I have bought a Samsung GT - B5722 model before 10 days. And found some issues in it.
They are as below
1. The applications (like NGPAY ,atom mobile application and Gmail mobile application) do not coonect through the GPRS. However from the browser it connects properly and functions well.
2. The headset behavior is inconsistence.
3. Once you listen the songs through the Music Player on Speaker phone on mode , the next time after connecting the Headset, it continuous to play through the Speaker phone. After restarting the mobile it behaves the same.


For the above complaints I visited the Andheri West service center. I kept the mobile phone with them for a day to repair the problems listed above. But its of no use. As per their request I went to Santacruz Main Service center.
But the engineers there refused to accept the fact and has given Corby model of Samsung to check the Same application works in Corby or not . Off course it was not my job to prove this things. But when they(counter no 3 and counter no 4) denied to look into the issue I proved the things. I successfully ran the application in Samsung Corby. The applications runs very fine on Corby.

After the successfully running of application the engineers asked me to wait and said there manager will call you. But, instead f the manager i called the Service center(the number is always busy), and spoken to the Engineer Rajesh Sir. He said its company fault and we can not help u in this matter. Now the manager conveyed the message to me that GPRS connectivity will not be there through Application in Samsung GT-B5722.

Now please let me know who will solve the issue? I am suffering a lot and suffered a lot because of this.

my phone
Samsung GT b5722 is really a fake cell phone. The phone does not support to any application. It is the worst phone as it would better to buy any black and white phone with internet. I have wasted my money on this phone literally.

I have complained to company to refund my money. Engineers do not co-operate to the consumers because they do not have solution on the defects of this phone. You can ask me on my no. [protected]

Samsung/ Mobile Phone B5722 — Service centre not providing good support

I have purchased the SAMSUNG DUOS MOBILE on 25/09/10 and after 2 months, there was a DISPLAY problem in the mobile. I went to the service centre of SAMSUNG at 3A, AKOTA, VADODARA-390023 and they told me that it will take 5-6 days to repair. I went there after 5-6 days, but they said it will take 6-7 days more and I went there after 5-6 days and still they say that its not yet repaired and it will take 6-7 days more. Is this the right way to address the customer? If someone is looking at this forum, please take necessary steps to resolve my issue asap.

    I bought a Samsung LCD TV for Rs.43,000 2.5 Yrs back. I faced a problem where the displays goes off suddenly.. So somplained with the service centre and then they replaced a PCB with free of cost as it was under warenty. The problem repeated again and then I was busy to complaint it back so the warenty of the TV expried (after a year). The problem started occuring very frequently so called a local TV mechanic and he told the Video cord needs to be replaced, so I got irritated as the Samsung person replaced a different part and now the part cost me Rs10,000.
    I called the Samsung again and complained about it. The service centre manager send a person and he inspected and told the same PCB is having a problem and I need to pay Rs.4,000 which I did and the same day the problem reoccured. I called the person who did it from Samsung and he came and told I need to replace the Display which is going to cost Rs.25,000.
    This made me very angry and escalated to the higher management in Bangalore on Oct 09. So much of negocitations has gone and then they told they can give me 75% discount on it and the Rs.4000 I paid is gone. So I paif Rs.6,400 and got he Display replaced on March 2010 (after 5 months of negotiations). So totaly I have paid Rs.10,400 to get my TV reparied eventhough the problem was from Samsung.
    But now teh problem has reocured.
    Can any one suggest what I need to do. Go to Court? or what else I can do.

      I had bought a samsung AC 1.5 T from next showroom for around 25000. And since that day I have been repeateadly having problems with the product. The gas leaked just after using it for 1 year. And whenever I register my complaint with samsung it takes 3-4 days to get a call from engineer and around 5-6 to get my complaint resolved. Imagine you buy an expensive AC and then pay a lot of money to keep it running every year and keep making numerous calls to their customer service call centre and still sleep in delhi summer heat. My latest complaint refrence number with samsung is [protected], and I have been waiting for engineer callback since 2 days.

        I have purchased a hard disk (HDD sr. no. 151911BL771676) of Samsung from Little Rose Trading Co. from Nehru place. Now the hard disk is not working, but it is in warranty period, so, I have submitted in your service center on 1st Feb 2010, in 602, Vishal Bhawan 95, Nehru place.

        As per customer service executive, he said it will be return within 15 days. But till date I didn’t received my hard disk. I didn’t get the correct response from service center.

        I am very frustrate with your service center, that’s why, I am email you. Please do the need action ASAP.

        I am attaching the HDD Customer Record Card. Please go through it.

        Samsung — Hard drive

        Dear sir,
        I have submitted my 80GB-Samsung hard drive at Samsung Service Centre in 602 Vishal Bhavan, 95 Nehru Place[protected] at 22nd September.They have promised me to replace back after 10 days.But now almost one month is going to complete and every time I made a call to enquiry they are just delaying my date.
        I am Btech Student and my branch is computer science, My studies are now in STANDSTILL.
        Please help me in getting my hard drive.
        It goes on bad sector .I am unable to formate it, it gave error.

            I purchased a Samsung SGH-E250i mobile handset from TRAFFIC JAM,JBS complex,Uditnagar,Rourkela in june 2009.It has a warranty of 1 year but it started showing some technical faults in march 2010.I went to the authorized Samsung Mobile service centre(complaint no.WA[protected]) and they kept telling me that it will be repaired soon.They kept telling me "come tomorrow".Now after 3 weeks they still haven't done anything.The phone being a important part of everyday life i am forced to get it repaired from outside which will cost me around 500 bucks,although it is still under warranty period.

            SAMSUNG/MOBILE PHONE — Repairing of Mobile phone under warranty period.

            I purchased SAMSUNG make mobile SGH-B210 six months back which is within warranty period.The problem is display is not working.The service center of SAMSUNG (Channel-4, Cuttack, ORISSA) is not interested to repair phone.

            Pl.advice me in this case what to do.

              We have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Model RT25 on 05.4.09 and now it is not cooling properly. So we lodge a complaint on 22.03.10 vide complaint No. [protected] and an engineer Mr. Jagdesh from Rama Road, West Delhi service centre visited and asked for Rs. 275/- for service charges. When we told him that our freeze is under warranty and service charges are free for one year he cut all the wires which he repaired and returned without giving any reason. On 24.03.10 another engineer visited our house and examined our freeze but he could not find the fault. Later on 25.03.10 a call was made to our house from the above service centre and they asked to pay Rs.800/- for service charges by saying that there is some major fault in our freeze. By all the above facts I just want to bring to your kind notice sir that they are now making us mentally harass by using such odd tricks. It is my request please do the needful before our warranty got lapsed.

                I purchase one samsung mobile handset Model no- S3600, on 17/09/09 from M/s. Akash Electronics, Sector-18, Noida. It started malfunctioning from December 2009. I gave it for repairing to Samsung authorised service center GNH Telecom, Noida first on 17/02/10 and they returned it to me on 19/02/10 without solving the problem. I had again submitted it to the same service center on 25/02/10. They promised me that the problem will be fixed within 4-5 days. Till date (26/03/10) it is lying in the service center. I had contacted customer care no at least 6-8 times and made more than 20 calls to the regional service head of Samsung Mobile. But nothing happened.

                there are no zoom wallpapers.
                phone can not received through earphone...

                  A transaction has been made from my credit card dated 29-May at KAVIRAJ HOUSEWARES- GI for a mobile phone of RS 12,996 . The company has charged for the product from the bank but we had just enquired about the product and not ordered .We even dont have any bill no or order no.I have filled up the disputed form of SBI . We have also talked to your company executive many time but still there is no result .After many efforts campony executive says that they dont have this product that we enquired and instead offered us Big Bazar company coupon which we refused .
                  We need a reply from your company stating that the ordered this order and transaction is wrongly done .We also need the refund and appology from the company and the company should communicate this thing to the Bank for the refund .

                      My Refrigerator (Model RT23FVW51/XTL - Sl.No.01374ZAY401389N) purchased from Bismi Appliances, Kaloor, Kochi had shown complaints of No coolng. The same was reported to Bismi on 13.02.2010. The had sent a technician and after preliminary inspection I was informed that the refrigerator had to be taken to their service workshop and another technician will report to take the Refrigerator. Another technician came and done some job and he informed that the complaint cannot be rectified at my house and the Fridge has to be taken to the service centre. The Refrigerator was taken on 23.02.2010 to BLIZZARD, KALOOR, KOCHI 682017 for repair. I was told that the Compressor shows some complaint and the same will be rectified and the Refrigerator will be delivered in a weeks time. So far they have not brought the Refrigerator back even though more than a month had elapsed. They have never shown the courtesy to call me so far to inform what is the matter and why is the delay. I on the otherhand I had called them every other day to find the status and each time I was informed that it will be ready in a day or two.

                      I seek the urgent intervention of the Customer complaint authorities in this matter.

                        The frustrations,which i am facing after purchase of E-840 mobile phone in July 2008. The facts &figures are as follows :

                        Just after a month of purchase, my set started serious problems and
                        ultimately after regular follow-up, it was got repaired but even after
                        repair the set is also not working properly from the day first.
                        Afterwards, my set was carried to your so called ' latest technology based workshop ' for testing & repair, after 20-25 days, it was later on
                        given to me with a claim that it has duly been checked from every angle.

                        Ultimately again & again your E-840 mobile phone is in your court and itscrying for repair again vide my Complaint already with you.

                        Now i request most humbly and respectfully that is there any qualified
                        Technician in Samsung GROUP, who can assess my set problem and help in getting me out of this frustration (ie keep on ringing to the customer care of Samsung for regular repair work).

                        I again request u that it is my last complaint for repair and afterwards i
                        will have no option but to go for legal help only. If it is not possible to
                        repair this set then be honest in accepting the truth and replace it with
                        new one or refund my money back and set an example of operational
                        genuineness of the company.

                        Hope u won't expect that a customer after paying a figure of Rs 10,000(app) will keep on following with the company for the repair.
                        Now again your E-840 mobile is dead and laying uncontious in my hands

                          i hd submitted handsfree of my samsung metro s-3500 in dec 2009 and i hv nt got it back even after a duration of 3.5 months.whenever i go to the service center noida sec 27 they say "mam abhi nahi aya hai 15 din baad ana"

                          this is the service of the so called SAMSUNG having AAMIR KHAN as the brand ambassador.....

                          i here by declare that aaj k baad kisi ko samsung mobile lene ko suggest kar diya to mera naam b amrita nahi hoga.....

                            I am owner of Samsung Refregerator model SR29EMBWXTL, Sl No. 010149AT900558 It is having tecnical problems. I have approached many times to their service center and willing to pay their justified charges, but inspite of various commitments nothing has been done till date. Problems are as under:
                            * Defrost water collecting tray made of metal has been corroded completely and needs a suitable replacement.
                            * Auto defrost water is not passing from its point but falling inside the body damaging in side food.

                              I have bought a samsung air conditioner from CROMA KROME MALL 32/1, PUNE SOLAPUR ROAD on 24/03/2010. Croma mall persons take installation fees of Rs. 500 in advance and assure me that you got a call from samsung company for installation of AC but on 25/03/2010 I have received a call from an AC fitter who is working for CROMA MALL told me that he is going to fit my AC but he is not an employee of samsung but an employee of CROMA and that I have to pay another Rs. 800 to fit the AC as for Wooden Frame charges and his labour to install the AC when I purchase the AC, CROMA employees told me that you don't have to pay any other charges to pay for installation when I contact them back then the same employee told me that you have to pay the extra amount what rubbish I suggest you all to not buy any thing from CROMA centres because they fraud and sons of a .

                              I am a surgeon by profession and working in a medical college.
                              A little less than 2 yrs back I purchased samsung AC ( split ) from Big Bazaar Meerut, PVS Mall Shastri nagar Meerut UP. Soon after the delivery installation men ( one was named Abrar ) came to install my ac. They said there is something wrong with the product so complain to the company. I had heated argument with the retailer and i had to resort to all sorts of dirty means to get my ac exchanged. Finally next day ac was installed. But installation men were in so hurry ( they said they only get 750 rs so cant do much ) that light of my whole house was out of order for several days. And when they were installing all o[censored]s said that they are installing the outer unit at wrong place but they didn't listen to us.
                              Result was outer unit gets heated after say every 5 min and ac stops working.
                              When complained last year ( akash jain of big bazar and sunil are witness ), samsung installer said that he had got 750 rs for intsallation from company and he is ready to pay me that if i get it fixed. Pvt ac mechanichs demanded rs 3000 for gas, 1000 for added copper wire and 2000 as fee, so total 6000rs i will have to spend for a folly of samsung installers.
                              Who is at fault? Since then I sort of developed a kind of disliking for samsung products. I am compelled. If you do not respond in 24 hrs, I will spend the money as i have no choice.
                              You seem to be a distant hope.
                              Prompt action can restore my faith. Every detail can be had from big bazaar. You will only complicate things by asking me details and details and coming out with nothing. Of course i can give details but time is short.

                                I am very dissappointed with the service I have been provided for the 1.5 split a/c.
                                When I bought my machine 2 years back, aluminimum pipe was installed from Samsung. Today I am told Alluminium pipe never works over 1 year and u need to replace it to Copper pipe.

                                Why has SAMSUNG initially installed such a low quality pipe which causes such problems. After 4 visits from Samsung service staff & 1 week of trouble this was figured out.

                                Now i need to break my wall as the pipe was concealed. I have already paid 4000/- , as teh engineers thought it was a gas problem. Now I need to pay extra 5000/- for New COPPER PIPE. Plus expenses for breaking, painting. Plus all the personal time & pain which has been put.

                                Do get back to me with your views for the distressed customer

                                Samsung AC 1.5 ton — storing ice on front grill

                                I had purchased an a/c from Super Electronics Pvt.Ltd. vikas puri new delhi on 11-06-07, after doing the last service in the month of june08, the ac was not working good, and in the month of aug., the ice was storing on the front condensor of the ac. Now after complaning they told it was not our fualt, and they asked if there company engineer will come they will charge 1500/- + 280/- = 1780/- charges for there visit etc. I dont know what they had done while doing the last service, that the problem is coming within a month after service.

                                  My Name is Srilakshmi I am from Hyderabad. On the evening of 17th March, 2010 I bought a new Samsung CDMA Mpower Muzik F219 at Cell World which at khan lateef khan building, Abids. (Actually up to then I was using Samsung Raaga CDMA the performance is up to the mark). On 17th the Phone automatically restarted for 3 times, I called to Cell World, and they said that please charge the battery for at least 8 hours as we are charging it first time, I convinced and I did so.
                                  On 18th evening I travelled from Hyderabad to Kandukur (which is in Prakasam District 50km from Ongole). On 19th morning I got noticed that while using Music Player, I am unable to receive the calls. The complete signal strength becomes null after exit from the player automatically the signal will come. I wondered and I tried with different options, finally I know that, while the signal strength is not full (5/6 points) at that time if we use the Music player or Video Player the Signal receiver is not at all working it’s just showing No Service. In the same place if we use the same UIM card in any other CDMA phone its working (I tried with Samsung Raaga CDMA handset also –it’s working). Then I called to the Samsung Customer Care and they responded like go and visit our Service center at Ongole, which is 50km far away from my place. On 20th I went to their service center at Ongole, at that place the signal strength is full (if we come 500 meters from Service center the signal strength is 3 points at that place the problem is arose) so they said that the Handset is good it’s the only problem with the service provider. I again called to the Samsung Customer Care, they said our technical people will call you they called me at evening 7:00pm on 20th. And they suggested that again visit the Service center.
                                  As 21st is Sunday I again visited the Service Center on 22nd. After lot of appeals they just reinstalled the software and gave it to me. I again came back to my place but the problem still exists. I called to the Service Provider TATA Indicom, as I am a postpaid customer (even though my billing address is at Hyderabad,) they sent a technician to Kandukur (which is 400 km from Hyderabad) on 23rd he came and checked out the signal and phone, finally he concluded that the handset is faulty. Then again I made a call to Samsung customer care, they again said the same thing, you can guess easily! ‘Go and visit our Service Center’.
                                  It has several other problems like,
                                  1. While playing the music we can’t do anything, because if we try to exit from the Music Player the music will stop, there is no back ground play mode.
                                  2. While deleting an entity like Contact, Message, any file, or even a Folder, it never asks the confirmation Yes/No, which is a very important for data security purpose.
                                  3. Its internal memory is 15.4 MB only, so obviously the responding time is slow.
                                  4. There is no Call/Conversation recording facility.
                                  5. General recording is there but the maximum duration is limited to 3 min for each recording.
                                  6. There is no memory status for contacts and messages.
                                  7. We can’t add an image to contact from memory card; we should copy the image to phone memory.
                                  8. And all the CDMA customers know that, even though if we removed and reinserted the batter or UIM card the call list wouldn’t lost -in general (except Nokia), but in this hand set it will, the entire call log will be lost.


                                  Finally today on 25th March, 2010, I visited the Samsung Service Center main branch at Hyderabad, these people are also did the same thing, just re installed the software.

                                  samsung raaga mobile — not replace the set after replacement certificate issued

                                  respected sir,

                                  this is for your kind information & kind co-operation. I bought a samsung raga mobile gsm set, before one year it is on warantee period, but it is not working properly after six months, i send it to authorised service centre, after examination they issue the raplacement certificate. Then I send it for its local distributor within 45 days of replacement certificate issue date. But till date no any mobile given on replacement.

                                  I am staying in Mysore and purchased a Samsung Mpower Muzik F219 CDMA mobile handset and I have also been facing some problems with it.
                                  Like, when I store a number in the UIM sim card of my MTS service, the phone suddenly hangs and I cannot make or receive any calls, the phone almost becomes dead and I have to restart the phone again to make it active.
                                  When contacted to the Samsung service center, they say there is no problem with the phone and blame it on the service provider and vice-versa.
                                  So inbetween these two people the customer is suffering.

                                    I bought a Samsung AC 19WKA on 30/03/2008. Till last Monday it was working fine. On Monday 22nd March 2010, when I switched on my AC, there was some sparking happened inside it. I called up Samsung Customer Care on Monday morning and i was told that their executive will give me a call and visit my place to repair it within 24 hours. Since then I have called them up 4 or 5 times and everytime i get the same reply. Even my explaining to them that it is a very serious issue and my house can catch fire had no effect on them. I don't know what to do now.

                                      POISONOUS FISHY SMELL FROM SAMSUNG AC

                                      I bought samsung split AC 1.5 ton with model number AS184EWBNSTL from Aarco One Lajpat Nagar Market I-3 on the 20/03/10. On the same day of installation . I had observed that it was emitting lingering fishy smell. The next day I had lodged a complaint with rregistered number [protected].                                       i purchased a samsung b-5310 on 14/01/2009 after few days there was some problem in cell phone head set i went to the service center(Raza Services, 1st flr, shop no 33-34 Bhosale Shinde Arcade Deccan, Pune), i was told to wait for 8 days, now as it's been 15 days no body gives a proper answer and the people working there they don't have any manners how to talk with a person can someone provide me with mail ID, contact number of service head for Maharashtra.
