problem in replacement

Warranty not honoured by Company

Purchased Semsung Mobile wave 5253 on 4 Dec 2010 from Moble store (Code 1414) of Pacific mall Vaishali.
On 20 Dec 2010 i used headset and found that there is no sound when headphone is taken out. I took an early leave from office and went to shopkeeper. He told that he is not responsible for warranty and i have to approach to Semsung customer care.

poor microwave product quality and long service time

I had bought a samsung grill model microwave around 3 months back. The machine suddenly started to malfunction. When i contacted the samsung call center , the service person came and told that the microwave board has gone wrong and that it needs to be replaced. The time he told was 1 week just to get the replacement board. It is very annoying that a new microwave has malfunctioned and it takes samsung a weeks time to get the board replaced....

Horrible Service

And In service center there is no proper response from any of their staff. They are asking for Bill to repair my mobile where as I have warranty card which is not being accepted by them..
