Dear Samsung India CMD,

We have raised a complain for repair of our fridge almost 2 months ago and nothing has been done for that. Complain number: [protected].

Our fridge stopped working as a cable inside the concealed back wall burnt automatically which is very surprsing as it is stabiizer free product.

Service centre people are saying that they can not repair it and whoe body needs to be changed....

I bought a windo AC of one tonn from BIG BAZAR ranchi 1 week back.I was promised that AC would be installed within one or two days by the samsung service centre at ranchi.Even after continous assurance by service centre operator no one had come to install AC till now. I am suffering shameful and pathetic customer service with Samsung ACs. I bought a Samsung window AC in Gurgaon which is defective as it makes a lot of noise whenever started with no cooling.
