RESPECTED SIR

I WAS BOUGHT SAMSUNG GT-S3770K ON[protected] IN NELLORE.IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM THE DAY ONE.THE PHONE IS SWITCHING OFF WHEN TRYING TO INSTALL GAMES AND APPS.ON THE TIME OF PURCHASE THEY SAID THAT IT WILL SUPPORT DOWNLOADED GAMES.IT WAS ALSO IN THE SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MOBILE. BUT IT WAS NOT SUPPORTING GAMES.I CALLED SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CENTRE ,THEY ADVAISED TO GO TN NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE.I WENT THE SERVICE CENTRE, BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY CANNOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE NOT GIVING RESPONSE PROPERLY.THE PHONE COST IS 5000,THE MOBILES O 4000 ARE ALSO SUPPORTING GAMES.BUT MY PHONE WAS NOT SUPPORTING DOWNLOADED GAMES. THIS IS TOTALLY CHEATING.

    My SAMSUNG Trio microwave stopped working on 18th Dec 2011 for which I promptly lodged a complaint with the Samsung call centre(date 20 dec 2011 complaint no. [protected]), thereafter the technician from the service centre visited my home (date 29th dec 2011 claim no. [protected]) and tried unsuccessfully to fix it, they then took it to the service centre and after 10 days dumped it back to my house without fixing it.

    From then on I have been calling them repeatedly only to be told that either they would call back in 5 mins, or they would send a technician the next day and neither of these has happened. This has been going on for 3 MONTHS now. I have been using other appliances like washing mach, dishwasher and clothes dryer all of which are products of other cos. I have had breakdowns in some of those too but never have I had an experience as FRUSTRATING as this.

    I think SAMSUNG has HOPELESS service, so if a SAMSUNG appliance gets spoilt best to throw it away and not have any hope that it will ever get fixed. For those of you who are planning to by any appliance please DON’T EVER think of BUYing a SAMSUNG product.

      Sir,
      I buyed samsung galaxy fitS5670 from a well named shop.It is in warranty period.But one day it got dead.When i brought it to Samsung service centre they said your warranty is barred.They said someone had done work on your mobile.But i swear i didn't bring it to anyone before.And when i went to the mobile shop where i buyed it from they said its your fault.Being small enough i can't do anything to them.I think the shopkeeper gaved me the second hand motherboard Mobile.So kindly take any reaction on the shopkeeper.

      I lost my SAMSUNG S5620 mobile today i.e 15th Mar, 2011. How can i get it back?

      Samsung — Stolen my mobile

      i lost my Mobile of Samsung , IMEI no.[protected]- & having Vodafone SIM inserted in it of mob. no. -[protected]. I need your help in tracing it so I request you to find it out.

      I bought Samsung Galaxy Phone on 17th August and from 23 rd August, I was not able to hear anything on the phone. I submitted my phone to the customer care on 23rd August and till date they are not giving it back and saying that the parts are not coming from the company.

        I am facing a problem Samsung and the Dealer(Adishwar Electronics, Kharkhana, Secunderabad) together. We have Brought a Samsung LED TV on 23rd October 2011 with which we should be getting a Samsung Blu-ray DVD free. We did not get the blu-ray DVD till date. I had contacted the dealer every month and everytime he says that they did not get it from Samsung. Then, i contacted samsung customer care and told my problems. The Sales manager had a conference call with me and a dealer and said that they are importing it from Korea in the month of January and will be available to me in January end or February 1st Week of 2012. When i contacted the dealer yesterday, he told me that since samsung has not sent it i will replace it with Phillips Blu-Ray DVD Player which has lower features.(Why should i compromise on product?). I had also contacted the Samsung customer care on this issue today. The floor Supervisor told me she will be contacting me in half an hour and its 4 hours and no reply at all. I again called the Customer care and now was transferred to another lady called Devi and have got no result. When ever i contact the customer care they ask me only one question "What is the problem?" and i need to explain my problem how many ever times they ask and still not get the solutions till now.

          Dear Sir,
          This is for your attention that I had bought a Samsung Galaxy GT-19003 on 22 nd Aug. from The Mobile Store Ltd. Galeris Complex DLF phase IV Gurgaon .Invoice No. 13881/3747791 . I was facing problem from the very begning that the phone was hanging repeteatedly and call drop. I went back to the shop and complained and they rectified the problem by downloading the applications again without guiding me to go to the service station. I kept encountering the problem .
          Finally in January end I went to the service station ( Jai Sai Ram Electronic Services .Shop No. 9 Furniture Market N -Block Gurgaon) with the problem. I got my phone back around 3 rd. Feb. For a few days the phone was working but again on 9 th the same problem started . I went back to the service station and gave the phone .I got back the phone on 13 th Feb . After 3-4 days I started facing a new problem and that was that whenever I received an incoming call the screen would go black and I could not receive the call. I had to wait for the call to get disconected and then wait for some time to know about the missed call . I went back to the service station again around 17 th Feb and got back the phone on 20 th. I spoke to the Suoervisor Mr. Raju about the perststing problem. After that I called the shop in Galleria Complex for an alernative. I told them that my phone is on warranty so what do I do about it. Thay informed me that I cant get a replacement as it is on WARRANTY only. Which was really disheartining I asked the supervisor MR. Raju that how many times do I have to get my phone repaired .He told me that he will try ones more then only he can talk to his seniors. Like a goog citizen I took him on his word and took my phone on 27 th with a hope that I will never have to face any poblem again. But to my bad luck the same problem arised on 6 th March. I got very upset and went back to the servisc station. I met the senior person mr. Ashwimi Sharma and showed him the problem. I asked them th call on my phone from threir own phone in the service centre. They all saw the problem and assured me that this was the last time and they will certainly do something about it.I got my phone back but again the same problem of the screen going blank and the call drop persisted. I went back to the service station on 16 th March after speaking to Mr. Ashwini Sharma.
          Now the problem is that the service center is accepting the problem. I have bought an expensive phone for my convience and half the month it is at the service centre for repairs.Ethicaly the phone should be replaced. I have undergone a lot of inconvience and mental presuure. I had spoken toi the service centre for a replcement and now they are accusing me that I want a replacement for my phone. I had never asked for the replacement for the first three visits.But when the problem persisted and the inconvience borne by me I want strict action to be taken as soon as possible.

          I have also brought a Samsung galaxy Y mobile from ajmer.I have been facing problem regarding Network problem in this handset.Problem is that when other people call me they get the message " Phone is not reachable"despite there is full network.Same problem i am facing when call to other phones.I have one other mobile with same network's providers SIM.But when people call me on other mobile at same time call came easily, I have gone three times to the service center, each time they upgrade the mobile software but problem not solved last time they have told they cant replace the mobile but they can change the motherboard, i agreed for this and motherboard have been changed.but still i am facing the same problem.Please suggest me solution to get change my handset.

              I purchased samsung Galaxy Pro II six months ago. The ringer of phone through which mobile handsets rings on incoming calls gets dead unexpectedly three months ago (I.e. after 3 months of purchase of phone). I visited samsung service center located in faridabad, sector 16, near ICICI bank, but they asked to leave handset with them for week. Due to non-availability of spare handset with me i asked them to call the part & i will visit again after one week, After one week, again they didnt have any idea whether they have called that part or not. Again they asked me to submit my handset. Then, i visited another service center (new one), which is at Ajronda Chowk Faridabad, and asked for ringer, They also asked me to leave the handset with them. Again i asked them to call item and i will visit them after week. They responded positively. After, week on another visit they didnt have any idea about call. They again took copy of bill from me. and told me that they will intimate me on availability. Its been 1.5 month i don't have any intimation from them.

              Because i am a student and pursuing training as well. I don't have much time to invest in this things.I am feeling like handicap who has invested his saving in buying much expensive phone. and due to poor after sale service i don't have any option to go for.I think my warranty period get expired in this thing. I have almost wasted my 11,000 Rupee in poor handset with battery backup.

              Please look into the greivance.I have put my level but unable to get satisfactory service of Samsung.

                I had purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 on 4/3/2012 and I am extremely unhappy with the product as well as the service.
                Following are the issues with the phone.. and each day new issue arises so the list is un ending:
                1)Heating up of the phone
                2)Low battery. get discharged every 2 hours with minimal usuage
                3) Phone hangs up while operation
                4)At times incoming and outgoing calls there is no voice.(phone goes blank).
                5)If in vibration mode.sometimes doesnt stop vibrating untill battery is removed.
                6)Sometimes all activities on phone comes to a standstill untill the battery is removed and phone restarted.
                Pathetic experiance.
                Shopkeeper promised 1 month replacement warranty on time of purchase, but now does not acknowledge it at all. Says will repair it.
                But why should I get my brand new phone repaired very first week of purchase. that too of 30000 rupees.

                Very Very unhappy. Will never trust Samsung hence forth and never recommend it to others.

                Dear sir,

                I canr register my new samsung galaxy s2, can you send me the procedgure of registratioN.

                Samsung Galaxy S2 — It is not working with my PC with windows XP

                My SAMSUNG smartphone Galaxy S2 is not working with Windows XP. It asks for installation software CD. How to fix it?
                I too am unhappy with my Samsung GalaxyS2, I've had mine for less than a year, and I've had to replace it 2 times. I am now on my 3rd one, which by the way, I recieved today only to find out that the very issue's I was having with the 2nd phone is now happening on the "replacement/refurbished" one they sent me. If I send a text message more than 3 lines long, it fails, when I attempt to use the dialpad, and have to press numbers 3, 6 & 9, the phone blacks out and will not record the numbers. I am sooooo frustrated, and totally dissatisfied with this product! Of course, I am now stuck in T-Mobile's infamous 2 yr contract.
                I too unhappy with my Samsung S2 GT-I9100, I`ve purchased this phone on 31-Dec-2011, from mobile store, on the second day I had to visit service center with this phone, my complaint was the phone getting heating up from the back side, and the battery gets drained in 3-4 hours time without using( Standby mode). The service center told me the main board is faulty and they replaced me with a new set the same day. Since then I used it for 1.6 Year ( 17 Months ), And on 28th July I experienced the same problem ( PHONE HEATING UP, BATTERY GETS DISCHARGED IN 4 - 5 HOURS WITHOUT USING). I contacted the service center they told that the main-board is faulty also the battery has to be replaced, so the total cost comes to around 9000rs... Prior to Samsung I was a Sony Ericsson user, I was happy with Sony

                  sir i purchased samsumg gakaxy note for rs 32k and the sound was not proper and next day of of my purchase i wrote and made a complain.i wasted lot of my time energy and money on making std calls for making a complain.as very next day of purchase i never wanted to go to service centre and get the piece repaired.
                  Sir i dont understand how they can play with the word warranty.this means that a customer will get a defective piece and next day he has to run to service centre and get the piece repaired.sir this warrany period should start atleast after 60 days from the date of purchase other wise customer feels cheated when next day of the purchase he or she has to go to swrvice and get piece repaired.
                  I wasted my lot of time energy and money and after that i got a new piece..now this piece is good but to my surprise when i removed the plastic from the sides the phone has two big dents.now pls tell me what shoul l do.even after paying huge i should take a piece which has got dents.it is my badluck or i have been targeted.sir i want help

                    This has reference to Refrigerator I have purchased on 14th March
                    2011 bearing Sr. No. 06054ZAZ606804F, Model RA19BP 7S from one of your
                    distributor, M/s Shri Vaibhav Electronics based at Shalimar Garden,
                    Extn. – II, I have been facing the problem of Wrong fitting of Freezer
                    Compartment Door, because of wrong fitting it has got damaged and this
                    has brought in to the notice of your service engineer in Aug &
                    November 23rd 2011, I have incurred the loss of the charge of Broken
                    Compartment / Assembly Cover- Part No. DA[protected]A, within one month
                    this problem arises again and same has been brought into the notice to
                    the customer care department in the month of December 2011 and again
                    one of the engineer has visited us for attending the complaint and he
                    has confirmed that this problem is arising again & again due to the
                    faulty lock fitting of the Freezer Compartment Door, I have been
                    regular in touch with your customer care department since January
                    2012, but my complaint has not been resolved till date, every time
                    your engineer is conveying the message to me over the phone to attend
                    the complaint for this fault and demands the repair charges. Pls find
                    aatt. file of brocken assembliy cover.



                    And apart from the above, I have tried my level best to speak to
                    Service Manager in your Customer Care / Service Department but he is
                    giving any response back, I don’t think being an MNC this is the work
                    culture in your organization.



                    When this Refrigerator is in Warranty then why should I bear the loss
                    again & again for the manufacturing defect, I need the solution to
                    this problem or else I have to go to the consumer Forum / Court.

                    Dear Samsung Team,

                    With reference to the trailing mail. One of your technician/Engineer
                    visited our address and replaced the dammaged part which has been
                    done earlier also but it happened again due to wrong assembly of the
                    model. Now I have been asked for replacement of the whole fridge coz
                    it will happen again for sure.
                    Now I am just asking you that if the same will happen again who will
                    take the responsibility of your fault?????

                    Your organisation/Company/Brand is harashing for none of our faults.
                    Samsung is very reputed brand and this is all nonsense if the same
                    problem will arise again that will be non tollarable .If I have paid
                    the amount for the product why fault will be tollarable. I want the
                    product to be replaced tottaly with the new one. Otherwise I will have
                    go ahead and take legal action against the complaint.

                    If Not then assure us in writing dat this will not happen again in
                    future and this time repairing has been done correctlly and same
                    fault will not raise furtuer.
                    Your service team responce very bad & call centre not perfacly answerable.
                    Iam surpriced to your service team suddenly go to my home & change
                    without information.Why???????????.

                    Samsung — Broken cover support

                    The battery cover of the samsung star phone is very tough to remove.The shopkeeper told to push it hard and it will be fine after some days o[censored]se but when i did so a very small part of cover portion broke and the cover is coming out.So i want the company to replace such defective pieces.Thank you

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased a Samsung washing machine model No WF8508NMW8/ XTL on 23/07/2011, Invoice No OM 1293, S.C Shah & Co P Ltd , OMR , Chennai ). And after facing the problem of Errar display of 5D and dryer not working properly I have made several phone calls and mail ( Dated 3rd January 2012 ) to call centre, finally service personnel visited the machine and recalled the machine on 16th Feb 2012 at 7.30 PM, and sent back the machine on 19th Feb 2012 at 7.30 PM without solving the problem.
                      The person who came during delivery has not said any thing regarding repair, we feel that the company ( Samsung ) has bluffed us by delivering the machine without repairing ( solving the problem ).
                      The problem is that it is displaying error indication of 5D and stopping suddenly during drier mode and making more noise , and we feel that machine is running with difficulty, after all so much of affords still the problem of the machine is not solved.
                      I have sent a mail again on 19th Feb 2012 but no one turned to solve the problem, again called the call centre on 16th March 2012 ( Ref : [protected])and sent a mail also.
                      With all the above facts I am here with requesting you for justice.

                        I bought a Samsung Wave 525 on May, 2011. The handset showed problems just after 2 weeks from the time of purchase. I visited the service centre and got the problem resolved. After few weeks another problem emerged. the handset gets hanged frequently and stops responding. Every time i have to restart the phone to resume to the normal condition. I did visit the service centre in Jayanagar 4th Block, Bangalore for the same problem for atleast 3 times but still the problem is not resolved.I have wasted a lot of time,money and effort for this phone.
                        I hope someone will surely address to this problem.

                          i have given my hard disk on aug.2011,after 3months i got the hard disk from customer care centre,,after3months hard disk was not detected(same problem).then i have given my hard disk on feb-2012,still we are not recieved my hard disk,every day customer care peoplle saying,after three days you call me.every three days the same replay.

                              sir i have buy samsung gt e2152 mobile phone....its specifications tells that it have gprs and edge facility ......so it must support for connecting internet to pc by phones modem........but it doenot support it..i have also tried many times by connecting by bluetooth dial up networking but it tells authentication fails...and when i asked samsung customer support they just answered nothing and told sorry ,the phone cannot be connected.........by this way samsung cheated their customer.....so i kindly request to give any solution for this problem.

                              Hello sir/madam,
                              i am being robbed by samsung service centre, on 3rd March, 09 i had gone to Samsung service centre at Nehru Place, New Delhi, to get the software upgrade of my mobile phone. As tata indicom launched a new sim that is not compatible with older handsets so need to get software updrade. i gone to service center with my phone, that was working absolutely fine with my older sim. but when i given it service executive, he started updrading the software and in between it haulted and phone was not able to get started and they told me that they have to send this mobile to their main service centre i think in Okhla, and as it is more than 1 year old it is not in warranty and it will cost around 400-450 Rs which service chanrges and i submitted the phone to them, now yesterday that is on 12th March, 09 they called me and said that phone repair will cost between[protected] and wheteher now i want it get reapaired or not? Rs. 4400 is the cost of same new handset, i really amazed the service of an old handset will cost me same or more than new handset and the handset that was working absolutely fine before i submitted to service centre and now for their mistake they are asking a cost more than original price. so i turned to you, please look into it as i don't want to get robbed by these thugs.
                              i BOUGHT SAMSUNG MOBILE MODEL NO SGH D780. WHILE TALKING AUTOMATICALLY SWITCH OFF MOBILE SET, NO LIFE LONG BATTERY. I BOUGHT THIS SET ON 21/11/2009 FROM PAI INTERNATIONAL SHOP MANGLORE. WHOM I HAVE TO CONTACT.

                                on 7/1/2012 i bought samsung galaxy s2 from poorvika mobiles (tirupur) when i cam to chennai and opened the box it was not i9100 it was i9100g!
                                i9100g has low processor !bad gpu!.i spent 30800rs for this phone !in box its given as i9100 and the hanset inside it it i9100g!i feel cheated !then i complained to samsung india they said they would replace my mobile with i9100 with in 10 days !its more than a month they dint call or respond to my 15+ emails!the phone has lots of software glitches too! plz help!

                                  i am residing in chennai and bought a samsung monitor before 1 yr. from the day 1 i am facing probs with board and panel. till date i have replaced my panel 4 times and board 2 times. the product is totally waste .

                                  before 25 days they took my monitor to the service center and til now i have'nt received any response from the center. when i call and ask they say me to wait for 5 more days or i will send a technician to ur home to check with the prob. but what is the use of them sending technicians to home without my monitor.?
                                  the service center is located in thiruvallur " meenakshi electricals"
                                  the most worst service centers i have ever seen
                                  in future if you are going to buy this monitor i am sure u will need for ervice often and no value for money...

                                  thanx to ICCF as i got my complaint resolved. people from samsung called me and assured refund or replacement of the faulty product. i asked for refund but they told me that only half the amount will be refunded so i chose replacement of the product. the product replaced does not match the original product it is lesser in price and resolution. anyways i got something useful for my money..

                                  I am having a problem with my monitor, there is a horizontal line in middle of my monitor and remains like that. A yellow line . When i start my computer it come and remain like that.

                                  the samsung company replaced my product after a long battle on yesterday. but the sad thing is the replaced product is not the exact product. it has several flaws. there is no ECOMAGIC, AUTO DISPLAY FUNCTIONS, ENERGY STAR etc. the old monitor is BP1930N but the new replaced monitor is SA10. the only thing common is both are 19". there is no full screen resolution in this monitor. it looks like a suit case in my table. it does not look like a monitor at all.

                                  i just want the exact product of what i bought already. i[censored] cannot replace with the exact product why do u replace? better u refund me. i'l buy some other gud monitor which satisfies all my needs.

                                    it is painfull to describe you that I have been using samsung mobile for last 5(five) yrs. of late I have used samsung s3500 handset, due to display problem 2 months ago I have gone to the service care of samsung 3 times(Authorization to Mr. Paresh Das, counter -Akash Electronics, Chaitanyapur, Haldia, Purba Medinipur). There I have faced a bad & untolerable behaviour of esc engineer named Rabindranath singha. not only me, my few closed friends & relatives also dishonoured by the said engineer. Esc incharge Mr. S Biswas did not pay any attention with this cup of tea as he have been so most irregular within ESC that most of the consumer have to get back their HHP from the above said samsung care without any satisfaction.

                                      Here is my Detail experience which I faced after buying Samsung Mobile Galaxy S2.
                                      Purchased Detail:
                                      Spice Retail Ltd. (Address :- D-60, Main Vikas Marg, Lakshmi Nagar, New Delhi )
                                      Mobile detail:-
                                      SAMSUNG GALAXY S2
                                      MODEL NAME – GT – I9100G
                                      SERIAL NO. - [protected]
                                      Service Center Detail:-
                                      Vaishnavi Services ( Address- A-1, Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, ND-91)
                                      I purchased mobile on 5 Feb. 2012. After 2 to 4 days I found its frequently hanging problem.
                                      Then on 20 Feb. 2012 I personally visit to above mentioned service center and ask for DOA letter but they denied after listening my entire problem having with my mobile. Then I complained to customer care of Samsung they provided me the manager no. but when I called on that no. she is not available in office, I believe she was in her home not answered my question properly. She told me you have handover you’re mobile to service center and when we found there is some serious problem then only we will take some other action. Before this I think there is at least 30 days money back guaranty.
                                      First I submitted my mobile to above mentioned service center on 29 Feb. 2012 and I received my mobile on same day they only updated my software. He takes 6 hrs in total. One more thing I found on that day one of the employee with his baby child in service center and all are engaged with that child, I am thinking that this is office or home so disgusting.
                                      After receiving my mobile there is another problem starts its start hanging and rebooting frequently. They only know how to update software, nothing else.
                                      Secondly again I submitted my mobile to above mentioned service center on 7 Feb. 2012, and he promised to give back my mobile on 9 Feb. 2012 but didn’t keep his word he replied on that day you come tomorrow at evening, but again he declined.
                                      Today on 11 Feb. 2012 I personally went to above mentioned service center at 10:30 am but its closed, on his complain letter there is mentioned on the top (Timing 10:00 am to 6; 00 pm Monday close), I also called on the given no. ([protected])of service center but at time they switched off their mobile and tried another no. but no one responding, I wait half an hour 10:30 to 11:00 am, but no one come, then I come back to my home. I want to know one more thing they written there open timing 10 to 6 pm, today he is late I don’t know how much time they will take to open the shop, I just want to know they will extend their closing time.(to complete their actual 8 hr. working day)… I need answer for this also….why we are hampering our time.
                                      Regarding this behavior I complained on customer care no., but they told the concerned person is not here right now we will arrange a call back for you.
                                      I don’t know why I purchase mobile worth Rs. 30000, to keep my mobile at service center or taking services regularly from service without getting final resolution.
                                      I don’t have so much time to keep visiting mobile service center.
                                      I want my money back or provide me another new handset with DOA letter.

                                      Spice D-1111 mobile handset — no proper (worse) after sales service

                                      hello sir/madam,
                                      i don't receive calls when i use CDMA sim in the handset.this same problem is sustaining since i took it for the first time to spice service center somewhere in January and till now its for the 6th time when i have given it again to a service center and there is no positive response from any officials of the company. i have got all the job sheets and proves against them. please get me out of all this, i don't want to use any service of spice again, because i don't have time to go their service centers again and again.
                                      i went to consumer forum office too, somebody there asked me to spent 2-3000 Rs. for getting claim.
                                      please guide me, i don't want to spend a single penny anymore because of this handset.
                                      i just want to get the company punished and pay me the amount equal to my handset.
