Hello,

I am a Sumsung die -hard fan and bought TV, Fridge, Mobile & AC from Samsung. I am terribly shocked to see bleeding situation of Samsung's after sales customer service.
I wanted to have my first under warranty service and tried to register a service ticket on 19th March 22 with Samsung Whatsapp but did not get the ticket number and the agent was surely wasting time as I shared invoices, serial number, etc. but he was not in a mood of helping me and wrote some pre-typed chat lines.

Then I called Customer care of Samsung on 20th March 22 and got a service ticket number : "[protected]" and thereon my nightmare and worst customer service experience started. Samsung engineer never come to my house and today is 27th March 22 and I have repeatedly called Samsung Customer care and all I got is assurance of call back which never came.

I also asked several times to Customer care rep to transfer me to sup but they never gave me one and no call back received.

I also told them if you can not arrange a engineer, let me know I can call Urban Clap guy as you failed to meet your basic customer agreement under warranty terms.

I have wasted my offs and I have lost my faith in Samsung and will never ever recommend Samsung to anyone.

Not sue if this email with ever go for my support, but writing it in anticipation that I will be given my customer rights.

    Hello samsung my s7 edge is like new but as you know s7 edge is beast so i am using it from last 4 years . I am businessman and want to replace my battery of s7 edge but samsung store always said that s7 edge battery out of stock everytime this disturb me alot . So i decided to file complain against samsung company whether replace my battery or send me new unit. I file case in consumer court also for this battery issue frustration.

      Hi
      I went to samsung service centre located at habibullah road to change my display for Samsung Note 9. But they are asking for full payment before they take in the mobile for service. What kind of service is this?
      I have no other choice to left the place because they need the full amount to take the mobile for servicing.
      Is this how service industry works?
      They also added that this is their company policy to get the payment before taking the mobile.

        Last year 05-01, 2021, I bought a Samsung galaxy F41, for last 1YR (That is warranty period) it was working fine but just after 1 month of warranty period, it got crashed. I took to Samsung service center and they informed mother board issue and ask to pay Rs 7000/-.
        I Investigate via Internet on Samsung complaints website . Approximately lot of persons complaining about the same issue. We didn't expecting these from reputed company like SAMSUNG.
        This is quite understandable that motherboard is not likely to get damaged in 13 months. Even cheap mobiles phones of local brand stand for at least 3 years.

        Sir, Kindly help us to get a new defect free phone. It will be very kind of you if your customer get positive and satisfactory action from you. Please find the bill as attached.

        I have talked to Samsung support, they denied with any kind of help except paying 7k.
        While I know lots of ppl who got free replacement of motherboard when phone is out of warranty.
        I have exactly the same Issue, the complain of which i have posted, I have the same problem, exactly the same

          I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+ during preorder on the 25th of February and my scheduled delivery date was on the 5th of March but got delayed. Then as I called the Samsung helpline and registered multiple complaints I received a revised shipping date of 25th March. Again, there was no update. When then when I tried to call them today, they told me they have no update.

          I am literally frustrated with the service. Please have a look and help me here as soon as possible. I am providing the required details here.

            When i was trying to enroll myself for Samrt Club, this message pops up saying i need a minimum purchase of 15k to enroll..I bought a 50K+ mobile (Galaxy S21 FE5G) from their website, i don't understand what they r expecting from their customers...!!

            I am trying for a month but till now my membership is not registered in smart club, and i have also given mail regarding this but this problem is not resolved by samsung yet.

              I had pre booked the handset on 22 Feb 2022, and got the handset on 11 March 2022. Few hours later got to found that there is a display issue and immediately sent to samsung service center. Upon checking I have received a DOA dead on arrival letter from the service center on 14th March 2022 and immediately mailed with all the details to samsung and they acknowledged the same on 15th March saying the replacement handset is approved and will be delivered to me within 3-5 working days. Since then they are not replying to my mail and and I keep chasing them everyday to get the status. Not at all response from them. I have invested 1.16 Lakh on the handset and I am scared of getting the handset or the refund as there is no update from. Samsung since 14days. Such a poor service delivery and customer service. I trusted this brand but now my money which I invested on this product is at stake.
              I could have gone for a better brand like Apple instead of this.

                My order delivery date was 23rd of March i Haven't still recieved the product. Payed 30000 ruppees through online mode. Gave a complaint on helpline they said they ll take action within 24 hours it's almost 48 hours now no calls yet from samsung itself. Very disappointed.hoping will help me out with the same.

                      I purchased Samsung M31s in September 2020. I'm being victim of Samsung m31s phone which worked for exact 1.3yrs just till the warranty expires and handset hung with Samsung logo and now completely turned off and not turning on at all. I have visited Samsung service center located at jayanagar 9th block bangalore, as soon as i handed over my handset they said all Samsung M series and few A series has same issue and also diagnosed & said it is motherboard issue and need to be replaced which ll cost min 9k.

                      When Samsung knows that there is hardware issue with Samsung M series and A series mobile phones, what corrective action is being taken care by Samsung to its Customers.

                      Hence I request you to replace the handset and also to get all such series phones to be recalled from market and give replacement to all customers as it is issue from that motherboard from Samsung.

                        I had ordered a Samsung M12 on 27th feb. I was forced to cancel the order from Samsung itself because Ecom express(through which my package was supposed to be delivered) had lost my package.

                        I had cancelled the order on 7th March. I still haven't received a refund.Moreover, its still in cancellation requested stage even after a month.
                        When i call Samsung, they say they will refund my money only after they get the lost package from Ecom express.

                        Why should a consumer suffer because of the incapability from Ecom express and Samsung

                        I have already called so many times, still they dont provide a proper reply.

                          We have been contacting samsung for past 2years and we haven't got any solution. From past 2years we are so stressed and contacting samsung again and again to resolve our Problem but they are delaying the process. They did send the engineers to check the problem but they also don't have any knowledge regarding our fridge and they have replaced our fully working compressor with a new one for which we had to pay the bill. Our fridge is in warranty and engineers are not able to identify what is the problem. After few visits they told us that some coil need to be replaced and they don't have that part. So we said that we will wait but it's been 2years and we are waiting. They told us they will refund our compressor bills and miscellaneous expenses but we haven't received any amount. Now they are just torturing mentally. We are helpless and don't know what to do

                            I am extremely fed up with the services of Samsung. I bought a refrigerator in Oct 2020 and it was working smoothly till 15/03/2022 but it suddenly stopped cooling and we had to contact to the customer support. The mechanic didn’t show up for 2-3 days but he came today and he said that the compressor has to be changed. He also said that since the compressor is under warranty replacing it will not be chargeable but while replacing the compressor the freon will leak and I have to bear with the freon gas charges that is ₹1800. I contacted customer care to confirm this and they said the same. My question is why should I pay for the freon leakage charges I am not responsible for the freon leakage. The freon chamber is absolutely fine. It’s working fine then what is the need to refill freon. And even if it leaks while replacing the compressor is that my fault? The mechanic should be careful while replacing it so that the freon doesn’t leak since it is very dangerous for Health too. Why can’t the mechanic be careful while replacing the compressor to avoid any kind of leakage. My Concern is please make sure that if someone visits to replace the compressor he does it carefully that the freon doesn’t leak else I will go to consumer forum

                              I ordered Samsung S22 Ultra Mobile alongwith Mobile cover on 23rd February on Samsung website. I made full payment.

                              The company delivered the Mobile Cover and unilaterally cancelled the mobile order after 3 weeks. No explanation or compensation offered for utilizing my money for more than 3 weeks. I have been writing to all emails available including CEO, all they tell me is be patient, they will call back but never do.

                                I purchased a Samsung Galaxy F41 phone about 1.4 years back, on[protected]I've attached the flipkart invoice). After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. I went to a nearby Samsung service center (Samsung Service Centres Civil Lines Allahabad) and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. There were over, at least, 10 people with the exact same complaint in the service center regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail, and of course it was never mentioned by Samsung that "Hey, this update might make your phone completely unusable, so update at your own risk!" and now they're expecting us to pay Rs. 8/9k for the motherboard replacement? Shouldn't Samsung take responsibility for this huge blunder that they've created, causing a loss of both time and money of thousands of its trusted users?

                                Thousands of G41 / F-series users are facing the same issue, and there's not a single word from Samsung other than "Send error report through their Samsung Members app" ! How is someone supposed to do that when the phone keeps restarting and it's already declared a hardware fault caused by an update? Is this what a brand is for?

                                Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates or its going to social media, and will definitely file a case. [protected] Sushil Mishra

                                  I complained about the non-working of my SAMSUNG refrigerator on 02.12.21.( Service Request No:[protected] ). It is more than 90 days over now. The product is not repaired yet. I am following up with customer service in every 3 or 4 days. But, service team neglect the request repeatedly. Very inexperienced service technicians came to service the unit 3 times. They charged RS:4140.00 and did something on the refrigerator. But, due to this repair...

                                    Purchased an A/c on 4/4/2021 and 8th of this month, it stopped working. Raised a complaint with customer care and from then my struggles started.
                                    Escalated to CEO desk also.
                                    All the employees are very well trained to say sorry or apology.
                                    Till now the issue is not fixed at all.
                                    Would appreciate someone fix the issue

                                      I had opted for a Samsung exchange offer via the Samsung site for preordering Samsung S22 phone
                                      The device price was quoted Rs 8000( Device Price ) + Rs 5900( Samsung exchange bonus ) which totals to Rs 13900.
                                      The phone is in working condition as reference to the video, but the pick up agent made a mistake and gave it as not working,
                                      now device price has become zero and only the exchange bonus remains which is 5900rs.

                                      Instead of correcting this simple mistake by changing device price back to 8000 Rs the team is going back and forth and trying to negotiate the price. As per samsung, I am entitled to the full amount if the device is in working condition which it is as given in the video evidence.

                                      Due to the rude behavior from the pickup employee and his manager to my wife and I, we have registered a complaint in consumer court and sincerely hope there will strict action taken against them
