Till Date the only response from Samsung India is these 2 mails and no real action.
Absolutely indifferent attitude of Samsung India on a defective product which Samsung is not able to Service and is taking ages to refund the promised amount.
Its extremely frustrating exasperating and sheer mental torture.

Please note that my complaint was filed in November 2010 - much time has elapsed after that. Because of this time passage by Samsung, my depreciation % which was 49%, should not change.
So far apart from your mail below there is no satisfactory reply from your company informing me the reason for so much of delay - Please note that since November 2010 I am without a proper Television.

With reference to the above mentioned complain Number, I wish to bring to your notice that I had Purchased a Samsung 32 inches LCD television for Rs 69000/=
My television had some screen problems and the technician advised me that the screen needs to be replaced and after a few days your support team reverted back that the said screen is not available with Samsung and therefore they gave us the option of refund; The refund they informed us that will be after applying the depreciation % which would be 49%.
This deduction was quite high for us but we finally agreed having no other option. They informed that refund amount will be Rs 35190/=
After that 3 months have elapsed and we are waiting for the amount without a proper television. Exasperated with the waiting we called again the service center on January 19th and they logged the complaint under different BP no [protected], and informed this will be cleared in next 10 days.
So far nothing has happened.
I am absolutely frustrated and mentally tortured with no response and delayed service.
Please advise me the proper channel for escalation of this matter. If my complaint is not attended with completion in next 10 days - I will be left with no options but to resort to legal action against Samsung India Limited
