I have purchased an 1 ton Samsung Air condition on 25th Apr 2010 from Vijay Sales Kharghar (Navi mumbai), Suddenly it went off on 18th May 2010, have launched a complaint on the same day (18th May) and they committed your call will be solved within 24 hours (Phone and received an SMS from Samsung on the same day), i have given 2 contact number for their references, 18th gone, 19th gone, 20th i called the Samsung once ask them to transfer the line to someone SR responsible took @20 minute to transfer the line again and repeated the same all history and they committed me the person will contact you within 2-4 hrs and he will visit you today (20th May) on 20th May someone called me and informed me he will be visiting my place on 21 may before 2 PM,
Again the 21st whole day we waited for the person none could not turned up, again i called Samsung number on same evening they said the same story ... sorry... we could not help you today engineers working hours are up to 8 PM and they committed me my call will be attended on 22nd Morning @11 as first call and our SR. customer support peoples will take care of this, nothing has happened, many times i called on 22nd also they have disconnected my calls several times, I fed up with the service by Samsung and at last there was came from Samsung on 23rd Evening he checked the part and told me there is a defect and will take some time to replace,
I just need to make a note of this to you, and i would like to make a complaint against the product and company (Samsung) with compensation of mental harassment i faced,
Compensation required : Samsung take back their AC with the product payment made by me + Installation charge (Total - 13,500),
I am applying for a 50,000 compensation for my time wasted behind the whole drama & Mental harassment made by Samsung, My AC is not working means we are not sleeping good,
For your references - Samsung AC Service Advertisement on DNA (News paper) at 21 / 22nd May please have a look to understand their commitment,
Hope you can understand and do the needful ASAP,
