i have already sent an e-mail about my problem in samsung duos b5722,i m completely unsatisfied from urs products and from ur service centre,but no any action taken by urs any person of samsung cellphones,will never buy any type of samsung product and never recommended any of my relatives or frnds for any of samsung products,after this no action will be taken by u then i sall put my application in consumer court...

I had purchased Samsung Star Duos model no. 7722 on 7th Jan, 2011 from the retailer A.M.Square , address Shop No. 49, Heera Panna Shopping Centre, Haji Ali, Mumbai 26 .

I started facing problems in my Samsung mobile it switches off on its own . I went on Sat 15th Jan, 2011 to the shop A.M.Square and when he sold the mobile he said he was the Authorised Samsung dealer he refused to give me a replacement...

i've purchased a Samsung Galaxy 3 two months back,, during Diwali season..
i worked day & night hard to collect some cash so that i could buy myself some good handset,
used to see the ad on Tv and on newspaper about this mobile..
so thought it will be a good handset..
but now i feel like throwng this fone away...
its d worse fone ever... i could have bought a 1100 raher.

I would like to make a complaint regarding my lost mobile phone.

I lost my mobile phone while bus which started from chingrighata 10.00 am on January 5, 2011. When I got down at science city,kolkata,WB at 10.15 am I found my cell phone missing. Please find the details of the mobile phone below.

This is a worst customer experience we have ever faced when we booked a new refrigerator of Samsung RT-29 BDMS with Model No. RT-29BDPR from a local store in Kolkata on 11.01.2011 from REFCON , 232, RASH Behari Avenue,kolkata 70019.

The double door refrigerator is a damaged piece in which both doors are scracthed heavily that gives old look from the moment it was unpacked at our house.
we are cheated as always asked...

Would advise anyone seeing this not to buy any Samsung products. I bought a Samsung microwave last week and got a demo unit - was on the shop's shelves for the last few months I suspect. Also glass plate & rotating ring was missing from the unit. And that too I bought from a Samsung plaza which keeps only Samsung units and is supposed to be better than normal dealers.

I got my washing machine silver nano front loading three times repalcing all the parts except the cover in 3 years.With in the warranty two parts motor and panel and drum after 2 years.Thus the entire machine is defective.I have written to them for replacement of the machine which they have not done yet nor cared to reply.

My Samsung Mobile (Model- GT-E21201, IMEI No. [protected]) after 2 month’s of purchas i.e. on 08/07/10 was compelled to send your Service Centre at M/s Karuna Services Management Pvt. Ltd., 207, C.R. I am using Glaxay 3 since Oct-2010.I am NOT NOT happy with service.
I am on Vodafone network and my Galaxy3 is having call dropped issue.Once the call is dropped I cannot recieve call and reach any one for next 5-10 mins. Most upsetting part is ,If I try to reach someone the phone charges get billed even when the call is not connected.
