sir, i have purchased a samsung gt c3010 mobile phone on 04.11.2010. after 2 weeks my cell phone is switched off automatically. so i took the phone to samsung service centre in maharajanagar. they tell me "the mother board is damaged. we will replace it sir. please come after one week ". i go after one week, but my phone is not ready. after one month the service man call me . then i go and regained my cell phone. but the mother board version in my cell phone is wrong. they took my new version mother board and replace the old version samsung gt c3010 mother board. what is it sir? are u cheating me. i am so defeated against your work sir. please help me.................................................................................

RESPECTED SIR.
I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG GT C3010 MOBILE ON NOV03,2010.AFTER 2 WEEKS THE CELL IS SWITCHED OFF AUTOMATICALLY IN MANY TIMES. SO I GIVE THE MOBILE FOR SERVICE IN POWER ELECTRONICS, Authorized Samsung Service Center, Maharajanagar, Tirunelveli-627 004. THE SERVICE MAN SAYS THE MOTHER BOARD IS REPAIR. COME AFTER ONE WEEK AND RECEIVE YOUR MOBILE. BUT THE MOBILE WAS RETURNED TO MY HAND AFTER ONE MONTH. MY MOBILE IS WORKING GOOD. BUT I CHECKING THE MOTHER BOARD VERSION IT IS OLD. THE SERVICE MAN CHANGES MY MOTHER BOARD AND REPLACE THE OLD VERSION MOTHER BOARD. WHAT IS IT SIR? I AM VERY DEFEATETED FOR UR WORK. SIR.     BEWARE OF RAJTRONICS in Bangalore.
    The service is very pathetic. I booked a Washing machine a month ago and till date I did not get the delivery. Every time when I call their sales person Santhosh, I get the same reply that it will be delivered today or tomorrow. I don't know when that "tomorrow" comes !!
    Finally today he said the model I have booked is defective from Samsung itself (model no : WF0602WKQ) and I cancelled the order; yet to get back my deposit money.
    AVOID PURCHASE AT RAJTRONIS, BANGALORE. I have not seen such a worst dealer attitude towards customers.
    They take you for a ride...

    Today I visited Rajtronics to book a refrigerator and the service was pathetic. The sales guy Santhosh who handles home-appliances was very pathetic in treating the customers. One has to run behind him to know the specifications and got fed up with the service. As usual he didnot tell the exact date of delivery and replied like it will come in next "few" days. The samsung dealer in Indiranagar gave a very nice response when I purchased TV and delivered immediately as promised. I wish not to visit Rajtronics again.
    I have booked for a Microwave oven(paid full amount) for my friend in Rajtronics in the discount sale during diwali(unfortunately am an samsung employee) and they told the product will be delivered in max 15 days.but that didnt happen.I used to call santhosh the sales guy he used to say tommorrow they deliver the product.When i waited for a week calling him daily, he told stock is not there and then he told model is not available and extended for another week.
    Finally they delivered the product which is latest model and the cost is less than the model i asked for.I dont have any other option to revert back(since i paid the entire amount)Finally i struggled to get the refund money after 10 days.
    I have decided not to buy anything from Rajtronics and i wont suggest that for any of my friends even if we get descounts on that.
    Am posting this mainly for the awarness and one should not suffer like me.

      I purchased the samsung mobile in the month of May-2010 model no.3310 and its is in the warranty period. Since last one & half months the handset is out of order and given for repairing in Th Micro Max Services (Samsung Gallary) at Near Prayag Building, Hari Niwas, Thane (W)
      First there was problem of speaker in the handset and given for repaing at the said gallary they took almost 20 days for repairing, then very next day there was problem in camera, again given for repairing and they again took 15 days for repairing and again there was problem the call use to cut after 2 seconds automatically then again given for repairng since last three days, this people told us that they will repair and give in evening but today 03 days has past but there is no response till now. Gallary people behaviour is like the M.D of the Samsung mobile. At last I decided to launch the complaint in Consumer Forum to take the action. As we had incurred the expenses more the Rs.600 in conveyance to go again and again besides this wastage of our precious time. As we are residing at Mumbra and my Son has to go there by living his collage and his studies asides.
      So its my humble request to kindly sort out my problem immediately without any further delay.

      I have given my mobile handset on 24/7/2010 at Borivali (west), Samsung service centre. Till today I have not received any phone call. Whenever I call up they tell me We will ring your up within 10 mins. On 7.8.10 female staff called me after 1 hour and informed me it will take more 15 days, motherboard problem is there. First I was being told Ic has gone and now this is the reason.

        I have filed a complaint #[protected] on Sunday, 6th February, 2011 at 13:55 hrs regarding my Samsung Microwave oven. Till now, (Wednesday, 9th February, 16:30 hrs) nobody has contacted me. I have called up the Samsung support call centre three times today (9th Feb) and every time there has been a different version given by the customer representatives.

        9th Feb, 12:59 PM - Gopi - Said the call has been assigned today only and someone will definitely contact you soon. When I asked for the contact number of the service center, he has given me numbers[protected] to[protected] which do not work.

        9th Feb, 13:30 PM - Prashanth - Said that the call has been assigned to S V Care. Somebody shall be contacting me soon. He gave me the numbers of S. V. Care[protected], [protected]) and contact person Mr. Srinivas. At the same time, he told me that he is escalating my case and there will be an early resolution by today.

        I called up SV Care and talked to Mr. Srinivas and to my utter surprise, found that they undertake only demo calls and do not do attend any service/repair calls. So, I called back again the support call center.

        9th Feb, 13:55 PM - Prashanth - Fortunately, I got the same person again. I told him that SV Care does not do service calls. He said, okay I'll change it to Samsung India Electronics India Ltd. situated at BTM Layout. This was the service center first referred to by Gopi. He told that the numbers are same (6659-5***). When I told him that the numbers do not exist, he assured me that there is no need to call the numbers because someone will definitely call me today only and my problem will be taken care of.

        Till now, no one has contacted me and I havea gut feeling that there is some problem at their service center end which they want to hide.

        To add salt to the wound, another pain is to get connected to the call center numbers. Even if you are lucky to get through, it is even more frustrating to wait for at least 15 minutes to reach the customer support representatives. I am sure this is a ploy to frustrate the customer so that he hangs up.

        I would like to put a strong note against Samsung customer support and service here. I have a Samsung TV, fridge and microwave oven at home. I am even more worried now thinking about the difficulty I have to face when one of those goes bad. I hope Samsung top management is aware of and understands the negative impact this poor after-sales-service is going to make on their business. Whatever happens, I am not going to purchase another Samsung product ever and strongly discourage all I know from buying Samsung products.

        I have mailed all these details to support.[protected]@samsung.com but with the kind of complains against Samsung service that I see on the internet, I really have a very little hope that this will make any difference. I hope all the top bosses of these so called big companies pay attention to these numerous complaints registered over the internet.

        Samsung — Poor After Sales Service Support

        (Samsung Fridge, double Door, Invoice No: 1536, Dated: 29.Apr.2006, SoldTo: Gyanendra Kumar Arya, Mobile: [protected])

        This is regarding fridge I purchased for my parents few years back. Now my parents are facing issue in fridge (That is under warrantee period) since past 2 months. They have already complaint to near service center and respective dealer. After having so many calls, a service man came and did his job with assurance of quality work (we paid for his service even through fridge was in warrantee period). Within a week it started to show same symptoms and gave us a nightmare to call Samsung service center. Again after several calls, service center sent a poor skill service man without having proper equipments to work with. He opened fridge as per his wish and finally went with promise to come next day. But he has not turned up till now. We are constantly following Samsung service center and dealer, no fruitful results. We had purchased Samsung because of its brand value and after sales service support, but now feeling cheated.
        My parents are older and feeling difficult to manage with these peoples. I know how they are managing without fridge in this summer. Company has sold its product and do not want to show any responsibility for service. Even though we had made payments whatever we had asked for in name of service, yet waiting for getting our product work for us.
        My parents are old and having medical ailments. Even few of their medicines are required constant refrigeration. They cannot preserve food without fridge in this summer and also they are taking stale food to avoid wastage. Though fridge is in warrantee period hence company is obliged to support its product. If not, we request Samsung to refund money (Company can deduct money for our usages) so that we can switch to other reliable brand.

        Samsung India — poor after sale service

        I have purchased a samsung 21 slim model color TV in july 2008.I lodge a complaint having complaint no. [protected] for non working of the television.An engineer visited and assured us to repair the same and quote 500-600 rs. as repairing cost.But after calling again and again the engineer replied that the part is not available in stock so I have to get change the whole mother board which costs around 2500/-.I want to know why i will pay Rs. 2500/- The fault is of samsung as the part is out of stock from their end.

        Exactly same kind of experience I also have faced with SAMSUNG service centers/after sales service in Kolkata.After 6 days of lodging a request, the air conditioner has not got installed...so poor show it was..more over the so called service engineers asked for an extra amount on top of what is supposed to be charged...like a beggar...you never believe that they also sub-contract the job to local electricians and earn money by sitting at home...SAMSUNG officials should pay attention to these incidents.

            This is in reference to the complaint number with Samsung Customer Care : [protected], which was made two weeks back for wall mounting the LCD TV is still unattended. I had purchased the LCD from Delhi and then I moved to Bangalore. I called the customer care to get the TV wall mounted for the very first time, but the service center reverted that they cannot get wall mounted kit in Bangalore as I purchased the set from Delhi. They also said that I need to go to Delhi service center to get the kit.
            I raised my concern with the customer care and they said it will done absolutely free of cost, but two weeks have passed and in spite of multiple calls to customer care my request still lies unattended.
            Its a kind request to solve the matter ASAP as I am really getting frustrated with the Samsung service quality.

              I have purchase SAMSUNG Wave II,on 9th,Jan-2011 so i used hardly 15 to 20 days i am getting lot of problem in this handset first hanging issue then bluetooth problem then touch penal problem finally we handed over to Mobile world samsung authorised service provider center basheerbagh at Hyderabad.I contact to service center but no body is bother in this mater,i corresponded lot of mails but customer care pepole not responding to my mail. Its already one week over, and finally we dicided to put it in google site, face book & all social networking site & electronics media & consumer court also not to buy this samsung products as this is the worst product in india. we will share this mail to every body as much as possible. We want to replace the mobile immediately or refund the money immediately.

                08/02/2011

                SUB: Complaint against BISMI APPLIANCES,Cochin, SAMSUNG DEALERS

                During the exhibiton VANITHA UTSAV conducted at Ernakulam 2011 I had booked for an A/C and part advance payment was made. The shopper BISMI APPLIANCES, Kaloor failed to deliver the goods on due date. Morover on 8/2/2011, four days after due date they send the equipment through some autowallahs who didnot know who would install it. The shopkeeper wanted immediate payment whereas the original agreement was payment including all installation charges. Whe we pointed this out he took the goods back without even refunding the advance. This type of behaviour from a shopkeeper is not becoming. In future i shall see that no SAMSUNG product is recommended to anybody as they are not trustworthy. In any future exhibitons i shall highlight my experience in the stalls unless suitable remedial action is taken against BISMI APPLIANCES and my complaint is not redressed to my entire satisfaction.

                    I would like to express my disappointment with having purchased a product from a company that does not offer support. I bought a Samsung Chat 3353 at the audiotech South Motibagh New Delhi on 14-jan 2011. From day one the bluetooth receiver in the handset was not working properly i did Master reset as per the guidance of Dealer and Customer care of samsung ,after doing that it was receiving the files but that too takes time as i was not having time to submit the device in the service centre,i called service centre numbers which is received from your customer care there i had word with Mr shabeer alam he ask me to visit the service centre. on 29-jan-2011 i visited the service centre of lajpat nagar there i submitted the phone,service centre people upgraded the software of the Device,after doing that action still the bluetooth problem was there,ultimately it was told me to kept the device for replacing the MotherBoard as it was not only 15 days where i was facing this issue.

                    Earlier i was using Sony Ericsson handset i have never ever faced any issue like this,even we are using Nokia handset and their replacement policy is to Excellent as compare to samsung,samsung people are Biggest Chitters in mobile network.....they do not believe in customer Service,they believing customer harrasement.....

                    Samsung — Replacement of Mobile phone

                    I purchased a mobile phone model no SGH-J700 bearing EMI no 359913/01/754532/9 vide invoice no 17010 dated 21/05/08 from M/s Gift & Greet Chandigarh. I started haveing trouble with the phone after 3 months. The same was sent to Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd Cabin No 2 first floor, Sco No[protected], sector 22-b Chandigarh on 27/09/08 vide work order no Wa08I 0270039. But Today I recieved back the phone after nearly One month saying that it has been repaired but on checking it the phone had not been repaired.The phone once again has been given back to Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd Cabin No 2 sco no[protected] sector 22-b chandigarh.I would request that the phone be replaced with a new phone and save me from harrasment.

                    I recently bought a samsung CDMA SCH-F 679 from K.K. Communications, Varanasai. This was in Nov'08. The problem is that time and again, the call gets disconnected after a min or so, for both incoming and outgoing. The phone is in the warranty period but the shop refuses to take it back for repair or exchange it for another set.
                    This has been quite problamatic and i will request you to look into the matter and suggest a way out.

                    I definitely agree with the above complaints. I also one of the victim of defective workmanship of Samsung India Mobile. But I will suggest that like me, all should file cases in Consumer Court. I will bet, you must will get relief, as consumer court is the only forum where a is protected from Consumer exploitation. It costs nothing, just expenses are very nominal. Be courageous. Fight back the cheaters and exploiters.
                    I Brough samsung Omani on dec 2008 and i given to serivec they master reset and after that my touch screen is not allianing. fso they told to replyment my mobile still i didn't get my mobile yet. the mobile is in service center since jan 22.01.2009 to till date so what is the use of get a costaly mobile phone in the samsung. that cost around 38, 000/- .I request to you please replaced my phone immidetly becuse my business is suffer without phone .

I started haveing trouble with the phone after 3 months. The same was sent to Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd panipat. But they took time 30-40 days after that i called him daily .they told that we will call to u tomorrow, after that they told to me this phone"s damged part we have not available.when part will come we will call to u, , and till then my cell phone is not worked proper, , , aal totely i will say that samsung have a bad service, not just bad very bad.samsung servicenter "s officers are not care to coustmers, they dont know how to behaviour with coustmur, ,
                    if any samsung related officer read to that pls keep mind it must, ,

                    But I am feeling tarnished from heart from the event that had happened in last 48 hrs. My Samsung A/C stopped working my Father Sri Swaranjeet Singh lodged a Complained at Noida Centre[protected] from where I got the Complain No: BP NO: [protected] through SMS I was told it will be resolved within 24 hrs Working Days.
                    Today Mr.Ashish Called at 11:24 am from[protected] Conforming our home Address, then my Father called continuously from 1400 hrs till 1900 hrs at[protected] your Lucknow Service centre conforming the status of visit. He was told by the Lady (Front office) that the Service Engineer Mr.Ashish will visit u by 1700 hrs, but when 1800 hrs my father called her that whether your engineer is coming or not She (The Lady) spoke to my Father in a Derogatory tone who is a senior Citizen “From Morning u had called so many times and she doesn’t care d we can do complain wherever we want she doesn’t care”
                    I had done my PG from Marketing and HR from IILM and I knew you need to respect your customers and if there is any problem do let it inform. Please take this issue on Personal Basis and seriously about that LADY because this Issue is of Professionally unacceptable and my Father Self Esteem.

                      I am really very sorry that I have took a great mistake to purchase a SAMSUNG Product. I purchased a mobile, model number samsung-B319. Due to some mis-actioning i submit this on the service center Named "Micro Solution" Rajnagar. But it is two month passed i am continuously going there on each committed day but they are not responding properly they again and again pretense to me. I contact to there reporting boss named Sandeep Choudhray and Mr. Mishra. But they also don't have any satisfactory answer. Now i am sure that Neither i will never purchase any Samsung product in future nor advise to anybody.

I bought a Samsung Mobile handset modle no SCH-W299 on Deted 10/11/2009 from Saurabh tele service Palam colony Delhi in rs 10600 which had hanging problem from first day when I told dealer about the problem He replied to go nearby samsung Service centre. I went sevice centre in Mhaveer enclave Dwarka and I deposited my Mobile handset for repairing on date 10/12/2009 and I got it back on 23/02/2010 and that problem remains continue.and custumer care worker told me that they have not part right now when saidpat will be available we will call you or you can go another service centre.
                        I wait for call but nobody informe me about solution one day when I was in Noida I found a service cee eem services centre shop no 8,9,10, G flore Raj Palace Hukum singh market Atta sec 27 Noida 20130 contact no[protected], 2532090 1there and asked for solution they also take diposit my handset for repairing and after some days when I asked for my handset I got reply that this set can not be repair so you can deposit it and you will get a check of rs 10600 back from company and I deposited my handset on dated 08/04/2010. I am in govt. service so I have no more time to go noida but I went there near 10 time with my car and expend thousands of rupees for said check but they told me it will come soon. I have the deposit recipt and contact number but noone attend call there and I have to go.
                        therefore I request you to get my amount of manufactured defect product and other expenses with the value of my Problem

                          I HAVE PURCHASED THIS MOBILE FROM MOBIL STORE LIMITED ON 19/07/2010 SINCE THAN THE MOBILE IS NOT WORKING THE FIRST TIME I SENT THE MOBILE FOR SERVICING THE SERVICE CENTER AUTHORITIES SAID THERE IS SOFTWARE PROBLEM BUT AFTER SERVICING THE MOBILE DID NOT WORKED WELL I AGAIN WENT THEN THEY SAID THAT WE'LL CHANGE THE MOTHER BOARD THAN THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEM BUT STILL THE PROBLEM PERSIST AGAIN I WENT BACK AND ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE MOBILE THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE A MONTH IN REPLACEMENT PROCESS BUT AFTER A MONTH THEY CALLED ME UP AND SAID WE HAVE REPAIRED THE MOBILE CAME AND COLLECT IT AND WHEN I ASKED THEM THAT I WANT A REPLACED HANDSET THAN THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID WE WONT BE REPLACING THE MOBILE YOU CAN DO ANYTHING WHAT EVER YOU WANT.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I bought a Samsung S5233A from The MobileStore in September 2009. Last 1 week, the touch screen is not working properly. I gave my phone for Servicing to a Samsung Authorized dealer in Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai.
                            They charged Rs.1100 for Touch Screen Panel replacement. After replacement, I had difficulties with 'Drag' or scroll functionality. However, The Service Mechanic claimed that, the replaced Touch panel works only for Keypad and not work for Scroll or drag functionality. And Says, if there are more number of images the loading takes a long time. However, My 2GB Micro SD card has only 700 MB work of data. It was working fine with the same amount of data before the problem occured. Also, it is not the issue of Loading data but sensitivity to Touch drag movement.
                            The Service Company is not ready to listen instead raising their voice with some stupid excuses and says the phone is working all fine. I'm planning to condemn the Samsung Phone and promise not to buy a Samsung phone in my life again.
                            Is there an Official Samsumg forum who listens to our complaints?

                              I have been using this product over 2 years its performance very good especially in sound. Now its not working, so i carried to the nearest samsung service center in tiruppur. They are asking about 3500 with bill, 2000 without bill. i felt its too large, Now what can i do, please reply soon as well as possible

                              I would suggest you to scrap that TV and buy a new one.. As its been more than 2 years, its better to buy a new one for just 5 to 6000 Rs instead of paying 3000+... Moreover, getting a TV repaired without a Bill is highly risky as we might now know the quality of their repair and no warranty for that... So I would suggest you to buy a new TV... It is said that within this Year end the rates of 32' LCD TVs are going to slash tremendously... you might even get a new 32' LCD for just 15000 Rs.. So the decision is upto you if you want to buy a new TV now and wait until the year end... But repairing the old TV for 3000 Rs is not useful...

                                I had bought Samsung Galaxy 5 mobile handset model no-GT-I5503 on 10th September 2010 from Matta Mobile shop in dehradun. From the very next month while using the handset i started facing problems with it.It started getting automatically sitched off and on randomly at any instant while talking or using the phone and also very often started hanging.
                                I had complained to the samsung service centre located near clock tower here in dehradun three times but still facing the problem which is very irritating while receiving urgent and important calls or usability.They aren't able to resolve the problem and making excuses and also making me to run to them meaninglessly.
                                so please do help me.
                                The mobile set costed me 9300 rupees which is expensive one and i am very much frustated now.
                                i want either a new handset or my whole money back as soon as possible.

                                  Complaint registered with Samsung service centre vide complaint no PSLK2917 dated 28/12.2010. Service engineer visited on 3/1/2011 and informed control knob and microswitches are faulty and took control knob for searching suitable spare. After repeated enquiry with the service center, they now informed that spare for this model are not available as the production stopped and not returned the control knob taken. Also not received any satisfying reply to my queries.

                                    The water is not draining from the spinner, the pump has already been replaced, I checked fo Blockages found None. The black rubber valve at the entance of the drain pipe inside the spinner is also not sticky.
                                    Sometimes if you lower the drain pipe outlet to ground level it starts to drain the water from the spinner, you can then pick up the drain pipe and it will still drain all the water.
                                    it seems like the pump is getting an air buble because you can hear the pump turning.

                                      I purchased the Monte ( model Gt-S5620) samsung mobile handset in May 2010. I gave it for repair under warranty to Techno Care Chennai T Nagar Muthukrishna St office. I was informed that they would get the motherboard from Samsung and replace the same. It would take 10 days. SAfter 2 weeks now I am informed that it had gone to their another office ( after changing the PCB ) in T nagar for IME no allocation. It is more than five days after the last visit and even now their reply is the same and that too in a very arrogant manner showing the attitude GoToHell.

                                      Samsung being a good company but thee franchisee service centere's attitude and response to customers awfull and indifferent attitude and rude behaviour.

                                        I bought a mobile from Samsung delaer Anupam stores Borivali. I was not able to make call from the same. I asked samsung service centre to give me replacement since it is not working. I was informed it is against policy. They took around 30 days to repair. Still the same problem continues. I have filed complaint still no response. Their policy says the instrument needs to be replaced with 4 days which is not mentioned on the product or even was informed verbally.
                                        Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
