Any news for my mobile??? If anybody can let me update the status ,now i am not interested in getting that trouble mobile. Either you refund my money or replace my mobile with new one.

Till now no news of my mobile??? Can anybody in so called Samsung have any courtsy to let me have some feed back on the issue. I think you have been given sufficient time to resolve the issue but nothing for good. This is my final reminder to you and afterwards my Lawyer will take up this matter in court and you are yourself responsible for consequences.

Please be informed that till date your so called relevant person is notyet contacted me,however myself personallyvisited your Nehru Place service centre on 27.02.10 and met Mr.Gaurav but could't get satisfactory reply from him. He informed me that they have sent my mobile to your okhla workshop.
Is there no one in the Samsung company, who can reply to my mailor confirm the status of my mobile phone. Your phone Nos. are not being picked up and no action has been taken as yet . These reminders will definitely serve my purpose.

In spite of my repeated reminders, neither action nor any response has been initiated from your end. Should i take it as a part of samsung operational strategy and should i not be ready for the legal recourse for sorting this issue out ? I am taking this situation as a mental torture on me, as even after paying the handsome price I am not able to enjoy my samsung mobile since the purchase of this set. U will appreciate due to regular repairs of set, i was not able to enjoy my mobile for 'n' No. of days.
Pl. be informed if i don't receive atleast a satisfactory reply about the actions to be initiated for my mobile,by tommorow evening then i will have no option but to go for legal helpand samsung company would not be able to claim that a sufficient time to reply even was not given.(action is altogether a different part) .
There is nobody in your service centre at Nehru Place who can pick my calls.

Continous Complaint
The frustrations,which i am facing after purchase of E-840 mobile phone in July 2008. The facts &figures are as follows :
Just after a month of purchase, my set started serious problems and
ultimately after regular follow-up, it was got repaired but even after
repair the set is also not working properly from the day first.
Afterwards, my set was carried to your so called ' latest technology based workshop ' for testing & repair, after 20-25 days, it was later on
given to me with a claim that it has duly been checked from every angle.
Ultimately again & again your E-840 mobile phone is in your court and itscrying for repair again vide my Complaint already with you.
Now i request most humbly and respectfully that is there any qualified
Technician in Samsung GROUP, who can assess my set problem and help in getting me out of this frustration (ie keep on ringing to the customer care of Samsung for regular repair work).
I again request u that it is my last complaint for repair and afterwards i
will have no option but to go for legal help only. If it is not possible to
repair this set then be honest in accepting the truth and replace it with
new one or refund my money back and set an example of operational
genuineness of the company.
Hope u won't expect that a customer after paying a figure of Rs 10,000(app) will keep on following with the company for the repair.
Now again your E-840 mobile is dead and laying uncontious in my hands

Samsung/ Mobile Phone B5722 — Service centre not providing good support
I have purchased the SAMSUNG DUOS MOBILE on 25/09/10 and after 2 months, there was a DISPLAY problem in the mobile. I went to the service centre of SAMSUNG at 3A, AKOTA, VADODARA-390023 and they told me that it will take 5-6 days to repair. I went there after 5-6 days, but they said it will take 6-7 days more and I went there after 5-6 days and still they say that its not yet repaired and it will take 6-7 days more. Is this the right way to address the customer? If someone is looking at this forum, please take necessary steps to resolve my issue asap.MOBILE MODEL NO: GT- B5722 (SAMSUNG DUOS MOBILE)
