I had purchased an air conditioner on march 2010 from samsung company. The A/C is under 01 year warranty. For past 01 month the equipment is giving some abnormal noise. Since the A/c was under warranty i had called up samsung customer care for help. They had come to my home and removed the unit and said that the unit will be returned back with in 04 working days after repair. however the unit came back only after 10 days more over the problem has not been rectified. When i again called up the customer care, they told that they will be sending some technician to my place.It has been already 1 week, but no one has turned to my home yet. i have been repeatedly calling them for past a week but technicians are yet to come........
i am appending below the complaint number which was given to me by samsung

SAMSUNG SPLIT A.C. — DEFECTIVE PEACE

SIR, WE BAUGHT THE SAMSUNG SPLIT A/C FROM NEW RAJDEEP ELE., NARODA ROAD, AHMEDABAD ON 10/01/08, DUE TO WINTER WE STARTED THE A.C IN APRIL BUST AFTER ONE MONTH A/C WAS NOT WORKING WELL, WE COMPLAINED TO DEALER, AFTER FEW DAYS COMPANY'S MEN CAME, CHECK AND TOLD US THE RAJDEEP'S MEN DIDN'T INSTALLED WELL, AFTER TWO DAYS RAJDEEP'S MEN CAME, CHECK AND TOLD COMPANY'S MEN MADE SOME MISTAKE, ANY WE WILL COME TOMORROW, BUT THEN AFTER 3 MONTHS PASSED BUT DIDN'T CONSIDER ABOUT OUR COMPLAINTS AND NEGLECT OUR PHONE CALLS. WHATS GOING ON I COULDENT UNDERSTAND.

SAMSUNG SPLIT A.C. — no service received from company

I made a complaint for my split a.c. on 01/05/09 vide complaint no. [protected]. On 5/05/2009 company serviceman visited my office and service the machine, Ialso issue him a cheque of Rs. 442/- against that. He assures us that company engineer will visit you and refill the gas and charge for that. But no use. after numerious calls to complaint centre no response is coming from their side. Mr. Devashish superviser of servicecentere also confirm us yesterday that eng. will visit u tomorrow. But no use. Infact all the customercare executives and other staff also making harassment to us.

I approached to customer care of Samsung for technical support for my air conditioner,he replied me our men will be there before 8pm .But they never showed up .Still we are suffering in sizzling hot this year.

    I Kamlesh, got a Samsung Wave 723 Handset on November 17th, 2010 [17-11-10] IMEI: [protected]

    I was facing a problem of low volume on the outgoing voice, so I approached the nearest Samsung Mobile Service Center in Kalyan (Syndicate, Murbad Road Branch). Hardly 4-5 days had passed when I visited the branch.

    The people over there were very arrogant & ignorant towards me. They were proving me wrong all over the time. I remember a short guy/technician who was rude & he refused to check my handset for whats wrong. He just ended up saying that "You just cant get a replacement, the handset is all right."

    Out of embarrassment in front of all I had to leave that place at that instance. I had called Samsung Service Call-Center, from there I managed to get the number of the branch manager, but I found that number to be 'out of service'

    Later on I continued with my cell and the same problem followed me....
    But then I went to second Samsung Mobile Service Center in Kalyan itself (Rambaug, Kalyan)

    Mark my words they were a lot helpful, the technician had a keen look at my handset and told me that the cell is faulty and needs to be repaired. Finally after all the discussion they agreed to have my phone replaced. I even have the branch manger no. & I dont find any problems approaching him.

    Now the phone is under replacement process, though I am still awaiting for the new handset I have a positive hope & better relation with the Rambaug Branch people.

    Now what are my Concerns'
    1. Syndiacte branch people's behavior.
    2. If that guy(Syndicate branch technician) would have checked my handset there & then itself, the problem could have been solved with a day at that time.
    3. Syndicate Branch Manager's phone is 'Out of service'
    4. Will Samsung Mobile read this?
    5. Will they do the needful?
    6. Do you think this will help you'll get trust & good clients?
    7. Are you guys testing a customers patience & simply wasting his time/money/effort?????

    For any further things to be cleared from my side, it is easy to get back to me as my details will be highlighted on 30308282 helpline number.
    Waiting for replies of concerns.

    Also apologies if I was bad at writing things on web, but also understand I was forced to do so.

    Got a call from a Samsung Mobile Executive, was quite good. Hoping to receive my handset this weekend.
    We close this loop as soon as I receive my handset!

      Kindly help me to rectify my new samsung dualsim mobile GT-B7722 in which when bluetooth headset is used the receivers are hearing a low volume and service centre in nagercoil is not capable to rectify my complaint and unless trying to convince me by doing software installation for my complaint by MR.Immanuel who is also behaving like a govt clerical officer and service centre itself not satisfies the fullfillment
      even in receiving the customers and attending the queries and it is very poor in customer handling frontdesk and service attenders,kindly guide me to overcome my difficulty.

        I bought a Samsung B7610 Mobile phone from The Mobile Store, Hyderabad for a cost of 22.8K on 6th March 2010. The store sales person told that the set will be updated to Windows 6.5 within few hours after the sale is through. For one year I have been moving around the store and various samsung service centers to get the update in vain. I lost many precisous working hours of mine and also peace of mind as I got cheated.Samsung customer care center stopped picking my phone by making keeping my phone on hold whenever I call.

          I am having all electronic home appliances produced by ur company such as Air Conditioner, Fridge , and
          Washing machine. I have purchased the washing machine 9.2.2009 and it was working to the full satisfaction of my family. the A/C and Fridge are working in good manner. From y'day the water from the tap is reflected and it is leaky. I have contacted the service centre and they have sent a staff and i was told that the adaptor is to be replaced and this will not be availabel in his office and he has to purchase from outside market and he demanded Rs.110/ as Service Charges. I do not understand without doing solution to the fault how can i bear the service charges and I have refused and requested him to set right things and u
          may bill whatever as per company rules and i am ready to pay. he left my house. I do not kinw whether i can use the machine after clearing the fault and i have also requested to replace the filter instrument as the knob has been broken.
          Kindly instruct the staff to do the needfull at an early date.

            Mr Raman ( Contact No. [protected]) responsible for delivery of 6 balance Microwaves of corporate purchase for Ambuja Cement Ltd , 116 - Kunwar Complex, Civil Lines, Badaun Road, Bareilly to be distributed to already over Retailer conference is bluffing since past 5 days for delivery of said items.

            Someday he says that vehicle is standing at Aligarh. The other day he says he has delivered the material but unable to give details of delivery i.e Vehicle No., etc.

            20 days have elapsed and the conference is over. The persons who had to recieve the gifts are daily persuing & visiting for the same. It is really shameful on our part that we boast to be thorough professionals but when action is required we fail.

            I requested to him to get 6 pieces arranged from local Bareilly stockist but his reply was that we are out of stock.

            Since morning Mr Raman picked up phone once and promised to give details of delivery but after that he did not either respond nor is picking the phone.

            Such is the plight of a corporate purchaser when one relies on a brand like SAMSUNG. Hats off to the unprofessional and callous attitude.

                  Sir , nearly 3/4 months ago i purchased a samsung gt-b7722 mobile set but from the beginning it has been displaying a command "PAGE TOO LARGE" while trying in internet whether the page contains wallpapers or any document. Consequently , i informed the retailer , sales boy recruited by the company and rso and they took my set to the service centre at Silchar , Assam but authority there, rejected my complaint saying that i made it open because they got two screws tempered which is false you may investigate ground fact. Afterwards i came to know from some sources that such response from that service centre is not new.

                  Finding no other way out i am at your threshold. hope fully looking forward.

                  Dude I am faciing same problem in my handset too... This is generic problem, Dont know weather Samsung is doing Testing before Launching Handsets or not...

                  Another problem I am facing because this will very helpful whoever plans to buy a new 7722 handset : as well as company will provide another software handsets

                  --> Page is too Large (As a Result your phone will become restart)
                  --> While doing any busy Activity (As like Internet Browsing, Bluetooth Send/Receive Object, Gaming) if you get incoming call --> NONE OF KEYS (Incoming Call Accept key) will work --> I faced this problem most of the times. --> As a result I could't pickup incoming call
                  --> Sometimes Mic will become MUTE (Other sided Calle --> cant hear your voice)

                  Lot of buggy and stupid phone I purchased, Really felt bad, because still i m a fan of SAMSUNG Brand.
                  I am also facing same problem which was face by RUPAM SHARMA.while trying in internet whether the page contains wallpapers or any document. or trying to zooming any web page, it has been displaying a command "PAGE TOO LARGE, content can not be display properly"( zooming of web page are not possible) & task messanger shown colse all application. please help me.

                  I totally Agree with both of you. I am facing same problem. I believe none of the samsung technicians are experts to solve the problem. Samsung is deceiving the consumers. I think we all should go to consumer court.

                    My samsung C3010S mobile colour: Bronze Gold got stolen on 10.03.2011 around 9:00 PM at Adarsh Park, Bhiwandi. The mobile's IMEI no is 356104/03/633546/1 which was manufactured on Feb 2010 and purchased on March 2010. The police complaint was made for this was on 10.03.2011 at 10:30 PM at Nijampur Police station. Request you kindly block the mobile IMEI and Try to search it as soon as possible.....................

                      i have purchased a LED 32 inch TV on 2nd oct 2010 costing me 57,000/- . After 4 months some black spots appears on the panel . a complaint is registered with the dealer on 17/03/2011. latter to samsung service centre jaipur under complain no [protected]. nobody is responding positively . kindly suggest me the way so that we can resolve this problem.

                        I am having a Samsung employee mobile discount coupon of 25% off on Dealer's price. Samsung provides the list of samsung plazas where the coupon can be availed. One such plaza is

                        When I called them asked for the availability of the handset they told me that it is available but they will not accept the coupon. Although the shop is in the list provided by samsung.

                            sir I had given my mobile for repairing stating that the battery was not charging(given to mobile cool service Andheri(w)) the tecnician said that the pin was damged inside the charger socket and he told it will take Rs.280 as service charge I told my mobile is in gurantee period for which he replied that I have damaged the pin & i will have to pay for the same . I took my mobile on 07/03/2011 after he told it is repaired.On cheking my mobile that day the charger showed full battery but while charging it made a contious beep shound for which the tecnician told that it is beacuse the mobile is full charged and it is not taking further charge.
                            today on 09/03/2011 i started the mobile to charge. I m surprised to say the problem is the same as i had given before. this states that the mobile was not repaired and they had charged me for doing nothing.                               I have purchased one Samsung refrigerator from your dealer in Trivandrum, Kerala in 2003. I was proud of the equipment. But on early February 2011 it developed a complaint ie. Non cooling. The matter was bought to the notice of your authorized representative M/S Mereena Eletronics,T.C.28/986 (1), SWARA-46, Plamootil. House, Sreekandeswaram.Fort P.O,Trivandrum. Tel:[protected].They took nearly two weeks to send a technician to attend it. On[protected] they could attend and they changed the sensor. Even after this repair cooling was not proper. Again they were contacted .After several days strenuous hard work, we are fortunate to get the technician. They took the fridge to the store on[protected] for observation and repair. Our repeated efforts to contact your authorized representative came fruitful only on[protected]. The reply we got made us flabbergasted. The reply was “This fridge cannot be repaired”.how do you respond to this answer?
                              I think the above narration clearly describe the ordeal that has to be faced by a consumer of “Samsung refrigerator “. The feed back given by your representative that “we have a whole lot of complaint to attend“ also suggest that your quality is inferior.
                              Now, you may please inform us whether the life of your refrigerator is only 8 years?
                              You may also please inform us whether your after sale support is able to do anything in this matter.

Invoice/D.C. no.:CHQ/008748.Date 15/01/2011 for Rs.21000.I was taken an additional Rs.2000 for installation.Charging 10% of the cost of the ac for installation is certainly on the higher side.Just 01 month after the installation the cooling in the ac stopped. when contacted the dealer the same installation person was send for repair.On checking we were told as the ac was not switched on for 1 month the gas had leaked out!!!!Which means if we go on a vacation for 1 month we wil have to refill the gas.I do not think a company of samsungs reputation wil be making such low grade ac's.The person claiming to be samsungs agent is a certain fraud supported by the showroom.It is requested the company looks into the matter seriously and gives the customers good,efficient and honest service.
                                Being a defence person i expect transparency in matters.I do hope the company pays heed to this complaint and acts at the earliest.

                                  Re : Malfunctioning of Samsung Galaxy S I9000 Mobile Phone

                                  I purchased from your showroom one Samsung Galaxy S I9000 vide your invoice no VLP 120341 dated 14 th Dec 2010 costing Rs31000. Since the mobile was not recognized when connected to PC for data transfer, I approached Samsung Service centre @ Hilife Mall Santacruz East. They were not in a position to diagnose the problem; they directed me to get in touch with their Service station @ Khira nagar Santacruz


                                  I had been to the Khira nagar service centre on 24th Dec 2011 , I was told that they need to download the Android 2.2 and I was asked to leave the piece with them and come after an hour. When I returned they told me that they could not download as there was problem with mother board. I was informed by their service head Mr Agnel Xavier that it needs to be replaced & he would be arranging in a couple of days for the replacement.


                                  Since I did not hear from Mr Xavier for the past 3 days, today with great difficulty I could reach him in the afternoon and he informed me he would arrange the refund and that it would take 40-45 days for replacement. It is totally unprofessional way of dealing with the customer and I would not like to wait that long and hence request you to refund the money.



                                  So, I lodged my complaint on December 27, 2010 with Sony Money , Vileparle / Mr Agnel Xavier Samsung Service @ Khira nagar ( mobile [protected]) / Mr Sohib , Samsung Customer Zonal Head ( mobile : [protected] ) and none of them bothered to either replace the piece or refund the money and it is over 3 months since I am stuck with the useless piece. Incidentally I learn that Samsung has discontinued this model and both Xavier & Sohib are avoiding my call



                                  Seek your intervention to get my money back with 16% interest and any redressal as you deem fit, , for delaying the refund and for Samsung’s don’t care approach

                                  Samsung Galaxy Si9000 — Phone not repaired since 1 month now

                                  My name is Sushil Thukral. I had purchased Galaxy S i9000 from Planet M Amar Colony Centre last July, Everything was working fine till the One Year Warranty Period by Samsung. Second year warranty has been given by Planet M.
                                  Around 3rd September I found that my phone is getting switched off on its own, so I thought to contact the Service people of Planet M since the second year warranty has started. I have handled the phone to Planet M guys on 5th September 2011 .
                                  I received the phone after 20 days, again after 3 days same problem started, I gave it again to Planet M. It was last to last wednesday that is 28th September I gave the phone to them and after that I am mailing and trying to talk to them continuously but there is no reply from them about the status of the phone.

                                  Sumit from Planet M is not picking the phone and when I met him he said " mere paas chattis sau customero kay phone aate hain, wo mere upar hai main kiska phone uthaoon kiska nahin". This is the attitude of this man.

                                  I want to put a complaint on them since these people are acting too smart and dont feel customer is anything.
                                  This complaint is against Planet M, not Samsung. Those are the people who have kept the phone for more than a month now.

                                    I had bought my wave 525 during diwali last year and one month after my purchase the os crashed automatically when i disconnected the mobile from my pc. When i gave for service i also complained about poor network reception and on checking the service people told me that some chip has been damaged and so we have to replace it. I got back my phone after a week or two. Next i started having problems with the music player. Whenever i listen to music over headphones the phone automatically calls the first contact found on the log. One more problem was when i set a different theme downloaded from Samsung Apps and try to return to my default theme it gets messed up and looks ugly. When i went to complain about this the service store people say that u will have to come in the morning as the the engineer who is supposed to deal with such problems has left. This happed more several times. I am a college student and i reach home only around 5 30 while the service centre is supposed to close by 6 30. I lost my patience recently and complained this problem over the email provided on the packing and demanded for replacement and now i am not getting any response from the company's side. Please help...

                                        Hi I have purchased one samsung LCV TV -series 5 full HD from Basudev electronics, Balasore, Orissa-PIN-756001. After 2-3 months the picture was not coming. When we contacted them they told the lcd panel was not working. They took it and after some repairing gave me back. It was working ok after that but giving problems some times. Suddenly one day the pictures are not coming. When we contacted the shop they sent an engineer from samsung. That engineer told that the lcd panel is not working. We told this problem had happened after 2 to 3 months of purchase and it has happened now. They took the lcd tv with them for repairing. As the purchase has passed little more than one year now they are saying we have pay full price of the reparing which includes new lcd panel cost + their charges. We know the warranty was for one year but as I given nearly 50 thousands for this tv and the same problem happened after 2-3 months of purchase so we requested them to consider this case. But they said we will not help and even u complain in any consumer court u will not get any help as the one year warranty has expired. We asked them what is the warranty they will give for this new lcd panel and they told one month. Which we found very surprising. Now our options are two

                                        either take the tv by paying the total repiring cost and pray this kind of problem not happen again

                                        or do not bring the uncertainty, instead go for a new one from different brand.

                                        Can you guide me what to do. As it is very painfull that I paid such a huge amount for something which is stopped functioning quickly.
