Respected Sir/Madam, I own a samsung GT-S5350 mobile phone,bought it last year on the 10th of June,still under warranty. Right now i am experiencing a software updation issue with the mobile phone. I was told that it can contain upto 500 msgs, but after 175 msgs it gives a msg. of memory full. But whenever i go to the service centre,the technicians over there just format my mobile & give it back to me & say that now it will work perfectly. This happend twice with me. Regards

    i am so exited when i am purches 5722 samsang mobile on 16 mqrch 11. but after that when i am goto play video in mp4 format but its not play iam try so many tine i am take diffrent video from diffrent site but all time video not play in mp4 format ... i am eritate for that i am pay 8000 for that bt it can not work .

      I have been chasing samsung to repair my cellphone from last 8 months, now they had come to a solution to pay 50% for repair.

      When I bought the mobile there was little dust in the mobile phone I ignored it but after1 week the dust incresded.

      I we care and nt to the service center and got it cleaned. But after 4-5 days dust was again there in the mobile. After 2-3 days i visited the seller. He said i cant help pls contact service Station. I gain visited tthe service station to get it repaired he again cleared the dust and promised the dust wont come again. But after 1 week the dust was gaian there in the mobile and I was really frustrated this time. I was unable to visit the service center as my exams were comming. After 2 months i again visted the ceter he said you wil have to leave the set for 10-15 days. I said wil come after later.

      Mean while I was facing some more proble with the hand set. So I planned to mail my complaints to the customer care and I waited for there response bt there was no response from there side. I went to the service station again now they kept my mobile for 1 month and assured that all the problemhe will get repaired. The mobile was working firn for 1 month but again i started facing the same problems.

      Now I was helpless and cant do anything. But lateron I came know about another email ID of samsung I again mailed my problems. This time they took aaction but that wasnt helpul.

      There were asking me to pay half of the repair charges.

      Problems in my mobile are the dust come into my moble phone, key pad are not working half display get light, camera is not working properly, set hangs too much, battery life is very less, mobile charging function is not working properly, the software of the mobile phone cannot be updated and others

          Dear Sir,
          I made the great mistake of buying a samsung refrigerator RT 34 from a samsung dealer M/S perfection at Bhopal. The cooling and auto defraust system of fridge is not working since purchase and neither the dealer nor service engg is willing to do anything in the matter despite repeated requests. I do not know how the attitude of a company like this can so collosus and irresponsible. Kindly suggest what should I do now in the matter.

            My name is Mayuresh m. chavan. on 30/12/2010 i swipe my card in nerul new mumbai in AC and LCD showroom i have purchase 1 samsung 1.5 ac on my credit card. but the shopowner was charge me 2% extra total amount swipe is 2900 but bill generte 21500/- that time i was call HDFC custemer care executive he was told me that swipe only 21500/- but when shop owner had dissccussion with him the shopowner ask for 2% from him he ask personel mobile no.

            I have convert my purchase in emi your executive told my emi & she also charge me 2% its legal but why i pay 2% extra to shopowner. please help me on above asap. means my ac cost is 21500*2%*2%=22338/-Rs

            Kindly look in to this matter very seriously.

            Credit Card — 2% Chargesd by Shop owner

            Hi,
            I have swiped my ABN ABRO credit card for purchases at CITI MOTORS at PUNE(Maharashtra), at that time the person has charged me 1.86% on & above the total amount as processing fees.

            Kindly revert with your help on the topic, whether it is correct to charge the customer 1.86% on & above the amount, if this is not correct then kindly guide me what action should i take so this problem will not arrse again.

            Please trat this as very important because we are facing lot of problem in the market due to this practise.

            abn-ambro bank issue one credit card for you. his agent says this card is free. but the bank issue the bill of 2500 bill of last one years. there is no transcation amount for this card.kindly clear my case.

                mobile not working properly

                Sir / Madam,

                I have purchased new mobile handset SCH-S239 (CDMA) on last friday (11/03/2011).Along with the handset I have purchased the Bluetooth headset (HM100) . I am able to make outgoing call nicely with the blue tooth headset but some time the device creates problem with incoming calls.
                I have tried to listen the songs via blue tooth but couldn't succeed....

                I purchased samsung B3410 mobile on 01/11/02010 and in Feb2011 it gets automatically switch-off after every 2-3 hrs. I lodged the complaint at service centre in Center point in Aligarh but they are saying that they are not having its main board(PB) thats i submitted this phone to the service to the samsung service center . at date[protected]. ,
                now he said to me you can collect your phone after 5 to 7 days . but now he is saying you can collect your pnone at the month of april 1 st week .

                so i request to ple give advised what can i do . i have jso much problem becouse i have a single phone

                  I have Samsung-GT-B5722 mobile phone and have also BSNL conection.I want to access internet from mobile to my laptop. In my mobile phone I found the internet,but such net was not access in my pc. I have visit to BSNL office for their assistance, but they could not find out such problem.They told me the soft ware of samsung (Kies) was open, but the internet conectivity option was not opened on your pc. Thats why conection could not be done. And they advice me that you go to the samsung service Center for their help.I have gone to samsung servicing center,but no one can help me.

                    Dear Mr. Ranga ( Bangalore Service centre),

                    It is Pathetic service support by Service depertment.

                    It is very strange on behalf of Mr. Dev Raj informing me on phone that commercial replacement for the Microwave oven( April,2007 purchanse) can only be given.
                    You said You can not repair it as spare parts are not available.


                    I ask one thing why Samsung sold the product when you can not supply the spare parts
                    even for 4-5 years?
                    Is this not cheating to the customers?

                    Please repalce the MW with new one or rectify it.

                    Pl let me know your higher bosses mail ID.

                      I purchased the mobile F480 in 2009, My battery went bad and therefore ordered new battery and charger from Samsung service center @CR complex Pattom, Trivandrum, Kerala on Jan 2011. Its been 3months and still im waiting for the delivery. Everytime i call, they say the load is at cochin. Im really frustated on the service with samsung, what is the point of buying or introducing new models when its too difficult to get the spare parts?

                          I had purchased an air conditioner on march 2010 from samsung company. The A/C is under 01 year warranty. For past 01 month the equipment is giving some abnormal noise. Since the A/c was under warranty i had called up samsung customer care for help. They had come to my home and removed the unit and said that the unit will be returned back with in 04 working days after repair. however the unit came back only after 10 days more over the problem has not been rectified. When i again called up the customer care, they told that they will be sending some technician to my place.It has been already 1 week, but no one has turned to my home yet. i have been repeatedly calling them for past a week but technicians are yet to come........

                          SAMSUNG SPLIT A.C. — DEFECTIVE PEACE

                          SIR, WE BAUGHT THE SAMSUNG SPLIT A/C FROM NEW RAJDEEP ELE., NARODA ROAD, AHMEDABAD ON 10/01/08, DUE TO WINTER WE STARTED THE A.C IN APRIL BUST AFTER ONE MONTH A/C WAS NOT WORKING WELL, WE COMPLAINED TO DEALER, AFTER FEW DAYS COMPANY'S MEN CAME, CHECK AND TOLD US THE RAJDEEP'S MEN DIDN'T INSTALLED WELL, AFTER TWO DAYS RAJDEEP'S MEN CAME, CHECK AND TOLD COMPANY'S MEN MADE SOME MISTAKE, ANY WE WILL COME TOMORROW, BUT THEN AFTER 3 MONTHS PASSED BUT DIDN'T CONSIDER ABOUT OUR COMPLAINTS AND NEGLECT OUR PHONE CALLS. WHATS GOING ON I COULDENT UNDERSTAND.

                          SAMSUNG SPLIT A.C. — no service received from company

                          I made a complaint for my split a.c. on 01/05/09 vide complaint no. [protected]. On 5/05/2009 company serviceman visited my office and service the machine, Ialso issue him a cheque of Rs. 442/- against that. He assures us that company engineer will visit you and refill the gas and charge for that. But no use. after numerious calls to complaint centre no response is coming from their side. Mr. Devashish superviser of servicecentere also confirm us yesterday that eng. will visit u tomorrow. But no use. Infact all the customercare executives and other staff also making harassment to us.

                          I approached to customer care of Samsung for technical support for my air conditioner,he replied me our men will be there before 8pm .But they never showed up .Still we are suffering in sizzling hot this year.

                            I Kamlesh, got a Samsung Wave 723 Handset on November 17th, 2010 [17-11-10] IMEI: [protected]

                            I was facing a problem of low volume on the outgoing voice, so I approached the nearest Samsung Mobile Service Center in Kalyan (Syndicate, Murbad Road Branch). Hardly 4-5 days had passed when I visited the branch.

                            The people over there were very arrogant & ignorant towards me. They were proving me wrong all over the time. I remember a short guy/technician who was rude & he refused to check my handset for whats wrong. He just ended up saying that "You just cant get a replacement, the handset is all right."

                            Out of embarrassment in front of all I had to leave that place at that instance. I had called Samsung Service Call-Center, from there I managed to get the number of the branch manager, but I found that number to be 'out of service'

                            Later on I continued with my cell and the same problem followed me....
                            But then I went to second Samsung Mobile Service Center in Kalyan itself (Rambaug, Kalyan)

                            Mark my words they were a lot helpful, the technician had a keen look at my handset and told me that the cell is faulty and needs to be repaired. Finally after all the discussion they agreed to have my phone replaced. I even have the branch manger no. & I dont find any problems approaching him.

                            Now the phone is under replacement process, though I am still awaiting for the new handset I have a positive hope & better relation with the Rambaug Branch people.

                            Now what are my Concerns'
                            1. Syndiacte branch people's behavior.
                            2. If that guy(Syndicate branch technician) would have checked my handset there & then itself, the problem could have been solved with a day at that time.
                            3. Syndicate Branch Manager's phone is 'Out of service'
                            4. Will Samsung Mobile read this?
                            5. Will they do the needful?
                            6. Do you think this will help you'll get trust & good clients?
                            7. Are you guys testing a customers patience & simply wasting his time/money/effort?????

                            For any further things to be cleared from my side, it is easy to get back to me as my details will be highlighted on 30308282 helpline number.
                            Waiting for replies of concerns.

                              even in receiving the customers and attending the queries and it is very poor in customer handling frontdesk and service attenders,kindly guide me to overcome my difficulty.

                                I bought a Samsung B7610 Mobile phone from The Mobile Store, Hyderabad for a cost of 22.8K on 6th March 2010. The store sales person told that the set will be updated to Windows 6.5 within few hours after the sale is through. For one year I have been moving around the store and various samsung service centers to get the update in vain. I lost many precisous working hours of mine and also peace of mind as I got cheated.Samsung customer care center stopped picking my phone by making keeping my phone on hold whenever I call.

                                  I am having all electronic home appliances produced by ur company such as Air Conditioner, Fridge , and
                                  Washing machine. I have purchased the washing machine 9.2.2009 and it was working to the full satisfaction of my family. the A/C and Fridge are working in good manner. From y'day the water from the tap is reflected and it is leaky. I have contacted the service centre and they have sent a staff and i was told that the adaptor is to be replaced and this will not be availabel in his office and he has to purchase from outside market and he demanded Rs.110/ as Service Charges. I do not understand without doing solution to the fault how can i bear the service charges and I have refused and requested him to set right things and u
                                  may bill whatever as per company rules and i am ready to pay. he left my house. I do not kinw whether i can use the machine after clearing the fault and i have also requested to replace the filter instrument as the knob has been broken.

                                    Someday he says that vehicle is standing at Aligarh. The other day he says he has delivered the material but unable to give details of delivery i.e Vehicle No., etc.

                                    20 days have elapsed and the conference is over. The persons who had to recieve the gifts are daily persuing & visiting for the same. It is really shameful on our part that we boast to be thorough professionals but when action is required we fail.

                                    I requested to him to get 6 pieces arranged from local Bareilly stockist but his reply was that we are out of stock.

                                    Since morning Mr Raman picked up phone once and promised to give details of delivery but after that he did not either respond nor is picking the phone.

                                    Such is the plight of a corporate purchaser when one relies on a brand like SAMSUNG. Hats off to the unprofessional and callous attitude.

KANPUR INVOICE NO. 1709. MY TELEVISION STTOPPED WORKING ON DT.26/02/2011 I CALLED UP SARAF COOLING TO GET MY PRODUCT REPAIRED UNDER GAURRANTY BUT I WAS GUIDED TO CALL THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE. AS PER DIRECTION I CALLED THE CONCERNED PERSON FOR THE REPAIR. I WAS PROMIOSED BY MR.SANJEEV OF THE SERVICE CENTRE TTHAT WITHIN 48 HRS. YOUR L.C.D WILL BE RECTIFIED UNDER GAURANTEE.BUT DAYS PASSED INSPITE OF DAILY PURSUANCE TO MR SANJEEV OF KANPUR BELT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE THEN I CALLED UP ASM NEW DELHI FOR THE PROBLEM BUT NO ACTION AGAIN HAS BEEN TAKEN INSPITE OF MANY PROMISES . NOW AGAIN WE APPROACHED SARAF COOLING.
                                      NOW SIR I AM FRUSTRATED BY ALL OF YOUR TEAM MEMBERS AND CHANNEL PARTNERS.

                                      THIS IS MY HARD EARNED MONEY THAT I HAVE SPEND O.N YOUR PRODUCT e.i.g RS.38900. WHICH I AM NOT GOING TO SUFFER . FINNALLY AFTER THIS COMPLAIN I WILL BE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE OTHER THAN LEGAL COURSE.
