I am just wondering if Samsung being an international electronics manufacturing company can look at a better way in providing service to customers. Now after purchasing a fully automatic washing machine I am suffering from worst service from your side.I have purchased this washing machine on 23.04.10 from Great Eastern Trading Company. After delivery I saw a defect in the front body of the machine. The demostration was given on 29.04.10 from the company end. The person who came for demostration advise us to make a complain,So I made a complain to Samsung Customer Care (com no- [protected]) on 01.05.10. From last 25 days I am repetedly calling Great Eastern & Samsung Customer Care but no response or any person attend my complain.So it is my request to you solve this problem as soon as possible or I have to move consumer forum & I will stop all the next EMI.

Dear Sir
I have purchased a front loaded washing machine model no WF-0602from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd at City Centre-II Kolkata on 10th September 2011. The machine was delivered on next day. And told that within 2 days service personnel will visit . Accordingly on 2nd day a young boy came and fixed the machine with guidance that he has made ready the machine which I can use. But sorry to say that my 15years of experiences o[censored]sing/operating an IFB washing was in vain when I started operation of my so called brand new Samsung washing machine. After moving sometime the machine started jump and stopped. Out of fear I stopped machine and called help line who helped me registering call bearing complaint number [protected] on 16.09.2011. On second day a young smart engineer came and after checking he found the the machine is to be replaced and remarked that way where I singed. He told me that the machine will be replaced as is defective in may ways. Now I don't know when the machine will be replaced.In this connection it is better to mention that my experiences with the dealer from which I purchased may washing machine is not healthy, which is an antother chapter.     We are totally frustrated with the behavior and approach of Samsung Mobile India Service Centre (Maa Vaishnavi Services, Shop No 6 & 7, Mohan Park, Plot No-45/46, West Guru Angad Nagar, OPP BSES Office, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092), which we have been never seen in our whole life, this kind of responsibilities and irregularities. They are always trying to make fool us. They never full fill there any commitment; I got only mental and physical harassment since April, 2010 to till date.
    I had handed over my Samsung E1410 to my shopkeeper at Indirapuram from where I have purchased the mobile on 11.10.2009 for repairing (now it is under warranty). I was getting incoming-outgoing, sound related, hanging, charging problem and automatic calling problem since last 5 months (1st Jan, 2010). I have done the entire possible thing which I could do. I have changed 3 SIM, different mobile service providers but the problems remain same.
    I have been submitted my Samsung E1410 3 times for the same problem, last 2 times I was get it back from Samsung Mobile India Service Centre (Laxmi Nagar, Delhi) as it is, nothing has been done in Samsung Mobile India Service Centre and my all problem remain as it is with my old mobile settings means your service centre didn’t repaired and send back to me without repair my mobile and wasted my 1-2 month (Mar, 2010 to Apr, 2010).
    Again I had sent my Samsung E1410 to Samsung Mobile India Service Centre via my same shopkeeper in this May month. And Samsung Mobile India Service Centre personnel always misguiding me and my shopkeeper. This time the service engineer said that he has changed the motherboard of the mobile and you can take away your mobile. My shopkeeper is a technical person so he has checked IMEI number of the mobile. He found mobile did not display the IMEI number on the screen only zero was displaying. He was totally shocked that how can your service engineer can do that, how can he given the mobile without IMEI number which is totally illegal and violating the TRAI’s rules, regulation & policies. It’s a crime. Every time my person fights with Samsung Mobile India Service Centre guys but result is still nil. After submitting the mobile, till date the person has visited 4 times within a month to Samsung Mobile India Laxmi Nagar’s service centre and every time he had listen a new story regarding repairing of my mobile. So that till date I neither got my mobile back from Samsung Mobile India Service Centre and nor my problem is resolved. I am totally fed up with Samsung Mobile and the service which I am facing this problem since last 5 months.
    Now, I am totally mentally, physically and financially harassed by the Samsung Mobile India Service Centre. It’s really worst. I want my mobile in very well working condition or replaced it with new mobile because it is in under warranty period and after date of purchasing, within 2-3 months I got lots of problem in the handset and still facing the problems. So I do not want to face it again & again. So, we don’t have any option rather go to Consumer Court. I am still suffering since last 2 months
    I want your valuable suggestion to take an action against Samsung Mobile India and their Service Centre.

    Samsung / E1410 — Improper Service

    To whom so ever it may concern,

    i bought a new samsung E1410 mobile from Univercell show room ( Vyasarpadi, MKB nagar ).
    Right from the 1st day onwards the bluetooth device is not functioning properly.
    Its not able to forward the files which is more than 3 MB.
    With the help o[censored]nivercell i've sent the mobile to samsung service center in t nagar ( Technocare )
    I waited for 7 working days, problem was not resolved. Again the Univercell executives sent the mobile for service clearly stating the problem. Again i waited for 7 working days. NO USE....
    It has the same problem, Can anybody notice this do the needful. i'm not satisfied with the samsung
    service. Why do the company want to promise for 1 year warranty....??????

    Samsung Mobiles — Zero Service

    Just purchased a brand new C3212 mobile phone from Sansung Store, and having trouble in syncing the phone and copying contacts...

    called thier support multiple times and sent emails multiple times

    but no body bothers to respond.

    this is extremely frustrating...

    Samsung Mobile — misguide in service center

    Dear Sir,
    This is Praveen katiyar (Kanpur) facing a problem from Ur Samsung service center 24/18-b shyam sunder building karanchi khana road the mall Kanpur.
    I have purchased a Samsung gt s-3370 model serial no. rw8z645951t imei no. [protected] purchase date 13 sept 10 last years. That set was working properly during 8 months. On 26 July my set has a problem of no charging. I go to service center deposit my set for one week they discharged the set on 2nd of august but my problem again occurs on 17th august 11. I again go to service center they again taken the set giving me the token no. 15884. Now today on 13th September 11 when I contact the service center they give my set but in service center new problem occurs now my touch of the set is not functioning.
    When I said that please call Ur senior officer to handle this problem they misguide us and again taken my set and gave me another date.
    Sir please give me the solution of this problem. I have four set in my house and all of them are Samsung. I believe in Samsung but now can my trust is right. I am waiting for Ur reply as soon as possible.

      In 2008 we purchased Samsung Air conditioner 1.5 ton.
      In the month of April (4/04/2010) we got the offer of free servicing of AC.
      There was a coolent refilling in the service with a cost 1100 Rs.
      After that free service AC is not working properly.
      When we switch on the AC, compressor starts after 3 minutes and you engineer mentioned that this is a pre defined delay.
      Now AC compressor works for 2 minutes and then stops then after 10 minutes compressor starts again and then stops.
      This is very problematic. I tried all the switches in the AC. Bio sleep , energy saving, timer .. but nothing is helping.
      Your service lines are always busy from last 20 days I am trying to reach the customer care but no result.
      Now I am trying to find if you listen through web interface.

        Hi sir/madam,

        Just to inform you that I purchased new Mobile from The Mobile store H-10/A, Ground Floor Main Market, Main Road, Kalkaji-110019 dated- 7th Feb-2010.

        Model Number- GT-E2120B.

        But after two days from the date of mobile purchase my mobile getting hanged on every second call. I visited “ The mobile store” to get the phone replaced. The shopkeeper asked me to get this checked with Samsung services center and refused to replace the mobile which I had purchased two days back.

        After several follow-up , I finally submitted the mobile to Samsung service center Nehru Place on 30th march-10. Work Order Number-WA[protected]

        The service center executive said that your mobile will be repaired within two days. I went there after 2 days but that guy asked me to come after 4 days. I went again after 4 days, then they another time asked me to come after 4 days. after regular visited and follow up they told me "we can’t repair your mobile only one option left that is refund... i also agreed with their commitment, also they are not responding on phone.
        Now

        Now almost 2 months gone , still I had not got any resolution regarding my phone.

        I am really very disappointed by this kind of behavior .

        Pls help & get the issue resolved ASAP.

          Well, i have been a proud owner of samsung articles ranging from the two tv's to my fridge ,ac ,plasma, washing machine & even my small microwave.
          In past I even suggested everybody to buy samsung equipments as i was in a delusion that samsung electronics do have the best equipments and a great after service support. but this turned out to be a hoax.
          I had bought a music system on[protected] model being max dt99 bearing the Serial no. SALE17AP300005p .After some time it developed a glitch in its CD compartment, i tried hard to get it rectified by the samsung after services ,but to my utter shock and surprise I got nothing except verbal assurances. I kept on calling to the local provider who was just busy in selling items. I tried to call the toll free no.'s[protected]by prefixing STD codes) but no response was there ,then to toll free [protected] which was not picked up by anyone, and then lastly to[protected] and[protected] but there came no response

          Well this showed what type of after services is provided by the technology giant who plans $ 2 billion dollars alone in India ,as told by the great company deputy managing director Ravinder Zutshi on 15th July.
          I have honestly lost all hope in getting it rectified but, well I would like to just say this that no matter how much a company spends on its advertisements its the customer's satisfaction which finally counts. Because in every business the best marketing strategy is "The Word of mouth publicity ".

            I have got my Samsung Split A/C (Model #: AS185USBN) from Vasanth & Co, Ullagaram, Chennai on April 24 2010 and I have started facing issues within one month of purchase. We started hearing loud noise from the indoor unit and lodged a complaint with Samsung Customer service and they gave it to their Service center (Alpha). The service agent from this service center came in and said that the problem is with the installation and referred us to another service agency who installed it (Curewell). The curewell agent comes the next day and says that the problem is with the fan and the indoor unit and not with the installation. Alpha agent also changes his statement that he never said that the problem is with the installation and the problem is with the fan. We do not know who is telling the truth.

            From then on there is no support for the next two days even after repeated calls made to Samsung customer service, they keep bouncing us back to Alpha service center and no one picks up the calls there. The response at Samsung customer service is very non-commital for a customer who has invested a huge amount in their brand. They were shrugging off the issue to their technical service center and asked me to coordinate with those folks. Everytime you call the customer service, they ask you what is the problem or status is, there is no record that I have been escalating and I am an annoyed customer and they have no clue of the history of the complaint that is raised.

              Last year April 5,2009 I have purchase Samsung 1.5 T split AC from Croma Center,Vadodara
              Within 1 year the Gas leackages Two times and as its warranty period Samsung person has came & fill it.
              But on 26th May 2010 there is again a problem of Gas leackage. Now I have to pay for it @ 2000 Rs.
              This is due occured due to the poor fittings proivded from company.
              Action must be taken on Samsung compant for such unit supplied.
              Please give me justice of proivding proper service from Samsung company

                INDIA TODAY SHOP/SAMSUNG MOBILE — NO RESPONSE

                I HAVE ORDERD A SAMSUNG MOBILE AS PER OFFER OF INDIATODAY SHOP AND PAID THE FULL PAYENMT THROUGH CREDI CARD.THE ORDER NO.IS[protected].NOW 15 DAYS ARE OVER,STILL I HAVE NOT RCEIVED THE PRODUCTAND AND TRAYING TO CONTACT ON HELPLINE NO.[protected] BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE.PL.HELP.

                Samsung — Complaint registered 50days back not resolved

                I bought a 22inch Samsung LCD TV on 2nd OCt 2009.I worked fine till jan 2010.

                I have registered a complaint on LCD TV(Complaint no:[protected]) regarding the malfunction of AV ports on the last week of January. A service engineer has visited my place after 3 days and confirmed that a part has to be replaced and will be resolved in 1 week of time.

                It was not resolved yet and when i have done a call back for the Service Manager, Bangalore (Mr.Syed) on 25th of Feb, 10, he has informed me that there is not status received and he had sent the mail for part request.

                He had promised me that the issue will be resolved by 3rd of March 2010 and it was not happened.

                When i have called back Mr.Syed on 4th March 10, he had replied me that he can't do anything in this regard and asked me to call the customer service which I’m doing for the last 1 month.

                I have sent a mail to samsung customer care regarding the same complaint,they have not sent me any latest status or the date by which it will be resolved.

                As mentioned in the mail i have not recieved any call back from the technical team.

                For your reference here i'm sending you the warranty card,the invoice and the screenshot of the mail i recieved from samsung.

                Sir,
                i m very much disappointed with the services of SAMSUNG MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have faced many times of problems in last FEW Months about my SAMSUNG HERO HAND set like Keypad, Sound and Battery backup etc. I bought SAMSUNG IN THE LAST YEAR during the period, I faced many problems of worse keypad service, a very little battry back up and 3rd class sound quality, i m very disappointed by the quality of your product. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem.

                Samsung — No response and replacement of product after 2 months of follow up.

                Dear Sir,
                I have bought a Samsung Bluetooth Headset few months back and it has a 6 mts. replaceable warranty with it and as usual it had problem so I took it to their service centre in Kandivali West. They took it and gave me a receipt for it and said it will be replaced in next 7 days.

                It’s been more than 2 months and the product is still not delivered, the problem is the service centre does not pick up the phones and if they pick up they have a standard answer that it has not come from the factory. I wrote mails to them and there is no reply to that either. I spoke to their Area Manager Mr. Rahul who after trying 15 times finally answered to the call and assured that he will get back in 1 hrs. time, it 3 days since I spoke to him and his 1 hr. is still not over and today also he has no time or courtesy to pick up call.

                It’s really sad and unfortunate and I am disappointed that I chose a Samsung product, I am sure I will not make this mistake again of buying their product.

                Sir,

                I m frustrated after buying the Samsung TFT product and I m not satisfied with the service of this product. I bought the SAMSUNG TFT on dated28th March 2009 now I have a lot of trouble at present it is not working. IThere is a major problem the SAMSUNG TFT DISPLAY is not working, Kindly register my complaint and replace my SAMSUNG which was bough . I have registered a lot of complaint to the senior office of SAMSUNG DEPARTMENT but no response from their side, i m very much disappointed with the service of SAMSUNG i am also sending my complaint no.                 If the SAMSUNG is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully. I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.

                Dear Officer

                I have been harassed by no.[protected], without any reason. Caller is unknown to me...He is being bullying from long time.
                Kindly take appropriate action against this no.

                I have been a frequent user of Samsung products. But now I have reached a point where I find that Samsung Ac's and after sale service is most appauling.

                My bedroom split AC packed up on 16 May 11 and a complaint was promptly filed with the Samsung Helpline at around 1630 hrs the same day ( Complaint No [protected]). The AC Unit is within the warranty period.

                After repeated calls made to the helpline someone from the service center showed up on the 4th day without any repair tools or kit and went back saying that he would come the next morning and do the needful. It is 23rd May 11 today and there is no news from Samsung or their service centre. Any number of calls made to the Samsung Helpline and/or their Service Centre have gone either unanswered or unheeded. It is a sickening syndrome where Samsung seems to care a damn about their clients. Their call centre is an extremely inefficient outfit, in fact a sham and they make all kinds of excuses why they cannot attend to their customers complaints. The call centre agents just refuse to connect anyone to their supervisor or the manger.

                I would urge the Samsung management to : a) Start paying serious attention to the woes of their customers; b) Run their call centre more efficiently and introduce accountability; and c) select and equip their service centres better such that they do not have to make false promises.

                I am given to understand that compressor unit of this AC is gone and the service centre has no supply of compressor units from samsung. Under the circumstances, Samsung needs to do some serious thinking of whether or not to continue doing their airconditioning business.

                I would request Samsung to refund me the price of all AC's bought by me till date and take back their units while they do introspection and some soul searching. To other colleagues, I would not recommend Samsung AC's at all.

                Samsung India — Laptop Battery Defective

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased a Laptop of Samsung on dated 27th January 2010, for past few days I have facing a problem of battery backup and a error massage of concider replacing the battery.
                When I complaint regarding this by phone on customer care and by mail on samsung India then they suggest me to contact the service centre of samsung India.
                When I contact to the service centre and meet with the service engineer then he told me on written the battery is defective.
                But today I have received a call from Samsung India Delhi branch and the representative talk with me very rudly, Unethical lenguage.
                When I complaint regarding this by mail then after some time I have received a call from samsung India Regional Manager, but he doesn't listen my problem and told me this laptop is out of warrenty so Samsung is not responsible for any complaint and he also suggest me to purchase a new battery.
                But he doesn't give me on wrighting to all the things, so kindly help me in this condition.

                Samsung Refrigerator — No Response/ revert for product in warranty

                New refrigerator of Samsung company, both the handles broke within warranty.Even after complaining multiple times to different touch points & to finally Mr Abhiskek (Area Manager in Chandigarh [protected]) there has not been any action apart from only assurance. Suggest the company takes this seriously & not just focus on selling mobiles. The company should look at quality apart from quantity.Ensure good quality material for long durability.
                Our other fridge of LG & Godrej has not given such a problem.

                I have a very bad experience with samsung i love samsung products but in last 4months i had a very very bad experience,

                1) I am looking for two things one is handset & another is panel o[censored]800 but till not i didn't find i visited many samsung outlets but no buddy is ready to support customer some executive said samsung has prepare a handset only as it was not run in market so they not prepare & send the accessories o[censored]800 in any of samsung store & in market.

                2) I am interested to bay a samsungg galaxy y pro since last four months i am not able to find the handset in any of you outlet where you has updated in website its got launch in month of Sep-2011 only so kindly help me to resolved the both my problems ASAP.

I have faced many times of problems in last FEW Months with my SAMSUNG CHAMP C-3303 HAND set like Sound, MIKE, CHARGING and Battery backup etc.
                i had a conversation with rahul singla sir of ludhiana care centre, he asked for the replacement of the base plate.but after few days, it againg strting giving the same problems.

                I have purchased a TV LED 32D 5000 in the month of May 2012, Now when I am calling Call center for Free wall mount there are telling me it was valid for only 1 Month from the date of purchase. But till date no one informed me the same. I think this is not my fault. This is a matter of miss communication for that I am convinced to pay around 1000Rs. From very first day there was a problem in above said Plasma Tv purchased on 10/07/12 the problem was brought in knowledge of Mr. Gaurav Sondhi & all your sight engineer visited our residence and told that these dotes (patches) will be removed automatically by the passing of time but sorry to inform you that the problem is same there & additional line in display also added . Even we asked for upgraded model by paying additional difference amount to pay but the problem is still not solved as we are not interested in repairing this set. So kindly replace or upgrade the TV of the easiest possible & oblige. If you are not replacing your product then we have to proceed for consumer court.

                Hi, I am Abhishek Jain . Purchased Samsung galax S 2 GT-i9100 2 months back of Rs 24000. Since beginning I am facing problem of Mobile got switched off automatically 3-4 times in a day and mobile battery level goes to 0. I have visited samsung service center (Pooja Communication, Pipmpari Pune). and many times register complaint with Customer care also. In 1st Visit my mobile motherboard (PB) replaced and OS also upgraded. But after receiving my mobile -by 2nd day onwards faced same problem (auto switched off). I called to Customer care for same but no satisfactory reasons and solution provided.and advised to go to consumer forum and to media(By Ms Shanky).
                I got faulty product and it is manufacturing fault, Mobile is already submitted to Service center.
                I would request you please help me to replaced faulty Mobile. I am regular customer of Samsung and dont want to go Consumer forum and to Media.

                I have bought Samsung Galaxy Grand Mobile phone in the month of March 2013. I am facing technical problems in hand my set.


                It is getting fast discharge.

                Bluethooth and WiFi is not working.

                When it try to get activate. It does not work.

                Over heating in the camera, flash and speaker area.

                After complete discharge. it does not show any indication of charging after putting charger plugged for 3 hours.


                I faced these problems first time when i was in goa on 14/10/13.

                As it is gurantee period. I went ot Allied Service Center in Panjim Goa.

                After checking they said that cord of charger is short. It needs to change but you have to wait for 4 days. It is out of stock.

I am very disappointed and mentaly harassed. Infact there is no availability of charger cord at the service center. How the company is going to fullfil the comittment of services? I can not understand.

                On 11 Aug 2013 I have purchase Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 (White) mobile from Alfa market which is located at Vile- Parle worth Rs.21800.00.In this period for 2 month my mobile is working very smoothly however since 7th Nov 2013 my mobile is switching off continuously if I removed battery from mobile &amp again insert then only my mobile get started but that is for very short time may be 15-20 min,

                On 12th Nov 2013 I went to U-TECH Sion Samsung service center for this issue, they have updated software version after that mobile start working till next evening &amp again it become switch off .

                On 16th Nov 2013 again I went to U-TECH Sion Samsung service center that time they have change my Battery &amp gave me new battery.I took that battery &amp came to home.When I insert that battery into mobile then its get stuck into that (i.e.its large battery which is S4 battery). Again on that same day I went to same service center &amp informed them this battery is not fit into my mobile then they have given me another battery saying its new battery.while during conversation they have confirm its testing battery for us &amp its original.However I noticed that this battery is same which I replace in the morning.(I have noted number of my original battery) so I got to know that this is mine battery only, which they are saying testing battery.while inserting this battery only for 5 min. my mobile start working &amp again its switch off there only.So I refuse to take this battery then they confirm we need to order New Battery for this mobile.

                On 20th Nov 2013 they have given me new battery however still my mobile is not working.

                On 23rd Nov 2013 again I went to U-TECH Sion service center.They have informed me there is some Hardware problem with this mobile so you keep your mobile with us atleast for 10-15 day then it start working.I refused to keep my mobile over there because service center person making fool to customer.They are not giving new part, what they do they just replace one customer mobile part with other customer mobile part.For this reason I am not ready to keep my mobile in service center so I took customer helpdesk number from them which is [protected].

                At 1:00 pm I called up on that Number &amp informed them problem of my mobile, they told me to submit my mobile in the service center &amp they will replace the mother board however I request helpdesk to replace my mobile &amp give me a New mobile because its only 2-3 month complete &amp its in warranty period &amp its continuously switching off then what is use of my Money I have spend 21800 Rs. for that.Finally helpdesk person say do not keep your mobile in service center we will get back to you with Best solution within 24 hr.Even helpdesk person had conversation with Manager o[censored]-TECH sion service center.

                Yet I haven''t received any call from helpdesk.

                Please give my New mobile its become very hectic every day to go in service center &amp that too for no use even though it is in warranty.

                Its west of my money for Samsung mobile & what is use of that mobile if within 2-3 month its not working.So May I request you to please replace my mobile &amp give me new mobile.Still my mobile is completely switch off so its very difficult for me.

                I have registered this Complaint to consumer fort.

                I am doing follow up with samsung helpdesk from 23rd Nov 2013 & yet not get satisfactory solution.

                I bought a SAMSUNG LED on 29th November 2012. I showed trust in the company and bought this LED alongwith washing machine
                and refrigerator. I paid Rs 20, 500 to buy this LED. Now the LED is not working since 26 Jan-2014, i have made a complaint to
                SAMSUNG customer care. On 29th, samsung engineer visited to my home and look into the matter. He told us your LED panel is not
                working, need to replace it by new one that cost comes to around 12000(repaire not possible). Samsung betrayed to me by giving a
                faulty product that got crap by just 1 yr n 2 months.
                I CAN JUST TELL YOU THAT THE HARDWARE IS . But I guess I was wrong that i purchased it. Samsung loose its
                customer relationship and also faith of customers. Samsung provides warranty of 1 year. The warranty means that company is there with
                you for 1 year and if there is any issue, company is there to help you. It doesn’t mean that the product will only work for 1 year and
                afterwards it will be a crap. I hope I am correct in telling you the meaning of Warranty.
                I would like you to repair the LED with just service charges or i will start making post to internet about SAMSUNG wrost product
                I don't know what it will take to get the new panel (might be the consumer court or complaining in web forums), I will do it.

                Myself Nisha Sunil, contact Ph # [protected] have purchased Samsung Refrigerator RT 27 HAJMASE ( FF 253L) from Bismi Appliances, 44/3709, SIUP School Road, Deshabhimani, Kaloor - 682017 vide Invoice No. 244616 dated 13/Dec/2014 (copy attached).

                Few days after buying following malfunctioning was noticed -
                (a) Water was seen in all food stuffs in refrigerator compartment
                (b) Though we purchased a frost free refrigerator, in freezer compartment we were unable to take a vessel from the freezer compartment as the whole thing was fixed down & there were ice particles fixed everywhere even on side door.

                These were first brought to the notice of Bismi Appliance ( Dealer) & we got a reply stating that they were helpless & we need to register complain to Samsung directly. I registered complaint with Samsung & many telephonic assistance & technicians came to my home, but sorry to say I am facing the same complaint even today. We are facing many health problems due to the intake of food that is kept in refrigerator ( as food stuffs contain water when taken out from refrigerator )

                The replies given by technicians & telephonic assistance was that the temperature settings were wrong & they adjusted accordingly, but no improvement was noticed. If you could look into the data base you can notice that I have registered the same complaint with Samsung many times since Dec 2014 but nothing worked.

                Again last Dec 2015, I had registered the same complaint & till now technicians are visiting my home, as a daily routine, come home morning & leave by evening. As we are office goers, we find difficult in taking leave all the time, when the technician fix a call.

                Even after repeated checks, some spare parts were replaced this Monday – 18.01.2016 & sorry to say that the condition became worse, full of ice & water. The snaps were taken by the technician & hope it had been shared. Today- 22.01.2016 I got a call ( Ph #[protected]from the service centre stating that they would require the refrigerator for a detailed check up & would take the whole set to their work shop. I was shocked on hearing this as even after repeated check ups they were unable to rectify the problem & now what the hell they are going to do with this. If they were some Doctors the patient would have finished by this time.

                This is the first time I am facing such a troubles after purchasing a product from a service provider like this. I strongly suggest you to replace the whole set with a new one or else I will be forced to approach the consumer court for getting justice.

                Please consider this matter & do the needful as the same is under warranty.

                Never treat your customers as fools, as they won’t be the same always.

                I want a genuine reply at the earliest.

                  I really don't understand. The hardware is OK, but the software is awful bad. None of the programs is good.
                  Confused menus. It's difficult to close applications. Difficult to find pictures. The game is dummy. Missed calls icon is so discrete that sometimes I don't see it.
                  Snooze on icon simply not showed.
                  I would like to understand how a big corporation like Samsung can sell a mobile with these bad softwares. Don't they have systems analysts, users tests before sell.
                  Really impressive.

                    Though Samsung gives 5 years replacement warranty on the hard disk, I was surprised to note that it takes them more than 2 months to replace the faulty hard disk.

                    I had submitted my faulty hard disk [Sr. No.: 137312FL871108] which was under warranty [till Aug 2011] on the 19th of March 2010 with Vcare Service (Authorised Samsung Service Centre: Andheri East). At the time of submission they couldn't give any definite time when I would get replacement. After continuous follow up with service centre and their manager I was told that it may take about a month.

                    On 25th of May finally when I called they said the replacement has come. When I sent my person with their work-order copy [no.[protected]] to collect the hard disk the lady in-charge there, Ms. Sarita, mentioned that since you have written some contact numbers [of their managers and seniors] at the bottom of paper [work order] you will have to give a Court Affidavit for getting new work order copy. Without which you cannot get the harddisk.

                    After complaining to their manager Mr. Hemant Jadhav, I could finally get my harddisk by sending my person second time.

                    This will remain as bad experience and I would be careful while buying Samsung products in the future.

                        NEVER EVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AND DON'T LET ANYONE BUY SAMSUNG.

                        I made a complaint against my samsung side by side refrigerator on 18th of May 2010 at the Service Centre in Ludhiana, Punjab. The engineer visited the same day and diagnosed that the Compressor had to be replaced and that will be done within 48 hours. On 21st May 2010 Friday a guy came with a compressor and that too of some other model and then he said that it will be done on Monday i.e. 24th May 2010. On no response from Samsung i again called up at Samsung Helpline and they said it will be done within 1-2 days. I again called up and they said it will take ONE MORE WEEK.

                        CAN ANYONE's PASS ON A SINGLE DAY WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR ?

                        THIS IS SUCH A SHAMEFUL RESPONSE FROM A KOREAN ELECTRONICS GIANT. THIS KOREAN
                        Company can't provide after sales service and so it should be banned in INDIA.

                          had lodged a request for the repair of my music system under SR No. [protected]. I was told somebody will turn up at my place within 48hours. But nobody came. After three days a Service Engineer calls in the afternoon and asks for the time to come over. We fix 24th May, 5pm as the date and time. I leave my office early so as to keep up to my appointment but nobody turned up. Its heights of disservice to a customer. Is Samsung India only into wrong service commitment to its clients?

                            I, Susan Mora from Philippines bought a 2 door SAMSUNG ref which the salesman claimed was the best seller in Europe. To make the long story short, I purchased this BRAND NEW unit last Dec 2009. After 4 months o[censored]se the COMPRESSOR was replaced. After one week o[censored]se from date of replacement, the freezer section will not function properly. Last May 22, a technician came and he said it had to be pulled out but is still usable. After a few hours, the total unit just STOPPED FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. He advised me that the SERVICE CENTER will call Monday to advise me the will pick up date of the unit. Now its Tuesday afternoon and NO ADVISE YET. This has happned to me THRICE already. I have to call several times and DEMAND exact date of service otherwise NO FOLLOW UP from my side NO CALL BACK from your service center.
                            I have been in the retail industry for 27 years and I know what GOOD SERVICE is all about. Its such waste of company funds to market SAMSUNG aggressively when the after sales service is so bad!

                              I purchased a Samsung B2100( Marine) on 30/11/2009. (s/n R7XS778353 L IMEI:[protected]) This phone restarts randomly after every 4-5 minutes. I approached Samsung authorized service center R.K.R Infocom about this problem in March 2010. The service personnel said that it was a software issue and flashed some software. The issue was not resolved and kept happening. The freqeuncy of restarts became more (once in 2-3 minutes).

                              I again approached the same Samsung authorized service center on 8-5-2010 with this problem. They diagnosed it to be a fault in the motherboard and said that it would take 2-3 days to repair initially. I have been contacting them everyday and they tell me that they are yet to receive the motherboard and ask me to wait till end of week. As of today[protected], the issue is still not resolved. I was again asked to wait till end of week. It is really bad that after 17 days, the part is not received and the issue is still not resolved.

                              The general time line given by samsung service personnel is 1-2 days for minor repair and 8-10 days for major repair including replacement of a faulty part.

                              Please help me file a complaint against Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd for a poor product which is misleadingly advertised as a "planet proof phone" but does not even provide basic functionality and Samsung Customer Service for an even poorer quality of service.

                                Samsung Window Air Conditioner — NO PROPER AFTER SALES SERVICE WAS GIVEN

                                I have purchased a window A/C from kohinoor electronics thane on 15th april 2005, the machine was maintained under 1 year worranty by company.The machine stops giving cooling in may 2008, the complaint was lodged immidiately, the service man has told to get it washed, and he has washed the machine, and charged Rs. 450. But we have observed within 2/3 hours that still machine is not giving proper cooling, Again we have called him this time he has told that you have to charge the gas, we have get it done and spend rs 2200 for the gas. still the machine does not give cooling, again i have lodge the complaint, this time the service man has told me that transformer, and temparature sansor has to change, we have change it, again he has charged us rs 890. still the machine has not given proper cooling again we have lodge the complaint, this time service man has told that the compressor was not working, and we have to change the compressor which is under worranty and for this you have to pay only Rs. 1800 for gas charging. He has taken away our a/c machine on 29/7/2008, till 31/7/08 no bady has replayed me. hence i have personally contacted the service station Krish electronics, and i was shocked that the service incharge has advoice me that you have to change the condencer coil unit front and back as it was rusty and may give problame in future and your machine will become as well as new, as we have change the all parts for which the estimated cost is Rs. 5000 to 6000. + the expenxes we have done are rs 3540 . this is unfair

                                The company Samsung is not keeping the proper trained and well knolegeable techical staff, and hence the custmer was un nacerry harrased to change the unwanted parts by making wrong expences and eventhough not satisfing with the product's results in this case cooling of a/c

                                It means that proper prediction / dignocis of the problem was not done by the proper educated and well trained techician or service engineer and hence done by try and error method by changing the parts they have change all parts un nacessary insteade of changing the main part that is the compressor.which is a trouble giving part. and again advicing me to change the remaining part's which are not giving any trouble right now. and compelling me to do the expenxes of Rs. 500 to 6000 + the amount we have already spend is 3540 it means i have to spend about 10000 rupees for geting service and i have to spend my 4 months and still i am not getting the results, my machine is with samsung service provider.

                                Can you guide me what can i do or who will lookafter my complaint, all this story was emailed to Service.[protected]@samsung.com on 19/7/2008 and on 31/7/2008but still today i have not received any replay from samsung custamer cair

                                Samsung Window Air Conditioner — AC PROBLEM

                                I bought the AC in May 2008 from Saravana Stores Tambaram.Within a week after purchase it developed problem and Compresser was rectified/replaced. Again on 12/03/09 I called them for general check up and found that the some coils are to be changed and unit is likely tobe taken for service. Basis question is within the guranteee period these type of problems can be rectified freely. But the reoccurance of the problem is likely and the cost of repair may surpass the cost of AC itsefl in a span of 3 yeras. There fore I requuset you to replace the unit with a new one in a pakka working condition.Or given me in writing a service warranty of atlest 5 years like compressor warranty immediately.

                                i had bought a new 1.5 ton air conditioner on 23/5/09 but on 11/06/09 it stopped working i registered a compainlaint but the company took 6 days to attend to my complaint they told me that the compressor is not working, they dont have any concern about my air conditioner they are not giving any kind of response it has been 20 days now.they sell 3rd class proudcts never buy ac from samsung company the service of this company is worst.

                                I have several Window air conditioner units and they are all from SAMSUNG. 24.000 BTU

                                everything went well until 4 days before the warranty for the compressor unit expired and this was on Friday night and I called next day the Company who gives me the maintance and cleaning on the units but since it was a week end they showed up the following Monday.
                                they took the unit to their shop to check what is wrong with it and the same day they called me and told me that the compressor would not start This was the day the warranty had expired since they have no office in Maracaibo -Venezuela I had to call next day to their International service dept. in Panama
                                and I explained the situation and since I had not called on Saturday their was no warranty any more. that means because of 48 hours.
                                I can not believe that there are such short minded Persons working in Samsung and to give you such an answer.
                                I ask every one to stay away from any item made by SAMSUNG since there are other companies and there is competition .
                                Now I have to spend the same amount of money I had paid when I bought the unit and I prefer to Buy Lg, Toshiba , Carrier, Panasonic etc then buying 1 single Nail from Samsung.

                                  I have bought 310L Refrigerator 2 door from Vivek & Co, Nanganallur, Chennai 61 on Saturday by paying full amount through Credit Card. The fridge was delivered at 1.30 pm on 22nd May with the assurance that Samsung rep will come and install the fridge the next day. To our dismay, no one turned up on Sunday and on Monday and even till this (25th May) morning. The rude behaviour of your dealer is totally not acceptable to a new customer. They cannot washing their hands saying it is not their responsibility to ensure installation of the item on time and they have casually registered with Samsung on 24th i.e. 2 days after the fridge was delivered. After persistent follow up for last 3 days, the call was registered and we spoke to your service centre Manager Mr. Rajagopal and were surprised the way this gentleman responded and banging the phone saying somebody will come today.

                                  My questions are:

                                  1. If Vivek & Co cannot install the fridge on the same day, why did they sell the fridge on a saturday and why did they not inform us that the call will be resgietered on Monday and Samsung Representative will attend taking his own sweet time

                                  2. In such a case, how can they take full cash if they cannot render the basic service to a new customer.

                                  3. What is the use of purchasing a brand new fridge and waiting for 4 days for Samsung Rep to come and install the fridge.

                                  4. The worst of all is that your fridge is not working when attended by Vivek & Co rep on 24th night and again they have left saying Samsung rep will come and attend.

                                  SHOULD WE BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ANY MORE OR RECOMMEND TO OUR FRIENDS/RELATIVES, FOR THE KIND OF SERVICE/TREATMENT YOUR DEALER AND SERVICE CENTRE HAS GIVEN TO ME. THE FIRST TIME I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG PRODUCT WHICH HAS LED TO MENTAL AGONY FOR LAST FOUR DAYS.

                                  I Hope this complaint will be viewed seriously and action initiated.

                                    I purchased a Samsung LCD TV from Girias , Rajajinagar on 26th Jan 2010. After lots of follow up it was connected and we could enjoy the programme.
                                    To our surprise exactly 3 month later the said TV stopped working both Video as well as Audio.Again we took 4 days to book the the complaint at Girias. Excuse were no at all acceptable for not booking our complaint. Now it is one month over the TV is not set right.
                                    I do not know how such a reputed multi national brand product service is so bad. Is it a part of the company to be blamed or the local concern people's attitude toward's service to customers.
                                    Repeated call to the local service team ends with reply not at all acceptable.

                                    Through this can I request the concern people to attend my problem and give a solution

                                      This is to inform you that, i puchased split a/c on last Septemeber 2009, 1st service was made Feb 2010, from the last week of April 2010, a/c blower is not working properly, reg this i just called the customer support on 17th May 2010 and they registered my compliant(#[protected]) and they assured that the person will be there before 5.30pm on that day, after 6 pm again i called the customer support executive reg that service, again they assured and said tomorrow (18th May 2010) that persons will come, days up, but there is no single call from your side, again i called on 22nd May 2010 reg this, that day they said different answers, due to lot of customers that why we r convert your call to some other samsung service center, is it reasonable answer,. Im working in Media, I don't have that much of leave to take, eventhough i took leave on Monday 17th & 18 till noon, because of customer care executive reference.
                                      Today (24/05/2010), still there is no phone call, either i called more than 6 times to your customer support still there is no response.
                                      Is your organisation is working? alive? This is the way you people treat the public? Can i take this matter as issue?

                                      I need proper information from your side, y this happend?

                                        My name is Lakshman Kumar.Pratti. I bought a mobile Samsung- gt s 5603 10 months ago, since last month i have been facing problems with my mobile,
                                        i gave it to samsung service center two times at Ameerpet and Basheerbagh,but the problem is not solved.The service center technicians say it is the problem of the software which is installed in all mobiles of same model, they cann't be solved, they suggested me to call coustomer care.I called to the coustomer care ( technical support). They registred complaint no - [protected], but didn't tell me when the problem will rectified.They have registred my request and forworded it to the company, my warranty period will expire within 2 months .please suggest what to do.
