I had purchased samsung S20+ in Sep 2020 and since then i am facing display problems like flickering . I had chatted on samsung help center number and after some days again it becomes ok. I am a loyal customer of samsung mobiles and other products also like smart TV fridge and other mobiles. But first time i am having problem with this mobile. Now my issue is a green line on my mobile. my mobile has not fell on the ground. Having spent around 70K and used only for 1 year and 5 months, i dont wish to change mobile or spend huge amount for changing display. Since 4 months i was having problems. I was feeling embarrassed in front of my staff . I would like to get my display replaced free of cost.

Samsung service center reported that Rs. 17500 is required for changing the display.

It is requested to consider my case sympathetically and do the needful to change the display free of charge.

I would be thankful forever, if it is done favourably.
Now the green line has increased to two lines.

I received a mail from samsung stating, service center will contact me. But i have not submitted my phone to Samsung. In that mail, they have not mentioned it is free of cost.

I cannot spend this much money for repairing. The mobile has become faulty without any of my mistakes.
It is really unfortunate and disgusting that the product is used only for 1 year and 5 months.

Pls do the needful urgently

    I purchased Samsung S21 Fe mobile phone on 13-Feb-2022, from Samsung store (Fundamental Electronics Pvt Ltd ) it stopped working within 14 days and today I visit the store and let them know about the phone issue, as per them they are not able to validate whether it has been a manufactured issue or accidental damage, hence they redirected me to Samsung Service center.
    I visited there and asked for replacement of my new phone but they are saying as it is not possible to replace, they can only repair the damage part. Since I purchased a high end premium phone and the phone itself as manufacturing defect then why shall I consider to repair the phone instead of replacement. If this issue occur after one month then I never asked for replacement, but it happened within 14 days so I want for replacement.
    Never thought buying a premium phone is now like a harassment to me instead of peace of mind.

      Samsung m31s motherboard issue due to company fault

      Hello all,
      I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone in october 2020, The official release date of this model is 2020 July 30, which says that it is pretty new and we expect descent updates over first few years.       Purchased TV in May 2021 from Reliance Digital, Kachiguda, Hyderabad. TV started showing horizontal lines on screen. Lodged a complaint on 18 Feb 2022. No proper response from Reliance Digital as they are saying Samsung India is not responding to the change of defective part. Disappointed with the response of Reliance Digital and Samsung India.

          I would like to highlight here regarding how unprepared Samsung is for its mega launch of the most anticipated and the premium flagship phone #S22Ultra. I was super excited and got an invite to book a VIP Pass.

          The Plight: Imagine I had to spend almost 6 hours preordering the S22 Ultra phone and Samsung chat reps had no clue on how to resolve issues which were occurring during that period of time. There was an offer of Samsung Buds till 11:59 and I was able to complete the order by 11:55 pm after starting to order around 4 PM, such an herculean task of ordering a phone. Also while completing the order Samsung Chat reps had no clue on how to add VIP pass for which I had already paid earlier. To my surprise they kept asking for some coupons, I only had email confirmation.

          I wrote to the Samsung Social Media team on FB and Twitter, as usual with their excuse, they keep saying relevant teams will call you and no one called. I wrote to Samsung Partner support, no one called back. It seems people in Samsung think that customers will just throw away money on their premium phones. Seems nobody has any respect for the customers willing to spend such a huge amount of money on a phone.
          Finally after waiting for so long I had just cancelled my Preorder due to incompetence of Samsung in meeting the commitments. If I can get Smartag for which I was proactive enough in ordering VIP pass and also Samsung Buds offer, then only I am willing to pre order this phone again, but not before that. It really is very sad to see the way Samsung treats its loyal customers and just doesn't bother about improving the quality of it's customer service. Don't you think customers going for such an exclusive and premium device deserves world class prompt customer service?
          Lets see if you want me to reorder or you are ok in letting the customers go, this will prepare us for the future.

            I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy F41 mobile phone about 1.2 years back on 10th Dec 2020. In the month of January 2022 just after expiry of warranty period, my mobile phone started facing auto restarting issue after every few minutes.

            I visited Samsung Service Centre for reporting the issue and it has been informed to me that restarting issue in my mobile is due to the mother board fault and it requires replacement which cost approx. Rs 7200/-.

            Then I started researched on it and I came to know that this issue of mother board is not specifically facing by me, even every single user having this model is facing the similar issue. This can be witnessed on the community page of the Samsung website and other websites also where number of people had submitted their complaints regarding the same mother board issue. It clearly indicates that this is totally fault at the end of Samsung. Also, I noticed that this is the common problem occur in 3-4 samsung models.

            Thereafter, I wrote email to Samsung head office for issue, they asked me to submit mobile in the service centre for checking. After passing of week’s time, I got call from samsung team regarding offering me discount on the motherboard replacement cost which is to be bear by Samsung but I denied the discount offer and told them to replace mother board Free of Cost (FOC) at the end of Samsung. In my case, all the internal components are working fine except mother board.

            Further just after the day I demanded FOC replacement from Samsung for fault at their end, I got again call from Samsung head office and since then they are making excuses to deny my claim instead recall the phone. This is unfair practice of samsung and cheating with the customers.

            I request Samsung to arrange FOC replacement of motherboard fault at the end of Samsung regardless of warranty status.

                Hi Team,

                I had purchased Samsung F12 Smartphone on January 2022 from Flipkart online but the phone is not connecting to internet. I had given to samsung service centre but they couldn't fix the issue and also charged 199/-. Had called to customer care and raised a complaint request-[protected] they assured Area service manager would call and refund the amount for purchased phone but still no calls and solution given. My work from home is hampered and i want my money back for the defective phone purchased which is also within warranty period. Please initiate refund ASAP.

                  I've used Samsung pay to transfer Rs 500 to Tata Play account on 15 Feb, 6.31 pm. Transaction ID[protected].

                  Samsung Pay portal says payment sent.
                  Tata Play confirmed in written email that payment not received to the.

                  Samsung says contact to BharatPe to initiate refund process and get your refund.

                  Who shall be responsible to get money from BharatPe and refund to me? It shall be SAMSUNG who is carelessly handling this case since last 11 days.

                    I had purchased samsung S20+ from local market before one year & seller give the mobile which he bought from another person who bought from Flipkart under Flipkart smart upgrade plan & i didn't know about it. Now I don't have any contact details of the same person.

                        I saw add in Chennai group at facebook. His name is Babloo kumar working as a CISF forces and he put TV, Fridge, Sofa and bed. I contacted him and talk to him. I needed TV only.
                        For that 20% token amount is send Rs.2000. After he give deliver boy contact number and delivery challan he told to send Rs.4200 for delivery charge. I send 1000rs as a 4times but he won't accept it. Again I transfer full amount of Rs. 4200. Totally I send Rs.10, 400 till now. Today morning I call to both mobile switched off. Yesterday he put add in Chennai group.

                            I purchased a samsung TV 55Inch on Flipkart. After receiving the tv i noticed a line on the screen and raised a complaint to Flipkart and Flipkart forward it to samsung. A person visited the the and inspected the tv and confirmed that there was a line and can be replaced. Next day got call from samsung saying that we don't find any issues with the tv and closed the ticket. Again I raised the ticket and and samsung people say it's a content issues. If it was a content issue i would be getting the line in a perticular channel but the Samsung person argue it's content issue and cannot be replaced. I request to please do the needful.                               This is to inform you that I have received the 6th defective product SAMSUNG 55AU8000 LED on 20th February 2022.

                              I already informed to the Samsung authorities all that I have paid Rs.75000/- in the month of December 2021 for the above mentioned product and since then i have been provided with the defective product and still I have not received the perfect product. CEO desk have assured me several times over the telephonic conversation that you will provide a better solution however they have failed to do as assured to me.

                              Further, due to the abovementioned defective product I have faced a lot of inconvenience and I feel my time and money has been wasted as I am struggling to get a perfect product from Samsung which they have failed to provide and it is almost 3 month Samsung and their distributor are assuring me on the same issue, however my issue is still not resolved.

                              I hope my issue can be resolved in an amicable manner and I request Samsung Authorities to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                  i have brought a watch 4 classic watch on Jan 26th 2022

                                  And from 16th Feb onwards due to hardware issue, the watch has been stopped working in only 15 days.
                                  and is been in the service center from that time.

                                    I bought Neo QLED TV 55 inch on 8th Jan 2022 and installation done for the same on 10th Jan 2022. We identified the issue of frame detachment in the centre of the lower panel and raised a complaint with Samsung India within 18-20 hours of installation. Two samsung authorized technicians Mr. Ashok and Mr. Srinivas came to my residence on 11th Jan 2022 and saw the problem. At first place I told them that I need a replacement of the product as it has manufacturing fault. Technician Mr. Ashok said that he needs to check the issue if something is internal and can be fixed at site. Since he is authorised samsung technician, he needs to check and send the report for further action on replacement process. I agreed and allowed him to check the same. He opened the TV cabinet and found that panel was detached because of some issue inside and it was not in the right shape inside. He said that he will try to fix the same and if it doesn't work then it should go for replacement as it has manufacturing fault. He fixed the problem somehow and then hanged my tv on the panel again. I checked it and found that cabinets were not fixed properly and asked him to fix the same. Again he took the tv out of the wooden panel and fixed the panel. Now the detachment issue was fixed somehow by the technician but I was not confident as I saw that my premium tv was opened in front of me within 24 hours of Installation and all the parts were removed. Again while cleaning the screen panel samsung technician only showed me the thin line which was present there on the screen post these steps.
                                    Below action taken so far from samsung customer care team and management.

                                    1- Closed my first ticket mentioning that My TV issue was attended by third party vendor. No customer will call third party vendor for checking the issue at first step. So samsung team tried to blame the customer at first step itself.
                                    2- Raised multiple complaints again by calling samsung Customer Care but all the request got closed saying that it's a customer misuse case.
                                    3. Later we found some management people at ground level who gave false reasoning to blame the customer only and dragged this issue for long without providing any concrete solution.
                                    4. After this I got a call from Samsung management to pay 65000 INR for the replacement of panel which is costing 70000 INR and confirmed that samsung will only pay 5000 INR to fix this problem. Entire Samsung management tried manipulating me to resolve this issue and at the end this solution they are giving to their valued customers.
                                    Please note that I have raised a replacement request not service request and same should go to right direction.
                                    I am not at all happy with entire process which I have gone through for my TV replacement and posting this information here so that it can be attended by Samsung India higher authorities. I hope that you actually work on customer values which your team always claim in all the calls.

                                    What support you have notified can you please explain the same here. It was not a support which you have given but tried to manipulate and blame the customer. Is this how a brand like samsung provides the solution to customer.

                                    You go and check with my mobile number. Lot of tickets opened and closed with your comfort without providing any solution.
                                    Kindly go through the entire history and then provide your commentry on the same.
                                    It's been almost 2 months and no solution. Only calls and discussions, trying to manipulate customer and claiming that you value your customers. If your entire management treats their customers like this then it's a shame on your entire brand. You need to revisit all your policies again.

                                    May I know how much time it is going to take to provide the replacement of my product which has manufacturing defect. I got a call from your team and again they are pushing me to accept 5000 Rs. as compensation and remaining amount to be borne by me. Please note that I have raised a replacement request not service request because your product was having manufacturing defect which was checked by your authorised technician Mr. Ashok and he confirmed that product will get replaced.
                                    Now your entire management has created multiple stories so far and tried manipulating me.
                                    Kindly go and check and revert me back with new story again because I don't have trust now in your service.
                                    It's been long and there is no resolution.

                                      Nisha Kumari this side, I bought samsung m21 in Nov 2020 and phone was working completely fine, Now sir suddenly in Feb, 2021 my phone have started getting reboot again and again, I have tried all and it is not getting sort out and it is suggested to change its motherboard, which costs around 5k-6k, please help me out of this, I bought this phone with the hope to assist my studies atheist for 2-3 years but it is getting unusable just after 1 year
                                      Hope you understand, and look into this matter.
