compressor is not working, complained in customer care complain no [protected] in the afternoon at 16:00 Hr. No body called back or visited. I requested as its very hot now but they did not bother. They state in their advertisement that they took care of their Customers but I did not found it to be TRUE. I spoke to one of their Service engineer at his mobile phone but he did not showed the courtesy to give some suggestion on phone even.

    I have purchased compact model 2 split Samsung AC of 1.5 T capacity. Both were having cooling problem from the first day. I have complaint about this to the shop from where I have purchased.

    They sent the service people and told that there is voltage problem and you need a voltage stabilizer. I purchased two stabilizers and still the cooling problem persists.

    I have paid the amount to the above said company and my question is that Iam not getting the facility for which I have purchased.

    What quality are they maintaining, why they are cheating the customers with so low quality checkup of their products. Action should be taken against the Samsung India for torturing the customers.

    They dont have the right to advertise their products on TV channels if they are not able to maintain the quality.

    I want my money back and I will purchase some other better product of AC such as Bluestar, Onida etc.

    I would suggest that never buy Samsung AC's they are not reliable. The quality have deteriorated.
    At the same they do not control over theit service centre. I think we should come together and take legalk recourse for selling faulty product, deficiency in service and causing mental agony.
    I have registered my comp to custmer service gurgaon .after sail service in delhi NCR is very poor .the comp is being attended after 72 hrs .i have been told that it is official rule. i have to call two times every day .they gives falls promises that today it will be attended.it is very bad on samsung part.

      Split A.C. was installed on 12 th April, 2010,though it was told to do so on 10th April, 2010.As I was available fully on 10.04.2010(Saturday). I waited the whole day on 10.04.2010.
      On last Monday(Dt.12.04.10) the said A.C. was installed by the team, but the hole made for installation tube looks bigger after installation. It may affect cooling and also rain water may enter from it. I have informed them as well the dealer-IMPACT RETAIL Pvt.Ltd., X-CITE, Ahmedabad in the matter.Mr.Daxesh ( Came for installation from SAMSUNG) has promised me many times to solve the query,but yesterday(Dt.17.04.10) also the whole day I waited for him, he didn't come to solve.Many phonecalls were done to the dealer and Mr. Daxesh in the matter and also phone lines of Samsung customer Care are always busy and time/money consuming too.

        I submit that I have purchased Samsung, split Ac AS183TRANSTL from Tirumala Music Centre Pvt Ltd., (TMC), #[protected]/C/1/13/1 to 8, SSR Vijetha Royal Empire, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, A.P., Ph:24052041/42/43.

        That I above purchsed Samsung, split Ac AS183TRANSTL, on[protected], Invoice No.DS/0910/PI-2644, with Installation and on[protected] day the AC was installed but very next day it was not working for which I made a complant on[protected], Vide No. [protected] and also complant to TMC Vide No.HYDVD 88023, on[protected] and a service representative visited on[protected] delivered a invoice stating that due to wrong fitting the gas was leak and I acknowledge to replace the Instrument

        But till today I have not received an replacement nor any response execpt stating that they are in touch with company authorities

        The company call centre person saying that company is not responsible for the installating of AC and contact the dealer only and company is not repsonsible for the said problem.
        .

        I am suffering a lot due to you samsung fault in my office and my engineers are not working due to humidity and sufacation and my Office is shutdown do to ur fault and dealy. where shall I go for redressal let me know nor I will sue for the damages for inconvinence and my business losses alongwith all offical chages.

          I bought a Samsung Mobile having Model no W229 from Bhubaneswar on 11th April-10. But on 13th April it is out of Order. The Authorised Service Centre says the problem is software and it is not rectify and they send to Bhubaneswar for another set. But till now i have not receipt my set.
          Samsung is a big reputed brand but their member are not so......

          Kindly do something for us.

              I have bought an ac from Bajaj Electronics Punjagutta branch from 14.04.2010. The employees of Bajaj electronics like Balakrishna and Vamshi told sir ac installation will be done within 48 hours.On 16th april i got a call from samsung ac service center that one technical person from samsung ac will call me on 16th morning...Nobody came so I made som 15 calls to Bajaj electronics.....but no result.on 17th evening I got a call from Samsung service center employee name Roja......She told sir our Engineer Prasad will come on 18th night .I asked for Prasad's mobile number and she told [protected]...But when he didnt come I called and it is showing switch off......Next morning when I called Prasad Samsung service engineer.....He is telling I will come on 19th...So its a big mistake of buying Samsung product.....That to from Bajaj electronics Punjagutta Hyderabad........Its a shame to Samsung...Worst service........I suggest nobody should buy Samsung product........my contact no is [protected].....Call me for more details....

                i had registered a complaint with the samsung customer care ( the complain no. is [protected]) on the 15th of April, 2010 for the service of my window AC. Till date no one has come nor any one has bothered to call me. It is me who is following up with the customer care representatives ( most of the time they keep the customer on hold for 20 mins and then the call get disconnected).

                This is some thing which will not be tolerated and the matter will be taken to higher authorities if the complain in not attended by tomorrow ( 17th april) at 1 p.m. I will ensure that the matter is taken to the consumer forum for harrasing the customer and not providing timely service.

                Samsung should change name to SamCRY. 5 days to attended a service call of an AC in scrotching heatof Delhi and still no sight of the engineer. Service Manager does nt take the calls and doesnt even respond back to sms. Lousiest Pathatic service.

                i had registered a complaint with the dealer jan 2010.for the service of my lcd tv Then to samsung customer care ( the complain no. is [protected]) on feb 25 . A techenesion came and said power supplay is complaint and replace with in one week . Still no one come. I called custemer service three times every time they says with in 24 hourse thy attend, nothing happened. My tv is on warrent period If it is not replysed with in 48 hours Iwill go to the consumer court for compnsation

Because the said product is totaly unused & westage. But sir, as your Brand name & goodwill regarding your products will hamper more & more. The said product is also under Warranty.

                  Mr. Satish Holkar of Niramal computer,Birud Galli , Baramati
                  has given the Samsung printer of Gray market of China made for ruppes 5500/-.
                  So, many times I requested him write from September 2010 , the day is the printer had not been operating properly.
                  I request you to give me back my printer of Samsung of 1640 series

                    i have purchased one double door samsung refrigerator 9 months back only 2 months working smoothly after that i had faced the troubles with the fridge i have started the customer care from the date 10th march 2010 still date the problem was not rectified and the samsung engineers were not attended seriously i think they were playing with my refrigerator
                    My customer care registration number is BP no [protected] they were registered 4 times but there is no solution and proper answer so what i have to do pls tell us rectify or replace the same at the earliest

                    this is shruthin from Bangalore owning a frost free refrigerator...

                    there is been problem from quite a long time in my fridge... i.ve complained several times.. and twice the service person had come... but he had told few parts have to be replaced in it(like timer, bimetal & some heater coil) but since that day no response from anyone... even if we call up the service center there is no response from them rather... its summer now and finding very difficult without the refrigerator in working condition., ., , please help me in solving this problem.. or suggest me some good refrigerator for me to go for a new one...

                      I have purchased an Samsung make (Bio Sleep plus model) split AC from M/s LP Electronics , Ranihat , Cuttack ,Orissa on 25/03/2010 by paying Rs 24000/- . After much persuation the ac was installed in my house no. C-60 , IFFCO Paradeep Unit , PARADEEP,Orissa . The installation was done by two persons from Samsung and Rs 1500/- was paid in cash towards this. After running the AC following problems are noted.

                      1. Normally in any split AC the opening gets closed when in idle mode. In this case this is not happening. 50% of the ac opening remains open always.

                      2.There is a fishy smell from the AC

                      3. There is absolutely no cooling effect even if the ac is set at 18 degree.

                      The seller M/s LP Electronics may be asked to replace the Ac with a new/better model or refund back the money.

                        I have purchased the Samsung MPower CDMA 309 (SCH-F309) on 28/09/2009.On 27th mar 2010 i have showed this moblie in ICONET Communication the Authorised service centre in chennai,they checked for more than 1hr and advised me to give the mobile in Digital Waves,Mylapore Chennai.The same day(27th Mar'10) i have given the moblie in Digital waves.After 20days today 15/04/2010 they called & mentioned that the mobile having jack damage which has caused due to the earlier service center, & which does not cover in warraty period and you have to pay Rs3000 for motherboard change. When the moblie is damaged by authorized service center how come a customer is liable to bear the cost. Please let me know at the earliest, as I have not received the mobile phone from the service center yet due to this kind of problem. If Samsung will not bear the cost of damage due to service center I will lodge a complain in consumer court regarding this.

                        samsung mobile (f 309 cdma) — Damage Mobile by service centre

                        I Have a samsung Mobile Set (F 309 CDMA). After few months this handset arrige as Speaker Problem. So I saw that handset in samsung service center. they Solve this problem But create an another problem(Display Problem).
                        The service centre also solve the display problem after few day and they give a receipt attached with a bill..

                        After solve this problem my handset arrising an another problem(Net work Problem). I send this set an another samsung service centre but they refused this set for repairing. But my mobile have in waranty period.

                        so please help me for overcome this problem.

                        M/s Mahamaya Communication of 291,Diamond harbour Road, Near Behala Thana, Kolkata-700 034,West bengal, India vide as per received Memo No; A0000017B3C546 Dated:31.05.2010.So Many time Day by day attened to your sevice centre at last report That phone totally Damage and no response for service centre. I Tell you with in Warrenty period damage set to be return with new set and this is not my fault.There are continue silence in this regards and all documents attach this complin. Please replace of set as early as posible so many time wait for complain. I Wishesh response from you in this regards with in forthnight otherwise leegal process with you for fraod business th.                         I have purchased a Samsung mobile which is a basic model E1310-S with no special features wherein the display shows white last week.. I went to Authorised service center at Mandaveli (CHENNAI-INDIA), where the person logged a complaint and produced a service acknowledgement slip and asked to come after 5-6 days..
                        Today i called them they said the mobile is awaiting for a LEVEL-4 Software to be uploaded which is not available with them. The representative there doesnot replied me professionaly, I dont believe that an Authorised service center in a metropolitan city (Chennai) doesnot even possess a basic LEVEL-4 software to have it uploaded in a basic model E-1310-S.
                        I donot know what the officials of the marketing dept doing at the head office in INDIA.. Not providing the basic facilities or an equipped service center at a metropolitan city, , , rather concentrating only on the SALES of SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONES.. Rather doesnt care about the customers who buy the mobile of thier own Brand... be it a lower end of price or HIGHER PRICE..
                        These guys are so frustrating the customers by unsatisfactory replies.. I dont know what to do..???
                        Customers pls dont buy a Samsung mobile phones where there is no service centers available...

                          1. This is Prakruthi Resorts (Vishal Projects Ltd) at Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh. We purchased 10 Samsung Split ACs (Model-AS122UGA) from AC Solutions (Samsung Authorised Sales & Service Dealer), Secunderabad on 22 Feb 2010 vide their Invoice No 499 dated 22 Feb 2010 and their AC Technician installed on 24 Feb 2010 and fitted at our guest houses. One 1.0 Ton AC is not working/cooling from 09 Apr 2010 and we approached AC Solutions Manager (Mrs Bindu, Mobile No[protected] on same date. She tells within 48 hrs we send AC Technician but nobody can come. Again we approached AC Solutions Manager on 11 Apr 2010 that time she tell you complaint directly in Samsung Customer Care, immediately we launched in Samsung customer care and our complaint No –BP-[protected]. Customer Care Executive tells within 48 hrs we send AC Technician. One AC Technician come on 12 Apr 2010 evening and he was examine the AC and he tell me this is not instrument problem this is installation problem, installation is not correct so that gas is leaked. This is not rectify by customer care this is only rectify the supplier ie. AC Solutions. Again we approach AC Solutions that time she give one mobile No[protected] his name is Mr Sekhar. He tell me same dialogue within 48 hrs we send AC Technician but nobody can come. Again we approached AC Solutions Manager on 16 Apr 2010 but she’s response is very bad and careless. Till date AC is not working.

                          2. In view of the above, we purchased only 10 ACs but we faced a lot of problems. We require another 20 ACs this month ending but we are not interested to buy a Samsung ACs due to bad and careless response and we plan take another brand. We are not indicating Samsung brand. We know Samsung is one of the best brands in India.

                          3. Please Order or instruct your’s supplier and distributor ie AC Solutions Manager Mrs Bindu. If you can maintain these types of suppliers one or two your brand name is definitely fall down.

                            Samsung fully automatic washing machine (top loaded), M/No. - WA 80 HAG, Purchased date 22/8/2005. Machine not turn on.

                            Samsung — Washing machine - not repaired

                            My Samsung washing machine had stopped working and the complaint was lodged on 24th June 2009 (complaint no. [protected]). The service engineer who came in the next day, said that there was part to be replaced - its 08th of July today - Till date the part has not been replaced nor there is any update from the Samsung officials.

                            I have called in 4 times post 25th June to their customer service nos. They have a standard reply that someone is looking into it - there is no update on the status and when the maching is going to be repaired.

                            And that too, when we are still in the warranty period.

                            Pls help - we really need assistance of somebody who can take this to closure.

A service engineer named palani attend the machine and told me that WATER INLET VALVE to be replaced since the coil is not working. but till now the valve is not replaced.                                 1. I bought Samsung make Air Conditioner AW12ZKBXTL Serial Number

                                A313PZAS800475 [protected]Copy of Packing Box details is

                                Annexed as Annexure---B) from Better Deals Electronics Pvt.

                                Ltd., B-3, B-1 Block Community Centre, Janak Puri, New Delhi-

                                110058 on 27th March, 2010. Copy of the bill attached herewith for your

                                Perusal please as Annexure-A.


                                2. It was installed on 29th March, 2010 and after switching on lot of noise was

                                Noticed. The same fact was brought to the notice of the Company M/S

                                Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. 7th & 8th Floor, IFCI Tower, Nehru

                                Place, New Delhi-110019, Tel. No’s 30308282, [protected] on 29th

                                March, 2010 itself and they registered the complaint vide complaint

                                number [protected].


                                3. The much publicized claim of the company to attend the service call within

                                24 hours proved hollow, false and was sales stunt to lure innocent Customers.

                                Only after repeated reminders, lot of persuasion and personal

                                Visit to the dealer M/S Better Deals Electronics Pvt. Ltd. on 30th March,

                                2010 finally the Service Engineer called on me on 31st March, 2010 at

                                14.00 Hours. He after inspection found that Noise is coming out of the

                                outer unit of the Air Conditioner.


                                4. Finally he also had to acknowledged the fact that the malfunctioning in the

                                Outer unit is due to the manufacturing defect in the mechanical assembly

                                Of the Air Conditioner. He was trying to insert washers here and there

                                to Control the noise, which I straightaway refused.


                                5. I bought the new Air Conditioner and paid regular price, sealed unit

                                was sent to me and it even did not work for 1 Second. They tried to

                                Experiment all sorts of permutations and combinations and dismantled the

                                Outer unit in toto that too in front of me and finally arrived at conclusion

                                that it can be made noise free if washers are inserted here and there,

                                which was flatly refused by me. I insisted on fresh piece for which I

                                paid the full regular price which they are flatly Refusing. Had this

                                been used for a week or a month at least I would have allowed them to

                                modify the factory set Air Conditioner using local components. This being

                                a fresh piece not even run for one second, why as a innocent consumer I should

                                accept this.


                                6. During various conversations with the Samsung Service persons even

                                gone to an extend that if I do not pay any heed to the modifications

                                Suggested by them then it will take months all together to resolve and

                                many of similar type of cases are still pending. Even they went to an

                                extent that even if they carry this Air Conditioner or take it back, they will

                                do the similar activity in the service centre what they were suppose to do

                                at my premises and will be undetectable by me.


                                7. The attitude and statements made by Customer Support representatives

                                of Samsung establishes beyond all doubt that these Multinational

                                Companies are making our great nation as dumping ground of

                                Substandard products. They are duping innocent Indian Nationals

                                by making hollow claims of quality and after sale service.

                                Such Companies should not be allowed to flourish and need to be banned

                                in the interest of the Nation and public at Large.

                                  I purchased a split ac from Raj Electronics, Plot No SCR 26, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 10th April'2010. He gave all assurance of after sales support and lured me to purchase the AC from his shop.

                                  While installing the AC on 11th April'10, the technicians of Raj Electronics said that the indoor unit of the AC has a leakage. He dismantled the AC and left without completing the job. He took the charges of AC installation even before the job was done.

                                  After that, i started following up with the retailer and they are completely avoiding my calls. One of the officials asked me to return the ac and take the money back. When i said that i would complain against this act of cheat, he said to go to anyone i feel like, he does not care.

                                  I tried to contact the Samsung Company directly, at the toll free number -[protected] and they are also not very serious to resolve my problem. They gave me another telephone number of Samsung Service Center in Bhubaneswar. when i contacted the contacted the person, he first of all redirected me to contact the call center again. But on my further insistence, he said that the unit will be replaced after 2 more days.

                                  Now i am moving from pillar to post to get my unit repaired and installed. i am in fact squeezed between the dealer and the company. and undergoing mental harassment.

                                  I was in need of this AC because my mother, who is admitted in ICU of Kalinga Hospital and still is in Kalinga Hospital for the last 15 days, is having serious neurological problem and is in a very critical stage. The doctors have advised us to shift her to home and keep her in an AC room in this last stages of her life. And now i a not able to bring her to home as i do not have my AC installed since last 3 days.

                                  After trying all the options out, i am finally writing to you with the hope that you would guide me what should i do as a consumer.

                                  Samsung — Samsung split AC delivery and installation

                                  I recently bought a Samsung Split AC which took more than 2 weeks to deliver and that is not the end, post delivery nobody bothered to call me for installation and its been close to a week now and even after continuous follow-up nobody actually delivers what they say. We are at the end of summer and i have yet to install the AC. The number provided by the Customer service is also fake[protected] or[protected] as its a wrong number and lastly it takes at least 5 mins to get through the customer service number. This is pathetic.
                                  PLEASE DO NOT BOAST OF BEING A 'CUSTOMER FRIENDLY' COPMPANY.

                                    i bought a samsung mobile (SGH S8003, JET) worth Rs.21200 from QRS,registered office :25/2454 opp Raymond shop, M.G Road, Trivandrm-695001 on 14.8.2009. it is a fully touchscreen mobile without any keypad. The mobile worked fine for about 6 months and after that the troubles started with the mobile, the first problem was with the touchpad sensitivity. firstly when the problem started when i touch something it hangs as long as we restart the mobile. after restarting the mobile it will work without any hang for a few minutes and then the same problem arises, hang hange hang. and aftr sometime network problem also arised. the mobile was showing low range even in full coverage areas and showing no network in low coverage areas. and aftr that i went to your service centre Mereena Electronics, TC 28/986(1), Swra 46, Saroj Bhavan, TVPM. and they said that it is having software compalint, n at that time itself i told them that there is problems with touch pad and network. so after that they registered a compaint and they asked me to come back after 3 days. i went after a week, then they told me that it will take 2 more days (i waited there for about 1.30 hrs for this reply). and aftr 2 days i went there and then they said that they have ordered for a new touchpad and the same is yet to come, so they asked my mobile number and assuered me that they will call me once the mobile is okei. after that i had called them several tym and each time they ask my token number and mobile number and assure to call me before 5 o clock, and i din recived even a single call from them, yestrday for heavens saked one of the guys replied and told that i MAY get my mobile within 2 weeks. it has alreday been 1 months since i have been living with no mobile (even if i bought a samsung product worth Rs.21200). this is not good for your reputation. am a regular customer of samsung. and am qutting ma samsung relation with this product, this is my last samsung product. i will forward this complaint to consumer court and all samsung heads including your CEO, i hope that you will kindly do needed. and please apppoint some one who is somewhat capable and kind toward customers in the above said customer care. the employees in the customer care are behaving like service is their mercy and not our right. this is quite unfair.

                                    I am having same problem with S 8003. Looks like I hv a long battle ahead.
                                    It is sickening we spend awful lot on premium touch phone and left without a mobile
                                    when we need it most. My mobile just freezes. No touch or buttons will respond.
                                    The idea of providing 3 buttons is atleast they should respond and come to our rescue
                                    when touch fails. I hv to remove the battery to restart the mobile.. and it hangs again.
                                    No help from Service Centre.. problem persists.

                                    I have bought my samsung jet 2 phone some 3-4 months back..
                                    The entire phone freezes and even the physical button keys DO NOT WORK.
                                    I too need to remove my battery & do it for some 3-4 times then also it starts
                                    but only for a few minutes.

                                    I am now planning to do something about this phone

                                    I too am facing similar problems.

                                    I bought a samsung jet2 three months ago in Hyderabad and from the past one month the phone is freequently hanging and no buttons(physical or touch) are working.. If I restart the phone by removing the battery sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't...

                                    Took the phone to samsung authorised service centre and they say that the motherboard has to be replaced.Also I am informed by the service centre guy that samsung used to repay the money for such problems earlier but recently stopped doing so and are replacing mother boards. It's already 16 days since I deposited the phone and didn't get any reply from them.. When ever I call them up they say that they have put order for motherboard and are waiting for the part to arrive from head office..Not sure why there is such a delay to obtain parts from a reputed and big MNC like samsung..

                                    If so many complaints are raised on the same phone.. why don't samsung stop the production of this phone and re-release it when they fix all critical issues like the ones reported above.

                                    Samsung is so engrossed in increasing their market share by concentrating on new customers that they are ignoring their obligation to provide to the existing one...

                                    My suggestion to the new customers is DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG JET-2

                                    Oh my god!! Loooks like i'm nt the only one!! Had tis same hanging problem.Service Center kept my pohne for 1.5 months and they fixed the problem (looks like that)...but here is the most interesting part.They rolled back the firmware and almost nothing works now...the camera does'nt even start..says please update firmware and when i tried to do so tru PC Studio it says no upgradation is required...i have no idea wht to do with piece of crap...
                                    Hi My name is sujit.I am also facing the same issue with my mobile Samsung jet s8003.I purchased this phone on March and just after 2 months it starts hanging.Touch pad doesn't work.In CC-28 Nehru enclave service center i have shown my mobile and they submitted my mobile without checking.After 1 week they returned the mobile they said thait they have changed the mobile motherboard and touch screen.After this mobile was working for 1 month and then again it starts hanging.keys doesn;t work.I have shown the mobile to the same service center.but their engineer said may be in my memory card their is a virus issue.After saying this they reset my mobile in factory default setting and asked me not to use memory card.After his suggestion i didn't used my memory card also I have discussed this issue with their manager and he assure me that if i will face this issue again he will change my mobile..but in a same day it again starts hanging.Now i have to go to service center again.

                                    THOSE WHO WANT TO PUCRHASE THIS MODEL-S8003 SAMSUNG JET, PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS.

                                    Bought Samsung Jet S8003- 6 months back, util two months back it was working fine, one fine day the mobile was totally freezed and did not work properly, went to the nearest Samsung service center near West Anna nagar and gave it to them for service, they told display problems should be there and they wanted to change the display and asked me to come and collect the mobile after 7 working days, after seven working days i called them up and checked for the status the wanted me to wait for another 6 days, and after the next 6 days again i called them and checked if i could come and collect the mobile they wanted me to wait for another 4 days and this time they told they cannot assure if it will returned to me even after 4 days, and i took mobile and approached a different dealer out in the market and he managed to fix the display issues but few functionalties like camera, create new message, gallery tabs were not working and again the mobile starts freezing when i try to access those tabs, now it was almost three months and still i havent got my mobile back they service center people are just wondering what the hell technology would have gone wrong to have such serious issues with particulary this mobile...

                                    these type of fault pieces should be taken back by samsung and provide a solution for us, after all these are hard earned monies and there should be a strong call to be taken up...nearly more than 100, 000 mobiles have faced these type of issues and the samsung doesnt even bother to address this issue,

                                    Indian government should take a serious action against Samsung for providing such a faulty mobiles out in the market and they still selling the same mobiles out there...samsung should recall all the indian mobiles and resolve this issues as early as possible...

                                      I made a complaint in the samsung service centre on 12/04/2010 with the complaint no. 4850 regarding non cooling of my A.C. service person arrived on 13/4/2010 and said first service will be done then only he can repair the A.C. As per his suggestion then again I registered a second complaint vide request no. 5058 on 13/4/2010 for the service of my non funtional Samsung window 1.5 ton A.C. but still get no response from the service centre till today. I am really fed up with the after sales service of Samsung in Raipur.

                                        Sir ,i was purchase a samsung mobile set modle no. s3500i on 29/01/2010. sir after 5-6 days an problem was occured and on 15/03/2010 my mobile set was hanged. sir i was deposited my mobile on 16/03/2010 at ASC tele care 14/18,L.B.S Marg,civil lines, allahabad and they was told me that you come after 5 days and collect your mobile but when ever i was go there they always reply that you come next week. sir till now i was nor recive mobile neither any information regarding mobile.
                                        sir plz suggest me what i m doing.
