Respected Honourable Sir,
I purchased a Samsung Mobile on 7-7-2010 from Lawish selection shop, samsung exclusive mobile showroom, 4/13 brodipet guntur. model number C-6112, IMEI Number : 352449/04/027143/2 for amt of Rs : 6400/- with Bill number:8/7. this mobile set when i was speaking a call mobile got over heated and it stopped functioning. this same set i took it to samsung servicing point in guntur 4/9 brodipet for claiming warranty they recieved the Mobile on 15/04/2011 with work Order number 9262. and opened and checked the mobile and told that there is mother board problem, but we will check and inform u the full problem in 1 or 2 days to my number [protected], the did not inform me for atleast one week, then when i called to them they said that mother has to be changed for that we have sent it to the company for the mother board when it comes we will inform me in week days. when my brither went to service centre and enquired they told that mother board has been changed and the set has been sent to Vijayawada for IMEI number feeding. even after some days they did not tell us anything so my brother again went and asked about the set they replied that we will give in two or three days but they did not do the same. on 20/05/2011 they called me at about 4pm and told that mother board has been replaced which comes under warranty, but we have also replaced the LCD display it has got wet and damaged u have to pay arround1400/- for that. which they did not inform me till this day i.e on 20/05/2011. and after 1 hour of that call they told that mobile hasbeen serviced completely and u have to pay 1400/- and takeit urgently. they made hurry. but i was out of station. when my brother went to servicing point to enquire about the phone about how is it possible that after one month u tell us that the lcd display has been damaged and we have to pay for that. the executives answered him rudely that "you have spoiled your phone you have to pay" he even asked havent ur engineers daigonise the problem in these 35 days, then they said that even in the samsung company the engineers cannot recognise the problem, they spoke to him very harshly. i suspect that they have created problem of mobile set and asking me to pay for that,. which they did not inform me for the past 35days and telling me about the problem 1 hr before they completed servicing the mobile. and also after 15min (on the same day 20/05/2011) they called me again talking so rudely that if i dont take my mobile within 15 minutes they r not responsible if the mobile is miplaced. today 26/05/2011 they called me again r telling that if i dont take my mobile within 1hr we will send the same to the company back. this is very embarassin for me actually my phone did not get in touch with water at any time.
