I purchased Samsung Washing machine on 31-Dec-2010. It is the top loading Fully automatic machine (WA82SL). It does no washing and only spoiling all my new dresses.I have been a customer of LG for the past 15 years,but no such worst experiences.It creates bobli in all the dresses and it won't clean the dirt of even a single handkerchief.The washing powder also sticks to the shirts after washing.It wont wash properly.A idiotic machine,I dono why they have designed this model with no objective.They say diamond drum and silver nano and all bla...blah.. but it is totally worst machine i have experienced.The service person say that the magic filter is broken,we are totally unaware of what it is and even we have a warranty it s of no use...very poor response and service from samsung...The service person is not ready to stay still we wash and show a sample of how the machine performs..he is in a hurry burry to leave soon.(i wonder he dont want to see the end result ,as he may have seen lot many cases)....Always LG is the best.I wonder how samsung still sustains with providing this worst quality of product and service..God only knows..I am now eagerly waiting for a golden day to throw this machine and buy a new LG Washing machine...Please pray for me ,that I should get at the earliest to save my clothes..

    I had purchsed Samsung Fully Automatch fron loded 6.5 kgs washing machine model no. WF8650NMC from Alpha Digital Home, Ahmedabad on 21/02/2011. After One month sasme was installed at my residence. The facility, which available in the washing machine was not explained at the time of Purchase. Sales girl told me that this the best machine for use. After isatllation of the said machine, my family members try to use the said washing machine, At that time we come to know that the said washing machine is taking 2 hours for teh single cycle. The capicity of the said machine is only 15 cloths. It means that if I have 40 pares of the cloth (As we are of Joint Family) I have to run atleast 3 cycle of wash daily. One cycle is taking 2 hours for one single wash therefore I have wash our cloths for 6 hours daliy, which is not possible. I have apporached the delar and explain the situation, and also tle them that was not infomr by the sales girl. Due to this problem the machine is useless for the My famil. I have demand for replacement of the said machine, but deleadr and company is not responding since last 20 days any of my complain.

    I am badely need of replacement of the said washing machine. The sales did not clerifed any thing about the said washing machine at time of purchase inspite of my reptedly asking.

    Samsung — Not replacing the damaged Washing machine

    My name is Shiva Shankar, I did order a washing machine(model No. 1007, semi-automatic 8KG) on 14th August from Rajtronics, but they delivered a damaged piece. Same day I requested them to replace the washing machine. But each time I call them, they tell me as tomorrow, but for them it seems like tomorrow never comes.

    Completely agree. Even I have experienced the same. Very pathetic service from Rajtronics, Bangalore.
    Beware of sales man Santhosh. He committed to deliver a washing machine in a day or two. But could not get it even after a month of waiting. Finally I cancelled the order and the great sales man happily accepted my order cancellation.
    Very pathetic behavior from Rajtronics.

      I didn't have access to my laptop yesterday hence didn't provide you details. Make a note I am serious about taking this further. I will paste my experience on facebook, twitter and other social sites and see how others feel about it. I do plan to go to the consumer court as well. Having said that let me tell you what I have gone through so far.....

      I bought a 7722 about 3 weeks back. i cleary checked with the shopkeeper that I need my office emails to be delivered on the phone and he confirmed it was possible before sellign the pohne. Now when my It tema tried to make it work there were connectivity issues. I got my IT team to speak with Samgung and they have at least spent 16 hours of talk time trying to get the issue fixed.

      I have personally spent 3 hrs plus on more than 3 occasions. We have spoke with Himanshu, Lalit, Ashok and a couple others. I was finally asked to take the phone to a service center. Image if I was to put my investment for the time taht I have spent with your teams for something as basic this at my current salary it for sure is more than the cost of the phone. Pl note I need someone to attend to my problem at my place rather than expect me to run from pillar to post. I was promised a callback on multiple occassions but I never got a revert. To the exetent that I was promised call back in 15 minutes and when I called back because your team didn't call the person said I will not take this call because it's going to be 8 pm and my shift get overs now......some customer service I must say.

      Let me tell you about your service failures - Lack of ownership, trouble shooting abilities of your team, rigid non customer centric policies and above all promised phone calls were not returs.

      Pl underestand you can win me back as a customer if I my problem is resolved in next 48 hr else be prepared to spend next few days and answering people inside your organizationa nd outside.

      Also note I my run a full fledge customer service center and I understand basic expectations from a servoce center.

      Expecting quick resolution.
      SAMSUNG LAUNCH MANY PRODUCT BUT THEY PEOPLE HAVE VERY WORST TECHNOLOGY AND VERY VERY WORST STAFF AT EVERY LEVEL AND EVERY DEPARTMENT

      I HAVE PROOF AND THEY PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHICH KIND OF PROBLEMS ARE TECHNICAL DUE TO MANUFACTURING FALTED PRODUCT OR USER PROBLEM...

      SIMPLY, SAMSUNG DISPATCH MANUFACTURING FALTED PRODUCT FROM THEIR MANUFACTURING UNIT WITHOUT CHECK THEIR QUALITY ALSO...

        I HAD PURCHASE SAMSUNG GLAXY S5670 ON 14/03/2011,AFTER A WEEK THERE WAS BATTERY BACK UP PROBLEM,THEN I VISITED SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE ON 28/03/11 AND THEY TOLD THAT THE HANDSET SOFTWARE NEED TO BE UPDATED.
        AFTER A FEW DAYS I GOT MY HANDSET,NOW I AM FACING A NEW PROBLEM THAT WHILE MAKING A CALL THE HANDSET HANG UP AND IT AUTOMATICALLY SWITCH OFF,IT HAPPENS EVERYDAY FOUR TO FIVE TIMES,AND AFTER THE SOFTWARE UPDATION THE BATTERY BACK UP IS VERY POOR.

          I HAVE BOUGHT A DESKTOP FROM SOBTI COMPUTERS WITH MANUFACTURER WARRENTY. AFTER 15 DAYS IT WAS NOT WORKING AND THAN I SAID TO VINAYAK SOBTI AND HE SAID TO ME THAT IT WILLBE REPLACEMENT AFTER 10 DAYS BUT AFTER 4 MONTH THEY ARE NO ABLE TO REPLACE THE HARD DISK OF MY DESKTOP. THE SERVICE PROVIDE BY SOBTI COMPUTER PHAGHWARA IS VERY BAD IN THE WORLD. ACTUALY PEOPLE WHO ARE BELONGS FROMOTHER PLACES FOR STUDY IN PUNJAB THE WERE FACING SOME PROBLEM LIKE ME.

            We have purchased a TV “SAMSUNG LCD 2611” Model No. 26B350 from M/s Roopam Electronics, Medical square, Nagpur on 14.10.2009.
            In the initial period of purchase we have enjoyed the TV performance but after few months we have noticed some defects such as shrinking screen and appearance of black circles about 50 mm dia. The matter was complained to M/s Roopam Electronics vide complaint no. [protected] Dt. 20.12.2010. Dealer has sent a mechanic who after noticing the defects & told us to replace the screen which will cost Rs. 12000/- as warranty period has expired, he said the cost of repairing may be borne by the customer.
            I this connection, I would like to draw your kind attention that the defects are not developed due to mishandling or mistakes by us but it should be manufacturing defect. You will also agree that no body will purchase a TV for one year & you are also not manufacturing TV for one year service. It clearly indicates that the model has some manufacturing defects which infect studied seriously and correction may be added on your future production. If these types of complaints are spread over to market it may have adverse effect on your marketing and a bad name thereon.
            I am sure you will take the matter on priority basis.

                i am not satisfied with product
                I am too facing the same kind of problem (call drop within a minute while dialing or recieving ) and there is no satisfactory response from customer care. In pune they have only 3 to 4 service center . No service back up . With defective product and no customer complains resolution on time...time will be very near when they will out from market.

                  I would like to know if only Samsung earphones can only work with Samsung Wave 5250. Can any other brand do? Recently, the earphones that came with my samsung wave 525 stopped working. Hence, i bought a pair of normal headphones and try conecting it but they didnot work. I went to research the problem and i realised that the headphone jacks are totally different to the one i bought. Could that be the problem?
                  have purchased a Samsung Wave 525 4 months ago.
                  Last month I got an issue with the headphone jack. Only left of the earphone was working. I tried different earphones but same problem.
                  I went to the service center at Tardeo and the foolish person there told me that it could be a problem with Water-logging in charging slot?????
                  What the hell?? They did not even open the case of the phone and telling me that they "think" it might be because of water-logging.
                  and fools. They thought I am an to believe that water-logging in the charging slot will affect the head-phone's left ear. I am myself an engineer and very disappointed with this kind of service.

                  I am think top move away frm Samsung as its handset are having serious problems and the service centers are full of fools.
                  i am not alone in this world afta all eh
                  I bought Samsung Wave525 on December 15th 2011.

                  Suspected LCD Patch problem on 29th Dec 2011 and reported it to Anna Nagar Samsung Mobile Service Center.
                  This was my first disappointment. Withing couple-week-time got a problem with touch LCD.

                  At service center they told me, they will return the product by 2nd Jan 2012. But they didn't. When I asked, they told me "We cant do anything until the product arrives from main branch godown. You better come and collect it on 4th Jan 2012". When I arrived on Jan4th, they told me to come next day after making me wait for another 40min.

                  Very bad response and service from Samsung and its service centers.

                    I have a Samsung No Frost 330 lit fridge that is only 4 years old. But recently two of the three shelves (fibreplastic) inside the fridge cracked. Now they are so deeply cracked they cannot take any weight. So I have no place to put my food stuff in the fridge! It is over 2 weeks since I placed a complaint with the service centre (Bangalore). After a lot of calls/followups,. they finally informed me that Samsung has stopped making fridge shelves in the same size, so I have to throw away my functioning fridge and buy a new one which has different size of shelves!!
                    I am absolutely shocked at the callous attitude of the Company/ Service Centre. Imagine buying a new fridge because no replacements are available for broken shelves!
                    More than anything else, I don't know what to do. I have tried to get 'local' make shelves but it is not possible to get same size.
                    Please DO NOT buy Samsung products!!!

                      i strongly suggest not to buy any Electrical items from E-Zone ,because they usually make Fool of fellow Customers.
                      I had an Bizzare incident here as follows
                      i have purchased samsung led tv RS worth of 4o,ooo from e-zone rajajinagar branch bangalore I compared prices with major delears of same product there offering the same product for 35000 [inclusive of all taxes] i have showan to E-ZONE authorities about the difference they not only bothered to clarrify but behaved very rudly
                      they have taken more price of RS 4,500 than compare to other delears so they totally cheating and looting the customers

                          i purchased my Samsung 37" Lcd from noida on[protected] with S.No. 78332HQ400524 and now its LCD panel is damaged last year..as the LCD panel has leaked..we did compaint for the product and now they r telling us to purchase a new panel costing around Rs 22000/-. which is too high...As we are in shock that the leading LCD company in India products are not at all reliable as they do not last for even 2 years...and now even we have to buy a new LCD we will never go for Samsung and will also never recomend it to anybody else....

                            I am facing this problem since December'10. I visited Master Care service centre on December 29, 2010 to handover my mobile handset, as it was not getting on. However the same complaint is registered with Samsun Call Center with complaint no. [protected] & [protected].
                            It was told to me by the attendant that it's L4 type of problem and requires sending handset to head office for replacement of motherboard. It would take 20-25 days to return the handset. Service request was registered with work order no.MCL26582. I waited till 20th of January'11 and I registered a complaint with Samsung Call Center which is having complaint no. [protected]. Samsung call center asked me to get in touch with Area Manager, Vaibhav, M-[protected]. I approached him and he managed to deliver handset just in two days. I collected my hand set on January 24, 2011. I collected the handset without getting confirmed, if required spare parts are replaced or not. I was aware warranty period is getting over on January 30, 2011.
                            Therefore I requested Vaibhave to give me minimum 6 months extended warranty or at least spare part specific warranty. New replaced spare part may trouble after some time. But Vaibhav refused to give extended warranty.
                            My handset again faced similar problem on February 10th when I was in Delhi. So I again visited Master Care service Centre on February 14th, after having communication with Vaibhav. After getting confirmation from Vaibhav, Master Care Service Centre agreed to accept the hand set. This time I was conveyed by the attendant that mother board which was supposed to get replaced in December'10, was not replaced at that time. This time Master Care Service Centre registered work order no. MCL31038.
                            On February 19, 2011 I received call from Master Care Service Centre asking me to collect my handset. I visited the service centre on February 21st, to collect handset. I inquired, if the mother board - PBA board is replaced or not. They refused saying, hand set is out of warranty, and therefore they did not replace it.
                            I did not accept the handset and spoke with Vaibhav immediately. Vaibhave confirmed that software is upgraded without replacing motherboard and hand set is working. It means, mother board - PBA board was never replaced; in spite of the fault is diagnosed with such problem requiring to replace mother board / PBA board.
                            I again regiestered complaint with Samsung Call Centre wide complaint no. [protected]. Earlier I spoke with Ajit More about same problem but he also refused to help me. Ultimately I decided to approach Consumer Court as a last option, after getting confirmation that Samsung Call Centre cannot help me.
                            With this mail, I request you to take necessary action and provide assurance that ........
                            1) Mother board - PBA board of my hand set is replaced at the earliest
                            2) I will get at least six months warranty for replaced PBA Baord - Mother Board.
                            3) Rs. 5000 as compensation as Samsung Mobile Company is unable to resolve complaint for more than four months and it has harassed me and tortured me for want of problem resolved.
                            Enclosed are copies of Master Care Work Order no. and invoice for your reference.
                            Waiting for a positive response.
                            As per conference call initiated by Karishma on April 11th, 2011, I was directed to get in touch with Shoaib Shaikh to get the complaint resolved. But he again asked me to send him SMS to know about my mobile number and he would call me back by next day evening. Same sentence he told me on March 15th, 2011. Mr. Shaikh neither remembers complaint nor is he able to recognize.
                            However Shoaib Shaikh is also found to be irresponsible, useless and giving me false commitment. When I sent him below mentioned mail on 17th Mar, he promised to reply back by 19th Mar. But he did not.
                            I followed up with him on 21st Mar, he said by 23rd, I would get his reply. Again follow up with him on Mar 25th, he requested to wait till March 28th. Last morning I sent him SMS on his mobile, M[protected] and called him up in the evening but he again asked for time till today morning 11. Today its April 11, 2011 and neither he has replied on mail nor has he called up.
                            Why is hired for? Is not his duty to extend service to customer? He has been delaying and extending time lines without resolving the complaint. Does he have any intension to resolve the complaint?

                            i purchased one samsung galaxy mobile from saudi and the problem is that mother board(PBA)is not working.now iam in india and i purchased this mobile before one month .i need to replace the mother board in india with free of cost it is possible ? why this problem happends in samsung mobile without any fault ?

                            My Samsung Note 4 got dead after recent update which I got on my phone. It's not turning On, when I contacted to local service centre they are saying that Motherboard of your phone need to be change. I have come through a lots of such news that after getting recent defective update on Note 4 mobile phone stopped working. I need a proper reply that how can Motherboard of a phone got dead after an update sent by Samsung company. And I need a solution of this problem. I am very disappointed by this incident. I am a regular user of Samsung phones, I had Galaxy S2, Note 1 and now Note 4 but after this incident I lost my faith from Samsung. Please provide me a definite solution of this problem. I am desperately looking for a positive reply. Thanks

                              I purchased a air-conditioner on 15/04/2010 from Samsung India i logged a complain several times on the customer care number i was given the complain no -[protected] but my problem is not yet resolved ,they are visiting to my premises several time but still they do not solved my problem,my business is severely hampered due to this,i am facing this problem since September all the Samsung executives and work staffs are so ill-tempered and ill behaved.

                                Hi,

                                On Saturday I have booked refrigerator of Samsung ( for Rs. 21500/-).

                                After finalizing freeze, one lady came and said that ' we are sorry but new prices are came and we can not give at this price. CUrrent price is 24,000/.

                                After lot of discussion, they said that there is this model availble in store now... you have to purchase this displace piece.

                                Now after lot of frustation we finanlised this one with delivey on Sunday 6pm

                                I got call from one person at 7.30... today we can not give you as our agent in Octroi is not availble. You will get tomorrow at any time... and finalized at 8.30am

                                Till 11.00 there was not a single call from any one. When i called at ph [protected]... per person told that you will get delivery now...

                                Just a hopeless / worst service... suggested not to PURCHASE any thing from this mall...

                                  I have purchased a new Samsung Refrigerator - 345 Ltr S/S 35 BDPR from J.P Electronics , Borivali (W). Mumbai on 4 April 2011. The refrigerator was delivered on 8 April 2010 in a damaged condition , where the top plastic cover was cracked . In spite of repeated reminders to my dealer, my request to replace my refrigerator is not being heard and the dealers blame that the Samsung company for sending the damaged piece and the are helpless.

                                  Thank you for your kind words. An engineer did get in touch with me and surveyed the Refrigerator at my place and indicated the company will revert on the solution.

                                    We have purchased one Samsung washing machine ( Model - WA90 AWM ) from Vishal enterprise ( Samsung Authorized Dealer ) on dt.10.04.11. The dealer address as Berrys Plaza,11/A Shree Nagar Society, Akota,Baroda-390020. Ph[protected]. We had deposited amount of Rs. 17700/- vide receipt no.783 dt.09.04.11 in Vishal enterprise on dt.09.04.11 and goods delivered on 10.04.11. After deposited the money in Vishal Enterprise we came to know from our wishers the amt taken from us is higher side to compare other Samsung authorized dealer. Its vary Rs.400 to Rs.500/-. We ask for difference amount back to Vishal Enterprise. Accordingly we had visited show room on dt.10.04.11 morning 10.35 am before taking delivery. The Sales girl ( Khushbu ) agreed to back amount with delivery of washing machine which deliver about 12.30 pm on dt. 10.04.11 but about 11.05 am she rang up and refused to pay money difference amount back. We demanded if difference amt not refunded give us full amount back but they show rules which mentioned on receipt it was mentioned it is " NON REFUNDABLE " .. so we are helpless & with no interest we take delivery for the same...In future case we urge do not visit / purchase any Samsung item from Vishal Enterprise, Akota, Baroda.....

                                      Sir, I am having same problem with my cell phone since when I bought it. I have submitted it to the service centre at least 10 times, but still my cell phone is having same problem again and again. I am expecting a replacement of my cell phone and I got rid of that cell phone. Kindly consider the problem and do the necessary actions.

                                        non availability of spare parts
                                        I have purchased a samsung 21 slim model color TV in july 2008.I lodge a complaint having complaint no. [protected] in the month of february for non working of the television.An engineer visited and told that the IC No. 1215 is damanaged and assured us to repair the same and quote 500-600 rs. as repairing cost.I again logded complaint on 4th april 2011.But after calling again and again the engineer replied that the above said IC is not available in stock so I have to get change the whole mother board which costs around 2500/-.When I Talked to customer care they provide me the Number[protected] of Mr yogesh (Manager) -service centre-faridabad .But the telephone no. was out of service.When again i call to customer care they promised me to arrange a call back from service centre as they said that it is the service centre who will guide me .When i received a call back from service centre Ms. Indu told me that service centre has no resposiblity for the same and it is samsung india who will help me in this concern and gave me the Cotact no of Mr. Jitender(ASM-sales) [protected]).But still no satisfactory respose from any side.I want to know why i will pay Rs. 2500/- The fault is of samsung as the part is out of stock from their end.
