Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have received the 6th defective product SAMSUNG 55AU8000 LED on 20th February 2022.

I already informed to the Samsung authorities all that I have paid Rs.75000/- in the month of December 2021 for the above mentioned product and since then i have been provided with the defective product and still I have not received the perfect product. CEO desk have assured me several times over the telephonic conversation that you will provide a better solution however they have failed to do as assured to me.

Further, due to the abovementioned defective product I have faced a lot of inconvenience and I feel my time and money has been wasted as I am struggling to get a perfect product from Samsung which they have failed to provide and it is almost 3 month Samsung and their distributor are assuring me on the same issue, however my issue is still not resolved.

I hope my issue can be resolved in an amicable manner and I request Samsung Authorities to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    Samsung led tv is showing display problems within 2 years. The Tv is hardly used for 1000 hrs.The service engineer is saying that display panel has to be changed.Is samsung tv the worst led tv.

      Dear sir

      i have brought a watch 4 classic watch on Jan 26th 2022

      And from 16th Feb onwards due to hardware issue, the watch has been stopped working in only 15 days.
      and is been in the service center from that time.

      I am a constant traveller and since i been in samsung i bought the most expensive watch.

      I am suffering due to the long wait, and i request you to kindly provide me a new watch with same specs.

      attached the bill and the service center copy.

        I bought Neo QLED TV 55 inch on 8th Jan 2022 and installation done for the same on 10th Jan 2022. We identified the issue of frame detachment in the centre of the lower panel and raised a complaint with Samsung India within 18-20 hours of installation. Two samsung authorized technicians Mr. Ashok and Mr. Srinivas came to my residence on 11th Jan 2022 and saw the problem. At first place I told them that I need a replacement of the product as it has manufacturing fault. Technician Mr. Ashok said that he needs to check the issue if something is internal and can be fixed at site. Since he is authorised samsung technician, he needs to check and send the report for further action on replacement process. I agreed and allowed him to check the same. He opened the TV cabinet and found that panel was detached because of some issue inside and it was not in the right shape inside. He said that he will try to fix the same and if it doesn't work then it should go for replacement as it has manufacturing fault. He fixed the problem somehow and then hanged my tv on the panel again. I checked it and found that cabinets were not fixed properly and asked him to fix the same. Again he took the tv out of the wooden panel and fixed the panel. Now the detachment issue was fixed somehow by the technician but I was not confident as I saw that my premium tv was opened in front of me within 24 hours of Installation and all the parts were removed. Again while cleaning the screen panel samsung technician only showed me the thin line which was present there on the screen post these steps.
        Below action taken so far from samsung customer care team and management.

        1- Closed my first ticket mentioning that My TV issue was attended by third party vendor. No customer will call third party vendor for checking the issue at first step. So samsung team tried to blame the customer at first step itself.
        2- Raised multiple complaints again by calling samsung Customer Care but all the request got closed saying that it's a customer misuse case.
        3. Later we found some management people at ground level who gave false reasoning to blame the customer only and dragged this issue for long without providing any concrete solution.
        4. After this I got a call from Samsung management to pay 65000 INR for the replacement of panel which is costing 70000 INR and confirmed that samsung will only pay 5000 INR to fix this problem. Entire Samsung management tried manipulating me to resolve this issue and at the end this solution they are giving to their valued customers.
        Please note that I have raised a replacement request not service request and same should go to right direction.
        I am not at all happy with entire process which I have gone through for my TV replacement and posting this information here so that it can be attended by Samsung India higher authorities. I hope that you actually work on customer values which your team always claim in all the calls.

        What support you have notified can you please explain the same here. It was not a support which you have given but tried to manipulate and blame the customer. Is this how a brand like samsung provides the solution to customer.

        You go and check with my mobile number. Lot of tickets opened and closed with your comfort without providing any solution.
        Kindly go through the entire history and then provide your commentry on the same.
        It's been almost 2 months and no solution. Only calls and discussions, trying to manipulate customer and claiming that you value your customers. If your entire management treats their customers like this then it's a shame on your entire brand. You need to revisit all your policies again.

        May I know how much time it is going to take to provide the replacement of my product which has manufacturing defect. I got a call from your team and again they are pushing me to accept 5000 Rs. as compensation and remaining amount to be borne by me. Please note that I have raised a replacement request not service request because your product was having manufacturing defect which was checked by your authorised technician Mr. Ashok and he confirmed that product will get replaced.
        Now your entire management has created multiple stories so far and tried manipulating me.
        Kindly go and check and revert me back with new story again because I don't have trust now in your service.
        It's been long and there is no resolution.

          Nisha Kumari this side, I bought samsung m21 in Nov 2020 and phone was working completely fine, Now sir suddenly in Feb, 2021 my phone have started getting reboot again and again, I have tried all and it is not getting sort out and it is suggested to change its motherboard, which costs around 5k-6k, please help me out of this, I bought this phone with the hope to assist my studies atheist for 2-3 years but it is getting unusable just after 1 year
          Hope you understand, and look into this matter.

            Samsung M31 restarting and freezing after software update

            In November 21, I installed software update on my Samsung M31 phone provided by Samsung. After which It started freezing and restarting very frequently and sometime even gets stuck into restart loop. I visited Samsung service center and they asked me to pay[protected] for mother board replacement. This is completely unethical and strongly doubt that Samsung is damaging mobile phones after warranty so they get additional business/revenue. br...

            Hi,
            There is a line on my 55 inch TV. Complained raised within 5 days of purchase.
            The technician who visited confirmed the same.
            But Samsung is denying replacement as they are unable to diagonise the issue. The line still exists.

            Please help me.

              Got a new Samsung TV on December 2021. After 2 months getting really bad issues in panel and backlight of TV.

              After getting a visit from Samsung support engineer, he said that the company policy is not to fix these issues.

                  A complaint was booked at customer care No.[protected] on[protected] Engineer came on 02/01/2022 and charged Rs.3600/- Promised to send the bill on what sup. Next day we again contacted the engineer as the fault remain the same on the given number, but he did not picked the phone

                  Extremely sorry to point out that nobody is attending the complaint and they are least bothered about the customers. Neither refrigerator repaired nor given the bill and now not listening. Daily false promised to repair, but never sent the engineer to repair. No action has been taken against Mr Jassi Singh who took Rs.3600/- without giving the bill and now not repairing the refrigerator.

                  I once again request you to look into the matter and the culprit should be brought to book

                  I have never seen a company who cheat the customers and not resolving the problems even after taking the money. But now it is a full proof that Samsung Company is cheating the customers through their engineers and customer care centers. After taking the money they even not lifting the phone.

                  I once again reproducing my complaint as under:-

                    Hello Sir/Ma'am,

                    I made a payment of 14249 but my order is not reflected, I do not even get the order Id.

                    I was ordering a mobile (Samsung f22) through samsung.com. On[protected]. Money was deducted at 8:59 pm.

                    I used Google pay for payment, the payment was successful. but the payment page stuck at (processing the order...). I waited for 1 hour on this page but nothing happens.

                    Order is not showing in my account and I did not receive any confirmation or cancellation mail/message.

                    I have complained to customer care also. They have taken so much time but did not resolve the issue yet.
                    I'm attaching the screenshot of the payment also.

                    Please help me refund my money.

                      I purchased mobile through Amazon sales samsung m31s, for the price of 19, 999.after 1.5years using suddenly my mobile was stuck on with logo samsung m31s. I went to samsung care they said mother board complaint for repair this they asking to change mother board 9000inr. Very worst to 20000 mobile using with in a 1.5 year use board complaint and asking to 9k cost. I will complaint to legal jurisdiction.
                      Not only me all samsung Mseries users facing this issue known by mobile service shops. As my request company call back this series mobiles either refund or change the board free of cost. For a normal person this is highly expensive.

                        Purchased S20 in July 2020. After one of purchase, the phone notified on Software Update which was Android 11. After updating the phone, I started seeing Scan lines in the display and the phone was heating up. I cleared all cache and background apps often, yet all of a sudden, the display was gone.
                        No Physical damage or Liquid damage. Due to the Android 11 software update, the display was gone and shows only White and Green screen.
                        When I raised this issue initially, it was only 3.5 months past the warranty period. Many users around the globe has raised this issue in Samsung Community forum. This is a known issue due to the Software update.
                        I'm submitting this complaint so that Samsung will look into this.

                          I bought the samsung galaxy z fold 3 about 3 months ago and I'm already facing issues with the product. There's dead pixels on my screen. As soon as I put the phone for charging the pixels flickered and went black the next day. I showed the phone to the service centre and they refused to repair it under warranty as there's a small dent on the back of the phone. The tiny dent and the dead pixels are not even on the same level nor are they related in any way. Yet samsung is using any reason to scam customers and get more money. I'm attaching the image of the small dent and dead pixels on the screen

                            I ordered tv on Jan from Samsung Shop App. Delivery did not happen in time due to technical issues with Samsung logistics and i had to cancel the order. Been close to 2 weeks and still did not get the refund.

                            Samsung is cheating me. Customer care says 24_48 hours everytime i call, but no progress. Please help.

                                I have paid 4200/- for gas charges for fridge in which i was told about some parts charges, visit charges inclusive, , and gas charges but first of all after paying cash of 4200/- i received a bill copy after 24 hrs that too after calling to the executive and customer care, , and when i received the bill only gas charges of 3850/- and 350 visit charges mentioned there, , i called up at customer care for proper bill mentioning detailed bill for which part i paid what, , customer care executive was so rude bill de to diya hai 4200 pay kiye likha to hai aur kya chahiye, , is this the way to speak to a customer???, , secondly i was shocked about gas charges when the first he told me gas charges of 4200 for my 6 yrs old fridge i think he looted me by unnecessary putting other charges of other parts which he charged forcefully ..

                                  I bought a Samsung M31S mobile on 04.10.2020 for the price of 19500 rupees. It is working fine and I enjoyed using it. Recently mobile OS is updated as SAMSUNG sent notification to do. After that my mobile frequently restarting itself. On 21.01.2022 at around 8PM, while I was watching a movie on my mobile suddenly it got switched off and I had switched it on again. It restarted but it got stuck at Samsung boot logo and not moved on again. I thought it's because of that software update. I took it to Samsung Service Centre. The engineer checked the mobile and said it's a motherboard problem and costs 8000 rupees for replacement. I was shocked to hear that. I requested him to double check it because there's no damage to the mobile, no water damage and all the parts are absolutely working fine. All of a sudden the motherboard became faulty. I came to know from them that M31S, M31, M30, series mobiles have these issues coming. I mailed to samsung head office but they said As the warranty is only for 1 year and in my case it's 1year 3months. They said they won't replace the board at free of cost. I started researched on it. Shockingly, thousands of customers faced this issue for M series mobiles with that OS update. SAMSUNG sent OS update which has a bug in it after completion of their warranty period. This OS might have crashed the motherboard and they started collecting 8000 rupees from each customer to replace the mother board. What a strategy by Samsung to get the business.
                                  It's really shocking and very disappointing to know that the motherboard does not even last for 2 years on which a common customer can expect from the mobile manufacturer that the mobile will last for a minimum 2 years. Usually, display, battery or heating may cause problems for the mobile if it is more than 2 to 3 years old but motherboard will never be an issue. In my case, all the internal components are working fine and after the OS update this issue has arised. It's something Samsung has to take responsibility for. I request the samsung to replace the motherboard at free of cost. The reference number they gave me from head office is [protected].

                                    I have purchased Samsung refrigerator model RT34T4542S8/HL from
                                    Mayuri Electronics on 13 Mar 2020.

                                    But we started slowly facing the issue that the cooling was not proper and all of a sudden there was no cooling so we made a complaint in customer care and they informed that it was due to gas leakage and it was filled again on 5/11/2021
                                    But now again the same issue is occurring.each time we cannot give
                                    around 1500 because this is not fair .
                                    We have bought 4 fridge of same model and in those the issue is slowly coming up.
                                    Either provide me replacement of another model or do the needful.
                                    It is not looking good to have call and provide a complaint to customer care and fill the gas each time
