I purchased a Samsung dual sim phone model # SCH-W619 around 8 months back. My charger has gone bad. I am not able to find a charger, your service center ppl say that since this model is no more in production, they niether can rectify the problem nor provide me a new one even if I am ready to pay for it.

This has rendered my 13 K phone useless.

i purchased samsung split ac 1 tonne AC-AS12NBXTL from dealer next shop on 15 may 2009,now ac is not working for past 2 months and i complained to dealer and they send mechanic and they came and inspected and said compressor need to be changed,but after that there was no response and after frequent complaints everytime mechanic come check and said no compressor availaible,for your kind information ac compressor not working...

With in 3 months o[censored]sage, samsung jet s8003 started showing touch pad complaint. Touch is not so sensitive as compared to i Phone. And regarding the service, i never seen such a irresponsible approach from any other company. You wont get clear replay on our queries. i thought of trying samsung in place of sony erricsson which i was using since 2006. i would recommend my fellow citizen to think thrice before going for samsung mobile....

Would like to know the escalation path i.e. next level from customer service executives and is there any sitpulated time period when samsung attends and close the calls and also if any data of satisfied customers you ever had.

Not even after 3-4 month performance of Samsung split a/c AS18EFB (1.5 tonn) bought in May 2009 the compressor has failed which shows the poor quality of products.

This is Amit khare 21 april i registered one complain , regarding my TV , from yesterday i called 15 times but still no response, i never seen such type assistance the customer, i just want to know they will assist me or not, just tell clearly if they are not intrested then tell me we cannot assist you. y these guys making fool to me from yesterday.Whenever i called just they told within hour they will contact you...

This is the with a Samsung AC. I have had a Hitachi and LG at home with no service issues for the last 4 yrs that i have been using. Anytime during the year they are available for service within 24 hours.

Here at Samsung i have complained multiple times since 14th April with no solution. I buy AC to beat this hot summer and now it is lying as a piece of junk on my wall.

I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT IN...

Between LG and Samsung, I always supported Samsung. The reason could be my being in IT and Samsung makes very good computer parts.
