I would like to highlight my displeasure & disappointment with the product (model: Wave 2 8530) that I purchased from one of the authorized dealer of Samsung - Noida, India.

I bought this phone on 1st Feb 2011 and to my surprise I have to visit the service center within 2 months of purchase.

I purchased a SAMSUNG mobile 3353 for my daughter on 20th Feb.'11. She started using the mobile after her CBSE board exams say 24th March'11. The set was not working properly and as such I gave the same for repairs. The servise centre people said that there is problem in the software and the same is to be reloaded. I had purchased the washing machine samsung front loading fully automatic for Rs.26000/- in the year 2003.
My machine is not functioning due to PCB fault.
