I ordered samsung galaxy tab S8plus on 25/02/2022 and the given delivery date was 05/03/2022 but still waiting for it and no response from their telephonic support as they always say please wait for 24-48 hours. It's frustrating to see this kind of behaviour from company like samsung.

    I have purchased mobile in Feb 2021. The F62 mobile suddenly stopped working. The service center said that there is mother board problem and it will cost Rs 230000 which is equivalent of the cost of the mobile

    This happened immediately after warrantee period is over

        I had purchased samsung S20+ in Sep 2020 and since then i am facing display problems like flickering . I had chatted on samsung help center number and after some days again it becomes ok. I am a loyal customer of samsung mobiles and other products also like smart TV fridge and other mobiles. But first time i am having problem with this mobile. Now my issue is a green line on my mobile. my mobile has not fell on the ground. Having spent around 70K and used only for 1 year and 5 months, i dont wish to change mobile or spend huge amount for changing display. Since 4 months i was having problems. I was feeling embarrassed in front of my staff . I would like to get my display replaced free of cost.
        t is requested to consider my case sympathetically and do the needful to change the display free of charge.

        I would be thankful forever, if it is done favourably.
        Now the green line has increased to two lines.

        I received a mail from samsung stating, service center will contact me. But i have not submitted my phone to Samsung. In that mail, they have not mentioned it is free of cost.

        I cannot spend this much money for repairing. The mobile has become faulty without any of my mistakes.
        It is really unfortunate and disgusting that the product is used only for 1 year and 5 months.

        Pls do the needful urgently

          Hi,

          I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31 phone about 1.5 years back. After a recent OS update, my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. I went to a nearby Samsung service center and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. There were over, at least, 10 people with the exact same complaint in the service center regrading their phones (all Samsung M-series phones). The update caused the motherboard to fail, and of course it was never mentioned by Samsung that "Hey, this update might make your phone completely unusable, so update at your own risk!" and now they're expecting us to pay Rs. 8/9k for the motherboard replacement? Shouldn't Samsung take responsibility for this huge blunder that they've created, causing a loss of both time and money of thousands of its trusted users?

          Thousands of M31 / M-series users are facing the same issue, and there's not a single word from Samsung other than "Send error report through their Samsung Members app" ! How is someone supposed to do that when the phone keeps restarting and it's already declared a hardware fault caused by an update? Is this what a brand is for?

          Please, have a look at the disaster the updates have caused. And kindly provide a free motherboard replacement or refund the amount, caused by your updates or its going to social media, and will definitely file a case.

            I have pre-booked a Samsung Galaxy tab s8+ tablet on 25th Feb 2022. As the pre-booking offer I was supposed to get a Keyboard book cover along with the tablet. However when I have received the product, there was no keyboard cover included.
            Amazon is denying that there was no such offer and not ready to help.
            In the Amazon India website, Samsung answered multiple times that the keyboard cover will be included.
            Also in Samsung website there was a document stating that the keyboard cover can be redeemed from samsung shop app later. I have followed the steps, but it is showing I am not eligible for it.
            In this situation noone is helping.
            Seems that I have made a mistake by keeping trust on brand Samsung.

                  Hi,

                  I would like to escalate a concern with a cancelled Samsung eStore order which has not been addressed for almost 2 months now.

                  I placed a order #[protected] on 15th Jan, paying with debit card emi. I canceled the order on 16th Jan, and recieved cancellation confirmation. But to my surprise my bank started recovering emi the next month.

                  I contacted Samsung store support and I am told by eStore customer care on multiple instances that refund is initiated - but the customer care fails to share proof of refund or a refund transaction tracking number.

                  My bank has informed me that they have not received the refund from the merchant (Samsung store), and continues to recover EMIs, for a canceled transaction where I didn't receive the product. I have paid 2 EMIs already.

                  Kindly expedite the refund process.

                    I have pre-ordered the Samsung galaxy tab s8 plus, 5G device on 21st Feb, 2022 on the website and for this they have given a HDFC cards discount (instant) of Rs. 8000 or free Samsung buds free for the tablet purchase. I received the tab on 8th March and asked in their live support about the free buds offer and when to redeem it. They said me after delivery, I can redeem, and then on 9th March I asked how to redeem they said me to wait for 72 hrs after putting in the sim and in the app I was not able to see the redemption option as they mentioned in the live support. And asked again but got same steps to redeem. In my FOR YOU, they didn't show me the offer and I emailed them the issue and they said to wait for 24hrs and my issue was not resolved. Pls help me with this redemption issue

                      There are multiple users facing ear related health hazard due to prolonged use of Galaxy Buds Pro.

                      Users have reported facing ear inflammation, watery discharge from ear due to use of these earbuds.
                      I have been using these earbuds for 10+ months and have faced similar issues.

                      I reported the same Samsung Members application. The support team requested me to visit the Service Centre.
                      I visited the Service Centre on 12th March 2022 with my Earbuds, where Mr. Maurya asked me to speak Samsung Customer support over a call.

                      After a 30+min long discussion with Mr. Maurya, Sahil Bakshi/Sahil Sharma from Samsung Customer support, assured me that I will receive a call from Samsung escalation POC for my issue within 24hrs.
                      I waited for 48hrs before getting in touch with Samsung Customer support on 15th March 2022.

                      On 15th March 2022, my call was received by Ms. Richa.
                      She confirmed that there is no call back request logged by Sahil Bakshi/Sahil Sharma on 12th March 2022.
                      Again i had to spend over 25+mins to explain the exact issue to Ms. Richa who ridiculed about my issue. Her attitude was out of place and lacked basic empathy towards customer problem.

                      After waiting for 40mins I got a chance to speak to her supervisor Mr Vishal. Vishal was no less than Richa. He spoke in his typical Delhiite tone. There was aggression in each word which came out from his mouth.

                      Still there is no solution offered by Samsung in India. In the US a Class action has been filed

                        I got a brand new tv from samsung 1 week back.it was delivered by the team and it was installed also by the team only for wall mounting . after a day tv stopped working and when i contacted the customer support they checked and informed its some internal impactand doesnt come under waranty and i should pay them 60, 000 for the repair, i purchased the tv for 1, 50, 000 just one week back and now they want us to pay half of the amount again for repair, what kinda fradulence is this ? it was the same team who did the wall mounting and now why should i pay them for the damage they have caused. and moreover the customer team is such a waste of time and they only keep forwarding the calls and nothing more than that.

                          I ordered Samsung s22ultra on March 13 2022.
                          Later planned to cancel the same on same day. . Was able to cancel the Phone case and charger which was part of the order. But the phone +smart watch has no cancel option.
                          After multiple reach to customer support got watch cancelled, but they are not cancelling the phone order.
                          Had hard time with chat support again. They said will get cancel after 24 to 48 hr.
                          Next day a cancel option came visible on samsung shop app.
                          I initiated but even after 48hrs is not cancelled.
                          Reached support but they are not helping.
                          The order is not shipped still ist not cancelled.

                          I paid via credit card and no refund initiated yet .
                          If this goes I will be billed by credit card provider for a cancelled product.

                            Purchased Samsung M51 on 4thFeb2021 for Rs22249.00 through Amazon. Just after warranty period ended, On 5th Mar2022 the phone stopped charging all of a sudden.On 8th Mar I visited Authorised service centre at Trivandrum. Service personnel told me its an issue with a part over the motherboard and the whole motherboard needs to be replaced for Rs11000.00 or else it visit some local service centre which will be able to replace the part for under ₹500.00.

                              Dear sir I have purchased a Samsung fridge which after few years it got repaired and Samsung came to our place and he couldn't rectified the fridge and said I can give you a coupon for 21k approx which you can redeem against buying a new fridge, i was told that by a Samsung showroom person that you pay full amount for the fridge which was 1, 20, 000 and we I'll get coupon money soon from the company after talking to so many ppl Mr Moses from samsung promised to get this done but no response from him tell now he is just keep on dragging the issue
                              Later i have gone to advocate for this he said to file a complaint on consumer court with compensation amount and harassment compensation
                              Guide me how do I go about it

                                This is with regards to Galaxy S22 Series pre book offer. I had purchased S22 Ultra on 22nd Feb 2022 during the Live pre-book event vide order # [protected].

                                The order was placed in exchange for S21 Ultra the value for which was listed as[protected]+8000 Exchange Bonus) on Samsung Shop App (Attachment 1).

                                However, post placing the order the exchange value was shown as INR 40320 (Attachment 2). I had raised a concern the same day and had received confirmation that the issue is being looked into vide ticket#[protected]Attachment 3).

                                Post which i had received an email on 26th March mentioning to visit Cashify.in to create a new Sell request, though the exchange price listed again on site was INR 44680 which is still lower than what was shown initially. (Attachment 4)

                                There have been multiple email exchanges and have narrated the concern numerous times to support teams and yet no response has been received on whats the correct exchange price.

                                The old phone has been collected on 12th March and exchange price received is 39530 from cashify

                                The exchange price is listed as INR 58930. (Attachment 5) as of 11th March and as of 12th March this was increased to 62990 including 8000 of exchange price

                                It's clear that samsung is showing an incorrect exchange price to its customers with not providing a fair price for it's product and not providing the exchange price it had committed prebooking

                                  I have purchased a single door refrigerator from flip kart n July 2021 from December 2021 the product started troubling me qith water dripping from there vegetables spooling I have contact samsung help line many visits made by service executives buy cudnt so anything.ijave written to service head india One Mr. TEJA claims Tobe decision maker took 15 days still the problem remains same on March 15th how long does a customer can wait facing same problem. I asked sample question today to Mr.teja do all communication via mail he says thats why we are calling every day says he will give solution but problem remains I demanded compensation to give me double door refrigerator with frost free as I have been made troubled to core in fact written complain to ceo team also with complaint number [protected]

                                    Hello dear sir/ma'am,
                                    I'm a regular customer of Samsung products however my experience lately with one of it's product have been rather very disappointing which have led me to lose my faith in the company's product quality and question it's ethics.

                                    I purchased Samsung mobile phone product by name Samsung M21 about 1.5 year back.
                                    Everything was going well untill last month when Samsung suddenly released a new update for 3.1 UI(user interface).
                                    Samsung kept prompting me to update my phone to latest UI like every 10 mins and it also cause my phone to slow down, I was so fed up with the constant notification that I finally decided to update to get rid of the annoying updating prompt notification.

                                    The moment I updated my phone to new UI, I started getting restart issue on my phone. My phone kept restarting like every few seconds with my screen frozen on performing any task.
                                    I tried to factory reset my phone but that didn't help and when I went to Samsung customer care, they were very rude with me and showed no interest in talking to me, let alone help me the moment I told them my phone was out of warranty.
                                    They told me the company takes no responsibility for damages caused by updates, even though it is Samsung that released such update.

                                    I seek your help in this regard.
                                    I'm really extremely disappointed in Samsung and feel myself robbed and my phone sabotaged by Samsung.
                                    Please help me as this same issue is being experienced by thousands or maybe even more since it has also been found by users and experts that the processor Exynos 9611 used by Samsung in phones like Samsung M21 and other phones of M series and A series is faulty and of low quality.

                                        Service Centre: will check and let you know the Detail
                                        service Centre: Little Bit Water entered into the Phone. Mother board Need to be changed Cost of mother Board around Rs. 2700.00
                                        Service centre: No, Charger board also to be changed, Total cost will be Rs. 5500 to 6000.
                                        Me: No Not required to service
                                        Next day Service Centre: Sir, it will cost only 3000 to 3500.
                                        I said: OK
                                        after 2 days: No sir, it cost 5500 to 6000.
                                        I said: No and return my phone

                                        when collected my phone battery is bilged like anything, also its damaged
                                        screen and back cover.
