SIR,
WE HAVE PURCHASED A SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER ON DT 28/03/2010 FROM SURENDRA ELECTRONICS 36, CHANDRALOK ALIGANJ LUCKNOW WITH INVOICE NO 158. BUT FROM DT 20/04/2010 IT IS NOT WORKING. WE COMPLAIN FOR IT ON COMPLAINT PHONE NO 30308282/[protected] WITH REGISTERED BP NO. [protected] BUT FOUND NO RESPONSE. WE AGAIN REGISTERD OUR COMPLAIN ON DT 24/04/2010 WITH THE SAME BP NO [protected] BUT AGAIN WE GOT NO RESPONSE TILL NOW. WE WERE CALL THEM 20 TO 30 TIMES BUT THEY CAN'T HEAR MY PROBLEM. THEY SAID WE HAVE NOT ENOUGH TIME TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM. NOW WE FEEL CHEATED TO PURCHASE AC FROM THEM.
PLEASE HELP US TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM OUR PRODUCT IS IN WARRANTY PERIOD. TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM.

Sir many time I called to customer service number but the response is bad .I called to customer support on 17.04.2014 and my complain number is [protected] and no one had come to service. Next I tried on 05.05.201 and complaint number was given as [protected] and I called on 14.04.14 and complai numer is [protected] and no resporesponse till now and I request you to take proper action on it.
Dear Sir,

I am extremely unhappy with a split Samsung air conditioner that I purchased 2 years back. the airconditioner has been giving problem since the very first month.
1. The remote control stops working which was replaced
2. the gas in the unit leaked
3. Other problem that we were told was because of the way it was installed( installation was completed by the company professional).

In april this year the unit broke down and we contacted them few times where they came and said the compressor was damaged and needed to be replaced. Luckily for me, I found the receipt and warranty card which said compressor was under warranty for 5 year. They company technician said there will be someone from Samsung who will come and pick up the machine and replace the compressor as it is under warranty. Since then we have had nightmare with the whole thing.

The technician took the unit and then called us in 2 days time advising that we need to replace the other things which will cost us 9500.00 rupees and they will not just change the compressor. the compresor will be replaced only if we get the other things done. if we do not agree to their term they will then send the unit to us and we will be charged 750.00 rupees for transport and on the fact that work was not carried on with them and will also not replace the compressor. I personally feel this is cheating a customer. Secondly, we were told they are not Samsung employees but someone whom Samsung uses as agents.

All this information was not provided to us at the time when we spoke to Samsung team(helpline).

This is extremely frustrating and we are keen to take this up with Samsung management and will like to know how do we go about this and if we can get any assistance.As of today they want 80% of the bill paid in advance even before commencing work.

Everday we get to hear something new from them which we did not know.

I bought a brand new a/c from Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad, invoice no: MAL/CR14/72600 on 27/February/2015. I was out of station these many days and when I started using my a/c there was no cooling at all. I lodged a service call with Samsung support ([protected]). As per the customer support executive the issue was supposed to get resolved within 24 hours. But that never happened. After calling almost 12-15 times Samsung sent his technician and cleared that there was gas leakage problem. I am shocked to hear that as it was brand new one and not even used for more than 3 days. From the last 3 days I am repeatedly tried calling Samsung guys to fix it.

I am pissed off with this and I request Samsung team to take back the unit and refund me the amount.

THIS IS THE SECOND EXPERIENCE FOR ME WITH SAMSUNG.

I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AS THEY ARE VERY BAD AT SERVICE
Purchased Samsung split AC Invoice No. JPRI 00608 dated 26.03.2015 billed by VALUEPLUS Retail Pvt Ltd 69/376 VT Road Choraha Mansarovar Jaipur. This AC is not cooling. On complaint one representative of the company came and wrongly informed supply problem. I got it checked from a private an electrician who charged 500/- and confirmed that there is no supply issue but the problem lies with AC only. On our insistence an engineer was sent by the company who changed relay and AC started working.
After five days again the AC is not cooling at all. I request the company to change the plant or refund me the amount paid by me.

    Your poor after sales Service & your Service personnel Specially Mr. Summit & Mr. Kuldeep

    (handle North Delhi Zone) are getting on my nerves. They have tested my patiences a lot.

    I've never ever faced such kind of poor after sales service from any brand .
    I reg. a complaint on 1/04/2010 regarding no cooling prblm. After several reminders to your

    personnel, it was attended on 9/04/2010.
    Your Eng. noticed that there is no gas in the compressor. On 10/04/2010 one of your

    Engineer came and found that cooling coils are not working & supposed to change. Asked 2

    days time to replace. He paid the visit on12th or 13th. I appreciate it it. But what an

    intelligent & talented Engineers you have. Instead of replacing the cooling coils of 1.5

    Ton A/C he brought 1.0 Ton A/C's coil. I'm highly impressed. Heads-off to your recruiting

    Department who recruited such a brilliant Engineers.
    At the Same time he called his supervisor & asked to arrange 1.5 Ton A/C's cooling coil. He

    replied its out of stock will take 2-3 days. It took entire 1 week to get replenish the

    stock of 1.5 ton cooling coils. What an intelligent & effective Material Requirement

    Planning system (MRP) You have! This the working condition of a MNC & that is SAMSUNG.
    On 20/04/2010 the faulty A/C got back in working condition finally.
    On 23/04/2010 I faced the same problem again & there was no cooling at all. I called back

    Kuldeep On 24/04/2010 in he morning regarding it & was promised an immediate visit by an

    engineer. I wait for the whole day no call, no visit from them. I called him up again at 8

    PM he arranged a conference call with the service engineer & promised to visit on sunday

    (25/04/2010) at any cost. No visit No call till noon. This time i called up summit at 1:30

    PM. He Promised me to rectify it by evening. No call No visit till 8 PM. I called him up

    back, he replied to speak kuldeep regarding it as he (summit) forwarded it to him.
    On 26/04/2010, I Had to call Kuldeep 4 Times in the whole day & every time he assured me to

    be attended by engineer at any cost without any delay. NO call No visit Throughout the day.
    It's Still pending.

    This is just to let you know that how efficient & effective your After sales service

    department & its personnel & all this forced me to approach the CONSUMER COURT to reward

    you for such kind of brilliant & impeccable services. I'm submitting a copy of this mail

    with an application form to consumer court so that they can come to about the whole

    incidence & reward you accordingly.

      Dear Sir,

      I have purchase a Samsung mobile model "star 3G S5603, serial no-[protected], on 02.01.2010 from a Samsung mobile store at sirmour Chowk, Rewa.My purchased receipt serial no. is MP3736 of the payment of Rs. 9999/-

      This mobile is having multimedia functions with camera.However when I am using this mobile for still photography, zoom is not working.While it has been mentioned in user manual that this mobile's camera is having zoom fecility for both Video and static photography.

      After paying almost 10 thousands, I am unable to enjoy the multemedia functionality which I should have.

      I want my money back from Samsung or they should replace my mobile with another proper one.

      Please look into this issue as soon as possible.

        WE RECD SIX SPLIT AC UNITS SAMSUNG MAKE FROM DEALER CRYSTAL REFRIGERATION, KOLKATA OWNED BY MR NAVIN LAMBA(A GOOD FAMILY FRIEND) AND THESE UNITS WERE INVOICED IN END 2008 BUT NEVER INSTALLED AND COMMISSIONED BEFORE JAN 2010 AT OUR NEW KANKURGACHI, KOLKATA FLAT.
        OUT OF ABOVE SIX UNITS ONE MACHINE STILL NOT COMMISSIONED FOR WANT OF A PART SAID TO BE PCB UNIT.
        SURPRISINGLY, THE CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO BEAR THE BURDEN OF A PART WHICH IS REQUIRED TO BE ORIGINALLY FITTEDBY THE MFR. BUT SO FAR NOT INSTALLED/ COMMISSIONED.
        STILL INSPITE OF MORE THAN 4 MONTHS THE SAID JOB HAD NOT BEEN EXECUTED

          I am Shrikrishna Kadage, I brought Samsung mobile Guru E2120B on occasion of diwali in (Oct) 2009 from on of the outlet of Planet M. After 3 Months its gives problem its hanged on samsung logo.
          Firstly when i submit mobile to Mastercare service center ,Lalbaug,Mumbai they told me its software error we will give you back within a day.
          On next Day when I reach there they told me its not done may be its motherboard gets damaged we need 10 days.After 10 days they give me same answer.
          I say ok.When a month completed, I souted on them then at that time their Manager told me that "Your mobile is unable to repair we will give you reimbursement , it will take 1 Month". I take this in written on slip.
          After a month gone the old manager not there the other told me we will get you a new piece after submitting old mobile accessories stll one month later i didn't get My mobile.
          Please do the needful.

          Samsung Mobile — unable to repair

          I had gave my sumsung mobile (M 620) for repairing during its warranty period. they kept that mobile for more than 5 month. now they are calling me to take your mobile with out repairing it by saying that these parts are not available here. then what is justification for taking such a long period. please help.

            We purchased Samsung AS185USBNXTL split ac from the Samsung showroom (Matrix distributor pvt. ltd.)in Parle West.
            It so happened, that the mechanic fitted the ac in our living room and demonstrated how to use it and went to attend another customer.
            In no less than 10 mins the indoor unit of our ac started dripping.
            We kept a bucket below the ac so as to save our house from being flooded and called the mechanic. He opened the entire unit to inspect which no customer should allow. To our shock, all he had to say was that erronously a wrong pipe was fitted in this piece and he would be using M-Seal to rectify this problem!
            We contacted their service franchise to report this and we were told that even if they replaced 10 pieces of this ac, we will face the same problem.
            When we objected to the 'M-Seal idea', we were told by the mechanic that he will replace it with a new drainage pipe next day for sure.
            We are still waiting for his next day.
            Then we contacted the showroom where we booked this ac and were told that the mechanic will replace the pipe b/w 2-4 p.m. today.
            Again, we are still waiting for his '2-4 p.m.'

            We purchased this ac after seeing the features in your advertisments and 5 star rating.
            But this experience has shaken our belief and we wont recommend this ac to any friends or relatives!
            I want this problem fixed today itself !
            Else I will have to approach consumer court and other leading newspapers.

            Samsung — leakage of indoor unit

            sir,
            i had complained about our air-conditioner indoor unit water leakage to the Samsung call center. They had sent the personal to inspect and had charged us Rs. 440/-. But as the problem persisted we complained again (Complaint no :[protected] on 13.10.2010 but different person had come this time. After inspecting he had told that the the indoor and outdoor unit had to be taken to the company to remove blockage and refilling of refrigeration gas. After another complaint on 26.10.2010 (Complaint no : [protected]), a person came today(2.11.2010) and refilled the refrigerant gas saying that the water wouldn't leak and charged us Rs.2150/- detecting the previous 440/-. But as soon as he left the water started leaking. When contacted he says the units should taken to the company now. We request you to take necessary action and get our ac repaired as soon as possible.
            We reside at No:1, Vedhachalam nagar, selayur, chennai - 600073. Phone :[protected].
            The Samsung dealer is Alfa Refrigeration co. 1A, Dhanakottiraja street, Sundar nagar, Ekkattuthangal, Chennai - 600032.

              Hi, My name is Rajib Hussain, I've bought my Samsung window AC from Yash Electronics, RK Puram sector-6 on 19th April 2010....That night we didnt use it. 2nd night we've used it but found very less cooling...3rd night, that is 21st april when we used it we found extremely less cooling(No cool).... Next day on 22nd april i've called customer care and they've sent an engineer named noor mohammed..... he checked the ac thoroughly and found that gas is very less.... So he said it will be repaired.. but i said i need a fresh and good piece as i paid full payment by cash. Then i called Customer care again and recomplaint the same....then they said it will be replaced but takes a little time...like a week or more... today 26th april 2010 your customer care guy said it'll be repaired... i got shocked. now after waiting morethan a week i have to use a defective repaired piece after paying for a new ac???. whats this?? i bought the ac for a purpose not for show only... not even a single day i used it... U gave us a defective piece... is it the proper way for SAMSUNG(a branded company) to deal with a customer by giving him a defective piece and waited him so long time to satisfy him??? its very hard to tolerate such long waiting after paying...

              Hope we'll get something good revert and result from YOU....

                I had purchased Samsung i-900(Omnia) model from Dubai in Feb'09. Since last few days i was experiencing problem of frequent switch off and pad orientation. i handed over the set to authorized dealer in Thane( Micro service) on 23.04.09 .Today(26/4) i was told that mother board is defective and replacement will take Rs 12000/-. This is rediculous considering the defect cropped up just in more than year .The mother board defective has to be considered manufacturing problem .

                Can u help me in resolving this issue with Samsung.

                  I bought a Samsung Corby Mate cell phone around 2 months back. A few days later, all of a sudden it's speaker stopped functioning. In normal mode, I am able to receive/male calls but when I turn on the speaker, it doesnt work. I went to Samsung Service Centre in Hadapsar, Pune. Initially it seemed like the external speaker is faulty. They asked me to come back after one week so that they can order the external speaker. After a week, they replaced the external speaker, but the problem persisted. Then they said that the motherboard itself of the phone is faulty and they will order and will call me when they have it in around one week's time. It's been one month, I still dont have my cell phone working. I called service centre guys, they always have only one answer - MotherBoard is still not available. I have no clue what can I do about it. Is it possible to replace the handset with a new and working handset.

                  Samsung Mobile — mobile not function

                  Dear Sir
                  I brought Samsung Croby mobile in December 2009.
                  After some day the mobile function started automatic started working i showed to the Dealer from where i purchased the mobile he took the mobile on 17 April 2010. And gave to Samsung services centre at Lalbaug (east) the Dealer toid to pick up the piece on 20 April 2010. Again on
                  24 April 2010 mobile started automatic function and know when i charge the mobile the mobile battery also become hot. Took the mobile again to dealer he told me to service centre and provide me the address of service centre i am findly got the compliane. but they are saying that mobile touch plane has gone because when they update the mobile software this had occured by them. I would like to know can they change the mobile mother board and give me the mobile in good condition as the their is 1 years warranty which is given by the company .
                  my mobile is not functioning.

                  Samsung — Cell not working

                  Purchased a new handset model M-5650 on Feb 2010.Now since last 10 days the touch pad is not working .went to Authorized service center.@ thane....was told the part is not available.Getting same excuses from the service center from last 5 days. I m not able to use my handset due to these delays.Getting excuses that the part itself is not available in Samsung warehouses.Such type of services is not expected from a brand like Samsung.Its a shame. Seriously guys now every one has to think before purchasing a Samsung handset. It really sad. ..............huh..................

                    I purchased a Samsung dual sim phone model # SCH-W619 around 8 months back. My charger has gone bad. I am not able to find a charger, your service center ppl say that since this model is no more in production, they niether can rectify the problem nor provide me a new one even if I am ready to pay for it.

                    This has rendered my 13 K phone useless.

                      Have purchased Samsung microwave model no-73 CDV from SARGAM ELECTRONICS 155 KAPIL VIHAR PITAMPURA vide Bill no 4121 dated 21.04.2010.
                      Till 25.04.2010 , no demo/installation done by the samsung.

                      Today ie 25.04 .2010, afterwaiting a long wait, have complaint is registered with BP no [protected] and was advised to contact Mr Ambesh at tel no. [protected]/66. I tried to call on these numbers but recorded replies were that these numbers did not exist.

                      Is it the Service of SAMSUNG ?
                      Is not harrassment to Comsumer ?

                        are also delaying the complaint.as the summer is at its peak it is very difficult to live without ac after spending huge money in buying and also all my household items(AC,WASHING MACHINE,REFERIGERATOR AND DVD) are all samsung products. kindly look in to the matter very seriously , expecting a better response from your company

                          samsung metro 3310 mobile — lost mobile

                          PLZ find my mobile location with the help of IMEI no ="[protected]".

                              This is with respect to my visit at Samsung service centre at Delhi, Janakpuri regarding my mobile dysfunction.



                              My mobile model M2710 Onyx Black which I purchased on 27.09.2009 (still in warranty) had network problems, hanging problems and phone persistently getting switched off automatically after 2 to 3 minutes.



                              Mobile engineer after checking the handset told me that a software name INEI will have to be installed which is usually a 15 to 20 minutes job as per the engineer for the proper functioning of the same and at their service centre the software was not available and in turn gave me the Samsung contact centre no.[protected].



                              I contacted the customer care and they transferred me to the mobile's department and the technical staff of the mobile's department told me that they are not aware that where would the INEI software be available in Delhi but gave me the address & contact no. of Delhi's service centre of Ramesh Nagar & Moti Nagar.The software was not availlable Ramesh Nagar centre also.



                              In total I made 8 to 10 calls to the customer care centre which were in vain. Please find the elaborative interaction for few calls made.





                              1st call to customer care:



                              The contact nos.of Moti Nagar was given to me by the tecnical staff named Amit. In total he gave me 2 numbers.

                              [protected] - which was not reachable



                              2nd call to customer care:



                              I told them that the nos. were wrong, they apologized and gave me 2 more nos.



                              [protected] - which was not responding of Manjit Singh
                              [protected] - This no. was of Gurwinder, he did picked up the call but said he does'nt work for Samsung



                              3rd call to customer care:



                              I called up the customer care again, don't remember the name of the caller but straight away I told him/her to handover the phone to the customer service manager but they refused and said that as you have a query regarding your Mobile so we will forward your call to Mobile's department and then you can speak to the senior person to which I agreed and customer care executive told me that stay on hold till we transfer your call but guess what that call never got transferred and finally I hung up the phone.



                              4th call to the customer care:



                              I again called up the customer care and straight away said "pls forward my call to Mobile's department, this time my call was transferred to Mobile's department to Ms Neha, technical staff, after telling the history of 3 calls as mentioned above to her she said sorry for the inconvinience.(the signature dialogue which evry customer care executive says after troubling the customer). I told her to transfer my call to her senior to which she refused initially but then agreed to do the same. She told me to hold the call and would be transferring the same and guess whattttttttttt I was listening to the classical hold tone music for 5 good minutes and the call never got transferred and I hung up the phone yet again.



                              5th call to customer care:



                              I called up again to the customer care and told them to transfer to mobile's department(By then I was already popular at your customer care centre) customer care executive told to hold but she forgot to press the mute button and what I am listening is "Yeh to usi customer Ka phone hai, kya karen) then she pressed the mute button and that hold was for ages and ages and guess what I again hung up the phone.



                              6th call to the customer care:



                              I called them again and got my call transferred to mobile's department and told them about the above 5 calls and she said SORRY. I asked the technical staff to give me the complaints e mail ID which she did gave me 2 new numbers of Area Sales manager both Delhi guys.

                              [protected] - Sumit Sethi, was not responding
                              [protected] - I have forgotten the name but think he was Abdulla. After trying for more than 10 times this guy finally picks up his phone and asked me about the problem to which I told I need to get INEI software installed. I told him that I went to Janakpuri service centre but they didn't had that software. He said please stay on hold and I will confirm from the janakpuri centre for the exact problem. He said you can go to Ramesh Nagar, they have the software with them but till that time I had already confirmed the same from Ramesh Nagar cantre and they were not having the same and i told tthis to this gentlemen. Again he told me to stay on hold and till then he will confirm the same from Ramesh Nagar, he did the same and that software was not there at Ramesh Nagar. Now this gentlemen says this software is available at Ashok Vihar service centre and he will confirm the same.



                              I waited for 15 minutes and didn't got a call back. I started calling this gentlemen again but he didn't picked up his mobile.



                              I was desperately trying to get my mobile repaired today as I have to leave tomorrow to Chandigarh(2 days) for my official visit and didn't had a standby phone but couldn't make it due to negligent and dissatisfactory responses from the customer services.



                              I had to purchase a new mobile especially for this particular reason because customer services was not at all prompt and don't think they have been taught "What is customer delight".



                              I was never expecting this kind of a ruckus response from your esteemed company.



                              Now my Samsung mobile which is still under warranty is of no use to me as I have purchased a new one. Would request you to refund my amount of 5850/- paid towards this mobile and would urge to take some strict action towards your customer service team. Also, please listen to the calls I made at your customer service desk. I know all the customer calls are recorded for Quality check purposes.



                              Looking forward for your response on this asap.

                                I (Rahul Asthana) from Kanpur (U.P.), purchased a Samsung W299 (Dual Sim/Touch Screen) handset from "Mobile Solutions, 36-B & 37-A, PPN Market, Kanpur" on the date of 24th Oct 2009. Details of this particular handset is as follows:

                                That means it's still in guarantee period..

                                On the date of 17th April 2010, it has been dead (not displaying anything) & on 19th April 2010 I have placed it on it's Local Samsung Service Center, which is situated at 112/08(16), Benajhabar Road, Kanpur-208002.
                                At service center, they have submitted my phone against Service Request No. 23656 (Work Order No. WA93620). Now they are saying that this set can not be repair. It will be changed.. But It will take long long time... when the service's TAT are 8-10 days.
                                Right now they are asking for atleast 20-25 days, & still they are not making sure of this..
                                This purchased handset was really really costly (Rs. 10,700/-). Kindly ensure that my handset will replace as soonest as possible !!!

                                I bought Samsung mobile (S3500) in the month of October, 2009 from Dombivli (Mumbai). It worked only for 10 months and started giving problems later. After paying a visit to the nearest service centre (POPULAR TELECOM), they mentioned its status as dead and deposited the phone saying a call will be made to me after 3-4 days when its repaired.

                                When there was no response, I called them asking about the status to which they did not reply properly and hung the phone. Its more than 10 days now and still there is no response from their side. I suggest all not to buy samsung mobiles and like many other customers, I need my cash back from this company.

                                  With in 3 months o[censored]sage, samsung jet s8003 started showing touch pad complaint. Touch is not so sensitive as compared to i Phone. And regarding the service, i never seen such a irresponsible approach from any other company. You wont get clear replay on our queries. i thought of trying samsung in place of sony erricsson which i was using since 2006. i would recommend my fellow citizen to think thrice before going for samsung mobile.

                                  Hi I would like a response from anyone who have experienced this.

                                  My son accidentally put pressure on the touchpad of his Samsung S8003
                                  now it is not responding. It is requesting a Pincode, but I can't even get it to switch off.
                                  I took out the batterie and the SIM card, but nothing doing.

                                  My question can it be repaired, or maybe change the touchpad.
                                  Or do I need to purchse a new phone?

                                    I want to inform you that I am Vinay Kumar Singh and working in Cipla ltd.I had purchase Samsung Bluetooth headset WEP 450 at hotspot spice retail ltd shop no ,K-8,Ground Floor Connaught place ,New Delhi-01 and TIN NO:[protected] in dated 23/12/2009 time 19:26:55 but after 2 months Bluetooth are not work proper and it was in warranty period so that time I call in where i purchase and they don’t respond and after three days they pick my phone we make it repair and after 20 days they don’t give any information and after my regular follow up he say this model is not in stock and it will take 2o day and after 20 day again say same think and not ready to replace and in total they take 45 days and not resolve the problem and when I talk to senior he also say same think and after many call and regular follow to say same think .in this 60 days only they making me a fool.I am very fade up and these shows the untrained person are working in the Cannaught place and whole Delhi and this incident reflect the company image for some irresponsible person those who are work in cannaught place new Delhi and his team leader .if this will not take any action of both person and replace my Bluetooth model no WEP 450 as soon as bcoz it will take 2 months .otherwise I will go the consumer court and other legal action .if the model is not in stock so why sell it .I pay for model Samsung Bluetooth WEP 450 so why I take another model if it is not in stock so refund my money. so do needful as soon as and action taken by sales girl who work on cannaught place shop and his team leader who don’t know any think big ?? both of them.

                                      Would like to know the escalation path i.e. next level from customer service executives and is there any sitpulated time period when samsung attends and close the calls and also if any data of satisfied customers you ever had.

                                      Not even after 3-4 month performance of Samsung split a/c AS18EFB (1.5 tonn) bought in May 2009 the compressor has failed which shows the poor quality of products.

                                      The call is not being attended we have been stuggling for so many days now calling atleas 15 calls a day the customer service representative just put you on hold or promise to call back but never call back. staff is quite trained to advice the resolution for "TODAY' but for you guys that "TODAY" never comes.

                                      Earlier encounters, we were asked to get our first service done within 3 months of installation and we kept following up for the same for a months and finally got sucess after nine months. Another 2 free services i don't thing would ever happen seeing the way to deal with the customer. So i would rather say its fake to say that there will be 3 free services within 1 year.

                                      I would say it is just dumping your hard earn money 27000+installation for a unreliable product and company.

                                      I agree. Samsung India probably has the most pathetic service in India. Months can go by without resolution to problems. And even worse, there does not seem to be any escalation path to senior personnel in the company's service organization. My personal solution for the future is to avoid buying Samsung products.

                                        Samsung 29 inch TV — Repeated Colour patches in TV

                                        Hi,
                                        I bought a 29 inch Tv on 13th march,2010. and since then there is repated colour patches on diffrent section of the TV and its virtually unwatchable. I raised complaint but of no avail , the service center guys took the TV even but they came backl saying everything was ok.
                                        Please i need a replace of the TV or i going to drag Samsung to consumer court.
