Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am in Bangalore, I have purchased mobile Samsung champ GT C 3303, on 12.02.2011,in Croma (koramangala)Bangalore, from that day to till date I could not connect mobile to my laptop.
I took handset only for internet using on laptop, but only that function is noe able to work, I didn't get software CD, & data cable from company, So I have download software from internet, and baught data cable, then also it was not able to connect, then I called to samsung cusomer care, I followed all instruction, then also I could not connect mobilt to laptop, then I search service centre, I gave for repairing, they took more then 15 days, After repairing also I am facing same problem, For above all process, I faced lot of problems like not get data cable in any mobile shop.
I had to search Samsung authorised centre, also they dont have screen guard & blue tooth head set, for each and every accessory I have to waste my valuable time and money without any positive result.
So please guide me for my right.
No one is dare to handle my complaints, only mail came from Mr. Ashish Jha, after that nothing proceed.
Call should be come from company side, am I wrong?
