I have new Samsung SCH-B519 CDMA.

I have facing the problem is mobile restart when i open call logs.

    I have recently purchased and samsung Airconditoner 1.5 Tom split. With in 3 months the A/c got repaired 2 time and i have to wait for a week time to get the service guys

    It is very frustrating the way the Cusotmer Service Center guys respond and the manner in which we have to chase them to get their attention

    Is there anyway we can return this and get our money back.
    Whom do we have to contact for this?

    Samsung A/C — WORST QUALITY OF SERVICE

    I PURCHASED AN AIR CONDITIONER OF SAMSUNG COMPANY ON 6TH MAY 2009 FROM HARI OM ELECTRONICS, ASHOK VIHAR, DELHI. My A.C stopped working on 18th aug. 2009. i complained about it on 19th aug.2009. samsung sevice executive came to me on 21st aug. 2009 and told that they have to take it to the service centre as A.C has a gas leakage, so they took it on 22nd aug 2009 and promised me to deliver on next day. today 2nd of sept. i dint got my A.C back. i want refund with compensation.

    We made above complaint on last month and nobody is attended the complaint till today. We regret to inform you that your after sales and service is not up to our expectation. Kindly arrange to depute your service person to solve our complains immediately.

    Samsung — less of cooling

    my fridge is not working since sunday. I complained on monday morning but the mechanic came on tuesday evening.He told us to switch off the fridge. Its wednesday , but still he has not yet turned up.till how many days should I wait and what is the guarantee that he will come today. I have party at my house in 2 days and how is it possible to survive without fridge in summer.I dont know what type of service yourll are giving.

      My cousin Dr Abhay Kumar Pandey / Dr. Rajni Kant Pandey has bought SAMSUNG A.C. in Dumroan, Buxar, Bihar and some problems cropped up related with the cooling. As this is still in warranty period, he had contacted Samsung Service Centre regarding the complaint several times and the complaint number is [protected], but no action has been taken till now. They keep on telling that the service representative will come next day but never turn back. This is a very serious issue as the product is from reputed Samsung Company but they are not willing to provide any services for their own product. I feel very regretful after buying Samsung product. I will never suggest any one to buy Samsung products. Kindly look into the matter as it is against Consumer Satisfaction norms.

      Please take required actions as soon as possible otherwise I will have to contact CONSUMER COURT regarding this for mental harassments we are having for this.

      Samsung/ Window AC — hopeless services of Samsung

      I reported a complaint to Samsung Service Centre, Uaipur on 07-4-09 but they visited at my place after delay of one week on 14-4-09 and solved this on 17-4-09. Just after repairs, problem of low cooling occured . Because of the reason earlier I got bad response from local service centre so I have registerd new call on samsung toll free No. But the whole service channel is same. till date i.e on 28-4-09 my problem is not resolved and earlier problem of smelling reoccured. So my AC has two problems of low cooling and smelling. And the wty is ending on 30-4-09. No solution till date... I'll never suggest anyone to buy samsung product.
      What to do when problem will be resolved and reoccure after wty expires. Who will be responsib;e for such case when a service Centre is unable to repair the problem, this means Samsung product is not reliable at all

      Samsung Window AC — POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS

      It s really my bad luck when I bought Samsung Window AC in Three Years The compressor is replaced thrice, although it s in warranty but every time i have to give 1500 for gas filling & cartage charges as company person says gas filling doesnt come under warranty...Now its Fourth time the Gas leaked only after around month of Compressor replacement ...I WILL ADVISE ALL NEVER TO BUY SAMSUNG AC...The quality is really very very BAD.

      Samsung — Hopless Service Centre

      It is to bring to your notice that I deposited my mobile with M/S Electro Serve Cenrer, Moti Nagar New Delhi on 11/07/2009. The estimated expenditure was Rs 301/- only . Despite visits I could not get my phone repaired. On 20/07/2009 I got a message that your product has been serviced and you can collect but when I reached them the product was not swrviced and I was told now the estimate is of Rs 3800/- when the cost of the set is Rs 5000/-.

      I also found a number of other unsatisfied customers there and It will definately going to erode the brand value of your product. You may get it verified through some other source also.

      I hope such sevice centers should be banned as i feel they donot have qualified and experienced personnels to take care of the customers by way of solving their problems.

      This is to infrom that on 3-3-2010, we purchased on windows AC(Air Conditioner) of Comp Samsung India so on[protected] , the AC starting throwing error message as CH on flash screen so for that we launched complaint on the samsung toll free no as[protected] and got the complaint no as [protected] .
      thereafter, several times we made the call to toll free no asking about the engineers to visit the home for checking the problem into AC so each time they were saying that the engineers would go this time that time but till now ie on[protected] ,No enginner has visited home to check the problem so we are completely fedup with this. though , a lot of our important time as well as money spent over tele call have been wasted on this and finally no solution we got till now.
      I want a very very strong action must be taken against the company samsung india so that in future No consumer would be victim of their irresponsible response and would be happy with better and prompt service.

      SAMSUNG/WINDOW AC — No Response From Service Centre

      Hi,

      This is regarding the complaint no. [protected].

      I have a window A/C which was not cooling so I called up the samsung customer care to get it fixed. Two persons from Samsung came on 13th of August and took the A/C for gsa refilling. Since then, I have been following up with the Samsung Customer care to know the status but I always get the same answer from them that I will receive a call from Samsung service centre. But nobody has given me a call till now. This is really frustrating as I have been getting no updates for my own product.

      I am not sure who to contact about this as the customer care is not even revealing the service centre address where I can directly go and inquire about my complaint. I would really appreciate if someone can look into this matter and give me an update.

      i purchased a window ac last 2 years back and frm dat day i suffered a lot i just criticicise to myself dat y would i opt for LG products.last years der was a problem in a compressor n nw i m facing a digital meter problem.

      Samsung Window AC — hopeless service

      On 21st April 2011, Samsung undertook a paid service (Rs.2000) for my non-functioning window AC, purchased about 3 yrs back. Their service centre claims to have replaced faulty compressor and gas. In less than a month, on 13th May 2011, Samsung technician came again to repair the non-performing AC...........and still as on 23rd May 2011, the AC is under repair & observation at Samsung workshop. This is Samsung product quality, performance ans service!!!
      Samsung finally installed the re-repaired AC at my place after 10 days. The service personnel were demanding additional Rs.6000 ( I had paid Rs.2000 earlier), which I refused to pay. They had committed earlier that once they undertake a paid service, any service requirement in subsequent 3 months is not chargeable. But 10 days of these peak summer nights, courtesy Samsung, I will remember for all summers to come!

      I bought Samsung Window AC (model AW18ZKC) in 2009 they provide 1 year warranty (4-6 month season for in a year). After one year suddenly having problem as if parts made only to last for 1 year. even more very poor and costly services after such early faults, experienced recently. please dont buy samsung ACs

      Samsung AC — fault in AC

      My samsung AC has turned into a nightmare since I the day I brought it into my house. It has got very peculiar problems which in fact your service engineers are not able to trace out till today. I am repenting my decision to trust SAMSUNG. Your poor service network and response is getting in my nerves. This is third time I am writing any complain to you since last few months regarding certain unsolved mysteries associated with your company AC. These are - Water coming inside , rattling noise and worse cooling. I request you to kindly either remove it from my wall or provide some workable solution to this manufacturing defect.

        Samsung India takes the cake for poor service...Its simple now..there is non existant service. my complaint for servicing two split A/Cs was registered on 27 March 2010...I was told that the engineer will immediately call and service my A/Cs. till now...no calls have been received and no one has visited me...in one word...there is no service from samsung india....

        now i know why local service guys have business..and i am a guy who has samsung tv, theatre, videocam and A/Cs...but very soon the brand will have to change on all...defects are there and now no servicing...

          have bought a Samsung GT - B5722 model before 10 days. And found some issues in it.
          They are as below
          1. The applications (like NGPAY ,atom mobile application and Gmail mobile application) do not coonect through the GPRS. However from the browser it connects properly and functions well.
          2. The headset behavior is inconsistence.
          3. Once you listen the songs through the Music Player on Speaker phone on mode , the next time after connecting the Headset, it continuous to play through the Speaker phone. After restarting the mobile it behaves the same.

          Samsung pre-installed apps, like Palringo messenger, and even the POP/IMAP email facility in the Message menu, cannot access GPRS.

          Google MAPs, GMAIL app, Opera, GoTalkMobile.. nothing can access GPRS on this device.

          ONLY default NetCraft Browser is able to access internet. those Icons for Gmail, Facebook, Flickr etc.. all open the Netcraft browser.. not custom apps.. no Java application can connect to GPRS

            I have given my Samsung Guru145 to the service center at Dhayri Phata, Pune about 3 weeks ago on the 24th April'10 to change the speaker.

            By mistake I left my Idea sim card no [protected] in the phone. The propritor did not give me a reciept- he asked me to pick up the phone in the evening- 24th April'10- when I visited the shop he informed that the phone was not ready as he had to get the part. I have visited the shop at least 7 times since then and now he informed me that I have not given any phone & he does not have it.

            I am now filing a complaint with the police as I do not want my no to be misused for any illegal purposes.

              I bought this refrigerator on 11/09/2009 from Naveen Electrotech Pvt. Ltd., Model Town II Stop. I am so disappointed in its performance. The series of faults started within a month of purchase.

              At first the cooling in the lower compartment was brought to a sudden halt which was just in the first month of the purchase.The first complaint was lodged on 3/10/2009 for which the Samsung representative suggested keeping the door open and turning off the refrigerator. LAME!!!

              And then again the second complaint was lodged on 7/5/2010 just a few days back and now we are again experiencing the same problem within a matter of days.

              I request you to kindly take this up at the earliest and I demand a replacement as obviously Samsung hasn't been successfully able to resolve the issues.

              I purchased a samsung refrigerator from M/S SHILPA AGENCY, rai market, ambala cantt ( mr. Jinesh jain).
              It's bearing number being D94242BB200037A and model no. RT-50MBPN from vide invoice no. 6365 dated 19.6.2011 amounting rs. 35490 on cash payment.

              On the second day of delivery refrigerator started giving trouble in its cooling, on this we complaint the dealer vide complaint no. [protected] and thereafter representative of dealer found the refrigerator defective and promised to replace it.

              After 3 days dealer replaced the refrigerator by itself and installed the new one with serial number D94242BB200008K without any change in the company records. I am having the original bill in which dealer has corrected the serial number by overwriting.

              Now the new refrigerator worked correctly for 2 or 3 months and starting giving trouble of frosting and defrosting.
              When we asked to dealer about this problem, he misguided us saying that this problem occurs because o[censored]nstable voltage of power.

              In winter season refrigerator do not have any more usage and as we are dealing in paints trading ( we were busy in our seasonal sales), so problem continued and with in guarantee period we again lodge a complaint at toll free number vide complaint number [protected] and also informed the headquarter through email as on 18.6.2012.

              On the next day representative visited and again misguided about the problem and cleaned the fridger gas pipelines by water. On the remarks I wrote problem is under observation and signed. But problem continued and we again complaint on 23/6/2012, 27/6/2012 and 30/6/2012. We also informed ASM PRADEEP KuMAR on telephone on 2/7/2012 and he admitted that the pcp of refrigerator is not supportive and they will replace with a new pcp of new technology. But after replacement problem remain the same.

              We didn't take legal action that time because my marriage (shashank mittal ) was approaching on 5 August and all relatives were coming to have fun. But all our delicious food was wasted because of non storage of food.

              After getting free from marriage we again made complaint on 15/11/2012 and the representative came but didn't solved the problem. We requested them to replace the refrigerator but they failed to satisfy us and problem continued.
              Then there was blockage in gas pipe which was responsible for cooling problem. This was the real problem ( manufacturing defect) . Our lawyer suggested to send them legal notice and they responded to legal notice cleverly, manipulating the words.

              I want your help to please recover my loss.

              The refrigerator was not working on the first day and for the same we reported to the dealer " SHILPA agencies " rai market ambala cantt. With a complaint no [protected] with the company.

              He replaced the refrigerator with the other piece on his behalf and it was not told to company. Dealer also made cutting on the invoice to change the replaced serial number

              Old serial no was - D94242BB200037A
              New serial number is - D94242BB200008R

              We don't how he made this possible.

              The piece replaced was also having a manufacturing defect. The defect was blockage in the gas pipe which turns to stop it's working after every 2 or 3 months.
              I was unaware of this defect. Because of that when ever refrigerator stop working the company engineers make us fool saying that there is problem in voltage, pcp etc...

              In 2011 the problem started after summer season and It was not discoverable because it's use is less in winter season. But in 2012 when again summers started it stopped working and we complained with in the warranty period.

              After that the company engineers started fooling us.
              On the first visit I gave the remarks on the work paper " under observation "

              But the service centre owner closed the call by himself by cutting the remarks.

              This process keep on going for almost 1 year.

              Within this period we hired a lawyer who sent a legal notice to the dealer and company 2or 3 times by post, ( I have the postal receipts ) but there reply was not satisfactory and they always tried to repair the refrigerator. I am also having a bill of repair no 5089 of rs 915 (8 jan 2013) of refrigerator in which service centre filled the gas in the pipe.

              I felt very heavy expenses in that very period for storing food and other things because I got married on 5 th august. And felt a big insult and spoils my relations with relatives because of the food poisoning.

              The engineer in outside market is also saying that the refrigerator will keep on giving problems after 2 - 3 months. And today the problem is still there the refrigerator is just a box.

              Need your help sir, please give me justice.

                i given my mobile s8003 for service because the touch keypad is not working properly, so i given for service in kanandasan nagar samsung service center.they never give me proper service.they took vey long time to return my mobile then the proble, is solved.but the new problem is arraised that the mobile panal is not perfectly and not properly assembled and lot of dust and pinger orints in the display.
                now i given the mobile in kodumbakkam samsung service center they telling keypad,display,panel was damaged.they also trying to replace but i am not satify. i want to replace my mobile with new one perfectly.

                  I had bought a SAMSUNG refrigerator through from Shilpa Enterprises, Ambala cantt. I am an army officer so i got posted to akhnoor near jammu. The details of my complaint againt SAMSUNG' refrigerator are as under

                  2. This refrigerator has gone faulty 6 times during last 11 months and is still not working.I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and have been facing lot of problems, which were rectified by the service engineer after delays of about a week on all instances. The details of faults occurred in last 11 months are att as attachment to this mail.Presently, My refrigerator is not working from last 10 days and i have contacted SAMSUNG call centre every single day in these ten days.They assure me that service engineer will come but nobody has even contacted on phone about the complaint.
                  The response of service centre and support during warranty period is very poor and has caused a lot of harassment to me. I request suitable warning to company be issued giving out specific details of my case.

                    I called one executive (Sharif - Mobile: [protected]) from an authorised service centre of Samsung "Digital Consortium" at Laxmi Nagar, Pimpri-Chinchwad Link Road, Pune. He (Sharif) took mother board of our Hitron 21" Colour Televison for checking at their service centre on 03.04.2010. He came back only on 15.04.2010 after our regerous follow-up. He fitted the mothr board in TV and after a few days (when neither remote of TV nor the front Audio-Video-In worked) we came to know that the mother board fitted was of some other model of Samsung TV. Now after approaching Abhijeet (Mobile: [protected]) one of the employee of thsi service centre and Sharif, they are simply denying the whole thing. Everytime they are giving us new dates.

                      I am working as PA to Addl.Director General of Police, Civil Supplies CID Chennai.
                      I purchased one Samsung refrigerator model RT32 on 7.5.10.
                      On the same day I spoke to call centre [protected] to send one expert
                      for demo on 8.5.10 after 6.30 pm to my house at Velacherry and my call Regn. No. is [protected].
                      But nobody has neither talked to me over mobile :[protected] nor come to home.
                      On 8.5.10 around 6.40 p.m I spoke to the same call centre. One lady picked the phone and
                      promised to send one person before 8.30 p.m on the same day. But none has come.
                      On 10.5.2010 again I spoke to call centre. One male took the phone and promised to
                      send one person for demo. But my efforts are in vain.

                      I do not know why your personnel are not interested in giving demo to a customer.
                      If they explain every parts, I can also tell my friends/relatives about this product and
                      its name will get popularised. Would you please arrange to send one expert person for
                      demo. Since I am working in a Govt. office, please ask to demo person to speak to me over
                      mobile before coming.
                      I have already purchased samsung TV, Samsung microwave woven, etc.

                        Refrigerator model SR33NXB, Not Ractifying the defect

                        Purchased Refrigerator SR33NXB(Model year 2000) from Samsung Dealer in Delhi. Now Its not working due to Minor Part(Door Switch due to which fan rotate) is not available. I hv lodged a complaint to customer care on 28/4/10 at 11am
                        (complaint no: [protected]) . Once Engineer attended and detected the fault. Since then , continuously i am requesting to customer care but every time they assured me , some service people will give me a call....

                        I had bought a 19' LCD Samsung monitor (920 NW) in Oct 2007 and it recently started giving me trouble.
                        After 10 days of the complaint and numerous phone calls a person from Samsung came - that too with a FAULTY replacement part (and now calls it an "incorrect" replacement part).

                        Been following up for a replacement part - been more than 2 weeks.

                        Attaching copies of communication with Samsung - (If it was not my complaint , I'd find this funny) - especially not being told the name of the engineer from the service centre that would be visiting "for SECURITY REASONS" !!!!!!

                        With reference to my complaint No: [protected], (Web complaint Transaction no: [protected].), the problem has not been addressed.

                        I was told that an engineer would visit me today (Tuesday, 11th May 2010) - but nobody has come. I also tried contact the number (Mr Praveen, Phone No: +91-[protected]) that I had got - but nobody is picking up my call.

                        I called up the customer care number at[protected] and I spoke to a lady - Ms. Shivani. I had spoken to her last week as well and she again assured me that the engineer "will come tomorrow" (12th May 2010, Wednseday). I requested to speak to a supervisor and I was put on hold and told later that the supervisor "spoke with the centre" and an engineer would visit me tomorrow.

                        I asked for expected time of visit, address of the service centre was given to me and even the name of the engineer who would visit but I was told I cant be given that information "for security reasons"!!!
                        I called up the number of the dealer[protected] given by Ms.Shivani and it was incorrect. The dealer name I was told was FIEL Services, Gurgaon.

                        I again called up the helpline and I was give another number - saying that my complaint has been forwarded to CL Services, Gurgaon with the numbers[protected]/82). Nobody is picking up at these numbers either. I was told your systems do not store the address of the service centres.

                        I find the behavior and interaction with Samsung customer care extremely deplorable and least expected from a company of your repute.

                        May I request you to kindly address my complaint at the earliest without further harassment.

                        Complaint No: [protected] - Extremely disappointing service
                        Dear Sir,

                        I contacted Samsung customer care regarding a problem with my Samsung 19' wide screen LCD TFT monitor (Model No: 920 NW).

                        I lodged a complaint on 24th April 2010 and I was told a person from the service centre would contact me within 2 hours.
                        Mr Praveen (Phone No: +91-[protected]) from one of the Samsung centres contacted me and informed me that the replacement LCD screen for my monitor is out of stock and would be available within a week. After a week elapsed,I had to by repeatedly contact the service centre and I was informed that the part would be replaced by Tuesday(4th May 2010).

                        Mr. Praveen did not arrive and after following up with him again he came on Wed, 5th May 2010.
                        The replacement part that had been shipped in was also found to be faulty.
                        He took the faulty screen back and said he would arrive the next day before 1700 hrs. I called him in the evening, as he had not arrived as promised and he infrormed me that he would be there the next day, on Friday.(7th May 2010) with the replacement.

                        I called him in the morning on 7th May 2010 to confirm his visit and he said that he would visit me before the end of the day (7th May 2010) - He did not.
                        I contacted the call centre again (On[protected] and I spoke to a Supervisor (Ms. Manisha) at the 'technical department' who assured me that I would get a call back from Samsung confirming the delivery date of the part and my complain would be resolved 'within 24 hours'. I also gave the contact details of Mr. Praveen.
                        I did not receive any call either from Samsung customer care or the service centre.

                        Today, in the morning I called up the call centre again and asked regarding my complaint and I was told I will get a call back within 'two hours' - I have not not got a call.
                        I had also requested to speak to a supervisor and I was told that the 'call is not getting transferred'.

                        I called up the dealer/service centre (Mr. praveen), again who picked up my call after I tried numerous times and informed me that the 'part has been ordered' and will be delivered to him by 'Tuesday' (which is 11th May 2010)!
                        When I asked him how he promised to visit and replace the part by 7th & 8th May if he did not have the part, he said he would contact his 'senior' and get back to me.
                        He has not.

                        I find the after sales service of Samsung deeply disappointing and stressful. Even after precise and diligient follow-up by me, on my complaint, it has not been addressed and I have still no idea as to why there is a delay in resolution of my complaint.

                        May I request you to kindly address my complaint (Complaint No: [protected]) at the earliest and ensure that customers do not have to go through an harrowing time to get a complaint resolved.

                        The interaction with your staff and the quality of spare parts delivered speaks volumes of Samsung's lack of seriousness towards quality.

                          I purchesed GTS5233W Samsung mobile on Nov 2009, with in 7 months
                          touch sensor got failliure, when i went to samsung service center it was in Annanagar ( Hi-Tech Solution) one of the Authorised Samsung service center,There was so many peoples are complaining the same problem,also they are souting like a fish market. they are telling spare parts not available, Everybody telling they are delaying one month to two months because of spare parts non availability,
                          iam as of now four times went to the service center they always telling two day, two days, they given service center number to all coustomer [protected] it was not working, another one [protected] this number nobody pickuping , how can we approch those peoples, if they are keeping my handset for two month with them, what is the meanning for one year warrenty. how can they say as one year warrenty. this is the best experience of samsung's poor service. here after i will never bye any product of Samsung also not suggest to anybody.

                          i totally agree with the above complaint as i have experienced the same problem regarding touch sensor failure of GT-S5233W. i bought the mentioned model from the HOTSPOT (model town branch) shop less than a year ago and i went to the same hotspot branch for the service and repair of my handset but to no avail. from there i got the address of samsung service centre nearest to my house situated at ASHOK VIHAR address 14, CENTRAL MARKET ASHOK VIHAR NEW DELHI 110052 in the name of ADITYA INFOCOM. staff was very rude and inefficient as they were telling to every complainant to call them on next day in the evening to know about the status of their handset and i was dealt with the same attitude. but next day i called them on their prescribed ph no but the phone was busy through out 3 to 4 hours and finally i managed to talk to them after 2 days but i was shocked to know that it will take another 8 to 9 days to get my handset repaired as the spare part ( new touch sensor ) is not available to them
                          I somehow disagree to above complaint, today i visited them along with my wife in afternoon and asked them to repair my phone (GT-S5233S) on priority as I need to leave for family holiday tomorrow morning. Thankfully they had the part available with them and phone was fixed-up within an hour. Though I need to run around for getting xerox of my invoice which was at my home, but at the end I am satisfied as my phone is working and fit.

                            Iam purchase the new samsung corby txt mobile on 24 jan 2010 and that handset having a Eco problem and samsung service center (Raza services) not correct the problem even in times repairing and forth time the said the mobile have to replace board of handset and they said it will repair in 7-10 days at the time submiting (mobile submit to service center on 19 april 2010)the mobile in service center. After that their is no response from the service center till date. Every time on calling to the service center they said your mobile will not repair and every time they give new date and even not talk properly and manager of that service center is also not responded well. Nearly one month is completed for submiting the mobile on service center and they not responsed and the only handset i have and iam very big problem because iam contact any one without that.. So that i want to register a case against samsung company and their service center .

                              1. i m unable to configure yahoo mail account on device. so, pls suggest the all port numbers and steps of configuration.

                              2. internet is automatically disconnect after every 20 to 25 mins. so. suggest me something on this issue.

                                We purchased a Samsung Mobile ( Model # C3010 ) on 5th July '09 and we are facing problem in the Handset since 6th Apr'10, please find the description of the problem as written below:

                                Problem Description: Battery of the handset is discharging in just 2 hours after
                                charging it completely ( as visible from the display screen )
                                even when phone is not used.

                                Action taken till now: we handed over our phone to the service centre of Samsung
                                located at Mahavir Enclave, Dabri Road, Near Palam Flyover,
                                West Delhi where in they took 15 days to get it repaired and
                                now even after repair i am facing the similar problem.

                                Since past one month I have been suffereing a lot becuase of this defect in the product. I am so busy that it will not be easy for me to go again to that service centre where the behaviour of the service centre staff is not good.

                                Please help ASAP!

"Samsung New PC Studio" software was also supplied along with the phone. Now I am finding difficulty in getting installed this software.                                       2) 1 year warranty with service within hours promised while purchasing.

                                      3) Details of the deficiency in the product or service-
                                      While installing the AC the installation people have bent the copper pipe which is causing malfunction of AC. I complained on 30th April and people turned up on 4th May they saw the defect and said someone will come and resolve but no one came. Also the service by the customer care was pathetic, where I was made to make a lot of calls to the customer care but could get only mental agony.

                                      4) List the problems I’m facing due to this deficiency-
                                      For last 10 days since I registered the complaint the mental agony I’ve gone thru calling up Customer Care sending email for quite a lot number of times and every time get a reply that somebody would get back, but no one does that. The customer care call puts you on a long call waiting killing a lot o[censored]seful and productive time.
                                      The response to the issue has been worst.

                                      5) Details about efforts to inform about this grievance in the past to which the party has not responded-
                                      I registered a complaint on[protected] for the fault at 30thApril 10. I was assured that the service Engineer would visit before evening of 30th April. The one never visited or called on that day. I made multiple calls and emails and asked for supervisor but I was never put on the supervisor’s line.
                                      Feeling helpless the way Samsung customer support dealt with its customers, I’m writing to you.BP No. [protected], Transaction no. is [protected], Transaction no. is [protected] and Transaction no. is [protected]
                                      Now 10 days are over after I registered the complaint.

                                      6) What needs to be done: Samsung service should come and replace the copper pipe and correct the installation free of cost.

                                      Samsung — Nobody responding to Split AC repair complaint

                                      I had purchased a Split AC for my parents in May 2009. After working for 15 days AC stopped working. Its not cooling at all. After repeated visits to Bharat Electronics, Bhubaneswar, Orisaa and calling Samsung office for Servicing , no body bothers to attain the complaint in last three months. Many commitments over the phone and visit but finally no result. We have spent 39000 and just waiting for somebidy to attain the complaint. This is samsung and its service center or delar's standard in india.

                                      Need some contact emails or phone numbers in Samsung who can help us in this regard. Before going to Consumer court, I want to give a last try.

                                      Sub : Complaint no. [protected] dt.29/04/2010 regarding watetr & gas leakage from 1.5 ton Samsung Split AC

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      To day it is the 12th day and my complain still remains unsolved. I have asked specific questions:
                                      1 Now this AC is not functioning properly right from the begining, This is the third time they will fill the gas in the warranty period.Your service department will fill the gas and if it leakes again (as it has already leaked thrice in one year) then what will be your action on the same as our warrant will expire soon.
                                      2 On 10th day (after registering the complaint) Your Service Executive Mr. Mobin tells me that you have purchased this AC from M/s ARCEE, Nerul and so he will not send the mechanic to repair my AC and M/s ARCEE.person will repair it.
                                      This AC I bought from M/s ARCEEE, your Dealer, but it is not manufactured by M/s ARCEE. I bought this AC made by M/s SAMUNG INDIA ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD. I consider this company is solely responsible for all the malfunctions and deficiency in customer service.
                                      3 If yoy can not answer my these questions and also cannot resolve my peoblem in that case give Name, Contact No. and office address of General Manager, Customer Services, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. So that I can contact hi to solve my problem.

                                      I have exhaysted all my patience in asking your Service engineer Mr. Mobin to resolve my problem and also with M/s ARCEE.
                                      If you don’t answer my specific question and resolve my problem of non functioning AC in warranty period, then I don’t have any avenue left with me. Don’t force me to approach to Consumer Court.

                                      First of all such a world wide consumer electronics company does not have qualified service engineer team is really surprising.Even they dont have AMC contract after warranty is over.I bought Window AC Samsung make in the year 2008. Uptil now it has been failed for 4 times. Gas leakage & display pcb not working are common problem. Service center technician comes and simply tell we have to take the AC to w/s and transport charges you have to pay. This has been happen repeatedly and chrges of maintenance are arbitary without any guaranttee.Will Samsung will look in to this matter and do something about this.Waiting for your favourable answer [protected]@barc.gov.in
                                      It is really pathetic to deal with Samsung...as nobody is there to take care of customers problems... I have also gone through the same experience. First the call is registered, then they take so many days to turn up ...after that they come and just infom us the problem... another few days will go ... when they come to collect AC for rectification...after a month or so... they would tell the customer of some other problem and expenses... Now that we are waiting for our AC to be returned ...so many days have passed...i think we all should go and file a case against them in consumer court... otherwise...they are not going to listen.
                                      WILL SAMSUNG TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS PROBLEM OTHERWISE THEY SHOULD STOP SELLING ANY PRODUCT.

                                      The support from Samsung customer service is pathetic. I have my Samsung refrigerator gone bad about a week ago and trying to get support from them and could not till now.

                                      People should boycott Samsung products in India
