Please note that the Sewer Line of House No.767 GF, Housing Board Colony, Sector-21D, Faridabad has been blocked for the last 2 months.
Due to this reason, the Toilet is always filled with Sewer line water, and being unable to use the Toilet thereby makes life miserable.

Therefore, request you to look into the matter and do the needful immediately for which I shall be obliged to you.

      Address: Samsung customer center, Kattappana

      I spoken with rep of samsung customer center Kattappana for last two weeks for repair of my washing machine but they can't provide their service and also not repaired by them till date. They given the answers like their rep will come today or tomorrow and not get any suitable response from their side. As a customer I can't accept the response of samsung customer center Kattappana and also not satisfied of their service.

        Invoice number: VRC-S21-00693, purchased Samsung Galaxy A22 6/128GB Black-SM-A225FZKRINS on 27th September 2021 at Ziptech ENTERPRISES. Ltd., VR Chennai, Anna Nagar.
        While purchasing they told cash back of Rs.[protected] is there as we used HDFC Bank Credit Card, which would reflect after 3 months but till date it is not reflecting in the statement. If there is any offer you should honor it, we tried with the person in Ziptech either the phone is not picked up or the landlines number is not working.
        This is the pathetic state of affairs for a customer.
        We did not expect this from Samsung.

          We had purchased Samdung Galaxy A22 6/128GB Black-SM-A22FZKRINS mobile phone on 27th September 2021 at Ziptech Enterprises, VR Chennai, Anna Nagar, Invoive no. VRC-S21-00693, they thru HDFC credit card, we have got cash back of Rs.[protected] offer which you would receive after 3 months till date it is not reflecting in the statement. While we contacted the person of Ziptech, they are picking up the phone and the landline number in Google when contacted that is not working it comes.
          We did not expect this from Samsung. Hoping some help would be done.

            Last year I brought a samsung galaxy m31s with my savings as I thought samsung mobile phones are reliable and i can use it for 3 -4 years without any complaint buti am facing alot of problems in phone as it get freeze every time and restart automatically. When a visited the nearby samsung care, they said it's repairing cost is 7900 . It is the worst situation for me

            Hello Savita madam, I have same issue with my Samsung M31 where it is freezing and restarting. This all started after software update provided by Samsung. Let's unite and file a consumer court case against Samsung. I am contacting all the people facing issue with freezing and restarting after software update and we will file consumer court case against samsung.

              Fraud seller. Dee Kay Vision Sco 374, Sector - 35b, Chandigarh], 4665454, 5075353, 5075454 — Samsung Refrigerator 415 Liters.

              Do not purchase any product from DEE KAY VISION. The product shown is different and delivered is different. Complete payment of Rs. 45000 taken in advance. No hearing of customer. I have informed and visited the seller. Informed in writing to the CEO, The Support Head, The service Head, the grievance department, the customer care, but no one did anything. SAMSUNG - A BIG FRAUD COMPANY.

              On the contrary I received a call form SAMSUNG TECHNOLOGIES and I informed him everything in detail. He said I am confused. This is a case of HARASSMENT & FRAUD and that caller converted this case to confusion. I again repeat, do not purchase any product of SAMSUNG from DEE KAY VISION. A huge fraud in SAMSUNG products. No listening of the customer. Finally on 12.02.2022, I have sent a mail to all the concerned departments of SAMSUNG that I will not purchase any product of SAMSUNG in future and I am not interested in any further transaction with any department of SAMSUNG. This message is to inform the innocent customers like us not to purchase any product of SAMSUNG from DEE KAY VISION. The customers are paying in faith and in return no one listens to them. A fraud seller of SAMSUNG products.

              I have purchased a new Samsung Fridge 415 Liters on 17.01.2022 from DEE KAY VISION SCO - 374 SECTOR 35 B CHANDIGARH. On the same day, I have did the survey. The Samsung fridge I was shown in showroom of the seller contains a 10 year warranty sticker. He asked 45000 for the same model. I have paid the complete amount in advance. The fridge I have received in my house does not contains any 10 year warranty slip on the fridge. The seller also informed me at the time of purchase that a one year insurance will also be given to us. Today, I have called the customer care no. (Customer care no. of Samsung) and informed him everything. The Samsung person informed me that I have to personally visit the showroom in Chandigarh and ask them the same. I have called the showroom person on phone and informed him everything. He assured me that he will provide me with the required item. I immediately visited the showroom and I was surprised after seeing the insulting behavior of the showroom persons. I have shown them the paper of the fridge and informed them for my visit. They refused me immediately again and again. See how fraud and insulting behavior of the samsung product dealers. They said that there is no need for the sticker. I asked them why you called me on showroom then. This is a clear case of HARASSMENT. I am not happy with the dealing of the Samsung products dealers. I have paid thousands of ruppees and what I get in return. A clear fraud behavior of Samsung dealer. Now I have paid the complete amount and I have incomplete product withy me. Neither I have any information of any insurance and neither there is mentioned on fridge that how much warranty the compressor or other things contains. Fraud dealing by the seller. Today, after asking again and again, he signed and stamped the warranty card. He was informing me that there is no need of any warranty card. Only show the bill thats all. Then why Samsung company is providing the warranty document to be signed from the dealer. See what we are suffering. I want to purchase a new washing machine of Samsung also, around 10Kgs but now I have postponed the same after watching the behavior of the dealer. I am highly harassed and disturbed.

                To whom it may concern

                I, the undersigned, would formally like to lodge a complaint against Samsung for the below specified reason.

                Date of purchase of a Samsung 55” Smart LED vide Invoice No. 202 dated 09:06/2021.

                We are noticing from the month of October 2021 when the tv started showing some black marks on when the screen is completely white. To be specific the black marks are only visible on white screen not while running on normal colour channels or black when the tv is turned off. Than we lodged the complaint to Surinder Radio where the tv was initially purchased.
                Surinder Radio lodged the complaint vide Complaint No. [protected] dated
                January 2, 2022.
                Surinder Radio sent there Samsung technicals to attend the complaint on January 2, 2022.
                According to the technician require to cleaning Tv ( Which is not more than 6 months old) from the inside because of dust.
                We refused to open the television as this is just 6 months old & it is still in warranty and heavy dust was inside the sealed / enclosed TV set that’s why we refused to open the tv and requested to escalate the issue to Samsung as we needed the product to be replaced or a written assurance that if after the warranty there is a issue with the screen Samsung is liable for replacement of the television as personally we have not seen dust getting into a new television just by itself.
                Also We want to bring this to your notice that this is not the only LCD/LED we are using as, we have a LG 42” television from the past 7 yers and a Samsung 75” for past 2.5 years and we have never found this type of any issue ever.
                This is not a technical fault but a manufacturing fault,
                This is also not out of space to say whether this fault happens to each TV set & if not than why it happened to this set. Therefore we say that it may got dust, probably while manufacturing and gone completely unnoticed because of its appearance on a very rare screen.
                So, I would like to request you for the replacement of the product, as I cannot have a product which failed to survive less than 6 months in a confined room and required major cleaning under no dusty conditions which clearly indicates that it is not a technical fault rather it’s a manufacturing defect so keeping in view my above said facts replace the Samsung television at the earliest.
                Hoping for a speedy response from your side & an action at your earliest convenience would be highly appreciated.

                  I am using Samsung A6 Plus Mobile since September 2018, My mobile display was not working last 3 days and i have given my mobile to the Samsung authorized service center below address on,

                  10/02/2022 4:29 pm and given advance rupees 1000 for changing display

                  Mobile Seva, Address: Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Rd, Aswath Nagar, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037

                  I have given mobile for only Display Problem and my phone was working fine Incoming, Outgoing calls and charging other functions was fine before submitting mobile to the service center,

                  Before submitting my mobile to the service center only issues in my mobile was Display not working and informed them clearly only to change only display and they told for changing display arround 4800 ruppes with GST

                  I received call from the service center yesterday 11/02/2022 and they told different issues Mother Board faulty and they told mother board short circuited and telling different issues which was not in my phone,

                  I visited 11/02/2022 and asked about the issues they told such issues which is not acceptable and cheating me for money, I informed about my concern and faulty was only in display problem before submitting to service center and informed them to check again.

                  Today 12/02/2022 went to same service center to get the mobile, today they made my battery faulty, Mother board faulty and my mobile is not switched on and they told to get back the mobile and they told if need to service for the mobile they told overall charge 13900,

                  Toady they are saying different story and
                  Mother Board---6341 rupees,
                  Display ----3545 rupees
                  Battery ----1364 and overall they quoted=11350+Labour charge-350+GST-2106=13806
                  They estimated 13, 806 for all the parts, they made faulty of my mother board and battery and overall Mobile not switch on now before submitting only display problem for me and everything battery, Incoming, Outgoing and other things was functioned properly

                  They are totally damaged my mobile and not working they resturn back the mobile to me which is not functioning anything and battery also buldged, They made mother board and all parts faulty and they cheating me

                  I kindly request you to take neccessary action against them and give me resoultion for this like me so many customers they cheated sir,

                  Please save us and like me so many peoples are affected due to this service center

                        This is Totally Unacceptable from Samsung.
                        I am not satisfied with the kind of service I have received so far.

                        Only I have been calling the service number a hundred times, to attend to my problem.

                        My AC problem - " Low cooling " is persistent from September 2021, still it is not sorted out. (you can check your service records)

                        Your service people are not able to help or resolve the issue till now. Seems like, they are clueless.
                        They had done some work on Tuesday 08/02/22, saying they will come back on 10/2/22 Thursday. They DID NOT COME!!

                        Nothing useful has been done till now, to settle the issue .

                        Now, I am not in town from Saturday 12th February 2022. And will be back only after few months.
                        Which means that I cannot ensure the AC is working properly, for the upcoming months.

                        This deliberate delay from your side in resolving the issue, has resulted in this situation.
                        I am not responsible for the HUGE DELAY IN THE PROCESS.

                        Now,
                        # 1. Either Replace the AC unit.
                        Or
                        # 2. Extend the warranty period for an year. Till the new problem is resolved fully .

                        I truly do not understand how a new AC will create so much problem within few months.

                        I am making it very clear to you, that I intend to escalate this Issue to the highest level, On All Platforms including social media, in case it is not sorted out today.

                          I bought this SAMSUNG 43 inch TV on 12-Sep-21 via AMAZON, it’s hardly 4-5 months, there is a problem with the volume, #SAMSUNG service guy came and said, the Motherboard needs to be replaced, as it’s on a warranty period.

                          My question is, it’s just 4-5 months and this product is creating the problem, it’s an expensive product and if it’ll create the same problem after the warranty period will over, then I have to...

                            This is in regards to the samsung refrigerator 670 litre with model no :- RT65K7058BS/TL/2017 purchased on[protected] from M/s Bismi Appliances, Kaloor. Kochi -682017. Kerala. void Invoice No :- 1001375 dtd[protected] for an amount of Rs. 74, 800./-. billed in the name of my father Mr. Joseph Aloysious.Kadungamparambil, Manayath House.Thevara.kochi-682013. The refrigerator was working fine at the time of purchase and was working till december 2020 . in December 2020 refrigerator started showing problems. the problem was no cooling in the refrigerator area and Ice forming in the freezer vents and cooling fan making noises and gets stuck . and a complaint was raised and the refrigerator was taken to the Authorised service center ( GSS Quick Garage India Pvt.Ltd, Edappally.Ernakulam-682024) and got it repaired on[protected] and a bill was charged for an amount of Rs. 1487 /-.void cash receipt no :- 4462 and after 15 days the same complaint started again and was taken to the authorised service center and got it repaired on[protected] and a bill was charged for an amount of Rs. 666.34 /- void cash receipt no :- 4824. and after three months the same problem started again and it was during the period of second lockdown due to corona second wave . and after the lockdown the refrigerator was taken to the service center for the third time and got it repaired on[protected] and a bill was raised for an amount of Rs.767.40 /- void cash receipt no :-13014. and after one month the same problem started again and was taken to the service center for the fourth time and got repaired and a bill of Rs.3366.84 /- was paid, void cash receipt no :-14936 on[protected] . and in december 2021 the same problem started again and refrigerator is taken to the service center.
                            The service center informed us that the refrigerator cannot be repaired and they said they have informed the head office in chennai regarding the matter. The service center people stopped taking calls fom my father .my father who is 74 yrs old went to service center to know the progress of the refrigerator. and they said this problem cannot be solved. and he returned home .and they wrote an email on[protected] stating that they have found an internal condensor leak and as per samsung policy internal condensor leak is not repairable and offered a refund of Rs.7480/- as 10 % of the Purchase Bill amount of Rs.74, 800 /- on[protected]. the service centre says that the internal condensor leak is non repairable.so its a manufacturing defect . they are responsible for giving a replacement . i heared that this type of model is having trouble everywere. The service centre people were aware that this refrigertaor is having a non repairable problem . they simply waisted 2yrs simply dragging the issue in order to say its been 5 yrs and out of warranty.

                            and it is a great disappointment to me that i have always been patient enough and have always payed the bills ( Total - Rs .6285.58 )for all the services done so far.
                            i should say samsung enjoys a great reputation and goodwill in the market and we purchased the product due to the belief and trust we have for samsung. however the experience has left me utterly disappointed. due to the poor feedback and poor service of the authorised service center people.
                            i am hopeful that you will do all the needful to compensate with the pain and disappointment i have gone through. i am attaching the copy of the bills for your referance.

                              I got update on my Samsung F41 phone in December 2021 and since then, I am facing frequent restart issue followed by heating of top part of the mobile phone (which I believe is where the motherboard is located). Took to service center a couple of times but all they did was just do a software update. Worked fine for an hour but issue started again. Service center guys say that I need to go for motherboard replacement.

                              I stand strong with my argument that this issue is due to update from Samsung(which I am now wondering if it was deliberate in order to make extra money with motherboard sales). I hope most of you users agree with me on it that motherboard is something that should be replaced free of cost from manufacturer regardless of warranty status.

                              I have used brands that are far too less popular and not even in the top 5 or 7 brands in India. But still, I never faced motherboard issue even after 5+ years o[censored]sage. My previous phone was Redmi Note5 which is 7 years old & still working like a charm & my daughter using it for online classes.

                              What I meant to say here is, motherboard is not something that should run into fault by itself after just within 18 months to 2 years o[censored]sage. Also, I noticed that most of these problem occur in samsun phones post warranty period. I got update post warranty period and issue started then.

                              So people, please do not fall far tricks from Samsung and spend more money in getting issue fixed. I understand it it's battery which can lose it's potential after a couple of years o[censored]sage and may require replacement. But not motherboard; since I know for sure it last longer than 5 years without issue even in the cheapest smartphone you can find in the market.

                              Pls join hands with me in creating awareness among consumers about this cheating trick played by Samsung.

                              I see the compaint is marked as resolved but in actual, there is no solution provided and no one from Samsung contacted me. I attached response from Samsung saying it is repaired. This is highly unprofessional & unethical behavior by a brand like Samsung which thinks can easily manage to make fool out of customers, just because they are a big brand with influence.

                                  This is to inform you that the washing machine model no WT70M3200HL semi automatic variant which was purchased recently on 01.09.2021 was not functioning to our satisfaction.
                                  On 29.12.2021 the dryer side spinner found to be not working and the service request had been placed wide reference no. [protected] on 02.01.2021. Service technician visited and informed us that the dryer door had to be replaced in order to resolve the issue and the charges to be borne by us.
                                  The machine was purchased only 4 months ago and we have been informed that the remedy for this issue will not be covered by the warranty. The dryer door has no damage or a small scratch externally and we are not sure why we have been asked to replace the door and pay for it out of our pocket when we are still under the warranty period. The service technician informed us that we will be charged a total of Rs.2200 for the replacement of the door. The cost of the washing machine excluding GST was Rs. 8474 only, at the time of purchase. It is surprising to know that we have to pay approximately 25% of total cost to get a new washing machine repaired within 4 months of its purchase.
                                  It's been approx. 12 days and the problem has not been resolved. The technician has been extremely rude and has been using unparliamentary words on the phone. All my calls to the service call center went in vain. If the machine is not put in operation and the issue is not resolved immediately, I am constrained to seek a legal remedy. I hope my concern will be addressed and I will not be required to go above and beyond to get a new washing machine repaired, which is very much under warranty coverage.

                                      This is Chinnu from Bangalore and this complaint is regarding my refrigeratorModel No RT34M5518S8/HL – 03 and S/N: 03YA4PBM303973M. Complain No [protected]
                                      And here goes my story…., this particular Fridge is used by my Grand Mother and herage is around 82. On 30th January 2022 at 9:30 PM there a Gas smellin our Kitchen and my grandmother was alone at home and she is the only oneperson who stays in the house, where she smelled some gas leakage she thoughtthat It may cooking gas smell and immediately she called our nearby neighbor tocheck what is issue. Our neighbor came and inspected and informed to mygrandmother the smell is not from the Gas cylinder but this smell is comingfrom the refrigerator and when he look at the back side of the refrigerator, some oil was sprinkling and the smell was from there and suddenly hedisconnected the Power of the refrigerator because the smell was from therefrigerator and pulled it to aside. So for the next 3 days we did notcall the Service Center because except my grandmother everyone was out ofstation and I came Wednesday 2nd Feb and contacted Samsung ServiceCenter and informed them about the incident. The same day the ServicePerson called (Name Benny from L R Enterprises) and he informed me that aservice person is going to come and check the refrigerator. So the sameday in the evening a service person named Sabeer came and inspected therefrigerator and he informed that there was a gas pipe damaged and you have to contactthe service center again to ask them what will be the next to do as there was10 years warranty for the compressor. So next Day I called up to customerservice and I wanted ask that how can gas will leak from the new refrigeratorcompressor because my neighbor had informed me that this issue won’t come forat least it the refrigerator compressor is 5 to 6 years old and thisrefrigerator compressor will be under warranty for 10 years and he informedthat this will be damage product please connect once again to customer careagain. So again I called CC and they explained each and every thing thathappened to the fridge and CC informed me that they will send a seniortechnician. After I finished my call, immediately I got for benny from L REnterprise (Samsung Authorized Service Center) and he is questing me Y did youcall to CC already I had send service person to your place he will and repairand please the service and parts amount, again I asked you don’t have anyrights to question Customers and how can you say that you are notsupposed to call CC. Then again he was repeating the same and behaved rudelywith me and again I Called to CC and explained the issue happened to me and Igot a call from the escalation team (Name Ravathy from escalation team) and she asked me sorry and she informed that we are going to send seniortechnician today. But today I got a call from L R Enterprise that we are notsolving your problem and you service your refrigerator from anywhere outsideand again I called back to CC on 4th of Feb and they tried to convinceand they are informing that I will sending Senior Technician on 5thof Feb, and the technician came to home and he informed me that we are notgoing to give warranty for the fridge if we repair it also and he it costaround 12000 to 13000 and then also we won’t give warranty if anything happensto the fridge, and again technician is asking for written letter that Servicepeople are not responsibly for the fridge and here I can’t blame technician butat last I did not get any answer from your side did the Gas came or oil pumpedout . How canthis happen…. Samsung is a local brand and what type of service you areproviding to your customer. You telecast ads on television and say whereyou are, we will be reachable always. Is this the way you provide a service tothe Customer? If any flames would come out and if something had happened to mygrandmother who would take responsibility. I have decided to take actionagainst Samsung and your service center as I have recorded all the calls. Thisis really the worst I have faced in life. Hope this will be my last product tobuy from Samsung and I will never buy or give advice to buy Samsung. You're theworst. So now we have decided to throw the fridge in the Garbageand buy a new Fridge. Money is not a big issue. We will buy a smallfridge for my grandmother for her medicine.
