I THINK MY DECISION FOR PURCHASING SAMSUNG LCD 32' WAS WRONG ......

    I was purchased Dwel SIM card Moble Handset - Model No.C3212 from Nakshtra Telecom, Karjat, Dist-Raigad on 16.3.10 IMEL No.[protected] which is under warranttee. Now this handset automatic shutdown after finished the carging capacity. The same have been delivered to OM Telecom Services, Kalyan who is authorised Service Centre for repairing but they have refused to take with comments that out side repair. If my handset is under warrantte period and there were no phyical damage then why this service centre mentioned from Out side repair & informed repiaring charges @ of Rs.2,600/-

    This is my complaint that this handset is automatic shutdown before Warranttee period then why am I not getting satisfactory reponse from your serivce centre. I have tried to contact to the customer serice since morning today but line is constnatly busy. When customer serivce is attend the phone without complaint line is disconnected 3-4 times. and able to logged the complaint.

    Request you to kindly attend my complaint and instruct to the customer serivce centre to repair my handset without charge amount as the hand-set is still under warranttee period.

    Await your prompt response immediately.

      i had bought samsung champ mobile 4 months before..
      But now i am terribly disappointed with the handset.Within 4 months the phone had damaged for 4 times..I had given the phone to samsung service center for repair.But after each service the problem still remains and new new problem arises..the service center officials are very irresponsible and show arrogant attitude towards us ...No one is professionally trained there and no one knows nothing.The phone is showing lot of errors from 1weeks after the phone had been bought...
      they serviced my phone..But the error was not fully rectified.
      After that my phone had no sound ..Then also i had given it to the service center...They serviced my phone and given back to me after 20 days.But there is a problem. Its camera is not working..When enquirer ed they are telling some non logical answers.After 2 weeks they given back the phone.But its camera and sound quality had gone out..After one week that problem still came ...I had mailed you many times but you wont reply me satisfactorily.2 months out of 4months the phone was in service center .... So please replace my phone or refund the amount back...please reply me.

      Hi,

      I got Samsung Grand in the month of JULY 2013 which was the
      biggest disaster. I started calling and logging complaint from the month of
      September though it was an Rs20000 new phone. Only and only problem with phone
      is Battery drain, Heating issue and Hang issue. I am going to mention few dates
      and my experience with Customer care and Samsung Service Centre. Details are as
      follow.


      Samsung Reference# [protected]

      18th Sept 2013- Called 3 times to address my issue and for
      replacement

      23rd Oct 2013- Called
      to address my issue again.

      23rd Feb 2013- Called to address my issue again and to know
      the location of service centre

      28th Feb 2014- Visited or got my phone back from Repair
      centre with one more issue that phone vibration was not working.

      07th March 2014- Called back to report vibration not
      working.

      11th March 2014-Visited or got my phone back from Repair
      centre. After repair I was facing same issue. My issue still being unresolved.

      19th March 2014- Called back to report all the
      same issues with my phone and escalate this is to highest level but customer
      care and service centre convinced me to go back to service centre for the last
      time.

      1st April 2014- Visited or got my phone back from
      Repair centre. I started facing same issue again.

      10th April 2014- Again called to report my
      concern. Finally speaking to care team asked for replacement. Care team said
      they need 24hrs for reply from concern dept.

      11th April 2014- No reply from Samsung called
      twice with no outcome.

      After escalation with Samsung and going to Samsung service
      centre 3 time for the same problem, the only solution they gave me 3 months
      warranty extension or told me to get the phone for the 4th time for
      same issue.

      I am looking forward for Phone replacement. If I don’t get
      any solution or positive response from Samsung very soon, I am going to file
      complaint in Consumer court, Police station and all possible highest
      escalation.

        I have purchansed an 1 ton Split AC of Samsung in the month of Mar'10 ,1 month the AC works fine & then I facing cooling problem for which I have made the complaint on their customer care no[protected] after that an excutive visited at our residence & told that there was an leakage which he repair & again refil the gas,but after a month same problem again arise,it happen 2-3 times till Dec'10,but Jan'11 we again face the same problem without using the AC single day,technician visit & told that one of the part of the AC would be replaced ,I ask him don't replace the part replace the AC because it is in warrenty period, he ask us to make an compalint on call center ,we made the same 4 times (Compalint No [protected]) during the month but no on visited us.Now if the AC is not replaced I going to file a consumer ccases against the Company.

          I am a resident of sector 93, Noida, UP. I had purchased a samsung led screen model PX2370 retail price Rs. 14,800 for my computer on November 24th 2010 from a samsung dealer Silicon Impex Pvt. Ltd. in Nehru Place, New Delhi.
          After bringing it back home i tried hooking it up to my PC and the screen would only work in VGA mode and was not working in DVI or HDMI modes which any screen should. Instead of going all the way to Nehru Place again i decided to get the screen replaced by calling up samsung customer care.
          A representative from samsung visited my place in a couple of days and after checking the screen took a xerox copy of the bill and said he will put my screen in for replacement.

          After almost 2 months after making a lot of phone calls the people from samsung finally sent another representative with a screen but to my surprise it was a completely different screen P2370MS which is a much older and cheaper model. i called up the person i was communicating since so many days and told him that they had sent me a totally different screen. At that time he told me to send the guy back but then later he tells me that their system says that both the screens are the same.

          This person who is handling the replacement of my screen has absolutely no knowledge of the samsung products currently available in the market. He told me to send in a copy of the invoice again but i keep getting calls from different representatives who say things like "the screen we sent you is as good as yours" or some other line trying to convince me to accept a screen of much inferior quality as a replacement.
          I am really disgusted and disturbed by this ever so lacking customer care service where the people handling replacement have absolutely no knowledge of the products.
          I am attaching a copy of my invoice.

          I really need help.

            I had purchased Samsung GT C3222 on 25 Dec 2010. The handset started showing problem of auto charging which i showed to the Service Center. The phone was under I year warranty. The executives said that its due to water logging, but it has never been the case. Still i got the Charging point changed for Rs 350/- on 22 Jan 2011. After a week on 29 Jan 2011 the handset has again started the same problem. The executives are again saying to get it changed again and the warranty has ended according to them because of watter logging.There are other problems related to mobile phone software also which are arising again.               OUR FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST 5 DAYS AND WE HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT ON 27.1.11, MORNING. THE COMPLAINT NUMBER IS [protected].                 I purchase a samsung mobile from kendrapara. This mobile is not working properly i give to samsung servicing center in kendrapara but the servicing center do not give service properly. What I do !
                i gave my samsung gt-c5212i on the 21st day of april 2012, and today is 8th of may, still my mobile is not serviced properly, this is the fourth time i'm coming to this service centre. i spend 200rs per visit to the service centre and half of my day is wasted, i really am fed up with the answer given by the staff here, my contact number is [protected], please do the needful in this regard...

                  Hi All,

                  I bought a Samsung LED TV few months before. It worked only for a month. It will get switched off frequently. You will never know when it will get switched off and on. I have raised a complaint and the BP no is [protected].

                  For past two months, I have this problem and the service rep has visited my place 5+ times and still not able to resolve this problem. I have asked for a replacement or money back still they don't response properly and trying to replace the parts again. I am really frustrated and regret buying Samsung LED TV as I am not able to watch any TV program after buying this worst Samsung LED TV for high price compared to all other brands.

                  Please please don't buy Samsung products. Horrible after sales service and the worst product in the world.

                    Respected Sir;
                    I have received an default email in the name of Samsung India Ltd. from "[protected]@rediffmail.com Hitendra Verma Assistant HR" calling me for an interview on 7/02/11 and to deposit Rs 8850/- as a refundable deposit in the account number[protected] of Global bank in favour of Sunil Yadav.
                    On reading the mail I called on the number[protected] & [protected] given in the said mail as there is no branch of Global bank. He therefore replied to deposit the amount in the account number [protected] of Sunil Yadav, Branch Indirapuram, State bank of India.
                    I have deposited the amount on 25/01/11 and send them the scan copy of "Pay In Slip" to the email address [protected]@samsungindia.com as given in the letter. After this I called several times on the above two telephone numbers but they were switched off till now.
                    The email which I send to [protected]@samsungindia.com has been returned undelivered and no futher communication is received from them. It leads to feel me that they have cheated & frauded me.

                    Samsung India — Poor service & fraud by the company

                    Dear Sir,

                    I had purchased a Samsung CRT TV- Model 29K44 in june 2008. After One month it went down. I complained 7 the service personnel came changed ome part called 'Diode' in it & it worked. Now after 1 year it again went down in the first week of Aug 09. We booked the complaint no-[protected] on 10th Aug after which the service personnel came & told us that the 'Diode' connected in the TV is not the original one & of wrong voltage range, which might has damaged the other components . He changed the diode the next day but still the problem was there then after & days he comes with an IC. changes it & says that problem is still there , he cannot understand, & told to send the TV to repair centre.We did it. We received the TV after 10 days in working condition , but the personnel who delivered the TV said that not to keep the TV in 'Standby Mode' as it is not good. Feeling suspiciuous when i came in the evening i made it to standby & found that it was not stable & getting ON itself . Also i found that the TV was not having the most popular DNIe technology of Samsung which was missing. i called samsung technical team & found that the 'easyview ' functions were also missing. From that day I am complaining regularly to SAMSUNG & the callcentre says that it would be rectified next day but no one from Samsung even cals us . It has been more than 3 weeks I had been complaining after the repair not no one listeneing. One thing when the Samsung delivered the TV after repair we had not paid on account of wrong Diode installed as was commited by the Samsung Technician. But what Samsung did was a fraud. Had I paid for the repair I would be in big Loss. I hope after writing this here I would be heard . & my problem would be solved by Samsung.

                    I have purchased one C TV model No21A730.M/s. Patra Electronics, Jayashree Plaza, Cuttack vide receipt No.3150 datd.7.2.09 but iam unfortunate while a member of a Samsung. As my tv is a trouble on 7.9.09 and your service personal came to my residence on the same day and after change of some of parts and spares the tv is OK. again on 10.9.09 the said tv is deed and after contact to the service center the service personal come to my residence on 11.9.09 and said that the tv may be sent to service center on 13.9.09 for necessary repair. When i feel that within a period 5 months the tv is deed and in future i.e. after the warranty what is the fate of the tv. I returned the tv to the delar on 11.9.09 and requested for change of new one. After laps of 15 days no respond from your service center nor from the delar.Request to interven other wise i forgate the purchase of the tv. I mention here that I have also purchased one LCD 22 of samsumg made which is no trouble for the same the samsung welcomes to me as a member of the samsung family. Expidite the soluation. Thanking you.
                    I fully agree. Samsung has the worst an the inefficient service . Their service people are all frauds and not talented to tackle the problem. I am facing a similar situation with my microwave.

                      I bought a Galaxy tab from Ezone comos mall. Same story. After almost a month I have not received the freebies which was included in the 36k billing which was promised to be in within 7 days.

                      The EZONE and SAMSUNG service and customer care are useless and not responsive. One contact from SAMSUNG MR Sriram to deal with this issue is un professional, always says i will mail you all the details in 15 minutes and call you back in 5 minutes. This he did it to me for the past one month and for more than 5 times. I am ok if they can explanin why the delay/ issue. But thery are non commited, no explanation and do not care about the customer experience or feeling.
                      I need think hard to buy anything from EZONE or SAMSUNG. Simple: I would not buy anything of SAMSUNG or EZONE.

                      Can SAMSUNG or EZONE.
                      Resolve this Issue for their own good?
                      Sam sung Galaxy tab: a very poor experience, Within 15 Days the battery started giving away all of a sudden. From 87% Charged it would go to low battery alarm and within seconds go off completely. 36K set was sent to the service center and they agreed that the battery was faulty. Now they are planning to give me a new unit but once burnt my mind says no no. Also the price has been brought down to 26K. Poor Show Samsuing.

                            I bought Samsung television from Esquire Electronics Meerut (UP) on 26th Mar 2008. I was then transferred to bhatinda Army Cantt - and here I started to observe that the colours on the side of the screen were strange and not coordinated. I the looked up the service centers in Punjab and found Adev Electronics in Bhatinda. I was asked to bring the TV to the service center and was told that there would be an upfront fee for openig the TV to check - I was then told that the picture tube was spoiled. I cannot understand HOW the picture tube can go bad in just 2 years of purchase. I barely use the television for 2-3 hrs a day at a maximum. I can only think of the reason to be faulty quality procedure and this TV piece being certified as 'OK' without all checks - perhaps I was at the receiving end of this by getting poor quality television. And this was not a cheap TV - we don't buy televisions every few years.

                                i am purchase samsang guru dual 35 from shubham marketing udaipur on dated 28/11/2010,but after 45 days the screen is automatically broken i give the complant to the samsang customer care jodhpur but they refuse that the screen is not broken automatically that is broken by the reason of mobile down on the surface but i m not satisfaied from this answer because if the screen is broken by this reason the body of mobile is also damage or got the scratch on the outer but if you see the outer of moble that is in prefect manner so this is requested that please give me some ideal way to to resolve my problem so that i continue enjoy the serveice of samsang mobile.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I purchased the mobile dtd. 20.6.10 but after four months mother board became faulty. I went to service center they changed the board in a span time of 1 month, but after 2 days i was facing same issue, then again i reached the sevice center. I requested them to give new replacement, then they gave me the area manager's number.

                                  In repair & maintainance service center i wasted almost three months period. After communiction with area manager Mr.Manish he promised me to change this piece. But after one month when i go to collect the piece they forwarded me the same old piece & they are telling me this model has been stopped being produced.

                                  I call to Mr.Manish & reminded him that time what he had told me earlier that if the company stops the production of this pieces then they will give us a choice to pick new one series.

                                  He told me that he call back with one hour but now he is not responding.

                                    I BROUGHT NEW DVD PLAYER SAMSUNG MODEL C460 FROM SHAH SHOP ANNA NAGAR BRANCH CHENNAI ON NOVEMBER 26 2010.FROM DAY ONE OF BUYING ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY I INFORM CUSTOMER CARE.THEYWANT ME TO APPLY LENS CLEANER FOR MY NEW DVD PLAYER BY THE TECHNICAL TEAM. EVEN AFTER THAT ITS NOT WORKING AFTER MY REPEAT CALL THEY SAID ITS DVD DISC FAULT.I TRY WITH MULTIPLE DISC ITS NOT WORKING .FINALLY CUSTOMER CARE REGISTER THE COMPLAINT ON26/12/2010.CUSTOMER SREVICE PERSON CAME TWO DAYS LATTER AND CHECH THE DVD PLAYER AND SAID ITS DEFECTIVE MODEL AND THEY WANT TO CHANGE HARDWARE.THEY SAID THEY REPLACE THE HARDWARE ON 17/01/2011.FROM DAY 17TH JANUARY I AM CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY REPLIED BY TELLING THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WILL COME TODAY AND REPLACE THE HARDWARE INSIDE DVD PLAER.EVERY DAY I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY REPEAT THE SAME ANSWER .I MADE COMPLAINT TO THE SERVICE MANAGER.STILL BY THIS DATE 25/01/2011 THEY HAVENT TURNOUT AND THEY OFFER POOR SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER AND GIVING FALSE REPLY TO THE CUSTOMERS.I WANT THESE PEOPLE TO TEACH A LESSON FOR NOT GIVING PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SELLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS FOR THE CUSTOMER.MY COMPLAINT REGISTRATION NUMBER IS [protected] ON 26/12/2010.STILL FROM THAT DATE I AM CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES AND PROVIDE POOR SERVICE

                                      I bought Samsung Galaxy 3 on 2nd Dec, 2010. But it started giving problems just after 2 weeks of its purchase. The problem which I faced was that it was unable to produce any sound nor it was taking any input of sound. Its been 40 days since I deposited my handset in service centre and I have still not got any resolution. Following are the dates are communication which I had with Samsung Service Centre regarding my mobile:

                                      15th Dec, 2010: Handset started giving problem of sound. In a way, it became deaf and dumb.

                                      16th Dec, 2010: I submitted the handset (along with battery) in Faridabad Service Centre (Life Line Solutions, SCO – 101, Sector – 16, Faridabad). They asked for 1 week time to repair it.

                                      23rd Dec, 2010: I called the service centre and asked for my mobile, but they said that motherboard of the handset need to be changed and they don’t have it in their stock. Hence they asked me to wait till 25th Dec, 2010.

                                      27th Dec, 2010: I again called service centre and they told that it can not be repaired as the required part is not available yet. They said that I will get a cheque of the amount mentioned in the mobile bill.

                                      28th Dec, 2010: I talked to Mr. Gaurav Kapoor (Haryana Service Head) at his mobile no. [protected]. He talked to the owner of Sector 16, Faridabad Service Centre and assured me that I will get the cheque in 15 days.

                                      29th Dec, 2010: The owner of Service Centre called me and confirmed that I will get the cheque in 15 days from today.

                                      12th Jan, 2011: I called the service centre and asked about the cheque, they told that it hasn’t arrived yet and will take 1 more week time. After my request, he said that he will try to get it till 15th Jan, 2011.

                                      15th Jan, 2011: He said it could not get it today and will get it surely on 18th Jan, 2011.

                                      18th Jan, 2011: I again called the Service Center but got the same reply that it is not ready yet. Same day I called Mr. Gaurav and asked for the solution. He talked to the owner of Service Center and told me that this case will be surely closed before this weekend (i.e. 22nd Jan, 2011).

                                      22nd Jan, 2011: I visited the Service Center but still the same reply that cheque isn’t ready yet. I called Mr. Gaurav multiple times but he didn’t received the call. Later in the evening, he called me and told that on Monday, I will get the cheque or at max on Tuesday.

                                      25th Jan, 2011: I called the Service Center and they told me that no cheque has arrived yet and none will come before 10th Feb, 2011. I called Mr. Gaurav and again he gave me a date. He said I will get it on 27th Jan, 2011.


                                      After seeing the quality of Samsung products and delays in services, I have completely lost mys trust on Samsung Products and Services. I am sure I will not get the cheque even on 27th Jan, 2011. Please help me to get this problem solved. This has been like a mental harassment since more than a month and still I don’t see any resolution.
                                      People like Gaurav represent bad image of a company. After reading this i lost my trust on samsung products.
                                      Good phone BAD SERVICE.
                                      Service negligence on like these are unacceptable with the customers, in a way it will hamper the Company's Reputation at a large scale. It becomes imperative for the authorities to look into the matter ASAP. I have personally lost confidence on Samsung products now.

                                        I have bought a mobile set of samsung company model 3303. on 16 Sept.2010. after few days there was a problem occurs in it. At that time its key set don't works properly.
                                        i went to customer care centre in chandighar in 22 sector. they told me that your mobile set will be changed and we will give you new handset in a week. but three months passes they don't give me my phone back rather they behave me rudely. Then i went to chandighar customer care centre sector 41. and complained for my hand set. they also do not do anything for me. in my next round they said me that your handset will be provided in some days. but i don't found any relaxation.I am still wondering for my hand setr. This is limit for me. Now i will go to “Consumer court” if they don't give my handset back in best condition. Kindly do something fat

                                        Samsung Mobile — DEFAULT SET

                                        I had purchased SAMSUNG moble no.SCH-C160 on 6.12.2008 but giving problem since June 2009. On 7th July 09 I have submitted the Mobile at their Cervice Centre at Vikar Marg. They told me that it will take one month time. After one month I visited Service Centre and they again told me that come after 10-15 days. After 15 days when I visited the said shop my surprised that said service centre has been closed. After that I have contacted Samsung Head Office and informed about the same. They also informed that your mobile will be repaired within 15 days. After that I contacted again their office and talked with Ms. Rinki Negi (Mobile No. [protected]) and she told me that send me Job Sheet. I forwarded her at OPS.[protected]@accordccs.com and confirmed from her. Again I contacted at Phone No. 46592853 and asked about my phone set but nobody is giving the response.

                                        Please help.
