I purchased the fully atuomatic washing machine in Jan 2011. After a month o[censored]se it start malfunctioning. I tried calling customer care. They suggested me to manually drain the water from the bottom of the machine and then try using. It worked for once. And the issue occered in the next wash. I have recently Purchased Samsung Digicam es 25 from Samsung Plaza Akola in Aug 10. since then My digicam is not giving proper performance. The last I spoke to the CEO of letsbuy.com, I was told that the shipping for the stylus will start 31 January, 2011 and that you would source the Multimedia Dock from some other location. I am yet to receive the products.

Samsung anyways does not respond. Most horrible organization ... even after writing to the CEO they don't care.
