I had bought the above mentioned Ac on26.06.2005 from your dealer. In the year 2008 the Compressor of the above AC got defective and a complaint was lodged. The Compressor was replaced and I paid Rs 1395/=.

I thought that it will not give any problem now on. but next season (2009) the gas leaked and again i had to shell out the money. When it was brought after rectification I told the people that...

I had purchased Samsung Fridge RA19YBMS W/S HELF 190 L on 9.8.2009.
After that I have been having continuous while defrosting the fridge. The water is getting accumulated even after Defrost. We have to clear the water manually every alternate day.

We purchased a Samsung AC model no. AWT18ZKAXTL (1.5 T) from Tirupati Distributors last year. There are three free services.
