now in hubli i given complaint last one month gone but not responce us simply said that we are sending tommrow,today . but still they dont come to my residents and not rectyfy the washing machine this is the bad manners of your company showing how to we wash the cloth in our buisy time my complaint no 10494

    Before the Consumer Complaints Cell

    Sub: Total failure of Samsung TFT Monitor within six months from
    the date of purchase – Dirty, irresponsible approach from the
    retailer and Customer care unit-reg
    Ref: Purchase receipt dated 04.08.2010 from M/s.Gloria systems
    Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram

    I have purchased one no.B1930, 18.5 “ TFT monitor (Model No. LS 1 8PUYKFLXL) from your retailer M/s.Gloria systems at Pattom, in Thiruvananthapuram of Kerala on 04.08.2010. On 11.02.2011, within six months from the date of purchase of the materials, the monitor totally failured. On the same day itself, I brought this to the notice of the retailer. On 14.02.2011, again I have reminded the retailer. On 15.02.2011, once again I contacted the retailer and they have simply washed out their hands by giving the toll free number of Samsung customer care. On 15.02.2011 morning itself I contacted the customer care on toll free number ([protected]) and registered the complaint (Complaint no.[protected]). At 11.00 clock on 15.01.2011, the executive from Samsung Customer care at Trivandrum contacted me and asked some more details. He promised me to send the technician on the day itself. On 16.2.2011 and 17.02.2011, I have called to the office of Retailer and Samsung Customer Care. Only on 22.2.2011 a technician from M/s.Samsung Customer care attended the fault and informed me that the SMPS of the Monitor is failured. He promised me to replace the SMPS within three days. But it is very regret to say that thing has happened till this time. A customer who has purchased a Samsung product by spending money and suffers this much is never affordable. This is all over the violation of all rights of the customer. The company m/s.Samsung is neglecting and avoiding all request and rights of the customer. They wants only to sell their materials and never wants to give the supporting service to the customer. The customer who have once purchased a Samsung product will never turn to buy a Samsung product next time. The approach is so irritating and worst. I have no words to explain this very bad and dirty approach of M/s.Samsung. It is not at all advisable to anybody to buy a Samsung product. Hoping a immediate response.

      Dear sir,

      I have M-519 model hand set, suddenly the mobile phone mike is not working, i went to nearest service center at ameerpet on[protected]. They said that, the mike is not working right now it is not available. Then i called after 7 days they said no. I am waiting past one month. Still they dont have the spares about the model M-519.
      IT IS UNDER WARRETY , HOW MANY DAYS KEPT MY MOBILE LIKE THIS.

        Dear Sir,

        We have been launch a complaint regarding our 29" inched ultra slim color television samsung tv on customer care department dated :- 25/11/2010 and complaint no.[protected] after that service engineer
        came to my home and pick the board of television with our sign but still ! samsung india cutomer care department as well as service engineer Mr. Mazhar Khan is not providing service always they are giving us
        a diplomatic answer when we went to service centre then service center answered that your television board is not repairable and we will charge Rs. 1850/- for replacement of your board then we would like to sea our board then they are denied and says our executive is not here and he carrying that board when he will be back we will return your board after 2 hour again we went to service center then service center returning the board which was not belongs to our television and we did not accept that board and mailed to support.[protected]@samsung.com with complaint number.

        Now! we are frustrated from samsung and no body is being responsible for our complaint and no one is giving us answer where is our board and how can be our television repairable. Please help us.

            This is complaint regarding a very bad experience everytime with the samsung electronics india ltd service centre located at kurla west ,lbs rd,opp naaz hotel.
            My complaint no is [protected].
            i had requested for quotation of power supply unit and mother board for my plasma tv which i got after many days and that too constantly calling at customer care for more than 8 to 10 times in 3 to 4 days.
            Somehow they send me the quotation as if they have done such a big thing for their customer and Mr Sameer from service dept commited me that the part will be available in 2 days.
            After all false n untruthfull commitments from service dept i m still waiting for for my plasma to get it repaired.
            I requested to talk to service area manager Mr. Pramad pawar but hte customer care people didnt let me to talk to him and every time they give excuse that he is in meeting or he is not in office.

            I really everytime had a bad experience with this service peoples from kurla branch and everytime there is long delay for all customer request.

            I really want someone to pls take a better action against this company as they are running a service dept with some great irresponsible management peoples.

            We had purchased your MODEL NO C100F 28 LTRS Microwave Convection Oven from SAMSUNG Digitalall, home Navrangpura, Ahmedabad 38009 on 9/07/2003 for Rs. 13, 750/-

            The oven has been giving problems (every monsoon and at other times) on a regular basis and we have been calling the Samsung service Engineers occasionally to get the oven repaired. During the last few years, we have also made payment to Samsung in order to replace the PCB.

            Our Microwave Oven has been out of order since the last few months. We have made complaints about the same and the recent complaint number is [protected]. During a recent visit of your service engineer we were informed that the specific model has ceased to exist and that the Samsung would compensate for the amount spent on the oven. However it was insisted that a copy of Invoice would be necessary.

            Please note that as a practice, we do not file and maintain Invoices of purchases being made by us and it would be impossible to furnish the specific Invoice to you. We are however sure that you will be able to relate to the purchase made by us on the basis of details of cheque payment details provided above.

            Under the circumstances, we find the DEMAND made by SAMSUNG personnel’s as preposterous and unreasonable. This is particularly keeping in mind that we purchased the equipment from Samsung Plaza, your own authorized network and the equipment and the details of the equipment are there for you to see. Also Samsung officials have regularly attended our complaint in the past and there has never been an issue of our specific Micro-wave oven being not an original piece.

            We are of the opinion that Samsung is trying to absolve itself from its responsibilities by making such an unreasonable demand.


            Having gone through case studies eulogizing the success of SAMSUNG in the Microwave Oven market, I am amazed at your business practice and the behavior of the Company.

            We also regret to note that due to very busy telephone lines we are unable to contact your service centre in spite of repeated calls made to them and not receiving any response from them as the telephone lines are continuously engaged.

            We request your action immediately.

            i purchased an side bi side handle refrigerator from your sirsa (haryana) dealer M/S SHAKTI ELECTRONICS model RS21HNTPN of rs 53700/- on 22/5/2011
            on the same day i complained to same dealer as both the handles of refrigerator were found dented, after 4 to 5 days person from service centre visited and i was told that these dents are not due to negligence in handling, but these are provided by companies fror gripping.
            how can he be so lier ?
            after that i made complaint again and again at ur toll free number, but still my problem is being unsolved.

            after going such bad experience by ur company i will never think of buying any other samsung product

              there no response of costumer care regarding mobile phone
              I had tried so many times the only ans our executive are busy
              Why u have consumer service i[censored] no suficient executive

              Samsung India — No Response from Customer Care

              I did a huge mistake by purchasing a samsumg product (2 Ton Split AC).

              The cooling assembly of the indoor unit is leaking.

              I lodged a service request with your call centre vide BP No [protected] on 18 Apr 2010. Till date there has been no response on the complaint and samsung does not even care whether the service request has been addressed or not.

              The call centre people do not even forward the calls / escalate the call to a superior executive so that problem can be resolved.

              WHY ARE YOU HARRASSING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS.
              WE HAVE COMMITTED NO CRIME BY PURCHASING A SAMSUNG PRODUCT.
              IF THIS IS HOW YOUR RESPONSE IS SUPPOSED TO BE YOU WILL LOOSE A CUSTOMER FOR EVER IF THAT MEANS ANYTHING TO YOU.

              but my complanit did not get response .sir, now i repeated the same trouble complaint on 11.2-2011, and after10-12 days an engineer came and after checking the fault i was imposed the estimate penalty of Rs.55000-00 to change part of the LED.sir, pls.look into the matter and help me if you beleive in GOD/ISHWAR/KHUDA.

                I have purchased one LED TV of SUMSUNG from Sanjeev K & Company 83, the mall shimla-HP on 21-feb-11. Bill no. 437. Ph no.[protected]. The shopkeeper offer me free one DTH and write the Sr. no and Secret code no on the bill. But at time of installation of DHT team asked me for hard copy of Voucher. I had said him above mentioned dealer is not give the same then they said we are helpless to installation the DTH . I asked from above mention dealer he said we are not provide the hard copy to you. So I request to please lookinto the meter other I have only only one option to file the same case in consumer court .

                I have purchased one samsung galaxy tab2 p3100 bill no. 21954 dated 22.08.2012 imei no. 352373/05/565135/5 from R.K.Mobile world S.C.O. 461-62, sector-35 C Chandigarh. ph.n [protected], [protected] . the shopkeeper told me the price of tab is 18900/- which i will paid to him by cash but when i asked him for the free bluetooth then he said if i will pay him 1000/- rupees more then he will give the bluetooth otherwise not. but today when i try the rate of this samsung galaxy tab 2 from another shop then i will know that the price of tab is same but i have to submit detail of purchase on net, and when i do this then this show that my imei no. is already used by someone else.

                So I request you to please look into the matter otherwise I have only only one option to file the same case in consumer court .

                    Sir I have purchased a samsung washing machine from your authoirsed dealer in Chittoor Andhra Pradesh on 24.02.2011(Thursday) bearing m. no WA82AS2 and I am aware that they there is a chance of decrease in the excise duty in the coming budget ie 28.02.2011 and the dealer have promised us the service personnel will be visiting my residence on 25.02.2011 ie Friday and this person visited our residence and the plumbing work will be finished with 5 minutes and he said he will back within 10 minutes and he never turned back or he responded to our calls. Usually my wife visits temple every friday I request you service personnel to give some sort of intimation or responded to the calls so that we can plan our schedule It is not proper on company rep. but did not turnup aT LEAST SEND HIM ON SUNDAY (27.02.2011) So that feel somesort of relief by his presence regd demo

                        I Have Purchased A New Samsung Mobile - Galaxy 3 And Having A Problem From The First Day Itself. I Have Gone To A Samsung Gallery On 9th Day As I Was Not Having Time To Solve My Problem. My Problem Was
                        1) Battery Getting Low Very Fast In The Normal Usage
                        2) Majority Times I Cannot Hear Voice Of The Caller Person
                        3) Many Times I Cannot Disconnect My Call As It Hangs And Have To Switch-Off My Mobile To Disconnect The Call
                        4) My Simcard Got Corrupted 2 Times Within This 8 Days And I Have To Replaced My Simcards
                        5) Many A Times Function Of This Mobile Hangs And It Does Not Work Properly
                        6) Sometimes Mobile Restarts Automatically
                        As I Have Gone To Samsung Gallery And They Said Me That It Is A Major Problem And Have To Replace The Whole Board . My Question Is That Why Should I Replace The Parts In My New Mobile. I Want A New Replaced Handset. As I Have Already Paid A Huge Amount For This Handset, Its Cost Rs. 11500/-. I HAve Paid Amount For My Fresh One then Why Should I Get Repaied For My New Handset.

                          Samsung's 3D LED TV does not work without blue ray 3D player and Samsung never discloses this fact until you buy the TV. After persistent attempt to get samsung to explain why my 3D feature is not working and pleaded them to give me 3D demo, Samsung informs me that 3D does not work with blue ray 3D player,which would cost you another 25 thousand on top of 130K for the TV. Another socking reveleation is blue ray player cannot play normal DVD with same clarity, it is only compatible to blue ray CD and it means I have to maintain 2 CD players one is Blue ray and other one in normal DVD player.

                          I have checked everywhere none of the dealers mention and clarifies to the customer and this is a pure case of misleading and Fraudulent information.


                          Also depth of 3D image is as good as nothing when I convert 2D to 3D.

                          Now my LED 3D is as good as normal TV.

                            Greetings !!

                            I have Purchased a Samsung-LCD TV in the month of November and after two months in February it has stopped working the power of TV is off and switch on problem is there.I have talked to my local retailer but he said that i have register your cpmplaint in the Samsung but they are taking time of a week kindly explain me that any electroic good or products complaint will take the time of a week is it true ??? can be possible ??

                            I have register my complaint on[protected] and today this is[protected] still no any response from the company you see how the things are radiculous in this globalised age.

                            It was in my opinion that in this cyber age any consumer complaint can be rectify in next 24hours through the regional service centres.

                            I just want to reverse my TV or get back a fresh Television set of the same model.

                            Kindly do the needful.

                            I empathize with your problem, as I am facing a similar situation with my Sony LCD TV.
                            Looks like these companies lure you into buying their products and then turn their back on you after you have spend so much of money on their product. They don't care of their brand quality and customer satisfaction.

                            And also, it looks to me that even consumer court complaints like this serve no help to us, common people.

                            It is time some action is enforced for the benefit of the consumer.

                              I purchased Sumsung mobile from a mobile shop located in Paladi Ahamedabd,
                              after the purchased of mobile it hanged twice only after the day of the purchase. i report to dealer and he repair and said it will not happen again otherwise i will change it. now it again haapened on the next day but dealer is not replacing the set and also asking for to go to samsung outlet.
                              please suggest me what should i do .

                                I have purchase a samsung corby colour GTS-3653 after 8 Month i felt in my mobile there is some hang problem & Dictionary application is not open properly i went to service center in BAPUJI Nager in SMART Services but i am very disappoint with thier services because when they received the mobile they said tomorrow you will received it but after two days they didn't do anything for my mobile So i completely said that DON'T PURCHASE SAMSUNG MOBILE ONLY PURCHASE ONLY NOKIA "

                                  i want tell u that Samsung corby plus on sunday (30jan2011). it get infected by virus on tuesday (1 febuarary 2011). i imediately go to my nearest service center of Samsung
                                  in ashok viharin deep market at 6:00pm. they said we try to solve the problem by upgrading the software and told me that u should confirm about your on next afternoon. Next day i call at 1:30pm they said that we have to change its motherboard it took 10 days to 1 week. after passing the 1 week i call it again they said we are trying it ,it took 1week after that passing a week i listen same thing of 1 week from then and it finally took 3 weeks but their is the same old respones from them. now i hope that u take my complaint seriously.if you didnt give a reply in a week . ON the very first day of march i will file a case against u in consumer court. i hope u does not want to take that chance to happen that thing .please reply me on my number mentioned below.

                                    My phone (Samsung Metro S5200) gets restarted constantly within some time. I had given it for servicing twice in 1 week but still the same result. They are not listening to the problem and simply formatting the cell and giving back which is yielding no result. Please forward my complaint to samsung mobiles so that I can get my phone repaired nicely.

                                      I have purchased Samsung Led Tv from Reliance digital Banjara Hills, HYDERABAD on 5th Feb 2011. As per the scheme I was to get DISHTV HD Connection by paying Rs 750 for installation. I was told that it will take a week for the Dishtv installation. But, I came to know on 12th Feb that they were giving a voucher for the connection. THis itself was a surprise as I was told the connection in a week. Having got the voucher with voucher no[protected], I booked for the installation by calling[protected]. Till this date the installation is not complete. I have contacted Samsung support, but they have been pushing the problem to DishTv. I contacted DisTv on [protected]@dishtv.in . They promptly called me each time I sent a mail. But, the service was not delivered as per the promise. Currently DishTv not responding back with prompt phoning and also delivering the service. Nobody caring to the Samsung promise of HD DishTv connection free.

                                      I have purchase LED TV in month of first week of April 2011. I as i have been promise to givbe dish tv card but till date i have not yet recived from samsung authority.

                                        TRIP OFF, NO INCOMING RING SPEAKER NOT WORKING ANY HOW WITH THE HELP OFF CUSTOMER CARE I COULD FIND SERVICE CENTER WHO ACCEPTED THIS SET FOR RECTIFICATION ON 12-10-10.TILL TODAY AFTER ALMOST 4 MONTHS I AM NOT ABLE TO GET MY SET.ON 2-02-11 SINGHWANI TELECOM THE SERVICE CENTER IS TELLING ME THAT PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE WITH COMPANY AND THER IS NO CHANCE TO GET RECTIFIED SO KINDLY SHOW ME WAY TO GET IT DONE

                                        5560 — Poor Service

                                        Rudra Parajuli from Nepal Pokhara city. Iam using 5560 samsung screentouch mobile but after 8 months within waranty period i face problem on my cell, it's ear speaker not workong, sometime get hanged and i show it to to authorise samsung mobile service center at pokhara Blue-ray mobile service center and i get it after one and half month working properly but again after two month same problem raise and again i gave it to same service center but this time my waranty period of one year is finished and one month became i didn't get my mobile this time that service center said that ur display not working, screen touch not working it will take time service center says but at the time when i gave my mobile to repair only ear speaker problem was there so please follow this mater seriously so that i may be satisfied costumer o[censored]r brand
