Dear SAMSUNG,
This is AKHIL GUPTA, Director of Residency group of hotels. We have two Resorts in Goa. I had installed all air-conditioners as well as televisions in my resort of your company .In Baga Residency in 2005.
The product & its services till 2009 were excellent, but unfortunately now the team of your company in Goa simply became the team of THUGS. They simply harass their customers & grab money.
This is regarding the complaint of our one LCD 32"Inc TV which was purchased on 30th Sep 09. We had filled the complaint of the same in your service centre almost 3 months back. One of your technicians Mr. BABU came to the hotel and checked the LCD, after inspection he requested if it is under warranty then we will replace the panel free of cost otherwise it is chargeable.
We told him it is under warranty and after a big follow up of at least one month with Mr.VIVEK & Mr. BABU they assured me that the panel has been received by them. One day Mr. BABU came to the hotel with panel & asked for the bill and warranty card. Unfortunately he came late evening at 5. That time I was not there, then he refused to replace the panel & asked when will I return then we can give him a call and he will replace the panel .We said ok. Then when I came back to Goa & I approached Mr. BABU then he said Sir I m sending my technician kindly show them the bill along with the warranty card. We said its fine. Then one of your technician came empty handed and wanted to see the papers. After verifying the papers he assured us that he will replace the panel by the next day.
Next day i received a call from BABU & as they wanted to check with the warranty part then thereafter no response.
We decided to file a fresh complaint for follow up

We registered the complaint with complaint no. [protected] for our LCD as well as one window ac. They collected the ac on the commitment within 72 hrs service. But didn’t deliver it till now. Moreover I received the call from Mr. BABU, he said that LCD screen is broken and it’s chargeable. I asked him how it can be broken now when earlier it was opened & inspected by you & your company staff only.If delebratly you people herrase the customer then I will make a complain to your head office. They challenged me and said that you can do whatever you want we r not scared. Then we made a complaint to your Goa Manager probably named Mr. Micle. This was highly objectionable .Not acceptable that all the people become thugs & try to bully customer’s .No feedback was given after the complaint whether it is attended or not.
Kindly see into the matter as soon as possible.
We are old and regular customers of yours. I would request you to change your staff of Goa territory to maintain the reputation of your company. right now I have 30 ac , 30 televisions, 20 ac, 10 LCD & future projects also coming soon but after this experience .......... .?
Now send some of your senior manager or executive not from Goa because all staff in Goa has made a team to cheat your costumers.

    I am fadup and frustrated with Samsung. Request and Suggest you Please dont buy samsung products. Their service engineers and service centres thinks that all the buyers are Idots.

    I had made a complaint aboutn Samsung Washine on 5th July2010. Engineer Visted on 7th July 2010. He told me there is a problem in a part and they have to indent the part to replace it. Now after 10 days when I call samsung customer care they told me part has been dispatched to service centre. When I contacted service centre they told me part has been despatched to service centre. Who is lying I donot know.

    SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER and CALL CENTRE PEOPLE are Big LIERS EWARE of SAMSUNG they are the BLUFF master while selling there products

      We have purchased a samsung fully automatic washing machine model no WA82VSL from SARAVANA STORES Shanmugam road ,West Tambaram,chennai.,on the 11th of july 2010 we were told by the sales person in the shop that machine will be send tommorow ( but the machine was send on the 13th july afternoon only) and a person from the company will come for the demo with in 48 hrs of the delivery but we feel very sorry to inform that it is more than 72 hrs ( 3 days ) and no one has turned up so far.we have not purchased the machine to do puja but thinking that it will be of great help in our daily busy routine work pressure but company people just interested in the volume of sales and income and think that job is over and doesn't seem to realise the problems of the customers.We have been calling for the demo person to the shop they say we have forwarded the delivery information to the company but we called the company on ph.no.30308282 on 15th july and we were given a complaint no.[protected] and were told that demo person will come tommorow but the today is 16th july no one has turned up so far it is 8.30pm.WE HOPE SOMEONE WILL ATTEND TO US BY 17TH JULY MORNING OR WE MIGHT HAVE TO RETURN THE MACHINE WHICH WE ARE UNABLE TO USE.

        We got a new Samsung LED TV as a gift on our wedding few days back. 3 days back we opened the brannd new box and insatelled the LED TV. Immediately after switching on the TV the display malfunctioned and the picture was overlapping. The light becomes too dim 3 minutes after we swtich on the TV. We don't have the invoice for the television as it was a gift.

        Can anyone suggest how should we go about it? We contacted the service centre also and they are asking for invoice. Please advice how should we proceed from here onwards get our TV replaced or repaired as it is in warranty period.

          Samsung — samsung tv problems

          Samsung screwed me and THOUSANDS of other customers with JUNK tvs that take a dump just after the warranty expires.
          Google samsung tv problems and read the TRUTH about these tvs and how the customers are screwed.
          Buying a samsung tv is like playing russian roulette that you won't be the next SHAMSUNG SUCKER.
          DON'T LET SHAMSUNG SHAMYOU !!

            this is to inform u that i approached samsung service center in kalkaji new delhi regarding complaint of my i8510 handset for poor battery response.the rep.who attended me asked me that there is no service parts available with them for this handset but that guy manage the battery from some other handset and told me to come within 30days to get the new battery.but as of now more than 90 days has gone but i am unable to get the new battery. samsung staff is making lame excuses each and every time and now they are saying that the warranty period has elapsed.but my complaint is 3 month old and at that time my handset was in warranty period. if the battery of this set is not available with samsung than why this company launched such a stupid mobile in premium segment. i[censored] r seriously interested to help the consumer than ask samsung to take back such a stupid handset and replace with the new one thanks..............Gurdeep Singh

              My Samsung television On 8th July 2010 malfunctioned and stopped working.

              I logged a complaint with Samsung customer care on[protected] and I was told that someone will attend to it by 8pm on 9th July 2010. Reference number given to me was: [protected]

              On 9th July 2010, one person came home at 1.30pm and attended to the problem for 1 hour, fixed the back cover and when he started the TV it had some unusual sound and stopped working. So he said he needs one more component and will come back tomorrow! though half of the day was left....

              However, he did not return till date ( writing this on 15th July 2010 8:30pm ). Atleast 10 calls to the customer care have gone in waste. Have been hearing the same repeated dialogue "someone will attend before 8pm".

              Also, since 13th July 2010 they also started saying they will arrange for a callback from Bangalore service center but no one has called me yet. Probably he is least bothered about the issues.(Branch service manager Rangaswamy must understand the importance of after sale service but no point! )

              Today, evening the customer executive gave the number of Bangalore service center but by the time I called it was closed for the day.

              I am writing here in this forum and will take this matter with consumer court this week because such lazy attitude will not do anymore.

              So customers, especially those who are willing to buy any product from Samsung, please be aware of this pathetic service before buying products from SAMSUNG.....

              Samsung — Pathetic Post Sales Service

              Hi,

              I am pretty dissatisfied with ‘Samsung Service’. The TV which I brought 1 year back strategically broke just immediately after the warranty period last month.

              I contacted service center and was told that the technician would come and check. The technician told us that a part is damaged and would need to be taken to the service center.

              There was no response from the Kukatpally Service center and we had make many trips to convince them to come and collect the TV. Our TV was finally collected on 18th May. We have not received the TV as yet 4th June08.

              We have made endless calls to the call center and to the Kukatpally service center, without a solution so far. Finally last week Mahinder Reddy, M: [protected] promised the TV would be send to my home on Tuesday, 3rd June.

              Today, Wednesday, I haven’t heard anything so far. I call up the service center again and wanted to speak to someone in-charge of customer service at escalation level and have not got a response from the service center.

              Based the above sequence of events, I am very disappointed and dont think i will recieve back my TV any soon.

                i complain for the AC not cooling on 10-Jul-2010 and BP number is [protected].
                My complain was attended on 13-Jul-2010 and asked for service charge without
                solving the problem. We asked the engineer to solve the problem and
                we will pay the bill and he refused to entertain and went away without solving the problem.
                Again we complain on 13-Jul-10 but no response received.
                On 14-Jul-10 we again talked to your consumer care where your executive told us that
                we would send you the engineer. But on 16-Jul-10 we received a call from Shiva, manager from cmplaint centre
                and he informed us that i will cancel your all calls in future as these will come to me.

                We have complaint for the same problem in April-10 which was in one year Service and engineer asked for the problem would be solved in 2 or 3 days but he never turned up. But we are still ready to pay the service charge.

Many time I call him on his mobile no. but he never responding. When I personally visted your patna service center then, service executive told that please talk to Mr. Fanibhushan. But this person not giving any perfect time. Please do the needful.

                    I recently bought a samsung mobile S3500 from MP and coz of some faults i had to get it to service centre but in thane they refused to take the cell saying the cell is purchased in MP so we cant entertain u ...take this phone to MP.I simply dont understand why they do this .The customer servise samsung has the worst services one can ever experience.Somehow i managed to get my cell enter into the above mentioned center(metro) in andheri east and its been 10 days im waiting for my cell back.They are intentionally keeping my cell with them and stretching the repair.they give excuses like the part is not available they have called from noida, it will take 10 days ...etc etc.Everytime i try to call them their phone seems busy and even if they pick after calling 100 times they keep u on hold...
                    If anybody is thinking of buying any product from this cheap and disgusting fraud company then think 100 times else drop your idea.You have to be ready for the consequences and these cheap customer service executives and the company.

                    I am facing the same situation. I bought a Samsung Galaxy5 phone and regretting my decision ever since. The handset had a defect right from the beginning. So, logically Samsung should replace my Handset, but I had to myself take it service center (incidentally same center- Metro telecare, Andheri(E)). The response I got was very rude. At first they said they will talk to concerned department to replace it, next day they started screaming at me and said I can take my handset back and they won't repair it even. So, I had no other option but to let them repair it, but it still has the same problem. I am telling all my friends and relatives what has happened with me and suggesting everyone never to buy any Samsung product. Just now my colleague asked me about new Samsung Galaxy he wanted to gift his sister, I advised him never to think about Samsung even. ~ Vivek Tyagi

                      I have a Samsung Refrigerator (SSR29EMB). I lodged a complaint in last week of June 2010 vide complaint No. [protected] about not working of the refrigerator properly and for replacing its water tray at the bottom. Though, the visiting fee of the Engineer has been paid on his visit on 2nd July 2010 but the refrigerator is still not working. My repeated calls to Service Centre have remained futile and the operator even does not transfer the call to some senior executive.

                      The Samsung provides very poor after sale services. No one should buy any product of this company.

                          i am giving a handset samsung-b3313 ,date 2/07/2010 to maa vaishnavi services
                          for servicing.
                          and my phone is in warranty period .
                          nature of problem in that phone h/s networking prob., handset problem sowing
                          always insert sim and some time mobile phone are hanged .so they are not giving
                          me response...they was giving me date of collecting[protected] but not give to me
                          my phone on the date ......they was till saying [aap kal aa jao ,sham ma aa iao,2 din me aa jaega]as like that ........and they are taking unnecessary money for these prob.
                          they are taking costumer's problem to sincereness.so please take any action about them.

I GAVE THE SAMSUNG HOME THEATRE TO THE SERVICE CENTRE( SUPERIOR SERVICE , 54 , NEW RANIKUDAR, ROAD NO 5 , KADMA , JAMSHEDPUR-831005 PHONE NO[protected] FOR REPAIRING ON 30/3/2010. AFTER 2 MONTHS OF WAITING , THEY TOLD ME THAT IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED NOR REPLACED AS A PART OF THE MACHINE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET.THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL GET A CHEQUE AFTER DEDUCTING 22% DEPRECIATION ON MY PURCHASE PRICE.IS IT FAIR THAT I GET A DEPRECIATION FOR A PRODUCT WHICH IS UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD ? AFTER 3 MONTHS AND 13 DAYS ,NEITHER I GOT MY SYSTEM REPLACED NOR I GOT THE CHEQUE. I AM REALLY TENSED AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ?                             Thats absolutely correct, I am Hitesh Sehrawat, purchased Samsung home theatre model no : SHT-Z320T on 05/11/2009 which got malfuctioned on 10/06/2010 (after 8 months of purchase) .

                            The mechanic came and tried replacing some parts which did not work and suggested me to give a request for pick up of the home theatre to service centre.

                            After so many calls the Samsung service centre van came to ick the home theatre on 15/07/2010 (after 15 days of complaint)

                            Now its been 1 complete month, from 15/07/2010 - 16/08/2010, the home theatre is still in service centre. Every time I call either the Samsung service centre or Samsung helpline I always get the same reply that part is not available and we will inform you whenever it will be repaired.

                            I tried asking for supervisors but the executives always give me turn around that he is not availble, he will call you and many more excuses.

                            I think Samsung is becoming worst, and now I came to know why everyone prefer the other brands, no matter the technology of Samsung is better ( not best).

                            Well after reading the above review of a Samsung customer and my experience, I will suggest everybody not to buy / purchase any of Samsung product, or always be ready with a subsitute of the product Bcoz once Samsung products malfuctionthey can not be repaired not even by Samsung itslef.

                            I am going to purchase LG product, specially as I am in India. Their products are quiet good, atleast somebody will be with the customer to listen for any complaint.

                              AFTER STILL NOT GOOD WORKING THE TOUCH SCREEN OPERATION IS VERY DIFFICULTY SOME TIME IS GOOD WORKING SOME TIME NOT WORKED .SO I TAKE AND CO TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER SIVAKASI .HE IS ASKED WAIT FOR THREE DAYS FOR CLEAR MY PROBLEMS . AFTER THREE DAYS I CO TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND ASKED WITH CENTER INCHARGE ABOUT MY MOBILE. HE IS ASKED CLEAR THE MOBILE AND TEST TO YOUR SELF GIVEN ME MY MOBILE . I WAS TEST HIM PLACE THE TOUCH SCREEN GOOD WORKING IN THE MOBILE AT THAT TIME.
                              THEN TOMORROW NOT WORKING THE TOUCH SCREEN .THE MOBILE STILL A OLD PROBLEMS
                              SO I AM SUFFERED. BECAUSE THE MOBILE PRICE IS VERY HIGH 18000.00

                                I feel sorry to say that since i have taken this mobile,initially it had a problem that it kept switching off on its own and then again it was swiched on.For this problem in my phone i gv it to service center bt they created a problem in my camera and keypad which was nt blinking at all was also blinking.So they did my camera all right bt still the keypad was blinking so they gv me an order no. and they said they will call me nd it was in april bt they did rang.So in june,when i switched off my mobile then when i tried to switch it on it was nt working.On june 30th i gave it at service center as it is under guarrenty bt since then they are saying that they are nt getting approval for rectifying my krypad nd also that i'll have to pay for the damage around Rs 3000/-.I know that its there mistake nd the problem which was nt there in my mobile is there now just bcoz of them.I hvn't picked my mobile from there till now and also they r not attending my call.It's really bad i will never ever take any product of samsung i promise.Please i will be really grateful to u i[censored] take some strict actions and plz plz i want my mobile back with no problems in it.I will be relly grateful to u i[censored] help me out of this.

                                I am Sudalai Suresh. I was purchased a new SAMSUNG WAVE II (S8530),
                                This mobile having more problem for Receiving Signal. In the same location all low model & High model mobile phones getting full signal.

                                Already i was met the SAMSUNG Service center(Anna nager Branch chennai), but they are telling Software problem. So, reinstall required.

                                What can i do? the mobile cost is too high

                                  I bought my Samsung window AC on 9th April 2006. This product has not given me satisfactory performance even during warranty period. Within warranty period, gas leaked out 3 times, and most of the times in blistering summer I was continuously following up with your call centre to get repair done.

                                  Every year during the summer timing, gas used to lick. Even after that cooling was never ever effective in this Samsung product till date.

                                  This time, in 2010, I reported a problem of AC not working on dated 23 June 2010. On 25th June 2010 at 8 PM, I received a call from one of your executive saying that, your complaint can only be attended on 28th June 2010 (monday) and I need to call again to the autorised service station and register the rapaire complaint again and based on that they will attend.

                                  And your service (M/s Advance Electrocare,Niti Khand, Indirapuram,Ghaziabad,UP) team responded on 28 June and the unit was picked up for repair on 29th June 2010 and your field engineer recommended to refill the gas due to leak and replace the swing motor and estimated the charge to be Rs.[protected].

                                  Till 8th July 2010 (after 9 days of picked up) no body from the authorized station (as mentioned above) contacted us or bothered to tell us when the unit would be returned after dully repaired. I only contacted the service station in-charge Mr. Sanjay on his mobile no.[protected] and he confirmed that the compressor is not working and they need to be replaced with a new one without any extra chage, being within 5-years warrantee period and the repaired AC would be returned by tomorrow on 10 July 2010 by afternoon.

                                  On 10th July around 3.30PM, I received a call from the same number and Mr. Sanjay(the service station in-charge) informed me that the front grill (cooling coil) is leaking and this needs to be replaced with new one and I would be charged Rs.2500/ extra. I reacted to his statement and asked, why this has not been informed to me at the time of verification by your field engineer at my end and you are bulldozing me at the time of delivery and that to after 10 days?

                                  Mr. Sanjay respond to me that without replacing the front grill/coil set, recharging of gas is not possible and if we will do that, than there would be no guarantee from our side. After a hot discussion, he agreed to see the situation and try to manage with the existing coil set, if possible technically suitable.

                                  On 12th July 2010 (Mon day), the AC unit was returned to me with a bill of Rs. 1500/- saying that there was no replacement of new compressor and this invoice of Rs. 1500/ is for recharging of gas only. The person came to reinstall the unit reconfirmed that the compressor was working properly and wrongly it was communicated to us that it is not working. I am confused, which statement of your authorized dealer is correct.

                                  Please kindly investigate the matter whether actually the compressor was not working or they avoided and just managed to make it run till another 6-months or so till the warrantee period will over and this would be replaced in full chargeable basis. Or what was the intension of the service centre to communicate the wrong/misleading information to the client (me).

                                  I am extremely nervous about the level of product quality and the service quality of Samsung has provided, along with the worst workmanship shown during repairs. I am really worried that I will have to spend most of this summer, again, in calling up Samsung Service Centres for one or another problem in this Samsung AC. In doing this, I am spending my precious time and energy; apart from phenomenal discomfort to my entire family due to non functioning of this product.


                                  I am now thinking of going to Consumer Court since I have already spent money and time, without even getting a satisfactory repair done on my product. Actually, I should do that for the poor product quality as well since this product itself is unable to perform since the time it was bought. Your service records should tell you the entire history, if you have good service data management.

                                  Please take a note of this and ensure that workmanship improves significantly so that repeat problems and customer harassment can be avoided. I will not call Samsung if the problem persists, and would simply dump this product onto you and buy new AC; and would contact Consumer court for the harassment I have been given by Samsung India and Samsung Service Dept.

                                  dear Sir,

                                  i would like inform you that i have purchased the samsung explore set around 1&1/2 year back & after it's purchase i was so much harrased by all the persons related to that handset that i have made a mind set purchasing the samsung mobile is a incureable disease.

                                  the reason for above remarks ios that after one week of purchase of the handset it got faulty so i have deposited it at your Nirala nagar center lko for its repair aftr one month i was told that the estimate for repairing of Rs 3500 on which when i obbjected the ASC people replied to take the set back & get it replaced from dealer from where yo have purchased it,they asked to collect the handset after one week .
                                  after one week when i reached to collecte the handset the were giving the same reply the same process continued....................................................................til... now .

                                  now i have also lost the receipt given by your ASC ,last when i visited to collect the handset i was told to bring the affidavit to get the faulty set returned so i did the same but even after submitting that affidavit it could not be returned .

                                  thus there is a very humble request to take some major steps to resolve this issue.

                                  Samsung Window Air Conditioner — poor services

                                  i had purchase a samsung window airconditioner from choice electronics on 07 March 2010. on it installation I came to know that it has manufacturing defect and full unit to be replaced for which i called to samsung customer care and the dealer but they are not responding who will replace the same,

                                  In Less than 9 Month the Air Conditioner has gone third time for Gas charging.

                                  The defective AC was picked by Samsung Authorized Service Center (Advance Electro care Indirapuram Ghaziabad) on 5th Aug & returned after 5 days on 10th Aug after great Chasing with Samsung customer care team (Shiv Kumar, Sangeeta, Pankaj, Pushpa, Ashwani) & also directly with Advance Electro Care.

                                  To our utter disappointment & dismay, the AC was delivered in same condition as was before (No Cooling) there Engineer (Manoj Gupta) visited on 10/Aug, he admitted that the AC was returned without repair (He felt).

                                  Again called up customer care team of Samsung & appeared that they are help less & one of them admitted that we are just postmen / puppet & can help to their customers except passing the information.

                                  Lodged complaint again on 10/Aug, with Shiv kumar of Samsung CS team at 4 PM to pick up the AC & again at 6PM & Again at 7.30 PM. Nothing happened. The Customer service Exe, refused to transfer the line to their Supervisor

                                  Again, called up Samsung on 11 Am on 11/8, Spoke with Ritesh who promised to pick up the AC in ½ an hr, no one turned up to pick up the AC till now 1.30 PM

                                  Samsung India/Window AC — Poor service from Authorised service centres

                                  Dear sir/Madam,

                                  My window Ac was serviced by Authorised Service Centre(ASC) of Samsung India on 02.05.2011 and after 40 days of working of AC stopped cooling and fan noise.Again I made a complaint at customer care regarding no cooling and fan noise against complaint no.[protected] and equested to attend the problem on 17.06.11 and after technician visit on 17.06.11, he confirm that gas of AC has been leaked.And he picked up my Ac for Gas filling at their ASC on 18.06.11.Now I have been confirmed by ASc technician that aluminium coil is leaking which can not be repaired and part has to be replaced.

                                  I made few questions: 1) When service is taking place on right time why this failure could take place?
                                  Ans of Technician: Due to water clogging within the unit.

                                  2) Why this water clogging?

                                  Ans: Drain is not proper.

                                  3) Why drain improper?

                                  Ans: Inclination o[censored]nit improper.

                                  4) Why inclination improper?

                                  Ans: Unit not properly installed.

                                  These answers reflect that unit was not properly installed after service on 02.05.11.and leads to leak of gas and aluminium pipe.

                                  I request to resolve the issue and return back my AC after proper repair as well as gas filling.

                                  Samsung — window a.c not repaired after 18 DAYS

                                  Sir,
                                  I have a samsung window AC.My ac is not working since 18 days.The service engineer Mr Javed came on 27.04.2012 and check the ac and said that the pcb board is damaged.He said that after one or two days the board will be replaced and he took the old pcb with him.

                                  After a period of 18 days the problem is still same.The enginer said that the pcb is not in our stock.It is in transit.
                                  Then,I want to know that how much time it will take?

                                  The climate is very hot and without ac it is very difficult to live in a glass office.

                                  Please solve the problem immediately.Otherwise i will take legal action against the company,the dealer and the service engineer.

                                      From last 6 month we r complain for picture quality. quality is very poor, lining, not clear vision v r never sen bottom strip. We complain in writing but still we have not got any response from yr dealer. he was never give reply.

                                      This is to inform you that I Amit Kumar Singh has been the customer of your retail chain from quite a few times. But this time to my surprise it happened that when I purchased (CTV CS21Z50SN on[protected] a Television (from Next shop No. 1-7, Chandan Valley, C Wing, Opp Shiver Garden, Meera Bhyander Road East. Thane- 401107) delivery was given of the piece which was broken, when I talked to the executive piece was replaced but with some other model of Samsung. When I told delivery boy that this was not the model I bought person start arguing that he was told to deliver this only. And when I called up person he started arguing that what he has given is the new upgraded model. And after that on[protected] I went to shop and asked for Samsungs catalog where I found that there was some price difference and when I asked them to settle either way i.e. by delivering what I had bought or by paying me the difference then they agreed
                                      to deliver me the bought piece by Thursday[protected] but it did not happened so.
                                      And when I went to the shop today[protected] no one responded to my query. And neither they have put stamp for validating the warranty of the product
                                      I never expected this kind of service and is not the matter of money but I feel that I have been cheated so suggest me that what can be done from your side or I won’t mind spending some time and money for the cheating done…………...

                                      Samsung Television — Television not working

                                      I have booked my complaint on 28.07.2009 with my complaint no. [protected] with Samsung india custoimer care on their customer care phone no. STD code + 30308282 from hubli STD code i.e.0836.
                                      on 30.07.2009 some one named as Vishal from Ninad Electronics, Hubli visited the place and told that there is a problem with Power Supply and it need to be replaced this will take only one day and the charges will be arround Rs. 600 to 700 which we accepted and asked him to get it replaced.
                                      From that day onwards we are following up with Samsung care support as well as with Ninad electronics, Hubli but not getting any responce. today 10.08.2009 i am calling to various support care staff in samsung and each time i am getting "Sorry Sir I will arrange the matter to be esclated one level higher. i had talked with Mr. Vivek, Mr. Netaji, Mr. Jaffar even there supervisors Mr. Patil and Ms. Jayshree. in after noon around 14:40 some one from Hyderabad arranged a conference with Mr. Lingappa of Ninad Electronics, Hubli and Mr. Lingappa in frount of the lady from Samsung committed for the visit of the person (Vishal) at my house for repairing of the TV by 1500 hrs. even after 1900hrs no one visited nor i have got any call from samsung for responce of the attendance of the call. but some one from Ninad asking about my address which was already their in the records of Samsung. even the person also visited on the same address on 30 .07.2009

                                      Samsung Television — The technician has not arrived even after calling the customer service several time. Complaint was logged on 7/72010

                                      I bought a Samsung Television 25/6/2010 and within a week I found a problem with the display. I see a black spot on the left top corner of the screen. I'd called the customer care on 7th July and they had assured that the technician would arrive at my place with 2 days but he never arrived. I've called them 3 times and everytime I get the same answer that the technician would arrive within 2 days but till date no one has visited my place to resolve the issue.

                                      Samsung India — Television remote not working

                                      I have purchased a TV from a reputed dealer (Nataraj Electronics, Jhargram: contact no. [protected]) of Jhargram on 7th December, 2009. From the first day the menu bottom of the remote is not working. Many times I have visited the dealer, he asked me to change the remote, I did it after that also the problem was not solved.
                                      Many times he assured me to send an engineer from samsung to my address but all in vain. No person contacted me to resolve the issue.

                                        myself dr amandeep garg sending u this e mail just to bring in ur notice about the non responsible behaviour by one of the samsung outlet. that is MERCURYELECTRONICS, 113 , SHANKER ROAD MARKET , NEW DELHI 110060. initially i was using nokia mobiles for the last around 10 years, i was very fascinated about samsung phones , and on one unfortunate day i walked into a wrong shop named MERCURYELECTRONICS, 113 , SHANKER ROAD MARKET , NEW DELHI and bought samsung 8003 (jet2) on 29/04/2010, sereial no is mei [protected]. it wasworking all fine , for around a month.then it started having some problem of hanging ang touch screen not working. i reported to the same outlet i waisted about 2 hours over there( i think service man was not well qualified) he just formatted the soft ware and reloaded it , again few days later i had same problem he again did the same thing but to no benefit at all, only thing it did was i lost my phonebook , every thing wasall right till now i was having no anger at all with the esteemed brand of samsung at all , because problems can come with any body'work, but when today i washaving the same problem i went to them , the owner probabaly (dont know the name) shouted just because i was asking for some solid solution , he said that once after selling the product they are not answerable to the customer, talk only to the service guy, is it really so , is samsung really not bothered at all about the customers , is it the impression i should have about nokia vs samsung. should i expect any responsible reply from u people

                                        samsung mobile jet2 — brand new mobile purchased

                                        The mobile purchased on 12/05/2010 and from that date onwards I am using blue tooth head set. 27/05/2010 i forget to connect the blue tooth headset and when a call came i cannot hear the incoming conversation in the ear speaker.
                                        This means the poor quality control check from the part of the company. These type of manufacturing defects we customers are suffering. please avoid buying samsung mobiles any more. There are lots of complaint when I visited the authorised showroom in Trivandrum.

                                        Samsung Jet2 — problems with the phone and poor service

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I bought a samsung jet2 three months ago in Hyderabad and from the past one month the phone is freequently hanging and no buttons(physical or touch) are working.. If I restart the phone by removing the battery sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...

                                        Took the phone to samsung authorised service centre they said that that flashing the phone will resolve the issue and did the same... The phone worked correctly for half a day and the problems which I was facing earlier resurfaced.. I took it to service centre again(It is nearly 15KM away from my home) and they say that the motherboard has to be replaced,also I am informed by the service centre guy that samsung used to repay the money for such problems earlier but recently stopped doing so and are replacing mother boards. It's already 16 days since I deposited the phone and didn't get any reply from them.. When ever I call them up they say that they have put order for motherboard and are waiting for the part to arrive from head office..Not sure why there is such a delay to obtain parts from a reputed and big MNC like samsung..

                                        If so many complaints are raised on the same phone.. why don't samsung stop the production of this phone and re-release it when they fix all critical issues like the ones reported above.

                                        Samsung is so engrossed in increasing their market share by concentrating on new customers that they are ignoring their obligation to provide service to the existing one....

                                        Please look in to this and do the needful

                                        I bought a samsung jet2 three months ago in faridabad and from the past one month the phone is freequently hanging and no buttons(physical or touch) are working.. If I restart the phone by removing the battery sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...

                                        Took the phone to samsung authorised service centre they said that that flashing the phone will resolve the issue and did the same... The phone worked correctly for half a day and the problems which I was facing earlier resurfaced.. I took it to service centre again(It is nearly 15KM away from my home) and they say that the motherboard has to be replaced, also I am informed by the service centre guy that samsung used to repay the money for such problems earlier but recently stopped doing so and are replacing mother boards. It's already 16 days since I deposited the phone and didn't get any reply from them.. When ever I call them up they say that they have put order for motherboard and are waiting for the part to arrive from head office..Not sure why there is such a delay to obtain parts from a reputed and big MNC like samsung..

                                        If so many complaints are raised on the same phone.. why don't samsung stop the production of this phone and re-release it when they fix all critical issues like the ones reported above.

                                        Samsung is so engrossed in increasing their market share by concentrating on new customers that they are ignoring their obligation to provide service to the existing one...

                                        Please look in to this and do the needful
