We had purchased 2 x 1.5 Ton and 1 x 2 Ton Samsung AC from Vijay Sales, Kandivili
and installed it at Flat 102 Cosydell CHS Ltd., 91 St. Andrew's Road, Bandra, Mumbai - 400 050.

Within 16 months 1 x 1.5 Ton and 1 x 2 Ton AC have stopped working. On scrutiny the
technician said that the gas needs to be refilled. Now he says that the Condenser Coils
have gone, hence 2 new Condenser Coils and 2 refills need to be put for the ACs. And
it will cost Rs.9000/-

The Warranty period is 2 years, hence the Rs. 9000/- needs to be borne by Samsung not me.

    Sir,In continuous to my complaint dated 16 April,2012,it is regretted to state that samsung AC are not recommended to buy. I am continuously sending one of my 3 AC to samsung workshop for gas filling right from year 2010.However, the latest date of reciept of Ac is(after rectification)is 19 April and it is
    a 4th visit of workshop. Should I prepare myself to send Ac to next year also and pay charges as tax? What is the alternative? I think,I should dispose off all products of samsung having with me.

    Somehow I don't think anyone on this website is going to fix your problem. Did you try maybe calling the company that installed your A/C?

    Samsung AC — SAMSUNG AC HAS STOPPED WORKING

    We have purchesed samsung AC in Oct 2008 but in Jun 2009 our AC has stpopped working. Could you please check & rectify the problem.

    Sir, I had purchased 2 Nos. Samsung window AC in April 2007. Both the Acs had worked upto oct./march 2009 due to regular maintenance carried out.
    After that the various troubles had started mainly gas leaking in both the ACs . Samsung engineer visited number of times on our call and both the Acs
    were sent to service station three times for gas filling, no fruit ful result have been seen. There is no cooling. Samsung AC is a hopless one. I am continously sending the Acs to samsung service station right from year March 2010. On date, one Ac has again gone to coma, hence not working.

    It is wonderful that actul life of the samsung AC is 2 to 3 years only. After that the same can be sold to kabadi. I salute to samsung for the hopeless product selling in the market and fooling and looting customers.

    Sir, I am totally fed up with Samsung AC. Basically, it is of low quality material. The two window AC purchased by me in April/may 2007 have completed there normal life.The compressor of One AC has stopped working, hence required to be replaced.But Samsung is not inclined to change the same with nominal charges as the gaurantee period has been expired since 22 days exeeded.However, Samsung is not ready to compromise and demanding Rs 5000/-I have already paid much of amount on these ACs to samsung service centre.It may be surprised for the people reading this complaint that the GHATIA PRODUCT are being sold by Samsung company.
    In this connection, I will never recommend any one to buy Samsung products.Prior to year 2003, The company had a standard and manufacturing good products/materials. Now Samsung is selling low quality products particularly the AC which is just like a SUPPER COOLER. Hopeless.

    I have a 2 ton Samsung AC which I had bought around 3 years back. I worked fine for first year, 2nd year I have not used it at all and 3rd year I had used it for a while and I have found the cooling ineffective, but as I am using it once in a while it didn't affected me much and this year no cooling at all. Its irritating to see such a behavior when other company AC's I have working perfectly fine since years and this is the latest one I had bought.

    Now on calling a service person from Samsung, I came to know that cooling gas needs to be refilled. I felt strange to know that in-spite o[censored]sing AC even less than moderate, gas refill is required.

    Now they had picked the AC from my home for repair and today I got the call that some AC condenser part needs to be replaced as it can't be repaired. They told me current part if of Aluminum metal and now they will replace it with part made of Copper metal. Again surprising how come a metal part can't be repaired and also I am not able to get how come a metal part got damaged.

    Is it company fitted sub standard part or is it Samsung repair center who wants to earn extra? It seems like Samsung selling "GHATIA PRODUCT" as stated above

    I would also never recommend any one to buy Samsung products.

      I am Ram Sharma,. Staying in Chennai.
      On relocation, I had given a request for Samsung split AC (1.5 Ton) through Customer care. The request was given on 2nd April 2012. A Technician named Suresh had intially confirmed the appointment on Saturday (7th April) however he failed to come and even after repeated calls to him, there was neither any response or call-back. Finally on 9th April, Monday, another Technician had come to install the AC.
      He had changed the cooling tube which was charged Rs 850.00.

      However he left without giving any receipt for the same. He did not also show me the packaging in which the tube was bought. He all through insisted that it is original samsung product and was brought from their warehouse.
      The tube does not bear any logo or stamp of Samsung or any other third party.
      There after I had been mailing and calling the customer care for atleast the basic information, like place of manufacture, date of manufacture, price and logo.
      However none from Samsung were able to provide me with this information as on date( 19th April 2012)
      Further due to an installation error, the gas had leaked out and from the very day, there was no cooling. This was confirmed by one of their executives who had come on 13th April 2012. But he left saying that, "it would be fixed by a different team".

      I have been calling the customer care, even I have posted mails on samsung website and to samsung support team. But all was invain.

      After each mail, some individual calls and tells he would personally track my issue and see that it is resolved by the end of the day ... and this has been continuing for last 10 days.

      This clearly highlights the careless and lack of customer-friendly attitude of samsung and its allied executives.
      Kindly do let me know what and how I proceed to see that the issue is resolved

      Samsung AC — careless service

      dear concern ,

      I am facing a problem of not working my ac well since last 10 days. i resistered a complain in samsung customer care on 23rd march witch bp no. is [protected] . after that there are nothing reply from samsung. therafter i am complaing everyday and every time customer care executive told me that today your problem will monitered on priority basis. that drama running everyday i complained. so now you tell me what can i do for this complain.

        Hi Myself Rajeev Chawla residing at Gurgaon. I have purchased a New Handset of Samsung Duos on 29 March 2012 by Ebay worth approx 13000/-. I got my phone on within next 4-5 days. I used new phone for two days and start facing the lots of problems.

        1.) No battery Backup. Phone switched off after 8 hrs on stand by (100% full charged)
        2.) Mobile gets hot without any usage
        3.) Tilt sensor is not working.
        4.) Some time phones starting operates itself.
        5.) It fluctuate on charging.

        I have gave this phone to service center of Gurgaon they have declared Dead handset and even they are refusing me to give me a new handset. Request to you to look into this matter as i do not want to have repaired handset i have deposited my handset with 10 days of purchasing and after that some of Samsung Guy from the services Deptt contacted me the gave the assurance for everything will be fine and he will take care of my case and advise you shortly further action. After two days when i contacted him he was totally forget the case then he took conference call with the service center that situated in Gurgaon with the name of Ansh Communications. and i got all ok report.
        I got my mobile back with changed my screen (I am not sure on this), full of scratches and dust. When i asked the guy about the backup and he replied we haven't checked that...@@@@@ we should use it then tell us ....what the hell is this i bought the phone to visit your service center again and again. They gave me a new battery as no option. i have called to same guy ([protected])for feedback and he took my Add to send somebody to come to my home and collect my phone back..but i am still waiting, someone will come to my house to collect my phone. but i forget it'Sam sung all fake promises and third class services.

        Now the current status i am not able to use my Lovely Samsung mobile due to same reasons and one more thing the service center people added to that ie i am not getting display many times.

        Samsung Mobile — THIRD CLASS SERVICE

        Dear sir,
        I am Mr. VIKRANT from nasik i have one samsung mobile, samsung model no.SCH-w619(DUAL SIM PHONE)(IMEI NO-[protected]) (DATE OF PURCHASE-07/08/08)I had submitted mobile at service station at SHREE GANESH ELECTRONICS, shop no.2, sarala apat., canada cornar, sharanpur road, opp.telephone exchange, nasik-422002 PH[protected],[protected].submitted dt.06/12/08(WORK ORDER NO. HHP-4631)(PROBLEM-MOBILE NOT CONECTING TO COMPUTER BY USB DATA CABLE).I expected date of handset return is after two weeks. When we visited to service station, MR.S.S.BAVALEKAR, MOBILE.NO.[protected], told me that mobile has been sent to Bangalore for repair. You have to wait for 7-8 more days.Now it has been passed 24 days but i have not got my phones yet. I have tried to make calls in the regard, but, either they do not pick up the phone or I get replies that they will inform me but after repeated requests they have not called me yet.
        If no action is taken by the company i will be compelled to knock the doors of the consumer court for justice to a non technical customer.
        You are requested to please look into the matter & do the needful.

            I would like to bring to the light fraudulent practice by Samsung though its dealers by selling Galaxy SII GT-I9100g model in the box of GT-I9100. I have purchased Samsung Galaxy SII from Spice Retail LTD. (G 3 JSRK, SEC-18 , Noida,UP) by Invoice No.[protected] dated 15 Dec 2011 which clearly states Model No. Galaxy SII GT-I9100.

            The box containing galaxy SII also shows as Model No. GT-I9100 whereas after checking the instrument (when I came across problem in some games & 3D), I found that it is actually GT-I9100g, which has inferior processor & GPU. This has caused me sever inconvenience, disappointment and mental stress after incurring a huge amount on the cell.It hangs a lot, freezes at times and camera failure and heats up a lot.

            GT-I9100 is powered by 1.2GHz ARM CortexA9 Exynos 4210 and ARM Mali-400 GPU while GT-I9100G is powered by Texas Instruments OMAP4430 CPU and PowerVR SGX540 GPU. This is the main difference between both the phones leading to change in performance.

            On various communications with Support india, there is no response I have mailed them more than 60 times to support.[protected]@samsung.com but nothing is happening in this regard. Its more than 3 months since am running after them for the same.

            This is a serious matter and must be dealt with accordingly. Am highly annoyed with Samsung now, Please look into this.

              I have purchased a Samsung LED TV from Indra Sound at Indra Square Market in Bangkok on 2nd Novemeber 2011.
              Since January2012, it is not working and the service centre is refusing to repair it under international warranty.
              I have corresponded via email with Samsung, but nothing positive is being done.
              I was given to understand that as soon as one registers the product online, the international warranty is valid.

              Samsung CTV — REpair under warranty period

              I have purchased a CTV of sansung brand on dt 29/10/2008 from M/s Columbia sales Ghaziabad. On 8/12/2008 the TV automatically out of order. After that i called to samsung call center phone no. 30308282 for repaing the CTV. They have send their person on that day for verification, the person came at home and look the CTV, after verification he said that its one part has been damaged and it has to be changed. I again call to that person, he said call to customer care for part changed. On 9/12/2008 I called to customer care 5 times for replacement that part They have just give me assurance that they are forwarding the mail to their senior and it will be repaired on same day. but neither 9/12 nor 10/12 no person has come. I am contniouslly calling to the consumer center but still my CTV is under repair.
              PLease look into the matter.

              I have purchased Sasung television 29A730 from SAMSUNG PLAZA, Bistupur, Jamshedpur on 29.1.2008, but the4 AV 2 and DVD mode are not functioning and in-spite of repeatred complain to local dealer no one is atte4nding the call.

              The tv is not working properly.so i have lodge my complaint.They have sent a engineer to my home and he told me that there is a FBT problem but he has not the required parts to solve the problem.I have been waiting for approximately 15 days but there is no positive action have been taken till today.

              SAMSUNG 32" LED LCD TV — Defect piece

              I recently bought Samsung LED 32" TV in Gurgaon from AUDIO VOICE. They opened, resealed this defective TV and sold me deliberately. When installed the TV channels were running and no buttons worked. They washed their hands off telling that Samsung engineers will take care and has nothing to do with it (although they said I should insist on getting a new piece). The engineers came and did not agree for new replacement until they open and then prepare the report. The engineer opened the TV and rectified the problem and gave it to me back. I did not pay a huge premium to get a "piece of crap".This caused me a lot of mental stress and would never buy a samsung in India. In India Samsung produces all sub-standard products (in my case top of the line LED TV) and I strongly advice do not sign the receiving form until you check that TV (or any electronic item) works.

              TV — EMI IS MORE THAN ACTUAL LOAN

              Dear Sir,
              i have taken T.V. from dealer and financed by bajaj finance, at that time they have told me that EMI for that will be 1500*8 only. and will be deducted from ECS system, but actual EMI was deducted Rs.1642.00 .

              I have taken tremendous follow up from aurangabad office and they are always saying that next time your EMI will be corrected but till date no correction was made,

              TV — Blank cheques not received

              I had purchased one Sony TV and loan taken from BAjaj Finance. My entire loan is completed without any failure. Now there is no deduction as per commitement from company. But I had not received NOC alongwith blank cheques submitted by me. Please arrange the same. There were so many calls from company regarding preapproved loan on the basis of my prompt payment habit. I informed them also that if my cheques and NOC not given to me than how can I avail again new loan from u. They said we will get back to you but till date no response. please advice.

              Samsung 32inch LCD TV — Not attending the problem within warranty period

              We brought Samsung LCD TV approximately 8 months back. Presently TV picture is very poor and not vertical bars are coming on screen. We booked complaint on 16.01.2010 through mobile. We received BP no: [protected] by SMS on that day it self. But till today no action has been taken so far.

              i purchase samsung c3010 mobile phone in the mounth of august 2009. 1year warenty is there. now my (june 2010) i hv 3 problem in mobile 1. mobile camera is not working when open a camera its show check camera connection., 2. mobile not vibrate,. 3. when i speak my voice is not audible to other side. I went to trichy customer care service center. they told, they they are all hardware problem show u pay 450 rupees. i wait in 30minutes in that center. mostly they told same msg to customers like(its hardware prblm,so pay sme amt). i ask to customer care officer, warenty is applicable for which parts in mobile. they not give details to my questions. then, what is the reason for customer care service center.

              Samsung India — DELAY IN REPAIRS OF A TV WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD

              I HAVE A 32 INCH COLOUR TV WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. ON 17 JUL THE TV JUST WOULD NOT SWITCH ON. ON LODHING A COMPLAINT , IT WAS DETECTED TO BE HAVING A FAULTY PART.WE WERE TOLD THAT THE PART HAS BEEN DEMANDED. TILL DATE THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE IN AMBALA. WHEN EVER WE RING THEM , THE ROUTINE ANSWER IS THAT THE PART HAS NOT YET ARRIVED.THE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED IN THE NAME OF MRS VEENA , MY WIFE.

              samsung 21 inch flat TV — No audio

              My Samsung TV audio (sound) has failed.
              Several calls to the Samsung dealer (Quilon Radio Service) goes unattended.Complained to the Samsung Customer service Centre.No response.

              Most irresponsible company I have ever come across.

              I appeal to all prospective buyers of Electronic products to think twice before buying a Samsung brand.

              i had purchased samsung semi autometic washing machine on 04.08.2010 from one the ulhasnagar vendor, since 04.08.10, this is third time i had lodged compliant with the company for the same problem, all the time the representative of the company attend the complaint after strong follow-up with the gap of 10-15 days and problem get solved. and after lapse of one month the same problem in the machine gets started.
              present i had loged complaint on 28.12.2010. till today no body had contacted us nor had attended the complaint. every day call at their toll free number new representative come on the line and promise to resolve the complaint withing a day. but i dont known when there day come to the picture. the machine supplied to me seems to be faulty thats why the same problem recurrs again and again. compnay should change the product at the earliest.

The technicians don't even understand the difference between electrical and electronic parts.

              I bought a latest digital camera( SAMSUNG PL100) from Vijay Sales, Godbunder Road, Thane in Aug 2010. We recently realised that camera dispay have a small black spot that is increasing slowly. Contact Vijay Sales who guided to visit the service centre. On visiting the Samsung, I was told it will be chargeable as this is not a manufacturing fault. I was told it might have happened due to falling or whatever. But there was no visible sign of any outside damage, they confirmed. They insited I have to pay for the repairing charges amoung around Rs. 1200/-. This was not acceptable and I came back.               Samsung — Smart 46 inch LED not Working after 2 months

              The most mental torture & harassment i had faced in my 30yrs life.. I recently bought their recently launched Smart TV D7000 series 46 inch.

              I was so confident about Samsung Brand i blindly purchased it..

              Very very poor service from Samsung.. Same repeated emails format ,, same repeated message from call centres ,, same repeated sms in my mobile... And about Internet no use.. Has to operate through Untouch Remote control which is big headache.. No support through mouse & keyboard operation .

              I have purchased samsung LED TV 46" tv from Bangkok in march 2012 and now i am getting a vertical colored line on the display. During VAT refund i forgot to take copy of the bill.

              When i call samsung team they told me that it does not cover international warranty and also they asked for bill. It is still under warranty and they are asking to replace the panel which will cost almost the price of TV .

              Samsung team - Either you should provide international warranty and track your products or should catch the people who are fooling around the tourists.

              If you can replace my TV panel without any extra charges then it will really help. or it will be the last deal which i had with Samsung. Will never go for samsung products.

              Samsung is probably running a sham by saying they have international warranty covered in India but the Indian sumsung team is trained to ensure no one is able to get it - You cannot register it online because they will call you to speak to customer care who will not be able to get through - if by some stroke of luck you can get through - they will say Delhi will decide - Delhi will say do you have this document or that document and will look into it but in reality they wont and you will be running pillar to post and nothing will come out of the exercise until you are frustrated and give up - I feel if given the opportunity - DONT purchase Samsung products - I dont know about other products but the TV support centre is a scam in India - I will approach Consumer Grievance cell and lodge a complain and will share it on this forum so that we can all fight it together if it comes to that - because no matter how large a company Samsung is - they have to ensure they dont misuse their size to con customers.

              Why the bloody hell should any document be required - It is a Samsung product, it has a serial number, they can trace it - that should be enough - if they make faulty products, they bloody well repair/ replace the damn thing.

When I verified about the documents that I have ( Original Blue color warranty card + Original bill/ receipt);The customer care agent assured that the services will be free and will be taken care off soon. A service rep contacts after few hours of conversation with the customer care, comes home and checks the LED parts and says your TV tuner is gone for toss… his words merely gave me an attack. He then asked for the TV details, warranty card etc. I had the bill and warranty card details ready which the service rep has a peek into and says I’ll need a copy to show that to my manager, fills the job code and leaves my place.. From then every day a person calls up and says Madam we need a yellow color card, we need a photo of the TV, we need the code details… They say we won’t be able to help you though you have the proofs, you will have to pay money and get your TV issue fixed… I am upset and confused as to what are your reps up to????… I had to lose my cool and yell at them as to what are they up to and playing with.. When there is a seal on the Warranty card for a year (Blue color which I have produced already), now they want me to get an International warranty card. God knows why you’ll are irritating people around, to get an International warranty card I have to fly to Muscat is it? I rather buy a new TV from another competitive provider with the same charges that apply for my visit to Muscat again….why you cheat your customers like this and you want to be a best dealer for electronic products by doing this? Please put a full stop to these dirty acts, look into the matter ASAP and help me get my TV fixed.

This IMP point we come to know when we bought TV Set in India and tried to register the product to Samsung Service Center. Samsung people must undersand that while we purchase the TV Set, we have bill. It contain name and our passport number also. That means product is purchased by an Indian citizen.               I had bought a 46" 6600 smart led tv from Indra, Indra had said that I will get international warranty, but within three months my led panel was dead and an amount of 45000 was demanded for replacement .
              These cheats have one more style to make us near the cost, now they are demanding rs.5000 per service engineer visit for international purchased sets, the intention behind this is that the consumers don't call them and put pressure for warranty, as they will have to pay 5000 buck first .

              I have made a purchase of a Samsung 3d LED TV from Malaysia in December 2012, I was told by the dealer that the international warranty is applied to this product throughout the globe and there is no clauses attached to this. With this confidence I went ahead and brought this product. I also double confirmed on this, he went to said that as a part of billing there is a exclusive set aside for warranty from which adds to MRP.

              However my TV set has stopped working from a past couple of weeks and when I reported this to Samsung I hear that the international warranty does not apply to INDIA region. This is coming as a total surprise to me.

              When we brought it to home and try to switch it on and it was out order. I had registered a complaint on it's customer care ( complaint no. [protected]) then after an engineer visited & said that led panel is defective so tv set is complete dead and we can replace the panel once we get it from company.
              But i don't want to get it repair because I haven't use the product till yet it was packed. I want my tv to be replaced with another new one because I got defective product from company it's not my fault.

              I think we should make more people aware about the problems of samsung product and the cheating and non responsive behaviour of SAMSUNG people. I bought LED 32' TV from Indira sound, Bangkok in July'2013 and it was communicated at time of purchase that it's under international warranty. In December'2013 the product has manufacturing defect and SAMSUNG people in india are claiming that the repair will be done on chargeable basis.
              I do not understand how such bad practices can be adopted by a such a big company. Make people aware to not buy any samsung product unless they are 100% sure to avail international warranty.
              It's dealers, customer care executives and the company itself representing themselves as cheater and harassing people in india and globally.
              Please spread your experience as much as possible to your relatives, friends and known ones.

                Dear Sir,

                Samsung Refrigerator Model No. RT77KBTS of 570 litres sold to my aged mother on 15.3.12 still proves to be defective. On complaining the service technician had come on 4.4.12 and place the handle back saying it will never come out again. But within a week the handle came off again. The technician was again called and this time he did not turn up, because the refrigerator is a problem one and cannot be set right. So you see, Samsung has cheated my mother by selling a defective frige through its dealer, Khosla Electronics, Beckbagan, Kolkata without showing her the model. As there was no buyer for this model, my aged mother with dim eyesight was forced to take it on delivery and exchange. As the old fridge was taken away, she had no choice but to us the new one as otherwise the food taken out of the old fridge would go bad, had to be put back in the new one without knowing that the handle is defective. It means Samsung sells its defective products in this manner through its dealer Khosla Electronics.

                The refrigerator is big and costly and no amend is being made to set it right neither by the company nor
                its dealer.

                  I had purchased the mobile four months back through Infibeam (online) and found that one headphone channel is not working. I consulted with Infibeam customer care service member and they suggested to go Samsung service center as it's in warranty. I had submitted the mobile on 11/04/2012 . Initially they told job will be done within two days. After four days one of Samsung engineer ( Mr. Sukanta Swain) called me and saying some parts is missing so it will not be in warranty and estimate will be around Rs.2100 INR. Regarding this I had a discussion with Mr. Vikramjit Sarkar (Area Sales Manager) also.
                  I discussion the same with Infibeam Customer care today and they promised to provide assistance to Samsung regarding the same if its needed.

                  As a poor customer I am escalating this to the higher management of Samsung to get proper service as my phone is in warranty.

                      The ACremot control panel was not working for last two years. The agent who sold the product, Padmalaya Refregerators no more dealing with Samsung products and not doing the service of the AC. Given complaint last year but it was not fully rectified. Again the remote control panel is giving problem and could not operate the AC.

                            I contacted the Samsung customer care regarding this , and they did not respond properly and I demanded them to replace my mobile with a new one or else refund the amount paid. They told that the mobile problem is rectified and they can't replace me with a new mobile. I am not willing to take this mobile since it got too much repairs the very same day of purchase. So , plz render judgement and refund me the amount paid from the samsung company. I am totally disappointed with this mobile and the manufactured company.

                              I have purchased a Samsung Galaxy 5 (GT-I5503) mobile hand set from M/s Sai Traders Karol Bagh Delhi on 14 March 2012 vide Bill No. 4590. After 2-3 days it started functioning erratically, I visited the Service Centre at Mahavir Enclave they stated since it is still working they don't find any thing wrong. All of sudden on 12 April m2012 the phone switched off at its own and did not boot up despite the battery being fully charged. I again visited service centre at Mahavir Enclave again they opened the phone and stated that this set is category item hence they do not accept and honour any such warranty. After calling customer care more than thirty times I was advised to visit service center again. I have again visited the service center at Nehru Place they said the phone need software update, but refused to carry out stating that since it is category item they do not honour any warranty and instead I was asked to pay Rs. 281at the sernior manager level by Mr Abhishek. After calling the customer care several times the reply almost that either I pay up the money or beg the manager to oblige me, Customer is King (stupid) Samsung way.

                              Again and again I have no respite.

                              Please help me out.

                                  I had bought a Samsung Galaxy S2 phone in December from a shop in Bangalore. However, I am very unhappy with the product as the device is consistently giving major problems. In this regard I have visited the authorized service centre on at least 6-7 occasions in the last 4 months. The service centres always say that there is a software issue and each time they merely format the phone and restore it to the factory settings. But I know from my several experiences that this solution is of no help and the problems keep coming back. The product is under a 6 month warranty and hence each time the service centre is providing free service currently. However, this seems to be a tactic for buying time and after another two months the warranty will lapse and then I will be required to pay in case these problems persist.

                                  Hence I would like to know if I can insist of a replacement since the product is consistently giving problems (despite more than 6 visits to the service centre), if I can initiate legal proceedings against Samsung in case they refuse to replace the device and what is the procedure for initiating legal proceedings against Samsung in consumer court.

                                    As I got the problem in my samsung washing machine on 28/3/12. I have call in customer care centre. The engineer come on 29/3/12 and do the inspection. I have show him a problem regarding machine personallly. He took machine on 30/3/12 to service workshop to repair it. They call me on 31/3/12 and said that we are sendinf machine to your residence, the problem is solved. Next day on 1/4/12 machine comes but problem is as it is. It is not repaired. From that day I have called to customer care centre 4 times and in surat workshop also. But till now on 14/4/12 no engineer comes to my house to repair it. I was not getting the setvice from samsung company from last 10 days. Please do the needful regards.

The person says it will take 10 days to instal the same since it has been purchased through CSD.The delay in installation of MV purchased through CSD is not understood.                                         i bougt a samsung phone galaxy s 1-9003. after 1 month i got to know that it had some problem due to which it got hanged up now and then. i deposited the phone 2 times to the authorised service center of samsung in kanpur but they failed to solve the problem and tried to make certain excuses that the problem was due to usage of a big capacity 8 gb card and downloading apps from android store. i felt that i was been made fool. the last time they said that the circuit board of phone would be replaced but they would not provide me free warranty repairs after that. i was very shocked on listening this statement that after spending rs 17,700/- and being under such problem they are saying this to me. it was very rediculous. i m really upset by this statement of that samsung service centre representative. please help me out in such a condition. because this problem is now been a mental torture for me.
