My son Shubham Tayal purchased Samsung mobile Model hand set model no GT/S5570 Galaxy pop against Bill no [protected] dated 28.3.11 from hot spot sec 22 chandigarh for Rs 9400/- The piece developed a problem of rotation of image on 4.4.11 and was given to Authorised service station . the service centre repaired the same and returned on 11.4.11 but the problm reoccur and the handset was given back to service centre for repair on same day Now the service centre is saying that mother board needs to be changed and it require at least 4 days more to repair it.
My son is a class 10th student . He has spent all his pocket money saving to purchase this defective mobile. Samsung is abig name but i feel they have eaten my son's pocket money. I really want to sue the company and demand 300% damarages

Samsung — defective handset supplied

I had purchased a samsung cirby speed mobile from Vasant communications, C-47,main road,massoodpur market, vasant Kunj,New Delhi 70, phone[protected],[protected],
Right from the begining i have facing varoius problems on the hand set, battery back up improper, that is if i switch off mobile and charge it gives a talk time of 3 hours, if i switch on and charge it gives a back up of 1/2 hour, secondly broadband internet never worked, sms dictionary send wrong sms,frequent hanging slow response,
Since i my job involves extensive travelling and late working hours, and could not take it back to the Vasant communications, delhi, When i was back in mumbai , ihad taken it to samsung service centre in Mira Road, they checked and told me to keep the hand set for two days for observation, since my travel plan was fixed i could not give it to service centre, now i have taken to samsung service centre at mulund, Raj telecom shop no7,nirmala Apt. Dr.R.P. Road, Mulund west 400080, Ph[protected],for software upgarde and to check the list of problems faced, They have checked and told me that some part in the had set has to be replaced and to be tested, As on today it is at samsung service centre, It will be reaired and may be ready on 27/4/2010,

I have asked for a replacement hand set as the one supplied to me is a defective and a reapired hand set is supplied to me for the cost of new hand set, Also I feel i have been cheated by SAMSUNG Electronics,

the service centre says SAMSUNG replace the instrument only if the problem is reported within seven days, Within seven days how can a user of a new hand set learn all the features ? And it like an excuse given to cheat customers

    I am using samsung omnia pro b7320 and i am not able to active my outlook mail on that inspite of having outlook service in phone. it is very sad that inspite of making regular call on your customer service center i didnt get any firm reply and solution on this whereas my friend who has purchase a nokia handset got the assistence on this and making use of that service. on seeing that i felt very dejected and guilty that i have purchse this set .

      WE HAVE BOUGHT SAMSUNG DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR ON 14 APRIL 2011 ON 15 APRIL WE HAVE CALLED SAMSUNG CUSTOMERCARE FOR THE DEMO. SINCE THEN ATLEAST TEN TIMES I HAVE CALED THEM AND THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM YOUR PEOPLE. EACH DAY THEY THAT THE SERVICE ENGINEER HAS BEEN ASSIGNED THE JOB AND HE WILL CALL AND FIX AN APPOINTMENT AND VISIT US BUT TODAY IS THE SIXTH DAY AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL. IF WE WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT YOURS WAS SUCH AWORST SERVICE WE WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT.MY CMPLAINT NO IS [protected]. I WANT THE REFRIGERATOR INSTALLED TODAY OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO MY PROBLEM TO THE HIGHER OFFICIALS BY TONIGHT THRU MAIL.

        I bought a samsung split ac model no.AS182SBD from a dealer in kalyan,thane. Delivery was done within 3hrs of purchase. When the mechanic opened the box of my indoor unit for installation I was shocked to see that it was used, probably a replacement. It had many scratches. Teflon tape was tied on its pipe which clearly shows that it was once installed. Still the dealer refused to acceept it and after i had a heated arguement with him, he blamed the godown people for the wrong delivery.

        i have booked a printer MFP COLOR PRINTER CLX 3175 IN MARCH 2010.
        MR. Rajneesh (mobile [protected]) one of samsung sales executive in Jaipur Branch told me that please deposit 24000 Rs. Advance for printer Dealer , on dated 30 march 2010 i have deposited 24000 Rs. Mr. Rajneesh told me because of short supply of printer after one week you will received it.
        But after one and half month no printer and no communication .
        When i complained to company's toll free no. they told us your complain has registered and with in 24 hour you will received solution. but after 10 days no response no support .
        Samsung company protracted their employee for cheating.

        Roopal Rathore is doing job in samsung noida phase 2. Her dialy routine is to call a person from different broking firms and to understand about the projects going in noida. Then she calls the person at her home she gives a cheque and that chq never gets clear. I sahil kaushik has faced a similar issue with her she called me twice at noida phase 2 samsung. Then she called me at her place gives me a cheque for logix sec 137. After that her cheque bounced thrice and by god grace her fourth cheque got cleared. After two month or so she call me up and tell me that I need to cancel my flat, I said its ok give me a specific reason she told me that we dont have money to give other installments. She offered me bribe but I told her mam I dont need your money you have to give 10% cancellation amount to the builder. Then she got angry and complaint in my company that I was asking for money from her what a cheater. So guys from all the broking firm dont go when some roopal rathore calls you for booking a flat You will be waisting your time because they have enough time her salary is merly 15k and she want a flat for 30 lakh which she cant afford in her whole life.

        I Mr. Jagdish C. Thakker Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Model No.
        SR- S 20 DTD / SS 20 WGI-XPL from Kohinoor Electronics & like to draw your attention since last 8 months the refrigerator had occurred problem again & again. At that time I make complaint at your call centre regarding this problem. Many engineers from your site visited my home try to solve my repairs. But yet problem as it is. As per my record I spent much money & time. My valuable chocolates, medicine & many things got destroyed in last 8 months.
        Will you please send your best maintenance staff to solve the problem permanently otherwise I will have to contact consumer court
        Many Uneducated Engineers have changed many parts, gas unnecessarily. For that I have paid huge amount. I need all back.
        Please take wise Consol and make my fridge repaired or changed. I am ready to pay difference if it is reasonable.

        i have purchased a samsung home theatre HT-C450 recently
        I was told that it will play all the mp3 and audio cds
        after I bought it home I am not able to play anything on it
        now I complained and their service people told me that u cannot play it without installing a television set with it .Whereas other home theatres are able to play all the mp3 cds . i feel like being cheated. please help me.

        I bought a Samsung LED model UA46B7000WRMXL 3 years back from Bajaj Electronics and Last month it developed some technical problem for which I Called Samsung India & they came saw and quoted a me Rs. 47622/- citing some panel replacement, I was zapped and surprised when I checked a new model again at their Authorised Reseller and found a new technology ‘Smart TV’ it was priced at Rs.1.14 Lakhs and out of curiosity I found some grey market operator at Chennai selling same model for just 80,000/- is this not a great difference I thought for myself.

        Then I called a local technician to just check and say if this problem can be rectified, he was hesitant to even touch as he thought it to be great technology anyhow after great persuasion he just removed the LCD from the Wall and connected it to power before opening….amazing unbelievable magic the LCD works properly absolutely properly functioning , he immediately puts on the wall connect power, and the cable and ooh lala it works like a brand new one and costed me what can anyone believe just 2500/- that included the service of my home theatre too.

            Myself zakir hussain raza from nagpur maharashtra india. I have galaxy tab purchased in jan 2011, and it was gone dead automatically since last two months. I complained to the service center, the service personal told me to drop the piece and it takes a week to be repaired, I dropped my set on 7 march 2011 now after a long period of nearly two months the service center told me it takes on more week and as per of my old experience they always miss guide me and when I argue with them they missbehaves what a service yaar I spend my 32000 on this set bur now i feel that samsung cheated me.                 Dear Sir/Madam,

                I had purchased the washing machine samsung front loading fully automatic for Rs.26000/- in the year 2003.
                My machine is not functioning due to PCB fault.

                When requested to change the service centre has refused to change the PCB stating the item PCB is not available with the company, now the machine is idle.

                I want the machine to put on working condition what is the next alternative please let me know.

                  I purchased a Samsung WA80V3 Top Loader washing machine from "Dave Ray Furnishers" in Durban SA. in June last year.
                  I am very unhappy with the black flakes always floating around in the drum and on the washed clothes.
                  I called the abovementioned store and they suggested that I stop using Staysoft Fabric softner. Which I duly did, no difference whatsoever.
                  I wash in cold water buy every two weeks do a clothes free wash to clean the drum with hot water. This has also not helped at all.
                  The store said that I could get Samsung to come out and do a drum wash which would cost about R300.
                  As the machine is not yet a year old, I feel I am not prepared to pay for this service and I am just fed up with machine.

                    Hello Sir,

                    I bought the Samsung Corby pro on 09-June-2010 at T.Nagar croma Shopping center with the price of Rs.11275. initially its works fine.after 2 months it i got the problem in touch screen and i went to to Samsung authorized service center in t nagar habibullah road, they have solved the problem. from January 2011 i have no problem after jan 15 th i switched to new mobile because of my office restrictions. i have not used for 2 weeks. after 3 weeks i try to charge the mobile its not getting charged , red, green colors appeared in the screen when i charged and i went to the same service center again the said that there is water is inside the charger and it because of that its not getting charged, i told there is no way to the water get inside the mobile through the charge plug-in, after few minutes test again they said the problem is not with charge pin it's because of battery your mobile battery is dead. replace with new one . i asked them to replace the battery they said we cant do that.the warranty for the battery is 6 months only.so u have to pay for the new battery as well as for the service also. i asked them its a new mobile place replace with new one or solve my problem and its under warranty. they go ask with Samsung or manager don't ask us. The worst product i have purchased i want my money back or i want replacement 11257 its not that simple, my one month salary.please take the necessary action i have placed the request in Samsung customer care but no response. the BP number from samsung customer care given to me is[protected] the same BP nmuber is given by the customer care for every request from me.worst service and worst product.please do the needful.

                    Hi thanks for the nice response from Mr.Karthick called me and told me to go to the kodambakkam samsung service center today (April[protected]. And i went there and the service engineer checked my mobile and told me that your device having the problem in battery and its "bulked", it can't be replaced. the reason what he says is not acceptable he is telling that because of over charging your device battery come like this i cant understand this concept, i am using another mobile HTC Wild fire and also a samsung basic model mobile when i going to sleep i just start the charging, and morning only i will un plug the charger. i didn't get any battery "bulk" problem. Even my roommates and others doing the same with some other company mobiles they are not facing problems like this. This is my first time i am hearing the battery bulked problem because of over charging.And the service engineer told me to buy the new battery.please advice regarding this issue.

                        I just purchased Samsung Galaxy 551 Mobile on 7th April 2011 and with in 10 days the touch screen stopped working.
                        When I went to the Samsung Store @ Hyderabad near Cyber Towers, Store Manager P. Anand straight away said that it is not in our hands and we can't do anything for you.

                            Dear Sir/mam,

                            I had bought a Samsung mobile from a dealer ( sangeetha mobile) at Adyar on 12.06.2010 which is SCH-W299 . The mobile was working in good condition for three months and later the Touch screen was not working. I took to the Service centre in Adyar and they had changed the touch screen under warranty. I asked the reason for the failure and they told that it might be a normal problem which will occur in the touch screen mobiles. I asked them how many days warranty they can give for the touch screen which they had changed. They replied that during the warranty period, they will change as many times under warranty. I just took the mobile back and after 4 months, i had the same touch screen problem. I took to the same service centre and asked for the reason. They replied the same reason that touch screen problem is normal only. it might get damaged every 4 to 5 months. Then i called the Samsung customer care number ( toll free) and told them about the problem. They noted the problem and they gave me a number to call and talk with him and he will give me the suggestion for the problem. ( BP number [protected]) He is Mr. Subbukudhin and his number is +91-[protected] and he told that he will help me if the same problem exists after the Touch is changed. And he also told me to call him while changing the touch screen so that he can talk to the service engineer regarding the problem . But when i called him during the service, he did not attend the call and he had send me a message that he shall call me later. Mean while, the service persons had changed the touch screen and gave me. The next day i called Mr. Subbukkudin, he did not attend the call. Then the next day too i called him. But there is no response.

                            This is the way you samsung people are treating your customers. The cost of the mobile is Rs.10500 when i was bought. The touch screen had been changed twice. Even if we buy a mobile for Rs. 10500, the touch can work only for 3 to 4 months? After the warranty period, i need to change the touch screen if it is not working . The cost of the Touch screen is RS.1200 plus the service charge for changing it. You samsung people has to take a action regarding my complaint and if there is no response from you, then i will file the complaint in the consumer court. I own two mobiles which is samsung and most of my office and house products are samsung. But im very much unsatisfied with this mobile. The IMEI number is [protected].                             Samsung — touch screen problem in samsung mobile

                            I have purchased samsung corby mobile in JAN -10 (Model No. GT S3653). Within a span of 1.25 yrs., the touch screen system is deteriorated twice, first time in dec. 10 and now in april-11. Every time I can't afford paying Rs. 1200/- for the new screen.
                            The company need to accept if there in defect in model itself & need to reimburse for it

                            I bought one samsung mobile set Model No.W-299, Imei No-[protected], SL.No.-A-0000017FFC418 on Dt 6Jan.2010 from New Life Electronics Subhash Road ,Aligarh202001.

                            I have get some problem in the mobile set. I surrender my mobile set in your Universal Service centre aligarh on 09 September 2010(on warrient peroid).

                            They about me that ,there is download(software)& menory card not support problem.The problem will be solved with in seven days after seven days when i contect the service center they asked me that the problem will be take 21 days .

                            Then after 21days i went to service centre they asked me its takes 3 or 4 days. After a week ,I contect your Universal service centre they gave me same reply.Many times I contact the service centre they gave me same reply.


                            After some time I contect your Area Manager Mr. Shashisekhar Parasar,Mr.Parasar asked me your problem will be short -out with in 15 days.


                            I think Mr. Parasar have not take any further step in my case.

                            Many times I meet Mr.M.M.Khan(universal service centre manager) but Mr. Khan gave me only False hopes.

                            Many times I contact samsung coustomer care executives they gave me a complaint NO.[protected] & About me your complain is forword to concerned deptt.


                            Pls,resolve my problem as earlier as possible.

                            Samsung — Recurring defect in the cell phone

                            I purchased the Samsung Corby Plus B3410 from The Mobile Store,Mumbai on 03 July 2010. Within a few days there was problem of photographs getting deleted from the mobile. The authorized Samsung service center here told that the memory card was originally defective but did not help in its replacement.
                            Subsequent problem was mobile getting hanged on selecting "conversations". Again the reply was that nothing can be done about it.
                            Now the mobile doesn't get charged and the service center says i have to pay Rs.1200 for replacement of the some part.
                            This particular Samsung piece has been giving problems from the 1st week of purchase, and in less than a year it has become unusable. I request that the company should take responsibility for replacement of this piece.

                              My Self Purchase a washing machine on 12 April 2011 and same has been register to company for installation and demostration on 12th April 2011 and callcenter of samsung had given me id number [protected] on the same day and said me the process will complete on the same day but it was not relsove on same day after a day pass again i call up cust care but the same answer was given to me and today on 17th April still i am wating for the same but i am unable to contact the cust care it very embarasing me i feel that i should return the product to the company again if the service for the product is like this i am not able to trust the company for futhure hope this time some person will take instative to collect the product from my home to submit it to the company again

                                I purchased Samsung Washing machine on 31-Dec-2010. It is the top loading Fully automatic machine (WA82SL). It does no washing and only spoiling all my new dresses.I have been a customer of LG for the past 15 years,but no such worst experiences.It creates bobli in all the dresses and it won't clean the dirt of even a single handkerchief.The washing powder also sticks to the shirts after washing.It wont wash properly.A idiotic machine,I dono why they have designed this model with no objective.They say diamond drum and silver nano and all bla...blah.. but it is totally worst machine i have experienced.The service person say that the magic filter is broken,we are totally unaware of what it is and even we have a warranty it s of no use...very poor response and service from samsung...The service person is not ready to stay still we wash and show a sample of how the machine performs..he is in a hurry burry to leave soon.(i wonder he dont want to see the end result ,as he may have seen lot many cases)....Always LG is the best.I wonder how samsung still sustains with providing this worst quality of product and service..God only knows..I am now eagerly waiting for a golden day to throw this machine and buy a new LG Washing machine...Please pray for me ,that I should get at the earliest to save my clothes..

                                  I had purchsed Samsung Fully Automatch fron loded 6.5 kgs washing machine model no. WF8650NMC from Alpha Digital Home, Ahmedabad on 21/02/2011. After One month sasme was installed at my residence. The facility, which available in the washing machine was not explained at the time of Purchase. Sales girl told me that this the best machine for use. After isatllation of the said machine, my family members try to use the said washing machine, At that time we come to know that the said washing machine is taking 2 hours for teh single cycle. The capicity of the said machine is only 15 cloths. It means that if I have 40 pares of the cloth (As we are of Joint Family) I have to run atleast 3 cycle of wash daily. One cycle is taking 2 hours for one single wash therefore I have wash our cloths for 6 hours daliy, which is not possible. I have apporached the delar and explain the situation, and also tle them that was not infomr by the sales girl. Due to this problem the machine is useless for the My famil. I have demand for replacement of the said machine, but deleadr and company is not responding since last 20 days any of my complain.

                                  I am badely need of replacement of the said washing machine. The sales did not clerifed any thing about the said washing machine at time of purchase inspite of my reptedly asking.

                                  Samsung — Not replacing the damaged Washing machine

Same day I requested them to replace the washing machine. But each time I call them, they tell me as tomorrow, but for them it seems like tomorrow never comes.

                                  Beware of sales man Santhosh. He committed to deliver a washing machine in a day or two. But could not get it even after a month of waiting. Finally I cancelled the order and the great sales man happily accepted my order cancellation.

                                    I didn't have access to my laptop yesterday hence didn't provide you details. Make a note I am serious about taking this further. I will paste my experience on facebook, twitter and other social sites and see how others feel about it. I do plan to go to the consumer court as well. Having said that let me tell you what I have gone through so far.....

                                    I bought a 7722 about 3 weeks back. i cleary checked with the shopkeeper that I need my office emails to be delivered on the phone and he confirmed it was possible before sellign the pohne. Now when my It tema tried to make it work there were connectivity issues. I got my IT team to speak with Samgung and they have at least spent 16 hours of talk time trying to get the issue fixed.

                                    I have personally spent 3 hrs plus on more than 3 occasions. We have spoke with Himanshu, Lalit, Ashok and a couple others. I was finally asked to take the phone to a service center. Image if I was to put my investment for the time taht I have spent with your teams for something as basic this at my current salary it for sure is more than the cost of the phone. Pl note I need someone to attend to my problem at my place rather than expect me to run from pillar to post. I was promised a callback on multiple occassions but I never got a revert. To the exetent that I was promised call back in 15 minutes and when I called back because your team didn't call the person said I will not take this call because it's going to be 8 pm and my shift get overs now......some customer service I must say.

                                    Let me tell you about your service failures - Lack of ownership, trouble shooting abilities of your team, rigid non customer centric policies and above all promised phone calls were not returs.

                                    Pl underestand you can win me back as a customer if I my problem is resolved in next 48 hr else be prepared to spend next few days and answering people inside your organizationa nd outside.

                                    Also note I my run a full fledge customer service center and I understand basic expectations from a servoce center.

                                    Expecting quick resolution.
