      TO WHOSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN AT SAMSUNG INDIA

      I purchased a LCD TV in April 2010. I recoverably lost my Remote Control in June 2010. I contacted Mereena Electronics (the local authorized Samsung Service Centre)+ for a spare. They asked me to wait for a week. Now its been two months and they still have no spare to give me. Worst, the authorised service engineer advised me to go to a local electronic shop and buy a fake (grey market) one. How can Samsung tolerate such stupid service centres.
      Now its been two months with no remote control for my LCD!
      I regret i brought Samsung!

      At Marina Electronics u get the worst service. They treat customers as cattle class!
      The office of their Tv section is always empty...no one to meet u nor anyone to take ur calls.
      dear Samsung, make a surprise visit there and c 4 ur self the mockery!

        Display of my Samsung Mobile handset (Model-X700) had become unclear and was only half visible.On July 9,2010 I lodged my complaint (Samsung Mobile Services Receipt No.091 dtd.July 9,2010)with Vedant Services -Karve Road Pune-(Proprietor-Mr.Amar Pacharane-they dont have a landline or mobile phone printed on their receipts!!!!His personal mobile no-[protected]/[protected]) the Authorised Samsung Mobile Servicing Centre.I was told the mobile display needed to be replaced and that there was no need to erase the data.I agreed.Initially I was told that the job would be done within a week.Then Vedant Services started become creative in giving me excuses about delay.Sometimes the display was not available with the Mumbai stockist.!!!Once I was even told the couriered parcel had arrived blank!!!Finally on August 5,2010 i.e 27 days the display arrived and they fitted it inside my mobile with a 1 month display warranty.The service centre was so callous in their approach that they didn't even check whether I was able to access the menu and other things.When I told them this problem they corrected it .Immediately after a couple of days, the screen went totally blank.I again went back and they somehow did some temporary repair work and gave me back.This started happeneing very frequently and every time I had to go back and get it repaired.Finally they told me to get software update for which they asked me to get the data on mobile saved.I asked them to save the data for me temporarily but they were stubborn and didn't co-operate.I reluctantly copied the data on my PC.
        I submitted them the mobile on August 17 for software updates.Mr.Amar-the proprietor promised me that they would match the necessary binary and for that they would need a whole day .I surrendered them my mobile in good faith that they would give me finally a perfect display and a fully repaired mobile.On August 18 they told me that software update was impossible as they could not set up a connection !!!!Fed up of the technical failure of Vedant Services to correctly repair my mobile, I asked them to fit my old display.
        To top this all when they gave me back my mobile,again it was totally blank,i.e. worse than the half-visible and unclear display my mobile had originally!!!!!
        If Samsung cannot repair a thing they should not at least worsen it by damaging it completely!!!
        In my life I never had a worse experience about any appliance and what Samsung and their Service Centre is doing is plain horrible service detrimental to the interests of their own consumers.
        When you approach the Samsung helplines, they direct you to the same service center instead of escalating the issue at the appropriate level!!!!How devious!!!
        God knows why Samsung India manufactures devices to which they cannot provide any service support!!!A customer feels cheated badly.
        I am contemplating a strong legal action for compensation very soon against Samsung India and Vedant Services under MRTP and Deficiency in Services under a Consumer Court or under the local jurisdiction.

        Samsung — horrible display

        I recently picked up a Samsung LEd ( 7 series, 3d TV, 46 inches). Was totally enamoured by the clarity and sharp images that i had seen in the demo TVs displayed in the Samsung Showroom. I was told upon enquiry that one needs to have an HD Set top Box to get this clarity on my LED TV. So i made sure that i got an HD Set Top Box with my TV. It came free . Part of the Samsung+Dish TV combo pack. Went home, got the HD Set Top Box installed ( after a 6 day delay, their SLA is 72 hours :( !!!)...and guess what, when i viewed the HD channels on this TV, i realised that there was a major difference b/w what i had seen in the showroom and what i saw on ths HD channel. Double checked the Set Top box setting with the Dish TV folks. Also double checked the settings with the Samsung folks. So here was the googly. WHAT YOU SEE IN THE SHOWROOM, ON DISPLAY ON TV, ARE NOT HD SET TOP BOX videos........THEY ARE BLU RAY DVD PLAYER sample videos !!!!!!!! THey explicitly never tell you this when you buy it...they actually tell u that since you are getting a HD Set Top Box, you will get the same clarity as you see in the demo TVs...such a rip off....and guess what, you will also notice that there is hardly any difference between a HD channel and a non HD channel on this TV !!!!!!!

        Samsung — Display Clarity

        My Samsung Android phone has very poor display clarity as compared to others of that same range,set model GT5570 Galaxy POP.

          I have purchase Samsung Omnia Pro Mobile B-7320. My down scroll key is not working and went to Samsung Repair center in Noida. It has taken 20 days already for small spare part. They said I have pay Service Charge and Spare Part charge but when i argued the product is under warranty they said they will charge for only key pad which would amount to Rs.150 only.

          During my five visits for confirmation about repair they said the parts have not come. During the period i also saw many people coming for months and their products are not repaired. All are new mobiles with 80% problems described as liquid problem and the common reason for it is sweating and moisture.

          Why does Samsung creates a mobile that so vulnerable to moisture and sweat. And i didn't understand why my down scroll key and backspace key is affected by the so called liquid problem.

          Today i asked to give my mobile back so that i could use it. I have purchased the smartphone to leave it at the mercy of Service Center people. Today they said the spare part will call around Rs.500.

          I donot know how samsung is monitoring these centers or samsung does produce cheap quality products.

          Future buyers do beware before buying Samsung products.

            My mobile is in warranty period and it is last date is 27/11/10. Samsung Star 3G s5603 after six months there is motherboard problem with my mobile..m going to Vashi(navi mumbai) sector-2 service center for repair but after submit moble they give me mobile after 1 month...its ok,,,but after that within 1 month there is again same problem with mobile...this time again they take 1 month repaire time[protected] to[protected]...n they never called me in between this repairing period....n there is big problem with Samsung mobile service...m fan of Samsung mobles but now m not...i never suggest anyone to buy samsung mobile...

            during this period m mentally dis-satisfy...n there again m lose of money on another mobile buy n always go at service centre to ask abt my mobile....plzzzz rectify my problem...caz i dont know who is responsible for that alll....the company or in betwwener's

            plzzz suggest what i do now.....after these big problems with my Samsung Mobile....

            Samsung star 3g mobile — Samsung mobile service

            hello,
            I submitted my samsung star 3g on 13 march 2010 as there is distortion in sound when connected with home theatre. executive at service center told me that your problem would solved within a week but till 30 of march no results. later on i call on toll free no. of samsung service but it was very much strange to me when they told to me that they can't find out any detail about my phone they just provided mobile no of sevice head and asm of samsung mobile. when i called first time service head and asm didn't responded later on service head responded to my call and told me that he will mail the problem to company. after waiting for so much time i taken back my mobile on 1st april 2010 without any solution.

                I have a Samsung Mobile but i am very fedup about yor service after sell of product i am visit again and agin in service center for i have purchese one hands free lead one month ago but after 10 days i found in it some destrurbance in voice so i went to service center in kalka ji they say to me in samsung audit problem you go to Lajpat Nagar center so i went to lajpat nagar he said come after 15 aug 10 so i went on 16 aug 10 and they said that pls go to kalka ji i am don't understand if this is good reply i fell that i done mistake to salect samsung mobil pls do some thing about it if you can

                WE PURCHAGE A SAMSUNG MOBILE FROM NOIDA ON 03 MAY 2009 BUT AFTER ONE MONTH EAR PHONE DEFFECTED .                   I HAVE GONE THROUGH A REAL BAD EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE DIGITAL TODAY. I WENT THERE TO PURCHASE A REFRIGERATOR AND ALSO A 42 INCH LCD TV. THE DEAL WENT FINE WITH THE REFRIGERATOR AS THE PRICE LOOKED CHEAPER AND THEY EVEN PROMISED THAT THE DELIVERY WOULD BE DONE IN THE EVENING. THEN I LOOKED TO PURCHASE TELEVISION. AND WONDER WHAT....? THESE GUYS ARE SO IGNORANT ABOUT WHATS IN STOCK AND NOT. I DECIDED THAT I WAS GOING TO BUY A SAMSUNG LCD TV ON EMI AND TOOK FINANCE FOR THIS THROUGH BAJAJ. ONCE THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS DONE THE SALESMEN COMES AND TELLS ME THAT THERE IS NO STOCK AVAILABLE OF THAT PARTICULAR PIECE UNTILL THE NEXT 10DAYS. I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED BUT TRIED TO BE EMPATHETIC AND SWITCHED ON TO BUY ANOTHER ONE. WHILE I WAS JUST ABOUT TO COMPLETE ALL THE FORMALITIES HE COMES BACK TO ME AGAIN SAYS THAT THE SECOND PIECE THAT I HAVE CHOSEN TOO WAS ALREASY SOLD AND OUT OF STOCK. I WAS REALLY MAD AT THEIR CARELESS AND IGNORANT ATTITUDE AND I DECIDED THAT THE DEAL IS STINKING AND WANTED TO LEAVE FROM THERE FOR ONCE AND ALL. BUT THEN TWO OF THE SALES PEOPLE CHASED ME ASKING ME NOT TO BE ANNOYED AND WANTED ME TO GO FOR THE OTHER ONE WHICH IS AVAILABLE AND CAN BE DELIVERED SOON. AND THEY EVEN PROMISED ME TO SELL A 58,000 LCD TV FOR 50,000 BECAUSE OF THE BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH. THOUGH I WAS A BIT HESITANT I WAS LURED ONCE AGAIN TO FALL INTO TRAP. I HAVE CHOSEN THE ONE THAT THEY HAVE MENTIONED AND WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO CLOSE THE DEAL, A SALES PERSON COMES AND TELLS ME THAT THEY CAN ONLY PROVIDE ME THAT MUCH DISCOUNT ON THE PRODUCT IF IT WAS NOT AN EMI SCHEME. THOSE BUGGERS KNEW THAT I WAS BUYING THE LCD THROUGH THE FINANCE BUT STILL THEY PROMISED ME WITH THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I WAS REALLY PISSED OFF NOW. I TOOK THEM TO TASK AND MADE THEM REALISE THAT HOW SICK THEIR SERVICE WAS. I EVEN EXPRESSED MY ANGER BY SAYING THAT I WOULD NOT EVEN HAVE BOUGHT THAT REFRIGERATOR AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE AMOUNT IN FULL FOR THAT.

                  THEN I WENT TO ANOTHER STORE TO BUY THE TV OF MY CHOICE AND RANGE. THE MOST SADEST PART IS THAT THE BAJAJ REPRESENTATIVE COULD NOT PROCESS MY REQUEST FOR FINANCE AS IT WAS ALREADY PROCESSED ON MY NAME THIS MORNING AT RELAINCE DIGITAIL AND HE SAID HE COULDNOT DO ANYTHING CAUSE THE PROCESSING THAT WAS MADE AT RELAINCE COULD NOT BE DELETED UNTIL FOR NEXT 3 MONTHS. AND NOW I WAS STRANDED THERE NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO CAUSE FOR THE NEXT 3 MONTHS I CANT BUY A TV.

                  I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BUT ATLEAST TRIED TO MAKE UO MY MIND THINKING THAT I WAS ABLE TO PURCHASE REFRIGERAOT ATLEAST WITH OUT ANY HICCUPS. AS I TOLD YOU THAT THEY PROMISED ME TO DELIVER IT BY 5PM IN THE EVENING. ITS ALREADY 12AM NOW I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMUNICATION FROM THERE.

                    i have purchased samsung 3310i mobile last one month ago. at the very first week, it shows limited service and network goes in evry mint. them shows it to samsung customer care service in noida, which is Teachnocare in sector 29 in ganga shopping complex.
                    the response was very bad it show that i brought hell from samsung compy. now cell phone is not working and they are saying it will take one week to rectify the problem.

                      I submitted a complain with samsung call centre no [protected] on 6th August,2010 about non working of frost free refrigerator. No one came from company to check my complain nor any call from the service centre. I think this is a worst company who does not care about his costumer.

                        I had bought a samsung mobile handset in April 2010. In June it developed some problems in the camera first and then in the display screen. I tool it to the authorised sercive centre CEE EMM SERVICES in sector 27, noida. It was given for repair on 24 July 2010, with a promise of returning after one week. Now they are not responding to my phone calls to inquire about the position of the phone, nor are they able to give any satisfactory reply if at all, i manage to talk to them.
                        There were many other people at the service centre with similar problems when i went there,some even coming again and agin for the past 2 months without their porblme being resolved.
                        If this is the state of affairs at such a reputed company, i am afraid we are infor serious trouble

                        Samsung Mobiles — mobile given for repair for one complaint but after repair has more than 3 problems spare parts forged

                        I had purchased sghE 840 set of samsung 2 years back,but now the company has stopped the model in india.I had given my set for repair at service center near shivala Amritsar as the slider buttons were not working.Afer repair when i recieved the ste it was not in working condition as they were not having battery to test.When i checked the phone after charging it automatically got switched off after 2 minutes and no button was in working position,when i contacted the sevice center that the strip of buttons has been cut and needs to be replaced.How come aset repaired by them and again opened by them bears a cut.This clearly shows that they wana make more money or are replacing parts of mobile.
                        I fail to understand why samsung india launches sio many models if they cant provide parts.As per samsung people parts is not available and it will take atlest 15 days to locate the said part.pls provide me help in getting the set ok

                          i have purchased a samsung mobile in the month of March 20010 on the 16Th. the mobile suddenly after 3 days suddenly gets switched off and again resumes after removing the battery and this is happening atlest twice a day. i send the handset to samsung service center where they said that they will check and get it rectified. after 2 days they informrd that they have to send the handset to cennai as their serive center is only at cennai. now i am already without a handset for past 10 days and they expect me to do without a handset for 10 more days. i am not getting a replacement for the handset nor a standby handset till the time they get it rectified. why should i get it repaired when i am suppose to get a replacement. its within warranty. why should i use a faulty handset. please help regarding this as i am suffereing without a handset.

                            I purchased Samsung BCH 519 Guru Mobile Handset from Mobile Store Chembur(Mumbai) on 20th Feb10.After 1 week my voice was not properly audible by other party and also breaking.I visited to Vashi Samsung service center.Their Engineer said there MIC problem we don't have MIC once come we will change.Next i visited to Narul Samsung service center they change my MIC.After 10 days again i am facing same problem.Again i went Narul Engineer told i think Software issue i will change your Software.After changing Software it was working fine up to around 2 Months and my Battery was discharging very frequently and Head Phone was also not working properly.Again i went to Narul he said might be Software issue.Again changed my Software and replaced Head Phone.After 1 week i am facing same problem and a new problem Recent calls are not saved in my Mobile.Then i went to Andheri West their Engineer said MIC problem but we don't have MIC it will come on next week.Then i went to Andheri East he changed my MIC but after 3 days i am still facing same problem.So i am requesting you please either change my Handset or return my Money.

                            i purchased samsung mobile 3410 corby on 27 march 2010 it was working pefectly till 26 feb 2011 then its charging point if got some problem charging point gets loosen so i cant charge phone anymore and on 1st of march i gave phone to samsung service station moti nagar new delhi to fix the problem thy took 14 days to fix the charging point problem they said v have to change the mother board i said ok do it they change the mother board i took phone and come to home then what i see that it got network problem i again went to same service station and tell them they again said v have to change another mother board they took 4 day to fix the problem then again i check the phone now its keypad is not working again they r saying v have to change mother board WHAT THE HELL IS THIS please do something other im going to samsung vice president india then he ll take care

                              Purchase Samsung corby CDMA set wide Invoice No 12009/10 Dt 21st Feb 10 from Drive India Enterprises Solution Ltd. logged first complain on 22nd April for not supporting to Network and Blue tooth they rectified and return to me, but the problem partly shorted out, again visited the same Samsung service centre which is in Ambhedkar Road there they told us that your mother board having fault so you register the complain as soon as we receive the mother board we will change, after 15 days we called them they inform the mother board not yet received contact us after 10 day, when we contact after 10 days they given the same reply, than we contact customer care of Samsung they register our complain wide reff. no [protected] they had a talk with their service centre and inform to me that they will provide me substitute set against my faulty set and with 4 to 5 days they will return my set after repairing after making 4 to 5 calls, my set not rectified neither they arrange substitute set for me. Then again I approach to customer care they given the mobile no of Mr Sandeep Chowdhary Manager service he promise me that the set will be rectified with in a or two but it didn’t, I call him on regular basis but he didn’t picked up his phone after so many calls once he picked my phone and inform that the mother board is coming from south and we are receiving the same within one or two days as soon as it is receive in our end I will inform you he never call me neither he received my calls. It takes almost one month. When again I call to customer care they told we that we are referring your case to our head office and within 3 to 4 working day you receive call from them, but I didn’t when I again get in touch with them they said we are sorry we cannot do anything you write to [protected]@samasung.com since 23rd July I send 5 reminders every time they promise that my concern person will get in touch with you but till date no body call me. My warranty period will be expire on 20th of August 2010 than who will be responsible.
                              Please help me out I am fed up with this company. Your kind attention is require in this matter.

                                yesterday we are very much shocked after purchasing the fan blade of air-conditioner.

                                we purchased the fan blade of air-conditioner from samsung service station at Raipur (C.G.), the actual cost of fan blade is Rs.-302.00 but they charged Rs.- 787.00, after asking about the heavy charges they reply us that without labour charge they didnot sell the spares.while we are not using their labours.

                                      I had purchased a Samsung Guru 2120 mobile set on 24.04.2010. (Saturday) from Maya Electronics (Agarpara, Kolkata) for Rs. 2180. I used a Vodafone connection in the set and also a 1GB micro SD card in its 2GB expandable slot. The set had signs of problems from the beginning. Frequently the set got hanged and I had to restart it by removing its battery often while using Bluetooth, the set just automatically got restarted. But I did not take all these things seriously thinking it will be okay in few days as Samsung is a very renowned company.
                                      But from 08.07.2010. (Thursday), the set created more problems because of which I was bound to remove the 1GB micro SD card. And on 11.07.2010. (Sunday), the set just switched off and on and so on… I have deposited the set at our nearest Samsung Service Centre (S.M. Service : address- 134/R/1, Netaji Colony, B.T. Road, Beside Baranagar Police Station, Kolkata- 700090) on 12.07.2010 and they said that they would keep the set with them for 20 days to get it repaired. Also to inform you that there were hundreds of Samsung mobiles, many of my model in the service center.l
                                      After 20 days, when I went to the same service center, they said that they had nothing to do, it would take 7 days more for my mobile set to reach me. After 7 days when I called them in their store’s mobile which I got rom Samsung Customer Care, they said that they had nothing in their hand regarding this matter and they cannot tell how much time it would take for me to receive my mobile. I have the original bill statement and the receipt given to me by the S.M. Service Center.
                                      Sir, I am a college student and I had collected my pocket money to buy my 1st mobile, but the inconvenience which I have got from Samsung Company is just unimaginable.
                                      I am wondering how such a renowned international company like Samsung can distribute such sets which I am bound to call useless. I am very much upset with the service which Samsung mobiles have provided. And after all these harassments I am bound to say that it was a lesson for me and I would never purchase a Samsung mobile ever in my life.
                                      Sir, I have completely lost my faith on Samsung Mobiles and I beg to you to please contact with Samsung Headquarters and arrange for my money with which I had purchased my mobile phone.
                                      I will be really obliged if you help me in this matter and take stern action against Samsung Company.
