    I had purchased Samsung Galaxy 3 , two months back from Croma, Juhu,Mumbai.From the 3rd day of my use , I started facing Call drops, hanging ,disconnect and calls cant be received. Battery life is also poor.I took it to Croma, they said take it to Samsung service center as it might be software issue . I submitted my cell at Samsung service center in Andheri(East).They said at time of submission that it is software issue.They will upgrade the software and problem will not happen.After 1 day, I get a call saying IC on motherboard has gone and therefore it would require 2-3 days more.IC had gone in 1 month o[censored]sage. SO in totality they kept my cell for 4 days and said problem will no more persist.After i got it from there, from next day, again same problems happened , they had refused to change battery also.Battery life is still poor.Infact calls cant be picked up now and people are getting my number as unreachable when cell is in reachable and cell has full signal strength. It is most useless and stupid cell i have used..Samsung service center people are also useless..I have again submitted my cell at Croma within 2 months time of purchase.I want money back for this stupid cell.

      i had bought the SAMSUNG C3303 phone at 5 september 2010 from the store of SPICE RETAIL LTD. wz-152-A/3, MAIN NAJAFGARH road uttam nagar,N.D-110059,when i purchased this phone every one is praising it, but now a days its creating a problem. i am not getting the voice properly and its speaker volume is very low,its camera showing error, and this is the second time when my phone again showing fault at the first time my phone motherboard had dead,and they had repaired my phone in one month and i am very disappointed with SAMSUNG care center which is in janakpuri, please help to solve out this problem as soon as possible ,it is warranty period.

        This is the fifth time the television malfinctioning .........! no colour & no sound only beep sound ....!And i have already spend Rs. one thousand for servicing the product. i think it is a third quality prouduct supplied by Gmart nanthilath & samsung.
        the guys cheated me

        Please send a Service Engineer to service 21 inch ulta slim flat colour television and please give an explanation why the product not functioning properly

        Samsung 21 Inch slim — No Sound in TV

        Dear Sir,
        This is to bring your kind attention towards defect in my TV in which there is no sound which is still in Warranty period i.e. purchased on 18/08/2008.I have complaint many times to their supervisor Mr. Rakesh Jha regarding complaint no.[protected] dated 17/12/2008, but still there is no response from that side. I therefore request you to please look in to the matter and take necessary action in this regard.

          i had purchased a samsung chat 3222 mobile on dated 2.2.11 from silicon tele point pvt ltd, 2,SAKLAT PLACE, KOLKATA -13, PH-[protected].when i inserted BSNL SIM in this mobile, it does not catch the network in different different location.but the BSNL SIM is working perfectly in any other set other than this.i am also a BSNL staff, so i have checked the sim in technical section and also confirm you that it is working perfect.

          i have already submitted the set in your service centre in kolkata,(SAMSONIC, AN exclusive samsung service centre , 12,loudon street,Maruti Building ,1st floor,flat no-10, kolkata-17) on 17.2.11. i have also called them several times for any solution, but till now i have not any calls and confirmation from the sevice centre. so that i am reporting about the problem and expecting quick solution on this regard.

          chat 3222 — technical problem in mobile set

          sirs,
          i purchase mobile chat 322 from goel commucation ,somdutt plaza kanpur on dated 27/6/11.after 12-days mobile got problem of auto charging and i gave on your service center on 9/7/11 benajhabar kanpur.after 10 on 20/7/11 i was repaired and i got it.
          on 6/8/11 again my mobile set showing same problem when i reached on ur service center they say after 10 days we will give u after reparing.
          my question is that in 40 days mobile set is showing problem 2 times its means it has got some tecnical problem.
          so my demand is to change my mobile set with new one i[censored] did't change my mobile in 7 days i will take legal action.

            Printer SCX-4601 Serial No:.Z4BMBFFSC00032A

            Printer came with faulty demo cartridge. Also it gave only 360 pages instead of the rated 700+ pages inspite of the fact that we only have some documents and letters.

            After that, when we bought a new cartridge, the print quality was ok. But when we went to refill it, we were informed that everytime, we have to buy a new cartridge!!!

            This is very disappointing and we feel cheated, considering that they charge Rs.3,200- Rs.4,000/- for a cartridge.

            This was not mentioned by the Samsung vendor, in their brochure or in the website. This pushes up the cost of our operation. In the absence of this information from their side it is a unfair customer unfriendly, unethical practice.

            It is a fradulent and unfair trade practice adopted to milk their customers. I have many Samsung products and I feel let down by the narrow profiteering motive Samsung has adopted. It is a shame that a successful multinational company is stooping down to this level – defrauding the public and somehow ensuring topline and bottomline growth.

            I have complained to their MD & Deputy MD too. That has also evoked no reaction. I simple wanted a refund of the amount spent by me. Since they are not interested in solving the problem, I'm compaining here.

              I have micro oven bought from Samsung: model grill. The PCB is detected as defective as the oven starts functioning when the door is open. I had made the complaint to the Company initially on 6th Jan and followed it several times. A representative visited and inspected and said the PCB needs replacement. Thereafter the people have been saying that the part is not available; however they wont give anything in writing nor close or escalate my complaint to anybody higher up. I have even mentioned my willingness to take a new one provided they give it in writing that the item cannot be repaired and give adequate reduction for the proposed replacement. Nothing positive or concrette is forthcoming. Everytime I call them the routine reply is someone higher up will contact and nothing is heard thereafter.

              I believe if a consumer product is given and becomes defective they should either repair or provide a replacment and that part is not available cannot be given as routine as this is one way of forcing the gullible public to go for a new costly and often lower quality product of present times.

                My name is MRS.RENU SINGH and I am the customer of your brand "SAMSUNG".I purchased a fridge from "RELIABLE ELECTRONICS 89-F, CIVIL LINES, NEAR BANK OF BARODA, BAREILLY" ON 26TH OF AUGUST 2006.I am listing down some details of the fridge:-

                I regret to inform you that the fridge is not working properly as it is not cooling efficiently. The freezer gets filled with ice and water continuously drips down from chill tray. I also wanted to tell you that the franchise owners of yours in Bareilly are not paying attention to our problem. This matter has been informed in the shop, no of times, but every time the authorized service agents come and repair it temporarily and charge us around RS.[protected].We bought this fridge for 29000/- but now we have spend more than the original cost of the fridge just on its repair. The SHOP KEEPERS AND SERVICE AGENTS are frequently neglecting our problem and I feel that it is the matter of shame for your company. The same fridge has been repaired three times for the same problem at GOA where my husband was posted earlier. That time the fridge was in warranty period. You are requested to depute a qualified service engineer who can repair this machine. In case this machine cannot be repaired up to the satisfaction of the customer then it should be replaced free of cost. This is a major problem and please look into this matter as I fell that fridge is the dire need of a family and we are facing this problem regularly from last 2 and ½ years and I also want to inform you that the warranty of the compressor will also be over shortly. So it is requested to take suitable action as fast as possible. Hope for a positive response from your end.

                  I have bought Samsung Corby Pro (GT-B5310) on Jan 2010 but till date I am unable to connect the phone to my PC through software named 'kies' provided with the set. Further not able to connect to internet by using 'Bluetooth' connection. I have being trying hard, loaded and reloaded their software 'kies' but could not succeed. Same thing using bluetooth, my other phone is working well but 'corby Pro' is not able to connect to net. Please Help!

                    I bought a Samsung Muzik SCH S379 mobile handset on 18/07/2009 from Drive India Enterprises Solution Limited, Sector 18, Noida (copy of Bill attached). After 1 month phone had some problems and I was redirected to CEE EMM Services, Sector 27, Noida. Handset was deposited on 20/09/2009 and regret fully to submit that till now I have not received my hand setback. Many attempts, follow up , personal visits etc. have been done but no results. I have been running around and contacting R.S. Tiwari- [protected], Sandeep- [protected], Brijesh, N.K.Goel – [protected], Manav Mehra, Rajesh Mishra – [protected], Sanjeev Saxena – [protected] and many more but of no use.

                    Complaint was posted at samsung help line many times but except acknowledgement of complaint they did not do anything. I have posted about it in few websites but unfortunately no results still.

                    Phone was bought as a birthday gift to my wife but unfortunately it turned around to be a biggest mistake of my life trusting Samsung for those emotional movements.

                    I am totally frustrated & absolutely unhappy with Samsung and nothing on this earth can change my perception now.

                      Dear Mr Tarsem Sharma,

                      1. References :-
                      (a) Repair of TV dt Nov 10 for Power Plug change worth Rs 2500/- by Service Centre.
                      (b) Tele conversation of Mrs Sonia Singh(wife) with Service Centre dt 11 Jan 11 for faulty colours on LCD TV.
                      (c) Visit by Service Centre representative in Jan 11 to attend complaint.
                      (d) Complaint by undersigned to Area Manager on telephone in Jan 11 for the complaint due to power plug change.
                      (e) Your letter dated 28 Feb 10 for the repair of LCD panel giving costing.

                      2. It is to bring to your notice that the LCD TV 32” was bought in Oct 08 from Bahadur & Sons , Hall Bazaar , Amritsar for approx Rs 32000/-. The TV since then was placed at only one place in bed room and was not shifted ever. In Nov 10 , a complaint for power failure in respect of TV was reported to the Service Centre at Amritsar and same was attended and Rs 2500/- was paid for changing the part. Since then the TV started giving problems of switching on and used to flicker three four times before switching on with change in colours. Being in army I’am posted in Leh (Ladakh) and my wife joined me there on 02 Dec 10 till 10 Jan 11. The house was locked in Amritsar. On arrival the same problem persisted and the same was reported to service centre at Amritsar on 11 Jan 11. A mechanic was sent and he stated that the LCD panel has become faulty and need to be changed , cost Rs 15000/-. The same was objected and a complaint was registered with Customer care in Jan 11 . In addn , I personally spoke to Area Manager , who advised going to Consumer Court for the justice. His tone was not only rude but dictatorial . The aspect which was highlighted to the Area Manager was that, the TV was bought through hard earned money , costing worth Rs 32000/- and even though the TV was out of warranty period does not imply life of TV is only 12 Months. Also a study on internet was carried out where in it was highlighted that the LCD panel of Samsung TV has been reported at places getting damaged due to power plug failures and the same probably has damaged the LCD panel within few days after change of requisite power plug part by your service centre(copy is attached). When during the last visit of service centre personnel in Jan 11 , it was brought out that the TV is switching ON / Off again and again , the mechanic told us that it was due to faulty LCD panel now this is happening and whatever part he had put earlier was correct.
                      3. In view of the above being a serving Colonel in the Indian Army,I find myself to be cheated at the purchase of Rs 32000/- Samsung TV with even people like Area Manager advising only recourse i.e either pay hefty some of Rs 15000/- plus to change the LCD Panel + Rs 1300/- + Rs 2500/- (already paid for change of power plug) = Rs 18800 or go to Consumer Court. Is this stand to any logic or law of customer satisfaction since by putting another Rs 6000/- , a new TV can be bought. As far as another recourse of going to Consumer Court as suggested by the Area Manger is concerned , being an Army Officer I always believe in fairness in Institutions and explore all possible assistance . Even if tomorrow my TV is not repaired course of law through Consumer forum is far from thinking since being in Army I don’t have time and space for these ventures. In view of the all the aspects as mentioned above you are requested to take a holistic view on the subject and take necessary action. I’am soon moving out on posting to new location , I would request for immediate solution keeping financial aspect in mind.

                            now in hubli i given complaint last one month gone but not responce us simply said that we are sending tommrow,today . but still they dont come to my residents and not rectyfy the washing machine this is the bad manners of your company showing how to we wash the cloth in our buisy time my complaint no 10494
                            so pls send as soo as possible for your service man if you are not sending seriously i,m going to consumer court

                              Sub: Total failure of Samsung TFT Monitor within six months from
                              the date of purchase – Dirty, irresponsible approach from the
                              retailer and Customer care unit-reg
                              Ref: Purchase receipt dated 04.08.2010 from M/s.Gloria systems
                              Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram

                              I have purchased one no.B1930, 18.5 “ TFT monitor (Model No. LS 1 8PUYKFLXL) from your retailer M/s.Gloria systems at Pattom, in Thiruvananthapuram of Kerala on 04.08.2010. On 11.02.2011, within six months from the date of purchase of the materials, the monitor totally failured. On the same day itself, I brought this to the notice of the retailer. On 14.02.2011, again I have reminded the retailer. On 15.02.2011, once again I contacted the retailer and they have simply washed out their hands by giving the toll free number of Samsung customer care. On 15.02.2011 morning itself I contacted the customer care on toll free number ([protected]) and registered the complaint (Complaint no.[protected]). At 11.00 clock on 15.01.2011, the executive from Samsung Customer care at Trivandrum contacted me and asked some more details. He promised me to send the technician on the day itself. On 16.2.2011 and 17.02.2011, I have called to the office of Retailer and Samsung Customer Care. Only on 22.2.2011 a technician from M/s.Samsung Customer care attended the fault and informed me that the SMPS of the Monitor is failured. He promised me to replace the SMPS within three days. But it is very regret to say that thing has happened till this time. A customer who has purchased a Samsung product by spending money and suffers this much is never affordable. This is all over the violation of all rights of the customer. The company m/s.Samsung is neglecting and avoiding all request and rights of the customer. They wants only to sell their materials and never wants to give the supporting service to the customer. The customer who have once purchased a Samsung product will never turn to buy a Samsung product next time. The approach is so irritating and worst. I have no words to explain this very bad and dirty approach of M/s.Samsung. It is not at all advisable to anybody to buy a Samsung product. Hoping a immediate response.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have M-519 model hand set, suddenly the mobile phone mike is not working, i went to nearest service center at ameerpet on[protected]. They said that, the mike is not working right now it is not available. Then i called after 7 days they said no. I am waiting past one month. Still they dont have the spares about the model M-519.
                                IT IS UNDER WARRETY , HOW MANY DAYS KEPT MY MOBILE LIKE THIS.

                                  We have been launch a complaint regarding our 29" inched ultra slim color television samsung tv on customer care department dated :- 25/11/2010 and complaint no.[protected] after that service engineer
                                  came to my home and pick the board of television with our sign but still ! samsung india cutomer care department as well as service engineer Mr. Mazhar Khan is not providing service always they are giving us
                                  a diplomatic answer when we went to service centre then service center answered that your television board is not repairable and we will charge Rs. 1850/- for replacement of your board then we would like to sea our board then they are denied and says our executive is not here and he carrying that board when he will be back we will return your board after 2 hour again we went to service center then service center returning the board which was not belongs to our television and we did not accept that board and mailed to support.[protected]@samsung.com with complaint number.

                                  Now! we are frustrated from samsung and no body is being responsible for our complaint and no one is giving us answer where is our board and how can be our television repairable. Please help us.

                                      This is complaint regarding a very bad experience everytime with the samsung electronics india ltd service centre located at kurla west ,lbs rd,opp naaz hotel.
                                      My complaint no is [protected].
                                      i had requested for quotation of power supply unit and mother board for my plasma tv which i got after many days and that too constantly calling at customer care for more than 8 to 10 times in 3 to 4 days.
                                      Somehow they send me the quotation as if they have done such a big thing for their customer and Mr Sameer from service dept commited me that the part will be available in 2 days.
                                      After all false n untruthfull commitments from service dept i m still waiting for for my plasma to get it repaired.
                                      I requested to talk to service area manager Mr. Pramad pawar but hte customer care people didnt let me to talk to him and every time they give excuse that he is in meeting or he is not in office.

                                      I really everytime had a bad experience with this service peoples from kurla branch and everytime there is long delay for all customer request.

                                      I really want someone to pls take a better action against this company as they are running a service dept with some great irresponsible management peoples.

                                      We had purchased your MODEL NO C100F 28 LTRS Microwave Convection Oven from SAMSUNG Digitalall, home Navrangpura, Ahmedabad 38009 on 9/07/2003 for Rs. 13, 750/-

                                      The oven has been giving problems (every monsoon and at other times) on a regular basis and we have been calling the Samsung service Engineers occasionally to get the oven repaired. During the last few years, we have also made payment to Samsung in order to replace the PCB.

                                      Our Microwave Oven has been out of order since the last few months. We have made complaints about the same and the recent complaint number is [protected]. During a recent visit of your service engineer we were informed that the specific model has ceased to exist and that the Samsung would compensate for the amount spent on the oven. However it was insisted that a copy of Invoice would be necessary.

                                      Please note that as a practice, we do not file and maintain Invoices of purchases being made by us and it would be impossible to furnish the specific Invoice to you. We are however sure that you will be able to relate to the purchase made by us on the basis of details of cheque payment details provided above.

                                      Under the circumstances, we find the DEMAND made by SAMSUNG personnel’s as preposterous and unreasonable. This is particularly keeping in mind that we purchased the equipment from Samsung Plaza, your own authorized network and the equipment and the details of the equipment are there for you to see. Also Samsung officials have regularly attended our complaint in the past and there has never been an issue of our specific Micro-wave oven being not an original piece.

                                      We are of the opinion that Samsung is trying to absolve itself from its responsibilities by making such an unreasonable demand.


                                      Having gone through case studies eulogizing the success of SAMSUNG in the Microwave Oven market, I am amazed at your business practice and the behavior of the Company.

                                      We also regret to note that due to very busy telephone lines we are unable to contact your service centre in spite of repeated calls made to them and not receiving any response from them as the telephone lines are continuously engaged.

                                      We request your action immediately.

                                      i purchased an side bi side handle refrigerator from your sirsa (haryana) dealer M/S SHAKTI ELECTRONICS model RS21HNTPN of rs 53700/- on 22/5/2011
                                      on the same day i complained to same dealer as both the handles of refrigerator were found dented, after 4 to 5 days person from service centre visited and i was told that these dents are not due to negligence in handling, but these are provided by companies fror gripping.
                                      how can he be so lier ?
                                      after that i made complaint again and again at ur toll free number, but still my problem is being unsolved.

                                      after going such bad experience by ur company i will never think of buying any other samsung product
