Dear sir/madam, pThis is to state that myself Ashish GOYAL purchased new Samsung a31 last year but from beginning this mobile phone had charging issues it stopped charging, I gave this phone to many times to service centre at kirti nagar but according to them phone starts charging after two days may be automatically, and they forced me to take it back again and again, now what do I do, I have secret data of me and my family, which may be used by anyone in such kind of problem, now I am highly Disturbed, bcoz it is not working, please do the needful as soon as possible yours truly AshishGoyal [protected]/[protected]

    I have ordered Samsung Flip 3 device, on 23rd Feb, with device they have provided Buds2 in rs 1999 . I got the phone on 28th Feb and I have tried to redeem that offer after 72 hours from phone started( on 3rd March) according to Samsung policy. But That Offer was not showing me on my device so I raised a ticket 45743059 in Samsung support on 4th March. Every time I called them they asked me to wait for 24hours but they didn't revert back. Yesterday I have dropped a mail to there CEO from there but no reply. Its 9th March I am still waiting for resolution. Now I am trying to return the device that option also gone. How to rely and order the devices from Samsung. It was a huge mistake I did I have invested my 70K in this device. Could you please help to get this issue resolve from Samsung?

      My new frame tv which i bought on January 27, 2022 has backlight bleeding issue. I connect with Samsung care WhatsApp, and human assistant tells me that engineer visit is scheduled for that day, but no one shows up. After a few days, technical team response was conveyed to me, which says that it is a "NEW FEATURE" of the TV whereas panel is defective

          I bought a new samsung refrigerator before one and half year.Cooling problem happened. I serviced my refrigerator by samsung customer service (gas refilled and we paid for service).Now same problem happened again.
          But now I received very worst product from samsung. Because of cooling problem Worth of 3000 rs food products are wasted.I'm very disappointed from samsung company now.
          I likes samsung products that's why I bought phone, air conditioner, refrigerator from samsung company.

            I have ordered a washing machine from Samsung with order I'd [protected], five days back and the same is scheduled for delivery today.
            02 delivery person come with the product and leave it at the door..I requested them to place it on the upper floor they replied that u have not mentioned the floor in your address. I told them that the complete house is mine not a particular floor then why I supposed to write floor in my address. But they are not ready to listen up they said the company pay them extra to place it on any of the floors. I again requested to place it on above floor as my husband is out of city but they started behaving badly. Resulting to which I refused to sign the papers and they took back the order.
            This is worst experience I want to share with the concerned company personnel, it is not the first time I have purchased any Samsung appliances. All my home appliances including my mobile is of Samsung brand..because of brand name and trust that we have on brand.
            But the experience today is purely harassment of a customer-
            1. As I m presently working from home the delivery persons have spent more than 01 hour discussing the issues.. which is my office working hour.
            2. Samsung should hire some professional people to deliver the services not any random guy or agency.
            3. The bad behavior they showed was not acceptable at any point of time.
            4. Samsung lost a loyal consumer toda due to its services..

                  On 11th Jan 2022 I bought Samsung Buds Pro from Vijay Sales. After couple of days I found fitting issues as the buds were popping out of ear. Since then I am chasing Samsung by sending mails to their CEO, sending tweets but they are completely ignoring my issue.

                  I want my money back as the company has failed to give customer satisfaction.

                    I have ordered galaxy s22 series pre-reserve
                    Vip pass on 09/02/2022 and cancelled the order on 8/03/2022 and it has been 10 working days completed but no response from samsung . Still The refund has not been initiated. I have been calling them from 4 days but they kept saying your refund will be intiated within 24 hours but still no any refund have been initiated. Please give me my refund as early as possible it's an emergency please!

                      My Samsung m31s mobile which is now more than 1 yrs old after updating latest android update getting restart 50-100 times a day continuously. After showing mobile to service centre they told motherboard need to replace.

                        My mobile model is M21. I purchased on 10/jan/2021. My mobile stucks on Samsung logo and switch on and off automatically.
                        It's all Samsung fault. But they ask me 5, 800rs for motherboard replacement. My mobile looks like new and good condition. Samsung gave me defective piece. It's all Samsung fault. Why i need to spend 5, 800rs for Samsung mistake?
                        I want replacement or refund.

                              Respected Sir,
                              I bought a Samsung smartphone M31 (6GB, 128GB) in march 2020, for its ability to smooth functioning with gaming apps like BGMI AND COD, as it was a gaming phone (as per its category mention). Though the reviews about the processor which was used (EQUINOX9611) by the company for a similar range of smartphones were not pleasing, despite those reviews I orders it on its first week from launch due to the trust and affirmation I pursue over the brand name.
                              It was hardly 14 weeks since started using the device, my phone used to restart in between the functioning of the application working. It used to heat up within 30 min of continuous usage.
                              Last week ( approximately after 24 months from the date of purchase) my device suddenly got shut and didn't proceed from the initial interface on operating. I took it to the nearest service center where I was told that the motherboard has been damaged and had to be replaced. As the device was not covered under the warranty period the total cost of repair would approximately be equal to 7000 rupees. On enquiring about the cause of damage I was told that because I downloaded too many apps the processor could not handle the functioning which failed the device.
                              I further took my complaint to the E customer service where I was fed with the same details which were non-satisfying.
                              I requested the free of cost replacement of the part excluding the labour charges which was completely declined by the customer care service.

                              My complaint to you is, If the device was not designed to handle the load of 22 applications enabled why was it mentioned in the category of GAMING PHONES? If the processor was so weak to handle the load what is the use of 6GB RAM which was my only reason for going for the device? Is this excuse satisfying that the device was overburdened ( as per my knowledge 22applications are not too much for a device with 6 GB RAM AND 128GB ROM)?

                              If that is the case then the trust of millions of customers over the brand name is in a near dangerous situation, Trusting Samsung over other competing brands which are providing much better service in of course cheaper price is a total waste.

                              Looking forward for resolving of the issue and some satisfaction in return for the trust over Samsung from past 15 years.

                                Dear Team

                                I have been using samsung mobile from past 13 Years and in my family everyone is using the same because we trusted the reliability of the phone.

                                In past 3 years I have purchased 6 samsung phone for myself and family.

                                I purchase samsung M31s 1.5 years ago and was regularly updating my phone as recommended by Samsung. But after latest update I started facing problem of autorestart of phone.

                                I tried to read about it over the Internet and understoox that there was some issue with samsung update which your team also confirmed. With trust on samsung I sent my phone to sevice centre for necessary correction and it was utter shock to me that motherboard needs to be replaced and further to that when I contact your service they blamed me that why did I update and it's my fault and I have to bear all charges.

                                I just want to ask, is it my fault that I updated my mobile as suggested by samsung. If it is not my fault, then why am I penalized for wrong update provided by samsung.

                                Shouldn't samsung own up the responsibility and make things right??

                                It looks like samsung is running a scam by proving false update and looting customer for repair.

                                Further to that your service team does not even care to call me after so many request. They started neglecting and they fAlse promise of call from technical team and all.

                                If you are charging me for the repair for your mistake the keep my mobile at your end.

                                  I buyed a new phone Samusung galaxy M52 5g recently in Jan 2022. When I talk to someone, the other person can't hear me properly, I tried putting my SIM in another device and they are able to hear it properly. Definitely it is a issue with the speaker or mic or with transmitter.

                                  The issue occurs commonly throughout the day in my handset. I didn't except Samsung will sell a defective piece. It will be good if they replace with a new phone without any issues as it is not just a rupee or two, I have spent 25k for this.

                                    This is regarding my two canceled Order IDs [protected] and [protected]. I'm not getting back the refunds totaling Rs. 87, 483.32 from Samsung India for these 2 Order IDs.

                                    In response to my complaint mails to Samsung Customer Service Support, all I am getting is repeated vague, false assurances like " we have escalated and forwarded your query to the concerned team, kindly allow us some time to get back to you with the best possible resolution", etc.

                                    Here are the details of my respective Orders -

                                    Order ID [protected]:

                                    Samsung E-Store had received the payment of Rs 42, 484.32 from me on 27/02/2022 for this Order ID. I had then canceled the order after 5 minutes, and I now need the refund back into my payee account( ICICI Bank Credit Card) immediately!

                                    Please see the attached screenshot for your reference and proof, showing the Samsung Email order confirmation and the Samsung Email order cancellation confirmation. I need a refund of Rs. 42, 484.32 to my original payment account as quickly as possible from Samsung, they are just using delaying tactics.

                                    Order ID [protected]:

                                    www.samsung.com had received the payment of Rs 44, 999 from me on 27/02/2022 for this Order ID. I had then canceled the order after 5 minutes, and I now need the refund back into my paying account( ICICI Bank Credit Card) immediately!

                                      I need a refund of Rs. 44, 999 to my original payment account as quickly as possible from Samsung, they are just wasting time.

                                        PATHETIC Experiences with Samsung Z Flip Mobile
                                        Hi Greetings!
                                        I am very upset and sad to give this feedback regarding my problematic Samsung Flip mobile, though it is under warranty.
                                        1. I purchased Samsung F700 Galaxy Z Flip mobile from Poorvika, Tambaram Chennai on 21 Aug 2020 by paying Rs 108000/ in one payment. After meagre usages within 8 months the display had multiple lines in the folding area and also had Green based multiple colors on display.
                                        2. Subsequently I handed over the mobile to Samsung Tambaram Service centre for the needful solutions. As the high end mobile went unusable within a short period I approached Samsung support for:-
                                        a] Refund after deducting 8 months usage charge or
                                        b] Replacement with a new mobile of same version or higher version by charging a difference in cost. However I was denied and finally Display was changed to a new one and given with one year free extended warranty with great struggles, that too holding my mobile at SC for 4+ months, due to Lockdown and Non availability of spares [May to Aug 2021]..

                                        Your SM-F700FZKDINU is still in warranty and as such the necessary repairs will be conducted on free of cost basis. Also, as a goodwill gesture, we would like to offer 12 months warranty extension on the said product

                                        3.Now on 7 Feb 22 after 5 months usage once again Display was seen with multiple lines in the folding area and half the screen into Green and the remaining half into black. When I approached the service centre, I was denied stating that your mobile can't be covered with warranty due to the bleeding of Mobile. I didn't understand the technical term of "bleeding", and the reasons. My point is the Display went Off having multiple lines in the folding area and screen went into two colors, Green and black like earlier. It may be due to Product issues as it happened twice within the span of 10 months. The denial of warranty may be due to prestige issues faced by the service team was forcibly asked to give one year extended warranty on Goodwill.
                                        4.Once again I approached Support Team for the justifications they repeatedly denied {Total 20+ mails}to service the mobile under warranty as this Mobile had a “External Impact”by saying that I have to bear the spare & service cost. I don’t understand how a folded mobile can receive a impact that too affecting only the FOLDING AREA, not anywhere of the display. When the same fault occurred first time, it was covered under warranty however with second time I am denied. Is it due to that Samsung Support forced the SC to give one year extended warranty?
                                        As of now Samsung customer support and SC Chennai refused {received the denial mail twice} to consider my a/m requests, I request you all kindly {R} kindly NOT to buy any version of Flip mobile from Samsung. You may buy any other mobile from Samsung {I am satisfied with my other Samsung products like Curved 55 inch TV, DD Fridge any other version of mobiles for the last 15 years}
                                        Now as I have lost already Rs 1, 08000/, I felt to caution other peoples for not to get trapped & cheated by Samsung on this product.
                                        Further I don’t understand what to do as the said mobile is still with SC. Kindly advice me.

                                        I have purchased Samsung z flip 3 mobile and it is an horrible experience as within 1 month of its purchase I noticed the screen getting black from the folding area. I contacted the service center to resolve the issue and get the display replace but they denied to cover it in insurance and hasn't responded in responsible manner at all. Moreover, instead of getting the similar complaints, they are just trying to cover their mistake of production department and claiming it to be an impact damage. This unprofessional attitude cannot be tolerated at all. As a customer I expect to receive efficient service and it is their responsibility too. After purchasing a phone of Rs 100000, this is not what we should get. The phone is with the service center as its displayed stopped working and it has been around 2 weeks and there is no scope of them returning the phone. They are just asking me to wait every time I call them. How long can I depend upon a spare phone? I have all the chats with customer services and I want to be contacted as soon as possible.

                                        same issue with me, samsung has launched a defective product and claiming no liability for issue actually arises with flip and fold devices.
