I had bought a 19' LCD Samsung monitor (920 NW) in Oct 2007 and it recently started giving me trouble.
After 10 days of the complaint and numerous phone calls a person from Samsung came - that too with a FAULTY replacement part (and now calls it an "incorrect" replacement part).

Been following up for a replacement part - been more than 2 weeks.

The SMSUNG is advertising the dynamic contrast ration of 50000:1 for the model LA22B450C4 having the same MRP. I purchased the said LCD after going through advertisement in its website.
When I asked about the dynamic contrast ratio of LCD TV I purchased, the Samsung customer care has not confirmed the dynamic contrast ratio of 50000:1 but...

Dear Sir,

I have bought Handset model no. SGH S-5200 of serial no. [protected] at an amount of Rs. 6500. The same mobile is being given in Reliance Digital Store at Rs. 5699. The mobile was bought on 08th May 2010 in evening.

This is the worst servicing centre I have ever seen. I gave my mobile for servicing through Planet M. They gave on april 6th service center people kept for 3days and gave back this needs software update we will inform when it is available. 20 days passed we keep calling them but no response . again they have taken on may 3rd .... still thay say it need sone more week to decide whether it is hardware or software. and...
