Dear Sirs,
Reg : Purchase of one SAMSUNG B – 7722 Black Mobile Hand set – Your Invoice No : 0313 / 11-12 / RI – Return of defective piece
I have submitted first complaint dated[protected]; I have not received any reply from you.
I have purchased one mobile hand set from your authorized dealer from Ahmedabad of SAMSUNG make B – 7722 from your shop vide your invoice no : 0310 / 11-12 / RI dated[protected]for Rs. 11,650/-. The said hand set is under guarantee period.
The said hand set was not working properly and it has never shown net work for two SIMs. The hand set is of dual SIM. Only one SIM is showing signal properly even after inter changing the SIMs also, any one signal is showing properly and other SIM is not showing signals. The hand set is found to be defective.
On 21st. April 2011, I had shown the said defective hand set to your person at your show room, he has formatted the hand set and returned it to me saying that it will work properly.
But since another 10 days have been passed, still the hand set is not working and I am facing communication problem. Even when I was on roaming last week, the said hand set has never shown the network for two SIMs. Only one SIM was working properly and the other SIM is not working properly.
On[protected] the said defective hand set was given to Customer Service Centre – Shree Ram Krishna Enterprise vide their service request no : [protected] dated[protected].
I have checked with the local Customer Service Centre – Shree Ram Krishna Enterprise about the hand set (They have never called me) and informed that the hand set is ready duly repaired.
I have taken the delivery of the hand set with the condition mentioned on their service note – “ Subject to checkingâ€.
Now the said hand set is not functioning properly and your local service centre has completely failed to solve the problem of this faulty hand set. I am facing communication problem.
As on today, I am having the handset but working with one SIM properly and with other SIM poor network. Further to this, other problems started to this hand set like, the phone switches off automatically, hangs up any time, looses both the networks any time,call drop etc. Every time I have to remove the battery and reinstall it then only the phone starts on. You may note at this stage that the hand set is giving more and more problems day by day. This shows that the hand set is found to be faulty and defective.
Since the hand set is under full warrantee and from the day one it is not functioning properly, I must get the full refund of Rs. 11,650/-.

Note : I will wait for another two weeks, if I do not get full refund of Rs. 11,650/-, the complaint will be submitted with all the supporting documents to CERC, Ahmedabad and also an appropriate actions will be taken at your risk and cost.
NOTE : SINCE LAST TWO DAYS I AM RECEIVING PHONE CALLS FROM SAMSUNG AHMEDABAD OFFICE TO SEND THE HAND SET AGAIN FOR REPAIRS TO THE SAME SERVICE CENTRE. HERE IT MAY BE NOTED THAT I WILL NOT HAND OVER THE HAND SET AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR REPAIRS.

Samsung 46' LCD TV — Delaying refund
Hi,I purchased a 46' Samsung Series 6 LCD TV from M/s Bajaj Electronics, Punjagutta, Hyderabad on the 20th of June 2009. Firstly no one came to install the TV for over 10 days and after making about 25 calls to the customer care at[protected] one fellow finally came over. He installed and checked the TV, which BTW refused to turn on, and said that a 'service rep' will come to check.
After another 2 dozen calls to the CC centre, another 'service technician' turned up 2 days later and fiddled around with the set and finally announced that it needs to be replaced. After another 2 days, he called and said that the same model is not available and that my money will be refunded. He took a copy of my invoice and a written request for a refund...this was nearly 6 weeks ago and till date I havent got my money back.
The TV cost me a whopping 1 lakh and is right now sitting like a big pile of junk in the drawing room. I mush have called CC over 100 times over the last month. Some of them Hari Gopal Reddy and Anil from the corporate office are probably the rudest persons I have ever spoken to. The former, when I called asking about the status of my refund, promptly replied "It's not my problem. What do you want me to do?" and disconnected the call; while the latter, who works in the refund and replacement department, gave the same reply. Umpteen number of CC managers have assured me that they will 'call back' with an update, but that hasn't happenned so far.
Samsung products may be very good, but their customer care is the worst I have ever come across. I would not buy their products just to avoid the bad experience with CC. Please DO NOT buy Samsung, they are the least co-operative and horribly rude people ever.
