Samsung mobile will get locked as it is under Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan

Sompalli Gopalakrishna resident of Ballepalle has purchased a 'Samsung s21+ mobile' in Flipkart and he decided to sold the phone and I purchased it by seeing the post in olx.

As per your senior Executive Ms. Komal dhan rajput is saying, my phone cannot be REPAIRED because I had shown it in some local market and was open outside before bringing it to Okhla Service Centre on 10th Dec 2021.

Missing item in the phone box

I ordered a Samsung galaxy a52 phone from Samsung india website. Their website and the box description stated there will be Sim ejector included within the box but wasn't included as promised. Order ID [protected]. Their customer service is no help regarding this issue....

Wrong product delivered. Ordered Galaxy M 52 and received Galaxy A 52.

There is a great blunder done by Samsung India. I have ordered Galaxy M 52 (8 GB RAM and 128 GB INTERNAL MEMORY) and I received Galaxy A 52 (6 GB RAM).

Samsung Tab A7 - Echo issue using Google meet/Zoom

I am Shashank Bharadwaj, purchased ( gift to my dad ) a Samsung tablet A7 in September 2021. My mom has been taking free online Sanskrit classes during pandemic through her Samsung phone. I gifted her tablet for the sole purpose of taking online classes via tablet. She started using the tablet in October .

Did not receive cashback after 90 days

I had bought a samsung refrigerator from Vijay sales on 10.10.2021. I had paid Rs. 60000 through my Axis Bank credit card and I was eligible to get Rs. 6000 cashback and Rs. 2280 mfr cashback i.e. the total cashback of Rs. 8280. It has already been 90 days, but I have not yet received the cashback in my card. Please investigate in this matter and issue me the cashback ASAP....

Not Available Spare Parts Of Samsung Galaxy J7 Max By Service Centre

Green line on s20plus phone display

Hi,
I had bought samsung s20plus mobile from Samsung online store on Oct 20, 2020. Yesterday suddenly a green line appeared on the display without any physical damage. When I googled it seems that it's a issue in the hardware. Since the phone is out of warranty samsung is charging for the display change. I believe since there is no physical damage samsung should change the display free of cost....

Taking money for job

No job asks for money what is this rubbish they took 500 from me and now they are saying that a courier will come and software is inside the courier and we have to pay 3000 for the courier and then some training..the procedure of taking money from innocent people will never end..,
I mean what software why the hell company will provide software to me..this rubbish this fake company 🙏please dont trust this and i want this shine....

I received broken bezels for my 65inch frame tv on 19th Dec 2021. I filed my complaint on the same day and ticket no. is 3602 0032. Even after 3 Weeks and many calls and emails, till now, the Samsung customer service could not send me the replacement. M51 new Phone screen replaces 3 times still same problem continue

Hi I am facing serious issues with Samsung india, I got my new phone m51 from Samsung on feb 2021 after 1 month there was screen blank, they replaced it and again after 2 months same screen problem then they replaced, and it repeated after 3 months this time they replaced batter and screen and now same problem screen got blank and touch screen is not responding.All this happened under warranty.
