Hi,

This is regarding my two canceled Order IDs [protected] and [protected]. I'm not getting back the refunds totaling Rs. 87, 483.32 from Samsung India for these 2 Order IDs.

In response to my complaint mails to Samsung Customer Service Support, all I am getting is repeated vague, false assurances like " we have escalated and forwarded your query to the concerned team, kindly allow us some time to get back to you with the best possible resolution", etc.

Here are the details of my respective Orders -

Order ID [protected]:

Samsung E-Store had received the payment of Rs 42, 484.32 from me on 27/02/2022 for this Order ID. I had then canceled the order after 5 minutes, and I now need the refund back into my payee account( ICICI Bank Credit Card) immediately!

Please see the attached screenshot for your reference and proof, showing the Samsung Email order confirmation and the Samsung Email order cancellation confirmation. I need a refund of Rs. 42, 484.32 to my original payment account as quickly as possible from Samsung, they are just using delaying tactics.

www.samsung.com had received the payment of Rs 44, 999 from me on 27/02/2022 for this Order ID. I had then canceled the order after 5 minutes, and I now need the refund back into my paying account( ICICI Bank Credit Card) immediately!

      PATHETIC Experiences with Samsung Z Flip Mobile
      Hi Greetings!
      I am very upset and sad to give this feedback regarding my problematic Samsung Flip mobile, though it is under warranty.
      1. I purchased Samsung F700 Galaxy Z Flip mobile from Poorvika, Tambaram Chennai on 21 Aug 2020 by paying Rs 108000/ in one payment. After meagre usages within 8 months the display had multiple lines in the folding area and also had Green based multiple colors on display.
      2. Subsequently I handed over the mobile to Samsung Tambaram Service centre for the needful solutions. As the high end mobile went unusable within a short period I approached Samsung support for:-
      a] Refund after deducting 8 months usage charge or
      b] Replacement with a new mobile of same version or higher version by charging a difference in cost. However I was denied and finally Display was changed to a new one and given with one year free extended warranty with great struggles, that too holding my mobile at SC for 4+ months, due to Lockdown and Non availability of spares [May to Aug 2021]..
      {Received mail content is appended here;-
      Your SM-F700FZKDINU is still in warranty and as such the necessary repairs will be conducted on free of cost basis. Also, as a goodwill gesture, we would like to offer 12 months warranty extension on the said product
      We assure to give you the best possible solution in any manner }

      3.Now on 7 Feb 22 after 5 months usage once again Display was seen with multiple lines in the folding area and half the screen into Green and the remaining half into black. When I approached the service centre, I was denied stating that your mobile can't be covered with warranty due to the bleeding of Mobile. I didn't understand the technical term of "bleeding", and the reasons. My point is the Display went Off having multiple lines in the folding area and screen went into two colors, Green and black like earlier. It may be due to Product issues as it happened twice within the span of 10 months. The denial of warranty may be due to prestige issues faced by the service team was forcibly asked to give one year extended warranty on Goodwill.
      4.Once again I approached Support Team for the justifications they repeatedly denied {Total 20+ mails}to service the mobile under warranty as this Mobile had a “External Impact”by saying that I have to bear the spare & service cost. I don’t understand how a folded mobile can receive a impact that too affecting only the FOLDING AREA, not anywhere of the display. When the same fault occurred first time, it was covered under warranty however with second time I am denied. Is it due to that Samsung Support forced the SC to give one year extended warranty?
      As of now Samsung customer support and SC Chennai refused {received the denial mail twice} to consider my a/m requests, I request you all kindly {R} kindly NOT to buy any version of Flip mobile from Samsung. You may buy any other mobile from Samsung {I am satisfied with my other Samsung products like Curved 55 inch TV, DD Fridge any other version of mobiles for the last 15 years}
      Now as I have lost already Rs 1, 08000/, I felt to caution other peoples for not to get trapped & cheated by Samsung on this product.
      Further I don’t understand what to do as the said mobile is still with SC. Kindly advice me.

      I have purchased Samsung z flip 3 mobile and it is an horrible experience as within 1 month of its purchase I noticed the screen getting black from the folding area. I contacted the service center to resolve the issue and get the display replace but they denied to cover it in insurance and hasn't responded in responsible manner at all. Moreover, instead of getting the similar complaints, they are just trying to cover their mistake of production department and claiming it to be an impact damage. This unprofessional attitude cannot be tolerated at all. As a customer I expect to receive efficient service and it is their responsibility too. After purchasing a phone of Rs 100000, this is not what we should get. The phone is with the service center as its displayed stopped working and it has been around 2 weeks and there is no scope of them returning the phone. They are just asking me to wait every time I call them. How long can I depend upon a spare phone? I have all the chats with customer services and I want to be contacted as soon as possible.

      same issue with me, samsung has launched a defective product and claiming no liability for issue actually arises with flip and fold devices.

        Hello Team..
        I am Hemanth purchased samsung M31S mobile in Feb 2021..
        Along with I have purchased 1 yr samsung extended warranty..

        All of a sudden mobile donned get charged.. when visited samsung service center with in 1 yr of purchase.. the name some temporary fix..
        It repeated multiple times..
        Now I have demanded for a permanent fix..
        Then I waS told to contact the extended warranty support team.. then they will come and pick up the phone from my house.. it's 3rd day of raising complaint.. but still no one came to pick up the phone.
        Not sue if samsung is prolonging to frustrate the customer and get it repaired outside.. and get out of paing the warranty refund

          This has been observed in most of the phones.

            I'd purchased samsung refrigerator in 2014 where they're promising warranty for 10 years, ive the bill proof also, but when repair or replacement happens they're asking for the sticker of the compressor serial number, where in they put the sticker in the form of paper which gets damaged while re locating and all they might do this intentionally because they don't want to give the replacement, they could've put it in embossing or the metal sticker on the refrigerator.

              A complaint was booked at customer care No..[protected] on[protected] Engineer came on 02/01/2022 and charged Rs.3600/- Promised to send the bill on what sup. Next day we again contacted the engineer as the fault remain the same on the given number, but he did not picked the phone

              We contacted the customer care No.[protected] number of times but promised to send the engineer but never sent. The engineer and well as customer care persons are cheating the customers. Please repair my refrigerator and take suitable action against the engineer and customer care persons

              Engineer also agreed to repair the refrigerator in your presence over phone conversation, but did not come to repair.

              We hope that there is no control of Head Office over the customer care persons and the engineers

                Dear Sir/Ma'm,
                A complaint has been lodged with you regarding the cancellation of the order of Galaxy S22+ (Order ID [protected]) vide the trailing mail, however, the issue has not been resolved yet. Everytime I call the customer care, they are just escalating the matter and no proper concrete solution has been made. This approach seems to be not satisfactory and the behaviour/response is turning out to be a nightmare.
                Below are the details of the trailing mail, sent to you on 26.02.2022
                I made a purchase of Galaxy S22+ on 24.02.2022 (Order ID [protected]), on the same day, I had requested Samsung Customer Care to cancel my order. Accordingly, ticket ID 44349224 has been raised from your end and it was informed that the order would be cancelled within 24 Hours. After 24 Hours I had again contacted the customer care, wherein it was informed that the order cancellation would be taking 24-48 hrs.
                On 26.02.2022, 01.03.2022 (after 48 hrs as informed by Samsung executives had been passed away), I had contacted the customer care and informed them that the 48 hrs as committed by you (through trailing mail/audio conversations) has already been passed but the order had not been cancelled till date. To my surprise, the response I got from the customer care executives was pretty vague with no proper information.
                The response I received from your team are as follows:
                1. Wait till the order is delivered and don't accept the order when you get the order.
                2. Wait for another 24-48 hrs. On Saturday and Sunday the logistics team would not be working.
                3. Order will not be cancelled until the pre-orders are completed.
                4. There is no option, than to wait for the cancellation
                5. Escalating the issue to the concerned team since the day i raised the issue (same response)
                By listening to the above responses, I am totally confused & with the responses I received. The following doubts strike me after listening to the response:
                1. Why the cancellation option has not been given to the customer itself.
                2. Why do the executives come up with a new answer whenever I ask about the status
                3. If the logistics team is not cancelling my order, whom should I contact, as every time I contact the customer care, the response I would be receiving is that they have escalated the matter/sent a reminder to the logistics team and would inform me to wait for another 24-48 hrs.
                4. Why I cannot contact the logistic team customer care for cancellation, as the response i am receiving from the support team is not appropriate.

                Therefore, I once again urge you to resolve the issue and cancel the order and let me know the timeline when the order would be cancelled.
                I request you to provide me with a solution at the earliest

                  I had purchased samsung S20+ in Sep 2020 and since then i am facing display problems like flickering . I had chatted on samsung help center number and after some days again it becomes ok. I am a loyal customer of samsung mobiles and other products also like smart TV fridge and other mobiles. But first time i am having problem with this mobile. Now my issue is a green line on my mobile. my mobile has not fell on the ground. Having spent around 70K and used only for 1 year and 5 months, i dont wish to change mobile or spend huge amount for changing display. Since 4 months i was having problems. I was feeling embarrassed in front of my staff . I would like to get my display replaced free of cost.

                  Samsung service center reported that Rs. 17500 is required for changing the display.

                  It is requested to consider my case sympathetically and do the needful to change the display free of charge.

                  I would be thankful forever, if it is done favourably.

                  I received a mail from samsung stating, service center will contact me. But i have not submitted my phone to Samsung. In that mail, they have not mentioned it is free of cost.

                  I cannot spend this much money for repairing. The mobile has become faulty without any of my mistakes.
                  It is really unfortunate and disgusting that the product is used only for 1 year and 5 months.

                    I purchased Samsung S21 Fe mobile phone on 13-Feb-2022, from Samsung store (Fundamental Electronics Pvt Ltd ) it stopped working within 14 days and today I visit the store and let them know about the phone issue, as per them they are not able to validate whether it has been a manufactured issue or accidental damage, hence they redirected me to Samsung Service center.
                    I visited there and asked for replacement of my new phone but they are saying as it is not possible to replace, they can only repair the damage part. Since I purchased a high end premium phone and the phone itself as manufacturing defect then why shall I consider to repair the phone instead of replacement. If this issue occur after one month then I never asked for replacement, but it happened within 14 days so I want for replacement.

                      Samsung m31s motherboard issue due to company fault

                      Purchased TV in May 2021 from Reliance Digital, Kachiguda, Hyderabad. TV started showing horizontal lines on screen. Lodged a complaint on 18 Feb 2022. No proper response from Reliance Digital as they are saying Samsung India is not responding to the change of defective part. Disappointed with the response of Reliance Digital and Samsung India.

                          I would like to highlight here regarding how unprepared Samsung is for its mega launch of the most anticipated and the premium flagship phone #S22Ultra. I was super excited and got an invite to book a VIP Pass.

                          The Plight: Imagine I had to spend almost 6 hours preordering the S22 Ultra phone and Samsung chat reps had no clue on how to resolve issues which were occurring during that period of time. There was an offer of Samsung Buds till 11:59 and I was able to complete the order by 11:55 pm after starting to order around 4 PM, such an herculean task of ordering a phone. Also while completing the order Samsung Chat reps had no clue on how to add VIP pass for which I had already paid earlier. To my surprise they kept asking for some coupons, I only had email confirmation.

                          I wrote to the Samsung Social Media team on FB and Twitter, as usual with their excuse, they keep saying relevant teams will call you and no one called. I wrote to Samsung Partner support, no one called back. It seems people in Samsung think that customers will just throw away money on their premium phones. Seems nobody has any respect for the customers willing to spend such a huge amount of money on a phone.
                          Finally after waiting for so long I had just cancelled my Preorder due to incompetence of Samsung in meeting the commitments. If I can get Smartag for which I was proactive enough in ordering VIP pass and also Samsung Buds offer, then only I am willing to pre order this phone again, but not before that. It really is very sad to see the way Samsung treats its loyal customers and just doesn't bother about improving the quality of it's customer service. Don't you think customers going for such an exclusive and premium device deserves world class prompt customer service?
                          Lets see if you want me to reorder or you are ok in letting the customers go, this will prepare us for the future.

                            I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy F41 mobile phone about 1.2 years back on 10th Dec 2020. In the month of January 2022 just after expiry of warranty period, my mobile phone started facing auto restarting issue after every few minutes.

                            I visited Samsung Service Centre for reporting the issue and it has been informed to me that restarting issue in my mobile is due to the mother board fault and it requires replacement which cost approx. Rs 7200/-.

                            Then I started researched on it and I came to know that this issue of mother board is not specifically facing by me, even every single user having this model is facing the similar issue. This can be witnessed on the community page of the Samsung website and other websites also where number of people had submitted their complaints regarding the same mother board issue. It clearly indicates that this is totally fault at the end of Samsung. Also, I noticed that this is the common problem occur in 3-4 samsung models.

                            Thereafter, I wrote email to Samsung head office for issue, they asked me to submit mobile in the service centre for checking. After passing of week’s time, I got call from samsung team regarding offering me discount on the motherboard replacement cost which is to be bear by Samsung but I denied the discount offer and told them to replace mother board Free of Cost (FOC) at the end of Samsung. In my case, all the internal components are working fine except mother board.

                            Further just after the day I demanded FOC replacement from Samsung for fault at their end, I got again call from Samsung head office and since then they are making excuses to deny my claim instead recall the phone. This is unfair practice of samsung and cheating with the customers.

                            I request Samsung to arrange FOC replacement of motherboard fault at the end of Samsung regardless of warranty status.

                                Hi Team,

                                I had purchased Samsung F12 Smartphone on January 2022 from Flipkart online but the phone is not connecting to internet. I had given to samsung service centre but they couldn't fix the issue and also charged 199/-. Had called to customer care and raised a complaint request-[protected] they assured Area service manager would call and refund the amount for purchased phone but still no calls and solution given. My work from home is hampered and i want my money back for the defective phone purchased which is also within warranty period. Please initiate refund ASAP.

                                  I've used Samsung pay to transfer Rs 500 to Tata Play account on 15 Feb, 6.31 pm. Transaction ID[protected].

                                  Samsung Pay portal says payment sent.
                                  Tata Play confirmed in written email that payment not received to the.

                                  Samsung says contact to BharatPe to initiate refund process and get your refund.

                                  Who shall be responsible to get money from BharatPe and refund to me? It shall be SAMSUNG who is carelessly handling this case since last 11 days.
