Samsung F12 Smartphone

Hi Team,

I had purchased Samsung F12 Smartphone on January 2022 from Flipkart online but the phone is not connecting to internet. I had given to samsung service centre but they couldn't fix the issue and also charged 199/-. Had called to customer care and raised a complaint request-[protected] they assured Area service manager would call and refund the amount for purchased phone but still no calls and solution given. Samsung pay to Tata Play - Rs. 500 transaction issue

I've used Samsung pay to transfer Rs 500 to Tata Play account on 15 Feb, 6.31 pm. Transaction ID[protected].

Samsung Pay portal says payment sent.
Tata Play confirmed in written email that payment not received to the.

Samsung says contact to BharatPe to initiate refund process and get your refund.

Who shall be responsible to get money from BharatPe and refund to me? It shall be SAMSUNG...

I saw add in Chennai group at facebook. His name is Babloo kumar working as a CISF forces and he put TV, Fridge, Sofa and bed. I contacted him and talk to him. I needed TV only.
For that 20% token amount is send Rs.2000. After he give deliver boy contact number and delivery challan he told to send Rs.4200 for delivery charge. I send 1000rs as a 4times but he won't accept it. Again I transfer full amount of Rs. 4200. Totally I send...

Samsung TV line on the screen

I purchased a samsung TV 55Inch on Flipkart. After receiving the tv i noticed a line on the screen and raised a complaint to Flipkart and Flipkart forward it to samsung. A person visited the the and inspected the tv and confirmed that there was a line and can be replaced. Next day got call from samsung saying that we don't find any issues with the tv and closed the ticket. Again I raised the ticket and and samsung people say it's a content...

Issue with replacement of my TV Neo QLED 55"

I bought Neo QLED TV 55 inch on 8th Jan 2022 and installation done for the same on 10th Jan 2022. We identified the issue of frame detachment in the centre of the lower panel and raised a complaint with Samsung India within 18-20 hours of installation. Series M freezing out and rebooting again and again(like 15-20 times in an hour)

Samsung M31 restarting and freezing after software update

In November 21, I installed software update on my Samsung M31 phone provided by Samsung. After which It started freezing and restarting very frequently and sometime even gets stuck into restart loop. Line on my TV

Hi,
There is a line on my 55 inch TV. Complained raised within 5 days of purchase.
The technician who visited confirmed the same.
But Samsung is denying replacement as they are unable to diagonise the issue. The line still exists.

Samsung not repairing defective TV

Got a new Samsung TV on December 2021. After 2 months getting really bad issues in panel and backlight of TV.

After getting a visit from Samsung support engineer, he said that the company policy is not to fix these issues....

Payment successful but order not showing (not confirm nor cancelled). When purchasing mobile using Samsung.com on 08-02-2022

I made a payment of 14249 but my order is not reflected, I do not even get the order Id.

I was ordering a mobile (Samsung f22) through samsung.com. On[protected]. Money was deducted at 8:59 pm.

Samsung m31 mobile motherboard

I purchased mobile through Amazon sales samsung m31s, for the price of 19, 999.after 1.5years using suddenly my mobile was stuck on with logo samsung m31s. I went to samsung care they said mother board complaint for repair this they asking to change mother board 9000inr. Very worst to 20000 mobile using with in a 1.5 year use board complaint and asking to 9k cost. I will complaint to legal jurisdiction.

Samsung S20 - Green and White display

Purchased S20 in July 2020. After one of purchase, the phone notified on Software Update which was Android 11. After updating the phone, I started seeing Scan lines in the display and the phone was heating up. I cleared all cache and background apps often, yet all of a sudden, the display was gone.
No Physical damage or Liquid damage. Due to the Android 11 software update, the display was gone and shows only White and Green screen....
