The below givem mail was sent to samsung CEO and Vijay sales customer care , today again . Had been requesting them to change my refrigerator which has manufacturing defect and inspite of my repeated request from almost 10 months they have tried all the methods to get the same repaired 4 times now but the problem still persists.

Had got my refrigerator repaired on 30th oct, as adviced and forced by your company and the entire damper was replaced. This was the fourth time that the refrigerator had got repaired but the problem still not resolved, you can see the ice on the top layer of the food items and fresh vegetables getting frost bite.
I had been repeatedly requesting, since first month of purchase, as there is some manufacturing defect. But no body even bothered to look at the problem from that angle and kept forcing me to get it repaired. It is almost 10 months now and the problem is till there.
My refrigerator had been repaired for almost 4 times now and the problem still persisits.
CAN I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE GET MY REFRIGERATOR CHANGED AS THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURINGT PROBLEM IN IT.

I had purchased samsung refrigerator last year in the month of December from Vijay sales , Kharghar, navi Mumbai. The cost of the same was approx 60k.
After a months or so, the things which were there in the upper part of the refrigerator started freezing and ice could be seen on the top layer of the food item.
we repeatedly called customer care and every time they directed our call to online engineers whoc used to tell us to change the temperature and this went on till almost 41/2 months.
Finally i asked themn to give me a ticket number of the complaint and hence got my complaint registered with your customer care.
Details of my call made to your customer care and complaint lodged is there in your system.
The first technitian who came had just changed the temperature and assured that the problem will get resolved but problem was not solved. we again called service centre and they sent the senior technitian and he changed a wire in the dumper pannel of the refrigerator, but still the problem was not solved, even it got more exagerated.
I then mailed the complaint to the CEO complaint cell from where i got a call and he assured me that the complained will be resolved asap. The technitian, who came this time was shocked to see the condition of fresh vegetables and fruits ( every thing was frost bite) and took the pictures of the same to be shown to the service centre.
Post all this drama which went of till last to last month - i strongly took this up with your CEO customer care cell saying that the refrigerator was defected hence pls get the same replaced because the problem started fom the second month only. Had written N number of mails against which i got calls initially but the answer was that pls get the entire dumper replaced but the refrigerator can not be changed as it is almost 9 months from the date of purchase now. Is it my fault that my complained was not resolved by you in so many months. In last 2 or 3 mails no body even bothered to call back.
Would request you pls go thru all the mails which i had written to the CEO customer care cell. If you want , i can share with you all mails and the details of the calls made to the service centre, CEO customer care and the detail of technitians who all had visited my place.
If this is the way the complaint of the customer is handled then i am sorry to say that samsung should not talk about customer centricity .... customer delight....
I had requested your CEO customer complaint cell to get my refrigerator changed, which they had not done but actually forced me to get the same repaired. I had asked for an extended warranty so that i am satisfied that the repair which has been done in my refrigerator just a month before the warranty period expires, is genuine and i have an extended warranty in hand so that in case if still i face any problem , i am covered under warranty. this also they refused as the decision for giving extended warranty is taken by some third party and not samsung.
I am a Brand loyal customer of samsung and had been using samsung products from years now. at present i have samsung 32" LED, microwawe, refrigerator and washing machine but after this bad experience with Sansung i would not even think of buying or recoimmending sumsung to any of my friend or relative.
Had been facing this humiliation while talking to your custoimer care team from last so many months and also because of problem in refrigerator had got monetory loss because of fruits, vegetables and packed food got frost bite and hence was forced to throw the same.
can i expect some solution from your end in terms of getting additional warranty for my refrigerator for 2 years ( without cost) and compensation for the humiliation and problem which i had faced in last 6 - 7 months - not necessarily in monetary terms. Could be in terms of gift vouchers or some product.
Expecting a positive reply from your end atleast, as i believe that you are the last person in samsung from whom the solution is expected or else i will be forced to go to the media and consumer court.

Samsung Refrigerator with freezer at the bottom — Complaint not been resolved
I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator ( Model with Bottom freezer)in mid 2007. On 18th July, we realised that the cooling effect had completely diminished, we called the called center on 19th July (Saturday) and a personnel was sent across on Monday/ Tuesday to check the complaint. He said there was a problem with the stabilizer and connected the fridge directly to the power supply. This did not help and we filed another complaint on 24th July ( Thurday). For the next three-Four days we kept calling the service center but to no avail. Finally the personnel was sent over again, I think on Tuesday. He said it was a gas issue and that the gas needed to be filled again for which we would get a call from the call center. Again this did not happen for a few day, after repeated calling the the personnel was sent over to correct the issue, but he said that the problem could be with the heater. This happened on the 4th/%th August, after which we have called the call center but no one has come to look at the complain? Please help.
