    i am purchase samsang guru dual 35 from shubham marketing udaipur on dated 28/11/2010,but after 45 days the screen is automatically broken i give the complant to the samsang customer care jodhpur but they refuse that the screen is not broken automatically that is broken by the reason of mobile down on the surface but i m not satisfaied from this answer because if the screen is broken by this reason the body of mobile is also damage or got the scratch on the outer but if you see the outer of moble that is in prefect manner so this is requested that please give me some ideal way to to resolve my problem so that i continue enjoy the serveice of samsang mobile.

      Dear sir,

      I purchased the mobile dtd. 20.6.10 but after four months mother board became faulty. I went to service center they changed the board in a span time of 1 month, but after 2 days i was facing same issue, then again i reached the sevice center. I requested them to give new replacement, then they gave me the area manager's number.

      In repair & maintainance service center i wasted almost three months period. After communiction with area manager Mr.Manish he promised me to change this piece. But after one month when i go to collect the piece they forwarded me the same old piece & they are telling me this model has been stopped being produced.

      I call to Mr.Manish & reminded him that time what he had told me earlier that if the company stops the production of this pieces then they will give us a choice to pick new one series.

      He told me that he call back with one hour but now he is not responding.

          I bought Samsung Galaxy 3 on 2nd Dec, 2010. But it started giving problems just after 2 weeks of its purchase. The problem which I faced was that it was unable to produce any sound nor it was taking any input of sound. Its been 40 days since I deposited my handset in service centre and I have still not got any resolution. Following are the dates are communication which I had with Samsung Service Centre regarding my mobile:

          15th Dec, 2010: Handset started giving problem of sound. In a way, it became deaf and dumb.

          16th Dec, 2010: I submitted the handset (along with battery) in Faridabad Service Centre (Life Line Solutions, SCO – 101, Sector – 16, Faridabad). They asked for 1 week time to repair it.

          23rd Dec, 2010: I called the service centre and asked for my mobile, but they said that motherboard of the handset need to be changed and they don’t have it in their stock. Hence they asked me to wait till 25th Dec, 2010.

          27th Dec, 2010: I again called service centre and they told that it can not be repaired as the required part is not available yet. They said that I will get a cheque of the amount mentioned in the mobile bill.

          28th Dec, 2010: I talked to Mr. Gaurav Kapoor (Haryana Service Head) at his mobile no. [protected]. He talked to the owner of Sector 16, Faridabad Service Centre and assured me that I will get the cheque in 15 days.

          29th Dec, 2010: The owner of Service Centre called me and confirmed that I will get the cheque in 15 days from today.

          12th Jan, 2011: I called the service centre and asked about the cheque, they told that it hasn’t arrived yet and will take 1 more week time. After my request, he said that he will try to get it till 15th Jan, 2011.

          15th Jan, 2011: He said it could not get it today and will get it surely on 18th Jan, 2011.

          18th Jan, 2011: I again called the Service Center but got the same reply that it is not ready yet. Same day I called Mr. Gaurav and asked for the solution. He talked to the owner of Service Center and told me that this case will be surely closed before this weekend (i.e. 22nd Jan, 2011).

          22nd Jan, 2011: I visited the Service Center but still the same reply that cheque isn’t ready yet. I called Mr. Gaurav multiple times but he didn’t received the call. Later in the evening, he called me and told that on Monday, I will get the cheque or at max on Tuesday.

          25th Jan, 2011: I called the Service Center and they told me that no cheque has arrived yet and none will come before 10th Feb, 2011. I called Mr. Gaurav and again he gave me a date. He said I will get it on 27th Jan, 2011.


          After seeing the quality of Samsung products and delays in services, I have completely lost mys trust on Samsung Products and Services. I am sure I will not get the cheque even on 27th Jan, 2011. Please help me to get this problem solved. This has been like a mental harassment since more than a month and still I don’t see any resolution.
          People like Gaurav represent bad image of a company. After reading this i lost my trust on samsung products.
          Good phone BAD SERVICE.
          Service negligence on like these are unacceptable with the customers, in a way it will hamper the Company's Reputation at a large scale. It becomes imperative for the authorities to look into the matter ASAP. I have personally lost confidence on Samsung products now.

            I have bought a mobile set of samsung company model 3303. on 16 Sept.2010. after few days there was a problem occurs in it. At that time its key set don't works properly.
            i went to customer care centre in chandighar in 22 sector. they told me that your mobile set will be changed and we will give you new handset in a week. but three months passes they don't give me my phone back rather they behave me rudely. Then i went to chandighar customer care centre sector 41. and complained for my hand set. they also do not do anything for me. in my next round they said me that your handset will be provided in some days. but i don't found any relaxation.I am still wondering for my hand setr. This is limit for me. Now i will go to “Consumer court” if they don't give my handset back in best condition. Kindly do something fat

            Samsung Mobile — DEFAULT SET

            I had purchased SAMSUNG moble no.SCH-C160 on 6.12.2008 but giving problem since June 2009. On 7th July 09 I have submitted the Mobile at their Cervice Centre at Vikar Marg. They told me that it will take one month time. After one month I visited Service Centre and they again told me that come after 10-15 days. After 15 days when I visited the said shop my surprised that said service centre has been closed. After that I have contacted Samsung Head Office and informed about the same. They also informed that your mobile will be repaired within 15 days. After that I contacted again their office and talked with Ms. Rinki Negi (Mobile No. [protected]) and she told me that send me Job Sheet. I forwarded her at OPS.[protected]@accordccs.com and confirmed from her. Again I contacted at Phone No. 46592853 and asked about my phone set but nobody is giving the response.

            Please help.

            I have purchaged a samsung mobile model samsung chat 3222 on[protected] from my city (hissar, haryana). now i have problem in my set that it hangs too many time and keypad not working properly therefore i visit samsung care hissar (no. of times). He said that ur memory card is creating problem so that i remove my memory card from my mobile and now i am using my mobile without memory card but the problem is same till now.               Hello,

              I had porches the Samsung Mobile (5310 Corby Pro) just four months back, I didn't use much the phone but still facing problem with battery backup and message service.. I have submitted the mobile to service center on 22nd Jan 2011 and they ask me to come by 24th Jan 2010 to collect it..
              When I want on 24th they ask there is problem with PCB(Board) and that need to be replace.. they don’t have it in stock and due to month end they done order it... (What the Hell) service providing by Samsung.... Can someone help me on this... or can i have email id of Samsung (India) top boss...i would like to send a sweet email... to him...

                Dear Sir,

                We buy a Samsung mobile Model E2120 last six months back.
                Two months back I facing a problem error displaying & call terminated automatically.
                I went Habibullah road branch, they says want to replace mother but after two they says Software up grade now its working.
                After two months I am facing same problem and again going to velachery branch Samsung service center.
                They did same Software upgrade after two days same problem we are facing.
                In this is issue I am mentally upset.
                Samsung service very very worst.

                I have inform to my friends circle & relative circumference doesn’t buy Samsung mobile in our life.
                Pls note down my work order No. in velachery branch: 1537.
                If it is possible replace the mobile.

                Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                The above said complaint is valid. My name is Sunil Kumar and I brought Samsung E2120 from Poorvika Madipakkam on last September 2010. In March 2011, the mobile got repaired. It's just showing the Samsung model no in display and nothing else. I took it to the Samsung Service Centre in Velachery they told that the mother board needs to be changed. They took more than 15 days to get my mobile serviced. Now again the same problem exists. I went to the same service center and asked the people to change my mobile as it is under warranty period. But they told that they cannot replace the set. In the next two months, the warranty will get expired. What can I do if the problem raises again? Also it came to my notice that there are lots of people coming over with this same complaint. Is this mistake from Samsung or Poorvika or the Service Center.

                  I purchased a 28 litre, convection Samsung Microwave-CE-104VD-B from M/S Om Parkash Kedar Nath,Chhota Chownk,Sangrur,ph[protected],232420,invoice no. opknR[protected] on[protected] on the assumption that 'Samsung' a world renowned company, would offer the best after sales service. But this perception for your esteemed company proved a mere myth after the bitter experience faced by me. The facts are slated below for your kind information and immediate remedial measures:-
                  I purchased the above referred microwave on Dt.[protected] on the name of Mrs kusum anand on the assurance that the Demo would be got conducted on the next day. But nobody turned up to hold the Demo on that day.after doing registration and my registration number is [protected] and after doing so many calls to the customer care , nothing has been done till today i.e.[protected] in spite of repeated telephone calls to the customer care.
                  If this is the attitude of your customer care service, I don't think that this is any fair dealing with the customer. I think that your company would also be holding any time frame regarding holding Demo with the customer. I am unable to leave the house on the false hope that the company's representative would be coming to my house today to let me know the details of the use of my favourite microwave.
                  In view of the above, it is requested that the matter may please be looked into at personal level and the things be got done immediately to avoid any further loss to the reputation of the company and to maintain cordial relations with your esteemed company.
                  Thanking you and hoping for an early and immediate remedial measure.

                    I had purchased a Samsung LCD television (LA32R81) on Sep 29, 2007 from e-Zone, V3S Mall,
                    Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092 for a sum of Rs 51,000. The set functioned perfectly till a fortnight back when it started giving trouble and ultimately the picture
                    disappeared. A complaint bearing number [protected] was lodged with the Service Center based
                    in Okhla on Jan 11, 2011. The service engineer attended to the complaint on Jan 12 and mentioned that a
                    panel costing Rs 2400 needs to be replaced and he would revert to us. There was no response for the next few
                    days and our repeated calls met with a non-commital response. Finally, we received a call from one Vijay
                    (mob: [protected]) on Jan 19 mentioning that the required panel is not available and instead we could,
                    if we so wish, can return the set and receive 49% of the original price. You will appreciate that the
                    offer is highly unreasonable forcing us to hand over the set at half the original price.

                        Very Poor Customer Service.
                        I have lodge my Complaint on[protected] but till today my problem is unsolved. At Samsung Customer Care they said the Visiting Charges (or Service Charges) is Rs.250 but, at Service Center they said the charges is Rs.400 and not given any satisfactory answer.
                        My uncle have a LG Microwave. LG Customer Service is excellent. They visit next day of complaint and satisfied and charges is Rs.250 (Not Rs.400)

                        samsung microwave oven — keypad malfunctioning

                        I hv an owen model no.- CE1031 made in Thailand, its keypad is malfunctioning, as told by samsung care India. as this model is not available in India, they can't repair/replace it.... my owen is out of order for 8 months now...                           I was purchased from samsung mobile c3303 from poorvika mobiles pvt. Ltd., flower bazaar, chennai-1, on 20.12.2010 invoice no.10174, the said phone is not working properly, i went to three more times in samsung authorised service centre at parrys, and samsung service centre, anna nagar for two more times (Inspection slip no.404 dated 13.01.2011 & slip no.481 dated 20.01.2011, they did not serviced the said phone till now for 20 days, and tossing me pillar dipole.

                                i have purchased a sumsung cdma cell (Sch B-319) on 15 july 10.
                                i have found problem in my cell charging point then i submit on date ( 2 dec. 10 ) my phone to the servicee center faridabad sec-16.
                                they told me if your cell 15 days ke ander theek ho gaya tho apko cell vapas mill jayaga ager nahi hua tho apko refund milega within 40-45 days. but i call srevice center after 1 month apna phone vapas manga but he told me apkko refund hi milega with the end of january. so maine unke kehne par naya cell purchase kar liya on date (5-1-11). but i recive a call your service center on date 13-1-11 they told me apka phone vapas milega. so this is not fair. ager vo mujhe 10 days pahle bata dathe tho maine cell nahine purcahase kartha.

                                so please give me the resolution to my problem.

                                    I have given my Samsung B520 to Samsung service center in BTM Layout (Next to BTM Water tank) on[protected], because it is not switching on. They told that they will check the problem and they will inform me with in 24hours. They have given their contact number. I had called them around 10times, still they are telling Still your status hasn't updated for the Workorder Number. Finally i went to Service center, they told that it is a Motherboard problem and it costs around 80% of the mobile cost. And the Service center people are worst in service.

                                      Hello i am a customer of samsung. from about a month i am facing problem regarding my samsung E2130 mobile phone. i need to complain about its service centre namely videoking which is located at 14,Suren Tagore Road,Gariahat. this service centre dont know how to behave and treat there customers. they dont know how to keep their word. i deposited my mobile for the first time on 1st december 2010 because my mobile was not switching on. it was blinking. they told me that it will take 25 days to repair.they will change the motherboard of the mobile. i got my mobile back on 29th december but i had to wait there for 1 and a half hour. but on 1 january 2011 my mob again showed problem. i couldnot switch it on again ,and again that blinking started. i took it to the service centre namely videoking again. they told me they will change the mother board again and also told me to call them within 4-5 days and then come to take the delivey of my mobile. i called them on 8th of january 2011 ie saturday but they told me to take the delivery on monday. today ie 10th january 2011 , monday i called them in the morning and the receptionist namely sonia told me to come to there centre because my mobile was ready. as per their confirmation i went there but instead of giving the delivery they told me to come the next day. they told that the mobile has not come from samsung office and started showing attitude as if nothing has happened. till now they r repeating the same proces yet i have not received my mobile they r telling me to call before coming and when i am calling them they r telling that it is not ready and forwarding a date to me and they r harrasing me uptill now .i have launched a complain to samsung company regarding them but they have not gave me any feedback.we also have a lot of work in our daily life we are also busy ,they need to give importance to us. it was a sheer harrasment from them.time is very much important to everybody. who will go again and again to their centre and spend full time for a mobile leaving all their works. they dont know how to behave with the customers. instead of asking for apology they started showing attitude.

                                      i would be very grateful i[censored] solve my problem and take steps regarding this type of service centres which are located at various places. we trust u and we expect cordial service from u .waiting for ur reply.

                                      Samsung — harrasment for repairing my mobile

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I Have purchased the SAMSUNG C-170 mobile on dated 31.10.07 . I went to SAMSUNG care centre located at Laxmi Nagar (Shakarpur) Delhi on dated 12.07.08 .their executive told me that it will take 2 days time for repairing, there was only mice and FM problem .After two days when i called in service station then they told me i me that we will send the mobile to head service station at Delhi and it will take 2 days more to repair, I hand over the mobile to them
                                      on 12 July 08, after that when i contact the customer care no 30308282 around 100 times they always register my complaint and give me reference no., when i went to samsung service station on 13 Sep 08 they said your set is still under repair and status is pending. we went

                                      they don't have capable engineer to repair or they are not intrusted for repairing the my mobile, three months has been passed but i have not recieved any call/ mail from samsung side

                                      Pls. see into the matter and do the needfull

                                      I m also facing the same problem with samsung. The service is terrible. I submitted my mobile to the service center 3 months back n after 2 months they tols me that they dont have the part n that they are refunding me the amt of the cell n its been 1 more month that it has not been done still so total 3 months still no feedback. The personnel is very rude on the phone. They do not have any value for customers.Really i disgusting experience.

                                        Hi i have purchased a Samsung champ mobile in the month of October, and within 2mths Earphone got problem. I claimed the warranty in nearest service centre in Anna nagar west before 1mth. They asked me to come in 5th of Jan but they postponed it to 7th and then on 10th, then 15th likewise they are just extending only not giving any assurance. After that whenever i tried first ring will go for no response then line busy for long time, they are not at all picking the phone. Really iam fed up with this kind of poor service in this locality.....
