I bought a fully automatic washing machine Model Name P1053EW - XTL Sr. no. W9375ARP400109Y from Ashoka Sales Agency, Faridabad on 10/11/2007. Within 6 months of its usage leak started from the said machine.
Several calls were made to customer care, everytime a engineer visited and did some pasting of seals and covers with adhesives. It worked hardly for a week, again it starts with leakage. Again the Faridabad service centre engineers repeated the same exercise. All in vain, as it started leaking after 3-4 days of repair.

I insisted for replacement of the Washing M/c, as the warranty period of two years was getting over. Company refused to take action for the replacement request.

Meanwhile the Service centre of Faridabad offered to take the machine to their service center for thorogh check up and servicing. The machine was delivered after servicing, but the problem reappeared after ten days.

Thus the service center managed to drag on the case and managed to cross over the warranty period.

Therrefore, I request you for a decision to such a Korean company whao has made a base in Hindustan and cheating hindustanis. The Indians employees who support them for protecting their incompetencies should not be spared.

Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. — Repair of A/c

My Samsung Airconditioner developed some complaint. I registered a complaint with Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. on their helpline number. The airconditioner was taken for repair by the company after a long period of 7-8 days from initial inspection. when the airconditioner was delivered after repairs, it was so dirty that it looked like that it has come from some KABARKHANA. The men came for installation were not even knowing how to fit the front grill. After installation I found that the Front Control panel of the aircondtioner was not working properly. I called the samsung and I was told that the part is out of stock and they will replace it whenever it is available. But till date even after a period of about one month I have heard nothing from them.
hay dear from which company u buy the Air conditioner that is full faltoo co. no service is provided by them. they now one thing who to cheat with customer.so satisfies with that which they gives u.

    Hello,

    I submitted a request to Samsung Customer Care on 15-MAR-10, due to a minor water leakage on my washing machine. Representative turned-up only after a week and he said, there a leakage on the pipe inside which needs to be replaced. As per them, a request to replace the part has been ordered after that no response from them. On 28th I called them again (multiple time to get a response, min 15 calls in 1hr) and they sent another person who discovered that the issues is with drum and which needs to be replaced, there is no issue with any pipe, previous persons observation was wrong. Please note, the machine was working fine until the first person opened it except minor water leakage, that small issue become hug and they said the drum is gone !!!. I have been following up with all great customer care team and their supervisors etc.. unfortunately there is no response from them yet. I tried to call the person who visited and his manager and his lead etc numerous time however there is no response and none of them picking up the call. Now, my washing machines is not in working condition - which is completely broken by them and no response from them as well. Please advice how to get this escalated to higher management. I can share the compliant number, person who visited my house, name of the lead/mgr he reports to.

      I have one handset of Samsung Mpower muzik 319, I was bought within 7 months ago, since last 2 months I am facing so many problems.

      1st time I was visited the mention Service station, they are change the mother board. No Resolution
      Shreeji Electronics

      Shop No 1,Dwarkesh Building,Opp Jalaram Plaza,Jawahar Chowk,Maninagar, Ahemdabad.



      2nd time (after 5 days later ) visited, they are upgrade the software. No Resolution

      3rd time visit at mention below address, they are change the Mother board. No Resolution

      4th time I was visited the same mention above service station, they are again change the mother board and update software.

      5th time visit the mention below address. They are upgrade the software 2 time, after 2 days I am facing same problem, Since last 5 days are not able to repair the handset and not giving me a proper answer. They are delayed the repairing, and not understand that how to talk with the cusotmer and using the abusing word with cusotmer. Currenty I have not using my handset and they are given to me stand by handset till my handset.

          We purchased a split-type airconditioner for our home office. They were fast in delivering the unit but their after sale service is very poor. After only 30 days of purchase the unit stopped working. Their sub-contracted maintainance provider Raycon do not have technicians on duty during weekends so we have to wait until Monday for a visit schedule. they couldn't figure out what's wrong with the unit and now it's been a week already and after persistent calls, no one has come back yet to replace or repair the unit. Their Head office customer service hotline just keeps on ringing!

          they told us we have to wait the feedback from korea to determine what's wrong with the unit. I demand a replacement but nobody is taking it seriously. They will make u feel u owe them to wait and just follow whatever they tell you.

          We even called the shop where we bought the unit and advised customers should threat to sue or talk to the boss (which is sooo hard to reach) otherwise they wouldn't take u seriously. Really pathetic service!

            My name is Mr. Dhruv Panchal, Residing at 6/69-71, Surya Nagar Society, Out side Sahara Gate ,Umarwada, Opp., SMIMER MEDICAL COLLEAGE, Surat - 395 010, Gujarat, have bought 1 mobile 'SAMSUNG ANDROID GALAXY i7500' from M/s VARIETY STORES, S.NO. 21, AJANTA SHOPPING CENTRE, SALABATPURA, SURAT {tel. No.[protected];[protected];[protected]}, vide their Invoice no. 2868/R dt. 27.03.10 – INR. 15,500/-{Ref. IMEI - [protected]}.

            Just 2 week ago, on dt. 18.05.2010, I have found that, there was problem in Speaker and in mike, as i am not able to hear the voice from speaker from mp3 song and video song’s sound, also not able to listen, or speak in mike, if some body call me, then I as well as opposite person are not able to hear each other’s voice, but if somebody call me then I was hearing the ring tone also.

            At same date 18.05.2010, I have submitted my instrument to M/s Shreeji communication {A authorized service station of SAMSUNG at Nr. Shastri Nagar, Nr. Rajkumar Theatre, Udhna main road, Surat, Tel. 0261-[protected]} with 2 xerox copies of my mobile bills, and informed & explained them about problem in instrument, at that time that people told me that, may be there is some problem in circuit of my instrument, so we have to change the circuit of it, and will have to bring it from Ahmedabad, but from last 2-3 days they told me that, they have change the circuit, but my phone’s speaker and mike is not working still, but your instrument's problem is related to water problem, may me your instrument fallen down in water or something, now they told that you instrument is under observation and we will reply within 1-2 day, but every time I call them from my side, but they never call me from their side, but it is not true, my instrument is never fall in water.

            Either I want my instrument in good condition with well-repaired, or i want replace new instrument with this older instrument, as this is very costly phone for me. It’s value is INR 15500/-, it is too much precious for me, and within 2 months it is not workable.

            So I personally request you to look in the matter and try to help me.

            SAMSUNG GALAXY ADROID I 7500 — SPEAKER, MIKE NOT WORKING

              i would like to inform you that i am handling SCH-S379 ..And i feel sorry to say that this cellphone is not working properly.This handset provided by you is hanging a lot and i am not able to charge it up at all.For this i am facing many problems.I have registered a complaint against this at your service centre more than 3 to 4 times but it was of no use and so i would like you to take a serious action against this report or provide me a new cell phone.And i would also like to inform you that this handset is within warranty period.
              Hope you will take it seriously .I would like to get my reply within 10 days.Or else i have to take a serious action against your company.

                  Samsung 1.5 ton AC
                  Samsung 1.5 ton AC, I brought this on Mar 09, some how managed for 14 months then stopped working..

                  Placed a complaint and the BP No.[protected] Dated 22nd May 2010

                  A/C simply blowing the Air but no Cooling, We requested Samsung support for their immidiate attention, no one resonded as on today, ie., 31st May 2010

                  TILL NOW MYSELF AND SAMSUNG ALSO NOT CLEAR BY WHEN THEIR SERVICE EXECUTIVE'S FIRST VISIT OCCURS??

                  AT LEAST SOME ONE FROM CHENNAI CAN ACKNOWLEDGE MY SERVICE REQUEST, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CALL TILL NOW..(AFTER 8 DAYS OF LAUNCHING THE COMPLAINT)

                  If they dont care their existing customeers then at least they could have confirm the same to us so that we may look at other available alternatives..They sould not play with their customers during this HOT SUMMER!!

                  After several mails/call remainders with the Tollfree number[protected] got an e mail as given below: Your
                  Transaction no. is [protected]. Please quote this reference in all
                  subsequent communications.

                  I am fed up noting all these numbers to do the necessary followup.

                  Note: Their call centre support is pathetic, they know our case sheet, once we give a call to them and if they think it as problematic then they may told you that sorry, our system not responding, or sorry!! your voice is not clear can you repeat the complaint number PLS...

                  This is a drama..even though the voice/signal is clear, they act like that to avoid the calls...this is my practical experience with Samsung..

                  Keep you updated the subsequent happenings soon..

                  By the way...because of this i am not able use my AC hence thought of buying a new one(Defenetly not samsung :))

                  SAMSUNG SPLIT AC 1.5 TON — Poor Customer Service

                  Hi

                  My AC is not functioning and I have made a complaint before 2 Weeks. My BP No is [protected]. I have asked the service person to come on saturday as I was working from Bangalore. Last week service person did not turn up. This week also I called at least 5 or 6 times. There is no commited answer from the service team that some one will inspect it and make necessary steps.

                  service is also equally important for every customer who buy the samsung product.

                  Please act immediately to avoid more customers.

                    Hi,

                    I would like to write this mail to whoever is in the higher cadre & will write later if this mail is not getting actioned. I had registered a complaint with Samsung for my AC on 17th May ( [protected]) & this complaint was closed without any action taken on it by the Service Center when i called the Service Center for the update, it was so shocking to see such kind of response. I had requested them to reopen the case on 24th May requesting them to work on it soon but there was no response from the Service Center until 28th May i had been calling this Customer Care & speaking to various agents & Team Leaders who are so irresponsible in their commitments. I would atleast made 10 calls to customer care in those 4 days, they would promise me a call back but that has never happened. Im not sure how these ppl were hired. Its been 15 days now my issue is not resolved, the AC is not switching ON.

                    Samsung — Poor service & Response

                    sir,
                    i purchase a samsung mobile phone model no. SCH-W339 dated on 5/1//2009. after 5 month i am facing problem in the touch screen of the said mobile i give that mobile to the samsung service center on 30/05/2009. vide work order no. WA[protected]. but after passing more that 22 days they nither return/repair my mobile. they are just harrasing me. this shows the standard of service provided by the samsung company.

                    Hi,

                    This is to notify that i have lodged a complaint for my SAMSUNG window AC- 1.5 Ton on the 6TH of June, 2009.
                    Till date i have not received any feedback regarding when i would get my AC back, despite of numerous conversation with the people at the samsung helpline.
                    I have also stated that if Samsung is unable to handle the problem then they are requested to return my AC back, but still no response received.

                    I feel that i have been cheated.

                    Samsung — Very poor service response

                    Hi,

                    I have registered a complaint with samsung support centre, Bangalore, the details of which are as follows:

                    Samsung silver nano washing machine, model no WA85 VPL
                    Date of complaint: 25th march 2010
                    Compalint number: [protected]
                    Warranty: Product is still in warranty period.
                    Issue reported by me: Machine had stopped in between the rinsing process and had shown error as 'SE'
                    Issue identified by samsung rep: He also told that electronic board is not functioning now, and hence machine will not be able to carry out any function now. So, the board has to be replaced.

                    It has been 20 days since then. There has been no response from Samsung customer centre for resolving this issue. I have made repeated phone calls to their centre at 30308282, i have been deeply disappointed with their after sales service. The call executives are never aware of the status, they always repeat the same few lines taught to them. Daily i have been assured that Samsung executive will contact me, but i have not recieved any call till today. They are never able to solve any issue. And surprisingly they are not ready to give any phone numbers of concerned person for escalating the call. They say, they have escalated it to next level, but still issue stand as such. Its worst that Samsung website also doesnt have any person's mail id. Thier "support.[protected]@samsung.com" is equally worthless. They give refernece of call centre and call centre gives in turn their reference, which factually leads me to nowhere. I am totally frustrated following up with them for past 20 days. They are not even telling me when my washing machine will be repaired. I want to get my machine repaired at the earliest.

                    Samsung AC — Poor Service and AC

                    Hi,

                    I have bought Samsung AC on 21st May 2009 from Radhika Sales Pimpri. Since the day I bought this I am facing all sorts of problem. In last 12 months the AC stopped cooling for atleast 6-7 times. Everytime the Samsung AC technician took at atleast 2-3 weeks to repair it. This last time I have lodged a complaint on 28th April 2010 (called Radhika Sales) and till now the problem has not been solved. In this summer of 40 degree centrigrade I am suffering because of poor service from Samsung. If someone is looking at this blog please do something. Anyways I am planning to go to consumer court.

                    Samsung AC — Poor Samsung Service

                    I have logged complaint regardng Samsung split AC dated 26 May 2010 in Samsung service center, Complaint no. [protected].After that, engineer visited to site to rectify the problem but detect the problem is with compressor that assure that i will be resolved on 29 May 2010.But it is still pending.
                    After calling customer care regrding the problem, they told that they are following up to resolve the problem.But they doing nothing to rectify the problem.
                    It was not happen first time with samsung customer care.They always take long time to resolve the issue.

                    Samsung AC — Unresolved Complaint # 8404098596

                    I logged my complaint of frequent compressor tripping vide complaint no. [protected] dated 19/5/2010 on the company helpline[protected]. It took 3 days for the engineer visit from their franchisee Kesar Electronics and that too after my call to their Service Manager Mr. Sanjay Thakur. After engineers visit the AC was taken to workshop and returned after two days. The problem still persistsfor which I again called the helpline. All along I have spoken to many call centre executives some of them Sanjeev, Kirti, Sanjeet, Arun, Albert, Harish, Kamini, Pushpa, Sumit and including their senior supervisor Rakesh. Most of them have assured a call back but none has cared to respond.

                    Samsung service is in shambles and the brand DISGUSTING. Stongly recommend you all a big NO NO on purchase of their products.

                    Samsung — poor response of services

                    Respected Sir/Madam,
                    I have submitted my Samsung Mobile SGH-J800 at Bharat Communication BG-20, Ground Floor, R.G. Complex, Desh Bandhu Gupta Road, Paharganj, New Delhi -55 on 01 May 2010 under warranty for Camera problem. They asked for 10 days time to get spare from company , as I visited after 10 days they told me that they have not yet received the spare , it will take another two days . Again after two days they told me that it is not camera fault but due to motherboard problem, so it will take a week to get motherboard, again visited and asked the situation they told it is not a motherboard problem it is LCD defect so , wait for another 10 days . I told him that if motherboard or LCD problem persist the other functions of the set should also be disturbed, they replied that it is technical matter. In between this matter repeatedly informed to customer care centre and Mr. Sumeet sethi but nobody has turned down towards this matter and the service centre has taken own time and returned my set on 31 May 10 at 1930 hrs unrepaired. That time I have checked that front camera was not working, some scratched has taken place and nothing has been replaced, the rear camera was working, but after two hours the same problem with camera observed. The battery also getting discharged after 4 hours only. I have tried full day to contact service centre (telephone[protected] on 01 Jun 10 but remain without result, at last I visited to the service centre in evening and meet Mr. Bharat the owner of service centre, He given me the address of Samsung Plaza at Kalkaji and told to meet Mr. Mukesh there and shown inability to repair my set. He also not given any certificate in this regard and told that all information will be available online. I felt that I have committed a sin got purchase a Samsung mobile
                    Therefore I request you to do needful to believe on your product or services.

                    Samsung — Poor Service Center

                    I had purchased Samsung mobile on 26/06/2010 from Naraina HOT SPOT Mobile Store
                    and after seven days i found my mobile is not charging with charger and i submitted my mobile to District Center mobile Service center.

                    After getting my mobile back they changed my IMEI number and after several request they didn't upgrade the thing.
                    From that time my ear phone jack is not working and once when i visit service center they kept my mobile for service and returned without any improvement .Still my ear phone Jack is not working ..Can any one of you suggest me the solution or provide me MD email id of SUMSUNG

                    Samsung — Poor Response

                    A Mobile with a complaint of Phone Locked to Samsung authorised centre M/S Mobile World, at TPR Plaza, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad was given vide their W.O. No: 5310 on 10.11.2010.They said FLASHING is required and will be take them about one hour to do that and requested to come after one hour.One week is over they could not do that and are giving daily some excuse.Visiting their service centre daily has become essential to check the position. Their Phone No: 42407213 always gives one reply " THE PHONE IS BUSY TRU AFTER SOME TIME." Unfortunately you cannot get it.This was also brought to the notice of their Manager, who said this is done because of Customers constantly ringing them.It is found on visit to their centre that it has become routine for them to harass the customers by giving excuses. Many customers were found frowning on them because they are visiting them for more then a month.SAMSUNG should act against their authorised centre.

                    Samsung AC — service center not responding well

                    I have regitered my complain on 15th maarch 2011 and called more than 25 times regarding my complain but yet it is no solved the customer care people is not responding well and not answering as on which paticular date I'll get my problem solved . .                     Samsung — very poor response to customer calls

                    We bought 40DLED5000 model from Vasanth&Co, T.Nagar branch on 1-jan-2012 paying about 55,000/-. That is the worst part that we did in our life (1) approached vasanth & co and (2) chosen SAMSUNG model.
                    The stupid vasanth&co tnagar branch has sent us wrong delivery of 40DLED5003 model which is downgraded version of what we paid for.
                    I tried calling vasanth&co and all stupid numbers given in the bill are keep on going and no body has picked up the call for about 2 hours.
                    samsung customer care registered a complaint regarding their wrong delivery about their authorised dealer but has not given a call back at all.
                    i actually requested for any supervisor/manger's number of vasanth&co which samsang says they do not have.
                    I contact senior executive of SAMSUNG Noida customer care branch, Sushi who tells that he do not have any contact number of dealer which is very stupid and he refuses to give me any number other than mentioned in the bill.

                    my strong suggesstion and advise to public is public is:
                    NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF SAMSUNG MODEL FOR WHICH CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY VERY STUPID AND CARELESS.
                    NEVER EVER APPROACH VASANTH&CO FOR BUYING ANY PRODUCT OF ANY BRAND/MODEL FOR WHICH CUSTOMER CARE IS VERY VERY STUPID AND CARELESS.

                    IN THE WORLD THE VERY WORST SERVICE OF PRODUCT IS ONLY FROM SAMSUNG and VASANTH&CO.

                    BEWARE OF SAMSUNG and VASANTH&CO.

                      I bought Samsung M2710 Mobile on[protected], every thing seems fine with the mobile until I cound only communicate by switching on the speak, as there was warranty on the phone for an Year I visited the service center at Basheer Bagh in Hyderabad , they opened the mobile and said speaker is not working and its been 3 months and they say till date they don’t have the replacement speaker I have visited at least 10 times and called at least 30 times to confirm if they have got the speaker , they took my number but never called.

                          I am just wondering if Samsung being an international electronics manufacturing company can look at a better way in providing service to customers. Now after purchasing a fully automatic washing machine I am suffering from worst service from your side.I have purchased this washing machine on 23.04.10 from Great Eastern Trading Company. After delivery I saw a defect in the front body of the machine. The demostration was given on 29.04.10 from the company end. The person who came for demostration advise us to make a complain,So I made a complain to Samsung Customer Care (com no- [protected]) on 01.05.10. From last 25 days I am repetedly calling Great Eastern & Samsung Customer Care but no response or any person attend my complain.So it is my request to you solve this problem as soon as possible or I have to move consumer forum & I will stop all the next EMI.

                          I have purchased a front loaded washing machine model no WF-0602from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd at City Centre-II Kolkata on 10th September 2011. The machine was delivered on next day. And told that within 2 days service personnel will visit . Accordingly on 2nd day a young boy came and fixed the machine with guidance that he has made ready the machine which I can use. But sorry to say that my 15years of experiences o[censored]sing/operating an IFB washing was in vain when I started operation of my so called brand new Samsung washing machine. After moving sometime the machine started jump and stopped. Out of fear I stopped machine and called help line who helped me registering call bearing complaint number [protected] on 16.09.2011. On second day a young smart engineer came and after checking he found the the machine is to be replaced and remarked that way where I singed. He told me that the machine will be replaced as is defective in may ways. Now I don't know when the machine will be replaced.In this connection it is better to mention that my experiences with the dealer from which I purchased may washing machine is not healthy, which is an antother chapter.                             We are totally frustrated with the behavior and approach of Samsung Mobile India Service Centre (Maa Vaishnavi Services, Shop No 6 & 7, Mohan Park, Plot No-45/46, West Guru Angad Nagar, OPP BSES Office, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092), which we have been never seen in our whole life, this kind of responsibilities and irregularities. They are always trying to make fool us. They never full fill there any commitment; I got only mental and physical harassment since April, 2010 to till date.
                            I had handed over my Samsung E1410 to my shopkeeper at Indirapuram from where I have purchased the mobile on 11.10.2009 for repairing (now it is under warranty). I was getting incoming-outgoing, sound related, hanging, charging problem and automatic calling problem since last 5 months (1st Jan, 2010). I have done the entire possible thing which I could do. I have changed 3 SIM, different mobile service providers but the problems remain same.
                            I have been submitted my Samsung E1410 3 times for the same problem, last 2 times I was get it back from Samsung Mobile India Service Centre (Laxmi Nagar, Delhi) as it is, nothing has been done in Samsung Mobile India Service Centre and my all problem remain as it is with my old mobile settings means your service centre didn’t repaired and send back to me without repair my mobile and wasted my 1-2 month (Mar, 2010 to Apr, 2010).
                            Again I had sent my Samsung E1410 to Samsung Mobile India Service Centre via my same shopkeeper in this May month. And Samsung Mobile India Service Centre personnel always misguiding me and my shopkeeper. This time the service engineer said that he has changed the motherboard of the mobile and you can take away your mobile. My shopkeeper is a technical person so he has checked IMEI number of the mobile. He found mobile did not display the IMEI number on the screen only zero was displaying. He was totally shocked that how can your service engineer can do that, how can he given the mobile without IMEI number which is totally illegal and violating the TRAI’s rules, regulation & policies. It’s a crime. Every time my person fights with Samsung Mobile India Service Centre guys but result is still nil. After submitting the mobile, till date the person has visited 4 times within a month to Samsung Mobile India Laxmi Nagar’s service centre and every time he had listen a new story regarding repairing of my mobile. So that till date I neither got my mobile back from Samsung Mobile India Service Centre and nor my problem is resolved. I am totally fed up with Samsung Mobile and the service which I am facing this problem since last 5 months.
                            Now, I am totally mentally, physically and financially harassed by the Samsung Mobile India Service Centre. It’s really worst. I want my mobile in very well working condition or replaced it with new mobile because it is in under warranty period and after date of purchasing, within 2-3 months I got lots of problem in the handset and still facing the problems. So I do not want to face it again & again. So, we don’t have any option rather go to Consumer Court. I am still suffering since last 2 months
                            I want your valuable suggestion to take an action against Samsung Mobile India and their Service Centre.

                            Samsung / E1410 — Improper Service

                            To whom so ever it may concern,

                            i bought a new samsung E1410 mobile from Univercell show room ( Vyasarpadi, MKB nagar ).
                            Right from the 1st day onwards the bluetooth device is not functioning properly.
                            Its not able to forward the files which is more than 3 MB.
                            With the help o[censored]nivercell i've sent the mobile to samsung service center in t nagar ( Technocare )
                            I waited for 7 working days, problem was not resolved. Again the Univercell executives sent the mobile for service clearly stating the problem. Again i waited for 7 working days. NO USE....
                            It has the same problem, Can anybody notice this do the needful. i'm not satisfied with the samsung
                            service. Why do the company want to promise for 1 year warranty....??????

                            Samsung Mobiles — Zero Service

                            Just purchased a brand new C3212 mobile phone from Sansung Store, and having trouble in syncing the phone and copying contacts...

                            called thier support multiple times and sent emails multiple times

                            but no body bothers to respond.

                            Samsung Mobile — misguide in service center

                            Dear Sir,
                            This is Praveen katiyar (Kanpur) facing a problem from Ur Samsung service center 24/18-b shyam sunder building karanchi khana road the mall Kanpur.
                            I have purchased a Samsung gt s-3370 model serial no. rw8z645951t imei no. [protected] purchase date 13 sept 10 last years. That set was working properly during 8 months. On 26 July my set has a problem of no charging. I go to service center deposit my set for one week they discharged the set on 2nd of august but my problem again occurs on 17th august 11. I again go to service center they again taken the set giving me the token no. 15884. Now today on 13th September 11 when I contact the service center they give my set but in service center new problem occurs now my touch of the set is not functioning.
                            When I said that please call Ur senior officer to handle this problem they misguide us and again taken my set and gave me another date.
                            Sir please give me the solution of this problem. I have four set in my house and all of them are Samsung. I believe in Samsung but now can my trust is right. I am waiting for Ur reply as soon as possible.

                              In 2008 we purchased Samsung Air conditioner 1.5 ton.
                              In the month of April (4/04/2010) we got the offer of free servicing of AC.
                              There was a coolent refilling in the service with a cost 1100 Rs.
                              After that free service AC is not working properly.
                              When we switch on the AC, compressor starts after 3 minutes and you engineer mentioned that this is a pre defined delay.
                              Now AC compressor works for 2 minutes and then stops then after 10 minutes compressor starts again and then stops.
                              This is very problematic. I tried all the switches in the AC. Bio sleep , energy saving, timer .. but nothing is helping.
                              Your service lines are always busy from last 20 days I am trying to reach the customer care but no result.
                              Now I am trying to find if you listen through web interface.

                                Hi sir/madam,

                                Just to inform you that I purchased new Mobile from The Mobile store H-10/A, Ground Floor Main Market, Main Road, Kalkaji-110019 dated- 7th Feb-2010.

                                Model Number- GT-E2120B.

                                But after two days from the date of mobile purchase my mobile getting hanged on every second call. I visited “ The mobile store” to get the phone replaced. The shopkeeper asked me to get this checked with Samsung services center and refused to replace the mobile which I had purchased two days back.

                                After several follow-up , I finally submitted the mobile to Samsung service center Nehru Place on 30th march-10. Work Order Number-WA[protected]

                                The service center executive said that your mobile will be repaired within two days. I went there after 2 days but that guy asked me to come after 4 days. I went again after 4 days, then they another time asked me to come after 4 days. after regular visited and follow up they told me "we can’t repair your mobile only one option left that is refund... i also agreed with their commitment, also they are not responding on phone.
                                Now

                                Now almost 2 months gone , still I had not got any resolution regarding my phone.

                                I am really very disappointed by this kind of behavior .

                                Pls help & get the issue resolved ASAP.

                                  Well, i have been a proud owner of samsung articles ranging from the two tv's to my fridge ,ac ,plasma, washing machine & even my small microwave.
                                  In past I even suggested everybody to buy samsung equipments as i was in a delusion that samsung electronics do have the best equipments and a great after service support. but this turned out to be a hoax.
                                  I had bought a music system on[protected] model being max dt99 bearing the Serial no. SALE17AP300005p .After some time it developed a glitch in its CD compartment, i tried hard to get it rectified by the samsung after services ,but to my utter shock and surprise I got nothing except verbal assurances. I kept on calling to the local provider who was just busy in selling items. I tried to call the toll free no.'s[protected]by prefixing STD codes) but no response was there ,then to toll free [protected] which was not picked up by anyone, and then lastly to[protected] and[protected] but there came no response

                                  Well this showed what type of after services is provided by the technology giant who plans $ 2 billion dollars alone in India ,as told by the great company deputy managing director Ravinder Zutshi on 15th July.
                                  I have honestly lost all hope in getting it rectified but, well I would like to just say this that no matter how much a company spends on its advertisements its the customer's satisfaction which finally counts. Because in every business the best marketing strategy is "The Word of mouth publicity ".

                                    I have got my Samsung Split A/C (Model #: AS185USBN) from Vasanth & Co, Ullagaram, Chennai on April 24 2010 and I have started facing issues within one month of purchase. We started hearing loud noise from the indoor unit and lodged a complaint with Samsung Customer service and they gave it to their Service center (Alpha). The service agent from this service center came in and said that the problem is with the installation and referred us to another service agency who installed it (Curewell). The curewell agent comes the next day and says that the problem is with the fan and the indoor unit and not with the installation. Alpha agent also changes his statement that he never said that the problem is with the installation and the problem is with the fan. We do not know who is telling the truth.

                                    From then on there is no support for the next two days even after repeated calls made to Samsung customer service, they keep bouncing us back to Alpha service center and no one picks up the calls there. The response at Samsung customer service is very non-commital for a customer who has invested a huge amount in their brand. They were shrugging off the issue to their technical service center and asked me to coordinate with those folks. Everytime you call the customer service, they ask you what is the problem or status is, there is no record that I have been escalating and I am an annoyed customer and they have no clue of the history of the complaint that is raised.

                                      Last year April 5,2009 I have purchase Samsung 1.5 T split AC from Croma Center,Vadodara
                                      Within 1 year the Gas leackages Two times and as its warranty period Samsung person has came & fill it.
                                      But on 26th May 2010 there is again a problem of Gas leackage. Now I have to pay for it @ 2000 Rs.
                                      This is due occured due to the poor fittings proivded from company.
                                      Action must be taken on Samsung compant for such unit supplied.
                                      Please give me justice of proivding proper service from Samsung company

                                        Samsung — Complaint registered 50days back not resolved

                                        I bought a 22inch Samsung LCD TV on 2nd OCt 2009.I worked fine till jan 2010.

                                        I have registered a complaint on LCD TV(Complaint no:[protected]) regarding the malfunction of AV ports on the last week of January. A service engineer has visited my place after 3 days and confirmed that a part has to be replaced and will be resolved in 1 week of time.

                                        It was not resolved yet and when i have done a call back for the Service Manager, Bangalore (Mr.Syed) on 25th of Feb, 10, he has informed me that there is not status received and he had sent the mail for part request.

                                        He had promised me that the issue will be resolved by 3rd of March 2010 and it was not happened.

                                        When i have called back Mr.Syed on 4th March 10, he had replied me that he can't do anything in this regard and asked me to call the customer service which I’m doing for the last 1 month.

                                        I have sent a mail to samsung customer care regarding the same complaint,they have not sent me any latest status or the date by which it will be resolved.

                                        As mentioned in the mail i have not recieved any call back from the technical team.

                                        For your reference here i'm sending you the warranty card,the invoice and the screenshot of the mail i recieved from samsung.

                                        Samsung — No response and replacement of product after 2 months of follow up.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I have bought a Samsung Bluetooth Headset few months back and it has a 6 mts. replaceable warranty with it and as usual it had problem so I took it to their service centre in Kandivali West. They took it and gave me a receipt for it and said it will be replaced in next 7 days.

                                        It’s been more than 2 months and the product is still not delivered, the problem is the service centre does not pick up the phones and if they pick up they have a standard answer that it has not come from the factory. I wrote mails to them and there is no reply to that either. I spoke to their Area Manager Mr. Rahul who after trying 15 times finally answered to the call and assured that he will get back in 1 hrs. time, it 3 days since I spoke to him and his 1 hr. is still not over and today also he has no time or courtesy to pick up call.

                                        It’s really sad and unfortunate and I am disappointed that I chose a Samsung product, I am sure I will not make this mistake again of buying their product.

                                        I have been harassed by no.[protected], without any reason. Caller is unknown to me...He is being bullying from long time.
                                        Kindly take appropriate action against this no.

                                        I have been a frequent user of Samsung products. But now I have reached a point where I find that Samsung Ac's and after sale service is most appauling.

                                        My bedroom split AC packed up on 16 May 11 and a complaint was promptly filed with the Samsung Helpline at around 1630 hrs the same day ( Complaint No [protected]). The AC Unit is within the warranty period.

                                        After repeated calls made to the helpline someone from the service center showed up on the 4th day without any repair tools or kit and went back saying that he would come the next morning and do the needful. It is 23rd May 11 today and there is no news from Samsung or their service centre. Any number of calls made to the Samsung Helpline and/or their Service Centre have gone either unanswered or unheeded. It is a sickening syndrome where Samsung seems to care a damn about their clients. Their call centre is an extremely inefficient outfit, in fact a sham and they make all kinds of excuses why they cannot attend to their customers complaints. The call centre agents just refuse to connect anyone to their supervisor or the manger.

                                        I would urge the Samsung management to : a) Start paying serious attention to the woes of their customers; b) Run their call centre more efficiently and introduce accountability; and c) select and equip their service centres better such that they do not have to make false promises.

                                        I am given to understand that compressor unit of this AC is gone and the service centre has no supply of compressor units from samsung. Under the circumstances, Samsung needs to do some serious thinking of whether or not to continue doing their airconditioning business.

                                        I would request Samsung to refund me the price of all AC's bought by me till date and take back their units while they do introspection and some soul searching. To other colleagues, I would not recommend Samsung AC's at all.

                                        Samsung India — Laptop Battery Defective

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have purchased a Laptop of Samsung on dated 27th January 2010, for past few days I have facing a problem of battery backup and a error massage of concider replacing the battery.
                                        When I complaint regarding this by phone on customer care and by mail on samsung India then they suggest me to contact the service centre of samsung India.
                                        When I contact to the service centre and meet with the service engineer then he told me on written the battery is defective.
                                        But today I have received a call from Samsung India Delhi branch and the representative talk with me very rudly, Unethical lenguage.
                                        When I complaint regarding this by mail then after some time I have received a call from samsung India Regional Manager, but he doesn't listen my problem and told me this laptop is out of warrenty so Samsung is not responsible for any complaint and he also suggest me to purchase a new battery.
                                        But he doesn't give me on wrighting to all the things, so kindly help me in this condition.

                                        New refrigerator of Samsung company, both the handles broke within warranty.Even after complaining multiple times to different touch points & to finally Mr Abhiskek (Area Manager in Chandigarh [protected]) there has not been any action apart from only assurance. Suggest the company takes this seriously & not just focus on selling mobiles. The company should look at quality apart from quantity.Ensure good quality material for long durability.
                                        Our other fridge of LG & Godrej has not given such a problem.

From very first day there was a problem in above said Plasma Tv purchased on 10/07/12 the problem was brought in knowledge of Mr. Gaurav Sondhi & all your sight engineer visited our residence and told that these dotes (patches) will be removed automatically by the passing of time but sorry to inform you that the problem is same there & additional line in display also added . Even we asked for upgraded model by paying additional difference amount to pay but the problem is still not solved as we are not interested in repairing this set.                                         Hi, I am Abhishek Jain . Purchased Samsung galax S 2 GT-i9100 2 months back of Rs 24000. Since beginning I am facing problem of Mobile got switched off automatically 3-4 times in a day and mobile battery level goes to 0. I have visited samsung service center (Pooja Communication, Pipmpari Pune). and many times register complaint with Customer care also. In 1st Visit my mobile motherboard (PB) replaced and OS also upgraded. But after receiving my mobile -by 2nd day onwards faced same problem (auto switched off). I called to Customer care for same but no satisfactory reasons and solution provided.and advised to go to consumer forum and to media(By Ms Shanky).

                                        Bluethooth and WiFi is not working.

                                        On 11 Aug 2013 I have purchase Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 (White) mobile from Alfa market which is located at Vile- Parle worth Rs.21800.00.In this period for 2 month my mobile is working very smoothly however since 7th Nov 2013 my mobile is switching off continuously if I removed battery from mobile &amp again insert then only my mobile get started but that is for very short time may be 15-20 min,

                                        On 12th Nov 2013 I went to U-TECH Sion Samsung service center for this issue, they have updated software version after that mobile start working till next evening &amp again it become switch off .

                                        On 16th Nov 2013 again I went to U-TECH Sion Samsung service center that time they have change my Battery &amp gave me new battery.I took that battery &amp came to home.When I insert that battery into mobile then its get stuck into that (i.e.its large battery which is S4 battery). Again on that same day I went to same service center &amp informed them this battery is not fit into my mobile then they have given me another battery saying its new battery.while during conversation they have confirm its testing battery for us &amp its original.However I noticed that this battery is same which I replace in the morning.(I have noted number of my original battery) so I got to know that this is mine battery only, which they are saying testing battery.while inserting this battery only for 5 min. my mobile start working &amp again its switch off there only.So I refuse to take this battery then they confirm we need to order New Battery for this mobile.

                                        On 20th Nov 2013 they have given me new battery however still my mobile is not working.

                                        On 23rd Nov 2013 again I went to U-TECH Sion service center.They have informed me there is some Hardware problem with this mobile so you keep your mobile with us atleast for 10-15 day then it start working.I refused to keep my mobile over there because service center person making fool to customer.They are not giving new part, what they do they just replace one customer mobile part with other customer mobile part.For this reason I am not ready to keep my mobile in service center so I took customer helpdesk number from them which is [protected].

                                        At 1:00 pm I called up on that Number &amp informed them problem of my mobile, they told me to submit my mobile in the service center &amp they will replace the mother board however I request helpdesk to replace my mobile &amp give me a New mobile because its only 2-3 month complete &amp its in warranty period &amp its continuously switching off then what is use of my Money I have spend 21800 Rs. for that.Finally helpdesk person say do not keep your mobile in service center we will get back to you with Best solution within 24 hr.Even helpdesk person had conversation with Manager o[censored]-TECH sion service center.

                                        Yet I haven''t received any call from helpdesk.

                                        Please give my New mobile its become very hectic every day to go in service center &amp that too for no use even though it is in warranty.

                                        Its west of my money for Samsung mobile & what is use of that mobile if within 2-3 month its not working.So May I request you to please replace my mobile &amp give me new mobile.Still my mobile is completely switch off so its very difficult for me.

This product is in the name of Ms. Priyamvada Agrawal R/o 24, First Floor, Block-I, Charmwood Village, Surajkund-Road, Faridabad-121009. I, Veeresh Sharma, have registered a complaint, more than 4 times, on the no.[protected] on 22nd Nov, 28th Nov, 30th Nov, 6th Dec etc, regarding low cooling and one other problem in the handle of refrigerator, I have received a complaint number [protected]. The customer care executive was promised to me that an engineer will visit on your address on the same day before 8pm but neither I have received any call back from engineer for coming the solve the complaint nor anybody came till now for this purpose on the same address.

                                        I would really think twice before buying your product. I was not thought this in my dreams that Samsung will wrong behaviour with us. Your service is very poor. So, please do the needful in my request as soon as possible otherwise I can file a suit before consumer court at the earliest.

                                        I bought a SAMSUNG LED on 29th November 2012. I showed trust in the company and bought this LED alongwith washing machine
                                        and refrigerator. I paid Rs 20, 500 to buy this LED. Now the LED is not working since 26 Jan-2014, i have made a complaint to
                                        SAMSUNG customer care. On 29th, samsung engineer visited to my home and look into the matter. He told us your LED panel is not
                                        working, need to replace it by new one that cost comes to around 12000(repaire not possible). Samsung betrayed to me by giving a
                                        faulty product that got crap by just 1 yr n 2 months.
                                        I CAN JUST TELL YOU THAT THE HARDWARE IS . But I guess I was wrong that i purchased it. Samsung loose its
                                        customer relationship and also faith of customers. Samsung provides warranty of 1 year. The warranty means that company is there with
                                        you for 1 year and if there is any issue, company is there to help you. It doesn’t mean that the product will only work for 1 year and
                                        afterwards it will be a crap. I hope I am correct in telling you the meaning of Warranty.
                                        I would like you to repair the LED with just service charges or i will start making post to internet about SAMSUNG wrost product
                                        I don't know what it will take to get the new panel (might be the consumer court or complaining in web forums), I will do it.

                                        It is quite unfortunate that inspite of several calls after registering a complaint from our end, till now nobody has turned up yet to rectify our refrigerator problems, though the complaint was made two weeks back.the eng visited our place and changed some parts and took away cash rs 550/-and 240/- as service charges and also took away the old spare parts but the problem remained unsolved till date and i am very much upset by the way service center talks with the cust and makes harrasment till now no solution has been given This would definitely make us think twice before buying any of Samsung Product.

                                        Myself Nisha Sunil, contact Ph # [protected] have purchased Samsung Refrigerator RT 27 HAJMASE ( FF 253L) from Bismi Appliances, 44/3709, SIUP School Road, Deshabhimani, Kaloor - 682017 vide Invoice No. 244616 dated 13/Dec/2014 (copy attached).

                                        Few days after buying following malfunctioning was noticed -
                                        (a) Water was seen in all food stuffs in refrigerator compartment
                                        (b) Though we purchased a frost free refrigerator, in freezer compartment we were unable to take a vessel from the freezer compartment as the whole thing was fixed down & there were ice particles fixed everywhere even on side door.

                                        These were first brought to the notice of Bismi Appliance ( Dealer) & we got a reply stating that they were helpless & we need to register complain to Samsung directly. I registered complaint with Samsung & many telephonic assistance & technicians came to my home, but sorry to say I am facing the same complaint even today. We are facing many health problems due to the intake of food that is kept in refrigerator ( as food stuffs contain water when taken out from refrigerator )

                                        The replies given by technicians & telephonic assistance was that the temperature settings were wrong & they adjusted accordingly, but no improvement was noticed. If you could look into the data base you can notice that I have registered the same complaint with Samsung many times since Dec 2014 but nothing worked.

                                        Again last Dec 2015, I had registered the same complaint & till now technicians are visiting my home, as a daily routine, come home morning & leave by evening. As we are office goers, we find difficult in taking leave all the time, when the technician fix a call.

                                        Even after repeated checks, some spare parts were replaced this Monday – 18.01.2016 & sorry to say that the condition became worse, full of ice & water. The snaps were taken by the technician & hope it had been shared. Today- 22.01.2016 I got a call ( Ph #[protected]from the service centre stating that they would require the refrigerator for a detailed check up & would take the whole set to their work shop. I was shocked on hearing this as even after repeated check ups they were unable to rectify the problem & now what the hell they are going to do with this. If they were some Doctors the patient would have finished by this time.

                                        This is the first time I am facing such a troubles after purchasing a product from a service provider like this. I strongly suggest you to replace the whole set with a new one or else I will be forced to approach the consumer court for getting justice.

                                        Please consider this matter & do the needful as the same is under warranty.

                                        Never treat your customers as fools, as they won’t be the same always.

                                        I want a genuine reply at the earliest.

                                        I have taken a samsung galaxy s6 edge plus from lajpat nagar store at the time of purchase they told me that they will give me the cover and the screen guard as a complimentry gift but after the purchase they refuse to give me the screen guard and ask me an amount of rs 1800 for the screen guard

                                        i m very much disappointed with the services of SAMSUNG MOBILE I have registered a lot of complaint but no action has been taken so far so it is requested to kindly short out my problem. I have faced many times of problems in last FEW Months about my SAMSUNG J7 set like Keypad, Sound and Battery backup etc. I bought SAMSUNG IN THE LAST YEAR during the period, I faced many problems of worse keypad service, a very little battry back up and 3rd class sound quality, i m very disappointed by the quality of your product. Please short out my problem early to earliest as possible. If, I got negative response. I have last solution to solve my problem, to go consumer court for file my problem. I was already submit my mobile to samsung service center (Garia branch kolkata they also miss behave with me and also dont know how to talk with a customer, sumsung promise me to refund my money but since 30th of sept 16 my phone is in sumsung service center only they cant even bother to reply me properly . bogus service i am piste off. i know its not possible for you but if possible kindly help .

                                        I made a simple complaint about my tablet. I require a SIM TRAY for my tab. I approached your authorized
                                        service center in Tenkasi in Tirunelveli district, Tamilnadu and also your customer care center. None of them
                                        is taking interest to solve my complaint.kindly, look in this matter and arranged to solve the complaint on
                                        my tablet which in warranty and purchased just only five months back. If this is way of dealing the customer
