I LODGED a complaint regarding my refrigerator on 8 th april. My complaint no.as given by samsung customer care is [protected]. Same day your person attended the case and told me that compressor has to be changed we agreed & paid the amount (Rs4500).

Even after changing the compressor fridge was not cooling and when I told engineer he said it will cool after 2 hours . I waited for almost 5 Hours but still there was no cooling and at around 7 pm, I again lodged a complaint with customEr care,they promised that next day service enginer will come and check, but till now even after lodging 5 complaints no one has come to rectify the problem

What sort of service u are providing to your customers . IT IS CAUSING UNNECESSARY HARRASMENT . KINDLY PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE TO AVOID BAD NAME. I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST YOU TO TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH CONCERENED AND SOLVE OUR PROBLEM.

AS IT IS SUMMER TIME YOU SHOULD UNDESTAND THE DIFFICULTY A CUSTOMER IS FACING. HOPING TO SEE SOME QUICK REPONSE.

samsung biofresh refrigerator — no cooling

Samsung Refrigerator (Biofresh) — Ice In Frezeer

i m not able to get in touch with samsung service center. i hav a samsung bio fresh fridge. there is a problem occuring in freezer ie. there is persistent formation of ice in frezeer. kindly help me to del with this problem at the earliest

there is no ice formation.no proper cooling.vegetables inside are getting spoilt. attended by samsung service centre,davangere thrice but still not working properly

    I had purchased the AC thinking about the reputation of the company in the market. For last two years till this January, my AC was running without any complain. With same enthusiasm I recommended my friends and family members to go for the same company without any hesitation.

    But February when I called Service Centre officials for some minor repair for sound coming from outdoor unit (Compressor), within one month after repair I had to call them again for some new sound. To my surprise, they found that the compressor fan base structure had corroded totally and due to the same problem vibration sound was coming. They informed that the outdoor unit had to be taken for patch work, and since warranty for unit is only for one year, the repair would cost me around Rs. 2000/-. Also, the outdoor unit supporting angles have got rusted fully even though there was a protective paint coat.

    The unit was installed as per normal procedures only, with outdoor unit being kept outside open to sun and rain. Knowing that Kerala is a state with rainfall for almost 8 months, I even insisted the installation people whether any problem may come to the unit. But they told it is meant to take care of these environmental conditions.

    Initially I thought this problem may be common to Kerala locations, but when I went through my friends and my office ACs, I feel my AC commissioning was for far better condition, but other ACs are not having any problem for more than 5 years ! As an example, the ATM AC installed in our colony is working fine for last 5 years since I am living in the colony. The outdoor unit with its stand is not degraded even a bit for these time.

    I would like to ask a question whether the unit, which is having warranty for one year is made to work satisfactorily for 2 years only ? Also, since the repair work required is totally due to fault from the company product design side, why should a consumer suffer for the same ?

    Till now I used to recommend my friends and family t go blindfolded for Samsung products, but now definitely I would never recommend anybody to waste his hard earned money behind any product of such companies, who rather than concentrating on their product development ad customer satisfaction, waste time in sales and advertisement !

    Hope this will open eyes of the concerned.

        WE HAD RECENTLY BOUGHT SAMSUNG LED 46C5000 FROM VASANTH & CO, CHENNAI ON 27.03.2011 FOR RS.79,500 WITH OFFER OF FREE GIFT DISH TV HD DTH INSTALLATION . THE DEALER VASANTH & CO SAYS THAT IT IS OFFERED FREE OF COST BY SAMSUNG COMPANY BUT THE DISH TV PERSONNEL ARE NOT INTERESTED IN INSTALLING THE SAME TO THE CONSUMERS AFTER A WEEK TIME OF REGISTERING WITH DISH TV. (IE ON 30.03.2011).

        THE PAMPHLET SAYS IT WILL BE INSTALLED WITHIN A WEEK OF REGISTRATION BUT NO ACTION FROM DISH TV TILL DATE IE 05.04.2011.
        DISH TV CUSTOMER CARE SAYS THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED REGISTRATION AND WILL SEND THE PERSONNEL FOR INSTALLATION DAILY IE FROM 30.03.2011 - 05.04.2011 BUT HAVE NOT TURNED UP.

        IN A WAY THE CONSUMERS ARE MISLEAD BY ADVERTISEMENTS AND THE DEALERS, MANUFACTURERS AND THE SATELLITE TV PROVIDERS ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR MISLEADING THE PEOPLE.

        CONSUMERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE OFFERS WHEN BUYING CONSUMER DURABLE WITH THE FREE OFFERS.

          I purchased a Samsung mobile of model number GT-E2120 on 1572010 at Parth Electronics, Dombivili (E). After 3 months the handset stopped working. I complained about the same with Popular Telecom, Dombivili(E). Who asked me to get the D.O of the bill. the work order's number is WA[protected] dated 23112010. The handset's IMEI number is [protected]. The franchisee staff asked me to come every week to checkout the position. Even after a number of visits they simply the buck to "Bombay Office". Around four months have passed. I was told that the model is out of circulation. I am fed up with this casual attitude towards the customers like us. No one from friends circle will ever buy a Samsung product.

          This is to inform you that I Shantnu Kukreja, student(B.tech 1st year) of YMCA university of science and technology,Faridabad,Haryana purchased a Samsung mobile handset model-SAMSUNG MONTE GT-S5620 priced-Rs 9000/- on 14th august,2010 from JAGRIT MARKEETING,SHOP NO.57,TIKONA PARK,N.I.T FARIDABAD.
          On 17th september 2010 i found the handset dead.On 18th september 2010 I reported the problem to samsung sevice centre-LIFE LINE SOLUTIONS,sco-101,sector-16,west facing,below sony showroom,Faridabad.(haryana-121002).

          they said that the motherboard of the phone will be changed. i agreed.
          they took 10 days to do the job but i recieved the phone with DEFECTIVE software...when i questioned the same to them, they replied that a particular file is missing from their system ..
          They asked me to get the phone back to them on 4th october..
          On 4th when i went there, the response was not at all satisfying.they made excussesand demanded some more time..
          I waited.but in the mean time ,phone met with an another problem. it shows only the welcome message but doesnt proceed after that...i reported the same to service centre on 21st october..
          but still they were without the software.they demanded 4 days time..
          please help me in the on going situation......
          Looks like samsung is not at all interested in customer satisfaction....as they are not replacing the defective phone with new one..
          As only in a span of about 2 months the phone is causing so much problems,it is likely to cause such problems in future too.
          Expecting an immediate action against samsung and the above mentioned service centre and hoping for replacement of defective phone with a new one......

          i had purchased a samsung Corby handset on 22/02/2010, the instrument i got was a defective piece, since i was at tour during purchase, when i returned to Mumbai i had taken to samsung service centre, They told me the instrument is defctive and only repair they will carry out and no replacement since it has crossed 7 days of purchase, later the service centre told me that the spares are not available so to take back the defctive hand set and check when spares are avialable, I then spoke to samsung Manager of the service area Mr Dhiraj [protected], he has visited the service center and carried out tempory repairs and made the instrument working , But still i was not getting more than hour hour backup and many time the instrument restarts by itself, Now the Touch pad is not working so i am not able to make any outgoing call, I have contacted samsung Only service no[protected] and registered a complaint, they have given me complaint no [protected] and said the mobile department will call back and so far no one is responding , Can you take up for replacement of a defective hand set,

          I am attaching the purchase invoice copy and the previious service reciept ,I am also sent mails to relinace and samsung for replacement of defctice seton april 2010, But no response has come

            I purchased a samsung fridge on 12 June 2007. It stopped cooling on Dec 2007, and was repaired on 23rd Dec 2007. But barely after 1 year, it faced the very same problem again. It was again repaired on 23rd Dec 2008. At that time, we paid the Repairing charge of Rs 1347. The same problem occurred again on May 2009 and was once again repaired on 29th may 2009. At this third instance, we had to yet again pay the Repairing charge of Rs 1500.

            Further to that, the fridge stopped cooling another SEVEN times and were repaired on the following dates: 18th June 2009, 26th june 2009, 29th june 2009, 13th June 2010, 16th March 2011, 18th March 2011 and 30th March 2011.

            It is very surprising and disappointing that the fridge has broken down a total of TEN times in a period o[censored]nder 3 years. My experience with your company's product has been totally unsatisfactory. All maintenances were done by company authorized service person.

            I request you to take some appropriate action and replace this fridge for me which has caused me so much of inconvenience!!

WHILE OPENING IT WAS OBSERVED BY THE COMPANY PERSON AS WELL AS BY US THAT THE ITEM SUPPLIED IS DENTED. THE PERSON CAME FOR DELIVERY SAID IT WILL BE REPLACED SHORTLY.BUT INSPITE OF OUR SEVERAL TELEPHONE CALL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR.THE MATERIAL IS KEPT AS IT IS WITHOUT ANY USE.

                I HAVE PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MOBILE HANDSET NAMED SAMSUNG E 2120 ON 07/06/2010.
                THE HANDSET HAVE ALREADY UNDERGONE 3 SERVICES FROM SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRES BUT THE SAME PROBLM PERSIST. THE PROBLM WITH THIS SET IS THAT ONCE IT GOES OFF IT NEVER GETS ON AGAIN.
                SINCE THE SET IS DEFECTIVE OR ITS THE MANUFACTURING DEFECT THEREFORE THE SAMSUNG CO SHOULD REPLACE IT WITH NEW ONE AS PER CONSUMER RIGHTS IS CONCERNED.
                IF THE CO DOESNT LOKK OVER THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY THEN I WILL HAVE TO GO TOTHE CONSUMER COURT.

                  I have brought samsung wave 575 on 16 feb 2011, its not even 2 months there are lots of problems in my phone , i have been three times to theservice center but still those duffer are not fixing the problems and simply saying it wont occur in future ,when i called to those people simply they will switch off the mobile (sales manager) and always my all data will be lost ,always those will ask me to come to service center that also dont have any standard it look like footpat shop , friends i would just like to say all of Indinas that this samsung is one of the bloody company never buy its product it is worst than hell ...china mobile is better than samsung at least.

                    Dear Sir/ Madam,

                    I am in Bangalore, I have purchased mobile Samsung champ GT C 3303, on 12.02.2011,in Croma (koramangala)Bangalore, from that day to till date I could not connect mobile to my laptop.
                    I took handset only for internet using on laptop, but only that function is noe able to work, I didn't get software CD, & data cable from company, So I have download software from internet, and baught data cable, then also it was not able to connect, then I called to samsung cusomer care, I followed all instruction, then also I could not connect mobilt to laptop, then I search service centre, I gave for repairing, they took more then 15 days, After repairing also I am facing same problem, For above all process, I faced lot of problems like not get data cable in any mobile shop.
                    I had to search Samsung authorised centre, also they dont have screen guard & blue tooth head set, for each and every accessory I have to waste my valuable time and money without any positive result.

                    So please guide me for my right.

                    As per my previous mail on indian consumer forum, you got idea about my complaint(Gt c 3303 not connect to laptop)
                    Now again I briefly giving details.

                    1)Mobile purchase Date- 12.02.2011

                    2)Tried each and every possibility with customer care on phone From 12.02.11 to 15.04.2011

                    3)Mobile admit to service centre Date-16.04.2011 to till date.

                    4) Follow up taking from admitted date to till date-

                    5) I always with in touch of Mr. Sunil, who is seating at West chord road Bangalore.

                    6) Mr. Sunil is trying to give refund amount by cheque, but might be he is not able to do it within time.

                    7) From purchase to till date total days are- Approx. 90+ days, Within this period I have waste my time, money and hope also, and what about result, I dont know.

                    8) In my home I have Samsung slim fit T.V., Samsung DVD, Samsung mobile Guru 1160, Samsung refrigerator, and this was last handset, In future I will not buy any samsung product, I got very bad experience.

                    9) My original bill print is going to vanish, before page will tear and blank, I am requesting to give my refund amount.

                      I had purhased a samsung mobile Model No.SCH-S189, in the month of jan.11 my mobile stopped to work. I got new one MTS Sim from MTS service centre. the new sim not working in the hand set then I visit Samsung Service Station Moti Ngr.on 31.01.11. The service station takes my set for repair vide work order no. A3104 dtd 31.01.11. After lapse of more then 02 months they inform me that yr set not be repaired please collect because the earlier sim was working and new one sim work not our problem.

                        I HAD PURCHASED SAMSUNG SGH -I450 FROM DELHI. BUT AFTER 1 YEAR IT GOT HANG AND A MESSAGE WAS BEING DISPLAYED THAT "MEMORY FULL CLOSE SOME APPLICATIONS AND TRY AGAIN". THE CELL GETS NORMAL AFTER IT IS RESTARTED. THE PROBLEM CONTINUED. IT GOT HANG EVERY SECOND DAY. I SHOWED TO SERVICE CENTER. THEY FORMATTED MY MEMORY CARD BUT THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE. AFTER SOME DAYS THEY UPDATED THE SOFTWARE BUT WAS OF NO USE. THEY SWAPPED THE MOTHERBOARD BUT THE PROBLEM DINT GET SOLVED. AFTER FEW DAYS THEY AGAIN UPDATED THE SOFTWARE BUT STILL MY CELL GOT HANG EVERYDAY. I HAVE VISITED SERVICE CENTER ATLEAST 10 TIMES.
                        NOW I WANT MY CELL TO BE REPLACED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. ANOTHER UPDATE WITH NEW SOFTWARE.PLEASE PLEASE

                              I have purchased Samsung GTB5722 . I have taken GPRS service for internet from BSNL for Rs 98 (2 GB ) prepaid plan. I can access internet from mobile but when i tried to access internet through PC using Samsung software KIES.But it donot work it shows PPP protocol error. In BSNL office nontechnical people are sitting for customer service . They donot have even knowledge of Dual SIM mobile phone . I am fade up with this problem.

                              Me and my daughter have both the samsung phone GT-B5722. It is the worst buy I ever made. For me to connect it to the win xp I have to switch off first the samsung phone GT-B5722, switch on and input the code, and after this the pc recognizes the phone. My daughter uses win 7, it is simply not possible to connect to the pc. Samsung shoulb be obliged to give back the money for these sheety phones that do not perform as advertised! Shame on Samsung!

                                Hi,

                                I was purchased Samsung Mobile S7722 from Sai Moblies,Charni Road,Mumbai-4 on[protected] bill # 7844 .After use of only 1 months, the battery issue arises as it gets low without any use.

                                Hence i submitted the mobile at its authorized service center "Samsung Service Centre, Mastercare Services, Chinchpokali, Mumbai-12" on[protected] work order No.31807.

                                The service center's agent told me that the it is the issue of mobile battery board hence i will get complaint resolve on 5th April 2011.But as per their standards it will resolved within 25 days but it is actually completed more than 25 days of complaint date.

                                I want to make a complaint against the both on
                                i) Samsung mobile for poor quality of battery as not as per specified in a manual
                                ii) MasterCare Service as too much of delays of the service.

                                Samsung Mobile — BATTERY & SERVICE

                                Good day,

                                It is intimated that I have faced a very bad experience with your service centre at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. I have given my Samsung mobile model Galaxy POP new version having Sl No.RDVB201689P to your service station at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh on 13th Sep 2011 to check the battery condition which is getting heat when we keeping for charging even the charging is not standing couple of hours (2 hours).Even I am not using any other features except in/outbound calls. I just bought my mobile on 25th July 2011. The person at service centre immediately opened the phone and checked thoroughly and advised that Android model phone can’t give good battery backup and after he told me there is software problem need to be installed again. I submitted my phone to service centre at 1310 hrs on 13th Sep 2011 and they promised me that my phone will ready by the same day evening. They have return my phone at 1710 hrs on the same day. The same problem has been continueing.Even that Service centre rep told me that he is just a promoter for Samsung he is no way responsible person of SAMSUNG.

                                Really I am saying that there is no good customer relation over there. They simply have made arguments each other of your technicians in front of the Customers. Self had asked your technicians what is the problem with unit he said there is software problem. He advised that If we get the same problem again bring the charger has to be checked. This is my 5th Samsung mobile which bought for my Nephew who is studying at Kodaikanal International School.This is the first time I have faced a problem with phone unit and now I opened my eyes that Samsung service is VERY VERY VERY poor. Now my phone we are using as a paper weight. This circumstance shows me to give a complaint at the consumer court. you are requested to take it seriously and the mobile is still under warranty. I am strictly recommend that all customers not to buy Samsung mobiles. Simply your motto is to sell the units in anyway and leave not to take any responsibility after getting any problem like this.

                                I have sent an email to Samsung India for the above facts on 19th Sep. One day some body had called me about this issue but not to take any action simply he said SORRY for the above. Now I am using my mobile as a paper weight.

                                  sir i m aishwarya kumar from agra but now i m in meerut(u.p.) i m a samsung user i m using tata indicom network in ur mobile my problem is this that in my phone voice clearty is very bad mai apna mobile ka micke apke meerut ke service center se two time repair karva chuka hu but problem as it hi hai. aur ab apne apna service centre change kar diya hai aur jab mai vaha par gaya tu vo bole ki 15days tak parts avilable nahi hai jab aap ke pas parts avilable nahi hota hai to aap log service center banate hi kyu hai. customer ko parashan karne mai kya apko maja ata hai u have to know about that customer satisfaction aap ki first priority honi chahiya par aisha nahi hai its very-2 bad.
                                  i bought 2samsung LCD of 32inch and 19inch resp. 1&1/2 yr ago but now there is some problem with my one of the remote. when called up service center ... executive informed that visiting charge of engg. is 1000/- and cost of new remote is 570/- only ... is this type of service is justified

                                  i hav braught my samsung Model--Star 3G (GT5603) mobile on date------- from[protected] but soon after buying in 2 months it made problem in charging and with in 10 minutes of charging it started to display FULL BATTERY and after 3 days the charging even also stopped.

                                  Then i reffered to take my mobile to "Samsung care Muzaffarnagar" on date[protected] where after examining my set they replied that the main motherboard is faulty and will be replaced with in 15-20 days, so i again called them on 17th day but they replied that the part is pending and not in factory and asked me to wait for 1week i then again asked them after 1 week but still no positive reply.

                                  After that they are not answering my any phone calls even the manager is not picking my no. saying that it is his personnel no. the main engineer named "arshad" is asking me to come next day but no results are there. i am a student and a hosteler and have to travel 22 kms by bus as they are not answering my phone calls

                                  i have got frustrated since they have not even issued me standby handset.and even this was not over then
                                  on date[protected] i hav got a msg from samsung that my cell is repaired and i can collect it from service center but still they are showing that it is not repaired. and are unable to repair the cell.

                                  After six months of my purchase the front panel of cabinet slitely came out automatically and when I had taken it as a complaint to Samsung Service centre at Bhubaneswar That is PRIMON Technologies,Saheed Nagar,Bhubaneswar 07 , during my gurantee period it said that that part of mobile does not cum under Gurantee period and they have charged Rs 150 towards pasting the front panel with adhesive though it was during my gurantee period. After that again it has been depasted and again it came out.

                                  I bought one Samsung Mobile handset # SGHB 5722 on 15/03/2010 from QRS RETAIL OUTLET ,Trivandrum.

                                  During the past five months, I have faced lot of service issues to my mobile handset like display problems, black mark on screen, clarity etc.. .I don’t know whether you have experienced this problem with other customers.

                                  I had given my handset to your service centre in Trivandrum (couple of months back) due to the touch screen issues, and they returned it after some days saying that they have replaced the touch screen and the problem has been solved. From the very next day the same problem happened and I tried my level best to use the phone with the same issues. It was my urgent requirement to keep the phone with me even with the problems. I knew that your service department will not solve the problem on priority basis and my experience with them stop me to approach them again .One black mark appeared on the screen and then it grown gradually and there was no other option.

                                  Then I returned my handset to your trivandrum service station and they asked me to sign on some documents. It is unfortunate that they mentioned the complaint as “water logged”. Actually there was no issues to be waterlogged. I did several follow-ups to solve the problem and to get my product back with good condition. They asked me to pay money even it was under warranty period

                                  They returned the product without proper service and I was totally upset on their behavior and service to customers.

                                  I'm sure that this isn't the level of service you intend to provide and will remedy the situation immediately. I would like to get a new product from your side. As this product is still under warranty, I would appreciate you notifying me as to how we may resolve this matter. I look forward to hearing from you.

                                  Samsung has proved itself to have the worst service. This is the third time I am facing the same problem with their service center. My refrigerator had stopped working and I called service center to send some technician. Today is the third day I am continuously calling them to send someone to look into the issue but they have the same answer:"Someone will come to look into the issue by 8pm".

                                  I will certainly suggest people to never go for Samsung products, unless you have a liking to suffer. I am going to change my appliances as soon as I get a good offer to exchange.

                                  I don't understand why there is no such way to take action against these people.

                                  Please note that am registering a complain here in Samsung products, moreover, the worst service ever owned. I have a mobile B3410 that I bought and didn't use as if I bought it to either keep it aside in the corner of the useless things at home or to leave at the service center whom I believe are leaving it in the same corner as I do. This mobile started making mute, dropping calls, putting people on hold, and switching itself off automatically just after I got by about 2 months. I left it in Raya service center in N.City, Makram Ebied and got it later and again within 2 or 3 days I faced the same issue. I left it back again there and after I got it within 2 or 3 days AGAIN I faced the same EXACT issues. Then the same scenario is repeated and I always knew the dramatic END. I asked the service center to exchange it as it's my OWN right as I paid to use a mobile not to get it to be repaired, but they refused saying that it will be repaired. Now, my mobile is totally switched off and does not open and I did not send it to the service center as they are NOT WORKING and seem to be waiting till my warranty ends which will be soon "wish that they are not worried anymore". In addition to all the above, I do not believe at all that this service center staff is belonging to Raya as they don't even know what is "CUSTOMER SERVICE FACE TO FACE" means. They are really chosen correctly, a staff in the right place to be able to resist all customer's anger of the worst products by the most coolness and uncaring ways. Sometimes, I felt they want to teach me lessons as if I AM MISTAKEN TO ASK FOR MY MOBILE BEING REPAIRED.

                                  Last but not least, I wish that this mail makes a difference because to have progress it's really needed. Also, I wish to find results from this mail and not to find that the website complains are just as the phone service center, and Samsung devices in general.

                                  Samsung — samsung galaxy s5 mobile smart phone

                                  I've bought samsung galaxy s5 two months ago..whenever I put It on charging it has been vry heating nd gradually becomes slower in speed..Indeed company promises for their best service. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible..

                                  i had lost my phone please help to find it

                                  pleaase help me to find my samsug chat 3222 as soon as possible.

                                    I have double door SAMSUNG refrigerator which I purchased in 2006 Now The problem has been occurred that middle bottle of the tray has been broken followed by I am asking new one, already I made complain six months back & recently fresh complaint (No [protected] dated –13/3/2011 at 13.20 PM.) through customer care they sent one service engineer (visited) but response always that it is not available suppose spare parts are not available than why u r selling the refrigerator without having spare parts .i would like to request ,Kindly look in to this matter.

                                      [protected]. Can you give details of calls being made from my phone on 29/03/2011 at 22.00 and after.I have also made a police complaint and the complaint no. is 150/2010 at Palghar police station.

                                      I will be very helpful if you help me block and get my mobile back.

                                        I had purchased a new mobile from my city kolkata 0n 25/11/10,,there is a problem on my phone memory whenever i surf internet the phonememory get full.,,i had already submit my phonec5Times in samsung service centre..,but the problem was not solving kindly do me a favour Im a pass out student it will be umpossible for me to buy another phone again.,,please i want a new set againt that set.,,

                                        I bought my Samsung Wave 533 on 1-Jan-2011 @ kolkata.
                                        The major issue that I am facing is, the phone switches off suddenly.
                                        Many a times I have noticed the phone switches off on its even on being left unnattended. When I am trying to make or receive calls, it switches off creating a lot on inconvenience.

                                        Please suggest a remedy to the problem with my handset.
                                        Even i bought samsung wave 533 on feb 4 2011 and wheni leave the phone unattended it switches off automatically and even when i pull out the sliding keyboard or push it in it switches off suddenly.On reading messages it shows Not enought memory to lauch application, then i have to restart the phone.I regret on my choice of selecting samsung.I took it to the service but even they could not resolve it.I am highly dissappointed with samsung for all my money went in vain.I just want to throw off my phone.

                                        The phone is not a phone it is a box which gives me anger whenever i see it.



                                        1. There is no battery back up ( imagine only 1/2 an hour0

                                        2. The browser you cannnot use (because it suddenly gets vibrate and gets off)

                                        3. People try my phone several times to reach (beacuse the phone is not reachable often)



                                        The phone is not worth buying !!



                                        I got the mobile repaired/serviced twice at Samsung Authorised Faridabad service centre (in 6 months of pruchasing). Previously I have used Nokia & Blackberrry and never faced this kind of problem.



                                        I have written mails ot higher mgt. in samsung still they are not interested to serve their customer better, I was planning to buy Samsung Tab but now have dropped off my idea forever to buy any samsung product.





                                        Never buy this phone.
