We purchased a Samsung LCD TV dated 1/06/2009 from KIRAN TRADING CORPORATION , WZ-505, Old Mehrauli Road, Raj Nagar -1, Palam Coloney, N.D-45 (Near Nirankari Bhavan) email : [protected]@yahoo.com . But the delivered piece was faulty and it did not just after a few months. We contacted the Kiran Trading Company, they did not take any action . Our original bill is lost but we have the transaction to the Kiran Trading Company in our passbook which we have attached stated and Kiran Trading Company is not providing us with the duplicate copy of the bill. Then we lodged a complaint at Authorised Service Centre, Ashu Electroics , Exclusive Samsung Service Centre 489/9/3 Mangal Pandey Nagar, Meerut Ph No:[protected] Cr No: 322 Book No: 07 Dated 30/10/2010 and paid Rs 826.00 only as Service Charge but still no action was further taken. Then accordingly we contacted Customer Care Centre complaint no: [protected] dated 27/01/2011 but still we did not get any response and still the piece is in non working condition.     Hi All,

    I am Rakesh CK. I purchased Samsung Wave 2, a month back. Couple of weeks back, the cell phone stopped responding to touch intermittendly. Soon I could notice that the Keys are also non functional. I consulted the Customer service center near Vytilla and was first informed that it was an issue with the software downloads from samsung apps and they would need to re-install the OS. I was asked to come by evening. When I reach there, I was informed that its a problem with the "board" and would be ready by Friday. I reached there by friday evening, just to know that there would be further delay. They gave a new delivery date as Monday (today). Still I don't have any updates regarding the same. It is frustrating, to say the least. I guess there should be some way that the faulty equipment be replaced. This response from Samsung Customer service make me regret the fact that I have bought few other samsung devices, including Laptop, television etc.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response. Today, I went to the Samsung service center, just to find that nothing has changed. I had to wait for couple of hours for them to get me my cell, with a new "board". In a minute, i could find that the issue isn't fixed. Now, I am being told that its an issue with the display. I am not a satisfied customer anymore. I regret choosing Samsung.

    I have submitted my handset to the service centre four times in last 15 days regarding touch problem but each time they made a fool o[censored]s by making different stories , '

    Eg - sir your card need to be changed , the part will come from the company after 5 days .... after one week they will return the handset by implementing new operating system , makes the customer stupid that the part is changed ,,,

    first excuse -- Sir aap ka memory card kharab hai , i took it off same problem arise
    second excuse --- sir your firmware is corrupted . Changed the OS same problem arise ,
    third excuse --- Sir aap ka touch change kar to diya tha ....... lakin kya company itni ache hai ki naya touch k saath mera purana safe guard laga kar diya
    fourth excuse ---- sir aap ka set ander service rha hai ...... touch ki problem may OS change ho rha tha ....
    Are we stupid .................................. shame on samsung service centre ....................
    Ab sabko yahi kehta hu KOI SA BHI SET LO SAMSUNG MAT LO ,,,,,,, i am sorry to say that ................................

    i am not satisfied with samsung wave 2, i`m facing touch problem, right half of my touch screen is not working, its just 1yr 1 month phone . out of warranty and they r asking me to pay 6000, there is no warranty extension even though i want to pay .. iam really not satisfied with samsung smart phones

Unke Paas Mai 5 , 6 Baar Service Ke Liye Gaya Par Unke Dwara Har Baar Mujhe Delay kar diya gya , our jawab me kaha gaya bahot sare kaam rahte hai yaar, kal aana .... our wha har staff ne mujhe har baar taal diya, mere khandwa distributer se kai baar kahne per bhi wo handset khandwa me available nahi hua, to mai khandwa ka niwasi, burahnpur se handset purchees karne gya, uspe bhi mujhe samsung authorized service center se good service nahi mil rahi hai, mujhe agar indore ya dusre city jana pade to khandwea service center to mere liye kisi kaam ka nahi hai.... mai service center se consumer goods ki apeksha rakhta hu, issliye mai smsung mobile liya hu.......

      mera namra nivedan hai ki mera avedan swikaar kare....

        Hello Sir,

        I had purchased SAMSUNG C5212 Model, and it was working good, but once there was a problem of hanging and browsing problem in handset so i went Samsung service center and they people FORMAT my handset and give it back but since they made format in my Samsung mobile it started AUTO SWITCH OFF 5 to 6 times in a single day, than i made a complaint to service center for this issue 3 times and every time they just format the handset and give it back without checking the handset, Still i facing the same problem of AUTO SWITCH OFF. than i had submitted my SAMSUNG C5212 Mobile at that same Samsung service center on 23/06/2011 Thursday and they told me that we change PCB ( Circuit of mobile ) and give it back to you on Saturday,when i had submit my mobile at that time they people said that we had the PCB ( Circuit of mobile ) of Samsung C5212 but now they refuse that we not have PCB ( Circuit of mobile ) of Samsung C5212 so you have to wait for next 7 Days,but when my friend ask for the same PCB ( Circuit of mobile ) of Samsung C5212 they said yes we had it,because he had no warranty of that same handset, and they told me we have not PCB ( Circuit of mobile ). What is this man???? this Samsung people cheat their customer and not giving appropriate service to their customer, still they people not giving me my handset and refuse to give the answer for the same, This is the information about Work order no as well as Service center name and address. Please help me out of this problem.

          Sir,
          I Divy Shah, had purchased Samsung S5620 phone on 2 july 2010.
          My billno. is 1643/409. since i bought the phone there were many complaints as handset getting hot, also frequently getting hanged. The Voice of mine is not received to other people on calling. Handset is loosing the network very often and also then takes a alot of time to search network.The jack point is also not proper, only 1 speaker works at a a time. I also got new branded original headset but same problem. I went to service centre 4 to 5 times.The executive there tells me that i will receive the phone in 3 to 4 days but they give me after 9 to 10 days.And after receiving also i have faced the same problems again and again.So there is definitely a problem in the handset. My phone is still at the service center.I think I have procured the phone for service center. As i go to service center they tell me that i ll get the phone in 15 to 20 minutes. But they at-lest take about 1 hour and more and tell me to sit there.In 1 year Mobile does not get so much complications. My warranty is getting completed on 2nd July.And if my warranty finishes then i have to pay for repairs on Phone and the service center will charge me for my faulty handset.
          I request you to replace my phone or pay me the Exact Amount of my Bill irrespective of the price of the mobile presently.

            We got samsung window ac on 21/Jan/2011.We werent using it till April 2011 , as the weather was already chill.AC was running for just 3 month max 4 hours at night .Now its not working , we called the service support couple of times.They finally came on 25th June2011 and said that gas is leaking.To top it all even the remote is also not workingI'm just wondering how this is possible with a AC of just 4 months.We called up the dealer and he said it could happen one in million piece, and he was just so rude.How could i be assured after the service again gas leak will not happen? All I want is to get it replaced.Pls help me

            Samsung — AC not working in couple of Months

            An AC of Samsung company Model # MDL-18FEB was purchased on 28th February,2010 from Rahi Electronics Pvt.Ltd.. An Insallation was done by either company person or some one from Rahi Electronics itself. Within couple of months AC is not cooliing. Samsung Co's technician has visited my place and checked the machine. As per him, initially the motor was not working, upon checking the machine, found that installation was not done properly and some strings were left inside due to which motor was stuck. Strings were removed and conclusion was collent GAS was leaking and completely empty now, need to re-fill the GAS. Samsung Company refused to do so since installation was not done by them. We are struggling with Rahi Electronics since last 15 days to replace the GAS, till date it's not done. Rahi Electronic is refusing to do so. We don't know what to do now?

              I am Having a Samsung Mobile GT-B3410. I am calling Samsung Helpdesk No.[protected] from 22/06/2011 many times But instead of Helping me they every time told me that our Mobile Department Executives are busy with some other Costumers and they will surely call You Back within 2 hours, and has'nt replied back. My BP no is [protected].
              Firstly my Samsung was having only screen Calibration Problem But now It has fully stopped working through Touch Sreen, and i am suffering a lot b'cos of it.
              Please Help me and fovour me in resolving this problem.

                Dear All,



                Iam Vinodh from Chennai I had purchased Samsung mobile model no GT-6112 on 12 july-2011. Bought the mobile with passion the first time using Samsung product-mobile



                It was good for first six months after that started shooting trouble by restarting frequently, I have taken to the service centre and they have done some manual tuning and handed over on the same day.



                The same was continuing and due to time constrain I had used for three months. Due to uncomfortable o[censored]sing I have taken to the service centre which is near to my office at T,nagar name of the service centre – TECHNO CARE OLD NO 142,NEW NO 64,1ST FLOOR,HABIBULLAH ROAD,T.NAGAR,CHENAI-600017



                They confirmed it is a software problem the same will be serviced and given back after 3 days. But the same was not rectified it keeps restarting.



                Fifth day again taken back to them, they said mother board to be replaced and taken the time duration till 13th june2011,



                I have received the first message on 10th june stating your product has been serviced .I visited the service centre to know the status, they replied it will take another three days to resolve the problem,



                Again I have received the second message on 13th june from Samsung by thanking the request has been resolved. I called the service centre they lethargically replied still mother board not received from samsung, it will take another 5 more days.



                On 18th july Mr.Surendar ( contact no [protected]) spoke rudely stating it cannot be serviced based on your own time we will deliver as when we can.



                On 24th again I have approached the service centre Mr.Anish (contact no- [protected]) confirmed it will be delivered on 24th evening



                I called him on evening they said it will be delivered on 25th morning.



                Since morning calling him for an confirmation he least bothered to attend my call.



                Called service cantre they are saying still it has not ready it will take another one week.



                Whether iam looking like a joker,there is no proper response from the service centre and people in the centre are so rude with the customer.



                People are walking with the problem these kind of people making their mind more worry.



                I have reported to the bar council and Human rights office.



                I request the necessary action to be taken. And also attached job sheet for your kind reference.



                And also request to return my mobile even it is unrepaired

                  from the starting when i got my cell(on 7th feb) it was having problem first tim in servic centr they told mi that it has softwer problem at that time they kept my phone for 8 days and after that my cell was having the same problem so they told mi to chang pcb againg at that time they kept my phone for 20 days......... which they didnt do............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and now my phone is not vibrating, sometimes it dose not sound & also not charged, and now again they told mi to chang pcb board............

                    I have purchased a new hans set paying Rs 10290 on 21st June 2011, this had a mojor problem and got it replaced with new one on 18th Jan 2011 and once again this handset got a mojor problem of display, when i took it to delaer M/s SUNSHINE they said no repair or replacement will be done for second time even in warranty and my handset had problem on 20th June where warranty is just over. I want this defective model to be replaced with a new one since I have put my hard earned money into it and I am mentally up set due to this. attaching all documents.
                    I request M/sAMSUNG to do the needful fast, I get only reply from customer support and no actual solution.
                    Kinldy do the needful.

                      COMPLAINT AGAINST: SAMSUNG MOBILES, TATA INDICOM TRUE VALUE HUB

                      COMPLAINT:

                      IT WAS DURING 1998, I PURCHASED SAMSUNG DUO WHICH HAS BEEN INTRODUCED INTO THE INDIAN MARKET WITH TIE UP FROM TATA INDICOM WITH MUCH FANFARE. THIS MOBILE HAS BEEN CLAIMED AS IF IT WORKS WITH TWO SIMS ( STANDBY) OF BOTH CDMA AND GSM. I PURCHASED THE HAND SET FOR NEARLY 15150/- (FIFTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY) FROM TRUE VALUE HUB OF TATA INDICOM, BHUBANESWAR ALONG WITH A TATA CONNECTION FOR CDMA SLOT AND AIR TEL CONNECTION FOR GSM SLOT. FROM THE DAY ONE I COULD UNDERSTAND THAT THIS HAND SET IS STILL IN TRIAL STAGE AND IT'S BATTERY LIFE AND SOUND QUALITY IS VERY VERY POOR. DESPITE OF MY REPEATED VISITS TO THEIR SERVICING CENTERS, I COULD NOT GET ANY RELIEF.

                      ADDING WOES TO MY PLIGHT, IT WAS DURING LAST YEAR, WHILE TRYING NEW SIM CARD OF TATA INDICOM, I CAME TO KNOW THAT THE SAMSUNG DUO HANDSET IS NOT HAVING VALID IMEI AND IT CANNOT WORK WITH IMEI COMPLIANT SERVICE PROVIDERS. ON BEING CONTACTED, I WAS ASKED TO SEE THE SERVICING CENTER OF SAMSUNG WHO ADVISED ME TO GO FOR IMEI NUMBER FOR WHICH THEY HAVE TO MAKE SOME TAMPERING WITH THE SOFTWARE AND IF WE ARE LUCKY THE HAND SET WILL WORK OTHERWISE, IT MAY CRASH. HE ASKED ME WHAT TO DO? I PREFERRED TO DISPOSE THE HANDSET IN GARBAGE RATHER THAN GOING FOR A FAKE IMEI NUMBER.

                      WHO SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR CHEATING THE CONSUMERS BY SELLING CHINESE MADE HAND SETS LABELLED WITH SAMSUNG? WHETHER IT IS SAMSUNG OR THE TATA INDICOM FRANCHISEE "TRUE VALUE HUB", WHO SHOULD BE MADE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE LOSSES SUSTAINED BY ME?

                      CONSUMERS BE AWARE!! WHETHER IT IS SAMSUNG, LG, OR SOMETHING ELSE., MAJORITY OF THEIR COMPONENTS ARE SOURCED FROM CHINA AND UNLESS YOU CHECK FOR AUTHORIZED IMEI NUMBER, YOU ARE VULNERABLE. PLEASE BE AWARE!!

                        Hi!
                        I have bought Samsung Jet GT S8003 on 8th Feb, 2010 worth Rs. 17000/-. In the very next month its touch panel stopped working. I submitted the phone at Samsung Service Center Sector 22 Chandigarh on 6th March 2010. They changed the touch panel and I got back the phone after one week. It was working fine till 6th of June, when the touch panel again malfunctioned. I again submitted the phone at same service center and this time they took about 25 days to get my phone repaired. After 3 months on 8th September again faced the same issue of touch panel. Service center again took one month to get my phone repaired. After that it worked fine within the warranty period. Now a month back when warranty period was over the same problem arises again. I talked to the Area Manager, Mr. Vikram Kaushik and after a long discussion he admitted that there some flaw in the phone and he will get it repaired without any cost. It took 15 days to get the phone back. I got back my phone 10 days back and NOW AGAIN I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEM, THE TOUCH PANEL IS NOT WORKING.

                        Please suggest any help. I am fedup of this phone. My 17000 is totally waste.

                        Same problem to me also. I bought in October 2009 for Rs.19500/-. In October 2011 I changed touch panel by spending Rs.1150/-. Again in March 2012 the same problem persists and changed touch panel by spending again Rs.1150/-. Now i.e. December 2012, my touch screen not working.

                        It is the responsibility of Samsung India either to exchange the other phone with same purchase price or to change the touch panel whenever it gives problem free of cost.

                          I purchased a Samsung AC from Girias store in Bangalore. After 2 days, I received a call from 2 people who claimed to be Samsung Installation Engineers who asked for an appointment to install the AC. I promptly gave them an appointment. 2 people in samsung uniform arrived at my residence and stated that the installation requires additional copper wire for the extra distance of the installation and hence they will come back with the copper wire worth Rs 5000. They came back the next day and installed the AC and charged Rs 5000 for the extra copper wire and additional Rs 1500 for 3 free services. After 1 day, the AC cooling was not working. I called up Samsung customer care and I got a shock.
                          Samsung customer care stated that they have not sent anybody to install the AC at my residence and they have no record of anybody coming to my residence. I was shocked. I had to again raise a call with Samsung to send their Service Engineers to rectify the problem. After more than 20 calls and 2 weeks, Samsung service engineers came home and rectified the problem.

                          Bottom Line, THERE ARE FRAUDS IN THE CITY OF BANGALORE WHO COME TO KNOW OF NEW ACs BEING PURCHASED AND GET THE NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS AND THEY POSE AS COMPANY PEOPLE . IN THIS CASE i WAS LUCKY THAT THE PEOPLE WERE NOT MURDERERS OR DACOITS ENTERING A HOUSE. THEY WERE THIEVES WHO TOOK AWAY RS 6500/- AND UNFORTUNATELY I WAS NOT AT HOME WHEN ALL OF THIS HAPPENED. BEWARE OF SUCH THEIVES. i HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED TO SAMSUNG TO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION. NOT SURE IF ANYTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR.

                              If, service of a renowned estiblishment like samsung is such where shall we go. we are loosing faith.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S (Model # GT I9003) about 2 months back in April. It started troubling me in first week itself as the phone kept switching off/freezing on its own. After few calls to the customer care centre I was instructed by the technical engineer to reset my phone to factory settings since the software version seems to be the problem. Post factory rest, the handset worked fine for few days but again started troubling me.

                                Then started my ordeal of calling customer care day in and out and yet again resetting the phone to its factory settings countless times as instructed by the technical engineers. But one fine day the phone just cocked off and didn’t switch on and then I visited the service center where software/OS was uploaded on handset and I was assured that now there will be no trouble now onwards. But, the same problem started occurring after few hours and yet again the software was re-uploaded at the service center after 2 days.
                                But second time after reloading the software, the phone started having trouble of just not randomly switching off/freezing on its own but also started showing a various errors of different process stopping unexpectedly. Now, the suggested solution provided is to replace the mother board, which is not acceptable to me.

                                I have forwarded a replacement request with customer care since there is a manufacturing defect in the handset. They haven’t assured a replacement but will get back to be in 3 working days with the best possible solution whereas I only demand a replacement since it’s just a 2 month old handset and what’s the point of buying a smartphone from such a brand named Samsung !!!
                                Kindly help me solving the problem. In case, you need any further details please let me know.

                                    I have complaint on dt:4,10&17 june2011 @ my samsung LCD.when Mr.Subir talk me about 60%(MAX.)depriciation cost i.e refund cost will be only 40% of total bill amount.That time i was demanding 45%refund amount( initially it is 50% refund).But he stick on 60% depriciation:In meanwhile due to family demands (since there is no LCD) i have purchased new SAMSUNG LED 40 INCH on dt:17JUNE 2011( EVENTHOUGH knowing previous SAMSUNG lcd history) so that i have good sleep at night.On dt:20 june 2011 Mr. Subir call me & told that our company will give you a new offer of 34% refund amount or new LCD.but due to election duty & i am working outside of nashik ;It is not possible to talk with my family.When our family watch new LED ,they observed one thing that LED quality is more superior than LCD in all respect.Therefore instead of new LCD offer,we will reduce our demand of 45% to 40% refund amount.so that we will add another 9000.00 to 10000.00 in refund amount to purchase new LED.When i talk to Mr.subir @ my view,then he refuse to give 40% refund amount (initially he offer me, when i was demanding 45% ).he suggest me to take new LCD what they will suppose to be an equivalent of old LCD.But i have a question in my mind.Without knowing costumer satisfaction or his demands,how company will offer new lcd to costumer as per their choice?When costumer demanding 40%refund amount which is already offer me.Now why they are refuse to obey their promises? Company executive should think of costumer satisfaction & solve this problem as early as possible.I have a mind that Mr.subir delibarately not solving my problem.I have told him if it is not in his capacity,then put my realistic demand to your next executive so that i will get proper JUSTICE within time.

                                      I have a SAMSUNG colour TV in my name Ashok Kumar model no.LA26A450C1, which I purchased it on 30oct.’08 this year only, gone out-of –service on 5 Dec. 2008.I purchased it from “NEXT RETAIL SHOP”Marthahalli, Bangalore who refuses to take any onus.Mr.Manoj of that shop says that he has no concern with my problem.His duty is limited to sell the items only what he says. I consulted the customer care of SAMSUNG On 5 Dec.’08.One mechanic Mr.Jaykumar came on 6Dec.evening.He diagnosed the problem as power unit failure.He promised to come on Mon i.e.8Dec to rectify the problem. He came with the new or old power unit as per him. Again he failed to rectify the problem saying that the problem lies somewhere else.I donot know what kind of mechanic SAMSUNG is having. Now he tells that he will take the item to workshop& then proper investigation will be carried out.I don’t understand why R&D is required on a almost new TV.With a great faith and expecting a good response from “SAMSUNG”, it actually has totally disappointed me.Even yesterday, so many times I tried to contact superviser but in vain.
                                      Now I am compelled to have concept that “SAMSUNG” believes in only noting the problem and not in solving.
                                      Now I believe that my TV life is gone.If in the start of its life this the condition, I don’t know what will happen in coming times.

                                      3. In this 5 month I already done a service to my touch pad censor once.

                                      I strictly want that the consumer forum shall take immediate steps against the company because it is my hard working money and in my case they don't show me any respect.
                                      i bought samsung galaxy note- n700 on 14-oct 2012. today on 26/2/13 while inserting the sim card, the tracks of the sim card connector has been broken and also the service center charged me with repairing charges for it, its still under warranty, the service center person charged me 11000 for making it proper. still they charged me 11000 for changing the whole motherboard. mobile phone cost aroung 28000 and for sim card slot replacement 11000.???? samsung is the bad and worst products selling in india as i have seen according to me. please help me out with the product if you can..

                                        this samsung mobiles provide poor After Sales Service, my mobile (samasung star) was at their service center at ghatkopar for repairing. First they said that your mobile has some software issues & it will cost you 350/- & it will take 3 days but after 7 days they told me that there is no software issues its hardware which is
                                        causing trouble & they need to change motherboard of my mobile (PBA) which will cost me 2000 to 2500/-,
                                        now i want to know what were they doing for last 7 days, and above all i repaired my mobile from the dealer i
                                        bought my mobile, he easily repaired the mobile within 15-20 Minutes with free of cost.

                                        I purchase Samsung E-250 mobile, after 7 months it had a GPRS problem, so i took it to the Samsung Care, although they rectified the problem a new problem emerge.

                                        Now the phone back option was not working. I submitted the phone again and they asked me to come after 7 days, to my utmost disappointment they had not done a single thing.

                                        And now they are asking me to go there to Nehru Place service centre, i'm really fed up!!!

                                        two weeks. when we visited to service centre, we told that has been sent to Bombay(H.O.) for

                                        repair. you have to wait for 7-8 more day, now it has passed 47 days but i have not got my

                                        phones yet, I have tried to make calls in the regard, but, either they do not pick up the phone or

                                        we get replies that they will inform me but after repeated requests they have not called me

                                        yet.phone is still under warranty.

                                        If no action is taken by the company i will be compelled to knock the doors of the consumer

                                        court for justice to a non technical customer.

                                        Samsung Mobiles — very disappointing after sales service

                                        i, sakshi mehrotra, was using a samsung mobile, model- m620. last month, on 1st oct' 09, there was some software prob. with my handset. i went to nearest samsung service centre, and deposited my handset there for repairing on 7th oct' 09. they said the will give the handset back in 15 days. after 15 - 20 days, i again contacted them, they said iits still not repaired, so will give in next 3- 4 days. i again contacted them after 4 days, only to know they will give in next 3- 4 days, as t was still not repaierd. they again gave me a date, and sain they will give by 12th- 13th of nov' 09. but after again contacting on 14th, i came to know, its still not repaired. today, 17th of nov.' 09, my handset is still with them. kindly help me get my handset ASAP, coz i am facing lots of problems, without my handset, and these samsung people are going on postponing like this. kindly take some action against them.
                                        Hi, I purchased samsung duos E2232 on june 2011. I asked internet services from BSNL it worked for few days but after internet is not working I show it to your service centre at Ahmednagar but the problem is not solved. So what can i do for that.
