MY FRIDGE SR37WG2 IS NOT COOLING IN THE BOTTOM DOOR FRIDGE SECTION AND I COMPLAINED THRU YOUR HELPLINE TOLL FREE NO. I WAS GIVEN BP NO. [protected] AND YOUR SERVICE AGENT HI-TECH SOLUTIONS CAME AND CHANGED NEW TIMER AND A SENSOR.IT STILL DID NOT WORK AND THEY TOOK IT TO THEIR WORKSHOP AND BROUGHT IT BACK IN 3 DAYS SAYING IT IS WORKING. BUT STILL THE FRIDGE IS NOT COOLING. I'VE SPENT ALREADY 2000 RUPEES ON IT AND STILL YOUR INCOMPETENT SERVICE PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. I WANT YOU TO GIVE ME THE CELL NO AND ADDRESS OF YOUR CHENNAI CHIEF EXECUTIVE, SO THAT I CAN CALL ON HIM. ITS A DISGRACE TO YOUR GOOD NAME AND I'VE BEEN RECOMMENDING YOUR COMPANY TO MANY OF MY RELATIVES. I HOPE YOU'LL TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND SEND YOUR SERVICE AGENT.     I bought one 1.5. ton AC from M/s Ratna Cool Homes Ltd.,, Pondy bazar, Chennai. MRP Price mentioned on the carton 15790/- they charged me 15990/- plus for stabiliser extra and installation extra. when i enquired they say they have discounted stabiliser price and added it up in the a/c price. normally we get cash discount from mrp price. i sent a complaint to samsung india. they simply forwarded it to their regional office at chennai. nobody cared even to call me. Again the attitude and taking consumers for a ride by a big multinatinational. Shame on them.

    Samsung — Overcharged for Installation

    I had purchased an AC (Samsung 123TGA 1.0 ton Split Set) from Great Eastern Trading Co., 433. Garia Main Road, Kolkata- 700084. vide their receipt MR No- 3781. Dated [protected]in- 219, out- 0757) for Rs. 21490/-.

    Two days later they sent two boys to install the appliance. In doing so, no angles were used as the outer unit was installed on a separate window ten feet away from the inner unit. But the amount they charged is astonishingly high.

    The break up is as follows:

    Drain Pipe- (15 ft.x Rs. 30 per feet) = Rs. 450
    Cable- (16 ft.x Rs 45 per feet) = Rs. 720
    Installation = Rs. 1500

    Total = Rs. 2670


    Later we came to know from Samsung Engineer that cable upto 12 ft. along with copper pipe comes free of charge. When we inquired about from the above mentioned showroom and visited the shop twice personally. They said they would send the installation bill to me but till date I have not received any such thing. They gave me a mobile no.- [protected]. The no. seems to be not in use as no one ever answers it.

    Kindly look into the matter and take the necessary steps.

      Hello,

      I would like to lodge a complaint towards a service request on a purchase Samsung HTX-30 (Home Theater System).

      To give a background – I purchased it on 15th August, 2008. A month back the DVD drive started giving trouble. It wouldn’t shut/open properly and Images get stuck on video.

      Now, two weeks back took it to the Samsung Service Centre at BTM Layout road in Bangalore.

      First, they said – part not available, we have to order.
      Second – after a week, they asked for the Bill copy-which is fine, now they say that this Model is no longer manufactured so part not available - so they will calculate the DEPRECIATION and return the money.

      Here’s where I have a problem – so if the product is not under warranty, and if the product is no longer manufactured then why should the customer be penalized (as depreciation) for using the system???
      And, second – why are parts not available for a product just a year and half old? So, does it mean that I buy a Samsung product and use it – when it stops working then I return to Samsung and Samsung returns the money for using it. Am I paying some kind of rent??? That’s the way I see it.

      I am talking about a HTS which is not even obsolete – then why should I pay depreciation? Why cant it be rectified??

      I am looking for some kind of explanation – and if it’s the question of returning the DEPRECIATED AMOUNT, its completely unacceptable. I am not willing to PAY rent for a product purchased.

      If I do not get a satisfactory response – then I will file a case with the consumer court as such things are nowhere mentioned to the customer in any pamphlet/manual of the product. If Samsung as an organization adopts such miserable policies then it is very sad.

        My plasma television was collected from my address for the solution of my complain on 07.05.2010 and was delivered back to me on 10.05.2010.
        Yet the said problem is not resolved still my plasma television problem is continued, when it remains on for 2 to 3 hours screen gets off and sound remain on, then I have to turn of the plasma TV for half an hour to get it back proper.
        I have visited your service station on 12.05.2010 at Samsung Service Plaza, Near Castrol, Nirmala Convent School Road, Rajkot and shared with your service manager Mr Nilesh Rawat regarding the same complain. Once again one new BP NO [protected] is generated for my problem and he told me he is ordering the new part for my plasma TV, but he cant say how long it will take to be repaired.
        Its been 20 days we are exchanging mails about this problem and your esteem company is not able to resolve the same. Now my passions are ending here as my business is totally depended on telecast programs, I am suffering from my business every day.
        Last time I request you to replace the product at the earliest and confirm me regarding the same by end of the day.
        Look into the matter seriously and replace my product.

          I BOUGHT A/C LAST MONTH 24TH AND 1 DAY IT WORKED AND AFTER THAT IT DIDNT SO WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE PERSONEL AND THEY SENT ONE STAFF AND HE TOLD US THAT THE COMPRESSOR IS NOT WORKING SO THEY WILL REPLACE IT AND AFTER 6 DAYS HE CAME AND FIXED WITH NEW COMPRESSOR AND IN IGHT IT WORKED AND AFTER THAT NEXT DAY AGAIN SAME PROBLEM SO WE CALLED THE PERSON AND HE CAME AFTER 3 DAYS AND TOLD US THAT THERE IS GAS LEAK AND HE NEED TO REFILL IT SO HE WENT AND THEN WE TRIED TO REACH HIM NOT RESPONDING . SUCH A WORSE COMPANY I DIDNT SEE AND I NEED HELP AS HOW TO SUE THE COMPANY . CAN ANYONE HELP ME . I DONT WANT COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT -I NEED THE A/C TO BE REPLACED.

          samsung/ 1 ton a/c — bad behaviour of company employees

          myself rajeev, house no. d-81, dayal bagh, ambala cantt, haryana. I purchase a new a/c from big bzr. and register for installation on 12/04/09 they give me a bp no.[protected]. then i receive a call from ur service center ur engg. he said that plz. install ur a/c from market then we give u a demo. i install mya/c from market and call him again for demo on dated 14/04/09 i told them that i m a bussiness man i m free only on manday so plz give me demo on 20/04/09 he agreed. I again call him on 20 april they said that our engg. comes to u today but when he not come till 6pm then i call Mr. Parveen he said that our engg. comes to u on saturday there was nobody at ur home, i told him that i reg. for monday only, he refuse to give me demo and said do what ever u want we cant give u demo. then i call toll free no. for any senior no. they give me this site adress. i also purchase 2 lg 1.5 ton a/c with same and setisfy from their service. plz. help me and give me any senior contact no, my contact no.are [protected], [protected]

          SAMSUNG WINDOW AC 1 TON — AFTER 25 DAYS OF PURCHASE ITS NOT WORKING - NEW , CHANGE COMPRESSOR BUT ITS SAME

          I bought samsung a/c (window) 1 ton and from the day 1 its not working so we called the service center and they visited after 1 week and they said there is problem with compressor and they need to change it so after one week again they came with new compressor and they changed but next day again it had problem so we called them the person who attended did not respond properly and after 6 days one person came and said there is gas leek and they need to refill the gas , but till date no one turned up and when ever we call them and say our name they dont attend or give vagoue reasons . is this the service they do ? is this what a company do within 25 days if their product is not working ? i need the company to replace the A/C.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I m Senthil velan.
            I have Bought the Samsung Guru 2125 Mobile Phone.GT - E2120B two months ago.
            I have 3 issues.
            1.) The Message Inbox does not properly shows the name of the Sender.
            (even It is stored in Phone Memory)
            2.) The Key Event for the Media Player is too Slow.It takes unreasonable time to Play/Pause the Songs
            (even songs are very less in Number )
            3.) In most of the time, when accessing the Memory card content it shows " Not Supported Content " .
            After that I m just switch off & switch on the mobile phone, then it access properly.I m sure there is no virus in the memory card.

            Samsung / Mobile Phone — blank cd and abusive behavior at the service centre

            I had purchased a new mobile phone from samsung through Univercell, when i tried to installing the software and found that the CD was blank with the mobile phone. Then I approached univercell regarding this firstly they were insisting that it was not possible, then with reluctance was told to contact this service centre - Boson India Private Limited which is in Adyar.

            Then today i approached them and was speaking to their front office as regards to the problem faced in the installation of the software. Then i was told that i needed to bring a new blank CD and they can upload and give, on expressing my dissent, she tried talking to the service manager who was consistently saying something from inside that i will need to bring the CD. Then this somehow irked me that the service manager not coming on to the face-to-face conversation, i raised my voice to get this personnel.

            I did succeed in bringing him to the front office, he started retorting as to why i was shouting, i tried to reason out on saying that about the CD being blank, But for very unknown reasons which i am unable to define, asked me to vacate his office and very clear words reitearted many times that he will not service me at all.

            Then resulted in the fact that i was of his forced ask his name and would raise a complaint against him, after my refusal to go out office, he reluctanly gave his name as Mr. Venkat and also said he is the owner. The final words as " You Do whatever you want".

            I would like to bring to your notice that such behaviour at your service centre will damage reputation of an organisation like samsung

            mobile phone model no E2120B — SOFTWARE PROBLEM

            we are very unhappy with your mobile.we have taken this mobile on 2 june 2010 after 2 month it had software problem then we gave it to authorised samsung service center,they returned us after 1 month. then hardly we used it for 4 days then same problem occured again.then again we gave them they returned us after 1 month just after 5 days again same problem occured.now when we went to them they are telling us to go to koria.we are requesting you to look into this matter and take the right action as soon as possible.we dont want this mobile any more.your service center members and customer care members are also not responding us. we are waiting for your reply.

            Samsung — MOBILE PHONE PROBLEM

            I puchased a mobile phone from samsumg (GTB 3313) and it malfunctioned within 20 days.

            I went to the service centre (ANSH COMMUNICATION) to get it repaired. They kept my phone for repair and have not returned it back since then.

            They are not co-opertaing and just trying to avoid me.

            Please help me in this regard.

              PROBLEM : Digital display problem found on 2nd may 2010 about this problem already complaint on 7th may 2010 to this no: 32561110, they told ok we will send the service person in another 2 working days but still nobody attend the fault

                Drawing your attention to the most harrowing experience from the service centres employed by one of the world’s largest conglomerate called SAMSUNG.

                Our Samsung AWT18QBHDA aircon which worked well for 5 years recently started complaining. Focus on the 24 hour customer service tall claims from Samsung’s customer care support in India, quite naturally assumed that the AC will be fixed within no time.

                A complaint was lodged on 24th March’10 (BP# [protected]). We were informed that the AC would be collected for servicing the very next day. After a long wait and series of reminder calls to follow up, the service personnel turned up on 06th April’10.

                Anyway, it was duly serviced and returned back after three days. To our utter dismay the AC started malfunctioning the very same day. Evidently, the AC was not inspected properly before final delivery.

                We lodged another complaint the next day and the service personnel returned after three days. On inspection they suggested that the evaporator tubes are blocked and the AC will have to be carried back to the workshop again.

                Thereby we placed a request again with the customer care next day to take the AC for a repair.
                Since then its been a never-ending wait for the personnel to arrive.

                We have made frustrated and desperate calls to the Call Centre. The call centre manager refuses to attend to any calls, it seems like he has a long list of requests queued and looks at them one by one (no wonder with this kind of customer service). Each time I have been promised that the supervisor or the service centre people will get in touch in the NEXT 30 minutes!!!

                Worse still, you are stuck with the same servicing centre since the policy is to allocate your request to the service centre closest to your address. There is no other provision to lodge a complaint with Samsung apart from the call centre. The Samsung website has ERRORS and even if you manage to send a mail, you will never receive a confirmation, forget a response!

                Its all the effort, time, service money gone in vain.

                Samsung has the worst customer service and i feel cheated to have bought 2 a/c and being taken for granted when it comes to customer service..Never will i buy a samsung product again...

                Samsung — Samsung Air Conditioner not working(Pathetic customer service)

                My Samsung Air conditioner was installed and serviced by an engineer in the first week of Feb 2011. It worked fine for 2 to 3 days and then stopped working. A service engineer inspected and informed that its a Rat bite and charges will be applicable even though if its under warranty. I tried to explain that the previous engineer serviced it and he said everything was fine and there are no issues and he even charged me extra for the servicing. But still they are not willing to replace the parts. I've been calling customer care for the past 1 month and the the response i get is "We will check with the service centre and get back to you". But nobody has called me regarding this. Kindly help.

                Samsung - Split AC — Pathetic customer service

                Hi,

                I have bought a split AC of Samsung 8 months ago...now suddenly AC stopped functioning. Just to logg my complaint, I called the customer care number of samsung but guess what.....just assurances for last three days but no technical person is making a visit to repair it....

                Despite voicing it out at the call center no response from samsung service........& my AC is in warranty....

                This is not a service which is expected from Samsung....I wish to voice this....if Samsung cant provide service to your customers please take your appliances back & refund the money.

                I agree. Our AC is not functioning since the start of summers and we have been following up with reminder calls since 3 months without any response. Was trying to locate samsung online complaint website when stumbled upon this post. It's true...samsung's customer care is the worst i have seen so far. Customer care feedback section on website is also not working.

                Extremely bad experience so far.

                  i purchased a samsung projection tv 54 inches about 5 yeras ago and since it purchase i have not received a day of good service or performance of the product. now as i complained to their service through their customer care they have come up with the idea that the parts is not available and is also not going to be available in future as well and hence should forget about it it and feel it as junk which i am feeling since i bought it, it has never been better than a junk piece.but i am alarmed at the attitude how they value the customer money who spent more than a Lac to buy this product t, to be told that it is a juunk from now on. It is disgusting. i had bought 2 LG 42 inches projection TY 2 years prior to this samsung purchase and they are giving still the sa,e quality as the new one where as i have spent lot many money on its regular service.samsung approach to the customer is of a goon and a pick pocket giving a boot the trust customer has in samsung before the purchase. i am sure they must not be getting any repeat purchase form any of the customer.

                    I have purchased 3 A/C's & 1 home theater for my office and home, out of which one A/C (1 Ton) fan swing is defective and remote display is defective. Purchased from Vijay Sales, Hadapsar, Pune. Twice I have called up the show room and seeked help as it was just day 3 from the date of purchase, no positive response given. Hence I have visited the show room with my greviances but in vain, service assured but no support extended till date. Called the Samsung customer care & logged the complaint thrice but to no rescue!! forth call I have made, I definitely sounded demanding and aggressive, phone banged on my face out right by the customer care rep!! This whole episode left me amused since the company of that repute can behave like this and put the customer to such harasment with no resolution yet. Now the only resource left is to approach the customer forum and induct a advocate and let the culprit face the dire consequences.

                      I purchased Samsung Mobile Star 3G-5603in Poorvika Mobiles Private LTD., Avadi, Chennai-54 on 25.12.2009. Of-late the battery charging not standing after using less than 10 incoming/ outgoing calls in a day and switched off within 8 hours. I handed over the handset with battery to the "COVERAGE", an authorised Samsung Service Centre, Porur, Chennai - 116 on 27.4.2010. Even after spending 18 days I am not able to get me mobile after service. Please do the needful.

                        I have purchased a new Samsung 1tonne AC, Model:AS122NGDNSTL from "Kumaran Tv Center (NEXT)", no;267, Sekkalai Road, Karaikudi, Tamilnadu. Ph:[protected]. vide bill No:3614 Dt:02/04/2010.

                        I regret to inform, though the installation of the AC unit was delayed, the installations of the service people from the dealer are not made properly. After repeated complaint made over phone and personally, the service people tried to rectify the defect only once.
                        The major defect is water leakage in the unit and makes bet wetted even at 24 deg Cent. Though we have requested service people repeatedly again and again to rectify the fault, they are reluctant to attend.
                        We are the aged senior citizen couples and we are not able to tolerate this type of service people, though the Samsung product is good.
                        We are kindly requested you to look into this matter and take immediate action to rectify the request. An early action will kindly be appreciated.

                        I also purchased a 1 T split aircondition and there is an installation problem. Service is very poor.Technicians are not up the mark(their knowledge) Samsung India is a shethji company.They import units and sell in India, they do not have good service station.                             Samsung A/C — WORST QUALITY OF SERVICE

                            I PURCHASED AN AIR CONDITIONER OF SAMSUNG COMPANY ON 6TH MAY 2009 FROM HARI OM ELECTRONICS, ASHOK VIHAR, DELHI. My A.C stopped working on 18th aug. 2009. i complained about it on 19th aug.2009. samsung sevice executive came to me on 21st aug. 2009 and told that they have to take it to the service centre as A.C has a gas leakage, so they took it on 22nd aug 2009 and promised me to deliver on next day. today 2nd of sept. i dint got my A.C back. i want refund with compensation.

                            my fridge is not working since sunday. I complained on monday morning but the mechanic came on tuesday evening.He told us to switch off the fridge. Its wednesday , but still he has not yet turned up.till how many days should I wait and what is the guarantee that he will come today. I have party at my house in 2 days and how is it possible to survive without fridge in summer.I dont know what type of service yourll are giving.

                              My cousin Dr Abhay Kumar Pandey / Dr. Rajni Kant Pandey has bought SAMSUNG A.C. in Dumroan, Buxar, Bihar and some problems cropped up related with the cooling. As this is still in warranty period, he had contacted Samsung Service Centre regarding the complaint several times and the complaint number is [protected], but no action has been taken till now. They keep on telling that the service representative will come next day but never turn back. This is a very serious issue as the product is from reputed Samsung Company but they are not willing to provide any services for their own product. I feel very regretful after buying Samsung product. I will never suggest any one to buy Samsung products. Kindly look into the matter as it is against Consumer Satisfaction norms.

                              Samsung/ Window AC — hopeless services of Samsung

                              I reported a complaint to Samsung Service Centre, Uaipur on 07-4-09 but they visited at my place after delay of one week on 14-4-09 and solved this on 17-4-09. Just after repairs, problem of low cooling occured . Because of the reason earlier I got bad response from local service centre so I have registerd new call on samsung toll free No. But the whole service channel is same. till date i.e on 28-4-09 my problem is not resolved and earlier problem of smelling reoccured. So my AC has two problems of low cooling and smelling. And the wty is ending on 30-4-09. No solution till date... I'll never suggest anyone to buy samsung product.
                              What to do when problem will be resolved and reoccure after wty expires. Who will be responsib;e for such case when a service Centre is unable to repair the problem, this means Samsung product is not reliable at all

                              Samsung — Hopless Service Centre

                              It is to bring to your notice that I deposited my mobile with M/S Electro Serve Cenrer, Moti Nagar New Delhi on 11/07/2009. The estimated expenditure was Rs 301/- only . Despite visits I could not get my phone repaired. On 20/07/2009 I got a message that your product has been serviced and you can collect but when I reached them the product was not swrviced and I was told now the estimate is of Rs 3800/- when the cost of the set is Rs 5000/-.

                              I also found a number of other unsatisfied customers there and It will definately going to erode the brand value of your product. You may get it verified through some other source also.

                              I hope such sevice centers should be banned as i feel they donot have qualified and experienced personnels to take care of the customers by way of solving their problems.

                              SAMSUNG/WINDOW AC — No Response From Service Centre

                              Hi,

                              This is regarding the complaint no. [protected].

                              I have a window A/C which was not cooling so I called up the samsung customer care to get it fixed. Two persons from Samsung came on 13th of August and took the A/C for gsa refilling. Since then, I have been following up with the Samsung Customer care to know the status but I always get the same answer from them that I will receive a call from Samsung service centre. But nobody has given me a call till now. This is really frustrating as I have been getting no updates for my own product.

                              I am not sure who to contact about this as the customer care is not even revealing the service centre address where I can directly go and inquire about my complaint. I would really appreciate if someone can look into this matter and give me an update.

                              Samsung Window AC — hopeless service

                              On 21st April 2011, Samsung undertook a paid service (Rs.2000) for my non-functioning window AC, purchased about 3 yrs back. Their service centre claims to have replaced faulty compressor and gas. In less than a month, on 13th May 2011, Samsung technician came again to repair the non-performing AC...........and still as on 23rd May 2011, the AC is under repair & observation at Samsung workshop. This is Samsung product quality, performance ans service!!!
                              Samsung finally installed the re-repaired AC at my place after 10 days. The service personnel were demanding additional Rs.6000 ( I had paid Rs.2000 earlier), which I refused to pay. They had committed earlier that once they undertake a paid service, any service requirement in subsequent 3 months is not chargeable. But 10 days of these peak summer nights, courtesy Samsung, I will remember for all summers to come!

                                Samsung India takes the cake for poor service...Its simple now..there is non existant service. my complaint for servicing two split A/Cs was registered on 27 March 2010...I was told that the engineer will immediately call and service my A/Cs. till now...no calls have been received and no one has visited me...in one word...there is no service from samsung india....

                                now i know why local service guys have business..and i am a guy who has samsung tv, theatre, videocam and A/Cs...but very soon the brand will have to change on all...defects are there and now no servicing...

                                  have bought a Samsung GT - B5722 model before 10 days. And found some issues in it.
                                  They are as below
                                  1. The applications (like NGPAY ,atom mobile application and Gmail mobile application) do not coonect through the GPRS. However from the browser it connects properly and functions well.
                                  2. The headset behavior is inconsistence.
                                  3. Once you listen the songs through the Music Player on Speaker phone on mode , the next time after connecting the Headset, it continuous to play through the Speaker phone. After restarting the mobile it behaves the same.

                                  Samsung pre-installed apps, like Palringo messenger, and even the POP/IMAP email facility in the Message menu, cannot access GPRS.

                                  Google MAPs, GMAIL app, Opera, GoTalkMobile.. nothing can access GPRS on this device.

                                  ONLY default NetCraft Browser is able to access internet. those Icons for Gmail, Facebook, Flickr etc.. all open the Netcraft browser.. not custom apps.. no Java application can connect to GPRS

                                    I have given my Samsung Guru145 to the service center at Dhayri Phata, Pune about 3 weeks ago on the 24th April'10 to change the speaker.

                                    By mistake I left my Idea sim card no [protected] in the phone. The propritor did not give me a reciept- he asked me to pick up the phone in the evening- 24th April'10- when I visited the shop he informed that the phone was not ready as he had to get the part. I have visited the shop at least 7 times since then and now he informed me that I have not given any phone & he does not have it.

                                    I am now filing a complaint with the police as I do not want my no to be misused for any illegal purposes.

                                      I bought this refrigerator on 11/09/2009 from Naveen Electrotech Pvt. Ltd., Model Town II Stop. I am so disappointed in its performance. The series of faults started within a month of purchase.

                                      At first the cooling in the lower compartment was brought to a sudden halt which was just in the first month of the purchase.The first complaint was lodged on 3/10/2009 for which the Samsung representative suggested keeping the door open and turning off the refrigerator. LAME!!!

                                      And then again the second complaint was lodged on 7/5/2010 just a few days back and now we are again experiencing the same problem within a matter of days.

                                      I request you to kindly take this up at the earliest and I demand a replacement as obviously Samsung hasn't been successfully able to resolve the issues.

                                      I purchased a samsung refrigerator from M/S SHILPA AGENCY, rai market, ambala cantt ( mr. Jinesh jain).
                                      It's bearing number being D94242BB200037A and model no. RT-50MBPN from vide invoice no. 6365 dated 19.6.2011 amounting rs. 35490 on cash payment.

                                      On the second day of delivery refrigerator started giving trouble in its cooling, on this we complaint the dealer vide complaint no. [protected] and thereafter representative of dealer found the refrigerator defective and promised to replace it.

                                      After 3 days dealer replaced the refrigerator by itself and installed the new one with serial number D94242BB200008K without any change in the company records. I am having the original bill in which dealer has corrected the serial number by overwriting.

                                      Now the new refrigerator worked correctly for 2 or 3 months and starting giving trouble of frosting and defrosting.
                                      When we asked to dealer about this problem, he misguided us saying that this problem occurs because o[censored]nstable voltage of power.

                                      In winter season refrigerator do not have any more usage and as we are dealing in paints trading ( we were busy in our seasonal sales), so problem continued and with in guarantee period we again lodge a complaint at toll free number vide complaint number [protected] and also informed the headquarter through email as on 18.6.2012.

                                      On the next day representative visited and again misguided about the problem and cleaned the fridger gas pipelines by water. On the remarks I wrote problem is under observation and signed. But problem continued and we again complaint on 23/6/2012, 27/6/2012 and 30/6/2012. We also informed ASM PRADEEP KuMAR on telephone on 2/7/2012 and he admitted that the pcp of refrigerator is not supportive and they will replace with a new pcp of new technology. But after replacement problem remain the same.

                                      We didn't take legal action that time because my marriage (shashank mittal ) was approaching on 5 August and all relatives were coming to have fun. But all our delicious food was wasted because of non storage of food.

                                      After getting free from marriage we again made complaint on 15/11/2012 and the representative came but didn't solved the problem. We requested them to replace the refrigerator but they failed to satisfy us and problem continued.
                                      Then there was blockage in gas pipe which was responsible for cooling problem. This was the real problem ( manufacturing defect) . Our lawyer suggested to send them legal notice and they responded to legal notice cleverly, manipulating the words.

                                      The refrigerator was not working on the first day and for the same we reported to the dealer " SHILPA agencies " rai market ambala cantt. With a complaint no [protected] with the company.

                                      He replaced the refrigerator with the other piece on his behalf and it was not told to company. Dealer also made cutting on the invoice to change the replaced serial number

                                      We don't how he made this possible.

                                      The piece replaced was also having a manufacturing defect. The defect was blockage in the gas pipe which turns to stop it's working after every 2 or 3 months.
                                      I was unaware of this defect. Because of that when ever refrigerator stop working the company engineers make us fool saying that there is problem in voltage, pcp etc...

                                      In 2011 the problem started after summer season and It was not discoverable because it's use is less in winter season. But in 2012 when again summers started it stopped working and we complained with in the warranty period.

                                      But the service centre owner closed the call by himself by cutting the remarks.

                                      This process keep on going for almost 1 year.

                                      Within this period we hired a lawyer who sent a legal notice to the dealer and company 2or 3 times by post, ( I have the postal receipts ) but there reply was not satisfactory and they always tried to repair the refrigerator. I am also having a bill of repair no 5089 of rs 915 (8 jan 2013) of refrigerator in which service centre filled the gas in the pipe.

                                      I felt very heavy expenses in that very period for storing food and other things because I got married on 5 th august. And felt a big insult and spoils my relations with relatives because of the food poisoning.

                                      The engineer in outside market is also saying that the refrigerator will keep on giving problems after 2 - 3 months. And today the problem is still there the refrigerator is just a box.

                                      Need your help sir, please give me justice.

                                        i given my mobile s8003 for service because the touch keypad is not working properly, so i given for service in kanandasan nagar samsung service center.they never give me proper service.they took vey long time to return my mobile then the proble, is solved.but the new problem is arraised that the mobile panal is not perfectly and not properly assembled and lot of dust and pinger orints in the display.
                                        now i given the mobile in kodumbakkam samsung service center they telling keypad,display,panel was damaged.they also trying to replace but i am not satify. i want to replace my mobile with new one perfectly.
                                        highly dis-satisfaction on samsung customer service.
