Respected Sir,

I have given a compliant that my AC is not working properly on 4th of March. My Compliant No with Samsung is [protected]. They were sending Engineers week after week and they didn't solve the problem. When i called them they said we have to change the compressor. But never turned back.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I bought the Samsung Galaxy S Plus (GT-19001) on 26-Feb-2012
        i have faced many issue in last one month, and 3 time visited Samsung service center in only one month.
        First visit at (MAA Veshnav, Vikash marg, laxmi Nagar, Delhi) Samsung service center on 10-Mar-12 and
        second visit at (Patpargang, Delhi) Samsung Service center on 17-Mar-12
        whenever i have visited Samsung service center they simply restarted and updated phone software but the problem still remain same.

        Problem chart:
        1. Battery back up is not even comparable… only worked 3 or 4 hours and warning will appear on screen Battery Low.
        2. Display goes to Black any Time, that time phone not work (Frequency 3 or 4 times in a Day)
        3. Phone hang-up when operate.
        4. TV Out not Working.


        Why Samsung has Cheated us?

        Please return me my money back or give me another option for replacement.
        So at least we can trust SAMSUNG.

            H.NO:[protected]/4,pinnacle one complex,plot no.1,beside more megastores,near astalaxmi temple arch,saroornagar,Hyderabad.
            They promised me to delivery on 23-03-12,but they have not delivered till 27-03-12 in the evening I made so many phone calls but they are not responding and I fedup their services.

            I Have purchase Samsung Refregirator 2735tnbbl on 27th Nov `12, before when i have gone to see the refregirator there is Samsung mobile free alone with the same product .when i purchase the refregirator at that time i didnt get any mobile alone with it.

            one year before on 26/10/2011 i have purchase the Samsung Refrigator Model No RA19FDVX Sr No 06534ZAB901414D but after one year on 24th Oct`12 i got to know that there is some problem in the refrigator. so i call to Samsung Customer Care & Register the Complaint the complaint no is [protected] on next day of the complaint the Enginer visit to my home & they check the refrigirator & they inform me that there is some problem in the refrigirator so i will get the replacement of the refrigirator within 8 day`s, after 8 days when i call to the enginer to know about the status of my replacement of my refrigrator at that time they inform to me that they dont have the same model for replacement so i will get DD for the same.due to late procedure from you side i am not able to purchase a new refrigrator 2735tnbbl which is having a mobile along with it, when i call to the customer care to know about the scheme i came to know that the scheme is over, due to late procedure from you side i should get the scheme benifit of refrigrator 2735TNBBL(Having free Mobile along with It). Waiting for your Positive replay.

                  iam having samsung moblie modle noB7722 dualsim my moblie no is [protected] mobile last one year in the mobile internet is not working properly i changed sim network trice, reliance to idea and airtel for internet purpose but in the hand set while using net in handset it is showing dns error and the page is very large cannot open properly. some times incoming call its self not attendable i place same problem to samsung service center in the service center they telling the handset its self like that only, my self placed a complaint samsung service center by phone the refarce no is [protected]

                  I have purchase samsung sch 279 dual Sim mobile and i have only 1 vodafone number, i am surfing INTERNET though GSM (vodafone) but samsung call center executive saying you will be surfing Internet only CDMA Sim,

                    Sir , the problem with my wave 2 s8530 is that it requires an up gradation to 2.0 whereas the fact is that it is bada 1.2 when released . The applications in store cannot be downloaded until that up gradation . Samsung authorities are always telling that 2.0 will be released soon . But when ? Can this problem be solved or not ?

                      My mother wanted to buy a double-door 500 litre refrigerator of Samsung. She was not show the model at the showroom of Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. situated at 37, Syed Amire Ali Avenue, Kolkata - 700 019. After 1 or 2 days, She received phone calls saying they are delivering the Refrigerator. She is 78 years aged lady and cannot see much. The men from Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. delivered a single door refrigerator model No. RT77KBTS of 570 litres and without showing her the package which indicated model no., size and type, opened the package and replace her old frige. One of the 4 men Tapas Mondal produced her the bill - Tax Invoice/Cash Memo No. WM/13618 dated 15/3/12. He asked her for the bill amount of Rs.57,200/- which she had to pay him immediately. They also asked for tips of Rs.200/-. As she is an aged person staying alone, she had no other alternative but to listen to them. Now she finds the refrigerator is also defective. Moreover, they have not delivered her a double-door frige and she is finding it difficult to handle.

                      Please look into the matter so that she gets the refrigerator which she had wanted to buy. She finds that Khosla Electronics has cheated her by not showing the model and giving her one old model.

                        I have purchased a handset from he Mobile store Bhayandar Branch Maharashtra Mumbai on 23 Feb 2012, and i had lost the mobile 29 Feb 2012, its under Insurance o[censored]nited India Insurance company,Insure covered , i have lodged complaint In Bhayander Police Station on !st March 2012, since then I had visited to purchaser,they ask me to go me to go samsung service station, from service station they told me to go Insurance company, when i visited there they told me go to purchaser,still i dont know whom to approach or who is the right person as per rule i have to claim within 30 days now already 26days past,

                              I WAS BOUGHT SAMSUNG GT-S3770K ON[protected] IN NELLORE.IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM THE DAY ONE.THE PHONE IS SWITCHING OFF WHEN TRYING TO INSTALL GAMES AND APPS.ON THE TIME OF PURCHASE THEY SAID THAT IT WILL SUPPORT DOWNLOADED GAMES.IT WAS ALSO IN THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MOBILE. BUT IT WAS NOT SUPPORTING GAMES.I CALLED SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CENTRE ,THEY ADVAISED TO GO TN NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE.I WENT THE SERVICE CENTRE, BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY CANNOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE NOT GIVING RESPONSE PROPERLY.THE PHONE COST IS 5000,THE MOBILES O 4000 ARE ALSO SUPPORTING GAMES.BUT MY PHONE WAS NOT SUPPORTING DOWNLOADED GAMES. THIS IS TOTALLY CHEATING.

                                My SAMSUNG Trio microwave stopped working on 18th Dec 2011 for which I promptly lodged a complaint with the Samsung call centre(date 20 dec 2011 complaint no. [protected]), thereafter the technician from the service centre visited my home (date 29th dec 2011 claim no. [protected]) and tried unsuccessfully to fix it, they then took it to the service centre and after 10 days dumped it back to my house without fixing it.

                                From then on I have been calling them repeatedly only to be told that either they would call back in 5 mins, or they would send a technician the next day and neither of these has happened. This has been going on for 3 MONTHS now. I have been using other appliances like washing mach, dishwasher and clothes dryer all of which are products of other cos. I have had breakdowns in some of those too but never have I had an experience as FRUSTRATING as this.

                                I think SAMSUNG has HOPELESS service, so if a SAMSUNG appliance gets spoilt best to throw it away and not have any hope that it will ever get fixed. For those of you who are planning to by any appliance please DON’T EVER think of BUYing a SAMSUNG product.

                                  I buyed samsung galaxy fitS5670 from a well named shop.It is in warranty period.But one day it got dead.When i brought it to Samsung service centre they said your warranty is barred.They said someone had done work on your mobile.But i swear i didn't bring it to anyone before.And when i went to the mobile shop where i buyed it from they said its your fault.Being small enough i can't do anything to them.I think the shopkeeper gaved me the second hand motherboard Mobile.So kindly take any reaction on the shopkeeper.

                                  I have Stolen My Mobile on[protected] nd i have written a complaint to local policy station nd my Mobile Model Samsung Galaxy Fit S5670 IMEI No. [protected] and i have purchase on[protected] from N.K. Electronices, Ludhiana. till date i have no search my mobile number.

                                    I am facing a problem Samsung and the Dealer(Adishwar Electronics, Kharkhana, Secunderabad) together. We have Brought a Samsung LED TV on 23rd October 2011 with which we should be getting a Samsung Blu-ray DVD free. We did not get the blu-ray DVD till date. I had contacted the dealer every month and everytime he says that they did not get it from Samsung. Then, i contacted samsung customer care and told my problems. The Sales manager had a conference call with me and a dealer and said that they are importing it from Korea in the month of January and will be available to me in January end or February 1st Week of 2012. When i contacted the dealer yesterday, he told me that since samsung has not sent it i will replace it with Phillips Blu-Ray DVD Player which has lower features.(Why should i compromise on product?). I had also contacted the Samsung customer care on this issue today. The floor Supervisor told me she will be contacting me in half an hour and its 4 hours and no reply at all. I again called the Customer care and now was transferred to another lady called Devi and have got no result. When ever i contact the customer care they ask me only one question "What is the problem?" and i need to explain my problem how many ever times they ask and still not get the solutions till now.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      This is for your attention that I had bought a Samsung Galaxy GT-19003 on 22 nd Aug. from The Mobile Store Ltd. Galeris Complex DLF phase IV Gurgaon .Invoice No. 13881/3747791 . I was facing problem from the very begning that the phone was hanging repeteatedly and call drop. I went back to the shop and complained and they rectified the problem by downloading the applications again without guiding me to go to the service station. I kept encountering the problem .
                                      Finally in January end I went to the service station ( Jai Sai Ram Electronic Services .Shop No. 9 Furniture Market N -Block Gurgaon) with the problem. I got my phone back around 3 rd. Feb. For a few days the phone was working but again on 9 th the same problem started . I went back to the service station and gave the phone .I got back the phone on 13 th Feb . After 3-4 days I started facing a new problem and that was that whenever I received an incoming call the screen would go black and I could not receive the call. I had to wait for the call to get disconected and then wait for some time to know about the missed call . I went back to the service station again around 17 th Feb and got back the phone on 20 th. I spoke to the Suoervisor Mr. Raju about the perststing problem. After that I called the shop in Galleria Complex for an alernative. I told them that my phone is on warranty so what do I do about it. Thay informed me that I cant get a replacement as it is on WARRANTY only. Which was really disheartining I asked the supervisor MR. Raju that how many times do I have to get my phone repaired .He told me that he will try ones more then only he can talk to his seniors. Like a goog citizen I took him on his word and took my phone on 27 th with a hope that I will never have to face any poblem again. But to my bad luck the same problem arised on 6 th March. I got very upset and went back to the servisc station. I met the senior person mr. Ashwimi Sharma and showed him the problem. I asked them th call on my phone from threir own phone in the service centre. They all saw the problem and assured me that this was the last time and they will certainly do something about it.I got my phone back but again the same problem of the screen going blank and the call drop persisted. I went back to the service station on 16 th March after speaking to Mr. Ashwini Sharma.
                                      Now the problem is that the service center is accepting the problem. I have bought an expensive phone for my convience and half the month it is at the service centre for repairs.Ethicaly the phone should be replaced. I have undergone a lot of inconvience and mental presuure. I had spoken toi the service centre for a replcement and now they are accusing me that I want a replacement for my phone. I had never asked for the replacement for the first three visits.But when the problem persisted and the inconvience borne by me I want strict action to be taken as soon as possible.

                                      I have also brought a Samsung galaxy Y mobile from ajmer.I have been facing problem regarding Network problem in this handset.Problem is that when other people call me they get the message " Phone is not reachable"despite there is full network.Same problem i am facing when call to other phones.I have one other mobile with same network's providers SIM.But when people call me on other mobile at same time call came easily, I have gone three times to the service center, each time they upgrade the mobile software but problem not solved last time they have told they cant replace the mobile but they can change the motherboard, i agreed for this and motherboard have been changed.but still i am facing the same problem.Please suggest me solution to get change my handset.
