We are totally frustrated with the behavior and approach of Samsung Mobile India Service Centre (Maa Vaishnavi Services, Shop No 6 & 7, Mohan Park, Plot No-45/46, West Guru Angad Nagar, OPP BSES Office, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092), which we have been never seen in our whole life, this kind of responsibilities and irregularities. They are always trying to make fool us. They never full fill there any commitment; I got only mental and physical harassment since April, 2010 to till date.
I had handed over my Samsung E1410 to my shopkeeper at Indirapuram from where I have purchased the mobile on 11.10.2009 for repairing (now it is under warranty). I was getting incoming-outgoing, sound related, hanging, charging problem and automatic calling problem since last 5 months (1st Jan, 2010). I have done the entire possible thing which I could do. I have changed 3 SIM, different mobile service providers but the problems remain same.
I have been submitted my Samsung E1410 3 times for the same problem, last 2 times I was get it back from Samsung Mobile India Service Centre (Laxmi Nagar, Delhi) as it is, nothing has been done in Samsung Mobile India Service Centre and my all problem remain as it is with my old mobile settings means your service centre didn’t repaired and send back to me without repair my mobile and wasted my 1-2 month (Mar, 2010 to Apr, 2010).
Again I had sent my Samsung E1410 to Samsung Mobile India Service Centre via my same shopkeeper in this May month. And Samsung Mobile India Service Centre personnel always misguiding me and my shopkeeper. This time the service engineer said that he has changed the motherboard of the mobile and you can take away your mobile. My shopkeeper is a technical person so he has checked IMEI number of the mobile. He found mobile did not display the IMEI number on the screen only zero was displaying. He was totally shocked that how can your service engineer can do that, how can he given the mobile without IMEI number which is totally illegal and violating the TRAI’s rules, regulation & policies. It’s a crime. Every time my person fights with Samsung Mobile India Service Centre guys but result is still nil. After submitting the mobile, till date the person has visited 4 times within a month to Samsung Mobile India Laxmi Nagar’s service centre and every time he had listen a new story regarding repairing of my mobile. So that till date I neither got my mobile back from Samsung Mobile India Service Centre and nor my problem is resolved. I am totally fed up with Samsung Mobile and the service which I am facing this problem since last 5 months.
Now, I am totally mentally, physically and financially harassed by the Samsung Mobile India Service Centre. It’s really worst. I want my mobile in very well working condition or replaced it with new mobile because it is in under warranty period and after date of purchasing, within 2-3 months I got lots of problem in the handset and still facing the problems. So I do not want to face it again & again. So, we don’t have any option rather go to Consumer Court. I am still suffering since last 2 months
I want your valuable suggestion to take an action against Samsung Mobile India and their Service Centre.

I have purchased a front loaded washing machine model no WF-0602from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd at City Centre-II Kolkata on 10th September 2011. The machine was delivered on next day. And told that within 2 days service personnel will visit . Accordingly on 2nd day a young boy came and fixed the machine with guidance that he has made ready the machine which I can use. But sorry to say that my 15years of experiences o[censored]sing/operating an IFB washing was in vain when I started operation of my so called brand new Samsung washing machine. After moving sometime the machine started jump and stopped. Out of fear I stopped machine and called help line who helped me registering call bearing complaint number [protected] on 16.09.2011. On second day a young smart engineer came and after checking he found the the machine is to be replaced and remarked that way where I singed. He told me that the machine will be replaced as is defective in may ways. Now I don't know when the machine will be replaced.In this connection it is better to mention that my experiences with the dealer from which I purchased may washing machine is not healthy, which is an antother chapter. Thanks
