I had bought a Samsung mobile from a dealer ( sangeetha mobile) at Adyar on 12.06.2010 which is SCH-W299 . The mobile was working in good condition for three months and later the Touch screen was not working. I took to the Service centre in Adyar and they had changed the touch screen under warranty. I asked the reason for the failure and they told that it might be a normal problem which will occur in the touch...

i bought a samsung wave 525 handset last december(december 2010)
it shwed some problms with the motherboard ..i gave it to the samsung service centre who returnd it aftr several complaints throught mail and tele
got the phone back after 1 month and more..and i didnt check the earphone jack...IT IS NOT WORKIN NOW...

I have a Samsung No Frost 330 lit fridge that is only 4 years old. But recently two of the three shelves (fibreplastic) inside the fridge cracked. Now they are so deeply cracked they cannot take any weight. So I have no place to put my food stuff in the fridge! It is over 2 weeks since I placed a complaint with the service centre (Bangalore).
