Dear Sir,

I have Brought a Samsung C3303i on 21st Jun'2011 at Sangeetha Mobile showroom - Selaiyur (Chennai), Since that I am facing the Lot of Problem

Problems:-
Without connecting the Charger Show as charging - Went to Tambaram Service center problem rectified
Without connecting the USB Show as Connecting - Went to Tambaram Service center problem rectified
Voice Volume was too Low to Hear for others while I am speaking - Went to Tambaram Service center problem rectified
My headset was not working in 195 day from the date of Purchase - They said 180 days is the warranty period - I accepted
And now again the Volume Issue & Automatically getting Switch off - Need your intervention to get a replacement. In this Nine month I am getting a Problem regularly. I cannot put Permission to my office and go this issue regularly.
I have brought a Samsung c3752 on 6th Nov'2011 and its headset is not working - Went to Tambaram Service center - for that they make to wait for 20 minute without enquirer the issue .Later they asked and checked it stock is not available we will get by next week - Kindly ensure for this to get as well for my C3303i replacement

I had made 4 visits to your service center in hope that my mobile will be repaired / rectified .But the status remains the same (Not in Usable condition )

I had high trust and faith in the quality of Samsung products which is turning out to be otherwise.

As a last resort I write this mail to you for your intervention to get My handset replaced either by the same model or a different existing model where in I would be ready to pay the price difference as applicable

After 2 days i got a call from someone he introduced himself as i am calling from Samsung and he enquirer where you given the Service i said its in Tambaram and he said you will get the call from Tambaram

and Again after 2 days i got a call from someone he introduced himself as i am calling from Samsung Please visit our Tambaram Service center we will sort out the Issue But there are not ready to Replace the Mobile but i got a headset which is fault in the warranty period one of the request on mail

Dear Abhirami,

I would like to thank you for the response received by your personnel.
I had indeed been to your service center for resolution of my request.
However the service center team did not accept my request for replacing the handset & they had communicated that the policy of the company for replacing the handset will happen only when some parts are replaced
Now this policy does not augurs well with my case as many a times I had visited your center for repairs. If your service center does not replace parts at the first or second or even third instances then I may not be penalized citing company policies.

I leave it it you for making a decision on whether to replace it or not.
If not I will go ahead and purchase a new handset and for obvious reason it will no longer be a SAMSUNG brand.

A very dis-satisfied customer.

    sir/mam.. myself jasveer singh i bought brand new galaxy note (n7000) frm SAT GURU TELE WORLD the authorised dealr of samsung. just 2 days frm purchase the mobile starts hang.. auto start n auto off..screen n back side of mobile is geting warmer n warmer...i contact wid the service center n authorised persons of samsung..they told me to give mobile back to them with all the accessories..they promised me they will exchange the cell but they cheated me they repaired my cell without my permission...atlast i took cell frm them ...thn again they told me if nw my mobile will create any problem then they will surely replace it..they were saying that previous problem was nt so serious....sir i wana tell u that even after repair still the same problems are there.. when i use the same sim card in another phone i m able to make video calls but wid my galaxy note m nt able to make video calls..sir regarding my problem i again contacted samsung but they did'nt showed any intrest in my problem n even they are not picking up my call....m really harassed n cheated by samsung.. i request you to help me out...plzz i want brand new cell from samsung and indeminity also for my suffer....my number is [protected]

      This side Kiran Singh, I bought one Samsung-S239 , IMEI No is -a[protected]e596 battery no- 123 charger no -123 , purchased mobile on 13/06/2011 from jai mobile stores. the problem of switch off is taking place from initial ,But now after eight months or so , the screen become blank , i faced the problem with the hand Set, that was dead. and after chasing the guys of customer care they inform me to pay for the repairing of the same, while the phone set is under warranty.

      Now when i went to samsung service centre, they are asking for rs.2500 for the repairing , putting up remarks that the mobile screen is not working due to water .Even i said that the water has not been put by me in my mobile phone there must be some internal problem due to which this problem arises.but still they are not listening and harassing me .
      i don't have such free time to chase the samsung guys for this again & again.

      Now i want the replacement of this hand set.
      If this time, they will not support me, i will go to the consumer court & i will chase all the guys From higher management of Samsung India & service centre also in court.

      If you guys can help me in the replacement of this handset then i will be thankful to you.

        Dear sir
        I purchased a Samsung make TV (LCD tv 22" la22d404) SN 21583ZNC 109569 on 05.03.2012. And I Installed it on 16.032012. But it could not switched on. I didnt try much and contacted with the shop from where I purchased the TV. The shopkeeper told me to contact with The shopkeeper told me to contact with samsung India customer care [protected]. on 19 march 2012, I lodged the complaint on given number. Once service eng visited the home too, but no action so far taken by him. they are only delaying the process. That it will take long time to get the accessories (Main power supply PCB) which is to be changed. kindly look into matter seriously and Replace/repair the TV as soon as possible. As it could not switch on the day I purchased. I made many time reminder on customer care [protected] and talk to technical service department but they say today or tomarow service person will visit. But no one has visited nor done any needful.

        samsung lcd t.v. — About no action taken by the Shopkeeper

        Dear Sir,
        This is to inform you that my Samsung LCD T.V. of 5 Series has been stopped working one day. I had complaint to the shopkeeper i.e. M/s Fairdeal Ambikapur Bill no.- 6529 Dated-21/03/11, but from there no query has been taken by the shopkeeper till date.

            I Arvind Vashistha (Advocate) office at: - 225, A-2/42, IInd Floor, Gupta palace, Rajouri Garden New Delhi, do hereby serve you legal notice:-


            1. That I am a consumer of your company and has purchased a product of your company i.e. Samsung Corby Pro “GT B-5310 mobile phone IMEI No. 352206/04/051032/0” from “The Mobile Store Limited” G-3 Aggarwal City mall, Sector-5 Dwarka, New Delhi.

            2. That I have purchased the same on dated 22/01/2012 and the same is under warranty period of 1 year i.e. upto 21/01/2013.

            3. That for the purchased of the same the mentioned store issued and raised Invoice No. DL/118445 and for the purchased of the same I had paid Rs.6000/- included Tax.

            4. That I had a complaint with above said product sold by you and within warranty, I went to your Samsung authorised service centre Named: CELL NET, L-1 Mahavir Enclave, Palam Dabri Road, New Delhi-110045 on dated 07/02/2012 for the showing of the fault of my phone “i.e. calling problem”. On the same day they serviced my phone and gave it back to me but after that there were some other problems, I found in my phone which wasn’t earlier before that service on which I got a doubt that the service person might have changed some original parts of my phone and I again went there on dated 20/03/2012 for the complaint of my phone. The Service person while serving break my phone in front of me and said that “Ab aapke phone ki warranty khatam ho gayi hai, ab aage se aap isey kabhi bhi free mei thik karwane ke liye hamare pass nahi laoge” and on my objection, the manager of above mentioned service centre named HARSH misbehaved with me, used abusive language and start to do scuffle with me. After that when I ask them to give me in written that they open my phone, a female service person destroy the Job card of my phone which is made by the service person and other documents which is related to my cell phone and the same by my noticing all the incident was also recorded in the cameras fitted there and also noticed by some other consumers in the service centre.

            5. That on the same time at 4:18 pm I call the P.C.R to solve the matter but they do not pay any heed and even humiliated me saying that “Teri aukad hi kya hai, tujhse Jo kuch ho tu wo kar le, Hume jo karna tha wo humne kar ke dikha diya”.

            6. That when the P.C.R police officers feel that the misbehaving of service centre persons are continue and they don’t want to solve the matter, they transfer and registered the matter to LP local police station. and after some time when IO came there and trying to solve the matter. Manager Harsh said that “Isey ab se payment toh karni hi padegi, ab kuch nahi ho sakta”and said to me tujhe jaha complaint karni hai waha kar le mera kuch nahi bigad sakta meri pahuch bahot upar tak hai, or mere liye toh vakil Samsung wale karenge.After that IO took the Manager Harsh to the police station.

            7. That when I feel that the manager harsh does not want to solved the matter and regularly misbehaved with me, I filed a written complaint to the police station wide DD. No.37A. Dt.20/03/2012.



            I, therefore call upon you through this legal notice to respond within 15 days of the service of the
            same as to:-


            1. Why I should not file a complaint to Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (MRTPC) for unfair trade practice?

            2. Why should I not complaint in consumer forum?

            3. Why I should not institute criminal as well as civil proceedings in competent court of jurisdiction against your company and service centre for breach of contract, humiliation, and harassment etc caused due to snag in your product and your service centre?

            4. Why I should not file a suit against your company for Damages/Compensation?

            5. Why I should not made the Samsung Company Party to proceedings?

            6. Why should I not send a complaint to the Australian Company “CELL NET” (Add: 59-61 Qantas Drive Eagle Farm, Queensland 4009) whose name you are using?

            Otherwise I would be contrant to initiate all possible legal actions against you at your cost and risk.

              about samsung servise stations which is a crap
              dear (whoever responsible),
              i am a resident of ahmedabad and i have a complaint against the samsung people who r ridiculous.i hav taken an air conditioner a year back .within a month the ac stopped working or cooling the room and after several calls the samsung engineer came and observed that there was a gas spillage and filled it again.yet after few months i had the same problem the engineer came and filled the gas .this is the third time i have the same problem.this time there is no response from the company.1 truthfull engineer came and asked us to requst the company for a changed peice.after 10-15 days the warantee period is getting over.samsung is denying a change.i as a consumer is feeling offended and helpless. pls make out a solution.request for a quick response

                  : I am shalabh kimtee, my requisition no. is [protected]. I was told that some engineer would be calling me to resolve my query. I have purchased Wave 2 on[protected]. The phone was immediately replaced within 5 days as there was some defect. Within a year i have faced many problems with this handset. LCD was changed as it was not working properly, Recharge point got replaced, Memory card was not displaying, if charger is unplugged still the phone displays as charging is going on, only 150 message in inbox & the memory reflects as memory low delete some data. I have purchased a fresh handset from samsung, but within this year almost all the parts have got replaced & still the problem continues. Again three days i am facing the same problem of touch, charging point & all other still continues. I am really fed up as it looks like more a second hand handset. Kindly get this replaced & issue me a fresh handset, as my phone is still under warranty period. My contact no. is [protected]. I have called up customer care & everytime they say that someone from the team would call & close this, but no one is bothered to give a solution to my problem. If this is the after sales service samsung is providing by just selling defected handsets, i am reallyntaken a back by this attitude & response from company. I have given my handset in samsung service centre at Star Mobile, MZ-116, Mezzanine Floor, Yashwant Plaza, Indore, requisition no. is 14182.                     Samsung Galaxy Ace s5830 — Heating problem

                    i bought a Samsung Galaxy Ace i5830 model on 3 Aug 2012..and my cell had an audio receiver problem from the start. After d Service Centre gave me a replacement now my cell gets heated up while downloading and while a i am on a call.

                        I bought a Samsung Handset Galaxy S5360 on[protected]. from the shop eIT mart, Vakilwadi, Nashik. from the date of purchasing this handset didn't given satisfactory result. battery discharge in 2 or three hrs. and for charging it took 4 to 5 hrs. regularly it being swiched off. the owener of shop had send me again and again service centre of Samsung at CBS Thakkar Bazar, Nashik. but they cant repare it properly. their chairperson Mr. Ajay told me that they cant change it. what is the next step to solve my problem....

                          I bought a Samsung Omnia 2 around January 2010 hoping to get an upgrade to WM 6.5 as soon as it comes as being promoted by Samsung. Even as late as October 2011 the samsung service center said that there is no upgrade available for the Indians. Not only did i end up being stuck with an outdated firmware when promised otherwise but it has also left a bad taste about samsung products.

                          I think if samsung really cared they would make an upgrade available to Indian Consumers on their website instead of directing its customers to a local customer care center who just cant help.

                            dear sir,
                            I have bought a samsung galaxy tab from bbsr orissa . after using for about 6 months i got that the battery is not working properly as samsung india is giving a 1 years warranty on all products . so , i gave a complaint on samsung service centre bbsr about this and they are not doing my mobile from last 1 months and they are asking money for doing the battery fault but samsung should do the free service . so i want your team to take serious action on them and they are also challenging me when i told that i will give a consumer case on your service centre .

                              Hi,

                              I purchased one Samsung Galaxy S2 Mobile 7 months ago from this pathetic showroom where they have only 6 months of data in their system and when I asked for my duplicate bill they told me that can't give and for the same i will have to connect their HO for which they gave me their Email Id and confirmed me that i will get response and bill within maximum 2 days.

                              I have invoice no. with me as i took 1 year additional warranty in which they mentioned original invoice no. but still they are not giving any response. Don't u think LALA shops(small outlets) are better than these one. At least they provide any support whenever required.

                              It has been 6 days over and didn't get any reply on the same. Good part is that i have video recording of their employee who confirmed me that their TAT is 2 day to give customer response.

                              If i didn't get their reply, I am going to connect Consumer Court and show the 1 year additional warranty invoice and video.

                                This is the first time I am using this forum. So i am really unsure if it's going to work but writing this so that nobody else falls a prey for this. Bought SAMSUNG refrigerator on 3rd Apr'12 from Vivek's-Adyar, Chennai,Tamilnadu. We were promised that installation would be done the very next day. After much of hue and cry for 24 hours one person turned up to unpack the delivered piece which was not in good condition.
                                I have shown it to the technician and asked him to take it back or correct it. We were promised of attending to the same in couple of hours. It's 3 long days but no one has even bothered checking with us.
                                They are ready to sell the accessories but not coming forward for Service............pathetic. I am really now pitying myself how I have fallen for this product instead of warnings from my well wishers. Gave continuous complaint calls on a no provided by the showroom people but they are postponing it day after day. I gave up calling on that no and registered a complaint on Samsung customer care.

                                PLEASE LOOK FOR GOOD SERVICE BEFORE BUYING ANY PRODUCT...............Do not buy SAMSUNG products because the service is poor as evident in my case.

                                        I had bought a Samsung Galaxy I9000 on 4th April, 2011. EMI Number - [protected].



                                        From the point this mobile was bought it has two problems- 1) Many a times when an incoming call comes, the cell is ringing but the display is completly blank, the display just doesnt work, so the calls cannot be answered. 2) Many times while using the cell normally, the cell gets stuck, then it goes blank for 2mins and then automatically gets restart.



                                        I took this cell to abids service centre in Hyderabad City, those guys updated the software and returned it back. it worked fine for few days but then later once again both the problems started once again.



                                        I took this cell this time to Basheerbagh service centre in Hyderabad City, there the Head Mr.Karthik personally reviewed it. He said that there is a problem with the sensor, so he replaced the sensor and returned it back. This time the cell worked fine for 1-2 months but later the second problem once again started.



                                        So I took it once again to the Basheerbagh centre and this time also Mr.Karthik updated the software and gave it back to me. The Bill no. was [protected]. When i took the delivery of the cell this time I spoke to Mr. Karthik, the ASM Mr. Sunil and many people at the call centre from the supervisor Department (Mr.Vipul especially) and following was my arguement



                                        "Considering that my warranty was to finish in few days (4-5 days i.e on April 3rd, 2012) my concern was that what if the cell starts giving me the same problems once again in few days, will the company provide the free service even after warranty considering that the cell has been brought to the service centre thrice under warranty period and no permament solution has been provided to me. Or will the case be that the warranty has finished and company will say that there wont be any free service, if thats the case that means Samsung just provided me some temporary solution for thrice to me under warranty period and some how completed the warranty period. just to say later that now they cant help as the warranty period has been finished. Is it my fault that the company could not provide me a proper solution to the problems under the whole 12 months warranty period inspite of servicing the cell for thrice. Who wont expect an replacement of the cell which could not be repaired through three servicings."



                                        Listening to this arguement Mr.Vipul said that he will get back to me after speaking to Mr.karthik, Mr. Sunil and other concerned people. Mr.Vipul never got back to me. I called up soo many times at the call centre to speak to Mr.Vipul, but then he was never available, so I raised soo many call back request through other supervisor i.e Mr.Kirshnan, Mr.Arvind. but then also he didnt get back to me, Finally I spoke to Mr.Arvind he promised that he will provide me some solution. He asked me to speak to Mr.Sunil. Mr. Sunil and Mr.Karthik said that they will provide me one more month of warranty. It was a commitment given to me. But till now Mr.Vipul didnt get back to me.





                                        But the results were horrible after the cell was serviced this time. Just after 5-7 days of repair i.e today on 3rd April, 2012 in evening (around 6pm) the cell started giving problems but the worst thing was it started having both the problem once again. So at that moment itself I called up Mr.karthik but he didnt answer then I called up Mr. Sunil , the ASM he said that he will get back to me. I called up Mr.Sunil once again, he asked me to take the cell to basheerbagh service centre tomorrow (i.e 4th April), he has promised me that the service would be provided under the warranty only.



                                        I demand an replacement of this cell now as this is the fourth time I am taking this to the service centre.
