I myself Amit Agarwal, purchased LCD TV model number- LA22A450C1 on January 18-2009, on last one week before my TV got destroyed and its picture has gone completely and sound was still in TV. I had talked and complained in company , and they had sent one representative , he checked out whole TV and after that company said that its Panel (Board) has been destroyed and it has to change, for this they are asking 10,000 Rs + service charge, and I am not sure about its warranty period of 3 or 1 month .
So I am completely disappointed by this poor quality of Samsung such a big brand ,m but now i got that Samsung just a brand with high price , no quality indeed for product , and I would never suggest any people to buy any product of Samsung , it is totally wastage of money.
Samsung AC — Worst Service
I brough a new samsung AC on Feb 2008, I was informed that 4 Free service will be done every three monts for the first year, but have not seen any service engineers for one year. The AC is not cooling at all the service engineers are not attending the compliants properly some of them who i have seen are not fit to do an AC service at all. I am not sure will the samsung try to provide a better service and a better product or we may not see any samsung AC products in future. Not only AC I also brought a new Samsung refrigerator on Feb 2008, i was told that the installation will be done by the service engineers but no one turned up till now, I am not sure if there is duplicate products in the name of Samsung sold in the market or Samsung itself is producing that kind of products.
