samsung mobile galaxy s — getting blank

I have purchased a Samsung Mobile phone Galaxy S last week. From the very 1st day it is getting stuck when any call is coming and I am disconnecting the line. It is getting blank and unfunctional for 3-5 minutes
Dear Sir,
I had given the mobile to your service centre and it was received on 25th May and returened on 27th May saying that my complaints were addressed . But nothing seems to be working right and was a usual self . It was again resubmited to your service centre on 28 may.
The complaint started immediately with 4 days of buying the handset and i immediately contacted the mobile store and they reset the mobile and said that it will work fine after that.
I have bben using Sony Errison P1 i from last three yrs and have never faced any issue.
And after buying Samsung galaxy for 24900/- i m facing issues since day one. In these twenty days i could hardly use it even after spending Rs 24900/-
I would request you to please issue DO and take back this handset as the complaint was addresed immediately and u can confirm this with the mobile store.
I would be gratified with your early resolution on this.

it has been long and i have being given reasons that i am not able to digest. I spent Rs 25, 000/- on this mobile not to be told that its a davanced technology so signal vanishes after a call for 2 min...then still it s has a problem when i wake up in the morning the mobile shows full signal but when somebody calls it shows switched off. an di have to make a call to any numbe rand after tht its active.
This phone has been a big pain for me . Can somebody help me or this phone is not meant for serious users. I have been using sony ericsiion from last 3 year and has never faced such problem. and still its working well in comparision to Samsung galaxy, which seems to be a marketing creation.

    I bought a Samsung Galaxy Fit S5670 mobile phone from SAI ELECTRONICS Sambalpur on[protected]. I used the phone rarely as i bought it for gifting to my brother. After 1 month when i started the phone its LCD was not working properly and sometimes it goes off completely with a white screen. Seeing this i was really frustated but since i was not at sambalpur at that time. i couldn't complaint for it. when i came back to sambalpur. I took the phone to SAI electronics authorized samsung service center on[protected] and was told that the phone has a manufacturing defect. seeing this i told them that the same should be replaced but they refused completely. Then i registered a complaint to Samsung India helpline (Complnt No. [protected]) 0n [protected]. My query wasn't solved and they started ignoring my complaint and told it will be seen by sambalpur authorised service centre. After all this i went to Sai electronics service centre but in vain. They totally neglected me and told that LCD is not available right now. Getting totally frustated i approched the shop(SAI ELECTRONICS) for help and was totally neglected. please provide some help. I feel really cheated by Samsung. I have seen almost every 1 in 3 mobiles purchased from Samsung has some defect. My phone is totally new and has no scratches watsoever.

    I have purchased one samsung E7 mobile EAN#[protected] &amp UMEI NO. [protected] on 24.06.15 from reliance digital express.at the time o[censored]sing the mobile i got to understand that sim of the mobìle has not been fixed in the space provide for then i went to the shop & they tired to fix the sim & ultimately told me that further amount of rs 4000 will be charged at the said area for fixing the sim is defective.it is pertinent to metion here hearing this i waS totally astonished & rightly asked them to change the set.but they refused to change the set. It is crystal clear that the set which has been sold to me is a Defective one.After 48hrs samsung did not resolve my problem..cont no [protected]. i request you to change the set within 2days from the date of receipt of this letter falling which i shall be complled to take necessary action before the Ld. Consumer Forum as deemed fit &ampproper without any further reference whice plse note.

      Respected Honourable Sir,
      I purchased a Samsung Mobile on 7-7-2010 from Lawish selection shop, samsung exclusive mobile showroom, 4/13 brodipet guntur. model number C-6112, IMEI Number : 352449/04/027143/2 for amt of Rs : 6400/- with Bill number:8/7. this mobile set when i was speaking a call mobile got over heated and it stopped functioning. this same set i took it to samsung servicing point in guntur 4/9 brodipet for claiming warranty they recieved the Mobile on 15/04/2011 with work Order number 9262. and opened and checked the mobile and told that there is mother board problem, but we will check and inform u the full problem in 1 or 2 days to my number [protected], the did not inform me for atleast one week, then when i called to them they said that mother has to be changed for that we have sent it to the company for the mother board when it comes we will inform me in week days. when my brither went to service centre and enquired they told that mother board has been changed and the set has been sent to Vijayawada for IMEI number feeding. even after some days they did not tell us anything so my brother again went and asked about the set they replied that we will give in two or three days but they did not do the same. on 20/05/2011 they called me at about 4pm and told that mother board has been replaced which comes under warranty, but we have also replaced the LCD display it has got wet and damaged u have to pay arround1400/- for that. which they did not inform me till this day i.e on 20/05/2011. and after 1 hour of that call they told that mobile hasbeen serviced completely and u have to pay 1400/- and takeit urgently. they made hurry. but i was out of station. when my brother went to servicing point to enquire about the phone about how is it possible that after one month u tell us that the lcd display has been damaged and we have to pay for that. the executives answered him rudely that "you have spoiled your phone you have to pay" he even asked havent ur engineers daigonise the problem in these 35 days, then they said that even in the samsung company the engineers cannot recognise the problem, they spoke to him very harshly. i suspect that they have created problem of mobile set and asking me to pay for that,. which they did not inform me for the past 35days and telling me about the problem 1 hr before they completed servicing the mobile. and also after 15min (on the same day 20/05/2011) they called me again talking so rudely that if i dont take my mobile within 15 minutes they r not responsible if the mobile is miplaced. today 26/05/2011 they called me again r telling that if i dont take my mobile within 1hr we will send the same to the company back. this is very embarassin for me actually my phone did not get in touch with water at any time.
      i request u to please do me justice in this matter.

      Hello Samsung, Lately my fone was not working. I gave it to samsung service centre at Kalyan-Rambaug. They replaced the mother board and returned back after 8 days. They handed fone to my younger sister and she returned back home, as im a working person i dont hav time. On 23rd I got the fone and i saw im not getting the network. I took the fone back to samsung they said they forgot to attach antenna. And they attached the same on 24th and I came back. While on my way to office I realized the back cover of the fone was damaged from lower right side. It was a sharp and pointed cut. I immediately called the help line 32320808. They gave me the managers name and number Sunil Katare- Televideo Services, No was [protected]. I spoke to him and he said get the fone back they need to see. On 24th i gave the fone back and again my younger sis went and they said manager Sunil Katare not there come back in evening. She went back and again he was not there and not even picking up the fone. My fatheer spoke to one of your representative and he said its not samsung official shop. Its a pvt company running the same and we cannot help you. I observed there was CCTV running in the tech area. I request you to help me get the back cover replaced. Im very disappointed with your services. Run the cctv footage and check how this fone back cover damaged. I also work in same field and this is not the correct way to refuse. Help me or else ill be escalating this. My fone model is GTI9100 Galaxy SII.

        Sir,
        I bought a new A/c (Model - 182 SSB, 1.5 Ton) on Oct'2010. At the onset of summer during the month of May'2011, the A/c failed to work. For which i launched a complaint at Samsung's Customer care Dept. The Technician/Service person from samsung came to my home the next day to inspect it. The person after inspecting it told that the Compressor of the A/c is gone and needs to be replaced with a new one, for which another person would come and collect the outer unit of the a/c the next day and would be replaced in another 3-4 working days time. After making several calls to the Samsung service centre the authorised person from their team to collect the outer unit of the a/c arrived home after 4 days and finally the a/c was replaced/re-installed at home with the new compressor (don't know whether it was really a new one or was repaired) after 5 days.
        The very next day i felt the cooling was not so efficient and i also reported the same to the Samsung's service engineer who re-installed the outer unit previously. The reply given was he would come to home the next day and see to it. But after 3 days the A/c failed to work again. But still there's no call/response from the service team who were supposed to have inspected the unit by this time.
        Again, i called up the Samsung's help desk and reported the problem to their Technician's straight away. They only made several promises to look after this issue by EOD, but all in vain.
        By investing on this A/c its only a mere waste of phone calls which i have made so far calling the Samsung Service team. There's no use for me on buying this A/c as its not working during the summer days, the period when it is required the most.
        Fed up with such a kind of product and quality, i hereby launch this complaint on Samsung.

        I totally Disagree with your reply. I have raised the same complaint for more than 3 times since now and the problem remains the same. your Engineers are not able to / willing to find out the root cause for this malfunction of A/C and fix it up. Actually there is voltage fluctuation in my area (in fact all around the city). The voltage goes low but has not gone very high to damage the equipment (compressor here). As per the circuitry of the A/c mechanism the capacitor/condenser or any other part should go fault or burn out first. But here instead of all these the compressor goes down. I wonder how such a thing could happen in low-voltage. Even if say for an instance high voltage comes in, then the circuitry must trip the MCB but its also not happening here.

        Please look after my complaint details from your database and call me from the details recorded in that, if you really wish this problem to be solved Technically.

          So i registered complain from last one month my refrigerator doesnt working properly bcoz its compresser is not working thats not cooling thats way i go to there at your deler and told them , He tell me that your complain i will be registered and its will be registered at 01/05/2011. Now till date no one come to at my home any authorised person of your componey from samsung . Its a very poor and bad service from your site. So my complain no is [protected]. My name is Rakesh Surani. and I didnt satiesfied with samsung. At is all just do that fast otherwise i have no option any to go in the consumer court. Thats it nothing to say more to you.

          Dear Sir,
          I (Rajesh Khatadia, Mob. No.: [protected]) am owner of SAMSUNG Authorised service centre (Which is started only from 12th May 2011) here at Surendranagar from where Mr. Surani's complaint is to be attended. I have send an engineer on 21/05/2011 to solve Mr. Surani's problem. But on that day any person from Mr. Surani's family was not there at his home. On that day Mr. Surani was came here at our service center and also said about no one is at his home today. So, I told him that the engineer will again visit at your home on 25th or 26th. He was agreed for this time line. And today ( 26th may) our engineer take the call and replaced the compressor as per our given commitment.

            This actual interaction how poor customer trapped and cheated by mobile company,
            My job require occasional traveling and during one of my visit to Delhi (NCR), I have bought Samsung Galaxy POP GT-S5570 model on 21-May-2011 (stayrday) from Faridabad. To my surprise during my return trip to Lucknow on Sunday when I pligged earphones to listen to attend phone calls in trains it output was hardly audible i tried every damm thing to increase the volume contacted customer call centre , even technical person told me to change through profile change section i wasted one day to find out the profile change section which is missing in POP model. Technical person in Samsung I don't know ??.
            I have visit Lucknow service centre on Wednesday after resuming my office and taking time after two days, to claim dead on arrival so that phone can be replaced i got shocked when their service centre told me i have to claim same in Delhi where i have purchased this phone. from there my problem started and actual feel how SAMSUNG treats their customer.
            I have contacted ASN of Lucknow Mr [censored]iz how he turn agree to issue DOA ( dead on arrival certificate) as I had reported within 4 days of purchase but again i was suppose to submit along with packing box all accessories , i did not had any idea when i have thrown pacing box in dustbin to create space in luggage, how much it cost.
            now i been delivered factory produced BAD product but i can not claim o replace, ASN offer me to replace the motherboard ( you can feel how it would have felt after spending Rs 9150 phone has to repair tat too motherboard but i could not went back to Delhi or gather the packing box from garbage. left with no option submitted the phone.
            Service centre promised me to deliver within day and person attending told me you head phone jack is not replaced yet what does it means i am being cheated and harassed claiming to replace motherboard and getting only Headphone Jack. to HELL WITH SAMSUNG SERVICE PROVIDERS.
            My Mobile No is [protected] working in automobile company with strength of 2000 i am going to paste this complain in my company notice board.

            NOTE ; nobody will tell you to claim dead on arrival with in 4 days or from the distributor where it is purchased.

            If still any professionalism left I expect Samsung person to replace my phone with new one. Or help me in getting good selling price for repaired phone so that I can buy Nokia. i could noy find any place on your offical site to log the complain.

            Samsung Team has contacted me and within week they have processed the payment agianst the original bill, today only i have received the cheque from service centre.

              i beg to say that never buy any samsung product because campany is not able to satisfiy their customer in service field and also not able to look after their service centers what they are doing with customers.

              I am writing to you in the hopes that you will be able to assist me in resolving a problem I have experienced problem to Mr. santosh and branch head Mr.nurul, Kanpur service center branch. The following will provide you with a summary of my experience with your company people and the product failure.
              I made a call to service center on 7th of March 11 morning hours,after two days on 9th of march a guy come from service center and check my refrigerator and told us that thermostate of our refrigerator is not working so i was going to change it.
              that part is changed under R. No.2462 Dt 09/03/2011 and after changing that my refrigerator is working but after two days it will became on same condisation.
              Than i call to mr.santosh on his cell no [protected] and give him all the details so he said switch off your refrigerator for two days than i will come and check it.
              As according that i will switch off our refrigerator for two days and call to him on cell phone and he said ok i will come but he will not come on that day than we call him on 2nd day morning and he said i will be come today but the same he will not come after that,that mr.santosh is not receiving our phone calls.
              Than we again call on toll free no and relaunch a complaint than a sardar ji come and do somthing with hot n cold water and he tell us that their is a blockage in pipe lines after that it will working another two days and become on same condition and we again calling n calling to Mr.nurul and still waiting on the date of posted it.

                Samsung Digital Camera — GIVING FRAUD OFFERS BY DEALERS

                I have purchased one Samsung Digital Camera Model ESIS from KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD., PUSHAPA ARCADE, 116 SODEPUR ROAD, 1st Floor, KOL - 129 on 09th Jul 2009 Vide their Bill No. MT / 1204. They have given the purchase offer on the basis of the advertisement on news paper, "The Telegraph" dated 19th June 2009.But when practically I have reached the store, they told me the Assured gift items are not readily available with them and I may be given those with a period of one week.They have endorsed the same in my Purchase bill also. But unfortunately Khosla Electronics and Sumsung Jointly bluffing the consumer with such offer as they are not bothered to hand over any of the assured gifts to me till date. In fact they are challenging general customer like us with threatening words and for bitter consequence, if we take up the case with consumer forum.
                I PURCHAGED A SAMSUNG DIGITAL CAMERA FROM HOME SHOP 18 AT DEC 2008 BUT IT IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPER. I CONTACT SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER AGRA
                BUT THEY REFUGE MY COMPLAINT DUE TO THERE IS NO SER. NO. IN MY CAMERA AND CASH MEMO PLEASE DO SOME THING AT YOUR END I ALlREADY CONTACT YOUR TOLL FREE NO.THEY ISSUED ME COMPLAIN NO.[protected]

                Samsung — DIGITAL CAMERA MODEL NO. PL50

                I BOUGHT THE NEWLY LAUNCHED SAMSUNG PL50 DIGITAL CAMERA ON MAY 2009.I rarely used it and handeled with much care.On the month of october 2009 which is only 6 months from the buying date suddenly the shuuter button sprung out of the camera i then and there visited service centre but they told this is a clear case of tamepring and they would charge me 1500 Rs. (more or less rS. 300).The service centre people behaved in a very rude way and told as this is a uniquie case they will charge me.i TOLD THEM TO LOOK INTO THE MAATER AS THIS DIG CAM IS VERY NEWLY LAUNCHED MAY BE THIS PROBLEM IS THE FIRST CASE BUT NOW ONE MONTH IS OVER THERE IS NO NEWS OF MY CAMERA AND WHENEVER I AM CALLING THEM UP THEY ARE SAYING IT WILL TAKE SOME MORE DAYS AS THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE.tHE CONSIGNMENT OF PARTS IS NOT HAVING THE SHUTTER.IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE?I THIS SAMSUNG?IS THIS THE FATE OF SUCH EXPENSIVE CAMERA OF SAMSUNG WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF BUYING?HELP ME OUT ?I AM UTTERLY FRUSTRATED

                service centre (delhi) complain work order no. is M11G2013.
                this camera i bought on dated 15th may from faridabad
                and allready in the warranty period.
                but this camera after 01 months
                not repair by the service centre they reply only that the part not available.

                  I Purchased Samsung Mobile Deo W259 IMEI A[protected] on 28.11.2010 from Universal Cell RTC X Roads, Bill No. 634478/28.11.2010...Last month the panel stopped working and non of the keys are working....I went to authorized service centre and was informed panel has to be replaced...there is no guarantee...I paid Rs. 550 and got it changed (Mobile World Basheerbagh) receipt No. 6755...

                  I feel there is a manufacturing defect in this model or hand set....I request the company to look into the matter and replace the handset immediately

                    i have purchased a samsung wave 525 in month of November but the cell is not working correctly till a month again and again I should go to service center to instal the software till now I have taken it 6 time and one time they have change the mother board and till the proble is not sovleed so what should I do plz the my no [protected] so plz then I'm fade of this mobile will they replace my mobile or no plz tell

                        i purchased a side by side refrigerator 2 years back which costs 75000/- Model no RSH 1DBPE1 585 ltr capacity. after six months of purchase regulerly it is giving cooling problem but used to rectified by the company technician after giving complaint.

                        now since two months fridge not getting cooled and repeatedly i am giving complaint but nobody is able to rectify the problem.
                        In the peak summer season we are not able to utilize the fridge as a refrigerator but like a EMPTY BOX of 585 litres worth 75000/-
                        it is very shame on the part of samsung company for giving such a faulty products and cheating the customers

                        A 2 year old refrigerator frequently giving problem of cooling defect and the problem is not to rectified by the company technicians itself.
                        It is side by side fridge with 685 L capacity and 70000/- Rupees cost .
                        2 months back I gave complaint at mahabubanagar servicing center but problem is not rectified and 10th may 2011 I gave complaint at samsung call center with the compliant no [protected] till now nobady has responeded and rectified the problem

                          Bought a SAMSUNG refriegerator few years back and its still under waranty/guratny for the compressor. But though the multiple compalaints made to Thanjavur service center and the shop we purchased the product. The service is very poor in giving responses itself. I'm afrad the service comaplaint is taken or not.
                          If any one can assist me who can be contacted for this service compalint escalation for SAMSUNG products. I have been following with them for more than 1 month now, but no proper response yet from them.

                              I have purchased Samsung Chat C3222 two months ago. This is the worse handset I have ever use and probably the worse manufactured by Samsung. The phone re-starts when I try to switch from one SIM to another,not only that it switches off automatically. By cousin is also having the model and he faces same problem. What i assume is that there is some manufacturing defects in this model. The company has never contacted its customers regarding this defects.                                 Hi,

                                I bought an Samsung AC 1.5 ton on 1st May 2011 from Girias Electronics Tambaram, Chennai. From 1st day it is not working. The AC gets switched off once the compresser gets ON. When complained with the customer care, some technician came and told to buy a double booster stabilizer. I bought a double booster stabilizer and the problem was there again. Then some other technician came and told to keep the outdoor unit to a different place. The outdoor unit is kept in a different place and still has the same problem. Now the technician is telling there is a problem in the compresser and needs to be replaced. I don't know what to do if it continues like this. Now it is 20 days and not even the problem is found.

                                Please advise on what can be done next to this issue. Can i go for consumer court and how can i do that?

                                  I deposited my mobile at Sabsonic (exclusive samsung service centre), Loudon Street, Kolkata on the 2/05/2011 with the complaint (nature) "Set gets heated while charging. Battery backup extremely low. Problem for last 2-3 days".

                                  My handset being a high-end mobile I expected that when I was informed on 5th May 2011 to collect my mobile, it was ready (as informed).
                                  But when I got the mobile the software of the mobile was reloaded (with all data deleted) despite of special mention (on the service slip) of not to do that without information. Moreover the problem was never with soft-ware. The main problem wasn't solved and something else was done on the first instance.

                                  Again on the 2nd instance on the 13th May (when inquired about whether it's ready), it wasn't put to test till that time as they were still stuck on what was the problem. It was tested after my call and was informed to me on 17th May that my mobile's circuit has to be changed.

                                  I couldn't understand on why there was so much of confusion and unnecessary harassment on my part of calling again and again visiting 2-3 times over the same problem.

                                  Though after speaking to Mr. Guha I am convinced of the problem but myself being a user of Samsung since 2004 (used 4 high-end samsung handsets since then, first one being D-800), I am expecting that Samsung could resolve this problem without charging me on the circuit panel. This is an ardent request from a Samsung user as to get my handset ready only with the service charges and not any other financial.

                                  Looking forward to a positive outcome.

                                        I have a Samsung Refirgerator, which started to give undercooling on the refirigeration compartment and was working well for the freezer. I lodged a service ticket with the main service center in BTM layout. One technician came after 2 days of intensive followup. He opened up the entire unit and after 1 hour of fiddling, changed the defrost timer, handed me a replacement+service bill of 800/-. It turns out that the technician belonged to some other servicing company that main center outsources the work to. On being asked he mentioned that the service for same problem within a month is free and the replaced part has a warranty of 3 months. The fridge worked for a week and again started giving the same problem. I called the service center again, and the trouble starts. They came to know that this visit will be in their service warranty period and thay started stalling me. "Yes ma'am, our technician will be there in one hour", "he has left from office and will be at your door in 15 mins" and all type of lies and excuses kept coming in for 2 days. One technicaian finally came in from main center on 3rd day, but when he got to know that the earlier service was done by their contract partner, he didnt even touch the fridge, and gave me the partner phone number to followup. the same story continued for 1 more day - same set of lies., in the meantime the fridge is shutdown. They stopped picking up the phone. I kept following and they never turned up.

                                        I want to know what action I can take against the Main BTM service center and their partners - who not only replaced unneccessary part, gave me trouble for 3 days, kept on lying and working in unprofessional way and did not even complete the service.
