i purchased samsung split ac 1 tonne AC-AS12NBXTL from dealer next shop on 15 may 2009,now ac is not working for past 2 months and i complained to dealer and they send mechanic and they came and inspected and said compressor need to be changed,but after that there was no response and after frequent complaints everytime mechanic come check and said no compressor availaible,for your kind information ac compressor not working even one year not completed ,meanwhile we called samsung consumer care and lodged a complaint 10 days before and complaint BP no is [protected] ,But they
are also delaying the complaint.as the summer is at its peak it is very difficult to live without ac after spending huge money in buying and also all my household items(AC,WASHING MACHINE,REFERIGERATOR AND DVD) are all samsung products. kindly look in to the matter very seriously , expecting a better response from your company

samsung / window ac — Pathetic Service
Following is sequence of events1. Requst for Service on 29-Mar-2010 with Samsug call centre. Was given Request number (BP) [protected].
2. Technician from Samsung came and did service the AC for which 250 rupees paid.
3. I did observe later, that swing was not moving as result called Samsung on 6-April-2010 and technician came on 7-April-2010. Technician came and fixed without any charge (that too after I gace him the history)
4 After sometime the swing stopped working and also the AC remote stopped working.
I agree for prompt service but the quality of service is pathetic. Not sure if this technique used for revenue generation.
