Sir,
I would like to bring into your notice that we are unable to do business if we are not given the main dealership of Hamirpur (HP). As we are struggling to get any profit given by the Main dealer who is supplying us all the Samsung product.
We have 1000sq.ft of area and we are exclusively doing Samsung product business in Hamirpur (H.P.) district. We are almost loosing our interest in this company as we are sub-dealer, we are not given proper share and respect. We tried to approach Mr.Bhut (regional manager in Chandigarh) but he doesnt even like to receive our phone calls. Several calls has been made in past yet we are not getting the proper business.
Despite the fact we sold the 1st 3D LCD in Himachal and did business of more then 30Lacs we are unable to retrieve any profit given the rates we are buying. No package were given and no incentives.
I am very sorry to say that till today we feel being deceive as we were given the commitment when we started this business.
Appreciate if the higher authority readings this message do as necessary as they can.
Otherwise we will have to stop doing business and look for other alternatives.

I have personally been put off by Samsung. They may have a nice line of televisions but their dealer margins are in effect 0%. For example as a non authorised dealer for Samsung we have to purchase our televisions from a reputable Audio visual wholesaler third party. The listed trade price including an immediate settlement discount of 3% with 205 UK VAT added comes to exactly the same retail price that John Lewis and other stores sell at. So in effect earning zero. In actual fact there is often a loss because the price does not include delivery cost to a dealer.
There is only one place to order wholesale in order to get a small profit and this is Euronics Or CIH a buying group which you have to buy into at upwards of 6k up front to become a member. This will gain you a small margin but even then you can be outsold online.
I have no interest in a manufactuer which prostitutes itself so carelessly in an already struggling market place and for me it de values the product, its branding and patronises not only the dealer but also the end user.
Its not just samsung although they are probably the worst of the bunch but also Panasonic and LG are not without blame.
It is a shame that because of this the knock on effect will be that high street retailers or independent stores will die off leaving only the faceless non supporting hands off Internet to purchase from and the customer to figure out how to install.

    Hello,

    I went through all Samsung website to give a feed back/ complaint about the Samsung GT-S3653 but there is no such option in Samsung main site. Finally I found this site to send my complaint but don't know whether this is relevant to you. If this is not relavant to you I kindly request you to forward this to Samsung head office.

    I've purchased this phone 6months back as I was tempted to buy because of the outer appearance I suppose. So far I have been using Nokia phones (which is the best now I realize) & this time I thought of going for a change as I thought its also a reputed brand. I regret about my decission as CORBY 3653 is a real pain! I hate it! because its not a user friendly phone, it erased all the contact details which I saved & many more. Also I really worried because I purchased this for my wives birthday & ultimately became no use of the gift.

    Therefore please do not cheat people by these kind of low quality products. NOKIA IS THE BEST!!

          Samsung SCH F339 mobile bought nearly an year ago stopped it's touch screen function rendering the phone unusable. Please help to resolve this. Thanks

          The mobile handset (Samsung Corby CDMA SCH F339) was purchased on 26th of June 2010, bearing serial No.:A000001E8A1DE4 and most of the time during the past one month it was observed that the handset was having call connecting problem. It required frequent power OFF/ON to make calls. The handset was submitted for updating the software at Samsung Service center but of no use. Now I had submitted it for replacement. Please tell me is there any option to get the money back, so that I can get rid of these samsung product stable.

            I had lost my mobile handset make samsung model E2152 on 23.12.2010. I have lodged a police complaint with the City Chowk Police Station on 25.12.2010 giving details scuh as called no., time and date of calling of 6 calls made from my lost handset. However, till date the lost handset could not be traced out. the IMEI No. is *3536 77/04/0680/3/2*

            My both cell nos. that were in the dual sim samsung mobile were restarted by the respective companies after doing the needful.

            Even after giving the details of the numbers called through my lost cell no. [protected] the police has not yet found the user of my lost handset.

            Please do the needful.

              The following are the facts related to the complaints:
              1.On8th of jan.,2011 Mr. Deepak Mishra of India today Book club/Bag It today has phoned me on my mobile [protected] and offered some tele purchase of certain items with an incentive of Free diamonds of weight 30 cents. I informed him to let me think on the subject and he should dial me after two hrs.
              2. At around 6 pm ,he has again dialed and lured me to go for the purchases and I accepted the offer valuing Rs.16,399/- and he was to supply me one camcorder: Brand SAMSUNG 12.6 mega pixel and one CD Player Brand Philips along with free supply of diamonds. The amount was paid by HDFC card ending with no.9154 on 8/1/11 itself. The merchant advice was sent by the supplier to my Bank on 11.01.11 and the same was debited to me.
              3. It is also committed that delivery shall be made by Blue dart courier or any reputed courier with a maximum 21 days on the address given by me which is as follows:

He offered me Samsung 32”LCD quoting Rs.32999/- when I give my consent he informed that this model is not in stock as such I have to go for another model: Samsung 32”,Giga Sound,5 series HD, which is for Rs.39999/- and offered 60 cent diamonds. I had no option except to accept the offer and payment of Rs.39999/- was made on the same day ie 08.01.11. The ID no. for this is[protected] Merchant has sent his advice and the amount was debited to my credit card which has been paid by me.
              5. I had made complaints and wanted to know the dispatch particulars. Following are the persons to whom I have talked.

              The complaint nos. are as follows:

              To utmost surprise of mine I was sent the 32”LCD Samsung 3C350 model having value of Rs.32999/- without any 60 cent diamond pack which was a committed free gift and also the free set top Box of airtel/ Tatasky, these things are mentioned in the bill issued to me along with the consignment. The no. of bill is TRNPL/DLI/10-11/180432 DATEED 29/01/11.I immediately lodged /contacted the bagit Today, of India Today Group on the nos[protected], and [protected].When I contacted on 9th of Feb. I was informed that they are arranging to pickup the wrong supply made to me through the same courier and amount will be refunded by the same time they were unable to tell me any thing about the first order.
              When I contacted on 1.th,Mr.praveen has made sorry and asked me to send the LCD back and then after 21 days they will release the payment in my credit card account have objected it as who is going to bear huge cost of courier and rather then giving credit in my credit card account they should refund the entire amount which in total for both the orders, by Demand draft payable at Jodhpur along with the interest, He has refused to do so and told me that his senior person will have a talk with me after one or one and half hour. Lateron Nobody has talked to me.
              Enjoying with the money, fraudently taken from the customers and not responding properly, appreciating the mistakes made by them is not at all acceptable from such a big group and highly unethical.
              I by this communication call upon you to refund the entire amount with [protected]@18%pa and advice your courier ARAMAX to lift the pack which you have sent me which is lying intact with me at my address within a period of three days from today and confirm on return mail Else a legal action shall be initiated against all the concerned and for the cost and consequences you all shall be held responsible.

                  The last I spoke to the CEO of letsbuy.com, I was told that the shipping for the stylus will start 31 January, 2011 and that you would source the Multimedia Dock from some other location. I am yet to receive the products.

                  Samsung anyways does not respond. Most horrible organization ... even after writing to the CEO they don't care.

                  Waiting for the delivery ... it has been 67 days since I placed the order. This is not acceptable.

                      with immense grief im writing this complaint .i puchased this mobile samsung SGH J 600 on jan 2008 . and after few months exactly on year end of 2008 i noticed that the phone ios blinking at times. and i noticed that the blinking has become more and more immense as time pass by . when i took the mobile to the service centre they said that the display bar( the magnetic bar inside the slide phone is cut off) even the camera shows lines on the images and display and since the phone was in a guarentee period i got it serviced . but later the similar complaint was occured months after that and i spent more than 500 rs for servicing . and i recently noticed that same thing is happenening again . i feel really ashamed to get one like thi s. samsung being a reputed company should nt dissapoint its customers by not providing the basic thing of a mobile . with the current expense in the entire thing is unaffordable for me to service it again . and again i like to say its such a shame

                        dear sirsand samsung management , now youll have seen for yourselves that they are still not giving me my mobile instrument and youll are also acting stingy and funny if youll are not able to give me my repaired instrument for so many days and months then it is your companys duty to give me a fresh instrument and it is worth only in a few thousand rupees and not in crores of rupees so why cant youll send me new piece as replacement and end the matter and i am so much upset that if youll dont send me new instrument at my residence i will go to consumer courts in india plus i will also give this matter in the news papers if i dont get my new instrument urgently now i will not accept my old instrument as time is over , thanks, jayant shah.                         dear sirs, it is very sad to know that i had given a samsung corby cdma model f339 purchased on 9/2/2011 and instrument of mine was given for repairs at your borivali west centre on 22/6/2011 and it was simple phone restart problem for which they said that they would have to send it to the factory but sir till today i am waiting for them to call me up to tell me that your phone has got repaired and phone has come so please collect it from borivali west outlet and sir my receipt no. is 21742 ie. work order no is mcb 21742 and if it is not possible for youll to repair it then please replace it with a new instrument at the earliest otherwise i will have to go to the consumer grievience cell since i suppose that i am being taken for a ride by your samsung service centre boriwali west , their phone nos. 28924300 and 28924301 are always kept engaged by them so i had to inform youll by email please get it delivered new piece if youll are unable to repair since i have waited for very long time and i have alkso given zerox copy of the invoice along with the complaint so please do the needful at the earliest or if i dont get my instrument at the earliest i wiull have to take shelter of consumer court , thanks, jayant shah [ mobile no.                           We bought samsung refrigetaor (ref RT41LSTS1) on 2/5 from Dawars Open world, M.G.F Plaza, Gurgaon in the name of Shilpy Singla (Chassis No. Id-2253123, 800524). It was delivered at our residence (h.no 904 A, sec 17B, Gurgaon) on 2/6 and after few minutes of delivery, we noticed dents on front door of the freezer door. It was communicated to Dawars executive the same time. Nobody came to see the fridge the same day and since then, we are calling samsung executives for replacement.
                          Earlier, we were assured that doors will be changed and then we were told that they will exchange the refrigerator but no nobody confirmed when.

                              I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG GT C3010 MOBILE ON NOV03,2010.AFTER 2 WEEKS THE CELL IS SWITCHED OFF AUTOMATICALLY IN MANY TIMES.                                 BEWARE OF RAJTRONICS in Bangalore.
                                The service is very pathetic. I booked a Washing machine a month ago and till date I did not get the delivery. Every time when I call their sales person Santhosh, I get the same reply that it will be delivered today or tomorrow. I don't know when that "tomorrow" comes !!
                                Finally today he said the model I have booked is defective from Samsung itself (model no : WF0602WKQ) and I cancelled the order; yet to get back my deposit money.
                                AVOID PURCHASE AT RAJTRONIS, BANGALORE. I have not seen such a worst dealer attitude towards customers.

                                Today I visited Rajtronics to book a refrigerator and the service was pathetic. The sales guy Santhosh who handles home-appliances was very pathetic in treating the customers. One has to run behind him to know the specifications and got fed up with the service. As usual he didnot tell the exact date of delivery and replied like it will come in next "few" days. The samsung dealer in Indiranagar gave a very nice response when I purchased TV and delivered immediately as promised. I wish not to visit Rajtronics again.
                                I have booked for a Microwave oven(paid full amount) for my friend in Rajtronics in the discount sale during diwali(unfortunately am an samsung employee) and they told the product will be delivered in max 15 days.but that didnt happen.I used to call santhosh the sales guy he used to say tommorrow they deliver the product.When i waited for a week calling him daily, he told stock is not there and then he told model is not available and extended for another week.
                                Finally they delivered the product which is latest model and the cost is less than the model i asked for.I dont have any other option to revert back(since i paid the entire amount)Finally i struggled to get the refund money after 10 days.
                                I have decided not to buy anything from Rajtronics and i wont suggest that for any of my friends even if we get descounts on that.
                                Am posting this mainly for the awarness and one should not suffer like me.

                                  I purchased the samsung mobile in the month of May-2010 model no.3310 and its is in the warranty period. Since last one & half months the handset is out of order and given for repairing in Th Micro Max Services (Samsung Gallary) at Near Prayag Building, Hari Niwas, Thane (W)
                                  First there was problem of speaker in the handset and given for repaing at the said gallary they took almost 20 days for repairing, then very next day there was problem in camera, again given for repairing and they again took 15 days for repairing and again there was problem the call use to cut after 2 seconds automatically then again given for repairng since last three days, this people told us that they will repair and give in evening but today 03 days has past but there is no response till now. Gallary people behaviour is like the M.D of the Samsung mobile. At last I decided to launch the complaint in Consumer Forum to take the action. As we had incurred the expenses more the Rs.600 in conveyance to go again and again besides this wastage of our precious time. As we are residing at Mumbra and my Son has to go there by living his collage and his studies asides.
                                  So its my humble request to kindly sort out my problem immediately without any further delay.

                                    I have filed a complaint #[protected] on Sunday, 6th February, 2011 at 13:55 hrs regarding my Samsung Microwave oven. Till now, (Wednesday, 9th February, 16:30 hrs) nobody has contacted me. I have called up the Samsung support call centre three times today (9th Feb) and every time there has been a different version given by the customer representatives.

                                    9th Feb, 12:59 PM - Gopi - Said the call has been assigned today only and someone will definitely contact you soon. When I asked for the contact number of the service center, he has given me numbers[protected] to[protected] which do not work.

                                    9th Feb, 13:30 PM - Prashanth - Said that the call has been assigned to S V Care. Somebody shall be contacting me soon. He gave me the numbers of S. V. Care[protected], [protected]) and contact person Mr. Srinivas. At the same time, he told me that he is escalating my case and there will be an early resolution by today.

                                    I called up SV Care and talked to Mr. Srinivas and to my utter surprise, found that they undertake only demo calls and do not do attend any service/repair calls. So, I called back again the support call center.

                                    9th Feb, 13:55 PM - Prashanth - Fortunately, I got the same person again. I told him that SV Care does not do service calls. He said, okay I'll change it to Samsung India Electronics India Ltd. situated at BTM Layout. This was the service center first referred to by Gopi. He told that the numbers are same (6659-5***). When I told him that the numbers do not exist, he assured me that there is no need to call the numbers because someone will definitely call me today only and my problem will be taken care of.

                                    Till now, no one has contacted me and I havea gut feeling that there is some problem at their service center end which they want to hide.

                                    To add salt to the wound, another pain is to get connected to the call center numbers. Even if you are lucky to get through, it is even more frustrating to wait for at least 15 minutes to reach the customer support representatives. I am sure this is a ploy to frustrate the customer so that he hangs up.

                                    I would like to put a strong note against Samsung customer support and service here. I have a Samsung TV, fridge and microwave oven at home. I am even more worried now thinking about the difficulty I have to face when one of those goes bad. I hope Samsung top management is aware of and understands the negative impact this poor after-sales-service is going to make on their business. Whatever happens, I am not going to purchase another Samsung product ever and strongly discourage all I know from buying Samsung products.

                                    I have mailed all these details to support.[protected]@samsung.com but with the kind of complains against Samsung service that I see on the internet, I really have a very little hope that this will make any difference. I hope all the top bosses of these so called big companies pay attention to these numerous complaints registered over the internet.

                                    Samsung — Poor After Sales Service Support

                                    This is regarding fridge I purchased for my parents few years back. Now my parents are facing issue in fridge (That is under warrantee period) since past 2 months. They have already complaint to near service center and respective dealer. After having so many calls, a service man came and did his job with assurance of quality work (we paid for his service even through fridge was in warrantee period). Within a week it started to show same symptoms and gave us a nightmare to call Samsung service center. Again after several calls, service center sent a poor skill service man without having proper equipments to work with. He opened fridge as per his wish and finally went with promise to come next day. But he has not turned up till now. We are constantly following Samsung service center and dealer, no fruitful results. We had purchased Samsung because of its brand value and after sales service support, but now feeling cheated.
                                    My parents are older and feeling difficult to manage with these peoples. I know how they are managing without fridge in this summer. Company has sold its product and do not want to show any responsibility for service. Even though we had made payments whatever we had asked for in name of service, yet waiting for getting our product work for us.
                                    My parents are old and having medical ailments. Even few of their medicines are required constant refrigeration. They cannot preserve food without fridge in this summer and also they are taking stale food to avoid wastage. Though fridge is in warrantee period hence company is obliged to support its product. If not, we request Samsung to refund money (Company can deduct money for our usages) so that we can switch to other reliable brand.

                                    Samsung India — poor after sale service

                                    I have purchased a samsung 21 slim model color TV in july 2008.I lodge a complaint having complaint no. [protected] for non working of the television.An engineer visited and assured us to repair the same and quote 500-600 rs. as repairing cost.But after calling again and again the engineer replied that the part is not available in stock so I have to get change the whole mother board which costs around 2500/-.I want to know why i will pay Rs. 2500/- The fault is of samsung as the part is out of stock from their end.

                                    I have bought Samsung AC around 10 months back but i am really sorry to say that your after sales services are pathetic.I have made free service requests at your customer care center for alteast 10-15 times but no body has turned up and also no body in your customer care bother whether free service request has been attended or completed or not.The service request details are mentioned below for your reference.Pls look in to the matter and support us as we want to continue our association with Samsung India.

                                    Exactly same kind of experience I also have faced with SAMSUNG service centers/after sales service in Kolkata.After 6 days of lodging a request, the air conditioner has not got installed...so poor show it was..more over the so called service engineers asked for an extra amount on top of what is supposed to be charged...like a beggar...you never believe that they also sub-contract the job to local electricians and earn money by sitting at home...SAMSUNG officials should pay attention to these incidents.

                                        This is in reference to the complaint number with Samsung Customer Care : [protected], which was made two weeks back for wall mounting the LCD TV is still unattended. I had purchased the LCD from Delhi and then I moved to Bangalore. I called the customer care to get the TV wall mounted for the very first time, but the service center reverted that they cannot get wall mounted kit in Bangalore as I purchased the set from Delhi. They also said that I need to go to Delhi service center to get the kit.
                                        I raised my concern with the customer care and they said it will done absolutely free of cost, but two weeks have passed and in spite of multiple calls to customer care my request still lies unattended.
                                        Its a kind request to solve the matter ASAP as I am really getting frustrated with the Samsung service quality.
