the samsung lcdtv was booked thru an online website cafegadgets.com on may 13 by my brother who stay in southafrica as a gift worth 40,409/-.the tv was dispatched on may20 from gurgoan,haryana to dibrugarh,assam.it reached on may28.but when we switch on the tv the screen inside found totally cracked.from outside the look was very good.
we informed the same to cafegadgets,tata aig(insurance policy),samsung.the cafegadgets took till date to sort out the matter and finally telling to send back tv with our own cost so that they will sortout.if we send the tv by courier is they any gaurentee that the damaged tv wont get damage again since its very far away from assam.

we r not milliniors to throw the money for buying a new tv,or baring thousands of rs/- for courier charges.the cafegadgets r at gain side we r at loss side.they r playing with us.

thru online shopping they r playing with customers feeling, money, time.we can get money but time and feelings wont.they must be punished.they wasted 1 month of time, thousands of maney and happiness.

    POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE


    1. I had purchased Samsung LCD TV 26” model no. LA 26B450 component Sl no. 12563IKS 600101 N on 30 Jun 09.
    2. The TV was working fine till Jan 10 and thereafter it developed some problem. On several occasions when I tried to switch it ‘on’, it never switched ‘on’. I initially thought this problem might be due to old battery in the remote and got the remote controller cell replaced, however the problem remained intermittent. In Mar 10, the problem aggravated as after trying hard to switch ‘on’ the TV, I was unsuccessful. Trouble shootings suggested in the manual were tried but all in vain. Finally I called up your service centre (Astha Service Centre) and a service engineer turned up at my place in Mohanbari in Mar 10. He conducted soldering work on the circuits but the problem remained same. Hence he zeroed down on the main PCB confirming it to be unserviceable. He promised to get back with new PCB within two weeks.
    3. In the mean time, due to service exigencies, I was out of Station for a month. On my return I enquired the service centre on the progress of my case and I was replied that as I was away, the complaint had been closed. Further I was asked to re-register the same, which was registered on 17 May 10 vide WA[protected]. I was told that as the required PCB was not available as confirmed from previous correspondence so a fresh demand for same had been put, which may take another week. I did not get any response from the service centre even after a week and so I called up Mr Ritik Das at the service centre who confirmed that the demand had been mailed to his Headquarters in Guwahati. After 3 days I again gave him a call and he told me that as the item was not available with Samsung, he will discuss the case with representative of Head Office who was visiting from Guwahati. However I never received any call from him.
    So I again called him up and he replied that Samsung Headquarter may give some commercial solution to my problem and they are waiting for approval from Head office for the same and problem may be solved by replacing the set itself, however no solid solution and no deadline was given for the same. I waited till 02 Jun 10 and by this time I was literally tired with the kind of response I was getting from your representative. After great persuasion and heated arguments with the representative, finally I could manage the contact no of Mr Debnath ASM Samsung Guwahati, to whom I gave a call on 02 Jun 10. He told me that he was not in office, though remembered the case and had already forwarded the request for approval from his Head Office. I waited eagerly hoping that person whom I had talked may be responsible person. However till 07 Jun 10 there was no response from the service centre. By this time almost a month had passed for my second complaint, so I called up Mr Debnath who did not pick my call and then I called up Mr Ritik who replied that the shipment of the required PCB had been received at their country office in NOIDA, but he was not clear to what action the company might take now, and no time frame was confirmed by him for solving my problem.
    4. Through out the episode I was neither given definite time/PDC for the rectification of the fault nor service centre tried to contact me. I am serving in Indian Air Force and hardly get time to run after such petty things. Still I was forced to stop my primary job and kept contacting your service representative time and again. Above all the response from them was Luke warm lacking solid answer. They tried to make a fool out of me and mockery of the system in place. I am a patron of Samsung and all my home appliances ranging from TV, Freeze, AC etc are of Samsung. In view of the present response and ill treatment from the service centre I’m forced to rethink my loyalty towards Samsung. Now onwards I shall prefer not to buy products from Samsung.
    5. Keeping in view the pathetic service rendered to me and delay in rectifying the snag which still remain unrectified for the last 3 months.
    6. The ASM Samsung Guhati had promised me that by 15Jun10 he shall get the part to be replaced and get the TV rectified after great persuation and lodging of compain online, however today when i am trying to conatct the ASM guhati and samsung service dibrugarh their phones are switched off and no body is responding.
    7. I hope through this forum i shall get some feedback from the SERVICE center of samsung which has been in deep slumber since long.

    Samsung LCT 26" — No response from Samsung

    Hi,
    I purchased a samsung LCD 26" on 19th October from Better Deals, Janak-Puri. But the set was faulty. It stops within 20 minutes automatically. The engineer visited once and told that the set will be replaced. But now we are calling the Samsung customer care daily and they say that your request has been forwarded to our service center. But i don't know how long we have to wait for the replacement. The customer care executives always says that they will get back to us but they don't call us to provide us with the status. Can samsung authorities look into this and take some action ASAP as such things damage the company image.

    Samsung LCD TV 26" — Used Displayed set sold

    I have Purchased a 26" Samsung LCD TV (Series 4) from M/S Dass Refrigeration/Electronics (H-11, Main Road Kalkaji, New Delhi-110019) on 20th of May, after 72 hours of purchase they didn’t inform to company for the installation of TV, so till than the TV kept unpacked, when the executive came & open the TV, we found that the shopkeeper send us the used/displayed TV having no stickers (November 2008 make) for the significance of fresh & latest.

    At the time of purchase we clearly told to shopkeeper that please tell us if any new series/ shape is expected in this model, we will wait for new one, but he said no nothing is expected, than we said please send us the latest/fresh piece not this displayed piece, he said ok don't worry definitely I’ll send you the fresh piece, but even all this he send us the old piece & old range.

    So please accept my complaint against M/S Dass Refrigeration (KalkaJi, New Delhi) & take action against them.

    samsung - LCD — poor services by samsung LCD division

    Dear sir,

    this is in reference to above subject I'm facing lot of problem in ur model :- 2233SW, the complaint was logged on dated 6 sep ([protected]) , but still nno action has been taken . your service support of delhi/noida mr. nirdesh & ms pooja are taking no interest in resolving my problem .if this type of support is taken by such organisation than i think it is a big shame for u guys.

    i[censored] r not taking this seriously i'm going to consumer court or the govt. authority.

    SAMSUNG LCD, 26 INCH — POOR SERVICE

    I Have made a complaint ( No-[protected]) on 31st may. after 3-4 days a engg. from samsung care came and attend the problem. he said that there is a problem in its vidio kit so it required the replacement and it will take 7-10 days but till today no response from their side. I called on their toll free number almost 10 times but got very poor response. every time I made a call they said They will look after this issue and inform to higher authorties.
    Now I feel cheated. if there is any legal way to take action against them. I have my invoice and lcd is still in warrenty period.
    Kindly suggest.

    Samsung 26" LCD TV — Poor product and service

    We purchased a Samsung 26" LCD TV on 8th of July 2010. In less than 1 month it started behaving erratically. It sometimes starts working properly after switching on. Many of the times it switches on after several hours on its own.
    I logged a compliant (compliant no: [protected]) to the customer care ([protected]) on 08th of August 2010 and have been following up for the same since 3 days. Neither their technician turned up nor called us.
    The service centre numbers of mumbai listed in their website are either wrong or switched off.

    Will I ever get my TV repaired???

    Samsung LCD TV 26" — Poor response

    I bought LCD TV on 3rd Dec 2010 from the Samsung Dealer at Ahmedabad, which was registered with Samsung BP No. [protected]. My TV was to be installed by 8 PM on 4th Dec,2010. This was reminded fo more than four times and I got the same reply from the call centre. But so far nothing has been done by Samsung. I rate the service of Samsung VERY POOR.

      Dear Sir/Madame,
      I brought samsung washing machine model WA-78K1/LTL on 04-03-07.
      A month ago we faced some problem regarding tub in the machine as it was making noise and a crack was visible. After complaining to call centre a engineer came and asked us to change tub for which we agreed. As per him, it wud be available in next 2-3 days. Since than we have been constantly calling call cantre, all in futile. A week ago we got a complaint number [protected] and a visit from engineer and assurance that it will be rectified in 2 days. Since than we have been making calls to call centre all in vain. Also, when i made a call to one of the authorized centre (phone no.[protected]/3636) person on the phone told me that since he nor company has broken the tub, they are not responsible and so i cannot pressurize them( to be noted after one month). Please advice and guide what we can do in such a situation. We are facing trouble as we have house full of guests.

        I am deeply disappointed by the quality of this high-end plasma tv, and disgusted with Samsung's poor service standards and customer focus.

        I recently (January 2010), bought a 50" plasma tv from Samsung. It is PS50B450 model, and the sales guy insisted its a hotselling model.
        In 3 months, some circuit inside konked out, and I had no video, only audio. Their service centre was always busy, and I managed to complain to the service centre after 2 days of trying (through another local Samsung engineer).

        The next day, the engineer came, and inspected the set, and diagnosed some circuit problem, which needed replacement. He promised a revert the next day by 12:00 noon.

        I waited till 4 pm the next day and them called this guy up, who gave me the number of another person (Mr.Devaraj). He took some more time, and promised to get back the same evening. Not surprisingly, he didn’t.

        I called him the next morning and he said that there was no part available, and they were trying to replace the set! I was ok with that, since the set is new, and under warranty. But then, no news.

        I called him the next day and was told, to my surprise, that no set is available! Apparently Samsung doesn’t make this plasma model any more, since their focus has shifted. I remember asking this very question to the Samsung salesman who sold me the set, who had glibly lied about this.

        This man then suggested that he will try to repair some more, or else, get me a refund! The clueless service guys kept coming and tried the SMPS replacement, followed by the motherboard, then the display. Since these parts had to be shipped in, each of these steps needed 3-4 days wait. What was most appalling was that after so many promises, they got the wrong part for the display!!! Needless to say, nothing worked!

        After this fiasco, Mr.Rangaswamy, the manager promised a replacement. 8 days later, still nothing. I found out from the dealer that the same set is available, but Samsung couldn't get hold of it! They just didn't try, and started giving me all their rules (customer service is not one). They then promised a fresh piece from their warehouse (I don't know why this wasn't tried earlier) only to come back with the news that the model is not available.

        It is now 5 WEEKS and I am sitting with this expensive piece of glass on my wall, which is now being used as a mirror. No proper service, no accountability from Samsung. I am not interested in a refund, I want a good plasma tv. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll get that from Samsung. I only get promises, no delivery. Obviously, satisfying a customer is NOT a priority for Samsung India.

        I am planning to take this up with my lawyer, and the media, for I have no faith in Samsung. It doesn't care. I have 2 Sony tv's, for 10 years+, and have had no issues. This is last I will ever buy a Samsung, and will make everyone I know aware that this brand must notbe trusted!

        really samsung lcdtv also the same.we received dead tv thru courier and feelg regret.i hate samsunggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg.i too pleasing people not to buy samsung and not to prefer online shopping

          I had purchased Samsung Air Condtioner Model No. 18wka from M/s Samsung Exclusive, Roop Nagar, Delhi -110 007 on 27.07.2007. Since installation, the A.C.was giving problem. No. of times complaints were made even the Technician charged the visiting charges but the problem is still exist. Now the Compressor is giving problem . mThough the machine was taken out by ur service centre and put it back on 07.04.2010 but compressor is not cooling and some time it do not start or take time to start.ur service centre people are vwery hopeless and they don't bother about the consumer. Hence this complaint is on line.
          If I do not hear immediately or my complaint is not resolve than I will take the legal action against the dealer as well as the Company for which both o[censored] will be liable.

          Samsung Air Conditioner — Compressor not working

          We purchased samsung window a/c on[protected]
          from digital shoppy, m.g.road, Secunderabad.The
          a/c was not working from 14-05-08 onwards.We gave a complaint on the toll free no. on 16-05-08
          The service engineer comes on 19-05-08 and after checking the a/c tells us that compresser has got
          problem & needs to be replaced . the same will be done by 21-05-08.but inspite of our daily calling at the toll free no.nobody has till date turned up from the samsung sevice center.We request you to put
          this complaint to samsung india & get the a/c

          Air Conditioner — Compressor problem and as well as Installation Problem

          Hi I am Sadiq Syed from Chennai

          Actually i bought an AC from Samsung on 22nd April 2008. After installation i would have used the AC for hardly 2 days. Then i called the person who installed this and also gave a complaint in the service centre. But there they asked me to call another number else customer care. I called customer care and lodged a complaint about the machine on 25th May 2008. The service people came and checked what is the problem. But after checking the machine they said that there is gas leakage problem as well as compressor is low pumping problem. They asked to reinstall the machine. But i really dont understand that when i already paid Rs.1100 for installation then why should i pay again for the same thing. And more over i accepted for paying a minimal amount for reinstallation. But there is no response from anyone till date.

          So this is the worst case and worst service which i never seen in my lifetime.

          So, It is my humble request everyone not to buy any product from samsung

          This is reagarding the samsung air conditoner we have purchased for our company named Majestic vehciles pvt ltd. the puchasing date is less than before 10 months. The company is a authorised Maruti dealership and we have more than 8 a.c of samsung in our 3 offices, we are highly dissatisfied from the service they are providing to us, previously we had lodge a complaint of ac gas leakage and ac is not starting on. it had taken allmost more than 15 days to resolve the problem and it was the summer daysand the ac which is faulty is of the customer loudge where the customer waits till there vehicle get repaired so it really shameful to us if our customer has to wait in a room has no cooling system only because of samsung, this is the second time that our ac is not working from more than 10 days we had lodge a complaint to the authorised service center for the same and also talked to Mr. Malu ph :[protected] for the same as our ac is under AMC and less than 01 yr to purchase . after the first repair the ac got damaged with in 15 days and they are not taking any step for the same the complaint is as it is, if this is so in that case what we think is if a samsung ac cant work proper for at least 01 year and the service is too worst which show that they dont care for the customers. its shame for the company and the customer care deptt. that they are not fulfill and they are helpless to care for their customer, if you really value for the customer feedback and complaint pls do the needful action in practical way and send any authorised person to solve the problem.           Compresser not working
          We purchased samsung window a/c from Ashoka sales agengy Faridabad on dated[protected].
          After one month ac was not working I gave a complaint, service engineer comes after checking he tells us that compresser of AC has got problem & needs to be replaced, first time I paid Rs.800 for tempo fare.After 20 days we got same problem again I complaint, service engineer comes after checking he tells us that compresser of AC has got problem & needs to be replaced, Again I paid Rs 700 for tempo fare.
          This year at starting of summer I facing same problem .I realy unhappy with this Samsung KHATARA product.My complaint no is [protected] dated[protected].
          Please return my mony, I will go with any other brand.

          Samsung air condititioner — Compressor is not working

          My sister purchased a air conditioner on 06/06/2007. this year after servicing its not working. after a telecon with your customer care executive log a complaint. Complaint no is BP[protected] on 26 of April. As per your c.care executive they provide me a no of Mr Joshi he works with INFINITE SOLUTION add-NIT Faridabad. He visit & told us that compressor is not working & your warranty period for ac is expired. so dukan mein le jake thik karke dunga. and for that he charges 2000 to 2500/-.

          After repair my ac & compressor till date is not working.

          Some resources we come to know that for compressor warranty period is for 04 years.

          Today i again logged a complaint in customer care for that.

          Kindly help me out.

          i have purchased AC in may-2011 (3/5/2011) . it is not working till the date..it's 7 month left...i have call 500 times to [protected] and service center (Bhavnagar) during 7month.. and personally meet to Pareshbhai (Manager, Sam-sung service station, bhavnagar) in first 6 month Every time engineer came to my home and told me different problem..one told me there is problem in cooling coil..other told me there is problem in compressor..and so on..but no solution.. From last 30days they are telling me that you will get replacement within two day..but i don't know how much this two days are long...7month and more...i think it may be take 80year...my son will enjoy AC..not me .. Fair Enough...

          Samsung — Room Air Conditioner

          I had purchased a Samsung Room Air-conditioner from Croma, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon.during April 2010 and hardly used for two months till now. I recently noticed that condenser is leaking. When I reported this matter with the distributor they in turn informed that I should take an extended warranty from them by paying extra amount to entertain my complaint or look into the matter. I am disappointed very much despite their promises they did not even offer an apology. I therefor, advise my fellow citizen please don't get cheated and think before buying this Samsung Room Air-conditioner.

          mr Sathish he came and found that in the outdoor unit of ac
          all the gas has gone out so it has to replaced but the manager at Veeras services
          and they are asking us who came to your flat to instal the ac.
          mr Kalai Arasan does not know who has installed ac unit at above address
          and he is asking us such is the of your service people FIVE days have lapsed and
          nobody wanted to take the responsibilty of redressing my greivence
          i am totally dissatisfied with your ac units and splendid !!! after sale services
          take back your unit and pay me with compensation for the sufferings we underwent
          because of a mistaken, wrong decision to go for such a digustig AirCondtioning brand

            i have a sumsung mobile model code s3500i.i purchased this mobile on date[protected]..after completion of 1 month i m facing so many problems in this handset and was also giving in service station and they told me that the handset having a software problem..after again a few days when a service station return me my handset and they again told me this time you will not face any such a problems but again i m face a lots of problems in my handset so again i was came in service station on date[protected] and again i was complening about that and again they request me we will soon sort out this problem but after a almost completion of 1 month[protected].. they return my handset..after using again a few of moment i was facing again a problem ...so again i was going in service station[protected]...to[protected]....result same my handset again dead....so plz sir tell what can i do for that...becoz sir i have a indiviual mobile and i m astudent and also i m facing problems becoz my family leave far for me ..and i m not make any contact with my family...plz sir help me.....

              Dear Sir,

              I bought a Samsung 1.5 ton Split A/C-18 NB with Everest Stablizer on 28.02.2009 at SRI KUMARAN & CO, 37-C Velachery Main Road, Vijayanagar, Chennai-42.
              .
              Since water was leaking and A/C was slow and some times switched off automatically, we have on 04.06.10 made a complaint to you. You have registered our complaint and gave Complaint registered no. BP No.[protected]. After 2 days one engineer visited our house and checked and informed us that the GAS is completed and has to be refilled. After that we have made several calls to Cell No.[protected] and also to [protected]. Till today no engineer has attended the complaint. In this regard, kindly let us know:

              1. Is Samsung a local company ? Is there not sufficient Engineers to address the problem. Is it such a poor after Sales service from Samsung.

              2. Not even 1 1/2 years have completed from the purchase. How come the GAS will be over. I heard from many of my friends that for them even after 10 years there is no Gas filling problem. In that case, is this the manufacturing defects. If so , I need to be solved the problem with no charges from you.

              3. In my house we have many products from Samsung viz., Samsung fully automated Washing machines, Refrigerator, Window A/c apart from Split A/c, 32 inch LCD TV, DVD Player and even Samsung Desk top PC Monitor. Due to your poor service, we are thinking of migrating to other reputed company for our future purchase instead of Samsung.

              samsung split ac 1.5 t — wATER LEAKAGE

              I HAVE PURCHASED SPLIT AC SAMSUNG 1.5 T CAPACITY IN 23RD APRIL-10. FORM DEALER BHILAI RADIO HOUSE AFTER ONE MONTH WATER LEAKAGE FROM THE UNIT STARTED, I HAVE INFORMED SERVICE CENTRE, THEY SAID THE AC IS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AND ASKED TO CONTACT THE DEALER. NOW THE DEALER SAYS TO REINSTALL THE AC AND ASKED FOR A CHARGE OF Rs 1400/-.. THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY IS POOR.

                A complaint on the malfunctioning of Samsung Monitor Syncmaster 740 N was lodged with Samsung Service Centre oon 10.06.10 evening. I was assured that the complaint would be attended to on the following day before 2030 Hrs and that a Samsung Service Engineer would call, fix an appointment and visit to examine the monitor and rectify the malfunction.
                At the time of writing ( 2000 Hrs, 11.06.2010 ) nobody has called.
                When I called the Service Centra[protected] where the complaint was booked yesterday, the "executive" responding, who said that his name was Mr Pari , said that he could not locate the complaint based on my name, address and phone numbers. He wanted to register a fresh complaint. I did not agree to this. When given the complaint reference, he was able to do so. He said that "eerror in the Samsung system" prevented him from doing so earlier.
                When asked why a Samsung service engineer had not called, he said that there was "still time" for the Engineer to call and visit
                I have wasted a whole day waiting patiently for the complaint to be attended to. If this is the quality of Samsung Service, it would be best not to use their products. Krishna Chidambi.

                    My samsung BP no is [protected]. I made a complain on[protected] of NO COOLING of my AC at 915hrs with a presumption that they will attend my complain early. I got a call from service centre at 5 O' clock in the evening that one engineer will visit on[protected]. When I asked why on 08th, why not on 07th, then the guy agreed to come on 07th June'2010. Service engineer visited my house on 07th at 10AM and he told that he would send an agency supervisor for repair on 08th June. Actually the problem was for gas leakage. And it was a repat probelm. In March 2010, this problem had occured twice. Nobody turned up on 8th June2010. Then once again called Samsung customer care in early hour of the day and the customer care representative assured that he would esclate the problem to his higher superior and same would be rectified within 24hrs. Again 24hrs past but not call. Finall I got a call around 13Hrs on[protected] from their Service agenacy called Alfa Refrigerator and he said that he would come on[protected] and without listening anything he cut the phone. Again nobody turned up on 10th June. I do not know for many days this will run and I have to chase. Secondly whenever you call the Alfa Refrigerator, that guy is not all lifting the phone.

                    I know this is a repeat work for them for which they will not get payment and henec they are not bothered to respond. I do not have any choice. I have paid around Rs.1700 for gas filling when this problem occured first time. Now if I go outside, I have to once again spend same amount.

                    Request you to please help if you can.

                    I had purchased one window a/c machine from D.D.ELECTRONICS, DWARKA, NEW DELHI on[protected], invoice no 067, serial no 3334. After installation, the a/c was working in good condition. However, at the end of one year period on[protected] your service center person came and did the first service [i.e. water wash after several phone calls.]

                    After 15 days, the machine started giving less cooling. On[protected], I informed the call center and obtained the complaint No [protected]. Two days later, two mechanic came and checked the a/c and said there is a gas leakage from the compressor and need to fill the gas .On[protected], two persons from BOSCOS SERVICE center came and took the unit with them. Fifteen days later, they brought a very old a/c, which was in a bad condition and the model no and chasis number were different, which was not accepted. They took the a/c back with them.

                    Again with several complaints/reminders, on[protected] they brought the original a/c back and said we have filled gas in compressor and done the servicing also. They charged Rs.1500/- Receipt Book no 184/9173 and we paid it. For one month period the a/c worked smoothly. Then due to change of season, we wrapped the machine with plastic cover.

                    On 2nd April 2010, we started the a/c and it was running smoothly for five days. On[protected], due to less cooling, I had given a complaint to your call center. As there was no response, on[protected] I again lodged a complaint. On[protected] one service center person came and checked then said that there is gas leakage and need to fill gas from our service center. I asked him whether every year we need to fill gas in compressor. I also said that there are a number of a/c fitted in our surrounding houses which are of L.G, VOLTAS Make and they do not have any such problem. Why it is that only our A/c is giving frequent trouble. The next day I informed this to call center. Again on 16 04 2010 informed to call center. The next day one MR VINOD from Samsung asked me the details. On[protected] and[protected] also informed to call center and he promised me within two days to solve the entire problem. All the times they are giving the assurance. But till now no response and the unit is not giving cooling.

                    Sir, really I am getting mentally disturbed in the summer period due to poor response from your call center and the service center.

                      I have given my Samsung Corby 3G Model GT-M5650 to Bangalore BTN Layout samsung service center on 03/06/10 due to just head phone jack problem, and technician said she will inform once it get sorted, but she has not informed,i went continuously for three days but they are saying some of reason to give it back that they have a server problem that these things they are saying..........
                      I am really un happy with the SAMSUNG service, I let my all known persons to not to take the samsung product.....................

                        dear sir/madam
                        I purchased a samsung microwave(solo) in Jan 2008. for last few months the epoxy paint inside the microwave is peeling off and the interiors are getting rusted. I find it very unhygienic to cook/reheat the food in it. i always apprehend that paint may fall off in the food.
                        the product is out of warranty period but i am surprised at the quality of the product samsung is manufacturing and I wonder how it be repainted and who can help.

                          I had very recently purchased ( 3 weeks ago) a Samsung Refrigerator from Croma, Indiranagar. Croma has charged Rs.600 more for warrange that could provide free service, repair and component replacement for an year or so.

                          But at the time of product delivery one of the foot of the fridge got slightly lilted infact broken. From that day till now have made en number for complaints to Samsung and Croma still problem is not resolved. After the complaint some 10 executives called me took down my details and the problem but not one turned up to my residence till now.

                          I am really fed up with this kind of behaviour especially from the renowned companies like Croma and Samsung and made a dicision not to buy samsung products in future and also not to buy any products from Croma.

                            I was big fan of Samsung product. i had an A.C. and Washing M/C of Samsung. Both the product had numerous problems in last 5 years. I purchased Fully AutomaticC Washing M/C IN YEAR 2008 and after, one year one month its IC was damaged and I had to buy new IC and got it installed from your service centre Ghaziabad. Similarly, I purchased AC Silver nano in years 2005, and in the warranty year itself, its Thermostate and front touch screen damaged despite taking utmost care. since then it encounter lot of problems sometimes high vibration, noise, thermostate etc. Recently I found that it stopped cooling. I registered a complaint in your service centre at Ghaziabad, Complaint No:[protected], on 06.06.2010. A Person from your service centre came and examined and found out that Capillary of AC is jamming. He told that the Machine has to be taken to Service centre for clearing and refilling and it will cost arround 1500/-. He promised me that he will collect the machine on 07.06.10 and again on 08.06.10 up to 5PM. I don'nt when he will actully come , collect and rectify it.
                            Sir' I have seen somany of my friend bought Carrier AC, LG AC and their ACs are running without a single problem from last 8 to 5 years. Sir is that your AC DESIGN is inferior to them or is your product is inferior. I found your Customer care, without actually caring for CUSTOMER.
                            I AM SURE YOU PEOPLE WILL DEFINITY DO SOME THING TO SAFE GUARD YOUR CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE IN YOU, OTHERWISE YOU HAVE DEFINITLY LOST ONE CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE FROM YOUR PRODUCT AND MANY MORE WILL FOLLOW.

                            Samsung AC — Damaged AC andPoor Installation

                            I bought an AC ( Samsung model ZKA) on 16th June'09 from the dealer Navrang Audio Video (P) Ltd. and it was installed by them as well. Their address and contact nos. is as follows;
                            A-10, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 ( website: www.navrangav.com). Contact nos.[protected], 22043154, [protected].

                            The amount was paid to the dealer directly for the installation. It was installed but the feeling was as if the cooler is installed in the office. I have complained for the same and the person who had come for the installatiuon said it always sound like this. Then I have complained to the dealer and they have arranged a person for the site visit. Since last 2 days they could sort the problem and my life is like a hell because I could not move out of the offfice as these guys commit the time but comes too late. Today the person from Samsung whose name is Lakhan ( mobile no. [protected]) came and said that the condensor coil cover is damaged and it has to be replaced. I requested the dealer to change the complete unit but the call came from Samsung that only the condensor coil cover will be replaced and that too will take a week time.

                            I can not take a broken material and asking them to replace it.
                            Kindly help me to get the things as I have paid the money for the right machine and not the broken one.

                              and TO CHANGE THE REFRIGERATION IN 4-6 DAYS...NOW IS NO ZERO REPLY 23DAYS

                                THE COMPLAIN IS REGARDING WARRANTY CARD AND AC IS NOT WORKING.

                                I HAVE PURCHASED NEW AC FROM SAMSUNG PLAZA CHANNI HIMMAT IN JAMMU IN MAY 2010. AFTER PURCASHING I ASK TO SHOW ROOM MANAGER KINDLY FILL THE WARRANTY CARD. HE TOLD ME AFTER FITTING THE AC THE SERVICE BOY FILL THE WARRANTY CARD. AFTER FITTING I ASK TO SERVICE BOY KINDLY FILL THE THE WARRANTY CARD HE DENY THE REQUEST AND TOLD ME THIS NOT MY SERVICE. REGARDING THE SAME PROBLEM I ASK TO MANAGER KINDLY FILL THE WARRANTY CARD BUT HE TOLD ME THAT IS NOT MY JOB.

                                TILL DATE THE WARRANTY CARD IS NOT FILLED.

                                2, AFTER ONE WEEK I ASK TO MANAGER MY AC IS NOT WORKING WELL THEN HE REPLY CONTACT WITH SERVECE CENTER. I CALLED TO SERVICE CENTRE (SMART CARE IN JAMMU) REGARDING THE SAME. THEY TOLD ME THAT ENGINEER WILL COME ON TOMMAROW. NEXT DAY I CALLED TO SERVICE CENTRE REGARDING THE SAME. THEY TOLD ME WITHIN 2 HRS HE WILL BE THERE. AFTER FEW HRS THAT PERSON COMES TO MY HOME BUT THE ENGINEER DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE SOLUTION. THEN AGAIN AND AGAIN I CALLED TO SERVICE CENTRE REGARDING THE SAME AND ASK THEM KINDLY SEND SR ENGINEER. BUT TILL DATE THER IS NO RESPONCE AT THERE END.

                                TILL DATE MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.


                                SO PLZ TELL ME WHAT CAN I DO????????

                                  I have problem from Samsung 1.5 ton spilt ac outdoor unit. it is drawing very high current which result in drop in voltage and cuts off a/c. I purchased this unit on 4th April 2010 and keep trying with there customer care team from 15th May 2010 onwards. It is horrible to here that they can not say what is the problem where my samsung window ac 1.5 ton runs in same home. I was advised to by double booster stabiliser (4kva) to run the ac I did same and still problem exist where in my window runs well.

                                  I have purchased the Samsung 1.5 ton window A/C nearly 1 year back, past 4 months its not functioning well and about 6 days back FAN and Compressor its stopped working regarding that i have called the Samsung Service center and logged my complaint there is no response from those peoples when ever i call the service center they will say service engineer will attend the problem immediately. We are suffering a lot due to this problem . I am really frustrated with Samsung service, At least they could have call once i will feel happy.
                                  Please help me in this regard.

                                  Samsung ke service engineer ko motar aur AC ke bare me pata nahi hai. mera AC last 20 days se thik nahi kar paa rahe hain. koi Jawabdar Admi Nahi hai. Samsung ki website me e.mail adreess tak nahi hai. Sansung ne Indians ko bahut loot liya. ab unke din lad gaye hai. Puri Company ko India chodna hoga.
                                  From my experience, there is only poor service from almost all the well know brands., especially who spend lakhs in advt and capture the market. The after sales service or the quality of their products are very very pathetic. The after sales technicians who visit us for service are in most cases half baked and have poor knowledge of installing or finding or solving the problem.

                                  If budget is in our mind and go for these mass brands, every year for no fault of ours, we will have to spend rs. 1000, 2000 etc + transport charges + nuisances which will make up to atleast 50 - 75 % of the actual purchase value. So, what i have decided is to look out for any of the costlier and quality brands like, O general, Daikin, Amtrex etc., which generally are not known for failure. Also, logically, as these companies dont sell in very high volumes like the mass well known brands (which give very poor service, ) we would be able to get a better service or at least the attention of these company personnel.

                                  But then, finally one has to agree, you cannot do anything with these companies who give poor service ever n if you are ready to pay, you have to be really lucky to get a piece which doesn't fail.

Model No- SCH S-379 on Dated:-15/03/2010.I got the problem about Network is fluctuating always whenever i talk mobile network create problem I can't listen any thing clearly.                                       I had a very bad experience with the after sales services whch you promise at the time of sales. I am a user of your products from a very long time. I have being using your fridge, microwave, a.c., and mobile. I booked a complain on your toll free number to repair my fridge on 3rd june 2010 at around 10 a.m. . my compain no. is [protected]. but I have not received any response from your side. I again called up on 4th june to remind them but have not heard from them till the time of writing this letter. If this be the senario then it would be not late before I lose faith in the company. Hope the person concerned will l;ook into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
