331616. The owner had arranged for a demo. and his complaint no. is [protected]. I waited and waited. Unfortunately my land line was out of order 0n 19th and 20th of Nov. I had been following up on the complaint for the last 2 days.The ph. nos. I had been talking to are[protected]. Yesterday I was given another no.[protected] that is the service centre in my area. All that I am getting is promises and nobody has turned-up for a demo. so far.
                      I expected to get quick service from a company like Samsung. If this is the case for a mere demo. what can I expect in case of a repair?

                        The TV suddenly started mall functioning. the samsung engineer came and charged rs 4500 and then it worked for a month and then again the status quo is the same and then again the engineer was called and he said the mother board is to be changed and it will cost another rs 4000 and then i felt that i am being cheated all round. i do not know what to do. pl help

                          Hi,

                          I purchased Galaxy S 7562 - Duos phone on 27/10/2012. Thee was a major issue with the dual sim functionality. On registering complaint with samsung call center, they acknowledged the mistake and approved the replacement of phone after a long duration of 20 days. Still as of today, i havent got the replacement and i am suffering a lot because of this.

                          Many online blogs/forums have confirmed the same mistake in this model of samsung still there has been no stringent action from samsung's front.

                            purchase date 27/09/2012 Model no. GT-S5360
                            Data transfer and battery charger jack cover(plasic small cover)is came out, now it looks very bad.
                            It was pasted on another plastic with adhesive .Only in one and half month it came out,I got frustrated. I am using some

                            other model of samsung of low cost from last 2-3 years there is no problem. It is purely design/manufacturing defect. It

                            should be examined seriously and cover should be replaced with good quality. It was purchased from PUNE. some time I am

                              I AM ONE OF THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAS HAD A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY .LIKE A FOOL I AM RUNNING BEHIND YOU GUYS TO GET MY FAULTY DEVICE REPLACED .IT IS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH NOW I AM CHASING YOUR SUPPORT TEAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM CENTRE AT SANTACRUZ WEST .THE MANAGER MR MATHEW HAS CHEATED ME AS I TOOK A BRAND NEW HANDSET WHICH I HAVE HARDLY USED FOR A WEEK THERE WAS TWO MAJOR FAULTS OF BEEPING SOUND AND DISTORTION AND DISTURBANCE WHILE ON A NORMAL CALL.SO I TOLD HIM IT IS A FAULTY HANDSET I WANT IT REPLACED HE ASSURED ME TO GIVE HIM TWO DAYS HE WILL GET IT DONE ,BUT AFTER TWO DAYS I GET A CALL FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE THAT THEY HAVE RESTORED THE DEVICE I WAS NOT AT ALL HAPPY AGAIN I WAS GIVEN AN ASSURANCE BY MR MATHEW THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE HANDSET SO I TOOK IT BACK BUT NOW I REALISED IT HAS ONE MORE PROBLEM WITH BATTERY GETTING DRAINED MUCH FASTER .
                              SO I WENT BACK TO THE SERVICE CENTRE INF THEM PLS CHECK IT THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 15 MINUTES TO CHECK HE BATTERY . I THEN CALLED THE MANAGER MR MATHEW AND TOLD HIM HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUE IN 15 MINUTES AND WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER TWO ISSUES AND WHY IS NOT THE COMPANY READY TO ACCEPT THAT IT IS A FAULTY DEVICE HE THEN AGAIN TOLD ME TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO DAYS .AFTER TWO DAYS THEY HAVE AGAIN RESTORED THE DEVICE.
                              I INFORMED THEM I DONT WANT THE DEVICE AND THIS IS A FINAL WARNING STOP HARRASING AND REPLACE THE DEVICE.AS I HAVE SPEND THOUSAND OF RUPEES TRAVELING TO THE MERCHANT AND SERVICE CENTRE .ALSO THE SERVICE CENTRE HAS GIVEN A LOT OF MENTAL PRESSURE TO ME ALSO DAMAGED MY WORKING HOURS AS CUSOMER CARE IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY I HAVE SPENT HOURS AT THE SERVICECENTRE AND THE MERCHANT MOBILE POINT IN ANDHERI IRLA MUMBAI.
                              SO I AM REQUESTING THE SENIOR AUTHORITY TO REPLACE THE FAULTY HANDSET ASAP OR REFUND MY ENTIRE COST OF THE HANSET IF IT IS NOT DONE I WOULD LIKE TO MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT FOR JUSTICE ALSO COMPANY IS BOUND TO PAY MY LEGAL EXPENSES OCCURED AND A COMPENSATION OF 50000 AS DAMAGES AND CAUSING MENTAL STRESS.

                              I have purchased Samsung S 3500 in July '09. This is worst mobile I have ever used. In three months i have visited Samsung workshop thrice on Deccan Road, Pune. Everytime I visit, the technician asks me to keep the handset either for 24 hours or 48h hours. This is the only solution he provides to the other customers in queque as well. After getting the software changed, hardware changed my handset is looking three years old as there are scratches all over the mobile surface. Secondly, I have never got immediate solution. The technicians at the workshop are all insensible guys.

                              Samsung Mobile — Faulty Device

                              I bought a Samsung mobile - star touch- soon after it was launched. Since the first day it has been giving me trouble- theres voice loss. I cannot talk on the phone for even 2 minutes without the call being disconnected. In the 7 months i have had the phone- it has been given 3 times for a duration of more than 20 days each time to the service center- to no avail. They give it back saying its okay now but the problem persists. Inspite of the warranty- they are not taking it back.
                              I have purchased a Samsung Mobile Set (Model No: SCH-(S379) Metalic Silver, from Durgapur( dt-21.11.09), and from the very first date I am suffering a drastic problem regarding networking. I have severally tested the network position at various locations and got the same result. The network never sustain for a continuous duration and always fluctuates and no call is possible at that phase. Say to complete a call for two minutes duration, there is a call break of 3 to 4 times. I have already contacted with your service centre but got no result. I am using other two samsung sets of your esteemed company and is very much satisfied, but to make a call with this set, it become a nightmare for me. According to outside expert opinion, there is an inbuilt networking problem with this set. In order to maintain a good relationship and keeping view of your esteemed companies goodwill/reputation, I expect a promopt initiative from your end.

                              Greetings of the day from one the customer of Samsung Mobile.
                              I bought Samsung mobile expecting excellent experience and service (if needed).
                              But it has been a disheartening and disappointing experience..... No sooner did I buy the mobile, it started giving me some or the other problem. I got it repaired several times. Some of the job sheets are attached here with. But still the problem remains unsolved.

                              Currently, my phone is at Samsung Customer Service Centre, Borivali, Mumbai from last 10 days and still no action has been taken on the same. Thanks to thier well trained staff in insulting and humiliating and fooling customers, its a nightmare to visit customer care.Customers are literally fooled......

                              I have submitted my phone for repair for 6th time.

                              dear sir,
                              i bought a samsung galaxy s3 two days back and it has a faulty screen which is only visible in dark n during dark backgrounds i showed it in service centre but they said its ok n dint even tried listening to my complaint and the fone is damn slow........i really cant get more frusrated than this its total injustice towards me.......im feeling cheated from samsung........they could have given me a d.o. so that i could have recieved a new handset from dealer but they instead tried to escape from there.....the manager in turn was very rude and dint even saw the hanset and was out for three hours......i waited for him there n then he dint let me inside his cabin.......he gave me lame excuses........im not a fool who spent 38000 on a fone and now samsung is not paying me back for a faulty hanset........i agree its a minor problem but then also y shud i keep it.........problem is problem.......if anyone can help me then plsss help......im bhanu sharma ([protected]@gmail.com) [protected]

                                Samsung LED bearing model UA40D5000PRMXL,serial no: 19973ZNB702588N purchased from QRS-Calicut was installed on 18/04/2012.. The complaint is that there are 2 vertical lines appearing on the display screen- The complaint was lodged on 25/11/2012 with Samsung Customer care vide complaint no [protected] and yesterday samsung technician came and informed that the display panel needs to be replaced for which we have to bear the cost.In this connection we would like to inform that - for installation of the captioned LED we had booked through your toll free no in the month of April 2012 from mobile no [protected] which you can very well ascertain from your call logs.. Also after installation of TV,samsung technician had send the snap of the TV with the details of model no and serial from my personal email id- [protected]@gmail.com since he did not carry his laptop on that day..If you require the copy of the mail sent on 18/04/2012 after installation, the same can be produced.. In view of the above, we kindly request you to replace the display panel under warranty as one year is yet to be completed after installation..

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  This is to bring to your kind notice that I have on 22/07/2012, purchased a Samsung LED TV-46D7000 from Reliance Digital , ACME mall in Santacruz west. While discussing about its features, availability of finance and free 3d glasses, I was initially given to understand, that four 3d glasses will be provided free of costs. However, after completing thee documentation for finance, I was told that only two 3d glasses will be given free of cost. Since there was nothing in writing about free 3d glasses on the tag attached to the said TV on display, I had no other alternative, but to nod in affirmative to whatever was being told to me. I presumed that thee information being given, was based on thee terms of offer.

                                  I was provided withe one 3d glass at thee time of delivery on 23/07/2012, withe an assurance that one more shall be provided shortly. However, while going through thee bill, I observed that actually four 3d glasses ought to have been provided with the TV and realized that, initially the concerned sales executive too, had assured to provide four 3d glasses. I have been since 25th July, following up with the sales executives and spoke to Mr. Shivanshu and Mr. Anwar on 25th July and Mr. Rakesh on 26the July, requesting them to supply me with the remaining there 3d glasses, as evidenced in the bill and as initially committed to me by the sales executive.

                                  I regret very much to state that since there was no desired response, I called on personally and discussed this issue with the lady in-charge of the said section. However, my grievance remained unresolved.

                                  Finally after continuous followups, I was asked over telephone in the last week of August to come and collect the remaining there 3 D glasses I, therefore visited the said Mart on Sunday, the 02/09/2012 in the evening. The sales executive handed over to me the 3D Glasses, bearing Model # SSG-4100 GB. I had already been provided with one 3D Glass, bearing Model # SSG-3050 GB at thee time of delivery of TV set on 23/07/2012.The remaining three 3D glasses offered to me on 02/09/2012, appeared to be of inferior quality and standard as compared to the one already supplied to me with th TV. When enquired about the difference in the two models of the glasses, I was told that only the look of the glasses is different, but they are of thee same quality and standard. Since I was not convinced and thought them to be of inferior quality, I did not accept them.

                                  I have the apprehension, that the glasses offered to me on 02/09/2012, are base models and not the ones provided withe Samsung 46 3D FULL HD LED TV-46D 7000, the list price of which is INR.1,52,700/-.

                                  It's been almost 4 months now that I have not been provided thee 3d glasses now despite following up and filing my complaint on the reliance digital website and customer care.

                                  Kindly help me.
