This is with regards to Galaxy S22 Series pre book offer. I had purchased S22 Ultra on 22nd Feb 2022 during the Live pre-book event vide order # [protected].

The order was placed in exchange for S21 Ultra the value for which was listed as[protected]+8000 Exchange Bonus) on Samsung Shop App (Attachment 1).

However, post placing the order the exchange value was shown as INR 40320 (Attachment 2). I had raised a concern the same day and had received confirmation that the issue is being looked into vide ticket#[protected]Attachment 3).

Post which i had received an email on 26th March mentioning to visit Cashify.in to create a new Sell request, though the exchange price listed again on site was INR 44680 which is still lower than what was shown initially. (Attachment 4)

There have been multiple email exchanges and have narrated the concern numerous times to support teams and yet no response has been received on whats the correct exchange price.

The old phone has been collected on 12th March and exchange price received is 39530 from cashify

The exchange price is listed as INR 58930. (Attachment 5) as of 11th March and as of 12th March this was increased to 62990 including 8000 of exchange price

It's clear that samsung is showing an incorrect exchange price to its customers with not providing a fair price for it's product and not providing the exchange price it had committed prebooking

    I have purchased a single door refrigerator from flip kart n July 2021 from December 2021 the product started troubling me qith water dripping from there vegetables spooling I have contact samsung help line many visits made by service executives buy cudnt so anything.ijave written to service head india One Mr. TEJA claims Tobe decision maker took 15 days still the problem remains same on March 15th how long does a customer can wait facing same problem. I asked sample question today to Mr.teja do all communication via mail he says thats why we are calling every day says he will give solution but problem remains I demanded compensation to give me double door refrigerator with frost free as I have been made troubled to core in fact written complain to ceo team also with complaint number [protected]

      Hello dear sir/ma'am,
      I'm a regular customer of Samsung products however my experience lately with one of it's product have been rather very disappointing which have led me to lose my faith in the company's product quality and question it's ethics.

      I purchased Samsung mobile phone product by name Samsung M21 about 1.5 year back.
      Everything was going well untill last month when Samsung suddenly released a new update for 3.1 UI(user interface).
      Samsung kept prompting me to update my phone to latest UI like every 10 mins and it also cause my phone to slow down, I was so fed up with the constant notification that I finally decided to update to get rid of the annoying updating prompt notification.

      The moment I updated my phone to new UI, I started getting restart issue on my phone. My phone kept restarting like every few seconds with my screen frozen on performing any task.
      I tried to factory reset my phone but that didn't help and when I went to Samsung customer care, they were very rude with me and showed no interest in talking to me, let alone help me the moment I told them my phone was out of warranty.
      They told me the company takes no responsibility for damages caused by updates, even though it is Samsung that released such update.

      I seek your help in this regard.
      I'm really extremely disappointed in Samsung and feel myself robbed and my phone sabotaged by Samsung.
      Please help me as this same issue is being experienced by thousands or maybe even more since it has also been found by users and experts that the processor Exynos 9611 used by Samsung in phones like Samsung M21 and other phones of M series and A series is faulty and of low quality.

          Samsung Service request No: [protected],
          Hi, I Gave my cell Phone ( Model Galaxy M30S) on 19.02.2022 for service. Then No Bulge and No fitment issue.
          Service Centre: will check and let you know the Detail
          service Centre: Little Bit Water entered into the Phone. Mother board Need to be changed Cost of mother Board around Rs. 2700.00
          Service centre: No, Charger board also to be changed, Total cost will be Rs. 5500 to 6000.
          Me: No Not required to service
          Next day Service Centre: Sir, it will cost only 3000 to 3500.
          I said: OK
          after 2 days: No sir, it cost 5500 to 6000.
          I said: No and return my phone

          when collected my phone battery is bilged like anything, also its damaged
          screen and back cover.

          Service Guuys Damaged my phone, i want replacement,

            I purchased a Samsung Galaxy M31s phone about 1 years 4 months on 24 oct 2020 (I've attached the amazon invoice). After a recent OS update (security patch update), my phone started freezing and auto-restarting every few minutes. I went to a nearby Samsung service center located at bhavnagar gujarat-364001 and they told me that the motherboard needs to be replaced. . The update caused the motherboard to fail, now they're expecting us to pay Rs. 8/9k for the motherboard replacement? Shouldn't Samsung take responsibility for this huge blunder that they've created, causing a loss of both time and money of thousands of its trusted users?

            Thousands of M31s / M-series users are facing the same issue, and there's not a single word from Samsung other than "Send error report through their Samsung Members app" ! How is someone supposed to do that when the phone keeps restarting and it's already declared a hardware fault caused by an update? Is this what a brand is for?

            Hence kindly request you to provide a free motherboard replacement, caused by your updates or it's going to social media.

                A service request was raised one month before regarding TV not switching on and issue in display. The request was rejected as there was no proof. Another request was raised after one week which was also rejected for no reason. Finally one service request (24th Feb) was raised for panel replacement but still there is no progress on that request.

                When requesting customer care for the status, they are telling that panel is in back order status for last 2 weeks. On repetitive calls to customer calls also there is no improvement in the ticket status. There is no temporary solution provided as well till date.

                We need the TV to be replaced immediately or resolved immediately without any consumer charges

                  Hello Sir,

                  I've already sent multiple emails regarding this but haven't got any proper solution for it.

                  I've purchased a Samsung washing machine on 25 August 2019. I had issues a few days later and the executive came and resolved them.
                  The same issue happened again and the executive came and the Motherboard & sensors were replaced. I've asked on the first visit itself I want a replacement of the product, as it is a manufacturing defected product. Definitely, no electronic items get motherboard and sensor issue after several days and get replaced within 1 year.
                  I thought this would be the last time, but after this on February 2022 had an issue with the Shaft ( Loud noise from Machine ) and got replaced. But just after around 2 weeks the same issue got happen.

                  It's again confirmed that it has manufacturing defects for other parts too because the same parts which got replaced 2 weeks ago got the same issue.

                  As a customer buying these expensive Washing machine and getting a manufacturing defected product is not fair. I've already contacted the higher executive from a call, and haven't got any solution. Currently, I'm requesting Samsung to replace this product because you know it has manufacturing defects, as it's a rare case.

                  Hope you will keep up the trust in Samsung

                    I have taken a Samsung LED .I have registered complaint for LED installation, there is no any response for previously 2 days.I call call 4, 5 times to customer care but there is no any action taken by customer care.

                        I have purchased M21 Smasung mobile through Amazon a month ago. I am facing issue in recording videos. stabilization of camera is zero during recording. Even 1-2mintues video recording, background color of recorded video automatically changes color like more grey, white exposure white etc. Camer autofocus not work properly . Even 1-2 minutes videos, always camera blur after every single moments, I have visited three times at service center for this issue.
                        First time, they said this is software problem and update software of my mobile, but issue still remain as it . second time, they said engineer will check this problem and QNA will be send to Company.one week passed, still not resolved my issue . After one week I visited third time to service centre, they said, have to wait 2 days . Our engineer will check and camera will be changed after check. In my home, I have three product of Samsung. But I had no idea, service of Samsung is poor, not even to average. I had never expected this service from samsung.
                        My humble request to samsung company, kindly resolve my issue if you are genuine . Don't kn inow .

                          Dear Sir,

                          We have purchased double door Samsung refrigerator on 2nd Feb and fridge is not working properly. With in 3 days from the purchase vegetables started getting rotten and same was complained to customer care. Even after multiple visits from technicians issue is not resolved and no one is helping with replacement.

                            Dear samsung,
                            Your this device samsung f62 is the worst one it is so worst that i wish i should not have buy this it has so much issues heating issue game lag and normal gaming also does not support in it . I had spend over 1 hear like this in lag and heat of my phone now i am done with it, so i request you to get your this phone back and pay my whole money back . And please dont make this type of ### ever again in future. And try to built gaming features in phone

                              With reference to the order no [protected] under which I have order samsung 1m 08cm (43") AUE60 Crystal 4K UHD Smart TV of Rs.34740 on 18 Feb 2022 from Amex Credit Card with EMI Option. The shippement was delivered 25 Feb 2022.on 26 feb 2022 the engineer visited the address mentioned under invoice for installation of LED TV. While unboxing the sealed He found that under box there is just a damage panel of LED found SMART TV with remote as per invoice order was not found under the box.

                              This shows while packing my order samsung employees change my order of new LED TV to damage panel of LED against the payment of Rs. 34740.

                              This kind of services you guys are offered to your customers is not acceptable.

                              Such a big reputed company having a strong reputation accorss world having this kind of misconduct and unethical was not expected
                              Now I am followup from last 1 month no body from Samsung is able to resolve my complaint even Refund my amount and also EMI from AMEX card is already started on 10 March 2022
                              Please check and do the needful on ASAP basis

                                  I had purchased Samsung S 20 Plus in September 2020 . After Three months, the screen was flickering and i had chatted with samsung Team and could not resolve then. Later the screen problem automatically became alright. Now since last 10 days, a green line is appearing on the screen. I am a loyal customer of Samsung products and first time i am facing such problem with my mobile. All my products in my home is Samsung.
                                  Having spent 70K for this phone, I cannot spend another 12 K for display . i am very disappointed and hence i request your good self to change my display free of cost.

                                    Background of the issue:
                                    - Bought Samsung S21+ in August 2021.
                                    - My mobile started restarting automatically from 29th Jan 2022 (this is in Samsung test reports as well).
                                    - My mobile kept on restarting multiple times during my day, during my work, during my important office meetings.
                                    - As suggested by Samsung CEO desk, I submitted my mobile to Samsung Authorized Service center on 26th Feb 2022.
                                    - As per the tests, my mobile was indeed showing issues of auto-restart ( this is in Samsung test reports as well). Software update was recommended by the service center.
                                    - Post software update, I happily agreed that the issue might have been resolved. However, when I started using my mobile on the same night, it restarted again.
                                    - As suggested again by the Samsung CEO desk, I submitted my mobile again on 1st Mar 2022. The test report again showed that the mobile got auto restarted.
                                    - I submitted the mobile again with clear instructions that "I will not be collecting this device back".
                                    - Your teammate calls me and tells me that "Samsung cannot help you further".

                                    I am a designated IT Auditor in a reputed organization, this is a disgrace for my reputation. I have become a source of mockery for others for investing INR 75, 000 in a premium flagship and choosing Samsung over Apple. Samsung has hurt my dignity and self respect. I am now using a 5 years old INR 15, 000 Moto mobile, which at least is not giving me such pains.

                                    I am not sure where this will be going ahead and how Samsung wants to tackle this.

                                      I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator 255 Ltrs in 29 April 2015 (Details mentioned below) from Sangeet Electronics, Adoor, Kerala. The fridge has stopped working, and registered complaint ( complaint no-[protected]) in Samsung for repair. Samsung technician visited and informed that there is an issue with compressor. He charged Rs.500 for the visit. Compressor is under 10 year warranty period.
                                      Unfortunately I have lost invoice copy and warranty card. I have already tried to get the copy of invoice from dealer, but couldn't find. I know, it's a mistake from our end. But, samsung customer care confirmed me that if the serial no. and other details are matching with company records then consumer is eligible for warranty.
                                      Even though, they are asking for the invoice to claim this under warranty. They have cancelled my service request and refused to provide warranty claim. They were asking to pay full amount for the repair. From last few days i really struggling without refrigerator. Never expect this kind of rwsponse from a reputed company like Samsung.I would really appreciate if someone from samsung team takes responsibility and help us to claim the warranty.

                                        We have purchased a Samsung refrigerator 9 years back and now it has stopped working. After calling the service center we came to know that there issue with the compressor. We had lost the receipt and the Samsung dealer where we had purchased the product is not ready to provide a copy of the original receipt as he did not keep a record of the data as it's quite an older one.

                                        The service engineer confirmed that the product is under warranty through the serial number. But did not agree to work unless we provide him a receipt. The product is covered under 10 years warranty but now it's of no use.

                                        We have also called customer care and tried escalating our query. We did not get any positive response from the team even if they know the product is under warranty nor do they agree to send any details or assistance further.

                                        let us know is there any other way to resolve the same, Service part cost is almost the same as the purchased refrigerator.
