samsung metro 3310 mobile — lost mobile

PLZ find my mobile location with the help of IMEI no ="[protected]".
It was lost on saturday 16/10/10.

myself Lubna Rehman i have lost or somebody has stolen my mobile samsung 3310 metro on 14 june ,2011 around 10.a.m to 11.00 a.m.in the university campus .
and also its mobile tracker was off that time.its IEMI No. is 354118/03/537336/6 . is their still any possibility so that i could get my mobile back is their any way to trace its position right now .

      This is with respect to my visit at Samsung service centre at Delhi, Janakpuri regarding my mobile dysfunction.



      My mobile model M2710 Onyx Black which I purchased on 27.09.2009 (still in warranty) had network problems, hanging problems and phone persistently getting switched off automatically after 2 to 3 minutes.



      Mobile engineer after checking the handset told me that a software name INEI will have to be installed which is usually a 15 to 20 minutes job as per the engineer for the proper functioning of the same and at their service centre the software was not available and in turn gave me the Samsung contact centre no.[protected].



      I contacted the customer care and they transferred me to the mobile's department and the technical staff of the mobile's department told me that they are not aware that where would the INEI software be available in Delhi but gave me the address & contact no. of Delhi's service centre of Ramesh Nagar & Moti Nagar.The software was not availlable Ramesh Nagar centre also.



      In total I made 8 to 10 calls to the customer care centre which were in vain. Please find the elaborative interaction for few calls made.





      1st call to customer care:



      The contact nos.of Moti Nagar was given to me by the tecnical staff named Amit. In total he gave me 2 numbers.

      [protected] - which was not reachable



      2nd call to customer care:



      I told them that the nos. were wrong, they apologized and gave me 2 more nos.



      [protected] - which was not responding of Manjit Singh
      [protected] - This no. was of Gurwinder, he did picked up the call but said he does'nt work for Samsung



      3rd call to customer care:



      I called up the customer care again, don't remember the name of the caller but straight away I told him/her to handover the phone to the customer service manager but they refused and said that as you have a query regarding your Mobile so we will forward your call to Mobile's department and then you can speak to the senior person to which I agreed and customer care executive told me that stay on hold till we transfer your call but guess what that call never got transferred and finally I hung up the phone.



      4th call to the customer care:



      I again called up the customer care and straight away said "pls forward my call to Mobile's department, this time my call was transferred to Mobile's department to Ms Neha, technical staff, after telling the history of 3 calls as mentioned above to her she said sorry for the inconvinience.(the signature dialogue which evry customer care executive says after troubling the customer). I told her to transfer my call to her senior to which she refused initially but then agreed to do the same. She told me to hold the call and would be transferring the same and guess whattttttttttt I was listening to the classical hold tone music for 5 good minutes and the call never got transferred and I hung up the phone yet again.



      5th call to customer care:



      I called up again to the customer care and told them to transfer to mobile's department(By then I was already popular at your customer care centre) customer care executive told to hold but she forgot to press the mute button and what I am listening is "Yeh to usi customer Ka phone hai, kya karen) then she pressed the mute button and that hold was for ages and ages and guess what I again hung up the phone.



      6th call to the customer care:



      I called them again and got my call transferred to mobile's department and told them about the above 5 calls and she said SORRY. I asked the technical staff to give me the complaints e mail ID which she did gave me 2 new numbers of Area Sales manager both Delhi guys.

      [protected] - Sumit Sethi, was not responding
      [protected] - I have forgotten the name but think he was Abdulla. After trying for more than 10 times this guy finally picks up his phone and asked me about the problem to which I told I need to get INEI software installed. I told him that I went to Janakpuri service centre but they didn't had that software. He said please stay on hold and I will confirm from the janakpuri centre for the exact problem. He said you can go to Ramesh Nagar, they have the software with them but till that time I had already confirmed the same from Ramesh Nagar cantre and they were not having the same and i told tthis to this gentlemen. Again he told me to stay on hold and till then he will confirm the same from Ramesh Nagar, he did the same and that software was not there at Ramesh Nagar. Now this gentlemen says this software is available at Ashok Vihar service centre and he will confirm the same.



      I waited for 15 minutes and didn't got a call back. I started calling this gentlemen again but he didn't picked up his mobile.



      I was desperately trying to get my mobile repaired today as I have to leave tomorrow to Chandigarh(2 days) for my official visit and didn't had a standby phone but couldn't make it due to negligent and dissatisfactory responses from the customer services.



      I had to purchase a new mobile especially for this particular reason because customer services was not at all prompt and don't think they have been taught "What is customer delight".



      I was never expecting this kind of a ruckus response from your esteemed company.



      Now my Samsung mobile which is still under warranty is of no use to me as I have purchased a new one. Would request you to refund my amount of 5850/- paid towards this mobile and would urge to take some strict action towards your customer service team. Also, please listen to the calls I made at your customer service desk. I know all the customer calls are recorded for Quality check purposes.



      Looking forward for your response on this asap.

        I (Rahul Asthana) from Kanpur (U.P.), purchased a Samsung W299 (Dual Sim/Touch Screen) handset from "Mobile Solutions, 36-B & 37-A, PPN Market, Kanpur" on the date of 24th Oct 2009. Details of this particular handset is as follows:
        Model No.: SCH-W299
        S.No.: A0000017B6A2BE
        IMEI Number.: [protected]
        That means it's still in guarantee period..

        On the date of 17th April 2010, it has been dead (not displaying anything) & on 19th April 2010 I have placed it on it's Local Samsung Service Center, which is situated at 112/08(16), Benajhabar Road, Kanpur-208002.
        At service center, they have submitted my phone against Service Request No. 23656 (Work Order No. WA93620). Now they are saying that this set can not be repair. It will be changed.. But It will take long long time... when the service's TAT are 8-10 days.
        Right now they are asking for atleast 20-25 days, & still they are not making sure of this..
        This purchased handset was really really costly (Rs. 10,700/-). Kindly ensure that my handset will replace as soonest as possible !!!

        I bought Samsung mobile (S3500) in the month of October, 2009 from Dombivli (Mumbai). It worked only for 10 months and started giving problems later. After paying a visit to the nearest service centre (POPULAR TELECOM), they mentioned its status as dead and deposited the phone saying a call will be made to me after 3-4 days when its repaired.

        When there was no response, I called them asking about the status to which they did not reply properly and hung the phone. Its more than 10 days now and still there is no response from their side. I suggest all not to buy samsung mobiles and like many other customers, I need my cash back from this company.

          With in 3 months o[censored]sage, samsung jet s8003 started showing touch pad complaint. Touch is not so sensitive as compared to i Phone. And regarding the service, i never seen such a irresponsible approach from any other company. You wont get clear replay on our queries. i thought of trying samsung in place of sony erricsson which i was using since 2006. i would recommend my fellow citizen to think thrice before going for samsung mobile.

          Hi I would like a response from anyone who have experienced this.

          My son accidentally put pressure on the touchpad of his Samsung S8003
          now it is not responding. It is requesting a Pincode, but I can't even get it to switch off.
          I took out the batterie and the SIM card, but nothing doing.

          My question can it be repaired, or maybe change the touchpad.
          Or do I need to purchse a new phone?

          Help please .

            I want to inform you that I am Vinay Kumar Singh and working in Cipla ltd.I had purchase Samsung Bluetooth headset WEP 450 at hotspot spice retail ltd shop no ,K-8,Ground Floor Connaught place ,New Delhi-01 and TIN NO:[protected] in dated 23/12/2009 time 19:26:55 but after 2 months Bluetooth are not work proper and it was in warranty period so that time I call in where i purchase and they don’t respond and after three days they pick my phone we make it repair and after 20 days they don’t give any information and after my regular follow up he say this model is not in stock and it will take 2o day and after 20 day again say same think and not ready to replace and in total they take 45 days and not resolve the problem and when I talk to senior he also say same think and after many call and regular follow to say same think .in this 60 days only they making me a fool.I am very fade up and these shows the untrained person are working in the Cannaught place and whole Delhi and this incident reflect the company image for some irresponsible person those who are work in cannaught place new Delhi and his team leader .if this will not take any action of both person and replace my Bluetooth model no WEP 450 as soon as bcoz it will take 2 months .otherwise I will go the consumer court and other legal action .if the model is not in stock so why sell it .I pay for model Samsung Bluetooth WEP 450 so why I take another model if it is not in stock so refund my money. so do needful as soon as and action taken by sales girl who work on cannaught place shop and his team leader who don’t know any think big ?? both of them.

              Would like to know the escalation path i.e. next level from customer service executives and is there any sitpulated time period when samsung attends and close the calls and also if any data of satisfied customers you ever had.

              Not even after 3-4 month performance of Samsung split a/c AS18EFB (1.5 tonn) bought in May 2009 the compressor has failed which shows the poor quality of products.

              The call is not being attended we have been stuggling for so many days now calling atleas 15 calls a day the customer service representative just put you on hold or promise to call back but never call back. staff is quite trained to advice the resolution for "TODAY' but for you guys that "TODAY" never comes.

              Earlier encounters, we were asked to get our first service done within 3 months of installation and we kept following up for the same for a months and finally got sucess after nine months. Another 2 free services i don't thing would ever happen seeing the way to deal with the customer. So i would rather say its fake to say that there will be 3 free services within 1 year.

              I would say it is just dumping your hard earn money 27000+installation for a unreliable product and company.

              very true
              I agree. Samsung India probably has the most pathetic service in India. Months can go by without resolution to problems. And even worse, there does not seem to be any escalation path to senior personnel in the company's service organization. My personal solution for the future is to avoid buying Samsung products.

                Samsung 29 inch TV — Repeated Colour patches in TV

                Hi,
                I bought a 29 inch Tv on 13th march,2010. and since then there is repated colour patches on diffrent section of the TV and its virtually unwatchable. I raised complaint but of no avail , the service center guys took the TV even but they came backl saying everything was ok.
                Please i need a replace of the TV or i going to drag Samsung to consumer court.

                  This is the with a Samsung AC. I have had a Hitachi and LG at home with no service issues for the last 4 yrs that i have been using. Anytime during the year they are available for service within 24 hours.

                  Here at Samsung i have complained multiple times since 14th April with no solution. I buy AC to beat this hot summer and now it is lying as a piece of junk on my wall.

                  I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT IN FUTURE OR RECOMMEND ONE TO MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

                  Hi to all,

                  I want to share my worst experience of my new samsung air conditioner, recently i bought a new window airconditioner, no one came for installation from the dealer place or from samsung, i installed my ac by a ac mechanic. it works for only one day, so i logged a complaint on samsung, the service engg came from samsung, he did not checked the ac completely, but he said the problem is with the compressor, but there is no problem with the compressor, its a low power problem, i sorted out that problem, before that i contacted the tollfree they didnt give the proper response, i contacted the service centre they didnt pick the phone itself. i sorted out the problem, but the service centre didnt contact me upto now for the feedback, they even dont know wheather the problem is sorted out or not, i dont dont how they close the complaint without the signature of customer on report. i really felt very sad about the service. i think this is the worst ervice from my experience.

                  I too have bought a Samsung air conditioner and it has been the worst nightmare of my life. They do not take complaints and if at all someone comes on the line they are rude. No one comes to fix the problem and you may as well be talking to blank walls. The most pathetic company to deal with.
                  i agree that the service provided by the company is very poor... after registering so many complaints. no company engineer is coming to repair the air conditioner..
                  i am here by to inform you that i am one of the customer of yours, i bought you a/c on 9-4-2010 from sargam electronics jail road the day i bought your A/C it was nt working properly even the cooler can make the room more chill than the samsung A/Cs . i had call to your customer care now even i dont know how many times but they have nt done anything, nor even a single person came to my house to visit, what problem i am facing, this is service samsung giving, i think we should appreciate the services of such a big company like SAMSUNG.who just want to sell their product, after that SAMSUNG is least not at all concerned about his custmer this is just because you people easliy find new custmers .i should thanks to god that the same day i was also bought a l.c.d that doesnt belongs to samsung .i cant tell the how abt the performance of your a/cs . now i feel like a cheated person, you people have charge for a new a/c and hand over a used a/c to me .tell me this also wether this problem is going to be resolved or not .

                    Between LG and Samsung, I always supported Samsung. The reason could be my being in IT and Samsung makes very good computer parts.

                    Alas, my allegiance to Samsung broke and that also in a very painful way.

                    I have a Windows AC which lost its cooling capability. I made a complaint to Samsung regarding this on 15th April 2010, Complaint number: [protected].

                    On 17th April I got a visit from Samsung and the person told me that the AC needs to be taken to service center to repair it. He told me that it will be picked next day. Today its 23rd April 2010 (8 days since complaint) and nothing has been done yet.

                    My only connection to Samsung is through customer care number 30308282 / [protected].

                    Not a single day has passed that I have not given them a call. Except for few most of the executives in call center are buffoons who cannot even speak properly. I wonder for what kind of quality proposes the call is being recorded by Samsung. Some of them tried to console me by saying they are putting my case on urgent basis, one nice guy went to the extent of marking it ultra urgent.

                    I tried to contact through the website but all of the functionalities require you to be registered user and their registration form gives server error (When you select Delhi as Region). There are other major problems with registration form. I have emailed them but still waiting to get the reply.


                    In this record breaking summer Samsung has done nothing else but to make my life HELL

                    Dear Sir,

                    Sub: Bad response of a manager during a complaint


                    i have sent many mail's in support.[protected]@samsung.com but no reply & response. sham on samsung department.

                    I have a Samsung mobile .Its keypad & screen was breakdown.
                    When I take it to your service center I was assured by the manager that no data will be lost during its repairing but when I take delivery of my mobile I find lot of my important

                    Data missing .When I complaint regarding this to your manager, his behavior was terrible and irresponsible. I felt so gloomy with his reply.
                    If you really think of customer care then please take strict action against him otherwise


                    I will make it a big issue in front of other customers.

                      Please try to locate your head office address and your own contacts details on the system and you will realise the frustration of the consumer.

                      Probably the senior management of Samsung is too embarrassed to face the consumer.

                      DELAY IN REPAIR OF WINDOW AC

                      I had made my first complaint regarding the repair of my Window AC, purchased on May 04, 2008 on March 24, 2010.

                      Its May 02, 2010 today and despite of my repeated calls to Customer service[protected] and several hours of waiting on phone, while the customer care representative is researching on the issue, nothing has still been done. It seems that they just put you on hold for hours and then just forget about it.

                      Its almost one and a half month and the only notification I got from Samsung was that they will soon be sending someone for repairs. I really don't understand how Samsung is doing business when they can't even cater to such small things. I personally would never recommend anyone to buy any Samsung product.

                      I am sure that theres no way now I can get my AC repaired from Samsung. I have never seen such bad customer service.

                        I have lodged a complaint 3 days back in samsung call center , i have a complain no. too"[protected]", i was told by executive on first day that i would be given a call on same day regarding the time at we would get mechanical visit, it’s still under warranty, i told during my conversation the possible reason why it was not giving no cooling, they sent a mechanic after extensive follow up on 3rd day, but he just visited the place, didn't do anything, said it’s a leakage of gas and he is not of that division to fill it up, so he will send someone and give a call, this is my fourth day running, with no calls nothing. i kept calling " Mr Yogesh" who pretends to be manager of Samsung service center, in Gurgaon,( sounds completely like a office boy), his line always goes busy and he never answers, no matter even if you try calling from different no's to get hold of him. His no. is "[protected]" and he has one, equally efficient guy named " Deepak" who calls him as supervisor , whose no. is "[protected]", which he never answers. Its absolute ignorance to customers, without a clue where do they go..FEEL LIKE COMPLETLY CHEATED...when they hear company like LG gives calls to customer, if they need service, whereas company like samsung even after lodging a complain and making follow up numerous times are extremely insensible to customer problems..."POST SALE SERVICE IS VERY POOR"...I would not give up..i have decided i will fight it out... either the company doesn’t know it, may be its outsourcing its post sale services & is extremely ignorant about the functioning of these franchise holder.. my AC has just been used for 3 months..and its still under warranty, that I purchased from Xcite corp, Gurgaon. “Word of mouth” plays magic for companies.. I was fooled, but will ensure that I don’t let other people fooled….money which we spend is hard earned money..we shouldn’t give it to fraud people.

Mr. Sujit told me that he can not provide any escalation person name OR mail ID with whom I can consult my problem. He also assured me that HE would provide me solution at the earliest.

                          Again I am in wait of response. I would update you on my each & every conversation with samsung on mail till you didn't reply with solution.

                            This complain is regarding display problem in my samsung mobile model no. SGH- J150. wthin the period of one year of warranty i have deposited my handset at samsung customer centre at alwar h.o. 4 times & that too regarding same problem... all the time they have given me the assurance that my problem will be resolved but till now it has not been solved & in all this rubbish promises my waranty period expired a week before & the pity is tht the problem still remains the same.
                            Their customer center service man are just testing on my handset. they actually dnt knw wt the problm is. just to solve the problem any how they have replaced the display of my phone two times & when the problem was not solved they changed the PBA of my handset two times....even then also handset was not working properly.

                            Sir, please i request you to help me in either replacing my handset or in refund of the money thereof..its not a minor fault. its a matter of great shame to there company.. this is my last & final call , m waitng for your early response, Please help me to resolve the issue.

                                  I kamal kant agarwal ( R/O D 131 shastri nagar meerut 250004) bought a fridge from S R ELOCTRONICS GAZIABAD (UP) and it was delivered in a bad condition with one open plate from the back and the fridge is not evenly balanced , its actually not standing evenly .

                                  So i made a complant with the company on 18th morning at 11.42 am (purchase date is 17th april) and my complaint number is [protected] Model number is RT 29/ZBPS and the engineer came and he saw the fridge and he also spoked to dealer that it will be changed tomorrow on 19th april but now these people are not ready to replace it.

                                  So please take necessary action.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I compel to inform you about your poor service from your end regarding my Mobile h/s.

                                    I have purchased the model S379 (CDMA) h/s on the month of October'09. After 3-4 months using it, found a frequent network fluctuation on the said h/s.(Not on the strong network area, but on a bit poor area where all other h/s including Samsung works fine). Tried to solve by changing the SIM card twice but problem did not resolve.

                                    Visited to your ASC (Sabsonic//Maruti Bldg. 12 Loudon st. Kolkata). There they keep my h/s for 1 day & update the software and assured me the problem is resolved now. But problem persists.

                                    Again submitted the h/s to the ASC, this time they keep for 6 days from 6th. April to 14th. April and told me they kept watching on the performance where found no network problem on the h/s. But still they will swap the PCB after available of the same.

                                    Finally I have lose my patience as I am also working with a service industry and I cannot afford so much time for solving the issue.

                                    Not only that between the period I have also submitted the h/s to your G.T. Road, Howrah branch also and they also handed over by updating software only.

                                    My question is:

                                    1. Have I made mistake by purchasing your product?

                                    2. If you cannot satisfy your customer then what for you are expensing by locating ASCs.?

                                    3. This is a leading model which we use to sell on an average 40-50 nos. everymonth from our outlet. Should we stop selling this from all our outlet refering this worst service and escalated to my higher authority?

                                    4. How this will be believable that you do not keep accessories on your local HO for a leading model. and ask customer to wait for uncertain period.

                                    This is not my screaming to you for solving my problem, this is for your information only about the after sales service from your end.

                                      I have purchased a Samsung Jet S8003 mobile for Rs 18000/- on 24/10/2009. My mobiles touch screen stopped working on 10/04/2010, I approched the Vasai Samsung Service Center on 14/04/2010( Work Order 2717 ) , On Analysing they said Touch screen is gone and they have to order it from the Company and I should be getting my phone with in seven days. I called them after Seven days now they have given me another date. I am not sure how long this is going to take... Please help.

                                        Though the model nos:RF67DEPN & RF62NEPN have been mentioned & displayed in the Frrunch! leaflet for New 2010 Range but inspite of my repeated request I have not been provided with the price of the products(Request Ref. No.: [protected]) till now. I feel this is not in line with Statutory requirement for the manufactured products and besides this also causing inconvinience to the Consumer.Moreover it seems manufacturer may fix the price of the product after sensing the demand through this process and this can be construed as cheating. I would request for proper communication to them through this forum under Consumer Protection Act.
